Diary Blog, 18 April 2026, including a few thoughts about Starmer, Labour, Muslim voters, the Jewish/Israel lobby, and the Mandelson scandal

Morning music

Saturday quiz

Well, this week a modest 5/10, but still enough to beat political journalist John Rentoul, who scored 2/10. I knew the answers to questions 1, 2, 3, 8, and 10, should have got questions 4 and 10 but did not, and my answer to question 2 was a wild guess but, to my surprise, correct. I may have dredged it up from my subconscious mind, maybe a submerged childhood memory.

Question 4 is not correct, in part of its premises anyway.

[“The claim that nobody at the heart of government — ie close to Starmer — knew Mandelson had flunked his security vetting is unravelling at a rate of knots.
Starmer’s head of comms was alerted by the media last September.
Sources tell me multiple folks in the Cabinet Office (where the UK Security Vetting unit is based) had known for quite some time.
Cat Little, Cabinet Office Permanent Secretary, even had a copy of the UK Sec Vet January 2025 document concluding Mandelson was unfit to be US ambassador.
She informed the new cabinet secretary Antonia Romeo.
Soon there were about a dozen lawyers and officials crawling all over it.
Such matters don’t stay secret for long in the upper echelons of Whitehall.
But it seems the PM was still in the dark … until last Tuesday.
Mmmmmm.”
]

In a sense, a political-nerd/Westminster Bubble story and scandal. I cannot believe that, in public bars and golf clubs, people talk of little else, but it does tend to support the now-embedded narrative that Starmer-stein is either dishonest or incompetent, or both, which I myself have believed for several years.

As frequently blogged previously, as far as the Pakistani/Muslim rape gangs are concerned, Starmer and Labour cannot afford to “offend” the voting bloc consisting of Muslims, especially, because they are now at least 6% or 8%, and moving towards 10%, of the population. By the time of the next general election (probably 2029 if elections are not “suspended” by reason of a contrived war against Russia), that ~10% bloc will be about half, maybe even two-thirds, of the Labour vote; Muslims are already at least a third of Labour voters nationwide. At present, Labour is polling at around 20%; without the Muslim voters, that would sink to 15% or lower, certainly by 2029.

At the same time, Starmer-stein himself is of course heavily pro-Jew, pro-Israel, is married to a Jewish woman, and has children being brought up as if full-Jew. He belongs to Labour Friends of Israel, and much of Starmer’s —and Labour’s— recent funding has come via Jewish links.

Starmer and his government are, therefore, being pulled in opposing directions, and are in any case incompetent and rudderless.

Well, that translates to a Commons with about 293 Reform UK MPs (about 33 short of an overall majority), 84 Cons (very weak official Opposition), 78 Greens, 69 LibDems, 53 Lab, and 45 SNP [etc].

Once again, on those figures, Starmer would lose his own seat, a potential fact indicated by all recent (for several months) opinion polling.

One joker in the GE 2029 pack might be Restore Britain. If it stood enough candidates, it would split the “conservative-nationalist” vote, hitting Reform worst; maybe the Cons a little as well.

Restore at present does not look like it can supplant underwhelming Reform, so they might end up competing for more or less the same bloc of votes. I have little time for Reform, but it really is, at present, the only game in town if you want to wipe out Lab and Con (leaving aside the loonie new Greens, with their pro-drug and pro-mass immigration policies).

The above result, a hung Parliament, might be the best result for social nationalism: the System parties gravely and perhaps mortally wounded, and Reform unable to govern effectively without Con MP-votes. That might in turn lead to a demand for real social nationalism. As Lenin may have said, “the worse, the better“.

That opinion poll again underlines the main or central fact: people are voting against the System parties, not for either the Greens or Reform.

The UK— a country sliding to disorder and some sort of civil/social war.

If so, and as I expect, the central fact, or “big story” will be the collapse of both main System parties.

The local elections, many of which Labour tried to “postpone”, are about more than just local council seat numbers. Council seats are often training grounds for future MPs and, though mostly unpaid, do provide “expenses” of various kinds, and there is actual remuneration for those in charge of local “cabinet” briefs at the various councils. At large councils, that can add up to quite a good quasi-salary.

If Lab and Con are massively culled on 7 May 2026, that cripples their local organizations, and that has knock-on effects at the later general election (currently expected to be in 2029).

In fact, I think that only three local election leaflets have been put though my own door (New Forest area) so far: Reform UK, LibDems, and an Independent lady (the most impressive-looking candidate, arguably).

The main System parties have not put their tawdry wares on display here, so far.

…and if that proves to be “impossible”, then we have other and permanently-effective solutions.

Ecce American “democracy”…

Certainly, women often tend to vote based on emotional responses, or superficialities. Difficult question.

I do think that voting in national elections in the UK should be restricted to persons of 28+ years. Having said that, only about 40% or so of those under 28 vote anyway: see https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/cley905dg20o.

