Saturday quiz

Well, this week only 4/10, but thereby again beating political journalist John Rentoul, who scored 3/10. I only knew the answers to questions 1, 4, 5, and 8.

As to the other questions, I only remembered the answers to questions 2, 3, and 9 once I looked up the information, guessed wrong on question 10, and had (and still have) no idea as to questions 6 and 7.

My assessment from several years ago (“Trump is a loudly-squawking parrot in a gilded cage, surrounded by a phalanx of Jews“) turns out to have been completely accurate.

Applied to a general election, would translate to a Commons with about 323 Reform UK MPs (3 short of a majority), 87 Greens (weak official Opposition), 81 LibDems, 50 Cons, 45 SNP, and 37 Lab [etc].

It now goes without saying that, on those figures, Starmer-stein would lose his own seat.

Almost no-one these days uses the word “decimate” properly, and that Schofield scribbler is no exception.

Import such populations, import their ways of doing politics and/or business and/or crime. If you want to get rid of those behaviours, you pretty much have to get rid of the populations.

At this point, Starmer the Nation-Harmer morphs from being a would-be “world leader”, and pathetic would-be bully-dictator, into a Norman Wisdom imposter-syndrome figure, the lowly [fill in his job] who is mistaken for a political leader and then makes all sorts of odd decisions.

As for Gordon Brown, a near-lunatic married to a wife who always struck me, when I saw the couple on TV at public occasions, as akin to a psychiatric nurse in charge of a patient having an outing.

Ha ha. System mouthpiece Andrew Marr once again comes out to bat for Blair-Brown Labour.

Apart from puffing Gordon Brown’s premiership, 16+ years on, Marr says as little as possible about “Harriet Harperson” and nothing at all about the real concerns of millions of British people. His list of issues mentioned did not even include mass immigration, which is tearing this country apart.

Actually, if you want to use the hackneyed “traitor” gibe, there are few better candidates:

An enemy of the British people.

Incidentally:

Regarding his political affiliations, he was formerly a Maoist and a member of the Socialist Campaign for a Labour Victory, a left-wing pressure group founded by Labour Party members, now known as the Alliance for Workers’ Liberty. His interest in Mao Zedong began as early as age eleven, when he gave fellow Craigflower School students copies of the Little Red Book that he had requested and received from the Chinese embassy.[12][13] His affinity for Maoism continued into his time at Cambridge, where Marr says he was a “raving leftie” who acquired the nickname “Red Andy“.

[Wikipedia]

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Andrew_Marr

A Maoist as a university student, so as late as 1978 (Mao died in 1976).

Does not say much for Marr’s political judgment.

It is one thing to be a “Maoist” aged 11, as Marr was, or thought he was —I too had two “little red books” (Quotations from Chairman Mao Tse-Tung, and On People’s War by Lin Piao) given to me when I was a similar age, in my case in 1967 in Australia— but it is surely different when the person is a hopefully more mature 18-21, and in 1977 or even 1979. Incredible…

[“In normal circumstances, Keir Starmer’s appointment of Gordon Brown as his special envoy on global finance and Harriet Harman as his adviser on women and girls would be seen by Labour MPs as sensible. Tapping the wisdom of the party’s elders to solve important problems would be viewed as competent if dull technocratic government.

However these are not normal circumstances for the Prime Minister. His MPs see him as responsible for yesterday’s electoral catastrophe. He indeed has insisted he does take full responsibility.

And that is why the appointments are in fact incendiary. Because they are seen as – at best – irrelevant to the crisis faced by the government, and for many MPs and ministers they are provocative, an insult, a manifestation – in the words of one minister – “that he simply doesn’t get it.”

This is what one senior and influential member of the government told me:

“The Harriet and Gordon thing and his Guardian article [in which he said the government should neither move left or right] has annoyed Labour MPs even more. It’s tone deaf. I think people give him until Monday to actually show he gets it or he’s done.”

To be clear, this minister would often try and defend the PM. Not any more. And that’s not altogether surprising, given that few Reform voters are likely to say “I was thinking of voting for Nigel Farage but I’ve changed my mind now that Keir has tapped Gordon to create an international off-balance-sheet finance facility for defence spending.”

Another minister told me that the preference of MPs and Labour’s members would be for Starmer to stay and turn around the performance of the government, but they were increasingly doubtful he was capable of doing this.

This minister’s mood, and that of his colleagues, he said, “was increasingly of despair”.

Perhaps the biggest problem was that Starmer “is seemingly unable to give a clear coherent sense of direction for the country.”

“Voters will forgive you many of your mistakes if you can tell them where you want to take them. But he has been incapable of doing that, and none of us know whether he ever can.”

Even those members of the Cabinet who are genuine loyalists talk about him on the basis of hypothesis and guesswork. None of them seem to actually know what makes him tick or what he wants (one told me he was planning to set out his own policies more publicly in the hope that perhaps the PM would adopt them).

In that sense Starmer seems more isolated than any prime minister I’ve ever known.

A very big test for him comes on Monday, when he is expected to give a speech that will be billed as his agenda for the rest of the parliament but is in practice a plea to his MPs to give him a last chance.

I asked a minister what MPs would need to hear to be clear that he does understand their concerns, that he “gets it”.

This was the reply. “I mean god knows because I dont think he does. It’s not anything anyone else can tell him it has to come from him.”

And that, in a nutshell, is why Starmer is in so much trouble.“]

I sense, though, that the mainstream political scribblers and talking-heads still have not quite got their heads around what is happening. It is not all about Starmer-stein. Public dislike of the bastard is certainly more focussed than is dislike of the old Lab and Con parties, but what we are seeing now is rejection of the whole LibLabCon rigged political system that has been a fixed state in the UK going back certainly to 1945 and arguably to around 1900.

