Private political prosecutions
I happened to see this:
Some readers of the blog may be aware that Myerson is a Jew-Zionist barrister, based mainly in Leeds. Indeed, he holds letters patent as King’s Counsel (which is no longer the distinction it once was), and was sacked as Recorder (p/t judge) earlier this year (though permitted to “resign”, officially) after his vituperative tweets became notorious, and after he ignored his initial “warning off” from the Judicial Conduct Investigations Office.

Only yesterday, Myerson was tweeting that the Russian Ambassador should be forced to give evidence in court, then arrested when “we do not believe him“. A strange thing for any barrister to tweet, seemingly in ignorance of both diplomatic immunity (under the 1961 Vienna Convention and/or longstanding customary international law) and the English law re. perjury.
I can only presume that Myerson was making some kind of peculiar joke (funny only to him); which, in a sense, is even more disturbing.
Myerson’s own testimony for the defence in the recent defamation case Wilson v. Mendelsohn, Cantor and Newbon (deceased) was not thought worthy of being given any weight by the judge presiding. The claimant, Wilson, won his case, overall. See https://x.com/per_incuriam2.
Incidentally, Myerson is a member or supporter of both “UK Lawyers for Israel” [“UKLFI”] and the malicious “Campaign Against Antisemitism” [“CAA”], which latter undertook that private prosecution against the defendant Michael Derham. The memberships or support cadres of those “well-funded” little organizations overlap to some extent.
Myerson is also wrong (arguably, or in my view) in having tweeted that the court “convicted” that defendant, Myerson having not explained that the defendant pleaded guilty. There was no trial.
It seems that the sentence was a fine and costs amounting to a total of £1,000, to be paid off at £100 a month.
I recently wrote on the blog about how people accused of political crime, and prosecuted (as in such a case as the above), should always plead Not Guilty. My view on that is that such prosecutions (especially abusive private ones brought by such as the “Campaign Against Antisemitism”) should never be validated by a plea of Guilty. Yes, there is the (notional) danger of a heavier sentence if found guilty, but the difference will not be great in most cases.
In the above-noted case, the defendant apparently had no previous convictions, and had elements of personal mitigation anyway. He should have fought the matter to the bitter end, as I would do, and indeed have done (see below).
I think that, in matters such as animal welfare, there is still a place for private or privately-brought but quasi-public prosecutions brought by organizations such as the RSPCA. However, in other matters, particularly “political” cases such as noted above, organizations such as the “CAA” should be prohibited from abusing the law to achieve maliciously-intended and socio-political ends, as so often happens. After all, the “CAA” is a Jew-Zionist organization closely tied to Israel and the Israeli Embassy in the UK. Though small, it is very well-funded. From where do such funds originate?
Incidentally, my own free speech trial, in November 2023 (sentencing hearing was in March 2024), was a public prosecution brought by the “Clown” Prosecution Service, but was only initiated after the CPS and the Hampshire Constabulary had been subjected to intense and directly political pressure by the “CAA” pack and their collaborators. MI6/SIS is an almost-pointless institution anyway. It lives off a reputation from the Second World War and Cold War which is and always was largely undeserved; unmerited.
Goodwin is right, though, about the “politicization” (I would say “socio-politicization”) of so many UK institutions. The police are heavily contaminated, as is the CPS.
Pity that Goodwin ignores the poisonous nature of the Jew-Zionist pressure on such institutions, though, and the directly consequent destruction of free speech…That Jewish/Zionist/Israel-lobby influence is the major repressive factor in the contemporary UK.
If Zelensky starts press-ganging young (under-28, and especially under-20) Ukrainians, his days are numbered, and he knows it.

It is difficult to understand how J*** [REDACTED] wield so much power in the UK:-
The ability to have groups proscribed.
The ability to have laws brought in.
The ability to take private prosecutions when the CPS won’t take a case forward.
The ability to always be the victim.
The ability to end people’s careers.
I have probably missed quite a few.

(((They))) are highly unified and highly organized, while simultaneously dividing the indigenous British people and preventing the indigenous people from being organized.
Even a small group of people can conquer and rule over a much larger group, when the larger group is divided, demoralized, distracted, and corrupted by degeneracy and brainwashing.
Furthermore, the (((REDACTEDS))) control the politicians of all Western countries. There is probably some blackmail involved, but most of the politicians are so traitorous that they don’t even need to be blackmailed and are happy to betray their own people in exchange for (((assistance))) getting elected to parliament, and post-retirement lucrative careers in finance/banking/corporations/etc.
The (((REDACTEDS))) also fund all of the major political parties, to ensure control. Labor and the Tories and the Lib Dems are overwhelmingly funded by the (((REDACTEDS))).
And who pays the piper calls the tune, as the saying goes.
Also, the (((REDACTEDS))) control the news media, and whoever controls the news media is able to control public opinion. Thus, the (((REDACTEDS))) can make or break the career of any politician.
If a politician is brave enough to oppose (((their))) evil plans, (((they))) simply use (((their))) control of the media and (((their))) wealth to destroy the politician’s career.
Thus, even the rare politicians who might be uncomfortable with the (((REDACTEDS))) evil actions, are intimidated into going along with it and complying, under (((threat))) of having their political career destroyed.
But as stated above, the vast majority of politicians are so self-centered, treasonous, and greedy that they don’t even need to be blackmailed or intimidated. They are happy to betray and destroy their own country and their own people, in exchange for (((assistance))) getting elected, and various rewards such as lucrative post-retirement jobs in the private sector.
Some of the politicians don’t even wait until retirement, and take up corporate directorships, or write articles for (((newspapers))), or do political consulting, or have other second jobs.
So the main ways that the (((REDACTEDS))) exercise control over the political system is 1) legalized bribery of politicians, 2) control over the funding of the major political parties, and 3) control over the media, which can make or break the career of any politician. 4) Also, the (((REDACTEDS))) are highly unified and organized to push (((their))) supremacist interests, while simultaneously undermining the unity and cohesion of everyone else, and viciously attacking anyone who is brave enough to stand up to (((them))).
If a minor political party starts to get big, the (((REDACTEDS))) step in with offers of funding and legalized forms of bribery. Also, (((they))) hold out the carrot of positive media coverage while threatening the stick of negative media coverage.
That’s why you see Farage groveling and currying favor with (((them))). He wants (((money))), lucrative job offers, and positive media coverage.

