Tony Martin (1944-2025)

I missed the reports of the recent death of farmer Tony Martin, imprisoned in 1999 for having shot some “travellers” (Irish tinkers) who had targeted his rundown farmhouse by night.

Incidentally, the Wikipedia entry about those events and the aftermath omits the “traveller” aspect entirely: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tony_Martin_(farmer); so does the local news outlet Nottingham Post (the “traveller” criminals in the case having come from the Nottingham area): see https://www.nottinghampost.com/news/nottinghamshire-burglar-shot-farmer-tony-9930047.

Martin was eventually released after having spent 3 years in prison, his initial conviction for murder having been downgraded on appeal to manslaughter. There had been a huge public outcry supporting Martin. I myself recall having posted a supportive postcard to him from Turkey when he was still sitting in prison. 2001. I wonder whether he ever received it.

I was unaware in 1999 and 2001 that Martin had (probably in the 1970s) supported the National Front [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/National_Front_(UK)], and was related by marriage to Andrew Fountaine [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Andrew_Fountaine, an interesting if slightly alarming character whom I once saw, and heard speak (at Chelsea Old Town Hall in London in 1975, when I was aged 18-19).

After his release, Martin supported, so says Wikipedia, both UKIP and the group Traditional Britain: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/UK_Independence_Party; https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Traditional_Britain_Group.

Martin should never have been prosecuted or even questioned (except pro-forma).

Hero.

Jack Lopresti, former Italian ice-cream salesman and sometime TA (part-time) private soldier [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jack_Lopresti] and MP (2010-2024) is in fact notfighting” in Ukraine. He is sitting at a desk in Kiev.

Both Lopresti and his ex-wife, Andrea Jenkyns, lost their Commons seats in 2024. They were both members of Conservative Friends of Israel.

Andrea Jenkyns has abandoned the Conservative Party for Reform UK. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Andrea_Jenkyns.

Lopresti seems rather unintelligent, and obviously has little idea of geopolitics, history, or anything else much. I expect he is being paid for his present role, and paid more than the peanuts pay, paid in local rubbish-money, that the Ukrainian soldiers get (when paid at all).

Incidentally, nearly 6 years ago, I penned an assessment of Andrea Jenkyns:

There are two (or three) main arguments against mass non-European immigration into the UK. One is both racial and cultural, meaning also societal, the other is economic. For me, the economic argument is not the primary one, but it is (obviously) hugely significant. The swamping of this country by non-whites is making us poorer and, until stopped and reversed, will continue to make us poorer as a country, as a population and, particularly as British individuals.

Carpetbagger Kemi should scuttle back either to the USA or to Nigeria, where she came from.

You still see stupid British scribblers, TV talking heads, MPs etc, spouting about how “Ukraine” (the Jew-Zionist regime in Kiev) is fighting for European culture, democracy, civil rights etc. In reality, the shambolic and corrupt Kiev regime is a brutal dictatorship.

The Jew Zelensky rules as the figurehead of a cabal of dictators. Elections should have been held a year or two ago and now never will be. Trade unions are banned. Dissidents are arrested already; a few have even been shot or otherwise “eliminated”. Recruitment to the armed forces is now largely by press-gang— people simply seized off the streets by militia goons.

At a protest against Trump’s executive orders targeting child mutilation procedures on minors, Actress Cynthia Nixon reveals that: -Her daughter is transgender -Her niece is transgender -Her best friend’s child is transgender -Her daughter’s best friend is transgender -Her life is filled with transgender people, “young and old, but especially young.” President Trump is saving American children from one of the most destructive social contagions in human history.

Trans nonsense. See also:

  1. Andrew Fountaine was a brave man. He could have had a career in politics, but sacrificed his chances of being an MP because he bravely told the truth about the (((REDACTEDS))) and (((their))) evil behavior.

So of course the loathsome Churchill and his sidekick Frederick Marquis ruined Fountaine’s chances of being elected to parliament.

Like Churchill, Frederick Marquis was a despicable traitor: an opportunist who got rich from working as an executive at a (((REDACTED)))-owned department store.

It’s no surprise that the slimy Churchill appointed him a cabinet minister and chairman of the Conservative party and gave him a peerage.

    “the “dreaming spires” of Oxford”

Unfortunately Oxford and Cambridge have become heavily (((REDACTIFIED))).

The same thing has happened to the elite universities in the USA, including Harvard, Yale, Princeton, Stanford. Once bastions of the White Anglo-Saxon Protestants, America’s elite universities are now totally controlled by the (((REDACTEDS))), who comprise a grossly disproportionate percentage of the professors and students. I have heard that more than 25% of the undergraduate students at Harvard, Yale, etc are (((REDACTEDS))), with the percentage in the graduate programs (law school, etc) being even higher.

