I do not know the whole story of the above, but it is, in the contemporary phrase, both shocking and unsurprising. The majority of the white people (the “formerly known as British”) of the UK are complicit in their own swamping and subjugation.
The only quibble I would raise about claiming “exemption” is that it tends to legitimize the —invalid— secondary legislation upon which the facemask nonsense diktat is based.

The housing situation is dire, especially in London, and in the South generally. The answer, however, is not simply to build houses and flats which will then be occupied by migrant-invaders and their offspring. The CAA goblins write (incorrectly) about Alison Chabloz’s recent appeal victory: “Ms Chabloz was then charged with having breached the conditions of her suspended sentence and was found guilty. The trial followed contact between Campaign Against Antisemitismβs lawyers and the National Probation Service. Ms Chabloz is appealing the decision, and the appeal has been delayed for logistical reasons, including owing to the pandemic.”
In fact, that had nothing at all with “the virus” or anything “logistical”, but was because the defence had demanded (and the presiding judge ordered) disclosure of documentation, so that the judge could be sure that Alison’s prosecution for breach was not the result of political pressure on David Gauke (the then-MP, expenses freeloader and, at the time, if ludicrously, “Minister of Justice”), the CPS and the —at the time— privatized probation carpetbaggers.
The CPS were unable or unwilling to comply with the above, and so decided (with much weaselling) not to offer any evidence against Alison Chabloz. She won; the CAA troublemakers lost.

I have not been a practising barrister for 12 years now (2008), and (thanks to “UK Lawyers for Israel”, a group largely identical with the “CAA” in Venn diagram terms) have been disbarred since October 2016. In addition, I was never really a criminal barrister (though I did quite a number of criminal cases both in Crown Court and “the mags” in the early 1990s), so I always hesitate to pronounce on the criminal law or criminal procedure. Having said that, I find this prosecution, and the police bail aspect, puzzling.
For one thing, I cannot see that anything allegedly said by Alison Chabloz (as quoted by the “CAA”) could possibly be “grossly offensive” in the first place.
It is very strange that the CPS have brought this prosecution. Does it have anything to do with the fact that the CPS and CAA have just been knocked down in relation to the recent appeal victory?
Is the prosecution properly within time limitation(s)? I wonder…
Secondly, the purported Internet ban, laid down by the police, not by any court, is surely unlawful in the circumstances. Contra human rights both in itself and in terms of its duration. Perhaps Alison Chabloz will have that removed by application to a court.
Thirdly, looking at what the “CAA” (i.e. or mainly the proven social media troll, Stephen Silverman) has published, it strikes me that, Alison Chabloz having now been charged, the CAA publication contains assertions in clear contempt of court.
It seems transparently obvious to me that the CAA has made these malicious complaints both to gag Alison via the police bail conditions, and also out of revenge for having been cheated of their prey recently. Vultures.

I am not one of those who thinks that “the virus” does not exist. It exists. How it started to spread we do not know, whether accidentally, by Chinese negligence or design, or whatever. Once you get beyond there, however, things become very strange. It is “as if” this situation has been used by powerful forces to impose control on some societies.
We know that, so far, in the UK, only about 1,500 people have died entirely as a result of Coronavirus. Another 45,000 seem to have died with it, meaning that they had other very serious health problems and were “pushed over the edge” by getting the virus. Most were very elderly. Even then, the figure for deaths is somewhere around one death for every 1,600 or 1,700 people in the population. Most people either do not get the virus, or show no or very minor symptoms.
Anecdotal evidence is always limited in its applicability, of course, but I personally have not knowingly encountered anyone who has, or has had, this virus. Indeed, I know no-one who knows anyone who has, or has had, the virus.
I happened to have a word with my doctor recently, and in the course of a short conversation, I asked whether he and his colleagues had been busy with virus cases. He said that he and his colleagues had been busy with the usual range of cases but that the whole practice (about a dozen GPs) had seen only one patient with the virus, if I understood him correctly. He also noted that the whole area had had few cases.
Naturally, it is hardly surprising that one might never (knowingly) encounter anyone with this virus, in a situation where the vast majority of people either never get the virus or do get it but show no, or few, symptoms.
Now we look at the official response. The whole society, pretty much, closed down. People imprisoned in their homes (almost…yes, we were “allowed” to go and buy bread…). We all saw how the toytown police went mad. We saw how new pop-up hospitals were created, never used, then dismantled. Parks were prepared to become mass graves. Never used. Never happened.
Idiot scientists like that Ferguson fellow were saying that as many as 800,000 might die in the UK from Coronavirus. Not 45,000. Not 1,500. Also, that we must not meet anyone outside our own household (but Ferguson himself had his “ho” visit him, with her husband’s permission at that).
Question: who is the bigger “cuck”, that husband of the blonde “ho”, or the British people who accepted these absurd controls and restrictions without even thinking about saying “no”? The same British people (some of them, anyway) who obeyed the call to stand outside their houses, stupidly clapping, every week?
Now we are told that, despite the virus obviously having run its course, we must all wear facemasks when shopping, visiting pubs and restaurants! Screw that. I may be forced to buy food like that, but I cannot be forced to shop like that; neither can I be forced to visit pubs and restaurants in such joyless fashion. I would rather watch the High Street of Britain shut down. At least that might trigger social national rebellion.

