Saturday quiz

This week, political journalist John Rentoul scored one of his rare victories over me: his score was 6/10, mine only 5./10 (and two of those were guesses). My correct answers were numbers 1, 3, 4, 5, and 8.

Talking point

It is rare for me to see the tweets of ex-officer and military-history writer Adrian Weale; even rarer for me to agree with any. Still, credit where due; I saw two yesterday (including 2 retweets) with both of which I agreed…

The first such tweet (and retweet) seen (referring to the effective dismissal of an academic for speaking sense about Jason Arday and similar matters):

See also:

The second tweet (and retweet), which also refers to the Jason Arday nonsense at Cambridge:

[“I think what’s happened is that, for a variety of reasons, the academy has lost the sense of what it is there for, which is to act as the guardian and proponent of best intellectual practice.

Much of that is because of the Gramscian ‘march through the institutions’ which has taken place over the last 80 years or so, which has had a devastating effect. Importing Marxian and Neo-Marxian dogma into the academy was guaranteed to dumb it down catastrophically and has left us, in the social sciences at least, with a self-marking come-as-you-are party for some of the most illiberal, narcissistic, corrupt perverts and weirdos ever to obtain academic tenure.”]

Britain in 2026

https://www.mirror.co.uk/news/uk-news/crime-spree-pensioner-kicked-robbery-37605890

A sacked care worker broke into his former patients’ homes to rob them and kicked a blind wheelchair user in spate of robberies days after he lost his job.

Ediongseyene Essien broke into the homes of four elderly and disabled victims the day after he was suspended from work, even smashing down the back door of a petrified couple in their 80s to steal their money. Weeks later, Essien pretended to still be another ex-patient’s carer before kicking him to force his way into the home.

Laura Atherton, prosecuting, said the occupant, a wheelchair user and former patient of the defendant, was in bed when Essien gained entry by using a key stored in a coded safe outside the property. He subsequently took the man’s bank card, which was later used to make a series of purchases at Bargain Booze and L7 Village Market in Fairfield.

Earlier that same day, Essien was said to have called at the home of an 88 year old woman and her 85 year old husband, also a wheelchair user, at around 3pm and let himself in before departing. He returned at 9pm and began “ringing the doorbell and waving through the window” before coming back roughly 20 minutes later, at which point he kicked at the back door until he succeeded in smashing a glass pane.

The female occupant was left screaming for help as a result, with Essien having stolen the man’s wallet, which contained £200, before fleeing. In a statement read to the court on her behalf, she described how the ordeal had “completely devastated their lives”. She added: “We welcomed this man into our house and treated him with nothing but kindness and trust. To have this trust betrayed is heartbreaking.

“The feeling of absolute helplessness in that moment was truly awful. My home, which I loved and cherished, is no longer my safe place. Due to our age, disabilities and severe mobility issues, we are unable to leave the house. We are trapped in the very place this trauma occurred. He robbed an elderly couple of their peace, comfort and safety in their final years.”

Essien was arrested in relation to this series of burglaries before being released on bail, after which he turned up at the home of a blind cerebral palsy sufferer in Edge Hill shortly after 2pm on May 15. Having assumed that someone repeatedly pressing his doorbell was one of his carers, the occupant made his way to his front door in his wheelchair before explaining that he had cancelled his scheduled visits for that day.

Essien insisted he had been “sent to check on” the man and proceeded to force his way inside, kicking the victim out of the way as he did so. He then rushed in and took £90 in cash before fleeing the property.

This victim described in his own statement how he had “not slept properly since” and was now “very nervous and anxious”. With his aunt, whom he had previously lived with for 30 years, having passed away in March of this year, he added: “I just hope he doesn’t get away with it. I’m very wary of new carers. I’m scared he will come back.”

At approximately 5pm the same day, Essien then targeted a “highly vulnerable” woman who was “small in stature” as she made her way home after visiting a nearby shop.

He snatched her handbag, which contained £40 in cash and her bank cards, “forcefully pulling it from her grasp” when she attempted to fend him off with her walking stick.

Her shopping bag was torn during the struggle, sending its contents scattering across the pavement. She told the court in her statement: “I’ve lost any independence I had before. I used to go out to the local shop and attend various community activities.

“As a result of this, I’ve felt very anxious at even the thought of going out on my own. I have to ask staff in my supported accommodation to go out to the shop for me. I’m a very vulnerable person. I feel that the person has seen me as an easy target, which is why he’s attacked me. I fear someone will see me as an easy target again.

Essien admitted two counts of robbery, four of burglary and a charge of fraud. Appearing via video link to HMP Liverpool, he was seen holding his head in his hands before he was jailed for eight years and handed restraining orders which will ban him from contacting his victims for the next decade.

[defendant]

A useless and in fact dangerous low-IQ parasite, let into the UK by “dirty democratic politicians”, in Hitler’s well-known description.

The judge was told that, upon serving a third of his sentence, the defendant would probably be deported. Maybe so (I wonder, though), but I say don’t send it back to Africa. Put it up against a wall. In public.

We, the ever-dwindling real people of these islands, have to retake control, whatever it takes.

I wonder what today’s equivalent would be. I certainly doubt that reality has much crept in, reading how the trashier parts of the Press (Daily Express, Daily Mail, Daily Star etc) are enthusiastically advising their (mostly pensioner-) readers about plans to introduce conscription and food rationing by reason of the “Russian threat” (which only exists because UK governments have been provoking Russia since at least 2014 —and, arguably, since 1991).

MAFF was the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, and Food until 2002.

