Frankly, I think that those citizens are heroes, albeit that they arguably went too far in the heat of the moment. The sentences of “life, with minimum 21 years” (the father) and 19 years (the son) were very very harsh in all the circumstances. I should have thought that a minimum term served of, say, 5 years, would have been enough to mark any judicial disapproval (judicial, not societal— most British people would back the father and son, at least in principle).
The police too often show themselves completely unfit for purpose, useless, and the same is often true of the courts. People like singer and satirist Alison Chabloz actually get imprisoned in the UK for (in her case) lampooning some Jewish behaviour in song or in cartoons, while real criminals, who stab or slash people, or steal cars etc, are effectively let off.
Finally, I see that the Daily Mail has shown no photograph of the killed individual. I wonder why not…

The contrived “virus” situation has not only exposed how empty of content our society now is, and its institutions especially (as I blogged months ago) but also has led to where we are now, a kind of shadow society. As I have written previously on this blog, I repost quite a few Peter Hitchens tweets, not because I am a “supporter” or “fan” of Hitchens, but because he is quite often correct. Of course, Hitchens is right to say that discontent should grow and be expressed now that the State is seriously restricting freedoms such as movement, association, personal clothing, as well as free speech; and the fact is that Parliament now scarcely exists except as a rubber stamp. We see repeatedly that, in the UK, voters vote only for parties, not for individuals. One example was the ignominious defeat of Simon Danczuk in Rochdale in 2017. His first election, in 2010, resulted in a vote-share of about 36%. His second election, in 2015, gave him a vote-share of about 46%. Both times under Labour label. After Danczuk had been deselected by Labour, he tried to get elected as Independent in 2017. Result? 1.8% (883 votes). Fifth place (out of six). The new Labour candidate won, with 58% of the vote.
Another example. Anne Milton was Conservative Party MP for Guildford from 2005. She also won the elections of 2010, 2015 and 2017, at the last of which her vote-share was nearly 55%.
An important distinction from the Danczuk case was there had been no scandal attaching to Anne Milton; she was deselected (the whip taken away by Boris Johnson) purely because of her opposition to “no-deal Brexit” and she was given the chance to stand again as a Conservative Party candidate at Guildford if she dropped her opposition. She refused and stood as Independent.
Anne Milton’s principled stance availed her naught; neither did her 14 years as MP for Guildford, nor her uninvolvement in any expenses scandal (or any other scandal). She got only 7.4% (over 4,000 votes, a 4th place out of 5) at the 2019 General Election. The new Conservative Party candidate won, with about 45%.
While Anne Milton’s defeat in 2019 was more honourable than that of Danczuk, the result, in bottom-line terms, was similar, a bad defeat. Her only consolation: she retained her deposit.
The “main parties” (and that really means just Labour and Conservative) still have a complete stranglehold because the sleepy voters are still voting mainly for a label.

I’m a teacher, I just resigned. There’s 1470 kids where I work, in a mainstream secondary – we’re not allowed to wear masks or gloves. It’s absolutely insane to believe that somehow by magic, the virus won’t spread here. It’s utterly illogical.
This is a very good example of the pathology, not of “the virus” itself, but of the fear of it. A teacher in a State secondary school resigns because he fears that he might contract “the virus” by being in the same building or room as children or young persons. Well, it is possible, of course, though unlikely; any such school students infected would probably themselves not show any symptoms and be in no danger.
As for the teacher, yes, he might pick it up from those pupils, though it is probably a thousand to one chance. If the teacher were unlucky and were infected, his chance of needing any medical intervention would be small, hundreds to one. His chance of being seriously affected would be tiny. His chance of dying from “the virus” would be even smaller. His age is not mentioned, but probably under 60, probably under 50. His fear is misplaced.
Thus we see the way in which the fear whipped up by the government of clowns and its ludicrous “SAGE” advisers has led many rather unthinking people to make panicked decisions.
In any case, the alternative is simply to have no schools open until an effective vaccine is found and deployed, which might be months, years, or never. I have little respect for the UK educational system as it is, but the result of, in effect, having no education at all given to the young, would be worse (probably).

As I blogged a couple of days ago, the Crown Prosecution Service has surrendered, having now decided not to offer any evidence against Alison at the planned 10 July appeal hearing (which might anyway have resulted in another adjournment) at Derby Crown Court. The matter has now been taken out of the list. Alison has won. She has defeated both the suborned CPS and the malicious “CAA” [“Campaign Against Antisemitism”] Jew-Zionist conspirators (who may now find themselves in trouble for attempting to pervert the course of justice).