I do not think that you have to be much of a “conspiracy theorist” to see that this whole “Black Lives Matter” nonsense is being at some level co-ordinated. Heard a story about a weekend medical emergency. The usual NHS story, perhaps: efficient and pleasant paramedics, mostly caring but run-off-their-feet nurses (one exception apparently being a nurse sitting doing nothing but watching a frail old patient unable to eat his breakfast porridge by reason of Parkinsons or similar), and excellent doctors one of whom eventually bent the rules so that the patient (the one I know, not the old one with the shaking hands) could get what turned out to be an excellent surgical result immediately, rather than having to wait days or weeks. Food in hospital apparently not bad, and including such as cod Mornay (the food much better than same patient’s experience at same hospital a few years ago, so the NHS can improve, incidentally).
What let down the patient’s experience was, as always with the NHS, the administrative side: transport, and general organization in the hospital and ward, part of which might be ascribed simply to how very busy the nurses were. The poor administration was ameliorated by the willingness of a few staff to bend the rules slightly and not to be jobsworths (which a couple were). That however should not be necessary.
Hearing the story, and having visited a number of hospitals (not as a patient) over the past decade, it seems to me that what is required, in part, is for each hospital ward to have someone as a kind of receptionist and “fixer”.
In offices situated in places like the Arabian/Persian Gulf, there is usually a person (I forget the Arab title) whose job it is, working with a receptionist, to arrange transport, make sure that telephone or other messages are delivered, and so on.
Looking at the often-shambolic NHS organization, it is clear that that is the weakest link. There is no need for all the stress on both staff and patients caused by problems around transport, parking, scheduling of operations, availability of wheelchairs (something so basic!) and other hospital activity. A ward “fixer” might not solve all the problems of the NHS, but it would solve many of the everyday ones. It would also, immediately, free nurses and junior doctors to do their primary work.
It is a great shame that the —mostly very good— work of paramedics, nurses, doctors, surgeons etc should be let down by shambolic administration and systems. What makes it worse is that the administrators, who are so often simply negligent, are among the better paid (at top, hugely well-paid) people in the NHS.
Incidentally, in France there are no hospital wards and have not been since, I believe I read, 1978. Maybe it was 1988. At any rate, since at least 30 years ago, French hospital patients all have either a single room or one shared with one other patient. Another point: in France, certainly in Brittany, patients with serious conditions, and who are being treated as outpatients, have taxis booked at State expense to transport them to and from hospital. Also, as far as I am aware, there is no such thing in French hospitals as having to pay to park a car when visiting patients.
Why is the above (re. French hospitals) all regarded as somehow impossible or unworkable in the UK?

The fortunes of a football club would usually not interest me much. This does, partly because it is one of a wave of company and other collapses supposedly as a result of “Coronavirus”, though actually more the result of this incompetent government’s “lockdown” (shutdown) of the society and economy.
The other reason the above news report caught my attention is because I once represented a Wigan Athletic footballer at Manchester County Court sometime around 2006. I remember the case well even though I have forgotten the name of the footballer (his first name was something Biblical, I recall; I presume from that and other facts that he was a West Indian, but he was not present in Court).
Part of the reason I remember the case is because I had to get up at about 0430 to avoid traffic. I started driving at about 0500 hrs, and made the 250 miles from Dunsford, about 10 miles west of Exeter, to the outskirts of Manchester, in little more than 2 hours, though it then took me half an hour or more to get to the Court itself, which was then at a place called Crown Square in the centre of the city (a city which I have only visited a few times in my life).
Other reasons that I recall the case are that the solicitor had been at school at Repton, an institution known for its unusual championing of football instead of the usual rugby, and the fact that the young footballer in the case (which revolved around identity, and title to goods) was on a contract salary of no less than Β£16,000 per week. At 18 or 19 years old. Maybe not the Wayne Rooney level, but still rather striking for the solicitor and me! If anyone is interested, which I doubt, I won the case. In fact, and in all honesty, it was an easy win in the end.

