I used to love the little hummingbird which came every morning, as soon as dawn broke, to the bushes on the terrace while I breakfasted (on a Caribbean island where I lived and worked for a little while nearly three decades ago).

That lady (the ex-wife of an ex-MP) still seems to be pushing the line that there is a party or tendency called “the Moderates”, basically Conservatives who do not want to stop immigration. I have blogged before as to my belief (my guess) that the membership of the “Moderates” numbers about the same as the empty bottles in her cellar or kitchen.

She wants to “take off the unaffordable triple lock day 1“.

First of all, the Triple Lock is not “unaffordable“, and only appears so because this country is wasting vast amounts on supporting the useless lives of black/brown immigrants and the offspring of previous waves of non-white immigrants, and wasting other huge amounts on the Jew/Ukrainian-thug regime in Kiev, among other wastages (e.g. military procurement in order to confront Russia, when we should be growing closer with Russia).

Secondly, any party which says it wants to (or does) dump the Triple Lock loses, automatically, the votes of 95% of those over age ~60. That demographic comprises about a third of the entire effective electorate, i.e. the electors who actually bother to vote.

The lady in question seems to be pro-immigration, pro-multikulti society, pro the crazed war against the German Reich 1939-1945, pro increased benefits for some (but not pensioners).

Of course, she herself is rather affluent (her ex-husband employed her at Westminster using Parliamentary expenses, and probably paid her rather well (no-brainer, surely?), she may well have other income streams, and she seems to own two properties, one near Hastings, and one in the Holland Park Avenue area of London.

That is what always astounds me— how out of touch these Westminster Bubble people almost always are.

Incidentally, the lady in question did put herself up for election as MP once; she stood as “Fiona Syms, Independent” in the Richmond Park by-election of 2016. She scored 0.4% of the vote (173 actual votes out of 41,283) behind the LibDems, Zac Goldsmith (standing as Independent), Labour, and the Monster Raving Loony Party…

She seems to think that a so-called “centre” or “moderates” party can appeal to the mass of voters including those who never vote. My own conclusion is exactly opposite: people will eventually want a government which can “do de business”, whatever it takes. WHATEVER it takes.

That hotel was once a decent 3-star place. I remember it even from the 1970s, when I rode past once or twice on my tiny and underpowered Vespa scooter when aged 16 or 17.

I also recall seeing it a decade or so later, when I was staying in another hotel nearby with my girlfriend and a Soviet dance troupe.

Well, in recent years it has been occupied and trashed by migrant-invaders, paid for by the British taxpayers.

After numerous instances of criminality, the migrant trash are going to be relocated, perhaps to social or private rentals near you (and still paid for out of your taxes).

Incidentally, that hotel is one of hundreds beneficially owned by a Jew called Langsam, who is “worth” £400M or more, and who came as a so-called refugee from Austria as a small child in 1938 or 1939. Late thought around BBC Newsnight and Andy Burnham

For the first time in years, watched the first few minutes of BBC Newsnight. Oh dear…It started to be rubbish when Kirsty Wark took over (about 30+ years ago). Now, it seems that dull Paddy O’Connell is the presenter.

Terribly dull.

I saw that Andy Burnham gave his first speech in the Commons since his return. Oh my goodness…he focussed on the bloody Hillsborough thing, which some people “up there” (Manchester, Liverpool, mainly) have been drivelling on about since it happened. Yes, it was terrible, yes, the police were incompetent and dishonest, but it happened 37 years ago!

In a way, that so sums up what Britain now is. It is obsessed with past glories, past tragedies etc. Hillsborough. The 1966 World Cup. “The War” (and “our” Pyrrhic victory over the German Reich) etc.

Backward-looking. Provincial. Even parochial. Second-rate (at best).

Burnham had a chance here to really set out a strategy, his ideas. Well, now we know— he has none.

What Burnham has done is to have thrown some red meat to his Manchester (call it Manchester and 50-mile radius) power base. Same with his “deport the Paki-stani child sex criminals“. Nothing wrong with that, but he is only doing it, now, because it buys cheap popularity, especially “up North”. Until recently, he was just part of the Labour Party cover-up.