Very true…

Tweeter “6070y80aqui” has obviously never heard of Paula Vennels, Dido Harding etc (or Liz Truss, Antonia Romeo etc)…

In fact, I should say that that tweeter “6070y80aqui” has almost certainly had little experience of capitalism or capitalist enterprises in practice.

Interesting and rather true, quite often.

That last sentence, about female judges, is very true. Usually unwilling to take a really independent stand against the accepted sentiment or expected result.

But they are also the backbone of the problems of a society.

Men are the leaders, the builders.

When the women rule over the men, then the society fails.

They just understand what a woman is, and what we can do when given too much power in society.“]

A horrible tribe, and their State of Israel is now a diseased and cancerous blot on the world.

Whether Starmer-stein goes or stays, there will not be any general election called, because both Labour and Conservative MPs know that, should they vote, or vote in effect, for that, they will be turkeys voting for Christmas. Current polling suggests that, out of 513 Con and Lab MPs currently in place, only about 130-150 would survive a general election; only a third, maybe only a quarter of the present Lab/Con MPs would survive.

Of course, alcohol abuse has always been a problem in Russia, for many many centuries, but (arguably) became far worse under Soviet rule, despite periodic attempts to deal with the problem. I think that, had Andropov survived, and been in good health, he might have managed to cut alcoholism and alcohol misuse tremendously. Andropov might also have managed to salvage the Soviet system as a whole. Gorbachev never really tried to do either, not harshly enough anyway.

If they knew that they would be sunk at sea or shot down on the beaches immediately after arrival, the deterrence would work very quickly. Game over.

They all have to be removed, or otherwise eliminated. In the short-term, prevented from having offspring.

Many think that there is a “debate” going on, when in reality it is a war, but so far a relatively cold one.

[“Neighbours have finally broken their silence on the horror house in Banks, Lancashire, and the truth about Axel Rudakubana is as ugly as expected.

This Rwandan import, the 17-year-old son of Alphonse and Laetitia Rudakubana, was raised in a cauldron of screams, grunts, and objects hurled against walls.

He hadn’t stepped out alone in over two years. On the morning of 29 July 2024 his parents and brother simply watched him leave anyway.

Empty knife boxes littered the place. He glared through English neighbours like they were already corpses.

The signs were everywhere; the imported family ignored them, obstructed authorities, and let the monster walk free into a Taylor Swift dance class, which begs the question, they should be held accountable at the very least.

Three native English girls, Bebe, Alice, Elsie butchered. Ten more slashed and scarred for life. All because Britain imported this family from Rwanda’s chaos and pretended they could be turned into civilised locals.

The public inquiry mutters about “moral failure” by the parents and systemic breakdowns. Fine. But the root failure is national: a deliberate policy of flooding English villages with Third World imports whose cultural DNA carries violence, dysfunction, and zero loyalty to our people.

Axel Rudakubana did not spring from English soil. He arrived with it, was sheltered by it, and unleashed it on our daughters.

The family has scarpered into hiding, no doubt on the taxpayer’s dime. The neighbours endure a living nightmare.

The house is for sale like tainted goods. And still the elite refuses to say the obvious: mass immigration from incompatible corners of the globe imports incompatible savagery.

Native English children are not collateral damage in some enrichment experiment.

England belongs to the English.

Our streets, our villages, our daughters’ safety come first, before any foreign import, any asylum sob story, any diversity quota.

Hold them to account and then Deport the remnants of this family. End the importation. Reclaim our country before the next Rudakubana strikes. Nothing less will suffice.“]

[“He did not believe in God.

He considered Palestinian native Jews an inferior class to Jews of European descent.
He was weighing between Argentina and Palestine as the place for establishing his “Jewish State,” but chose Palestine to deceive more people by linking the new state of Israel to the ancient Israelite people.

Here is the father of Zionism: Theodor Herzl. There are more than 50 streets named after him in the modern state of Israel, more than any other national figure.

From beginning to end, this has been a grand farce: this is not the biblical Israel, this is not the nation of the prophets and patriarchs of old, this is not God’s chosen people nor the restoration of the House of David: that is not their star nor their banner!

They are false Jews, with a stolen land, pretending to be the “chosen ones” of a God in whom they do not believe and whom they serve even less.“]

The Jewish Kiev regime now openly exposing its part in the overall Coudenhove-Kalergi Plan conspiracy (to import vast black/brown/Chinese (etc) populations into white Europe.

If the police see us as the enemy, that inevitably means that they are no longer a necessary evil, but have become our enemy, have made themselves our enemy, which is sad, because many rank-and-file police are relatively well-meaning, want to keep decent order in society etc, but the fact is that they obey the orders of those who have been brainwashed by the Common Purpose cancer and Jew-Zionist “anti-racist” “training” courses.

Talking point

Several points. First, look at the baseline (where we are now)! It shows the swamping of this country by (unsaid there) blacks, browns, and Chinese. It shows the preconditions for the degeneration and collapse of our present society, and it shows a likely slide to some kind of civil/social/racial/cultural war as well.