Officialdom , the Westminster monkeyhouse, and the msm in the UK seem to think (or pretend to the public) that fighting a war against Russia (a Russia with ~7,000 nuclear weapons, apart from anything else) and when the UK these days scarcely has an army, navy, or air force, will be a slightly updated version of the Battle of Britain, the Normandy Landings, El Alamein, or even the Western Front circa 1916.

Regular readers of the blog know my views on this: take away Zelensky’s ricebowl, focus on improving relations with Russia, leave NATO, arrange for cost-price gas and maybe oil from Russia, and find in Russia a massive market for UK goods and services (even more so if the EU states and Americans continue to apply punitive sanctions against Russia).

Britain still has a nuclear deterrent with maybe 150 submarine-launched missiles available (altogether), and that (once the Americans are shown the door) can be, for the first time in decades, a truly independent deterrent, akin to the French force de frappe. A backstop. Enough.

[“One evening in the biting winter cold of 2014, I went down to Maidan with my Ukrainian translator and her mother. It was packed, lively like a festival. “What do you think of all this?” My translator asked me as her mother waved a large Ukrianian flag above her head.

“It won’t end well.” I replied.

After covering Libya, Syria, you get to know the political movements that will only lead a country to ruin. An alliance of foreign money, oligarchs and ultra nationalist extremists was clearly in that bracket.

I asked my translators lovely mother why she supported it. She said something along the lines of “Europe is richer than Russia. And I like going on holiday there.” She had little magnets of the places she’d been to on her fridge. London, Paris, Spain. They were sold a dream of a bright European future.

I was there when a statue of Lenin was pulled down in the late evening. With a truck and some chains. Down it fell and people cheered as it shattered on the ground. I picked up a piece. I think I’ve still got it at home. But most Ukrainians didn’t want their statues pulled down. It wasn’t what it was supposed to be about. Or rather it was. But they didn’t know it.

The East rose. Crimea lost. More statues pulled down. And eight years later, the real slaughter began.

The ukrainians I know have already fled abroad. Those who claim to support Ukraine want them to stay and die.

The dream turned to ashes by the inevitable hammer blow of political reality and great nation politics. People manipulated and left for dead for a misplaced chess move on the geopolitical map.

And those who speak sense are silenced. Sometimes fatally. They’ll silence the wise in order to manipulate the politically illiterate. Then give them flags to wave. And nations fall.

Blame whoever you want. But it’s a hell of tragedy. Other nations beware.”]

[“Decisions are not being thought through”

NATO lacks strategic thinking, according to statements made in Europe. The organization is not prepared to take responsibility for the inevitable retaliatory strikes by Russia against Ukraine, believes Professor Glenn Diesen of the University of Southeast Norway.

“What is the point of escalating the conflict by striking Russian civilian infrastructure, when Moscow far surpasses Kyiv in terms of air power, and Ukraine does not even have adequate air defense? These decisions are not being thought through… The NATO elite always goes from euphoria during reckless escalation to crocodile tears when a retaliatory strike is necessary,” he wrote on social media.”]

Worth seeing.

More accurate to say, re. that first vlog post, though, that Correlli Barnett said that, after 1945, Britain could have done one or two of three possible policy choices, but not all three:

  1. Regenerate British industry;
  2. Maintain Britain as a world power;
  3. Establish or increase the scope of the Welfare State.

Britain post-1945 tried to do all three, thus could not properly or fully do any.

The vlogger there, though, persists in saying that Britain “won the war“. Very doubtful in the details: without Soviet power, aided and abetted by vast American power, Britain could not have contemplated even continuing to prosecute the war after 1940, let alone the invasion of mainland Europe as happened in 1943 (Sicily/Italy) and 1944 (Normandy).

It is, however, obviously very true that National Socialist Germany, the Third Reich, lost the war.

Untermenschen raus!

Stupid Andy Burnham is now hoping to build 70,000 new social housing units, but most will go to non-whites/non-Brits. Apart from that, the “green and pleasant land” will be trashed even more than at present.

I wonder how many unthinking idiots think that Burnham has “solved” the “asylum hotels” problem.

Well, what did anyone expect?

British governments have not only been giving arms, ammunition, money, and other items to the Kiev regime since 2022, but are now supplying blueprints for long-range and highly destructive missiles, and expressing the hope that those weapons will be used deep inside Russia against Russian civilians and high-value economic as well as military targets.

The anti-Russia policies of the “British” governments, since 2014, in fact —not just 2022— have been mad, and run entirely contra the interests of the British people.

[population expressed in millions of inhabitants]

…and few Ukrainian women are having children. Demographic collapse is likely.

Saturday quiz

Well, this week a firm victory over political journalist John Rentoul: he scored a modest 3/10, which was trumped by my 6/10. I did not know the answers to questions 1, 2, and 7 and, though I had an idea about question 3, did not get the name.

[“Ukraine: the video embarrassing Kiev, filmed by Swedish television itself A few seconds before SVT’s live broadcast from central Kiev, Bengt Norborg’s team’s camera captures a scene to say the least brutal: several men pounce on a Ukrainian and forcibly bundle him into a van. The most embarrassing thing for Kiev? It’s not an anonymous video from Telegram.

It’s Swedish public television that filmed the scene.

It’s their own correspondent who notes that a man has just been arrested to be mobilized.

And SVT itself describes a hunt conducted day and night in Ukrainian streets. (SVT Nyheter) According to SVT, up to two million men are trying to evade mobilization within the country, while recruitment service and police patrols continue to search for them.“]

To be forcibly “recruited” by the goons of the Kiev regime is as good as a death sentence. The regime is losing 1,000-2,000 men per day on its crumbling front lines.

Meanwhile, the recent ballistic missile attacks on Kiev have (as predicted on the blog some time ago) made the point that Russia will not tolerate the daily escalation by the Kiev side in attacks on Russian civilian areas. Russian patience is now wearing very thin, I think.