If you listen to the tramline minds of Andrew Marr and his type, you may think that all that Labour has to do to recover its prestige and vote is to swap one sinister clown for another, whether it be Andy Burnham, Yvette Cooper, or even Angela Rayner. No. Just no.

[“Remember the absolute disaster when Gordon Brown sold off 395 tonnes of Britain’s gold at the worst possible time?

He even told the market he was doing it beforehand, which made the price tank even more. Classic.

Well, gold’s gone up about 1500% since then. That same gold would be worth around £40 billion more today.

Well, Starmer’s brought him back as his Finance Envoy.

You honestly couldn’t make this shit up!“]

[“Let’s check in on Beatrice.

Beatrice is a four-year-old Light Sussex hen in the back garden of a retired widower in a Yorkshire village. She arrived three years ago with three other hens, brought by his daughter to “give him something to look after.” It worked. He talks to them. He pretends, to himself, that he doesn’t.

Beatrice has been busy this morning.

5.42am. Beatrice exits the coop first. She is always first. The other three hens, by long arrangement, wait. The arrangement was not agreed in writing. The arrangement is, by every working measure, in force.

5.51am. Beatrice locates a slug on the lower lavender. She eats the slug. The label on a supermarket egg box would describe Beatrice as “vegetarian-fed.” Beatrice has not read the label. The slug, by 5.52am, is no longer the slug.

6.18am. Beatrice eats a worm turned up by the man’s spade in the vegetable bed. The man is digging the bed because Beatrice has, by long observation, taught him that digging the bed at 6.15am produces worms, which produces hens nearby, which produces a small social arrangement that the man has come to look forward to.

7.04am. Beatrice eats a beetle. She eats it with the considered focus of a hen who knows that beetle protein is, by every measure, the highest-quality protein available to her, and that the beetles do not, on the whole, last long once identified.

8.30am. Beatrice lays an egg. The egg weighs 64 grams. It contains, by every available analysis: a complete amino acid profile, choline, lutein, zeaxanthin, B12, vitamin D, vitamin A, selenium, iodine, and cholesterol of the kind that the human body, contrary to forty years of dietary advice, regulates by itself. The egg is, by every honest nutritional measure, one of the most complete single foods on earth. The man eats it for breakfast at 8.45am.

10.00am. Beatrice eats the man’s vegetable peelings. Carrot tops. Cabbage stalk. The end of a leek. A small piece of stale bread. This is, in industrial poultry terms, an unauthorised diet. In actual hen terms, it is the diet hens evolved on for several thousand years before anyone thought to feed them only one thing.

11.30am. Beatrice kills a rat. It is the second rat she has killed this year. She does not eat the rat (rats are too large) but she does, with great commitment, prevent it from getting near the feed. Beatrice is, by quiet local agreement, the most effective pest-control system in the village.

1.15pm. Beatrice naps in a dust bath of her own construction. The dust bath has been positioned, by Beatrice, in the precise spot in the garden that gets afternoon sun for the longest. She did not ask the man’s permission. She did not need to.

3.40pm. The man, in the kitchen, calls her name.

Beatrice comes.

She does not come for the daughter. She does not come for the postman. She comes for the man.

Things Beatrice has, in one ordinary day, debunked:

That hens are vegetarian. They are not. They are obligate omnivores, and the supermarket “vegetarian-fed” label is, by every honest reading, a deficiency diet sold at premium prices.

That eggs are bad for you. Forty years of dietary advice, substantially walked back since 2015. Eggs are now, in most modern guidelines, considered one of the most nutrient-dense foods available.

That chicken farming is, by definition, cruel. Industrial poultry, in many cases, is. Beatrice’s life is not. The honest argument targets the system, not the species.

That backyard hens spread disease. The disease vector data points overwhelmingly at intensive operations. Beatrice’s three companions and the half a million UK households who keep small flocks are not the problem.

That eggs are a luxury. The man pays approximately £15 a year per hen in feed. He gets, in return, around 280 eggs, two dead rats, a worked vegetable bed, a dust bath in the right spot, and a small quiet relationship with a creature who comes when he calls.

Beatrice is, by every honest measure, the smallest unit of working agriculture in Britain.

She is also, by quiet local consensus, the reason the man still cooks a proper breakfast.

Eat the egg.

Be the hen.

Resource the backyard.“]

[“Rajiv Menon KC, a highly respected silk at Garden Court Chambers and a former head of chambers, is facing proceedings for contempt of court. The alleged contempt concerns a closing speech that Rajiv delivered to a jury at the Woolwich Crown Court in January 2026. The trial involved pro-Palestine activists causing criminal damage to weapons and other property at a factory in Filton, Bristol belonging to Elbit Systems, Israel’s largest arms manufacturer.
Not only is this the first time in English legal history that a barrister is being prosecuted for contempt in respect of a closing speech at a criminal trial, but the procedure being used to prosecute Rajiv is wholly novel and without historical precedent.

Until this week, any publication about Rajiv being prosecuted for contempt has been prohibited by various court orders. As a result of reporting restrictions now being lifted, Garden Court Chambers is at last able to comment publicly on this matter. We have supported Rajiv throughout the proceedings, including significant numbers of our members attending court hearings at the Royal Courts of Justice.

Rajiv is independently represented by solicitors and leading counsel who have made powerful arguments about the jurisdictional legality and procedural propriety of the contempt proceedings being brought against Rajiv. Judgment is currently awaited from the Court of Appeal (Civil Division). It is hoped that the arguments being advanced will prevail, and that the proceedings against Rajiv will be swiftly concluded without Rajiv having to stand trial. Whatever the outcome, Garden Court Chambers will continue to support Rajiv.