So that is Burnham. Useless (as I suspected). It is also Labour going, going, gone in a year or three…

I think that we can already see that Burnham will trash what is left of Labour’s support even more than has Starmer-stein.

“Talk TV” is an Israel-lobby front, and often invites the liar and perjurer Stephen Silverman, of the “Campaign Against Antisemitism” fake “charity”, a volunteer arm (some of them are paid, in fact) of the Israeli Embassy in London.

Reverting to the Reform/Restore situation, my attitude to Restore is not very different to how I see Reform, i.e. a useful tool in moving the overall Overton Window, meaning moving the general weight or bias of public opinion. Even if Reform or Restore were to win a general election, the (((usual fix))) is already in, certainly in Reform, and possibly soon in Restore.

What matters is not the next GE, or which party “wins”, but what happens when the party that wins that GE is unable to improve the degenerating situation in this country, and so loses both credibility and control. Then…

She effectively buried his survival strategy of focusing on security. Reeves allies argue it’s her job to make the numbers add up and if Starmer wanted more money for defence he could have imposed more departmental cuts but was unwilling.

— Burnham will not keep Reeves on as his chancellor, despite her allies pitching her to stay. Reappointing her would not be the change he’s promising, one Burnham supporter says. They say they spoke to Reeves around the locals and came away believing she would help them persuade Starmer to go, but she didn’t follow through.

— The turmoil is rattling UK allies. European diplomats contacted British counterparts in recent days complaining about the uncertainty over the UK’s defence spending plans, the slow pace of the uplift and Healey’s departure. They’ve also asked for information about Burnham’s plans for foreign policy and defence but got no answer.

— If Burnham does become PM he’ll face the same problems. His critics say he’s never uttered a word of substance on defence or foreign policy, shows no interest in it and has no plan. It is not impossible that in the next few months the British PM has to join negotiations with Putin over Ukraine. “Can you imagine Burnham doing that?” asks one official, especially with Powell likely to leave with Starmer.

— Starmer’s chaos also distracted from what might otherwise have been a bad week for Burnham. He got away with his WASPI gaffe thanks to Healey. Labour MPs are also critical of his plans on immigration. One aide said his proposal to end asylum hotel contracts and move responsibility for housing migrants to local authorities is amateurish and toxic.

Interesting, but fails to make the point that any money spent on “defence” at this point is simply money thrown away.

Incidentally, I have never found an answer as to where the family money came from. I have tried to analyze it on the blog previously. We are told that the Miliband father arrived in the UK during the early stages of WW2, young and as a “penniless” “refugee” who had lost his family wealth by reason of the “Nazis”. However, not long after WW2, in the 1950s, certainly by the early 1960s, the family (mother was also supposedly a “refugee”) was in a house in expensive Primrose Hill, and then in —really?— The Boltons, Kensington, one of the most expensive addresses in the country.

Did the Milibands, like so many Jews, have money secreted overseas/offshore? We do not know. What about today, in 2026?

I remember that, sometime around 2010 or 2012, Jeremy Paxman interviewed Ed Miliband, and made an oblique reference to the Miliband family wealth, but Miliband deflected and tried to laugh it off.

Actually, on a personal and not directly-related point, I remember being told, prior to a flying visit to Liechtenstein in 2002, that the person I was flying out to see (you have to fly to Zurich and then drive to Vaduz, which takes another ~2-hours), a quintessentially-English-named Mr. Jeeves, who was in the offshore industry and was also the Honorary Consul (British Consul) in Liechtenstein, was also an agent of, or at least source for, SIS.

Looking up today, online, the global Jeeves Group, though, I notice that the person I went to see in 2002 is not now directly involved in operating the organization; he and his brother were at least in their sixties, I should imagine, and may well be deceased, 24 years after I met one of them.

A couple of point: first, the “Bulgarians” mentioned were almost certainly Gypsies from Bulgaria, not ethnic Bulgarians. Bulgarians, like Romanians, are often tarred, very wrongly, with the brush that should be reserved for the Gypsy element from both countries.