Neither side should be directly targeting civilians. The Russian side has hit Ukrainian civilians mostly as collateral damage (not that that makes it any the more bearable for the victims) but the Kiev regime is deliberately targeting Russian civilians; their homes, hospitals, warehouses, school buses etc.

So the Kiev regime is currently sending about 350 drones every day, and that is only to the Moscow region.

[“It has become clear why the video of the victims was blurred in Ukraine, following the Iskander strike with a cluster munition component on trucks near Kyiv in Boryspil.

In the photos taken inside the burned-out trucks, you can see transport and launch systems for long-range drones, specifically the FP-2.”]

15 million (mostly) untermenschen have flooded into Germany in recent years. Mad.

Germany, like the UK, is a fake “democracy”. The facade is democratic, but that soon morphs into tyranny, when stressed.

Labour’s at 26 – a crushing loss that would leave them with 220-260 seats – and Reform’s at 25. It’s fractionally better in the Andy Honeymoon phase but still disastrous and likely to get worse not better. Still disastrous for the Tories too. The complacency from everyone is stunning. Reform are a mess but still polling at 25. Nobody’s found the antidote. Hence #Moderates!“]

Leaving aside that lady’s own fantasy political party, the “Moderates”, I agree with the rest of that. Reform are a disaster in every way but one, i.e. that they will be (continue to be) voted for as a default attack on the old System parties. People see nothing good in those old parties; to get rid of them, they have to vote Reform despite its poor policy offering. People are voting against, rather than for, and that has been the case for several years now.

Never forget…

Britain really is a joke country now. Not only is Lammy an MP and indeed Cabinet minister, but is now also appointed a Bencher at my old Inn of Court, Lincoln’s, whereas —by reason of my wrongful and unlawful disbarment in 2016— I myself am now persona non grata there. Sour grapes aside, is it not truly ridiculous? False modesty aside, I should be the one in government (and respected elsewhere), not that stupid monkey.

I know that others have been unjustly degraded, historically, whether it be Jesus Christ or Sir Thomas More (or Hitler, if you like), but it really is absurd.

Sometimes you have to accept Fate, without however accepting the rightness of it.

I was surprised to discover, last year, that I had (though only very slightly) met one or two of the defendant’s relatives in the mid-1980s; I blogged about it:

[“Bashirov: All the bad things Ukraine is doing are the work of British intelligence services.

LONDON PROVOKES CONFLICTS AROUND THE WORLD IN EVERY WAY AND SUPPORTS THEM BECAUSE IT PROFITS FROM THEM.

Approximately 75% of its GDP comes from services: banking, insurance, marketing, and the stock market. The British control about 10% of the global services market. If Russia, the United States, and China one day agree on a new transportation and economic model, many British brokerage firms will become unnecessary.

Trump began fighting for transportation corridors. He not only expelled China from Venezuela, but also Chinese port companies from the Panama Canal. He closed it. Trump is also controlling the current Suez Canal crisis with the help of Israel. Things are more complicated with China, but he has secured control of the European market.”]

Looks like the UK is in the gunsights of some of the Russian leadership, or those around them, which would not be the case were the UK not controlled by the NWO/ZOG cabals.

The “SAPO” mentioned there is not the Swedish equivalent of Britain’s MI5; it is the specialist anti-corruption prosecution office in Ukraine (which must be busy indeed if it is doing its job…). “NABU” is the general anti-corruption agency in Ukraine (ditto…).

[“Russia is inflicting hundreds of millions of dollars in damage on Ukraine through strikes targeting logistics and businesses, according to The Economist.

For example, according to Dmitry Krymsky, co-owner of the Goodwine chain, Russian strikes have caused approximately $500 million in damage to Ukrainian businesses in just three weeks.

Warehouses, logistics hubs, “Nova Poshta” (a Ukrainian postal service), and now cargo ships in the Black Sea have been targeted.

The ports of Odesa have been particularly affected: after Russia intensified its attacks on shipping, the ports have become “commercially dead,” as The Economist reports.

Another problem is the export of crops. This year, Ukraine needs to sell approximately 50 million tons of grain. If this is not possible, farmers may refuse to plant in the fall, and the potential losses for the industry are estimated at $10-12 billion – about 5% of the country’s GDP.

At the same time, the attacks on logistics are only a prelude to more significant problems: Russia is increasing the production of ballistic missiles, while Ukraine’s air defense capabilities are dwindling.”]

Russia cannot lose this war and will not lose this war.

“Engineering and design startups in China are continuing to modify and improve the capabilities of key humanoid robots of the present day.

For example, Symbiosis Robotics has combined a DPC (Dynamic Path Control) control model with a system that uses images from cameras, body position data, and feedback from movements. They have taught the Unitree G1 robot to independently control a go-kart on a track, including steering, using the pedals, and performing controlled drifts on turns.“]

Looks like the long-predicted revolution of the robots (first mooted in the 1920s) is here, or almost here. The AI revolution at the same time. The future is now racing towards us, but what kind of future?

[“Since August 15th, the largest statue of the Virgin Mary in Europe has been located in the Polish village of Konotop.

Merz is a silly little twerp.

[“Britain has supplied Ukraine with drones with a range of 1,000 km; Lavrov: This is direct participation in the war against Russia.

LAVROV: I WILL BE SORRY FOR BRITAIN IF IT REMAINS WITH UKRAINE UNTIL THE END.

The Sunday Times: Ukrainian armed forces have been using British drones to strike deep into Russian territory for six months. Among them is the Nyan, a jet drone from the British military company BAE Systems.

