Which is why not one newspaper (except the pathetic Wales Online shoestring “news” outlet) has reported on “Jack Monroe” recently. No real newspaper took her most recent faked “mental health crisis” seriously. “Jack Monroe” claimed that “Fleet Street” reporters were ringing her doorbell and peering into windows at her home. More “Jack Monroe” lies.
“Fleet Street“? Does she keep up with events outside her little grift-bubble? Fleet Street as a newspaper area ended 40 years ago.
I have lost count of how many times “Jack Monroe” has had an invented “mental health crisis”, an invented “need” to flee her home (to escape non-existent stalkers), and an invented “need” to “leave Twitter” to escape non-existent “trolls” (people who have been cheated by “Jack Monroe”, mostly). She always returns to Twitter after a few days, her coffers replenished by donations from utter mugs.
Those “crises” (camouflage tactics) tend to co-incide with renewed exposure of “Jack Monroe” having defrauded people, or having lied about the various aspects of her life and activity.
…and…answer came there none…
I have no time for journalists and little time for the police these days, but am still surprised at how little critical attention “Jack Monroe” “Bootstrap Cook” has received from both sets.

Again? How many more? Meanwhile, those police who are not actual criminals tend to prioritize snooping on social media and on blogs such as mine, while ignoring real crime that affects real British people.

Sentences ranged from 2 years 6 months to 6 years 6 months, so they will all get out in about 1-3 years. A concentration camp or a firing squad would be better for the sake of the people of London, but we know that will never happen under the sort of system we have at present. The answer is a new system, and a different kind of government.
Can you look at those faces and honestly say that any of them will ever be of the slightest use to society, even as slave labour? I think not.

There never was going to be a libel action against Lee Anderson et al. Jack Monroe used the name of self-publicizing Jew lawyer, Mark Lewis, in vain. He never emerged from his kennel. He does not take cases that do not have a pretty good if not overwhelming chance of success, because he usually operates on the “no-win, no-fee” basis. He is not usually working “pro bono” (i.e. doing it completely without fee).
I do not believe that Lewis was ever instructed on the matter.
In other words, the “sue Lee Anderson” crowdfunder was always a kind of fraud by “Jack Monroe”, as well as giving her more publicity (to draw in more donor mugs etc).
Why are the police not investigating her fraudulent activities?

Hello there! I think you are giving too much space/importance to “Jack Monroe” who, by the way, is sounding crazier than ever. What a loony! (LOL)
Talking about how useless most university careers and degrees are nowadays, I found a North American fellow on YT who talks a lot sense and was pointing out (like you did several times) what a scam the whole “higher education” system is. According to him more and more young White males are learning trades (useful occupations) and saying “f…ck the college”.
He said, among other things, that a good plumber is making around U$S 150.000 a year and does not have to put up with all the Marxist/LGTB/Feminist crap predominant in America’s corporate world.

Hello.
You are probably right about me examining the “Jack Monroe” fraud/grift too much. There *are* more important issues, but at the same time I am absolutely livid that that liar is cheating so many people (especially the elderly and mentally-damaged) and is also being given a kind of “free pass” by so much of the UK mass media.
As you also say, re. learning a trade, that for many can be a better route into life than a “university degree” (especially one from a less-prestigious institution).
True, becoming a plumber or tiler or whatever may not lead to becoming Prime Minister or a TV celebrity, but then neither do all but a handful of degrees, and for a tiny handful of careerists.
I noticed when in the USA in the early and then late 1990s, that the tradespeople were usually very efficient, but that many lawyers and others were useless. That is true in the UK as well. My wife and I recently had to call upon the services of a tiler, who came and did a first-class job. Another different tradesman attended for other reasons; he also did fine work. These sort of people are far more useful than journalists, lawyers etc, though all have their place.
As you note, and as in the novel Nineteen Eighty-Four, the System monitors such as lawyers, msm types etc far more focussedly than applies to tradespeople, who can do their work independently of “Big Brother”.

Hello Ian! Yes, I am also annoyed by the fact that the media, in a certain manner, is supporting Jack Monroe, by not criticizing her. However, I think the System is using her to distract people with trivial things; that is why they encourage all that rubbish known as “gossip” about useless creatures known as “celebrities”.
One of the earliest and most perfect examples of this obnoxious mindset or policy was the famous TV show known as “Big Brother”. If we needed proof that most people are gullible idiots “Big Brother” would be a perfect one.
I remember watching “The Apprentice”, the TV show produced by Donald Trump. It was the only “reality show” I ever watched. I was fascinated and at the same time amazed by the behaviour of most contestants. Driven by their ambition/greed they “threw under the bus” their mates or colleagues; very few of them behaved honourably and said: “I was wrong, it was my decision, my people did a good job”. It was an excellent demonstration of how horrible the so-called “corporate world” is.

Many people’s principles and ethical ideas are only skin-deep. In fact, the more you push and pressure people, the greater is the likelihood that they will “crack”, becoming either violent or depressive. The Army and others use such techniques of pressure deliberately, to test the recruits. Otherwise-obsolete bayonet training is the classic example. Run people ragged in (perhaps) heat and dust, make them display aggression on demand, then repeat…and see what happens.
Most people are somewhere between angelic and demonic. That is where the structures of the State, of Law, and of organized Religion etc, come into play. A way of making it less likely that the population becomes demonic.
Something like The Apprentice is similar but in the opposite, evil, direction.
To that extent, Marx was correct. People create structures or superstructures, but by the same token people are, in their thoughts and feelings, created *by* those structures. Both.

Very good observations of yours. I remember reading an excellent biography of Machiavelli by Marcel Brion (1895-1984); in there the author explained Machiavelli’s clever perception of the importance and usefulness of established religion as a method or tool to keep the people under control.
Marcel Brion was an interesting and prolific author, I only read his biographies of Leonardo da Vinci and Machiavelli and I liked them very much. Perhaps because he was not a professional historian he writes with flair (something very common among well-educated Frenchmen) and therefore his books make a very nice reading.