Secondly, that slide to open conflict would be turbocharged should the Green (pseudo-Green) loonies take over the asylum by forming a government.

Thirdly, even Reform would not “remigrate” or otherwise remove those millions, indeed tens of millions, already here on various bases. The “net” migration, though below that of other parties, would still be around 250,000 (meaning maybe 300,000 blacks and browns etc coming in, and 50,000 Brits fleeing to Australia and elsewhere.

Everything in this country is already sliding to perdition; imagine what it will be like in 2029, 2034, 2039…

Nick Griffin

Former British National Party (BNP) leader Nick Griffin has denied stirring up racial hatred by posting a cartoon on social media.

The 67-year-old, who led the BNP from 1999 to 2014, is facing a private prosecution brought by the Campaign Against Antisemitism.

At Southwark Crown Court on Wednesday, Griffin entered not guilty pleas to two charges – displaying material likely to stir up racial hatred and publishing or distributing material likely to stir up racial hatred.

Griffin, of Welshpool, Powys, is accused of posting on X a cartoon of a giant spider with a Star of David on its head.

It is said the post, on 6 December 2021, was accompanied with a comment.

The post was “abusive or insulting”, it is said, and Griffin is accused of “intending to stir up racial hatred“.

Mr Justice Swift adjourned the case and set a trial date of 11 May next year.”

[BBC]

“...it is said“, meaning “it is alleged” by the malicious Jew-Zionist “Campaign Against Antisemitism” or “CAA”, effectively a volunteer arm (though it does pay its main goblins) of the Israeli Embassy in London.

https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/c05dd39z363o

Nothing in that BBC report about whether Griffin made application to have the charges dismissed. It may be —I do not know— that, if there was an application, the judge directed that that fact not be reported in case the details affected any future trial jury (though the case has been set down for 11 May 2027, 13 months from now).

At any rate, if the application to dismiss or to stay was made, it seems that it must have been itself dismissed, or at least not determined yesterday. I do not know.

No information as to for how many days the judge set down the trial. Probably more than one day. Maybe 2-3 days.

This is “lawfare”, abuse of the English legal system by malicious Jew-Zionist fanatics. Private prosecutions should in any case be restricted to private individuals or recognized genuine charities such as the RSPCA (i.e. not fake ones such as the “CAA”).

Imagine what is happening here: a whole Crown Court case, involving full jury trial, all about an allegation that someone posted, years ago at that, a cartoon (and not even one he himself created); and that he then made a comment online about it. Utterly ludicrous.

Some of my own experiences with Jew-Zionist fanatics, mostly the “CAA” (that evil pack have been persecuting me for well over a decade now):

How time flies! It is now already over two years since I was tried, convicted, and sentenced as a result of the suborning of the police (Hampshire Constabulary) and the CPS (CPS Wessex) by the “CAA” goblins (political pressure etc), and it is two and a half years since the trial itself, at which trial I defended myself, nearly got off at “half-time” (at the close of the prosecution case) on legal and evidential grounds, but eventually was convicted and sentenced to a “community order” (i.e. probation) for a few months.

All the same, the blog continued to be published throughout the “investigation” and trial process (even on the days of trial), and has continued to be published on a near-daily basis ever since.

Incidentally, all the blog posts which formed the basis of the prosecution case against me are still online, as are the (actually rather mild) comments and cartoons which however the district judge determined were, overall at least, “grossly offensive” by reference to the ridiculous “bad law” of the Communications Act 2003, s.127 (which bad law was set to be repealed until the Jewish lobby “nobbled” enough MPs and peers to keep it on the statute book).

I am unable to link here to those particular blog posts, cartoons, and comments (because to do so might be to be said to have repeated my supposed “offence”), but they all remain online and can be seen by the whole world.

If you click on that tweet from a few months ago, you see the range and extent of money that Jewish lobby/Israel lobby puppet Streeting gets, mostly from those connected lobbies. Huge. Who knows? Looking at the state of the country, and at the political pygmies not only in the System parties but also the insurgent newcomers (Reform, Greens), anything is possible even in 2029, let alone by 2034.

Pity. One of the most interesting series aired on British television . The sort of thoughtful “social commentary” TV rarely now seen.

In fact, it has become social commentary in itself, looking at the fact that one “Asif Kapadia” will be presenting or voicing the last one. Sign of the times?

The USA has developed, over thirty-five years, into a rogue state.

It is only logical. Gypsies, blacks, even Pakistani Muslims, while they can do considerable damage if they riot or rebel, do not have the numbers to threaten, potentially, the State itself. White British people are still about 80% of the population of these islands. If the real British people were to rise up, the State could fall. The response of the System is, therefore, to stamp hard on any real British protest, or even on any potentially “inflammatory” social media postings.

People are voting with their feet, not only in respect of books and publishing, but also away from msm radio, TV, newspapers; increasingly, they go to alternative media for alternative truth.