Russian military expert Rustem KKLUPOV: The Nyan has a range of 230 km and a wingspan of 2.9 meters. It can fly at a speed of 440-500 kilometers and can carry 30 kg of explosives.“]

Britain must stop supplying the Kiev regime with arms, ammunition, and money.

Britain should leave NATO, cultivate better relations with Russia, and take a different path generally.

In return, Britain will get cost-price oil and gas, avoid the possibility of a terrible and probably nuclear war with Russia, and will get a guaranteed market for British goods and services in Russia.

Ha ha. That’s that Jolyon Maugham character, a half-Jew barrister who once practised in revenue law, though he now seems to focus entirely on “woke” political and social causes. His track record with his Good Law Project is, however, poor, to put it at most diplomatic.

Anyone who saw his preening, self-satisfied, yet totally ignorant performances a couple of times on the “alumni” Christmas University Challenge a year or two ago will not be much inclined to listen to his words of “wisdom”, I think…

(and that is before one even considers his appalling behaviour when he battered a fox to death and then boasted online about it).

[“In a few weeks, the national populist Alternative for Germany will send shockwaves through Europe by taking power at state elections

It will be a seismic, historic moment for Europe. The ‘firewall’ blocking the AfD will collapse. Europe’s populist wave will reach entirely new heights. EU bureaucrats will likely have a meltdown. There will probably be a renewed push to try and ban the AfD. Why is it happening? The legacy media will once again tell you the AfD are Nazis & extremists. But this is nonsense.

What they won’t tell you is what the political, media, and cultural class has done to Germany. -> Nearly 16 million foreign nationals arrived in the last 10 years alone. -> Some 6.5 million migrants were added to Germany’s population, net, in just a decade. -> The number of people with a migrant background soared from 13 million in 2005 to 21 million today. -> More than one in three 35-year-olds in Germany, 36%, now have a migrant background.

Islamism has also gone mainstream. There were nearly 20 terror attacks over the last decade and at least 10 major attacks thwarted since 2023 alone. ->The total number of Islamist crimes has surged from 134 in 2022 to nearly 1,000 last year -> There are now 28,000 Islamists living in Germany, according to official data/The Times.

Ordinary Germans do not have to live like this. They never asked for demographic change on this scale. And if you ask AfD voters what they think is the top issue facing their country, 82% say immigration.

If you don’t want the AfD winning state elections and leading the NATIONAL polls then end the policy of mass immigration, control the borders, and root out Islamism.”]

I agree in part, but naturally Goodwin does not mention that the migration invasion of Germany (and the rest of Europe, including the UK) has been mainly facilitated by Jewish and Israeli interests and individuals. The Coudenhove-Kalergi Plan.

Goodwin says that the AfD are not “Nazis or extremists“. True, but if they were, so much the better!

Deutschland erwache!

Anyway, the problem is not so much “Islamism”, but the typical social and sexual behaviour of so many of the migrant invaders.

Yet the lady tweeter fully “supports” (though born only in 1967) the disastrous Churchill-led war against the German Reich 1939-1945, and she is now pushing, like so many others in and around the polluted UK political swamp, for war with Russia. I wonder how many “boys” and indeed citizens generally, here in the UK will die if that happens? Millions, probably; tens of millions, quite possibly.

I agree with that lady on Tim Montgomerie. The ridiculous fuck-up has been a negative influence on British politics for years, about 20+ years, yet has never been elected to anything, but has just set up fake think tanks (who, or what cabal, put up the money?) and websites (Conservative Home; again, from where came the money?).

He seems to be well-connected, and is always on TV despite having nothing to offer beyond his personal whining and a little party-political gossip.

Montgomerie is somewhere between pathetic and sinister.

Another lying, cheating, freeloading and moneygrubbing MP hypocrite, as well as being a vaping, tattooed, “club”-going chavscum woman. The Westminster monkeyhouse just gets worse.

In Rayner’s case, she has been caught out several times now.

Angela Rayner is now, once again, in the Cabinet, despite her moneygrubbing and freeloading, and despite her complete ignorance.

Again, though, the wider picture is that idiots like Angela Rayner are far more likely to be selected (by the System parties) as candidates for elected office than people such as me. That is just ludicrously wrong. In fact, senseless.

The whole political system in this country is rotten to the core. Cases such as that of Angela Rayner are merely symptoms of a terminal disease.

In fact, that tweeter, “toddy”, is wrong about the chimneysweep children: Parliament started to restrict sending children up chimneys in 1834, passed other legislation in 1840 and thereafter, and completely banned and criminalized the practice in 1875…9 years before the Fabian Society was even founded: https://www.parliament.uk/about/livinheritage/transformingsociety/livinglearning/19thcentury/overview/childrenchimneys.

Oh, and “toddy” is also wrong in thinking that only the wealthy had education in 1884. In the early Victorian period (1840s), formal education for the poor was only found in isolated places, but from the 1840s poor schools were founded. The Education Act 1870 brought in radical change. By 1891, education for poor children was both available and mandatory, and was free of charge. The Fabian Society, founded in 1884, had little or nothing to do with that.

Terrible.

They just do not want to see the elephant in the room— the continuing migration invasion. I have the memoirs of the Labour MP and junior minister, Chris Mullin, A View from the Foothills. In an entry from 2000, he was told by the civil service, upon enquiring as to the availability of council housing, that as much as 75% of the social housing (perhaps in one area) was being occupied by asylum-seekers. That was 26 years ago!

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chris_Mullin_(politician)

In a sense, simple arithmetic does the job. Between one million and one and a half million immigrants each year (minus a couple of hundred thousand Brits emigrating to what they hope are still white/European places overseas), minus another modest number of non-Brits leaving, so somewhere between 600,000 and 1,000,000 extra persons in the country, but only 150,000-200,000 dwelling units built (in the past year). Result— a shortfall of at least 400,000 houses and flats each year, and maybe as many as 800,000.

