Afternoon music

[winter in the Arkhangelsk region]

Note: Gliere, or Glier, is scarcely known to the public now, especially in the West, but won the Stalin Prize three times, and was the holder of three awards of the Order of Lenin, as well as the Order of the Red Banner: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Reinhold_Gli%C3%A8re.

Gliere died in 1956 (the year of my birth), aged 81.

As I have blogged from the start, and speaking strategically, Russia cannot lose this war.

All that, but especially the last sentence.

Frankly, I was always basically anti-Soviet, and still am (in general or in theory, Sovietism having died over 30 years ago) but, in retrospect, this country and the rest of Western Europe would have been better off invaded and occupied by Soviet forces in the 1980s than (as has now happened) being invaded and occupied by hordes of untermenschen, while the “Zionists” exploit our people and repress our freedom of expression.

Even the System administrators in the UK admit that about a million “new” inhabitants (even “net”) are in the UK every year. “Illegal” migration-invasion, “legal” migration and also (not even included in immigration statistics) about 500,000 births to non-whites within the UK. Every year. If you add those, the true figure is about 1.5M per year. White (real British) people are not even replacing their numbers.

The Great Replacement. The Coudenhove-Kalergi Plan.

The “liberal” and other pro-immigration idiots (and/or enemies of the people) never address the consequences— lack of housing, slow collapse of all civic and social services, fewer opportunities for British youth, lower pay, lower State benefits, and no decent future…

The pro-immigration idiots or enemies just drone that the UK should “build more houses“, meaning hundreds of thousands of dwellings per year, destroying our once “green and pleasant land”, and yet not even keeping pace with the numbers flooding in (and being born to invaders already here).

There are hundreds of millions of blacks, browns, Chinese and others who would like to live in the UK, even as it now is. Many would have, under the outdated “asylum” laws, a legal “right” to live here, if they can blag a way to get here. Imagine the UK with a population of 2 or 3 or 10 times what it now is, so 140M, 210M, even 700M, almost all non-white, non-European.

In reality, our society, and our political system, would collapse into chaos long before the population even reached 100M. Perhaps that is what will happen. If so, the most resilient British survivors may then have to “wade through slaughter to a throne“, in the words of Gray’s Elegy.

Of course, the same is true, mutatis mutandis, in the UK. Most MPs are enemies of the people.

The USA may still have enormous military-destructive power, but internally is in a state of near-collapse in terms of the quality of its population. Imagine what it will be like there in 50 years, or even 20.

Another example:

Zoo…

Ha ha! “They” love “apologies” from anyone who has criticized “them” and then been subject to overt or covert attack by “them”. It gives “them” the opportunity to grind the heel even more.

Well, looks like Elon Musk has been unwilling to “apologise” to “them” for perfectly acceptable remarks about “them”. Don’t expect anything from me, either.

Looks as if Putin was right…

  1. This video on how migrants are behaving in America is interesting, horrifying and familiar.

After the immigrants in New York were initially housed in 4* hotels, they now refuse to move into the migrant camps and start protesting. An endless flood of migrants entering the USA and lefty charities and lawyers stirring them up to cause trouble.

  2. Both East and West Sussex are strongly Tory at general elections with few exceptions ie Brighton ect but WHAT do the Conservative Party supporters get for their loyalty? Just more and more economic migrants whose flow isn’t even stemmed let alone stopped.

The Tories abuse their own voters so the lesson is for those people to simply change their habits and stop voting for the party.

According to the latest polls, this might be starting to happen. The Tories are on just 23% of the vote. That is probably just below the ‘tipping point’ effect of our obscenely undemocratic and farcical electoral system of FPTP.

It looks like the Tory Party’s fanatical devotion to that archaic system might well cost them very dearly indeed next year.

Traditionally, the “Conservatives” were voted for by the affluent largely because voters identified Con with “lower taxes”. That has ceased to be the case, arguably. That may affect the Con vote in places such as Sussex, as will the immigration factor, but Labour cannot be appealing to many. I should say that former Con voters in those areas will go 33% Con, 33% protest votes (Reform UK or maybe LibDem, as well as Labour or Green), and with maybe 33% abstaining. That may still be enough to vote in Con candidates in many places; in others, LibDems or Reform may succeed. Reform UK is a dark horse. I have no time for it, but the average (Con) Joe may. It might get 1% of the vote, or 15%+. An open question.

What gives me pause is that many voters may not want to abstain, yet may have no party that they support. In that case, they may just vote to hit both parties by voting for whatever seems most loudly populist, and that may be Reform UK.

      1. I suspect many Tory voters from 2019 will either abstain, vote Reform Party or, in a few places like Sussex, vote Lib Dem. Very, very few will vote Labour. That party has been winning by-elections through mass Tory abstention. At the Mid Bedfordshire by-election the Tory vote collapsed again and the Labour vote actually FELL in actual raw vote numbers from 2019. Differential turnout from Tory and Labour voters gave Labour the seat.

At just 23% in the polls, it is clear they have alienated millions of voters in the last five years.

  3. La Marseillaise is undoubtedly one of the world’s better and most stirring national anthems. It is a favourite of mine along with those from Italy and Russia.

I thought that Glinka’s “Patriotic Song” (Russian anthem during the Yeltsin period) was better than the Soviet one. La Marseillaise is of course “iconic” (though were the words of it penned today in the UK, no doubt the toytown police “Anti-Terror command” might take an interest…).

  4. Hello there! Three things worth mentioning/commenting:

    1) The moronic American students unable to calculate 15 x 4. A symbol of what the USA has become. Serves them right.

    2) The chimps going berserk at a school in the USA. The worst of all is the disgusting cowardice displayed by the despicable “teacher”. A perfect example of the kind of sh…t that most males are in the degenerate and “woke” Western world of today. In the 1950s, or even 1960s, that obnoxious pupil would have been slapped and the matter quickly solved.

    3) The priceless, wonderful reply of Elon Musk to the smarmy Jewish interviewer (is there any other kind?) LOL

  5. Yes, the globalist liberals either totally ignore or seek to minimise the real consequences of mass, uncontrolled immigration.

Some of these people pride themselves on their ‘green’ credentials yet it is impossible to have a decent, liveable environment with an ever higher population density.

Britain hasn’t been short of people since the Industrial Revolution began here. There comes a point when the population density just worsens the quality of life and we reached that point a longtime ago.

It is better in my view to live in a country with too few people than one with too many as this country undoubtedly now has thanks to grotesquely irresponsible governments.

Immigration control is a green principle. The Greens would be viewed more seriously if they took this on board and dumped their ultra open borders stance.