David Starkey
More “me-too” “liberal” repression and groupthink: Starkey has been sacked, by any other word, from his several university roles, and dropped by publishers.
This is not only hypocrisy, but a kind of sub-Stalinism. Once the “heretic” or “enemy” is identified by the persecutors, he (or she) is removed from jobs or statuses, denounced by those wanting to curry favour with the powerful, or by brainwashed nobodies etc. In terms of our sick contemporary society, the Twitter mob and the like, egged on by the officially-mandated scribblers and TV talking heads.
Starkey won a scholarship to Cambridge University from Kendal Grammar School, and received a First Class degree from Cambridge at a time when that was unusual, i.e. before degrees (and especially Firsts) had been devalued and made all but meaningless.
Those criticizing Starkey are usually of lesser academic attainments; persons such as the scribbler and talking head Piers Morgan, a product of a comprehensive school followed by Harlow Technical College.
What makes the Starkey persecution slightly remarkable is that, in the past week, an Indian agitator and inciter of hatred towards white people, Priyamvada Gopal, was actually promoted to full professor at Cambridge after saying and tweeting that “white lives don’t matter“, a declaration of war on the British people, on all European people.

Starkey is not alone, even in the ranks of historians. David Irving was probably the first victim. His very ill-advised libel action against the Jewess and hard-core Zionist, Deborah Lipstadt, brought both the international Jew lobby and “antifascist” “useful idiots” down on his neck. Irving should have shrugged off her insults (remember Oscar Wilde…) and/or taken other action.
After the Lipstadt case, in which she was funded by the international Zionist lobby, Irving’s books were not only withdrawn from sale in bookshops (many are however available via Amazon etc and also on the author’s own website: http://www.fpp.co.uk/), but also many print runs were pulped by the publishers; a number were even burned. I have blogged, both in recent days, and years ago, about how the workaholic society should become, not the 1960s sci-fi “society of leisure”, but a “society of measure”. I see now that the general public are thinking about other ways of organizing the work-leisure boundaries. Millard and the People!
In fact, you could keep a 40-hour week and yet reduce the working week in terms of days, by simply having a 10-hour work day, 4 days per week.
Advantages? Less strain on public transport, on roads etc. Less stress on employees, because they would be off-duty 3 days each week (and if Sunday were made to be, once more, a true day of leisure, with shops closed, so much the better). Less cost to employees in terms of train tickets and car fuel etc.
Disadvantages? Not many. Less convenience in shopping, maybe, if all retail employees had the same day off.

Very true; at first, no-one knew anything much about Coronavirus. We were shown “news” reports of Italian towns with no-one moving except elderly couples having their lonely once a day evening walk through shuttered streets. The fear factor was palpable. It was whipped up throughout much of Europe by dictatorial governments, toytown police bullying ordinary citizens for doing completely harmless things, and by a compliant and uninquisitive msm.

Hungary is a good country, from what I have seen. Admittedly only there for about a week, and never saw Budapest itself, but I drove from Romania to the pleasant small city of Szeged (near the Serbian border https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Szeged; the Hungary-Serbia frontier is only about a mile from Szeged), spent 3-4 days there, then drove North-West; stayed several days in a special suite at a former Soviet-style “sanatorium” (hotel, basically), overlooking Lake Balaton’s Western end. 268 deaths in the UK “from” or “with” Coronavirus today, a huge fall. The government of fools has made a huge mistake in putting the population under house arrest.
What almost interests me more is how very supine and compliant most of “my fellow citizens” (I prefer to think of them as obedient rabbits) have been and continue to be. They might, the more disorderly of them, have a drunken fight or catfight (in “normal” times) on a Friday night, but when push comes to crunch there they are, the rabbits, all lining up 6 feet apart to buy bread and milk, and only going out at all when the toytown police give them the nod. Pathetic.
In related news, the London “Nightingale” instant hospital has been “stood down”, having only received a few dozen patients out of the 4,000 expected. The other similar hospitals across the country have also been closed or are being closed; some never opened at all!
The Boris-idiot government is now going to pretend to be still somehow in control, which it very obviously is not. Before long, there will be an effective lifting of the “lockdown”, but disguised by pointless “testing”, by fake “trial runs” in places that don’t matter very much, like the Isle of Wight, etc.
Meanwhile, the UK economy is spinning into a terminal decline. Worse, the plebs (including affluent suburbanites and “country”-dwellers, by the way) have been scared out of their skins, and actually are now afraid to leave their houses! I was 18 when that case became front-page news in late 1974. Over the years, I have read a little about it. For many years, I was convinced that Lucan was alive, he having been covertly relocated out of the UK by his wealthy and powerful friends. Such a shame that Alastair Stewart's ITV News career has come to an end like this. I don't know what the social media errors are, but I always found him generous as a colleague and inspirational when coming to speak to students.
Many on Twitter etc are defending Alastair Stewart, saying nice things about him etc, but few are pointing out that this is exactly what happens when there grows up a culture of political correctness, a culture of denunciation, a culture of “no-platforming” (i.e. suppression of freedom of expression on political, social or historical topics) etc. Few in the msm come out fighting for free speech.
Few attack the whole milieu of political correctness in which the msm now exists. Watched a Channel 4 fly-on-wall documentary filmed during the 2019 General Election. I think that some people laughed or smirked when I blogged at that time that Nigel Farage, though a good public speaker, is not a good politician. Not long after that, Farage stabbed his candidates and his rank and file members in the back by deciding to stand down all candidates in Conservative Party-held seats, even those held (as most were) by Remain-favouring Conservatives. A monumental error.
Farage’s inexplicable —on the face of it— decision killed his party right there and then, as I blogged at the time. It showed up Brexit Party as a here today, gone tomorrow pop-up. It said to Northern voters “Brexit Party are Con stooges”. It gifted Boris-idiot and his resident lunatic, Cummings, the election. Conservative vote share scarcely increased over what it had been in 2017; Labour’s fell dramatically. A third of eligible voters did not vote.
Had Brexit Party continued campaigning in all seats (originally entered for) to polling day across the country, it might not have won a single seat, but Farage would, in honourable defeat, have retained his reputation, Brexit Party might have surged later, and most important of all, the Conservative Party would probably have failed to win a majority. Those few thousand Brexit Party votes in each constituency would have made all the difference. Also, the Brexit the UK got would eventually have been a real one, not this fake one being loaded up at present.