Second, why does Goodwin never mention the fact that Jews such as now-dismissed p/t judge, barrister Simon Myerson of Leeds, have actually set up “charities” to import more Afghans etc?

In fact, Goodwin always avoids criticism of Israel and of any Jews (with the exception of the Green Party leader, Zack Polanski, but Polanski is one of those Jews other Jews love to hate).

In my view, one element that really does need to be addressed, urgently, by Government in the UK is not black or brown (etc)— the nasty Irish-origined tinker/”traveller” element. In fact, properly “addressing” that problem might encourage some of the blacks and browns (etc) to depart “voluntarily”.

I was slightly hopeful that Al Carns might turn out to be a little better than the usual System drones in Parliament. I prefer to be an optimist rather than a pessimist, generally. However, it seems that, once again, a former officer has proven to be a disappointment as a politician.

There is no threat to the UK from Russia; more exactly, the “Russian threat” is a response to NATO (NWO/ZOG) actions, and one constantly stoked by the continual NATO incursions in the Baltic, the Black Sea, and shipments of arms, ammunition, and taxpayers’ money to “Ukraine” (the shambolic, corrupt, and brutal Jew-Zionist/Ukrainian-thug regime in Kiev).

Starmer-stein’s misgovernment is beyond lampoon.

Incidentally, that Kyle person has not only been involved with some allegedly near-fraudulent financial activities, but is tied-up, or friendly with, at least one Jew sex criminal in the Brighton area.

Just saw an old episode of The Chase Celebrity. One “celebrity” I had never seen nor heard of. Utter cretin. Apparently on morning TV (as all four were or are). I have already forgotten his name.

As for the others, there were two pretty ignorant careerist-type women, something-maybe-Susanna Reid, and Kate Garraway. The prime spot for ignoramus of the day goes, however, to Piers Morgan. He really embarrassed himself, but he wore his utter lack of basic general knowledge like a suit of armour, and evidently thinks himself extremely intelligent.

These are the types to whom the public are expected to look for guidance on current events etc. Look at Piers Morgan, who was a System TV mouthpiece for the “Covid” scamdemic/panicdemic and called those doubting the “approved” narrative, “Covidiots” etc. Not that he was alone. A weightier voice, that of Andrew Neil, was no better.

Happened to see an old, several years old, episode of the Celebrity Chase quiz show. One contestant was current affairs presenter (now on BBC Question Time), Fiona Bruce. Embarrassingly ignorant (as were most of the rest). She did not even know which ocean one crosses when travelling from Brazil to South Africa! Yet such idiots presume to present themselves as knowledgeable (and get paid a million or half a million a year). The British people deserve more from both the msm and others (notably, politicians).

Tucker Carlson talks with some Jewish woman. “Their” reactions are often hard to understand for a European (including any real-European-origin American). They are “strangers in a strange land” among us.

Note how she has recently visited Germany, but all she has taken away from her visit are some speculations about the genesis of the supposed “holocaust” of the early 1940s.

Naturally, that sounds derogatory or even cruel, but once you have encountered Africans, even those with paper qualifications etc, you realize how true it is, speaking generally. There are a few exceptions, but not very many.

We have to improve and raise the overall intellectual level of the UK (and the rest of Europe). That cannot be done when millions of very low-level migrant-invaders are flooding in (whether “legally” or “illegally”) and breeding.

Of course, it may be trite to refer to MPs, journalistic scribblers and talking heads etc as “traitors” and “enemies“, but then look at what they, most of them, have done for decades, and continue to do. Facilitation and promotion of the migration invasion, and the covering-up of its consequences, among many other crimes.

So a couple of Jews are stabbed in London, and it is supposedly a “national security emergency“, but four persons (not Jews) shot from a moving car, as in 1920s Chicago, and it is merely an everyday criminal incident…

According to Marco Rubio last week, Iran may have used half of its entire missile stockpile, but that may also be true of Israel, we do not know. We can be sure, though, that Iran will be working day and night to build more missiles of the most advanced type.

If that is so, I think that I know why it is so. Such places were tribal Labour for a century or more, and now those people feel betrayed. What hurts more, the enmity of a long-term enemy, or betrayal by a former friend?

