Of course, the “CAA” Jews will still pretend that some tweets, blog posts, cartoons etc are “unlawful” by reason of the “grossly offensive” provision in the discredited Communications Act 2003, s. 127. That provision was set to be repealed, and repeal was recommended by the Law Commission (I myself am mentioned by name at the end of that Law Commission report, and thanked) but the “CAA” and other Jews involved in the repression of free speech lobbied heavily at Westminster against repeal. As a result, that bad law (very badly-drafted, and chilling of free speech) is still on the statute book.

However, it is now harder than it was for the evil and malicious “CAA” goblins to make allegations and/or to have them taken seriously or even semi-seriously by the police, Crown Prosecution Service, and Government. Consequently, the “CAA” has been forced to pursue its “Israel first” “lawfare” at its own expense, by launching private criminal prosecutions, such as that against Reginald D. Hunter, the black American comedian, and Nick Griffin, the one-time chief of the BNP etc.

In the Reginald D. Hunter case, the district judge not only threw out the “CAA” prosecution, but trenchantly criticized the “CAA” and its dishonesty and motivations. He also ordered that a copy of his remarks should be appended to all future “CAA” private prosecutions for perusal of the trial judge and any preliminary judges.

The “CAA” goblins are now seeking a High Court judicial review of that determination (presumably both the material case determination and the order to append transcript copies of the judgment to future “CAA” private prosecutions).

In the Nick Griffin case, there will be heard (I think in May) an application by the defendant to stop the prosecution from proceeding. Good luck to him and, as the Germans might say, Gott strafe die Kobolde! (“God punish the goblins!“).

The LibDems have been fortunate in having their voting support concentrated in a fairly small number of (usually leafy and affluent) parts of the UK. They still have 72 MPs. Had their support been spread more evenly over the country, they would have no MPs at all.

Incidentally, that latest opinion poll would result in a Commons with about 264 Reform UK MPs (62 short of an overall majority), 108 Cons (weak official Opposition), 92 Greens, 65 LibDems, 49 Lab, 45 SNP [etc].

What that poll says to me is that potential voters are totally underwhelmed by the poor electoral choices offered to them. They are only supporting —and not fervently— either Reform or Green because the other choices, the System parties, are so dire, so discredited, so despised and hated.

I am far less worried about an attack on London (from anywhere) than I should have been had I thought much about it years ago. Mainly because, as time goes by, I like London (where I lived for many years) less and less.

Incidentally, how far can the Israeli missiles reach? Don’t imagine that they would never attack the UK; they have done so in the past, and they already have a large, mainly Jewish, “fifth column” here…

Incidentally, I now see the msm ramping up the fear-factor, as seen prior to the invasion of Iraq nearly 25 years ago. Today, “Iran has the means to attack the UK” etc. All those years ago, many people believed that Saddam Hussein’s Iraq also not only had the means to attack the UK with “weapons of mass destruction”, but could do so in less than 40 minutes. Both untrue. Propaganda.

The Israeli pathology and the American are similar in that sense. Both think themselves entitled to bomb others, while they themselves remain immune from attack. However, when they themselves do suffer attacks, they scream, and take on a “victim” persona, as we saw when New York was attacked in 2001.

Gaza is one big war crime, committed by the Israeli state, supported by the Israeli Jews (most of them), and supported by the Jewish/Israeli lobby in the USA, UK, Australia, France etc.

As a matter of fact, I also dislike what I have seen (online) of that exhibition, but only because it is “art” on, at best, a primary school level. Unlike the repressive activist Jews, though, I would not want to ban the exhibition (though neither would I, had I the political power, subsidize it).

I was previously unaware of that. Also may explain why American feminists are so pro-abortion; most of the famous 20thC “pioneers” of feminism in the USA were Jewish.

Very evil. After all, babies born prematurely, whether naturally or via surgical intervention and for medical reasons, and even if born months prematurely, are usually able to live entirely normal lives.

What that says to me is that the Iranian leadership have recognized (how could they not?) the air and sea superiority, indeed supremacy, of the US and its “tail wags dog” “ally”, Israel. The Iranian leadership may therefore be resigned to losing much, perhaps all, of their own oil production and transit as part of the damage from the war, and so have decided to go all-out to close (now, or soon) the Strait of Hormuz, in order to bring down the international economic order.

Should it so decide, Turkey could cut off almost all of Israel’s oil supply.

Apropos of nothing (?), I have never yet met a Kuwaiti that I could, even marginally, like, trust, or respect. Dishonest, unclean-looking, and unpleasant even by the low standards of the Gulf Arabs generally.