There is more than one group trying to repress opinion (or even personal belief) in the UK at the moment. I have already mentioned the Jew-Zionists, and they are probably the most dangerous, because they have infiltrated over decades into the msm, as well as law, politics and, of course, business, as well as its offshoot, advertising. There are others travelling the same way, but the Zionists are driving most of this. In short, the police and Crown Prosecution Service [CPS] declined to charge or prosecute Nazim Ali. The malicious Jew-Zionist “Campaign Against Antisemitism” [CAA] then launched a private prosecution, only for the CPS to take over that private prosecution and (as is their prerogative in law) discontinue it:
When I was disbarred, Gideon Falter, the obsessed head of the CAA, crowed that people like Ian Millard, who had the temerity to criticize Jews, would “face devastating professional consequences”, which rather proved my point that that Bar Disciplinary Tribunal case was not really about me at all, but about trying to create a precedent which could be weaponized against others, not only at the Bar but elsewhere.
The CAA tried to do somewhat the same against Alison Chabloz, the satirical singer-songwriter, inasmuch as the CAA Jews, in her case, were trying to create a precedent in respect of “holocaust” “denial” (historical revision and revisionism). The CAA director, Falter, once studied law at Warwick University, but I have no idea whether he got a degree or not (and I have not seen it said anywhere that he has any professional legal qualifications).
Now we see that Nazim Ali is going to be “tried” by the professional regulators of the pharmacists’ profession. I wonder whether Zionists drafted the no doubt quite-recently-changed equivalent of their “code of conduct”? I wonder whether Zionists are employed in key posts?
The CAA pressured the relevant professional body. That is not some “conspiracy theory”; the CAA Zionists admit it [see link above] and in fact are proud of having done so!
The Zionists are far more dangerous enemies of freedom of expression than are odd UK-based Indian “academics”, however venomous they may be.
My view can be put simply, and is that there should be complete freedom to express, to adult citizens, one’s views on politics, society and history, as a minimum. However, such civilized freedoms have their enemies, and we must deal with them, before it is too late.
Here is a case which illustrates how far the UK has gone down the path of repression: someone imprisoned for 2.5 years for putting a few stickers on lamp-posts! That, in a country where violent thugs, abusers of the elderly, and other social evildoers are routinely given non-custodial sentences!

Germany is already treading such a path, and has been for many years. Laws against freedom of expression politically, socially, even historically (“holocaust” “denial” laws, laws against mentioning the many positive aspects of the [Third] Reich etc. Now such repression is intensifying.
Here we see the approaching reality of “White Genocide”. It does not happen overnight. First, a few non-European immigrants, then more and more, all breeding fast. At the same time, freedom for British (or other European) people is eroded by “race relations”, “community relations”, “hate speech”, or “malicious communications” laws aimed in reality only at white people. The Jews are behind much of it, and they of course have their own agenda: to close down criticism or even plain disbelief in the “holocaust” fable and its fakery; also, to prevent opposition to Israel.
We see now (I saw 40+ years ago) where this leads: to a Britain where white people have no real political expression (just a shadow political life, ruled by Jewish influence); no freedom of expression even on legitimate political, social or historical questions; eventually, no right to exist at all.

The police, CPS etc, but especially police, seem incapable of distinguishing, or unwilling to distinguish, between “grossly offensive” (unlawful) and merely “offensive” (lawful) and tend to treat all “offensive” communications as “grossly offensive”, which runs counter to Court of Appeal and Supreme Court case authority.
This is what happens when plainly bad law, such as Communications Act 2003, s.127, is drafted and passed into statute.
I expect that their preference would be for Ali’s business and home to be demolished, as often happens in their beloved Israel (to which, however, few of “them” seem to want to relocate!).
The Jews’ next move was to get their (many) lawyers working on persuading the Professional Standards Authority to take the disciplinary part of the General Pharmaceutical Council itself to the High Court! The aim is for the Nazim Ali case to be reheard and/or the “sentence” replaced by a far more severe one.
From the Jews’ point of view, the ideal outcome would be for Nazim Ali to be struck off the roll of pharmacists and also fined heavily. He would thus be deprived of profession, business and home. Almost as good as what would happen in “Israel” itself…