[“According to the Hudson Institute’s analytical center: China is rapidly approaching the creation of a full-fledged nuclear triad. On July 6, China conducted a test launch of a ballistic missile that traveled over 7,000 kilometers over the southern part of the Pacific Ocean. This test shows that Beijing is potentially capable of launching a strike against the continental United States from a submarine operating directly within China’s territorial waters.

The Pentagon is developing a secret strategy regarding nuclear weapons, which envisages a greater role for tactical nuclear weapons with limited range in the event of a regional conflict with China or Russia, according to NBC News.”]

If that is correct, the days of both the present USA and the present world order are numbered.

I have to admit that she looks a lot better than she did 30+ years ago. I should not have recognized her.

The Kiev regime is using drones to terrorize Russian cities. Hundreds, often thousands, are launched daily or nightly. Russian forces are now targeting the places where the drones are manufactured and stored, as well as the launch sites. In response, the Kiev regime has started to outsource production and storage to sites outside Ukraine, in the Baltic regions and elsewhere.

That posits the possibility that those sites outside Ukraine will be regarded as legitimate military targets. However, the Baltic states are now full members of NATO, having joined in 2004. The same is true of Poland, which has been a full member since 1999.

Any attack by Russia on the territory of those NATO member-states will be regarded as an attack on NATO as a whole, under the terms of the NATO Treaty itself, yet something has to be done about the waves of drones.

Dangerous times for all of Europe, and all because a Jew-Zionist/Ukrainian-thug dictatorship, brutal, shambolic, and corrupt, rules two-thirds of Ukraine, and is being used by NWO/ZOG as a way of attacking Russia by proxy.

Untermenschen of that type should not even exist, certainly not in Europe, and definitely not in the UK.

Forget “right/left”; focus on real policies, and on realities generally. If a corrupt pro-Jew, pro-Israel “dirty democratic politician” (in Hitler’s words) such as Wes Streeting (Labour Friends of Israel) accepts bribes from a Jew criminal, just say so in terms.

Morning thought

I saw a few minutes of one of those boring TV shows about buying, renovating, and selling/renting unaesthetic little houses. In this one, the buyers were two African women, I think sisters. In the brief segment I saw, they were buying the house “as an investment“, with the idea of renting it out and also getting a capital gain. The younger sister had just graduated from somewhere calling itself a university, and hoped to make a living out of property, i.e. renting houses out to people (who would therefore have to use much of their modest pay to rent it). The “British” msm thus commends buy-to-let parasitism: someone will have to work to get money so that those Africans can live, parasitically, upon the labour of the tenants. It’s just wrong.

  • A logistics center called “MLP-Chayka” in Kyiv, used for storing and distributing components for drones.
  • An automated warehouse called “Epicenter” for processing orders and storing dual-use goods.
  • A logistics center belonging to “Nova Poshta,” where dual-use goods, including those for drone production, were stored and distributed.
  • A logistics center in Brovary, Kyiv region, where drones were stored.

  • A “Novus” logistics center, where drones and their components were stored.
  • Warehouses belonging to companies such as “Silpo FOOD,” “Ice Logistics,” Raben, and others, which were used for storing weapons.
  • A fuel and lubricants warehouse and a “Nova Poshta” logistics center in the Chernihiv region, as well as a gas compressor station in the Poltava region.
  • In addition, Russian forces struck three naval vessels south of Odesa, which were delivering weapons and military equipment to the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

The Ukrainian Armed Forces acknowledged that they were unable to intercept any of the missiles during last night’s attack“].

That would seem to imply that Russian Intelligence, whether SVR, GRU, or other, is now very active within the areas controlled by the Kiev regime.

Incidentally, BBC TV News this morning had on some Ukrainian woman from RUSI, the Royal United Services Institute. Unable to maintain even a superficially “impartial” facade; very biased; tendentious.

It might be a good idea for all those with more than a half-acre of land to set aside a quarter of an acre for growing food. That sounds like a small area, and is, but it is possible to grow quite a lot of food, in season, on such an area, even in the open rather than under glass; especially in southern England. For example, ~2-5 tons of tomato (~5,000-20,000 pounds weight). Or 2,500-4,000 pounds of broccoli. Or 5,000-8,000 pounds weight of potato.

It can be seen that a quarter-acre, or even an eighth of an acre, can produce rather a lot of food, especially vegetable food.

Not a complete answer, of course, and many people have no open space at all, but certainly an idea to consider for those with the possibility.

I was unaware until this week that private households can apply to water companies for a free water butt for their gardens. I remember seeing wooden ones in childhood, but those given out free of charge now are plastic.

Were Europe to face nuclear devastation, I doubt that the USA would get involved. Russia has 6,000+ nuclear weapons, many of them placed on unstoppable strategic missiles. Would the American ruling circles really put their cities, towns, military and naval bases in the hazard if Kiev, Warsaw, Berlin, even London were destroyed? I think not.

As for the USA, imagine if, say, its most important or populous ~200 cities were to be destroyed. At the bottom end, that means places such as Miramar, Florida, and Cedar Rapids, Iowa; places of which most people (even most Americans) have never heard. The USA would take about a century, maybe several centuries, to recover.

I think that the USA will keep the Mutually Assured Destruction threat for its own protection, but only for itself; not extended to the “NATO allies”.

Ideally, Europeans should take over Africa again, this time fully (far easier than many imagine), rule the continent benevolently for the benefit of Europeans, animals, birds, and Africans, put untermenschen such as Julius Malema up against a wall and, as for those (((others)))…well, my regular readers can probably guess what I think.

