A very interesting report that shows (convincingly, in my opinion) how corrupt the art market is. My instinct tells me that the painting is a fake; most probably a work from a pupil or assistant of Leonardo da Vinci. The fact that a ruthless criminal like Mohammed bin Salman bought it and, after failing to have it authenticated by the Louvre, banished it to some cellar tells me that the whole thing was a colossal scam.