The same applies to political parties. In the 1950s, about 99% of voters were voting LibLabCon, and 90% of those voted Lab or Con. In 2024, the figure for LibLabCon was below 70%, and Lab and Con together were voted for by only 57.4%.

Were the voting system proportional, those figures would be radically lower.

From recent opinion polling, it seems that only about 45%-50% are presently intending to vote LibLabCon, and only about 35% are likely to vote for Lab or Con.

In that case, forget elections and debates, and just load up.

Britische Freikorps.

Black and brown migrant-invaders living in comfort, while real British people face the wintry wind and rain without even basic shelter.

In ordinary language, what is happening in the UK is treason. Politicians. “Journalists” (scribblers). Bien-pensant literati, chatterati, Twitterati. TV and radio talking heads.

We are watching the degradation and eventual death of this country in real time, and most of the people seem to be more interested in whether “our blacks beat your blacks” at football or other sports in various competitions, or in “celebrities” one has never heard of, on so-called “reality” TV shows (which are entirely contrived and unreal); or other trivia.

Unexpected good news.

I have visited Turkey or North Cyprus a few times. On my last visit, quite long ago (2001), I spent 3 months in the country, having driven from the UK (a far more difficult and hazardous trip than it would now be).

I recall going, out of mere curiosity, into a shop in Fethiye that sold shooting equipment. They were very welcoming, despite my telling them that I was only there out of curiosity, and showed me a couple of items, including a short-barrelled and very heavy shotgun, made either on the premises or elsewhere nearby. A crude but no doubt reliable weapon. Perhaps similar to what they call a lupara in Sicily, though with not quite so short a barrel [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lupara].

All the same, I am sure that the barrel-length of that Turkish weapon would not be lawful in the UK even with a shotgun certificate (in the UK, would have to have 24 inch barrel minimum, and 40 inch overall length) i.e. without a firearms certificate or special permission (e.g. military use).

I think that that Turkish weapon’s barrel would have been no longer than 18 inches, if that, and the overall length maybe 24-30 inches.

[“Meanwhile in Australia.

The Geelong Oil Refinery in Victoria is now on fire.

This is one of the country’s biggest facilities, supplying over 120,000 barrels of oil every single day.

Australia is already running dangerously low on fuel – and now this.

Too many vital energy plants and food production sites have mysteriously gone up in flames recently.

These cannot all be coincidences.”]

Exactly what I have been thinking recently.

“…and a good job too!“, to quote from Trial by Jury

Why should British people sink even deeper into the mire merely to challenge Russia, a country which poses no threat to us at all, except that “NATO” (NWO/ZOG) has been goading it for 35 years (and Russia has felt compelled to respond).

Dan Hodges actually thinks that the UK should or somehow “has to” go to war with Russia, a war which would leave Britain a charred, irradiated island of dead souls.

Translates to a Commons with about 285 Reform UK MPs (41 short of an overall majority), Cons 98 (official Opposition in the absence of a coalition), Greens 88, LibDems 68, SNP 45, Lab 38 [etc].

As in all recent polling, Starmer would, on those figures, lose his seat.

As often previously blogged, underwhelming Reform is still in pole position but the voters are unenthusiastic, voting against Lab and Con rather than for Reform as such. I think the same or similar is true of the Greens, mutatis mutandis.

The longer this goes on, the less will voters be willing to stay within the traditional LibLabCon matrix, but will be open to radical new parties and policies.

I happened to see that a blog post first published nearly 8 years ago, in 2018, had a few hits. Looking at it again, I think that it is worth republishing:

Brief thought about Hungary

Obviously, I could not agree with Orban’s support for Israel, but now that he is gone, the EU satrap taking his place will be opening the borders of Hungary to blacks and browns, thus —like other EU and UK NWO/ZOG puppets, facilitating the Coudenhove-Kalergi Plan.

The Kiev regime will also be glad of a probable change of policy re. Ukraine.

This is what we have now in the UK. Look at that idiot. A typical “New Labour”-style nobody, with no principles, no beliefs, nothing… All that and an activist lesbian as well. Completely out of touch, completely dishonest, completely careerist. Labour is a kind of political mummification, if not fossil, these days.

Do such people somehow believe that the public find such obfuscation at all credible?

Oh, well, no matter. It would take a political miracle for her to retain her seat at the next GE: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Reading_West_and_Mid_Berkshire#Elections_in_the_2020s.

The tendency, though, is the problem.

Starmer-stein has just committed the UK to becoming even more of a vassal-state than it was before the poorly-handled Brexit happened. What price “democracy” now?

Does Starmer-stein really imagine that people, voters, will applaud this? They will either oppose it or be indifferent (because it will be “caviar to the general” and will pass over their heads).

Britain should leave NATO, cultivate friendly relations with Russia, and thus get energy at cost-price, and no need to waste vast new sums on defence. Russia will provide the UK with huge new markets for our goods and services. The USA can get lost, and the EU will knuckle down once it has Russia to its east and a Russia-aligned UK to its west.