Thinking back, I recall the people I knew who, starting in the 1970s, were regular users of cannabis (which was, as I understand, less strong back then). Thinking about the above, though, it seems to me that not only the “antifa” idiots and the black mobs but also the “pro-statue” defenders have been sidetracked. Vera Lynn
The death, at 103, of Vera Lynn, brings thoughts of WW2, of course, and of the sentimentality common to all sides in that terrible conflict. Vera Lynn herself was famous for several songs, but none more so than The White Cliffs of Dover, released in 1942:

Baillie-Stewart wrote an interesting memoir just before his death (in 1967, in Dublin), a copy of which I had in my (now-lost) library. I am scarcely pro-Trump, but things have become quite out of hand when a private-enterprise quasi-monopoly can simply censor the U.S. President! In fact, there must be some ways put into place to prevent such censorship happening to anyone, not just heads of state.
I have been blogging, tweeting (before the Jews had me expelled from there), and speaking (at the London Forum in 2017) about this issue, i.e. the privatization of public space, for several years.

A few (including me, Hitchens etc) saw through this scheme as a disastrous and ultimately pointless waste of resources which, combined with the shutdown (“lockdown”) would destroy the UK economy.
The msm and Twitter mob thought otherwise. “Rishi Sunak for PM!” was the cry. What a brilliant man, to throw away Β£8 billion (maybe Β£11 billion) a month “supporting [workers, families] etc”… Surely such a man must eventually become Prime Minister?
Well, I doubt it (even leaving aside his origins). The “furlough” plan in fact did not simply keep employees financially warm until “lockdown” ends, at which time, in Sunak’s own mis-chosen words, the economy will “bounce back” in a V-shaped “recovery”.
At the time, I blogged that, because this virus “crisis” (made much worse by governmental panic in the UK, EU and elsewhere) has led to economic slowdown, crucially to collapse in demand internationally, the result will be, certainly in the UK, not a “V-shaped recovery” but an “L-shaped non-recovery”.
Sunak may have ridden high in public opinion for a couple of months, but I do not see him prospering politically after at least many wake up to what is really happening. Any fool can throw golden sesterces to the plebs from his imperial chariot. For a while…
Sunak alone is not to blame for the “lockdown” and so not to blame for the coming recession (which may even become a depression), but he is to blame for being part of a Cabinet of fools that shut down the economy for months unnecessarily, and for both introducing and now extending a misconceived “pay workers Β£2,500 a month not to work and not to complain or protest” scheme.
Also, for going along with his foolish and incompetent Government’s strategy of scaring the British people (and other UK inhabitants) out of their collective skin, so that many are now too frightened (or anyway simply unwilling) to return to what was normal life.
The reason behind the extension to October (without even any reduction) in the “furlough” payments, is plainly political, to prevent or make far less likely any protest or worse from the “furloughed” employees.
However, the real state of the pre-Coronavirus UK economy, now that the froth of low-paid McJobs (“gig economy,” fake “self-employment”, zero hours contracts, and other poorly-paid exploitation disguised by, formerly, Working Tax Credits etc, and now by Universal Credit payments) has been swept into the bin, is becoming plain to see. Desolate.
As for that sacred cow of British people, house prices, the values are dropping like a stone, as I predicted. Already we see that buyers are demanding discounts of up to 20%. Before long, that will be 50% or more. Lending is unlikely to be easily-available from now on, and there will be fewer people buying. and with lower capital available, whether their own or via mortgage monies. People will still want or have to move house, but will have less money with which to do so. Result— lower house prices at all levels.

Already, 4.2 million people are on Universal Credit, with millions more forecast as 2020 continues:
Companies are shedding workers by the hundred, by the thousand, now. Some companies are giving up the ghost entirely, such as the once-famous Antler suitcases (est. 1914), which went yesterday, with the closure of 18 stores and the sacking of the entire workforce of 200 staff. Other companies laid off thousands on the same day.
Today, we see that Rolls-Royce in Derby will lay off 9,000 workers across the world, and most of the losses will be in Derby itself.
When the “lockdown” nonsense —and with it the “furlough” scheme— ends, in the Autumn, supposedly, there will be company collapses on a scale not seen since the 1930s, very likely.

The coming few years could finally see social nationalism emerge victorious in the UK, but that can only happen if there is a co-ordinated movement led by a “vanguard” party. One does not now exist. The small groups which do exist have little or no credibility.
Looking down the road, we can now see that economic collapse in a decadent society opens the way for us. It is only two years now until 2022, the most significant year since 1989 (on the 33-year cycle). 2022-1989-1956 (the year of my own birth)-1923.
For me personally, 2022 will probably be the last marker-year in the 33-year cycle that I see in my present incarnation, because in 2022 I shall reach the age of 66.