It is important to note that the prosecution of Rajiv for contempt has wider constitutional implications. We are extremely concerned about the chilling effect on the Bar of the state seeking to criminalise barristers for their representation of their clients. Such action is bound to undermine the confidence of the public that those charged, particularly in political and controversial cases, can receive the committed representation that they would expect to be provided.“]

A game that the LibDems have played, and before them the Liberal Party, for many decades. Default option for those unable or unwilling to support Lab or Con (and now, Reform or Green).

It really exposes the nonsense of FPTP voting that the LibDems are now in 5th place in popular polling, behind Reform and Greens/Cons/Lab, yet are predicted to come second or third in terms of seats, merely because the LibDem vote is concentrated in about 100 out of 650 seats. Thus the LDs get 50-100 seats, despite only getting, nationwide, below 15% of the popular vote.

Look at the state of many of those areas. It is all very well to say that they would be even worse had they not had Labour monopoly control for 50-100 years, but that hardly cuts it.

[“Keir Starmer’s decision to return Gordon Brown & Harriet Harman to frontline politics shows how utterly lost he is. Why?

Because at its root the surge of Reform is a rejection of the Blairite project Brown & Harman embody.

A rejection of mass immigration.

A rejection of porous borders.

A rejection of a politics that only ever speaks for middle-class liberal progressives.

A rejection of “men can be women” woke nonsense.

A rejection of the left-leaning lawyer class Blair empowered.

A rejection of unnecessary hate laws and censorship.

A rejection of universal liberalism.

A rejection of how they view immigration sceptics as “bigots”.

And a rejection of the idea that Britishness is just “diversity”.

And Keir Starmer literally brings back the main characters!

He’s totally lost.

Doesn’t get it at all.

There are already too many women like that in this country, without making one of them a potential prime minister.

Lab and Con are washed-up. Reform UK and Green Party are likely to benefit by default, but they too are not “the answer”.

When has anything suggested by Blair or his cohorts ever been “well-intentioned“?

The population of the world has to be reduced to perhaps a tenth of its present level, even a twentieth, and in most of the world the white European people must be the majority, indeed the overwhelming majority.

We are a SMALL island.

Hence why many of our ancestors relocated to colonies abroad.

How much of our lush green countryside and forest are you willing to destroy in order to house more people? How many more British wildlife habitats should be destroyed?

Remigration may be difficult, but nothing is impossible in this world. There are, however, other possibilities, such as restriction of births.

Since when have Jews in the UK been “patriotic“? I have noticed the exact opposite all my life (and I was born in 1956)…

As for Jake Wallis Simons, his provenance is very odd indeed. His career background has unexplained gaps…

The Daily Telegraph is now 100% Israel/Jewish lobby propaganda.

From the immediate point of view, yes, but in principle it has to be right and fair that landlord-parasites cannot simply give tenants notice —thus disrupting their whole lives, often after years or even decades of settled residence— without a very good reason (such as non-payment, damage, anti-social behaviour etc).

The whole concept of landlordism (which, simply objectively, is a form of parasitism) is incorrect in the 21stC.

Our animal friends.

Were I to hit the Euromillions to the tune of about £100M, I should buy and rewild vast tracts of the UK. Sadly, my numbers have not —yet— come up.

Our animal friends also need a home.

As I wrote of Trump many years ago, “a loudly-squawking parrot in a gilded cage, and surrounded by a phalanx of Jews”. The only reason I wrote also (in 2016 and 2024) that I hoped he would win the election(s) was because he would not start a world war with Russia; Hillary Clinton and Joe Biden might have. I think that I was right.

Apart from that, though, Trump is now a disaster for the USA and much of the world. Completely in the grip of Israel and the American Jewish lobby.

I do not always agree with Andrew Neil, but how can that be denied?

Israel-lobby puppet Luke Akehurst will certainly be losing his unmerited Commons seat at the next GE. Good riddance.

Akehurst is described as a non-Jewish Zionist and since 2011 has been the director of the pro-Israel group We Believe in Israel.[23][27] He has described Israel’s actions in Gaza as proportionate [Wikipedia]

Look at what Starmer-stein’s “comms” people are saying: even if (when) the local elections are disastrous, Starmer will again be on the world stage…

They really do not get it, even now. A million immigrants a year, most of them useless and parasitic if not criminal and/or terroristic; roads full of holes; the NHS at times like a skeleton service; no proper policing, especially where certain groups, such as the “traveller” tinkers, are concerned; well-paid secure work an increasing rarity…YET STARMER JUST WANTS TO STRUT ON THE “WORLD STAGE” AND PLAY, VERY UNCONVINCINGLY, THE “STATESMAN”!

I am really looking forward to the local elections on 7 May.

That second tweeter, “PeekyBoo6” is right as to the second part of his/her tweet, but quite wrong as to the first part. Britain never had real mass migration until the 20thC, unless you include the Angles and Saxons of the Dark Ages.

What a huge surprise…

Import the lower races, import their ways of doing things…

In any event, it is truly absurd that, after ridiculous creature Lammy, who himself had no business being “Lord Chancellor” and Secretary of State for Justice, Shabana Mahmood (whose legal experience after a 1-year Bar pupillage, i.e. training, was merely being employed for about a year as a “gopher” in a provincial firm of solicitors), was appointed to follow him.

She is now, incredibly, Home Secretary.

I feel sorry for the Arab Palestinians, dispossessed, bullied, exploited, often wounded and killed, and by a horrible and malicious tribe. Britain, had it not lost its imperial destiny, might have continued to rule Palestine, which would have saved a huge amount of human misery.

Translates to a Commons with about 356 Reform UK MPs (strong majority), 69 Greens (extremely weak official Opposition), 63 LibDems, 46 Lab, 45 Cons, 44 SNP [etc].

Once again, on those figures Starmer would lose his own seat.