“Boris” Johnson should be put up against a wall. Along with many others.

So will Starmer-stein’s toothless “coalition of the willing” be demanding the re-opening of the Strait from the Iranian government, or from the Trump misgovernment?

If I required any further proof that Jewish lobby/Israel-lobby puppet Tice is unfit for any position or office in government, it would be this— that Tice has retained, apparently, dishonest and incompetent “Mark Lewis Lawyer” as his solicitor. What does that say about Tice, about his judgment?

For more about the egregious Lewis, use the search box on the blog.

Well, the importation of literally millions of unwanted immigrants over the past 50 years or so has not exactly helped, which (with breeding of said migrants) has added about 15M to the UK population since I (b.1956) was a child, but many of those complaining about a housing crisis also favour near-open borders policies…

Mass immigration is the primary major cause of the housing crisis, and another 500,000-1M are coming in every single year.

Basic Income must come eventually.

Trump is the monkey but Netanyahu is the organ-grinder.

Are “they” going to foment a world war (again)?

Translates to a Commons with about 326 Reform UK MPs (bare majority), 71 Greens (very weak official Opposition), 67 Cons, 65 LibDems, 49 Lab, and 45 SNP [etc].

As with all other recent polling, on those figures Starmer would lose his own seat, along with 353 other Labour MPs.

Iran is twice the size of Iraq, and has twice the population (about 93M). It is a fifth of the size of the whole of the contiguous USA, so about 4x the size of California, or about twice the size of Texas. The idea that the USA might invade Iran as a whole, or to any extent beyond a coastal zone, or the offshore islands, is just ludicrous.

As for Trump’s threat to destroy the drinking water supply of the Iranians, that would not only be a recognized war crime by Trump and his cohorts, and also by any senior officers, pilots etc who might take part, but also would trigger an Iranian response.

Were the desalination plants of the UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait and Saudi Arabia to be badly hit by Iranian attack, most of the inhabitants would have to flee or die of thirst, because 90% or more of the water used in those countries comes from desalination.

Trump, played by Netanyahu and a Jewish cabal in the USA, has created a terrible situation.

Historical talking point

Gunther Plüschow

Quite an adventurer! A real adventurer, not the kind you usually see today, that have back-up crews, TV cameras rolling, and their three-book contracts already signed.

Gunther Plüschow (February 8, 1886 – January 28, 1931) was a German aviator, aerial explorer, and author from MunichBavaria. His feats include the only escape by a German prisoner of war in either world war from Britain back to Germany;[1] he was the first man to explore and film Tierra del Fuego and Patagonia from the air.[2] He was killed on a second aerial expedition to Patagonia in 1931. As an aviator and explorer, he is honoured as a hero by the Argentine Air Force to this day.”

Another real adventurer

[William Willis aboard one of his oceangoing rafts]

William Willis (September 8, 1893 – July 1968) was an American sailor and writer who is famous due to his solo rafting expeditions across oceans.

Willis became a sailor at 15, leaving his home in Hamburg, Germany, to sail around Cape Horn.[1]

A few days after the New Year in 1938, Willis rented a room in New York City from a French immigrant named Madame Carnot. Her son, Bernard Carnot, had been sent to Devil’s Island in 1922 for a murder that he did not commit. Out of compassion and a sense of adventure, Willis set out to the penal colony to effect Bernard Carnot’s escape, which he eventually accomplished.

During his first solo expedition in 1954 from South America to American Samoa, he sailed 6,700 miles – 2,200 miles farther than did Thor Heyerdahl on Kon-Tiki. His raft was named “Seven Little Sisters” and was crewed by himself, his parrot, and cat. Willis was age 61 at the time of this voyage. He selected the seven great balsa tree trunks which were used in the raft (hence the name Seven Little Sisters) himself at a balsa forest on a great inland estate. His wife saw him off at the dockside in CallaoPeru. In an incident with the raft in the docks the day before sailing, Willis suffered a hernia,[2] but nonetheless set sail as planned.

In a second great voyage ten years later, at the age of 71, he sailed 10,000 miles from South America to Australia single-handing a 34-foot (10.4 m) raft named Age Unlimited. He left Callao on 5 July 1963, made a lengthy stop in Apia, and after a total of 204 days at sea, arrived near Tully Heads, Queensland, completing his voyage on 9 September 1964.[3][4]

At age 74, Willis made his third attempt at a solo crossing of the North Atlantic in a small sailboat. Willis left Montauk Point, Long Island on May 2, 1968, in his boat Little One. On September 24, 1968, the crew of the Soviet Latvian trawler Yantarny sighted his half-submerged boat nearly four hundred miles west of the Irish coast. No one was found on board. Willis’ log was found on the boat, with its last entry dated July 21, 1968.

I believe that Crooke was an officer of British SIS, who now lives somewhere in Lebanon. [note: a reader of the blog informs me that Crooke is now resident (living) in Italy].

