From the immediate point of view, yes, but in principle it has to be right and fair that landlord-parasites cannot simply give tenants notice without a very good reason (non-payment, damage, anti-social behaviour etc).
The whole concept of landlordism (which, simply objectively, is a form of parasitism) is incorrect in the 21stC.

Had I hit the Euromillions to the tune of about £100M, I should buy and rewild vast tracts of the UK. Sadly, my numbers have not yet come up.
