The Conservative Party misgovernment is more or less at an end now. The next battle will soon start, the battle against the overall “woke” nonsense going to be spearheaded by the Labour Party in government: “trans” nonsense, multikulti nonsense, migration-invasion, Israel/Jewish lobbyism and, encompassing all of those and more, the attack on free speech and freedom of expression.

A reminder that, in international affairs, there is sometimes no “good” option but only “bad” or “worse” options. Sometimes the “least worst” option is also the (relative) “best” at that particular time.
In the example, leaving a terrible tyrant like Saddam Hussein in place might be “bad” (arguably) but deposing him, destroying Iraq, and further destabilizing the region, thus also causing millions to flee westward, might be described as “worse” or even “worst”.
That’s now. Ask again in 2025. Ask again in 2026…
Reform UK
So we are asked to believe that two Reform UK GE 2024 candidates have only just discovered, in the latest case two days before the General Election, that they disagree with their Reform UK colleagues or ex-colleagues?
To me this looks like a set-up, maybe co-ordinated, maybe not.
The latest defector is one Georgie David. I wonder what her provenance might be. She does not look very European in the Sky News photo.
If those two candidates really are against the UK being mainly white Northern European etc, how stupid must they be to have joined with Reform UK in the first place? I might add that the pair are, obviously, though in a minor sense, “traitor” types by nature, to defect like that only days before the “off” (to put it in racing terms).
I doubt that the defections will have any effect on the General Election. In fact, I doubt that the barrage of anti-Reform propaganda being put out by the Conservative Party will do more than perhaps dent a little the Reform UK vote. Even if it did, it would not help the Con Party; any Reform-leaning voters in doubt would not vote Con anyway, but more likely abstain.

Likewise, I happened to be in Qatar for a few days in early 2001. On leaving from the old (now replaced) Doha Airport, I was just being driven to the steps of my plane in a limousine when I noticed that Air Force Two (with Colin Powell on board, as I later discovered, though probably not aboard at that exact moment), was parked right next to it. In retrospect, part of the diplomatic build-up to the invasion of Iraq which occurred 2 years later.
There are always small events, and there is always chatter, before larger events occur. One reason why it is so suspicious that the Israelis claim that the events near Gaza in early October 2023 came as a complete surprise to them.
Rachel Reeves. Labour Friends of Israel. Poses as “competent”. Ran up very large (interest-free) debt on her House of Commons credit card, then refused for years to repay. Freeloader and cheat.

At some point in the future, when their microphones or whatever are cut, they will all be complaining about “dictatorship” or “tyranny”, no doubt.

The old adage about how investigators should “always follow the money” applies a fortiori to the egregious Lewis.
As I have said on the blog previously, I pity anyone who instructs Lewis as solicitor (at least anyone who does not have a rather simple and easily-won, indeed “open-and-shut”, case).

More or less where my educated guess of several months ago ended up, though lighter on SNP seats and heavier on LibDem seats.
The only two where the range is relatively unimportant are Labour, which is (however unmeritoriously) on track for a massive win, it seems, and the LibDems, who seem likely to do modestly well or quite well purely by default, by being the “dustbin” or “tactical vote” choice.
All the rest? Either getting a bloc of significance, or almost nothing. Even the Con result will be very different on 34 MPs (a near wipeout) compared to 99 MPs (very poor but still just about in the game).
Starmer and his cabal are a collective waste of space, but this time next week they will constitute the “politburo” of an “elected” dictatorship.
“Everything that was published about the terrible conditions was true. I have already proposed a much simpler solution – the introduction of the death penalty “.

The latest trick of the Deep State “war party”…
Makes me wonder whether the “war party” is somehow drugging Biden to make him seem even more demented, with the idea that he will be pressured to step down in favour of a candidate more likely to be able to defeat Trump.