Apparently the London/UK economy will have lost about £30M by reason of the ban on that black entertainer (and the subsequent/consequent abandonment of a music festival), he now having been banned from entering the UK.

All because a few Jews felt (pretended to feel) “offended” by his planned brief presence here.

When the karmic pendulum swings, Israel and the Israelis will suffer blows of Fate compared to which the early 1940s “holocaust” farrago will be seen as nothing.

She only just discovered this?

Ha ha. I doubt that Putin will be shaking in his boots. Does that political pygmy, Healey, really imagine that his empty threats will concern a country whose leadership controls, apart from large numbers of ships and submarines, something like 6,000+ nuclear weapons?

It really is ludicrous watching little System-party people such as Healey enjoying their 15 minutes of fame on (what they obviously imagine is) the “world stage”.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/John_Healey

In any case, Britain should be out of NATO and seeking closer relations with Russia. Apart from, in that event, not being a prime target in any major conflict, the British people would then get their required oil and gas at cost price, from Russia.

As already said…ludicrous. Like all present Labour-label ministers, Healey is just a silly little joke.

Iran is now able to tax all ships, or all it wants to tax, using the Strait of Hormuz. The “going rate” is said to be USD $2M per ship per transit. Normal traffic, i.e. when there is no active conflict, was about 150 ships per day (westward and eastward combined). That adds up about about USD $300M per day into Iran’s coffers. “A nice little earner”, if you like. Even if only the eastward ships are to be taxed, that would still be about USD $150M daily.

[update, same day: Iran now says that, during the 2-week ceasefire, only 15 ships per day will be allowed to traverse the Gulf. I presume that that is designed to keep economic pressure on the West.]

Almost identical to another poll yesterday. Main points: a solid Commons majority for Reform (about 383 MPs), and Starmer losing his own seat (as in all polls for months now).

I gave a talk on international swaps (and informal trading tactics) at the University of South Carolina, one sunny afternoon in 2002. A pleasant-enough place, located in Columbia, South Carolina, and about a 2-hour drive from Charleston.

[“And now I’m here at this lovely rooftop bar in central London. It’s a gorgeous, hot, sunny day, with a balcony that overlooks all of the London landmarks, so have a guess why nobody is sat outside? That’s right; you’re not allowed drinks outside anymore. They had an incident on Saturday and since then have banned drinks outside. This is everything that’s wrong with this country. A few people do something stupid and instead of dealing with them, everyone has their fun stopped. Bloody depressing.“]

Good grief.

Those are the terms of a victor, not of a vanquished state.

Israel is doomed. When its doom finally arrives, then will be the time to deal with its fifth column(s) across the world.

GB News is more or less Jewish-lobby, Israel-lobby, propaganda.

The state of Israel should never have been allowed to come into existence.

Witkoff“… Where do his ultimate loyalties lie?

Translates to a Commons with about 383 Reform UK MPs (very solid majority), 59 LibDems (very weak official Opposition), 49 Cons, 46 Lab, 45 SNP, 42 Greens [etc].

As with all recent (last few months) opinion polls, this one shows that Starmer will probably lose his own seat at the next general election.

[“David Lammy has been the Labour MP for Tottenham since 2000. He is currently the Deputy Prime Minister, Secretary of State for Justice and Lord Chancellor. David has had a rewarding and successful career thus far. He has travelled all over the world in his roles as Shadow and actual Foreign Secretary. He is officially titled ‘Envoy Extraordinaire’ in his role at the University of Guyana and indeed, David’s career as an MP has been extraordinary on many levels. David has said that Margaret Thatcher was a ‘“visionary leader for the UK”.’ Whether David’s predecessor in Tottenham, Bernie Grant, would have agreed with him is open to question. David has described himself as a ‘“liberal, progressive Zionist”’ and is a member of the lobby organisation Labour Friends of Israel. The @ElectoralCommUK and Register of Interests show that David has received £752,849.60 in donations and perks. These include: £70,000 from Gary Lubner. £67,674 in 2 payments from the Trevor Chinn, Martin Taylor, Gary Lubner funded/Morgan McSweeney/Josh Simons run consortium @LabourTogether £12,500 from Lord Waheed Alli. £30,000 from Transilluminate Ltd. £5,000 from Samantha Hackett. £10,000 from@SilkRdConsult £2,500 from Clare Parsons. £7,000 from Lady Susan Woodford Hollick. £20,000 from Lady Jeanne Marie Davies. £7,500 from Richard Geer. £15,000 from Richard Lewis. £25,000 from one George Brown. (There is effectively no information on who this George Brown is or what he does as is the case with quite a few of David’s donors.) £24,739 from Conservation International do Brasil. £15,000 from Jonathan Stone. £10,000 from Stephen Fitzgerald. £2,500 from Tony Langham. £5,000 from Karen Blackett. £3,000 from@BuchlerPhillips £805 from the University of Glasgow to cover David’s accommodation, refreshments and transport when he received his honorary degree.

