“A 12-year-old girl was forced into carrying out an abortion by one of her alleged rapists, a court has heard.
The schoolchild was coerced into being filmed during the gang attack in Vienna, Austria, by multiple teenagers from different countries.
The girl was attacked between February and June of 2023 in different locations across the city, with 17 people under investigation on suspicion of sexually abusing the victim.
Earlier this month, Austrian police said the suspects, mostly minors, included Austrian, Italian, Bulgarian, Serbian, Turkish and Syrian boys.
But the young girl’s 18-year-old ‘boyfriend’ was the first to be convicted of sexual abuse in a gang rape incident.
Named Wais S, the Afghan national reportedly knew the victim was underage, and impregnated her.
He also admitted to blackmailing her into aborting the child, coercing her to do so with videos of the pair having sex.
Wais was sentenced to just 15 months probation and £670 in damages.”

Austria has the Austrian Freedom Party (FPO) which has for its strapline ‘Die Sozial Heimatpartei’ which translates into English as ‘The Social Homeland party’. Its leader, Herbert Kickl is pretty ‘Right-wing’ and nationalistic as far as mass immigration is concerned. They are Austria’s best party.

Afghans are a backward, “left behind” people, who have never achieved anything. As you say, they should never be allowed into any part of Europe.
Naturally, my remarks relate to the group, not to all Afghans without exception. There may be individuals who transcend the level of the group.

Mad ‘Mutti’ Merkel of Tory traitor party the CDU threw open Germany’s borders to Afghan refugees in 2015 and too many of them have repaid Germany’s hospitality by gang raping young German women. No wonder the Alternative fur Deutschland (AfD) party is doing so well. Before 2015, gang rapes were very rare but are now common.

Incidentally. I enjoyed this video but even more the comments. Farage´s mask has fallen and almost everybody sees him for what he always was: Controlled Opposition!
It is comforting to see how many English patriots have become radicalised thanks to Farage´s cowardly U-turn regarding deportations. I hope a new, strong and genuinely patriotic movement will come out of this fiasco.

Hello again! I know you ceased to prectise law a long time ago but my wife would like to know if, in your opinion, would be possible for “Two Tier” Starmer to impose his evil scheme on the Sentencing Council of England and Wales. As far as we know, the judges rejected his “guidelines” regarding sentencing offenders who belong to minorities. Thank you!

It is important to note that the “sentencing guidelines” are not “law” as such but suggestions which are expected to be taken seriously by judges (and if not so taken, may form a basis of appeal).
As I understand it, it is the Sentencing Council itself which is imposing the “two tier” idea, and Starmer’s minister Shabana Mahmood who is opposing it (no doubt for political reasons…it could be explosive if the Brit public thinks that ethnic minorities get an easier ride).

We need a clear out/purge of the judiciary in this country. Far too many of them are snobby, elitist, public school educated, out of touch with reality, PC Tory globalist open borders fans.
We hear a lot about ‘diversity’ and the need for it to be enacted via recruitment policies for various jobs but how about recruiting a more ‘diverse’ judiciary with judges from less elitist backgrounds?

Personally, I am not a fan of Keir. To me, he seems to be a heartless, self-serving, middle-class, Metropolitan elitist lawyer on the make with no real principles apart from self-advancement.

How are Millei’s very libertarian economic policies affecting Argentina? Are they starting to improve your economy or making it worse? I tend to think ‘mixed’ economies work best. Free market forces have a role to play in economies but sometimes the government must intervene and restrain them. Germany once had a good model of what they called the ‘social market economy’. Japan became a ‘developmental’ state with fairly significant government intervention in the economy after WW2 thereby enabling their economic miracle.