Stupid and ignorant American magazine! The unwanted, unelected, useless, diminutive despot did no such thing in May. What he actually did was to announce yet another pointless, boring, inherently ‘rigged’, fundamentally undemocratic as we share the same ludicrous general ‘election’ electoral system as BELARUS (Putin’s only real friend) fraudulent ‘election’ NOT in Great Britain BUT IN a country called the UNITED KINGDOM OF GREAT BRITAIN AND NORTHERN IRELAND!
If a so-called ‘news’ magazine in the US can’t even get the real name of our country correct then it should come as no surprise they have an awful President who has a big chip on his shoulder about us, who despises us and wants to detach NI away from the UK, who is clearly not in full control of his faculties and is simply too old and senile to be President.
Apart from that, the magazine was correct. Life in this country is crap for most ordinary people, is getting worse but the incoming not elected by truely democratic means Labour Party government is very unlikely to improve matters as all Labour governments in history have failed and this one is not likely to be any better.
As we are not allowed by the ‘gruesome twosome’ of New Labour Mark 2 and the fake Conservative Party to be a real democracy like virtually every other country in Europe perhaps we could try a benevolent dictatorship in order to see if that would work?
Or we could go back to the days of the ‘divine rule of Kings and Queens’ and be ruled directly as an absolute Monarchy like Saudi Arabia is by King Charles III from Buckingham Palace or Windsor Castle.
That at least would be more honest than the present undemocratic farce.

That would be the mostly irreligious ones who are Zionists. To be frank, I don’t know why we we don’t have a whip round for them so as to send them via El Al on a one-way trip to the continual international law defying Zionist bandit state.
They would be happier living in the state they owe their real loyalty to and we would be without their troublesome and menacing presence.
Though, having said that, the Palestinians have suffered enough from these lunatic maniacs and I wouldn’t wish to impose yet more heartbreak on them. I am not that cruel.
The Ultra-Orthodox/Strictly-Orthodox devoutly religious REAL Jews who are anti-Zionist/non-Zionist who mostly keep themselves to themselves, are much more level headed, rational and less paranoid about we gentiles can stay though. I can accept Jews like them who mostly just want to be left alone, leave us alone and study the Torah all day long. The ‘black hat brigade’ are mostly harmless to us.

The Chabad Lubovitchers also wear black hats and claim to be Orthodox. They are very powerful politically; in the WhiteHouse, in Russia and worldwide.
At the end of the day, even the Torah faithful jews believe in Israel, only they believe it will be ordained for them to return there by God not man.
They also believe that jewish is a distinct ethnicity so converting to Islam or Christianity doesn’t negate their jewishness.

The Ultra-Orthodox/Strictly-Orthodox Jews only believe in the LAND of Israel in a spiritual/religious sense. Obviously, Jews have a special connection with that small part of the world but then so do muslims and christians too. There is a reason why it is called ‘The Holy Land’ and holiday companies specialise in tours there which many people have been on or plan to do so.
They don’t believe in Israel as a ZIONIST STATE. They believe their God sent the Jewish people into exile and scattered them all over the world. They believe God meant them to stay in exile until the Messiah comes. They are not meant to end it by themselves and they are forbidden to establish a Jewish sovereignty ie a state by physical means.
They believe Jews are a people established by believing in the Torah. We could become Jews if we wanted to by conversion. Not many gentiles do least of all to the Ultra-Orthodox/Strictly-Orthodox form of Judaism because it is a demanding religion but it is possible.

The Zionist ones are often irreligious or have barely any attachment to Judaism at all. They have basically substituted the political philosophy of Zionism in place of Judaism. Zionism is a secular nationalism hence many Zionists act as a ‘nation within a nation’. This provokes what is called ‘anti-semitism’ but is really ‘anti-Zionism’.
The more religious a Jew is the more unlikely they are to be a Zionist.

On a side note, where is the great outcry in the media and from our politicians about the REAL and growing ‘anti-semitism’ in the Zionist state? The government of Benjamin Netanhayu is currently attempting to force devoutly religious Ultra-Orthodox/Strictly-Orthodox real Jews into doing mandatory military service in the Israel Defence Forces from which they have been exempt up to now. The Israeli government is a disgrace as not only does it oppress Palestinians but is subjecting devoutly religious Jews who want to faithfully follow the Torah there to increasing persecution for merely being proper, true Jews.