David has a successful parallel career as a public speaker. He travels all over the world to speak at prestigious events: political and cultural meetings, literary festivals, Bilderberg conventions, war veteran commemorations and more. David is remunerated for these speaking engagements and has received approximately £78,896 to date. Another rewarding parallel career for David has been his stints on various radio shows. The Register of Interests shows that David has received approximately £110,145 from @LBC, Global Radio, @ITG_Ltd and other media outlets. Approximately £7,000 in tickets and hospitality from @SpursOfficial for matches and other sporting events. £800 in tickets and hospitality from @getir for a match at @SpursOfficial

With his approximately £200,000+ salary, expenses, donations, rental income, perks, speaking engagements, radio and media appearances, visiting professorships, his continuing ties as an ‘Associate Tenant’ to Doughty Street Chambers and his shareholdings in the Pomeroon Trading Company, there can be no doubt that David has enjoyed a very successful 26 years as an MP. And as an MP, David initially voted to retain the two-child benefit cap, voted to scrap the winter fuel payment, voted for the welfare changes that will impact people who are disabled and unwell, voted against an inquiry into grooming gangs and voted to scrap trials by jury.

The Labour Party – Working For You’.“]

Lammy is just an ignorant, moneygrasping, monkey-on-a-stick for the Jewish/Israel lobby.

1,000…in one single day. Tomorrow, another 1,000, or 2,000.

[for “refugees“, read “invaders”]

I think that the reason Trump “blinked” was because powerful elements of the “Deep State”, maybe the Joint Chiefs etc, were unwilling to obey any order to wipe out the Iranians as a people, an idea which can only have come from the Israelis and their American “fifth column” within the Washington “establishment”, preying on Trump’s quite obviously diseased mind.

The (Israeli) Jews are not going to stop hitting Lebanon and Hezbollah, so Trump etc will either have to withdraw aid to Israel or (and/or) accept that the Strait of Hormuz will continue to be closed (and taxed) by Iran.

Forget the Easter Bunny. The White House is once again a bunch of clowns, just as it was under Biden.

Farage once again proves that being a populist politician within the corrupt pseudo-democratic System process or mechanism does not translate to being any kind of statesman.

As I have blogged for years, Reform is not the social-national party Britain needs. It is too pseudo-“libertarian”, too Conservative-lookalike, too tied in with the Jewish/Israeli lobby etc. That is why it has been unable to maintain its highwater mark of 35% (a year ago) in the opinion polls, and so it fluctuates within a broadly 24%-30% band. Still enough to “win” a general election, of course, when other parties are at or below 20%, but not enough to have a real mandate.

I agree, and yet the “MAGA” fanatics from American one-horse towns and, even more disturbingly, some pro-Trump deadheads in the UK, are refusing to accept that the anti-Iran war has been a strategic loss on a huge scale for the USA. They really seem to think that you win wars by bombing the hell out of a country, then hope that things will turn out well in the end (cf. Iraq, cf. Afghanistan; cf. Libya; cf. Syria).

Many of those idiots are also still referencing the (either non-existent, or only germinal) “Iranian nuclear missiles programme” and how destroying this chimera has been a huge success…What can one say?…

Why bother to track the oil tankers at all? To do so using a basically civilian Royal Fleet Auxiliary vessel is utterly pointless. War games, and ones that just make this country look stupid.

Israel is a rogue state, and worse than that because it has wealthy and influential “fifth columns” of Zionist Jews in many advanced countries of the world. The only way to deal with it and contain it (short of actual obliteration) is for the US and other countries (especially Germany) to stop subsidizing Israel, to stop sending it or selling it arms and ammunition, and to boycott anything to do with it.

Interesting. My own “political compass” was assessed as being very similar; on the same graphic, slightly lower and slightly to the left of tweeter Sophie Meaden.

As to the chalked message, it is said that the old Soviet Spetsnaz had an unofficial saying: “when the real revolution comes, we shall not kill those with big houses and cars, and we shall not kill those who talk about social justice, but we shall kill those with big houses and cars who talk about social justice.”

Were they wrong, looking at the UK, USA etc today?

Usually, it is the supposed “anti-racists” who are loonie: see

Incidentally, guess what (((ethno-cultural tribe))) comprises many, perhaps most, psychiatrists in the USA? That’s right— “them”.

Translates to a Commons with about 323 Reform UK MPs (3 short of overall majority), 71 Cons (very weak official Opposition), 63 Greens, 62 LibDems, 59 Lab, 44 SNP [etc].

So there it is. Reform still the only game in town but, crucially, needing support to govern.

Also, as with the last (?) 15-20 opinion polls, this one shows Starmer as very likely to lose his own seat. I think that Starmer will quite likely decide not to lead Labour into the next general election. He must see the writing on the wall, surely.

The —in Hitler’s phrase— “dirty democratic politicians” always place personal interest, and then party interest, above national or world interest. We saw that in the UK in, to take just one example, the extended —and totally unnecessary— “lockdowns” etc during the 2020-2022 “Covid” nonsense (panicdemic/scamdemic).

