“UK ministers are considering allowing the use of a bee-killing pesticide next year despite promising during the election to ban it.
Neonicotinoids are banned in the EU because they are toxic to bees but have been authorised for use every year in the UK since 2021.
During this summer’s election campaign, Keir Starmer said: “The new government will ban neonicotinoid pesticides imidacloprid, clothianidin and thiamethoxam due to their impact on bees.”
So do it. Ban their use.
Jack the Ripper

“This is the face of the world’s most notorious serial killer, according to an author who has been delving into the Jack the Ripper case for nearly 30 years.
Ripper investigator Russell Edwards utilised cutting-edge facial reconstruction technology to generate this CGI black and white image of how the murderer would have appeared at the time.
Mr Edwards used DNA evidence from the shawl of one of the victims to “prove” that Jack the Ripper was in fact Aaron Kosminski, a Jewish immigrant from Poland who was a prime suspect during the gruesome Whitechapel murders.
During the investigation into the murders, Dr Robert Anderson, head of the London Criminal Investigation Department, had identified Kosminski as a key suspect. Confidential police reports, later published in 1894 as the Macnaghten Memorandum, recorded that detectives believed he harboured a “great hatred of women, specially of the prostitute class, and had strong homicidal tendencies”.
Even then, political correctness made them hesitant to point the finger at a Jew, fearing accusations of anti-Semitism.
Mr Edwards’ further investigations suggest that the infamous murderer escaped justice due to his brother’s connections with freemasonry, and he also proposes theories about the reasons behind the gruesome mutilations.
In February 2023, Mr Edwards received several photos, one of which featured 15 men all sporting handlebar moustaches and dressed uniformly in suits with overcoats. These men were identified as members of the Lodge of Israel, a Freemason group established for Jewish immigrants in Britain.
Mr Edwards is of the belief that the Ripper was not a random mutilator, but was executing…Masonic instructions. He also suspects that his brother’s Masonic connections likely shielded his younger sibling from arrest to prevent backlash against the Jews.“

Is the USA belatedly waking up to the fact that Israel just takes, giving the USA nothing at all but a headache? The tail has been wagging the dog for far too long, mainly because the Israel lobby in the USA controls Congress.

So the ultimate choice offered to Conservative Party members, and eventually to the voters, will be—
1. A Nigerian woman married to a banker; or
2. A corrupt, albeit or presumably English/British, nasty type, married to a Jewish woman lawyer.
Both unacceptable.
As I guessed, Tugendhat would have been more popular with the voters overall, and even former/2024 Conservative voters, or at least less unpopular.
