Stray thought
As soon as it became known that Ann Widdecombe [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ann_Widdecombe] had been killed, and that a suspect had been arrested, the police put out a statement, amplified by the BBC and all other news media, that the detained person was a “White English man“.
How interesting.
When an arrested individual is black, or brown, or a Jew for that matter, the police and news media never proclaim that “a black man has been arrested“, or “a Pakistani has been arrested“. Never.
The System police and msm are simply desperate to make the point that “not all criminals are black or brown; some are White English“…
Pathetic.
In fact, it seems that the “White English” suspect has been released, and with no mention of being released under investigation, so presumably no longer a serious suspect.
I wonder if the police will stick to that policy, and from now on tell the public what race or national background are other arrested persons, in this case or other cases. Ha. Of course not…

I have forgotten the name of the forgettable woman in question, but she is descended from the Jew barrister, judge (Lord Chief Justice), and politician, Rufus Isaacs, who was made Lord Reading in 1926.
Isaacs was the first commoner to be elevated directly to the marquisate since Wellington. Incidentally, as a former barrister, I was interested to see that the original Isaacs, at peak earning (as a commercial silk), was getting an annual income at the Bar, in the pre-WW1 Edwardian era, of £30,000. That might equate to between £4M and £15M in the money of 2026 (depending on various factors); for one thing, UK income tax in 1906-1908 was only a shilling in the pound (5%), so a small fraction of what might be payable today.
By way of comparison, in 1908, a scullery maid (the least well-paid servant) would get about £12 per year, and a butler perhaps £50 to £70 (taxfree; only incomes above £160 were taxable). In other words, Isaacs was making about 2,000x the income of a scullery maid, and about 500x or more of the income of a butler.
True, domestic servants got free food, lodging, and clothing etc, but even so…

Were Israel simply a state, such as Switzerland, or Lebanon, then that argument might have force, but Israel is more than a state— it is the centre, or one of the major centres, of a global web.
I have often said that, as a state, as a society, Israel is no worse, in overall terms, than other Middle Eastern states; indeed, in many respects better. However, its status and existence emboldens Jews in states such as the USA, UK, France etc.