Talking point

“The Jews” (not all Jews, obviously) are far from having been the only exploitative “community” or group in history, whether we look at lending money at interest (and whether those interest payments were “excessive” or not) or at other forms of exploitation. However, they have, of course, always been very prominent in that kind of finance, among others.

Naturally, one cannot criticize all members of a group for the behaviour of a discrete section of that group, but to do so is human nature. As one Jewish woman is said to have expostulated before or during the Russian Revolution or Civil War, “the Bronsteins will pay the bill for Trotsky!“, i.e. Jews generally would be tarred with the Marxist-Leninist brush (as, to some extent, turned out to be the case).

The problem is that, over many decades, fake history (eg “gas chambers” in WW2, “holocaust” hoaxes and fakery etc) has itself become “mainstream” by reason of the (((usual))) ownership of, and influence over, newspapers, TV and radio stations, publishing houses, and academia (not to mention politics, law, and business).

An increasingly-powerful stream of falsehood has forced its way into society. We saw it in the fake “Covid” pseudo-“crisis” and everything around that.

We saw it in the “global warming”/”climate change” scam.

We saw it in the (UK msm/political) narrative that the 2008 banking crash and consequent UK financial slide was because the Welfare State was being drained by the sick, disabled, unemployed etc, and so “necessitated” (equally-fake) “moneysaving” “austerity” (for the poor and modestly-paid).

We see it in so many other areas of society now, not only in the USA but also in the UK and across the Western world.

We need to stand up for truth.

I myself have already been disbarred (2016) and also put on trial (2023/2024) for standing up for truth and for the future of European race, culture, and civilization.

As I blogged earlier, most Labour MPs, maybe three-quarters of them, maybe even four-fifths, will not be in Parliament after 2029. That near-certainty gives them a certain freedom. If they get suspended (or even expelled) by Labour, they can sit out their time as Independents, or defect to the Greens, LibDems or whatever. For their own careers, it makes no odds. Only those in the very safest seats are likely to survive 2029. They, therefore, are the only ones vulnerable to pressure.

London local elections

God, what an ugly woman…

Well, there it is, London voters. If you vote Labour on 7 May 2026, you will be voting for Israel, for genocidal maniacs, and for the pack or packs of wealthy Jews who control Starmer-stein Labour.

Late tweets seen

…and if Starmer-stein is replaced by either monkey-on-a-stick Lammy or Angela Rayner, then it is Goodnight Vienna Labour…

The Thames really does run through, not only London but also London’s history.

[“Watching Keir Starmer today it is clear the Starmer regime is over. It’s just a matter of time.

Starmer is in office but no longer in power. Labour MPs are just waiting for him to absorb the historic election losses coming on May 7th.

An almighty political and perhaps also financial crisis is coming. And from that may yet come a general election. Be ready everybody. Be ready. Change is coming.”]

I cannot see a general election being called before 2029, mainly because Labour has 403 MPs at present, but after a general election might well have fewer than 100 and quite possibly fewer than 50. As for the Conservative Party, its 116 MPs would also decline in number, quite likely below 50. Neither main System party has an incentive to support an early general election, and that applies especially to Labour.

I am inclined to think that Labour MPs might prefer for Starmer to absorb the flak of the plainly-upcoming 7 May debacle; the question is, will Starmer just bale out beforehand? His instinct, as a careerist, will be to hang on to his job, but I wonder whether he might not do that for once, looking at the polls and his lack of support in his own ranks.

Farage becomes ever-less someone that I would like to see as Prime Minister of this country, but but but I need Reform UK to destroy the present main System parties at the next general election. Problem.

My wish to see Con and Lab destroyed is, so far, greater than my distaste at “controlled opposition” pro-Israel, pro-Jewish lobby Farage (not to mention Tice) at the head of government.

So far, and to my surprise, Magyar seems to be following the broad policy lines of Orban.

Like the Rhodesians (I was there myself in 1977), the South Africans thought that they could compromise with black “majority” (black corrupt “elite” cabal) rule, and their lives, lifestyles, houses, farms, and swimming pools would all be spared. Wrong. Very wrong.

The UK and the rest of Europe should learn from that.

Farage and Reform have only one use, as far as serious social national people are concerned— to mortally wound Lab and Con.

Britain has already almost ceased to be Britain in any meaningful way. Not completely, but largely. On the brink, if you like.

Reform’s flaw is really that it is not social-national and (therefore) is in the pocket of the Jewish/Israeli lobby. Part of that is the Farage/Tice belief in money and “markets” etc, i.e. finance-capitalism. Public services are not really very interesting to them.

That being so, Reform will not get beyond 40% in the opinion polls or the real polls, and may struggle to get over 30% at the next GE.

Having said that, the opinion poll cited there by Hodges would still translate to a Commons with about 345 Reform MPs (good majority), 77 Greens (weak official Opposition), 71 LibDems, 59 Cons, 45 SNP, 27 Lab [etc]…

Merz is of course an NWO/ZOG traitor (Verrater), who is implementing the Coudenhove-Kalergi Plan, that of flooding Europe with non-Europeans.

[“Iran has raised the stakes in this war.

Tehran launched a massive ballistic missile salvo toward Tel Aviv, including heavy Khorramshahr-4 “Khaibar” missiles built to carry huge warheads and blow past air defenses with pure speed.

Israel’s Iron Dome and Arrow interceptors were going hard, but some missiles still got through.

Impacts hit near Ben Gurion Airport and the 27th Air Force Base, forcing a full shutdown of Israel’s main international airport and leaving at least 2 people dead.

And that is kind of the whole point. Ben Gurion is Israel’s main gateway to the world.

Hitting it does not just look dramatic. It messes with travel, logistics, and military movement all at once.

When airports and strategic hubs start taking hits, it usually means the war is moving into a much more serious phase.