The only factor to bear in mind is that it can only happen in Europe if the native populations want it badly enough, and are willing to pay the price (civil war) for it.

Leaving aside the politics, I have to commend that citizen for his garden (and flag!). An unaesthetic bungalow with a postage-stamp lawn, but his little trees and bushes have made a real difference. A few more, and it would be even better. If all the other dwellings in the neighbourhood did the same, the area would be transformed, very likely.

When I returned to the UK after a spell in Rhodesia, aged not quite 21, in 1977, I had no serious (well they were taken seriously, back then…) educational qualifications such as “A” Levels or a degree (having dropped out of school aged 16). I did not start to acquire such exam-pass qualifications until I was in my mid-twenties. However, it was very easy in those days to pick up casual/temporary low-level jobs in warehouses, factories, Post Office sorting facilities (heaving sacks of mail around) etc. You really had only to apply, in most cases. That was then.

Later, I acquired a law degree, then a Bar qualification (in fact, two, being Bar of England and Wales and the Bar of the State of New York, as well as a couple of “comity admissions” in other jurisdictions.

Terrible architecture (the new one; the older one merely undistinguished), but the worst thing is that Nature had a little space or haven there previously; now none.

Rather odd.

A thought out of season

I saw “Maureen Lipman” trending on Twitter/X today, and thought that perhaps she was at last going to make good on her much-repeated “threat” (or should that be “promise”?) to leave the UK by reason of “antisemitism” here, and go to live in either Israel or the USA. I disagree with the lady tweeter, but of course I would, being now 69 and markedly impecunious!

If the rubbish i Paper is right, then that is yet another reason to keep the Triple Lock…

Equally if not more seriously, that lady has apparently learned nothing from the fact that her ex-husband, one-time MP for Poole, lost his seat in 2024 (thus also depriving the lady in question of a fairly well-paid job as part of his office staff, though they were divorced long ago). She now pretends to run something called The Moderates, which I (perhaps uncharitably) think has a “membership” about the same as the number of empty bottles in her kitchen or cellar, and quite possibly no members at all.

At present, the Conservative Party is polling around 15%-19%, and may well be left with fewer than 50 MPs at the next general election (116 at present, already by far the lowest in its nearly 200-year history; https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Conservative_Party_(UK)#UK_general_election_results).

Part of the reason Rishi Sunak did so badly at GE 2024 is because he is Indian, but another major factor (of several) was that, for one year, 2021/2022, he paused the Triple Lock, making pensioners worse off. He reinstated it before GE 2024, but by then the damage was done.

A very large proportion of the Conservative Party vote in 2024, as always in the past, consisted of people over 60. Many former Con voters, though, did not vote, or voted Reform. The Con Party has not recovered, and will (in my opinion) never recover. Abandoning the Triple Lock would hammer in the final nail.

Now, bearing in mind that the Con Party is already usually opinion-polling below 20%, imagine the reaction from the pensioner voters were the Con Party to abandon the Triple Lock; Con Party support would decline to around 15%, maybe even to 10%, and the party be all but wiped out.

The same is true of Labour, though. Labour polling is already on or nearly on life support. Getting rid of the Triple Lock would dent the surviving Labour vote very considerably. At GE 2024, 20% of voters aged 70+ were still voting Labour, as were 28% of voters aged 60-69.

So far, Reform has pledged to retain the Triple Lock, thus locking-in a good proportion of that crucial 60+ age-group vote.

Look at the Con Party. Led by a Nigerian woman (that, alone…) who is a finance-capitalist stooge completely in the pocket of the Israel/Jewish lobby, and who only has a British passport because her parents deliberately had her born in London (only staying for a few days in 1980).

Are many people going to vote Con, either at the next GE or in the 7 May 2026 local elections? I doubt it.

Of course, Russia could end this war overnight, by using a nuclear weapon on Kiev. It does not intend to do that, though, and for several reasons: the millennium-long mutual and indeed joint history of Russia and Ukraine; the close ethno-cultural relationship between Russians and Ukrainians, going back many centuries; also, humanitarian and environmental reasons.