While I imagine it would be possible for American forces to take and make a bridgehead on some shore, or offshore island, and possible even keep that area occupied for a considerable time, the USA has not the strength, or the will, and certainly not the airlift capacity, to invade Iran and occupy it, or a large part of it.

Iran is the 17th-largest country by area in the world (Iraq is the 58th-), has about 93M inhabitants (Iraq has about 46M).

The land area alone is vast: about 7x the size of that of the UK, 3x the size of Ukraine and, while of course smaller than that of the USA (Iran is about a 6th of the size of the whole USA), still about the size of Alaska or, to put it another way, 4x the size of California 10x the size of Florida, or 12x the size of the State of New York.

Bottom line— the USA, were it to attempt invasion, would be unable to occupy or hold more than a small part of Iran. Kharg Island, maybe, but only at the cost of constant drone and rocket attack on that island and on all ships in the Strait of Hormuz.

The Iranians seem to be repeating their mistake of 2025, attacking all over the place rather than concentrating their resources on a few key targets (which to me would be the ben-Gurion Airport, central Tel Aviv, and the Dimona nuclear area. That would leave many other potential targets unattacked, but not everywhere can be attacked with sufficient force. It was once said that “to govern is to choose“; same applies.

All the same, as far as one can judge, the attacks on Israel, so far, seem to be more like minor nuisances to the population as a whole, rather than the wholesale destruction and carnage the Israeli Jews have visited upon the people of Iran, Lebanon etc. Certainly, had the Iranian missiles and drones hit any schools or hospitals, and killed any children and/or patients, you can be sure that UK/US TV and Press would have screamed unceasingly about it.

As always, Trump is like a big child, doing something that has unexpected consequences, then wailing for help from its parents.

Well, after all, (((who))) do you think pulls puppet Starmer-stein’s strings? The (((you-know-who))) element, as usual.

How strange that Isabel Oakeshott, apparently paid hundreds of thousands of pounds annually (and tax-free, because she holds UAE tax residency), and whose personal partner is multi-millionaire businessman and MP, Richard Tice, should choose to travel by the London Underground. Makes me think she must be mega-“tight”…

I lived for many years, on and off, in London, though not (thankfully) for the past 25 years.

Had I 10,000 men and pleins pouvoirs, I could restore order, permanently, to London within a month.

In the specific situation shown, the first volley would take down 90% of the untermenschen, and the rest would either flee or be detained easily enough, having once seen what happened to their “friends”.

That judge should be put up against a wall. Her judgment on sentence makes no sense at all from the viewpoint of protecting the public in Canada.

In a proper society, the invaders (probably Congolese) would be put up against a wall.

As blogged yesterday, the latest opinion polling puts Reform, Labour, and the Greens within about one percentage point of each other in the Gorton and Denton by-election contest. It’s wide open, with less than 24 hours before the real polls open.

I do not agree with that conclusion. I still think that Reform (Matt Goodwin) could do this. All three main contenders (the others are jokes and wasted votes) are within one point of each other, around 28% (so not far off the 30% each I predicted weeks ago on the blog).

What surprises me, even in a constituency full of uncultured, uneducated Pakistani Muslims and former tribal-Labour English, is that over a quarter of voters are, even now, going to vote Labour! What do they have between their ears? Not brains, I think.

That has occurred to me, as have several other theories. One of those would be that Farage wants Reform to be a kind of populist “Conservative” party with a few add-ons, whereas Matt Goodwin is halfway to social-nationalism (having started his ideological journey, years ago, as a kind of “anti-fascist” academic stooge-type. I think he even tweeted against me once or twice). Certainly Farage has not been very supportive of Goodwin during the by-election campaign.

It occurred to me that Mandelson might (but probably would not) flee to Israel, as a Jew with “right of return”, and I put that on the blog about a week ago, but the BVI (British Virgin Islands)?! Absurd. The BVI is a British Overseas Territory, so not a safe place of sanctuary.

2) High-tech contributes 17% of Israel’s GDP and 57% of its exports. The The Israel Innovation Authority warns that a sustained loss of these “innovation drivers” could lead to a permanent slowdown in growth and investment.
3) The exit of doctors exacerbates an already critical shortage of medical personnel, potentially leading to longer wait times and reduced quality of care.
4) As secular, liberal-leaning Israelis leave, the remaining population tilts more toward religious and nationalist sectors. This shift could further deepen internal polarization and fundamentally alter the “social contract” that binds Israeli society.
5) For the first time in 15 years, Israel has seen a negative migration balance, challenging the Zionist vision of the country as a primary safe haven for Jews worldwide.