[“Israeli morale in this war is showing a significant amount of strain. Far more than in previous rounds. This is why:

1) About 30% of the population lacks adequate shelter/protected spaces
2) Northern reconstruction is moving slowly while coalition funds go toward draft exemptions
3) Politicians feed the public empty slogans (“total victory,” “generational deterrence”) that create unrealistic expectations and when unmet, they breed cynicism and despair
4) The IDF keeps claiming it destroyed the ability of Hezbollah and Iran to shoot missiles at Israel and yet the attacks continue unabated
5) After more than two years of continuous or repeated deployment, reservists are facing “unprecedented burnout”. In 2024, combat reservists served an average of 136 days, with some exceeding 300 days. This has caused significant strain on marriages, careers, and small businesses.
6) Public frustration has peaked over the government’s continued focus on Haredi (ultra-Orthodox) draft exemptions. This sense of “inequality of burden” deeply embitters the secular and national-religious sectors, who feel they are paying the price in blood and economic stability while others are legally excused
7) Experts describe the current situation as the country’s biggest-ever mental health crisis. PTSD diagnoses among troops rose by 70% monthly throughout 2024, and one in five people in the general population now suffers from severe functional impairment due to mental health issues
8) The cost of the endless wars is estimated to reach 500 billion shekels ($160 billion) over five years. This leads to budget cuts in education, welfare, and infrastructure to fund the defense deficit, directly impacting the daily quality of life for the average citizen
9) The feeling of becoming a “pariah state” weighs on morale. Polls show that 58% of Israelis believe their country is not respected internationally, contributing to a sense of “us against the world” that, while unifying for some, creates a sense of dread about the country’s long-term future.

All of this is leading to more weakness and bitterness in Israeli society than ever before. It is unclear how much more of this endless war it can take before things start to unravel.”]

That interference would make little impact were a goodly part of the Iranian population not thoroughly tired of the socially and religiously backward rule of the mullahs (in power for the past 46 years).

If Iran falls, though, a major threat to the Jew-Zionist regime of Israel, and the worldwide Jew-Zionist web, will also fall. For that reason alone, I hope that the admittedly unpleasant Iranian regime survives, at least for a while.

[“Donald Trump was once again caught in a lie So in a recently published interview, Trump claims that during the seizure of the oil tanker “Mariner”, “Russian ships retreated very quickly” as soon as the Americans arrived, however, there were no Russian ships in the area, as shown by monitoring services. The only statements suggesting otherwise came from some Western media outlets, which were later refuted. Then follows a second, even more blatant lie: Trump claimed that the oil was being unloaded. This did not happen. The tanker was empty. This is clearly visible in the photo published by the US European Command and is confirmed by numerous media reports, which say the same thing.“]

Hard to know what to believe, but it is hard to imagine why the Americans would seize an oil tanker empty of any oil, unless their intelligence was mistaken (or unless the operation is just shadow-boxing).

https://www.mirror.co.uk/news/uk-news/breaking-idiot-brothers-leave-teen-36521826

Two “idiot” brothers left a teenage girl critically injured while racing each other at 90mph, a court has heard.

Harrison Taylor, 19, and his 21-year-old brother Henry were racing on the Sandbanks peninsula in Poole, Dorset, when the incident happened at around 1am on Boxing Day in 2023. Harrison was in a Mercedes A200 and his older brother in a BMW 135i. The court heard the brothers had been gifted the powerful cars to help them get over their parents splitting up.

The court heard Harrison was going “pedal to the metal” when he lost control of the Mercedes on a bend and collided with a gatepost of a multi-million pound mansion. The BMW then ploughed into the back of the Mercedes, sending it flying forwards into a garden wall.

Mia Savage, a front seat passenger in the Mercedes, was trapped in the crumpled vehicle and had to be cut free from the wreckage as her mother, who had been called to the scene of the accident, watched on. The girl, who was 17 at the time, was airlifted to hospital with life-changing injuries that included a shattered left femur, a fractured neck, broken arm, eight broken ribs and severe internal bleeding from a severed spleen, split diaphragm and liver laceration.

The teen underwent hours of complex surgery and was in an induced coma for a week. She was then in traction for her arms and one of her legs and had a fixed neck brace for 12 weeks.

She also lost out on a sports scholarship at the private Clayesmore School due to her injury. Following her ordeal, she was unable to return to school for months and ended up with lesser grades which meant she was not accepted at her chosen university.

The two brothers pleaded guilty to causing serious injury by dangerous driving and arrived at Bournemouth Crown Court today, but they avoided being sent to jail. Judge Robert Pawson let them off with suspended sentences due to their young ages and previous good character. He banned them from driving for three years.

Miss Savage’s mother Karen Bulgarelli, a lawyer, said she was disappointed with the outcome. She said: “They have ruined three people’s lives but they are all clapping each other on the back that they’re walking out.”

[Daily Mirror]

Regular readers of the blog will know that I am far from a “hanger and flogger”, and there is certainly a place, often a place, for leniency and/or mercy in sentencing, but the victim in the instant case has been disrespected, and not given at least the satisfaction that the perpetrators have been punished.

While hearing what the learned judge said relating to the youth, clean record, and absence of alcohol/drug usage by the defendants, their egregious behaviour has left a relatively-innocent victim in a poor condition, and with far poorer prospects than was the case prior to the “accident”.

Had I ever become a judge, I should (I think) have been generally clement, but not in a case of this sort, so the defendants in this case are lucky that they were sentenced by the judge mentioned, and not by me.

Talking point

How much more would that be the case were there to be —however installed— a real social-national government? There would have to be a chistka of very large proportions— a removal from employment, and perhaps from general society, of many thousands of saboteurs.

It seems clear that Labour Party members are, yet again, the foot-soldiers of a political army the heads of which ignore their views and preferences.

