Carol Vorderman seems to be unaware of the fact that the only reason anyone voted LibDem at GE 2024 was because that voter lived in a constituency where people preferred to vote LibDem by default, not wanting to vote Lab or Con. Not a positive vote or even a negative one, but a “dustbin” one.
The LibDems may have 72 MPs now, by reason of being the “dustbin” choice, but they received fewer votes by far than Reform UK, which however won only 5 MPs. The electoral system of this country is as broken as everything else.

He only got a notional 3 years anyway [https://www.eadt.co.uk/news/24567890.suffolk-woman-heartbroken-new-early-release-law/; and https://www.eadt.co.uk/news/24122212.bury-st-edmunds-man-shook-baby-jailed-three-years/] and it looks very much as though he was on bail until sentenced on 17 February 2024. In other words, he seems to have served (so far) only 7 months and will be released once he has served 40% of the notional 3 years, so about 14 months in all, meaning, at latest, by next April (2025).
The Daily Mail report says that his release may be “imminent”. Why that may be, I do not know. He may have spent some time on remand in prison prior to trial.
People who write the (supposedly) “wrong” things about migrant-invaders or Jews are often imprisoned for longer. Britain is broken.

Only last week, the Chief of SIS/MI6 declared in the UK that Ukrainians “have the will to fight“. Britain has many pressing needs and many institutions requiring reform and, as far as I can see, the intelligence and security services are numbered among those broken institutions.
Incidentally, look at that victim recruit— at least 45, maybe even 55. Most countries draft 18-y-o persons first, and exempt anyone over about 40, or only put the middle-aged servicemen or reservists on rear-echelon duties such as guarding bridges or patrolling streets far from the front-line. I have wondered why the Kiev regime is so different. It may be that the birth-rate is so low that the Kiev regime wants to minimize the loss of potential fathers. Ukraine is threatened with demographic extinction.
