Looks as though billions of pounds are now going to be wasted on “defence”, and to be entirely spent on confronting Russia. Yet a survey last year by pollsters More In Common found that nearly half of Britons now feel ‘like a stranger in my own country’.
Significantly, many people from minority backgrounds experience this profound sense of loss just as strongly as their white British counterparts.
Yet whenever anyone articulates this creeping sense of dispossession, they are shamed, silenced or mocked by the elites who are imposing these changes on them.
What we are witnessing is not just a small adjustment, a temporary shift, or the gentle evolution of a nation.
It is something far more dramatic and potentially permanent.
It is the deliberate and sustained transformation of our country.
Nations do not remain the same if the people who shaped them, built them and embody them collapse into minority status.
But this is what is happening.
According to my analysis, which I set out in the book, by the year 2100, the share of Britain’s population made up of White Britons (roughly 95 per cent of the country in the 1990s) will collapse to just 33 per cent.

Someone who killed several great empires: the German Reich, then (after 1945, when subject peoples were eventually allowed “independence” because the European nations were exhausted) the French, Belgian, Spanish, Portuguese etc, and…the British Empire as well.
Had Churchill not blagged his way into taking over as Prime Minister in 1940, an honourable armistice might have been, and almost certainly would have been, concluded between the British Empire and the German Reich.
Western and Central Europe would thus have been saved from the ravages of war, and Eastern Europe from at least some of the ravages of war. Stalinism would either have been defeated in the field, or contained east of the Urals. Eastern and parts of Central Europe would then not have fallen under the rule of the Soviet Union in the 1940s (which rule of course lasted until the late 1980s).
In such a scenario, there would have been no premature decolonization in Africa, Asia, and elsewhere. Massive damage to the environment and wildlife would have been largely averted.
That never happened, mainly because Churchill became Prime Minister of the UK. Almost everything else was consequential.

In seats where official Labour is already struggling against the Reform surge, the Corbyn/Sultana party (parties?) will probably split off some proportion of the Labour vote, in most such cases ensuring a victory either for Reform or for the LibDems.

The shock there is not so much that the Conservative Party would be only the 5th-largest party in the Commons (a few other recent polls have gone there), but rather that Labour, for the first time in polling history (as far as I know), would be only the 4th-largest party, so not even the official Opposition (which Opposition would be the SNP), and not even the 3rd-largest party, but rank only 4th, after Reform, the SNP, and the LibDems. That’s new.