Once again, we see the influence of the Jewish and/or pro-Israel lobby, which is pervasive in our corrupt political system. In the Labour Party Deputy Leader contest, “they” made sure that they won. How? By backing both contenders. That is their usual method.

After what the Israeli Jews have done in Gaza (70,000+ mostly civilian dead, hundreds of thousands injured, tens of thousands of homes, shops, hospitals, schools, universities, and roads destroyed, embargo on food, water, and medical supplies, and military behaviour that can only be termed perversely sadistic), the priority is, apparently, recovering the remains of a small number of deceased Jewish hostages…

The hostages should never have been taken, or should have been released at an earlier stage, but when one looks at the behaviour of the [Israeli] Jews in Gaza etc, one can see why the hostages were kept as a bargaining counter and collective human shield (that idea did not much work, though, because the Netanyahu government and its armed forces carried on bombing Gaza anyway, heedless of the safety of the hostages).

[“Colombian mercenaries of the Armed Forces of Ukraine complain about long delays in payments and even their complete absence after receiving an advance, and ask the Colombian authorities to take them out of Ukraine Among other things, in the report, the mercenaries talk about the lack of rotation when debt accumulates — meaning there will be no debt after the mercenary’s death.“]

Interesting, but my own fairly youthful taekwando training (I was 28) ended with a cracked rib and waking up in pain for about 2 months. The pain mostly disappeared after a short time each day, but the old joke is true— it does hurt when you laugh…

Martial arts were never my thing, but the real exponents are fascinating. I did a short self-defence course about 30 years ago (1995 I think, when I was about 38) and with a small group of others, was taught by a renowned Japanese master called (as far as I can remember) Dr. Honda, who held black belts in various Oriental martial arts disciplines, including a rare honorary Dan rating which I believe was held by few if any others, or so we were told; told also that Honda was in the Guinness Book of Records, but I do not know whether that was so.

Dr. Honda was 84-y-o, but looked more like 50-something. He was only in the UK for a brief teaching tour. A dryly humorous person in an appropriately inscrutable way, he was like something out of a film. He could move, especially his arms and hands, quicker than the eye could follow.

Dr. Honda could put large and —at the time— fairly fit people like me (I swam half a mile to a mile nonstop, several times per week, then) on the floor in a split second, keep that person down using only a thumb or a couple of fingers, and if you struggled, could cause immense pain just by very slight pressure of a digit; I presume that he was expert in locating pressure points of the nervous system. Amazing person.

He was born in London, and brought up in a semi-rural area where he developed his love of nature, and nature writing. To a large extent, the whole “democratic” political system in the UK is a kind of mirage, a view completely unreal. [“People who are not-British, who are not from these islands, do not have a moral right to stay here. If they break our laws, if they do not contribute to our economy, if they impose enormous financial costs on British taxpayers, they should go. And by “go”, I mean back to their countries of origin. This means we should leave any international convention or court that prevents us from doing that. This is either a functioning nation-state or it is not. This will be a major fault line at the next general election. Whether you believe in the principle of national preference (putting our own people first), or whether, like much of the Establishment, you believe anybody and everybody has a moral right to move here, live here, and remain here forever, while imposing billions in costs on the British people and our children. This debate, one way or other, will settle the future of our country. Do not sit it out. Do not support fringe parties or figures that will go nowhere and merely help those in power. Focus your energy in a place that matters, in a place that will make a real difference. The future of your country now depends on it. This debate is coming one way or other. And the Common Sense majority have to win it or our country will simply be ruined.“]

Talking point

Many readers of this blog will know that I have been subjected to a decade or more, about 13 years, of (relatively) low-level persecution by malicious Jew-Zionists. That includes (though not exhaustively) my having been nominally disbarred in 2016 (nominally only, because I had abandoned actual Bar practice in 2008 anyway), and includes also my more recent free speech trial (2023) and sentencing hearing (2024):

The sentencing hearing was in mid-March 2024, over 18 months ago as of today’s date.

The Jew-Zionist liars and perjurers of the so-called “Campaign Against Antisemitism” [“CAA”] wanted the state to punish me for telling the truth and, also wanted to shut down my free speech and, especially, to shut down the blog.

In the event, most of “their” evil intentions never came to fruition: the blog has continued to be published (as it was even throughout the process of prosecution, trial, and sentencing).

Talking point

Hitler talked about that in the 1940s. Now it is fairly well-known. On a completely veg diet, it is possible to feed 1 person for a year from food grown on a very small area of land, as little as a quarter or even a fifth of an acre, depending on climate, soil, irrigation etc.

Some studies suggest that, under optimal conditions (climate, soil, technique etc), even a tenth of an acre, a tiny plot (<4,000 square feet, or a strip 40 x 100 feet) , can be enough to sustain 1 person over a year.

A heavily meat-centred diet requires over 3 acres per person, 20x to 100x the area, compared to a fully-vegetarian diet.

A middle way might include some eggs, fish, chicken etc.

This is why the UK has to import a great deal of its food: too many inhabitants, combined with a mainly part-carnivorous population.

I see tweets here and there to the effect that 2029 is over 3 years away, and a general election could be held even 4 years from now, in late 2029. Also, that much can change politically in 3-4 years. True, but does anyone expect the migration invasion to stop or even slow in the intervening period? I think not. Is the UK economy likely to improve or even stabilize between now and 2029? I think not. Is anything much likely to improve in the UK between 2025 and 2029? I think not.

Helen Pitcher and the Criminal Cases Review Commission scandal

https://www.theguardian.com/law/article/2024/jul/18/ccrc-chair-helen-pitcher-rejects-call-to-resign-andrew-malkinson-case

The chair of the Criminal Cases Review Commission has rejected calls from the justice secretary to resign after a report on its handling of the Andrew Malkinson case laid bare “a catalogue of failures”.