Even discounting all of the above reasons, Russia will not use nuclear weapons in this near-civil war because Russia wants to rule a productive Eastern Ukraine, not a charred and radioactive wasteland.

I have blogged several times about this in recent years.

The whole “we need workers” propaganda nonsense omits crucial facts:

  1. Many immigrants do not work anyway, but are totally parasitic;
  2. Many who do work, eg in the NHS, then invite (up to 20) non-working “dependants” and “family members” into the UK;
  3. As the immigrant workers age, they themselves will become a burden on the State, thus “requiring” even more immigrants to help deal with them;
  4. Robotics and AI will eventually make most forms of low-paid and even much currently “high-paid” employment unnecessary, leading by necessity to implementation of a “basic income” system, but that cannot work at all when millions of parasites arrive here annually.

Well, this week a modest 5/10, but still enough to beat political journalist John Rentoul, who scored 2/10. I knew the answers to questions 1, 2, 3, 8, and 10, should have got questions 4 and 10 but did not, and my answer to question 2 was a wild guess but, to my surprise, correct. I may have dredged it up from my subconscious mind, maybe a submerged childhood memory.

Question 4 is not correct, in part of its premises anyway.

In a sense, a political-nerd/Westminster Bubble story and scandal. I cannot believe that, in public bars and golf clubs, people talk of little else, but it does tend to support the now-embedded narrative that Starmer-stein is either dishonest or incompetent, or both, which I myself have believed for several years.

As frequently blogged previously, as far as the Pakistani/Muslim rape gangs are concerned, Starmer and Labour cannot afford to “offend” the voting bloc consisting of Muslims, especially, because they are now at least 6% or 8%, and moving towards 10%, of the population. By the time of the next general election (probably 2029 if elections are not “suspended” by reason of a contrived war against Russia), that ~10% bloc will be about half, maybe even two-thirds, of the Labour vote; Muslims are already at least a third of Labour voters nationwide. At present, Labour is polling at around 20%; without the Muslim voters, that would sink to 15% or lower, certainly by 2029.

At the same time, Starmer-stein himself is of course heavily pro-Jew, pro-Israel, is married to a Jewish woman, and has children being brought up as if full-Jew. He belongs to Labour Friends of Israel, and much of Starmer’s —and Labour’s— recent funding has come via Jewish links.

Starmer and his government are, therefore, being pulled in opposing directions, and are in any case incompetent and rudderless.

Well, that translates to a Commons with about 293 Reform UK MPs (about 33 short of an overall majority), 84 Cons (very weak official Opposition), 78 Greens, 69 LibDems, 53 Lab, and 45 SNP [etc].

Once again, on those figures, Starmer would lose his own seat, a potential fact indicated by all recent (for several months) opinion polling.

One joker in the GE 2029 pack might be Restore Britain. If it stood enough candidates, it would split the “conservative-nationalist” vote, hitting Reform worst; maybe the Cons a little as well.

Restore at present does not look like it can supplant underwhelming Reform, so they might end up competing for more or less the same bloc of votes. I have little time for Reform, but it really is, at present, the only game in town if you want to wipe out Lab and Con (leaving aside the loonie new Greens, with their pro-drug and pro-mass immigration policies).

The above result, a hung Parliament, might be the best result for social nationalism: the System parties gravely and perhaps mortally wounded, and Reform unable to govern effectively without Con MP-votes. That might in turn lead to a demand for real social nationalism. As Lenin may have said, “the worse, the better“.

That opinion poll again underlines the main or central fact: people are voting against the System parties, not for either the Greens or Reform.

The UK— a country sliding to disorder and some sort of civil/social war.

If so, and as I expect, the central fact, or “big story” will be the collapse of both main System parties.

The local elections, many of which Labour tried to “postpone”, are about more than just local council seat numbers. Council seats are often training grounds for future MPs and, though mostly unpaid, do provide “expenses” of various kinds, and there is actual remuneration for those in charge of local “cabinet” briefs at the various councils. At large councils, that can add up to quite a good quasi-salary.

