From the immediate point of view, yes, but in principle it has to be right and fair that landlord-parasites cannot simply give tenants notice —thus disrupting their whole lives, often after years or even decades of settled residence— without a very good reason (such as non-payment, damage, anti-social behaviour etc).
The whole concept of landlordism (which, simply objectively, is a form of parasitism) is incorrect in the 21stC.

As I wrote of Trump many years ago, “a loudly-squawking parrot in a gilded cage, and surrounded by a phalanx of Jews”. The only reason I wrote also (in 2016 and 2024) that I hoped he would win the election(s) was because he would not start a world war with Russia; Hillary Clinton and Joe Biden might have. I think that I was right.
Apart from that, though, Trump is now a disaster for the USA and much of the world. Completely in the grip of Israel and the American Jewish lobby.

Look at what Starmer-stein’s “comms” people are saying: even if (when) the local elections are disastrous, Starmer will again be on the world stage…
They really do not get it, even now. A million immigrants a year, most of them useless and parasitic if not criminal and/or terroristic; roads full of holes; the NHS at times like a skeleton service; no proper policing, especially where certain groups, such as the “traveller” tinkers, are concerned; well-paid secure work an increasing rarity…YET STARMER JUST WANTS TO STRUT ON THE “WORLD STAGE”!
I am really looking forward to the local elections on 7 May.