Israel continues to move towards a future as a theocratic, authoritarian state. It will also be a poorer one with less innovation.“]

The polls open at 0700 hrs tomorrow morning. A few votes may decide the issue.

Whether Matt Goodwin wins it for Reform, or the Greens win it, or even if Labour retains the seat by a whisker, any of those outcomes will show that Labour is on the way out. Labour scored 50.8% there in 2024, so any result less than 1. a Labour win but also 2. with at least 40% of the votes cast, is bad for Labour and for Starmer. Gorton and Denton has always been a “tribal” Labour area.

Thus speaks the typical “Westminster Bubbler”, or political gossip insider. Politics as a matter of organization, “comms”, a get-the-vote-out local machine etc.

Dan Hodges may be right, and all of the above matter.

For me, the actual result is not the main thing. For one thing, a third of the voters are Muslims, mostly Pakistanis. As far as I am concerned, their participation renders the vote non-legitimate anyway, if it results in a win for Labour or the Greens.

Secondly, what matters is that, even were Labour to win with, say, 35% of the vote, that means that in most of the country, in places where Labour is not part of a secular trinity (Labour-NHS-football), Labour is toast.

The betting market is strongly focussed on the Greens to take Gorton and Denton at the by-election. Maybe so, but I remain convinced that Reform and Goodwin can still do this.

Many 2024 Labour voters (50.8% vote-share) in the constituency will either not vote at all, or will migrate to Reform or the Greens.

Many of the Muslims, who comprise about a third of all Gorton/Denton voters, will migrate to Green; at any rate, the Muslim vote may be split between Green and Labour (in proportions that are and will be unknown, even after Thursday).

How many white English/British voters will go for Reform is also up in the air, as is any quantification of the chance of Reform being able to recruit people eligible to vote but who did not vote in 2024 (turnout was only 46.8%, pathetic for a general election). In 2024, Labour was returned with 50.8% of votes cast, but only about 23%-24% of all eligible votes.

My guess is that few real British/English voters are going to vote Labour in this by-election, and they are about 65% of all eligible voters. The Muslims will either go Labour or Green, probably more the latter.

My conclusion remains what it has been since the beginning: very close, but Reform can do this, if luck is with them.

Incidentally, at this by-election, a third of the voters are the Muslims, and they are all or almost all, Pakistanis. Should non-Europeans even be allowed to vote? Frankly, I think not.

Not necessarily. After all, Reform is still an upstart party, despite having had opinion poll leads for well over a year. I think that, if Labour cannot retain Gorton and Denton, it proves that they are toast. However, if Labour were to hold on by a few points, that would still indicate that they are toast in all but long-traditional, kneejerk Labour tribal areas.

If Reform comes in second to the Greens, especially,then that would be a smallish setback, bearing in mind the Muslim/Islamist factor. If Reform comes in third, then that would be a far bigger setback, though scarcely fatal.

It is true that Reform is not breaking past the 35% point in the opinion polls, and usually is not breaking past the 30% mark. That is because (as Goodwin has said) Farage has welcomed too many tarnished Con Party defectors, several not even white European. Were Reform social-national, and free of fake “libertarian” rubbish, it would be at 50% in the polling.

Hannah Spencer is a typical pseudo-liberal hypocrite and fake. In fact, I doubt whether she is really “a plumber” at all. She may be, I suppose, but she looks like a fake generally to me.

As to the Green Party, its leader is a Jew with a fake name. Even the Jews generally seem to dislike him.

Why? Because —leaving aside the details and the nuances— the USA was one of two world superpowers, or maybe even then the only real one. Now it is certainly the only real superpower, and with that come the responsibilities and problems of empire.

Within a decade, the USA will probably be joined, as a world superpower, by China.

Of course, if the USA provokes a war with Russia, China may then be left as the sole world superpower, the other two contenders having, in that contingency, ruled themselves out by destroying each other.

Had I been the sort of person who trims and compromises for careerist reasons, I could have joined a “mainstream” party decades ago, and might now be an MP, even Prime Minister, who knows? Well, the betting (see below, taken from a random tweet seen) is heavily on the Green clowns to win at Gorton and Denton, but I have found over the past 10-15 years that betting odds are a poor predictor of by-election results.

My own assessment, admittedly from far away geographically (central-southern coast) is that there is all to play for, bearing in mind that over a quarter of the voters there are saying that they are as yet undecided (or are many of the “undecided” really secret Reform sympathisers? We shall find out on Thursday).

One thing is for sure. Any vote not for Reform, Green, or Labour is a totally wasted vote.