After a social-national government is in power, the institutions of the West must be purged of (((enemy))) influence.

With regard to the Labor Party and the disgusting Andrew Gwynne, Labor have always hated the indigenous White British people since the treasonous warmonger Clement Attlee became leader, maybe even earlier.

For many decades, Labor pretended to care about the British working class, because the Labor politicians needed working class votes to get into power and implement (((cultural marxism))).

Of course, the Tories are equally complicit in harming the White British people, and have been since Churchill became leader, and even before that.

The Tories removed their mask under Thatcher, and revealed how vehemently they hate the White working class.

And Labor removed their mask when Blair became leader.

But even before that, LibLabCon have been working relentlessly for decades to harm the White British people.

It’s long past time for these traitor parties to be electorally annihilated and replaced by a Pro-White social national party.

  2. Fisherman’s Friends – Cornwall My Home

Cornish men singing about their attachment to their homeland, considered normal and even praiseworthy for any other people than Palestinians. Incidentally Cornwall is one of the poorest counties of the UK.

    Cornwall My Home

I’ve stood on Cape Cornwall in the sun’s evening glow,

On Chywoone Hill at Newlyn to watch the fishing fleets go,

Watched the sheave wheels at Geevor as they spun around,

And heard the men singing as they go underground,

And no one will ever move me from this land,

Until the Lord calls me to sit at his hand,

For this is my Eden, and I’m not alone,

For this is my Cornwall and this is my home,

I’ve left childish footsteps in the soft Sennen sand,

I’ve chased the maids there, all giggly and tanned,

I’ve stood on the cliff top in a westerly blow,

And heard the wave thunder on the rocks far below,

    Chorus

First thing in the morning, on Chapel Carn Brea,

To gaze at the Scillies in the blue far away,

For this is my Cornwall, and I’ll tell you why,

Because I was born here and here I shall die.

    1. Hello, I was surprised to read that Cornwall is among the poorest counties; I have always believed (based on my wife descriptions) that in general the South of England is quite prosperous; having said that my wife left the UK nearly 25 years ago and things change a lot in 25 years. I found this information from a survey done in 2020; would you say is quite correct?

The UK has six of the ten poorest regions in North West Europe in terms of disposable income (East Yorkshire and North Lincolnshire; Northern Ireland; South Yorkshire; Durham and Tees Valley; West Wales and the Valleys; and the West Midlands).

      1. Claudius:

Mixed picture. There *is* much poverty in Cornwall, especially in a few specific areas, e.g. Camborne, Redruth. There are few well-paid jobs. Traditionally, Cornish people lived off fishing, mining (esp. tin mining and china clay), and agriculture/horticulture; later, from the late 19thC, tourism.

Now, there is no mining, not so much fishing as in the past, some agriculture, and tourism (which pays most workers fairly poorly and is also mostly seasonal).

That is one side of the coin; the other is that many people with money or who have incomes from outside move to Cornwall for the greenery and the mild (though also sometimes wild) weather. Retired people especially love Cornwall.

House prices in Cornwall can be quite high.

There is a disconnect between the poverty which exists and the affluence which also exists.

BTW, Cornwall is not so much part of southern (South West) England as, culturally/historically, a separate *country*, rather than a mere county.

If you are poor, good weather and scenery is not much use, maybe, but it helps a bit…

      2. As I could not reply separately to you and Velvet88 for your replies to my question about Cornwall I shall do it here. Thank you to both of you. Your comments make sense considering the closing of the mines, the rising unemployement and the dwindling fishing trade.

      3. Cornwall lacks well paid jobs. Mostly seasonal, low wage tourism industry work. In 2018 Cornwall was the second poorest region in all of Europe.

As for the South being wealthy, the South has some wealthy towns and villages, but most of those have areas of social housing (council estates) which means there are areas of deprivation, addiction and criminality.

      4. Hello, I have just watched the video from Cornwall´s “turdtowns”. How horrible and depressing those places are! The prices of the houses are ridiculously high considering the kind of shitholes those towns are. Places like these makes you dream with mobs hanging the local politicians and authorities responsible for their misery.

  3. Good morning! The name Andrew Fountaine rang a bell and I was not wrong; the nationalist activist was a direct descendant from Sir Andrew Fountaine (1676-1753) one of the greatest British art collectors of the 18th century. He was the subject of a painting by Hogarth which I described in my blog.

      Thank you.

I never met the 20thC Andrew Fountaine though, as mentioned on the blog, I heard him speak once, in 1975. An impassioned orator.

Having seen the Wikipedia entry etc, I should say that he was an idealist, as his youthful adventures attest:
      https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Andrew_Fountaine

The other Andrew Fountaine was, like the 20thC one, born at Narford Hall, in the eastern English county of Norfolk:
