Completely ignorant of both the exact case and facts thereof and how libel cases are launched and paid for, but that does not stop him from advancing an (ignorant) opinion as if it is accurate fact (and condescendingly “explaining” as if he himself is not totally ignorant of the subject-matter and as if his “explanation” is not absolute rubbish).
My understanding when I donated was it would be used for the case. After I donated you said if it was taken on a no win no fee basis you would give to charity. You didn't proceed with the case so not sure why money wasn't just refunded or at least more transparency.
There is in fact no evidence (beyond the word of a long-term liar, “grifter”, thief, fantasist and fraudster) that any of that money was given to any —unnamed— foodbank as claimed).