The new justice secretary, Shabana Mahmood, said Pitcher was “unfit to fulfil her duties” and that she was seeking her removal in light of the findings. It is understood that she made her position clear to Pitcher on Thursday morning in the hope that she would resign.

But Pitcher said she was the “best person” for the job and that she had no intention of standing down.

James Burley, who led Appeal’s investigation into Malkinson’s case, said the report was “utterly damning” and detailed “a catalogue of failures by the CCRC”.

He said: “No one can doubt now that the CCRC is a broken safety net which sets the bar unreasonably high for innocent prisoners trying to clear their names. The CCRC must be completely overhauled.”

[The Guardian]

[Helen Pitcher, useless “quangocrat”]

I had never heard of Helen Pitcher, so I looked her up online: https://www.legalwomen.org.uk/helenpitcher.html.

Helen Pitcher OBE Chair of the Judicial Appointments Commission talked to Bhini Phagura from Raydens solicitors about her career.

Tell us about your career progression which led to your appointment as the Chair of the Judicial Appointments Commission:

I studied law at QMC London and used this degree as a basis for a career in commerce, where I rapidly progressed up the ranks to become an Executive and Divisional Director in Grand Metropolitan. I retained a footprint in the law in various roles related to Standards, Fairness, Equity and Diversity.

Well…wouldn’t you just know it?

There’s more:

The first role I held in parallel to my Commercial career was as a lay representative of the Professional Conduct and Complaints Committee of the Bar Council.” [now split into the Bar Standards Board and the Bar Disciplinary Tribunal].

Yes, there is usually at least one useless woman of this sort sitting (well-paid, too), but doing nothing, when a Bar Disciplinary Tribunal sits. In 5-person tribunal cases (as mine was, in fact wrongly— it should have been a 3-person tribunal, which has no power to disbar) there are usually two such women (they always seem to be women, as on benches of lay magistrates), invariably a pair of unsmiling and stupid “bookends”. Useless box-tickers. See also https://ianrobertmillard.org/2017/07/09/the-slide-of-the-english-bar-and-uk-society-continues-and-accelerates/.

I also became a lay representative on the Employment Appeal Tribunal and still hold this office.

I then joined the Queens Counsel (as it was then) Selection Panel and rapidly became its chair. Whilst there we improved the Diversity Statistics.

Again the “diversity statistics“… Why am I not at all surprised?

I held this role for 9 years. On stepping down, I decided not to apply for another role as I also had a burgeoning Consultancy and Portfolio Career. About 18 months later, however, an advertisement for the role of the Chair of the CCRC (Criminal Cases Review Commission) was brought to my attention.

Last year the role of Chairman at the JAC (Judicial Appointments Commission) became available. A Headhunter contacted me having uncovered my background on LinkedIn. I checked with the MoJ that there was no conflict of interest and submitted my application. On December 31st following a Justice Select Committee earlier in the month, I was appointed and took up the post on January 16th [2023].”

My role as chair involves leading the Board, ensuring appropriate oversight on governance and providing appropriate challenge and support to the executive. I am also involved in some of the most senior appointments.

I have rationalised my portfolio (which was a Commitment I gave to the JSC) in order to ensure I have the appropriate amount of time to devote to this key role.

You are holding this role for 3 years from January 2023, what are your aims/goals?

The strategic aims were already set, however they are due for a refresh as the period they covered draws to a close. These aims, which are developed in conjunction with the Board and executive, are on our website and thus in the public domain.

Our primary purpose set out by statute is to recruit on merit, our secondary (and no less important role) is to assist the rest of the judicial system to increase the diversity pool. It is for this reason that I also chair the Judicial Diversity Forum, which has a clear action plan to achieve its aims.”

So the secondary role is as important as the primary one? How muddled and wrongheaded is the stupid woman?

[Legal Women (online-only) magazine]

The interview is rather badly written, unfortunately, with superfluous upper-case here and there; as can be seen, it is the product of an Indian woman.

Well, there we have it. That greedy and plainly incompetent Pitcher woman has made a whole career, and no doubt a very lucrative one, out of “diversity”, tokenism etc. First of all, in her own person, by being a “token woman”, or one token woman, on commercial and quango boards. Secondly, by being a Trojan horse for more “diversity” and “inclusion” (etc) in important public offices.

Helen Pitcher, who seems to me to be a useless “diversity” box-ticker, has, inter alia, sat in the seat of judgment over employment appeal cases, over the cases of supposedly defaulting barristers etc, and has even been (and apparently still is) the head of the body which appoints judges, including those at the highest level.

cf. Paula Vennells [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Paula_Vennells] and Dido Harding [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dido_Harding] and many many others.

Helen Pitcher is, at time of writing, doing, and of course getting paid for doing, several different jobs simultaneously. She is probably making between half a million and a million pounds a year. For what? Ruining various bodies? Ticking various “diversity” and “anti-racism” boxes? Shoving our society further into the mire?

Look at how Helen Pitcher is clinging on to her CCRC role, presumably in order to maximize the money she gets before she is forced out. At least, that seems to me to be her motivation. Very telling, if so.

This latest scandal, including Helen Pitcher’s “march through the institutions”, is so typical of the way in which things generally have been allowed to develop in the UK in the past 30+ years.

You can see the way the UK is going, at least partly because of stupid and over-promoted women such as Helen Pitcher (and, yes, also men, not infrequently)— straight down.

God knows what state this country will be in in 2029 or 2034, let alone 2054 (which last I shall not have to witness, thank God, not from the Earth plane anyway).

Andrew Malkinson calls miscarriage of justice watchdog’s ex-head ‘shameless’

Helen Pitcher resigned from the CCRC saying she had been ‘scapegoated’ over Malkinson’s case

Emily DuganTue 14 Jan 2025 19.51 GMTShare

Andrew Malkinson has called the former head of the miscarriage of justice watchdog “shameless” as she resigned from the job saying she had been “scapegoated for entirely legitimate decisions” taken over his case.