It looks like the Yankee police in the metropolis which is often referred to as J** York City has a problem with politically biased police officers like we do:
Oh, for the halcyon days of the British police where it was once either impossible or very difficult to discern the political viewpoints of ordinary officers let alone Chief Constables.
Sadly, one of Mrs Thatcher’s worst actions was to begin the process of politicising the police during the Miners’ Strike of 1984-1985 which subsequent governments have added to.
Ideally, it should be impossible to be able to correctly guess the political opinions of even an ordinary police constable and certainly should be with officers higher in authority than that.
I have seen no willingness in either the Tory or Labour manifestos to reverse this dangerous process and to reform the police so they cut out the PC crap, be politically unbiased as they should be and to uphold the law without fear or favour as police officers supposedly swear to do when they become officers of the law. A once noble calling in life/profession/occupation laid low by Tory and Labour misrule.

It is possible they would but only in a relatively minor way since quite a lot of the Reform UK vote is a ‘plague on all your houses’/’ we have no confidence in Establishment politicians anymore’ vote. This is especially important since we have left the EU and thus made trading with the countries nearest to us more difficult than it was before.

That group Make Votes Matter has done more to get PR/fair votes for this country since it was set-up in 2015 than the Electoral Reform Society has done in a hundred plus years. However, it is too naive to think they can play ‘nicely’ with profoundly anti-democratic scumbags as Labour and fake Conservatives alike. They need to step-up their campaign to include civil disobedience including non-payment of taxes and, sadly, as a final resort, and it should not be necessary, the use of violence.
After all, if women in this country had just asked nicely for the right to vote in the early part of the last century they would undoubtedly STILL be waiting for the right to cast a ballot.

Not sure that your view about the Suffragettes is correct. Alongside the Suffragettes, the Suffragists campaigned without the stunts used by the Suffragettes.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Suffragette#Background
Women’s suffrage was part of a wider movement to broaden the franchise at that time (late 19th and early 20th centuries), and not only in the UK. Other countries allowed votes for women without having had a Suffragette-type campaign of violent protest.
It is certainly arguable that the violent protest campaign did not accelerate the voting reforms:
“At the commencement of World War I, the suffragette movement in Britain moved away from suffrage activities and focused on the war effort, and as a result, hunger strikes largely stopped.[65] In August 1914, the British Government released all prisoners who had been incarcerated for suffrage activities on an amnesty,[66] with Pankhurst ending all militant suffrage activities soon after.[67] The suffragettes’ focus on war work turned public opinion in favour of their eventual partial enfranchisement in 1918.” [Wikipedia]
and
“The National Union of Women’s Suffrage Societies, which had always employed “constitutional” methods, continued to lobby during the war years and compromises were worked out between the NUWSS and the coalition government.[73] On 6 February, the Representation of the People Act 1918 was passed, enfranchising all men over 21 years of age and women over the age of 30 who met minimum property qualifications,[74][75] gaining the right to vote for about 8.4 million women.[75] In November 1918, the Parliament (Qualification of Women) Act 1918 was passed, allowing women to be elected into parliament.[75] The Representation of the People Act 1928 extended the voting franchise to all women over the age of 21, granting women the vote on the same terms that men had gained ten years earlier.” [Wikipedia].

All true British patriots and nationalists should be working hard to get the first-past-the-post electoral system replaced with pure Proportional Representation.
A Proportional Representation system will make it much easier and likelier for a patriotic party to start winning seats in parliament, and eventually win enough seats to form a government.
With Proportional Representation, the Traitor Tory scare tactics and manipulation (“if you don’t vote for us, it’s a wasted vote”) will no longer work on voters.
As John has frequently pointed out in his posts, under first-past-the-post, under Proportional Representation every single voter will matter, since every vote will contribute to the total that will determine how many seats a party gets.
I really hope that British patriots can get a Proportional Representation system implemented in your country.
Even if you have to temporarily work with the LibDems or Greens etc to get it done.
The benefits of Proportional Representation to the nationalist right cannot be understated.