Matt Goodwin has now, suddenly, at the peak of the by-election campaigning, had the System msm bring up various stray allegations against him. “Black propaganda”. That, despite Goodwin being pro-Jew, pro-Israel etc.

The System is afraid of someone such as Goodwin, who is not completely under (((control))) and who veers toward a slightly social-national socio-political stance, becoming an MP. Types such as Farage and Tice are not a real danger to the System.

I can see that a society might develop in the UK, a society that is so dystopian, that only firing squads in the streets would be able to restore law and order…

Whatever Farage may be doing, Goodwin is hitting hard on all of the important by-election issues. I still think he can pull this off, with a fair wind behind him.

It seems to me that Gorton and Denton has all the problems of the rest of the UK but writ large because it is and always was a deprived area. Labour is patently not going to win convincingly, and probably not at all. Labour’s 2024 50.8% of the vote might end up being, in the by-election, 30%, 25%, 20%, maybe even 15%. The voters that vote (i.e. those that are not already in a state of apathetic despair, and the 2024 General Election turnout was only 46.8%…) will be looking for salvation wherever they see it: Reform, or even the increasingly loonie Greens. The Muslim factor is important too. Starmer’s regime is a Labour Friends of Israel one. Muslims are around a third of Gorton and Denton voters.

On the wider picture, this by-election will be around why Britain is increasingly sliding, why “nothing works” (or works properly), and why society itself, as a whole, is ceasing to work, or function properly. Also, the issue of the disconnect between the 5% or 1% who are becoming ever-wealthier, and the other 95%-99%. The msm and the Westminster Bubblers (politicos, scribblers, talking heads on radio and TV) are almost all in the “everything’s OK really in the UK” camp. Few other people are.

The Strange Case of Andrew Windsor

I see on TV news that Andrew Windsor has now been arrested and will be facing police questioning.

I also doubt that anything much, in terms of criminal sanction, will happen to Andrew Windsor. He will probably weasel out of it in the end, though it is pretty obvious that the Jew Epstein may have and, realistically, almost must have acquired some interesting and lucrative commercial intelligence from him; possibly military, naval, and political intelligence as well. The Israelis had a good source or secondary source there.

As a “disgraced and disbarred” former barrister (as the Jews call me), I am interested in the “sovereign immunity” aspect. Normally, “sovereign immunity” applies to heads of state when visiting the UK, akin to diplomatic immunity, and it was international customary law, as adopted and/or altered by the Vienna Convention, but has been partly put on a statutory basis in the UK since 1978:

Sovereign immunity also applies to the Sovereign himself or herself; the King cannot be prosecuted. That applies, in principle, to members of the “Royal Family” too.

It will be recalled that Princess Anne (aka “the Princess Royal” and/or “Mrs. Levy”) was prosecuted several times, in the 1970s and 1980s, for speeding at a speed which would normally have resulted in disqualification and even (in view of her plainly recidivistic offences) imprisonment. In the event (several events) she was fined but not disqualified. Wikipedia, while noting her speeding convictions, implies (wrongly) that her only criminal conviction was in relation to a dog out of control:

I do not know whether she herself, on all those occasions, waived sovereign immunity; presumably so; or, more likely, the question was not raised formally at all. I know she pleaded guilty on all occasions.

Under international customary and convention law, family members of a head of state also have immunity, though the ambit of that has been questioned over the years: eg, in the UK, in respect of a few “princes” and “princesses” from Saudi Arabia (there are, I believe, hundreds, altogether) who abused their status in this country, e.g. by ordering luxury items never paid for.

Andrew Windsor is not a head of state, but is a “close relative” of the Head of State, being his brother.

Seems that, in the UK as in USA etc, a relative has to be very close, really part of the household and/or a dependant, to have immunity.

Andrew’s case may be a grey area. After all, he is the King’s brother, and moreover is, at least arguably, dependent— the King is even giving him his new house.

It seems that Andrew Windsor is being investigated partly as to potential liability when he was acting in his official capacity, so he may yet be able to claim immunity, if anything ever comes to court.

Were Andrew Windsor to be prosecuted for a serious criminal matter, that would be unique in British history, as far as I know. Even Charles I was prosecuted for “State crimes”, i.e. political matters, basically.

In any case, it is arguable that the King could withdraw sovereign protection from Andrew, just as the sending state can, under the Vienna Convention, withdraw diplomatic immunity from an errant diplomat or other embassy employee.

Same happens when NHS personnel etc, even cleaners, arrive from Africa or Asia. Many bring 10 or more relatives with them, or apply later for permission.