Helen Pitcher handed in her resignation as chair of the Criminal Cases Review Commission (CCRC) on Tuesday afternoon after learning that an independent panel had concluded by a majority of two to one that she was no longer fit to be chair.

In a letter to the justice secretary she said she felt that she had been chosen as a “scapegoat at an early stage” for the Malkinson case and that “a head had to roll and I was chosen for that role”.

Malkinson said: “Helen Pitcher’s attempt to portray herself as the victim here is shameless.

The Guardian revealed that Pitcher had been in Montenegro promoting her property business in the weeks after Malkinson’s conviction was overturned and the organisation was in crisis after its failure to apologise to him.

[Guardian]].

Her property business” (as well as all the rest)?

Helen Pitcher thus managed to blag another 6-7 months’ pay and expenses, and pension contributions, when she should have resigned in mid or early 2024.

Shameless” indeed, the horrible and avaricious old hag.

Summary of the Israeli strike according to what is known so far: – Approximately 25 F-15 and F-35 aircraft, accompanied by refueling planes, flew about 2000 kilometers toward the city of Hodeidah in Yemen.

– The strike was carried out in 8 waves.

-The attack destroyed fuel depots, inflicted damage on the port, and destroyed a power station north of the port.

– The fire is still burning and is expected to continue for several more days.

– There is a power outage across the entire region.

– The message of the strike is clear: this is not a strike on military targets (which has been done by the coalition over the past 9 months) but an attack on the already struggling Yemeni economy, causing significant economic damage.

– The attack on the port is a direct response to the damage Yemenis have caused to the port of Eilat.

– The message to the rest of the Middle East is also clear: the Bandar Abbas port and the Kharg Island, from where most of Iran’s oil is exported, are in Israel’s sights, as well as the port of Beirut.

– Israel has decided to take off the gloves; this is not a minor strike like those in Iran.

– The Houthis are threatening to retaliate, but it is unclear what the threat entails, as they have already attacked Israel 200 times.”

Middle East, Ukraine, Eastern Europe, Far East. All now under threat of major regional wars.

Ukraine lines are collapsing. After 380 billions of aid pledged to Ukraine since the war begin; 118 billion are direct military aid; many countries literally emptied out entire inventory countless military units to give their weapons to Ukraine. Ukraine is STILL losing grounds everyday. Lost 5 towns in the past 48hrs. The fortress city of Krasnohorivka is falling as we speak; Russia threatens cut the Oskil Frontlines in half with the likely capture of Pishchane. Still not collapsing? This is not collapse of frontlines, then what is?

Back to the UK tomorrow. I’ve never had such dread about Britain. Coming back to London and knowing how unpleasant it’ll be. The demographic changes and feeling that [the UK] is most against Brits. The lack of functional media. The feeling something big has to happen to restore order.

[Charlotte Gill]

Plenty of Twitter-twits replying to all that and saying how wonderful London still (?) is, but I lived in (mostly) Central or near-Central London, on and off, for 22 years (1976 to 1998, though spending also many years either elsewhere in the country or overseas), and I should not want to live there today: see https://ianrobertmillard.org/2022/06/30/diary-blog-30-june-2022-including-impressions-of-a-trip-to-dystopian-london/.

I have not been to London since that brief visit in 2022, and am glad of it. I no longer have the Rolex watches I had 25+ years ago (or want them, or need them, or can afford them) but, if I did, I think that they would not stay on my wrist very long in the London of 2024.

Why can people who should know better not accept the truth that is in front of their eyes? In a word, deluded.

One aspect of London that seems to have radically improved in recent years, though, is the public transport network. New lines, new trains, new ways of travelling around the conurbation. Crossrail/Elizabeth Line for one. I do not speak, however, from personal experience of the new lines, just from what I have read online.

Well over 20 years ago, in 2000, I happened to meet and get to know (somewhat), in Bournemouth, a young blonde woman (20 or so) I first encountered in a photography shop, and who was very proud of her father, vice-Chancellor of (if I remember aright) Lancaster University. She talked about him rather a lot, and thus I learned that (again, if I remember aright) his salary was over £200,000 a year, which would be pretty good even today, by most people’s standards. In fact, the Bank of England online calculator shows that you could almost double that in today’s money. So today— maybe £400,000.

The tertiary educational sector in the UK has been a kind of “rotten borough” for a long time. At least 30 years.

Matt Goodwin

I notice that the “alt-Right” (?) academic and commentator, Matt Goodwin, has retweeted a tweet about the UNRWA by the malicious and publicity-seeking Jew-Zionist org, “Campaign Against Antisemitism”. Foolish. The credibility of that malicious cabal is shot; even most pro-Israel Jews are against its activities and behaviour. By retweeting the “CAA”, Goodwin risks his own credibility too.

My understanding was that Japan had withdrawn from whale hunting in the Southern Ocean, and would only be whaling in Japan’s own Exclusive Economic Zone [EEZ]. Maybe I was too optimistic: see https://edition.cnn.com/2024/05/30/asia/japan-whaling-mothership-kangei-maru-intl-hnk/index.html; and https://www.theguardian.com/world/2024/may/02/japan-whale-meat-industry-kangei-maru-mother-ship.

I do not trust Japanese intentions.

The Japanese only have one new whaling ship, though…

Many of us are well aware of what will eventually have to be done, but we are “not allowed” to say it, let alone do it…

I agree with that. Michelle Obama? Maybe not so easily defeated. All the blacks would vote for her, for a start.

If anyone other than Trump takes on the U.S. Presidency, the Americans will be staring civil war in the face. The rest of the world (as well as the USA) will be staring at, quite likely, a world war, starting (like the first two “world” wars) in Europe.

An omen.
