There are already growing concerns about the escalating use of these ‘cut-price medics’ – who are supposed to assist doctors and nurses with routine duties after two years’ training.
But many are being asked to take on clinical duties which go far beyond their remit, with mounting evidence that this has caused harm to patients and led to misdiagnoses and even deaths.
But The Mail on Sunday has now discovered that the NHS is rolling out ‘apprenticeships’ for PAs – which means untrained staff are going directly into paying jobs working with patients.“

I just saw, on Sky News, a few minutes of Sunday-something-or-other with Trevor Phillips. Like a caricature of “the great replacement” [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Great_Replacement].
The presenter [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Trevor_Phillips] a black man from Guyanese origins, and the three commentators also of non-European origin: a mixed-race (?) youngish man, a possibly Chinese (?) woman, and another woman, possibly/probably South Asian. The main other commentator expected, but not yet present, would be Shami Chakrabarti [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shami_Chakrabarti], the well known commentator, activist etc, who is of Indian (Bengali) origins.
One sometimes feels, mutatis mutandis, a bit like Boris Savinkov [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Boris_Savinkov] as portrayed in Reilly, Ace of Spies [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Reilly,_Ace_of_Spies]. At one point in the drama, Savinkov complains, of the anti-Bolshevik forces, “Latvians, Poles, Czechs…where are the Russians?!“
Sam Melia and Laura Towler
Many readers will be aware that Sam Melia of Patriotic Alternative was imprisoned on Friday for 2 years, which means that he will be incarcerated for a period somewhere between 6-12 months.
Melia’s wife, Laura Towler, is looking after their small child while Melia himself sits in prison; another child is expected within the next 2 months.
While I am unacquainted personally with Melia and Laura Towler, and while I do not belong to or (as such) “support” Patriotic Alternative, it is our duty to help those in trouble, especially those on our side of the overall societal argument. Even the New Testament says that.

I agree with Kurten, and the same is true of my “case” (I am going to be sentenced in a couple of weeks, in effect for having written the truth as I see it).
I wonder whether Melia will appeal, at least on sentence. It can be risky, but might work out for him on the facts as I have read of them. Hard to call. At present, it seems that he may be able to get out before the full year (out of two years) is up, but I only know what I have read here and there about his case.

The Social Democrats (SPD)/Grune/Alliance 90/Free Democrats (FDP) government ie the so-called ‘traffic light’ coalition on account of those parties’ colours should really be called Germany’s ‘crackpot coaltion’ such is their level of insanity in driving Germany into the ground.
Their actions in this are very ill-advised. Putin won’t tolerate any direct military action against his country least of all by Germany.
The last time Germany attacked Russia in June 1941 which was called Operation Barbarossa it was a miserable failure and eventually resulted in National Socialist Germany’s defeat but only after huge numbers of Russians and German soldiers had died.
That was before the age of nuclear weapons. Today, Russia has the world’s largest nuclear arsenal with some 6,000 odd nukes with 1,600 available to be deployed at anytime and some of them are amongst the world’s most advanced. They can be launched in THREE ways as well unlike with our nukes.
With all the ‘war porn’ being pumped out by the likes of The Scum, the Daily Telegraph, the Daily Mail, Sky News etc I fear we might well see WW3 by Christmas or next year.

As I think you know, I live only about 25 miles (as the crow flies) from a major potential target (Southampton docks and the nearby Military Port on the Solent). Were WW3 to erupt any time soon, I should quite soon become “collateral damage” for that reason. My present legal problem(s) will then cease to be quite so serious…
Hitler was right in his assessment of the invasion of the Soviet Union in 1941 (“all we have to do is kick the door in, and the whole rotten structure will collapse!”) but made the mistake of setting three immediate strategic goals at once (take Moscow, take Leningrad, take the grain-producing southern Russian and Ukrainian farmland steppe). As a Russian proverb says “if you chase two hares, you will not catch one”. Hitler chased *three* hares. Moscow alone should have been the first goal. I have seen how close German advance groups got to Moscow. About the same distance as that from Whitehall to just beyond Barnet in North London.
As you say, though, Germany (as NWO proxy) today is seriously playing with fire.

I believe I am correct in stating that National Socialist Germany invaded the Soviet Union with hundreds of thousands of soldiers or even more than that. At first, they made good progress but the Russian winter then set in.
They got to the gates of Moscow and apparently saw the Kremin and other landmarks.
Russia is a truely vast country. Even the European part of it is massive in area and Moscow is hundreds of miles away from the borders of the neighbouring countries.

Yes. Operation Sealion was the “planned” (contingency-planned) invasion of the UK; as you say in an earlier comment, the invasion of Soviet territory was Operation Barbarossa.

As you say, the advances on Moscow etc in 1941 stalled mainly because of the winter snows, together with the deployment by the Stavka (Soviet high command) of Siberian troops in defence of Moscow.

Moscow could and should have been taken. Troops were sent to the southern front too soon. If Moscow had been taken, Leningrad might have fallen easily, but would have fallen. Then and only then should forces have been deployed to the south.
As to the size of Russia, the old Soviet Union was 92x the size of the UK (inc Northern Ireland); the new Russia is still 72x the size of the UK.

I read only about a week ago that the present omnishambles of a ‘Tory’ government is currently releasing REAL CRIMINALS early from their custodial sentences due to a lack of sufficient prison capacity yet, at the same time, they incarcerate basically political prisoners such as Sam Melia. What a disgrace and inappropriate use of scarce prison cells!