If Lab and Con are massively culled on 7 May 2026, that cripples their local organizations, and that has knock-on effects at the later general election (currently expected to be in 2029).

In fact, I think that only three local election leaflets have been put though my own door (New Forest area) so far: Reform UK, LibDems, and an Independent lady (the most impressive-looking candidate, arguably).

The main System parties have not put their tawdry wares on display here, so far.

…and if that proves to be “impossible”, then we have other and permanently-effective solutions.

Certainly, women often tend to vote based on emotional responses, or superficialities. Difficult question.

I do think that voting in national elections in the UK should be restricted to persons of 28+ years. Having said that, only about 40% or so of those under 28 vote anyway: see https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/cley905dg20o.

A horrible tribe, and their State of Israel is now a diseased and cancerous blot on the world.

Whether Starmer-stein goes or stays, there will not be any general election called, because both Labour and Conservative MPs know that, should they vote, or vote in effect, for that, they will be turkeys voting for Christmas. Current polling suggests that, out of 513 Con and Lab MPs currently in place, only about 130-150 would survive a general election; only a third, maybe only a quarter of the present Lab/Con MPs would survive.

Of course, alcohol abuse has always been a problem in Russia, for many many centuries, but (arguably) became far worse under Soviet rule, despite periodic attempts to deal with the problem. I think that, had Andropov survived, and been in good health, he might have managed to cut alcoholism and alcohol misuse tremendously.   2. Why can’t America exit?

    Any disruption in energy supplies will hit China more than any other country.
    And what no one notices: the war in Iran is not just an American war — it is a war on China’s future as a great power.
  3. The real beneficiaries? Israel and Russia
    Israel:

Wants “Greater Israel” from the Nile to the Euphrates.

Draining America in a long war = pushing it out of the region.

Weakening the Gulf = removing any competitor.
Russia:

America lifted sanctions on Russian oil (130 million barrels).

Russia sells its oil at record prices.

And finances its war in Ukraine from America’s pocket.
In short: America is paying for others’ wars while thinking it is winning.

  1. The religious factor — the hidden power no one talks about
    There are religious factions in Israel and America that genuinely believe this war is a prelude to the return of Christ.
    Blowing up Al-Aqsa Mosque and building the Third Temple is part of the plan.
    Netanyahu and Trump — according to Professor Jiang — are just tools in a project far older than them.
    This is one of the most dangerous statements in the episode, because when political decisions are driven by end-of-the-world ideology — there is no room for rationality.
  2. The ground invasion is coming — a new Vietnam
    America is considering sending 2,000 Marines to control Kharg Island (90% of Iranian oil exports).
    But Professor Jiang said clearly: “You can take it, but you cannot hold it.”
    What begins with 2,000 soldiers could end with half a million — just like in Vietnam.
  3. Weakening the UAE — the bubble is about to burst
    Dubai was built on the illusion of security.
    Simple Iranian strikes revealed the model’s fragility entirely.
    What was a “safe haven” became a target. And the confidence upon which all those towers were built is eroding.

    Japan has historically risen from anything: the Mongols, World War II, nuclear bombs.

  5. The West is collapsing from within
    Europe, Canada, and Australia are experiencing deliberate demographic change.
    The “democracy” that emerges looks more like the “organized demolition” of Western civilization.
    And the question: who is driving this? No one has a clear answer.

Conclusion
What Professor Jiang said tonight:
America is stuck in a quagmire it cannot escape.
Iran will return stronger after the war.
Israel achieves its expansionist dream.
China will be the biggest loser.
And the West destroys itself.

The remaining question:
If Professor Jiang predicted Trump’s victory and the start of the war — and he was correct…

For once, I agree with Hodges.

The U.S. Congress is 99% “occupied”:

Ted Cruz, Lindsey Graham etc have blood on their hands, and gold in their pockets.

The facts speak for themselves, so there is little need to use such descriptive phrases as “fifth column” or “a state within a state“.

Having said that, there are other private ambulances in the UK, which may or may not (I do not know) also offer emergency cover.