For once, the Starmer-Labour government does something worthwhile.

One change not made, but which should be made, is to abolish rental deposits. Inconvenient, irritating (when repaid or not repaid at end of tenancy), and unnecessary anyway (the landlord-parasites need not be potentially out of pocket, because they can just tack a small amount onto each weekly, monthly, or other durational rent payment).

A horrible tribe.

One officer with access and a sidearm could end this madness.

[“Until 1976, you could walk into a shop in London, England called Harrods and buy a lion, a camel, or an elephant. In 1969, two young Australians named John Rendall and Ace Bourke walked in and bought a three-month-old lion cub.

They named him Christian. He lived with them above a furniture shop, played in local gardens, and rode around the city in the back of a convertible. When he outgrew London, they flew him to Kenya, where a conservationist named George Adamson released him into the wild in the Kora National Reserve.

A year later, the two men flew back to find him. Adamson warned them Christian was now fully wild and might not remember them. Despite being the head of a wild pride, Christian recognised them immediately and ran to greet them. The reunion was filmed, and the footage has since been viewed over 100 million times.

Christian was last seen in early 1973, heading north. He was never seen again.“]

A beautiful documentary film; I saw it many years ago.

A different film about Africa:

[“From the 1920s to the 1960s, around 10,000 shoe shops across the United States, the United Kingdom, and Canada had X-ray machines built into the floor. You put your feet inside a wooden cabinet and looked through a viewing hole at the top to see the bones of your feet glowing inside the shoes.

Children loved it. Parents thought it meant a better fit. Nobody told them they were standing directly on top of an unshielded X-ray tube, absorbing radiation that scattered straight up through their legs and body every time.

In 1999, Time magazine named it one of the 100 worst ideas of the 20th century.“]

I remember doing that occasionally, maybe once per year, at one of the two now-long-gone smallish department stores in Reading (Berkshire, UK), either Wellstead’s or Heelas, maybe the former, having been taken there by my mother. Early to mid-1960s.

In the 1967 film Billion Dollar Brain, Harry Palmer (Michael Caine) uses one of those fluoroscopes (aka “pedoscopes”) to look inside a Thermos flask:

Britain should leave NATO, and cultivate far better relations with Russia. We could get oil and gas for our people at cost price, or even below cost price. This is a realistic possibility.

[“STAGGERING LOSSES: USAF Takes Heavy Hits in Operation Epic Fury. In the ongoing conflict, the U.S. Air Force is facing mounting losses across multiple critical platforms. So far, reports indicate: 4 × F-15E Strike Eagle 1 × A-10 Thunderbolt II 1 × E-3 Sentry 2 × KC-135 Stratotanker 2 × C-130 Hercules 17 × MQ-9 Reaper 1× MH-6

Total confirmed losses: 28 aircraft + 8 more critically damaged This isn’t just numbers, it’s a significant hit to surveillance, refueling, strike, and drone capabilities all at once. The loss of high-value assets like AWACS and tankers raises serious questions about operational risk and air superiority in contested environments. Bottom line: Even the world’s most powerful air force is not immune to attrition in high-intensity warfare. Source: Open-source reports / conflict tracking“]

Were Iran able to land even a few missiles in New York, Washington, or LA, that would be the end of the war. The Americans, even more than the Israelis, like the kind of war where they have all the power, none of the hurt, and can attack helpless civilians.

The UK could have cheap gas, maybe even free gas, if the UK were to leave NATO and cultivate better relations with Russia.

Reminds me a bit of my own three years in Australia, aged 10-13, during the years 1967, 1968, 1969.

The first book on the Reich I ever read, I being a precocious 10 years old. It was on the shelves of the house in Mosman, Sydney (on the slopes of the bay of Middle Harbour) that my parents rented for a few months before they bought a house not far away.

Years later, I understood how one-sided and indeed inaccurate Shirer’s propaganda-work was, but you have to start somewhere. Parsifal was “a pure fool, slowly wise“…

[“Total chaos in Dubai once again.

This time, a 25 year old female flight attendant from England has been arrested.

She was afraid to fly to Dubai because of the explosions.

But her airline assured her the situation was not too dangerous.

She believed Dubai was downplaying the destruction.

So she took a photo of the heavily damaged airport to show her airline that her safety was at risk.

She warned her colleagues not to visit Dubai on WhatsApp.

Now she has been arrested.

2–5 years in prison.”]

Dubai’s public relations people did a good job for decades, presenting a country which has an autocratic and, at best, mediaeval form of government and law, and also a Dark Ages religion underpinning that society, as a modern go-ahead and, above all, safe-for-foreigners place to holiday or to buy a second home, but that was then. All that is now shattered.

Happened to see a BBC News report today. Russian attacks reported on, but no mention of the continuing, indeed continual, Kiev-regime drone attacks on Russian territory. One-sided.