British Army news

https://www.dailymail.com/news/article-16029931/war-games-expert-warns-NATO-Russia-battlefield.html

“A top military official has claimed that Nato is more than a decade behind Russia’s military capabilities, months after a British brigade was wiped out by a Ukrainian unit in war games.

Last year, the UK took part in a war simulation in Estonia involving more than 16,000 troops from 12 Nato countries but were ‘destroyed’ by Ukrainian troops in a ‘horrible’ defeat.

The embarrassing loss came only months before Ukraine’s former commander-in-chief warned that it will take more than a decade for Nato to catch up to half of Russia’s military capabilities.

Valerii Zaluzhny, considered to be one of the most trusted public figures in Ukraine, has said Nato was still behaving as if future conflicts would be similar to the Second World War.

Kyiv‘s ambassador to Britain reportedly said: ‘Most likely, Nato will remain in the same form as it is, and will spend 12 years, like Ukraine, transitioning to standards that need to be achieved in order to reach at least half of the level of the Russian Federation.’

The former general added that Ukrainian forces were superior to armies in Nato, who were still working to ‘doctrines’ set up in the 1940s, according to The Times.”

[“Former head of the U.S. National Counterterrorism Center, Joe Kent, confirmed rumors that he, Tucker Carlson, Marjorie Taylor Greene, and Thomas Massie are hoping to create a new political movement or a third party, based on opposition to U.S. wars, the Israeli organization AIPAC, and corporate funding, with the initial goal of nominating a candidate for the 2028 presidential election.

In an interview with Chenk Uygur from The Young Turks, Kent said that the group met at Carlson’s home in Maine after concluding that both major parties repeatedly lead to “another war in the Middle East,” regardless of how Americans vote.

Kent also said that after participating in the 2028 presidential election, they may run for other offices, and acknowledged that difficulties in registering candidates may force them to nominate a candidate through an existing party. Here is a quote from Kent about the main goals of the group:

We don’t want Israel dictating our foreign policy. We don’t want any more wars abroad. We don’t want to run a huge empire.”

Kent noted that the group has urged Carlson to run, but he has repeatedly declined. They plan to fund this activity through donations from ordinary citizens, rather than from corporate political action committees:

“As soon as you start taking money from corporate political action committees… you’re really not in control.”

Regarding J.D. Vance, Kent said that he still has a personal good relationship with him, but called him a “captive of the two-party system” who will have difficulty convincing voters to trust him in 2028 after he “defended Trump’s war.“]

The escalating drone attacks on Russian civilians by the forces of the Kiev regime are a plain campaign of provocation, the aim being to provoke Russia into responding with an overwhelming rocket attack on Kiev or elsewhere, thus (Zelensky hopes) dragging NATO into the war as a direct combatant-power, which might result in all Europe going up in flames.

Every. Single. Time.

Every. Single. Time.

I had to look up who that Jewish woman was or is. North London schoolteacher and amateur scribbler, apparently.

The whole UK political system is rotten, rotten to the core.

Not a (no pun intended) black and white situation, but anyway we should be training and employing (real) British doctors and nurses.

[“My wife just spent four hours waiting in Urgent Care at the nearest hospital, on the advice of the NHS Maternity Service, because she’s showing signs of preeclampsia. Can lead to fatal blood clots. She’s a high-risk pregnancy.

Seen by an African nurse who barely speaks English, and makes multiple spellings errors in her notes and hospital letter.

After four hours of waiting, she’s seen by a doctor — who tells her to make her own way to another hospital to wait in the Accident & Emergency department to get tested there instead.

Comes home and calls the hospital, who transfers her to a maternity service, also staffed by an African woman with an indecipherable accent, totally indifferent to the urgency of the situation. Tells her to come into the hospital and wait.

We went to this same hospital months ago, when we thought she had miscarried. Took seven hours to see us, and after telling us twice we had probably lost the baby, they did an ultrasound which showed she was fine. Somehow, they managed to miss A SECOND BABY with the ultrasound, though.

So now she’s in A&E for another few hours, either for a life-threatening condition that’s getting worse while she waits, or for something a quick scan and an Aspirin prescription will fix in moments.

No wonder maternal mortality has increased.

The incompetence, inefficiency, waste, and negligence in NHS maternity services is astounding. It’s not just strain on the system from demand: it’s that frontline staff are not compassionate or qualified.

Nobody seems willing to criticise this because it’s mean, but so many people who interact with NHS services have a bad story.

It doesn’t have to be like this. I don’t care what needs to change to make it work. Just make it fit for purpose.“]

…and, in the foyers of NHS hospitals, “anti-racism” placards and posters…

This is how a country, a culture, a whole civilization, dies. In the well-worn phrase, “not with a bang, but with a whimper“…

In other words, no overnight collapse, not until the very end at least, just a gradual, at times imperceptible, decline, slide, fall into disorganization, decadence, dystopia. The Decline and Fall of Rome took centuries, the end of the British Empire only a few decades after the disastrous war against the German Reich. As for our own contemporary British society, I do not give it more than 20 years, if that.

Were the UK to leave NATO, and cultivate better relations with Russia, we should be able to get gas and probably oil at cost.

There is no need to get into the arguments for and against the death penalty as a judicial punishment. Social cleansing by executive order.

Such terror attacks on Russian civilians are rarely reported in our “free press” and “free mass media”…

I sense that the Russian side is tiring of fighting the war as it has been fought, and of the constant escalation from the Kiev-regime forces, and may turn to far more destructive attacks on Kiev itself.

I wonder how many wars and lesser crises “they” have caused, historically?