I myself have only had private healthcare (insurance) in the past when living overseas at times (former Soviet Union, Caribbean), or travel insurance, and never had to call upon it.

I have no reason to suppose that such Jewish ambulance services would ignore a non-Jew suffering in front of the operatives concerned —if for example there were a car accident right in front of the private ambulance when it had not already been booked— but most people only have the option of calling a normal NHS 999 ambulance or paramedic.

English/British (i.e. non-Jew) citizens would not even know the emergency or other numbers for these “Hatzola” ambulances.

I am guessing, admittedly, but surely only Jews, and in certain areas of London, Manchester etc, would know those emergency numbers, and thus be in a position to appeal for help in the first place.

So it would seem that they are not —100%— “apartheid“-style Jewish-only services, but probably, admittedly at a guess, 99% so. If anyone knows differently, comment appropriately, and I may publish the comment or correction on the blog.

Of course, none of the above justifies the destruction of the “Hatzola” ambulances, any more than it would justify, mutatis mutandis, the destruction of private ambulances belonging to, say, BUPA or other private healthcare provider.

After all, if Jews in certain areas are using their Jewish ambulances, it must mean that they are not using NHS ambulances, thus ipso facto helping the non-Jew communities by not stretching the NHS skeleton service even more.

Still, it does show what a fractured society this now is, and how some people, some communities, are more privileged than others.

Finally, I note that £600,000-£700,000 has already been raised by Jews in order to replace the destroyed vehicles. Imagine that level of resource being available, within a few hours at that, to ordinary English/British communities…

Well, that information is new to me.

Incidentally, and at least according to Google, “Achdus” seems to mean “day”, and “shacharis” seems to mean Jewish morning prayer services, presumably part of Israeli army routine.

Unsurprising that the plan failed. For one thing, when a country is under external attack, most citizens tend to rally round the flag; secondly, the Iranian regime seems to have killed or imprisoned tens of thousands of its most active opponents, and to have done so within the past few months. A third factor may be (again, merely guessing from what I have read) that the Iranian counter-espionage groups have rolled-up many suspected MOSSAD, Aman, and CIA networks on the ground.

That does seem strange. After all, this was an act of criminal damage. Vehicle insurance should cover that, regardless of any (supposed) Iranian “terror” aspects. I agree, almost entirely, with that second tweeter. As to the first one, why is he even here? Some kind of Egyptian Muslim apostate, and convert to Judaism, it seems. I too had never heard of him (and wish I were still ignorant of his existence).

It is really quite funny how out of touch msm Westminster Bubblers such as Dan Hodges are. Now and then, opinion polling organizations ask members of the public whether they have heard of prominent politicians. Often, even members of the Cabinet score below 10%.

Starmer-stein clings to his own job, and will do until people start to stamp on his fingers to make him let go. Starmer also keeps members of the Jewish lobby that surrounds him in place for as long as possible.

So only 1 out of every 160 people was polled.

Also, the numbers only add up to 96%. Not very convincing.

Regular readers of the blog may recall that, weeks ago, I was thinking that the “big three” at Gorton and Denton (Reform UK, Green Party, Labour) would all come in around 30%, and that the result might be very close. Since then, my long-distance view has altered to the extent that I feel that Labour is lagging behind the other two, with Reform possibly leading marginally from the Greens.

Today, while I think that Labour has faltered and probably failed, it may still be able to muster about half of the 50.8% it scored in 2024. It has a well-oiled machine for getting votes out, as corrupt “democratic” parties often do. Still, my view remains that this will be between the Greens and Reform, and the Greens are being exposed as rather loonie as the days go by.

Many former Labour voters may simply abstain. Many undecideds may also abstain, but who knows?

If I had to guess, it would be Reform, and there is no doubt that Matt Goodwin is the standout candidate as an individual, but there is no certainty.

Starmer-stein’s failed regime is toast, though, unless Labour can actually win (and, realistically, win by a good margin, in view of last year’s 50.8%).

The Gorton and Denton by-election is only one seat, but a very solid Labour seat until last year. To lose it will send a strong signal that Starmer-stein’s government has run out of road with the voters.