Unbelievable that a person can be prosecuted for such harmless tweets. Even under the freedom-destroying “hate speech” laws, these tweets do not contain anything that incites hatred.
It seems that simply expressing an opinion that the (((REDACTEDS))) don’t like is now a crime in Britain. I guess that is what “winning” World War 2 looks like.
After the patriot movement wins power, the (((REDACTEDS))) should be banned from holding any positions of societal influence, since whenever (((they))) are allowed to have any influence, (((they))) invariably use that influence to persecute and oppress anyone who tells the truth about how evil (((they))) are.
After the patriot movement wins power, all of the patriotic nationalists who were persecuted by the (((REDACTEDS))) will be very generously compensated from the (((REDACTED))) assets that will be seized as reparations for all the crimes (((they))) have committed against the indigenous people of Britain.
Additionally, the assets of rich traitorous toff types should be confiscated and re-distributed to patriots too.

All of the (((enemies))), traitors, and cowards should have their property confiscated and re-distributed to patriots, many of whom are living in poverty due to (((persecution))) by the (((system))).
A list of all the confiscated castles, mansions, and estates should be made, and patriots who were (((persecuted))) should be allowed to pick which properties they want, as compensation for their sacrifices that they made for their people and their country.
Also, each persecuted patriot should receive a generous payout and a lifetime pension, along with an order/medal to wear that ranks above the order of the garter.
Meanwhile, the traitors should be banned from having more than 1 pound of assets, as punishment for betraying their country and their people.
It will be hilarious to see the Oxbridge-educated traitor toffs deprived of their property as punishment for being treasonous cowards who curried favor with the (((REDACTEDS))) in exchange for finance jobs in the City.
The existing traitor-establishment and traitor-aristocracy should be dismantled, deprived of their assets, and replaced by a new aristocracy/elite consisting of patriotic nationalists.
Additionally, it should be made a felony offense punishable by imprisonment to express any support or positive views whatsoever for the (((REDACTEDS))) or (((REDACTEDISM))).
When the patriot-nationalist movement is in power, they should persecute and oppress the traitors 1000 times more severely than the traitors are currently persecuting patriots.
The goal should be to completely stamp out treasonous beliefs/sentiment from British society.
Anyone who expresses any support or positive views regarding the (((REDACTEDS))) should be arrested and charged with treason.
Feel free to redact any or all of the above if you feel it will cause trouble for you with Keir Stalin’s wannabe NKVD.

As to that Michael Derham case, it seems that the Crown Prosecution Service were unwilling to prosecute, which is why the malicious “CAA” cabal prosecuted privately. I know no great detail about the matter but suspect that the defendant was —in effect— intimidated into pleading guilty, when he should have or could have pleaded not guilty, and then forced the CAA bastards to *prove* the origin of the tweets, to prove that he himself posted them, and to prove the unlawful nature of any content. He would quite likely have been acquitted and, even if found guilty, would have received a very similar sentence. He also would have greatly inconvenienced the enemy and maybe cost them money.

I concur with your view that pleading guilty plays into the hands of the (((enemy))) by legitimizing the bogus charges.
In general, I think pleading guilty gives the impression that the pleader is admitting that they did something wrong.
Even IF the (((enemy))) is somehow able to prove that the defendant posted the Tweets, I think that it is better to defy the (((system))) and point out that everything in the Tweets is completely true and factual.
The (((REDACTEDS))) are terrified of the truth, because the truth is that (((they))) are evil.
That’s why (((they))) get (((their))) puppet politicians to pass laws making it illegal to tell the truth about (((them))).
That’s why (((they))) use (((their))) control over social media platforms to ban anyone who tells the truth about how evil (((they))) are.
(((They))) know that (((they))) can’t win a free and open debate, where there are no restrictions on what people can say and what facts people can point out.
I think the argument: “why should people be punished for pointing out things that are true? Why should people be punished for speaking the truth about the (((malevolent tribe))) that is harming them?” is a very powerful argument to make.
That argument puts the defendant on the side of the truth, so even if the court convicts the defendant, the court is essentially admitting that the government is on the side of lies, and that the government persecutes people for simply telling the truth.

I can only agree. “They” are usually cowardly bullies. I have plenty of evidence about that in specific regard to the most prominent members of the “Campaign Against Antisemitism”, for example.
When confronted, and not in a pack, “they” usually back off.

Today I received an e-mail from a French political and cultural organisation known as the “Institut Iliade” (The Iliad Institute). They are very well-educated and organised paneuropean ethnic nationalists and logically are hated by the (((Establishment))). Therefore, it did not surprised me to find out that yesterday the f… bank “Credit Agricole” closed their accounts.
This shows that the System is afraid of the capacity and achievements of this group who publishes books and produces high-quality videos and lectures.