The Jew dictator of the Kiev thug-regime “honours” that evil little sprite.

Meanwhile, the Zelensky dictatorship is still arresting its opponents:

[“A Dutch woman, 38, was held captive for a week in a home in Zeist, where she was repeatedly raped and brutally tortured by a 52-year-old migrant identified as E. el B.

The suspect beat and kicked her, assaulted her with multiple objects, forced her under a cold shower, placed a plastic bag over her head, tied a rope around her neck, and cut her arms and legs with a knife.

He is also accused of attempting to kill her by throwing her from his car near the A12 motorway at Maarsbergen and then driving over her.

The victim was found with two collapsed lungs, a broken shoulder blade, a broken nose, a missing front tooth, multiple stab and cut wounds, deep marks around her neck, and was unable to walk. Police said they had never seen a living person in such a severe condition.

Investigators found the victim’s DNA and blood in the suspect’s home. Prosecutors say his phone contained images of the injured victim, and that he had searched online for violent sex websites and for a drug to sedate someone for transport.

Starmer-stein, though nasty, pro-Jewish, pro-Israel, and anti-British (and profoundly unequipped to be a prime minister), at least realized that he was in the 2020s and unable to do much to improve British society. Burnham seems to think that all that he needs to do to make everything wonderful is to talk to people in the street (those who are already pro-Labour, that is), and be filmed doing so.

There is no fuel in the Burnham-Labour tank. So far, I have heard and seen nothing by way of solid policy.

Burnham’s first speeches and statements have been about trying to ensure that at least 100 Labour MPs retain their seats: a speech about the unfortunate but now-irrelevant event at the Hillsborough football stadium 37 years ago (!), and a meaningless apologia about Starmer-stein’s evil statement that the (Israeli) Jews he worships had every right to commit mass murder in Gaza, cutting off food and even water to the people there.

Burnham thus hopes to get 2024 Green Party voters, and/or Muslim voters, back on board.

The usual noisy Jewish claque on Twitter/X are now crying out for Burnham’s blood, but in fact Burnham is a member of Labour Friends of Israel, supported the Iraq war, and presently supports “Ukraine” (the Jew-Zionist/Ukrainian-thug regime in Kiev): https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Andy_Burnham#Foreign_policy.

I think that Burnham is fairly cynical, and is quite deliberately using his non-confrontational style as a tactic, as did an earlier “Northern” Prime Minister, Harold Wilson.

[Prime Minister Harold Wilson in 1966, on the quayside at Hugh Town, on the island of St. Mary’s, Isles of Scilly, and a shirtless 9-10 year old Millard with brothers]

There are at least a few parallels.

Translates to a hopelessly-hung Parliament with about 230 Labour MPs (minority government), 177 Reform (official Opposition), 114 Cons, 66 LibDems, 30 SNP, 10 Greens [etc].

In order to get any legislation through at all, Labour (to get to about 322, and the lowest possible working majority) would have to join forces with virtually all LibDem, Green, Plaid, and SNP MPs.

All the same, this is the first opinion poll in about 2 years to put Labour on a par with Reform.

I saw a minute or so of Burnham in the Commons, being led in by two MPs, both dumpy/frumpy Labourite women. Ghastly. Quite put me off my smoked salmon. Burnham’s smug happiness at having finally reached his career goal was palpable…

Late stray thoughts

Saw an old (from at least 15 years ago, maybe 20 years ago) edition of Celebrity Who Wants To Be A Millionaire? Among the contestants, Alastair Campbell and his even more ghastly non-wife [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alastair_Campbell; https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fiona_Millar].

Their ignorance was absolutely incredible, yet here were people who, in their unwarranted arrogance, think that they have the right to lay down rules, regulations, and laws (either directly or via influence) which affect the whole of society.

They went away with very little money for their chosen charity.

Next up came horrible old (even then) Jewish politician Edwina Currie [nee Cohen: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Edwina_Currie] and West Indian businessman and Conservative Party insider, Derek Laud [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Derek_Laud].

That pair also left with very little prize money, having failed to know that Ecuador was on the Pacific Ocean and not the Atlantic.

Again, supposedly (but in fact shallowly-) educated idiots of that type seriously think that they have the background and knowledge to run, help to run, or influence the running of, this country. It is pathetic, and angering.

Many will recall how out of her depth Edwina Currie was as a junior minister in the late 1980s. I was unaware until today that, at one time, Edwina Currie had been in charge of children’s services in Birmingham, notorious for incompetence; also unaware that she was also the one who appointed the evil and predatory deviant Jimmy Savile as Chairman of Broadmoor mental hospital (where he assaulted and raped patients).

There is something very wrong about the whole political milieu of the UK, and particularly about how entirely unsuitable people are selected as MPs and government advisers.

Andy Burnham is, though not the worst, yet another example.

Mad and/or evil.

He refers to the crazed/evil “Covid” nonsense: “lockdowns”, facemask looniness, “”the rule of six”, “social distancing”, “furlough” payments etc.

That faked “panicdemic” weakened Britain even more, and I have every expectation that, within 5-10 years, there will be an economic and social collapse in this country, possibly followed by a civil/social/racial conflict.

If that has to be, then may Victory attend us!

Beyond both reaction and revolution…

[“There are two schools of thought as far as National Revolution goes:

First, that the British people will, once pressed far enough, spontaneously revolt and when this happens, Nationalism can take control of it.

Or, secondly, that Revolution will never spontaneously happen, and will only occur if it is willingly instigated and led by an already organised group of people.

The second method is the only viable one, because it is the only one that provides organisation, and all attempts at disorganised Revolution will fail.

The first method, which is the preferred method of populists, ‘metapoliticians’ and right-wing ‘activist’ movements, will lead to the same outcome for our people as Native Americans or Australian Aboriginals.

The Party exists to make the second method – pre-organised Revolution – a reality, and this is something nobody else will do.

The National Rebirth Party is the Party for Nationalist revolutionaries.”]

I agree with most of that; unsure about the latter couple of sentences.

They watch everyone. At least, everyone who has ever been involved in political matters, however fringe. Even those with no power and relatively little influence.

I am sure that I have a fairly thick personal file at MI5, despite not belonging to any party or movement, despite not belonging to any secret service, despite not planning to assassinate any MPs or System scribblers etc (even those that deserve it).

I should love to read my own “PF” (“Personal File”), but I expect that it might make my ears burn here and there.

As a matter of fact, by reason of my having travelled , lived, and worked all over the world (some parts of the world), there have been quite a few people (such as headhunters and law firm partners) who have been convinced that I was at one time an SIS officer or agent. In fact, I never have been, and I should have thought that my present impecuniosity would be at least some evidence of my “innocence” in that regard.

I have also seen occasional tweets, over the years, by people claiming that I was at one time an officer of British military intelligence. No. Never was.

More enemies of the future of the British people.

Those are those MI5 etc should be watching.

It’s almost funny. MI5 and others are focussed on the intelligence wars of yesteryear: KGB (then) GRU and SVR (now) plots to steal “secrets”, or suborn MPs, and on that old chestnut, “Russian gold”.

At the same time, Britain is buckling at the knees by reason, mainly, of the migration invasion. The whole society is slowly, fairly slowly, collapsing, yet the “secret squirrels” (as Princess Diana used to call them) are still fighting yesterday’s intelligence wars, even as the whole society crumbles. Material for a dark comic novel. The Russians used to do those novels quite well.

As a matter of fact, I wonder how much focus there is (I suspect little) at MI5 and SIS on the Jewish element here: young Jews going to Israel for military training in weapons and explosives, Krav Maga martial arts training, and training in conspiracy.

Once back in the UK, those Jews infiltrate the main political parties, SIS and MI5 (I suspect), police “anti-terror” activities, the Press, the BBC and Sky etc (look at the current Raffi Berg libel case), not to mention the Jewish-owned and influenced minor msm outlets: Talk TV, GB News, LBC radio etc.

I examined, some years ago, the connections between and among Jews, “antifa” idiots, and the mentally unwell. Quite many hit all three buttons. Updated. See:

Ha. One does wonder…

Late thought

A commentator on the blog told me about the terrible service at a large NHS hospital.

It seems to me that the NHS needs huge change. English/British doctors and nurses (which means training for them at State expense), ring-fencing of taxes for exclusive NHS use (which will restore the link between taxpayers and the end product), a proper chain of command in hospitals, and advanced policies such as having individual rooms, not communal wards (this is already the case in France, and has been for 40 years).

The cartoon below sums up, for me, the attitude of far too many British people, who at least pretend to worship the NHS, which is now a pretty hit-and-miss service:

[“50% – Increase in Bankruptcies of Small and Medium-Sized US Companies, – Newsweek

1,663 small and medium-sized companies in America went bankrupt in the first quarter of this year. This represents a 50% increase year-on-year, according to Newsweek.

This occurred against a backdrop of a general increase in the number of bankruptcy filings in the US, up 12% compared to last year.

US private companies are struggling with ongoing economic difficulties and are trying to serve consumers who are experiencing a shortage of funds due to rising inflation and problems in the labor market.

This is happening at a time when the health of small and medium-sized companies in America was a key priority for the administration of Donald Trump as part of a broader economic program, Newsweek emphasizes. “previously reported that the British Financial Times compared the US economy to a house of cards, ready to collapse.“]

[“The Iranian Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued a curious statement late at night:

“Unfortunately, we have reached a stage where not only are there American bases in the territory of neighboring countries, but some countries have effectively become American bases… […] Arab micro-states must immediately cease allowing the armed forces of the United States to use their territory, otherwise they will face serious consequences.“]

Looks like places such as Kuwait and Qatar etc may be facing regular missile attacks. If I liked them and their peoples, I should be sorry for them. That, however, is not the case.

[“Article 5 of NATO is a bluff? A French analyst claims that America will not risk its cities for the sake of Europe.

According to the French portal AgoraVox, the conflict in Ukraine has entered a phase where previous political formulas and security assessments are increasingly difficult to reconcile with the unfolding events.”]

As I blogged a few years ago, in fact.

I begin to think that Russia may take the view that the Kiev regime has to be defeated, totally, on a permanent basis, and that Kiev itself, notwithstanding its long shared history with Moscow and Russia, may have to be sacrificed.

I also think that Putin and the Stavka may themselves be thinking that the Kiev regime has to be completely defeated by the time that Trump leaves office, i.e. by early 2029.

The next American administration will probably resume huge arms shipments to Ukrainian forces; perhaps also, more huge money transfers. That gives Russia only 30 months in which to crush Zelensky’s regime.

Peskov has already stated that use of nuclear weapons is now considered to lie within the stated protocols of the Russian armed forces.

It would be mad for weak Britain (or EU states) to try to match forces with Russia, but “our” supposed political and military leaders are such a bunch of clowns that anything is possible; their judgment is terrible, pathetic.

Final late thought for today

The police are saying that their current suspect in the Ann Widdecombe matter drove 320 miles to her home with a one-foot-long “wooden pole“. That is an odd description, a “pole“; only one-foot long. It occurs to me that it might have been (I only speculate) a wooden stake. I think that readers, especially those brought up (like me) on Hammer horror films about vampires, will get my point (no pun intended).
