The big news this evening is the departure of Tom Watson [Lab, West Bromwich East 2001-2019], Deputy Leader of Labour.

Watson was totally in the pocket of the Jewish lobby, and to leave Labour and Parliament at short notice now, just as Labour is fighting to survive, was surely his last and most desperate act of sabotage. I speak as someone who does not support any of the System parties. In that sense, I am objective.

It might be what Tom Watson thinks will be the result of this election and, if so, logic at present would seem to support that view, but “a week is a long time [etc]” and there remain just over 5 weeks before Polling Day. Tom Watson is or was just a typical Labour machine politician, who has never done a real job (oh, wait, he worked as an office bod in an ad agency for a couple of months once) and now stabs his party in the back while pretending to be going to work for its victory! 10/10 for hypocrisy!

Stuff yourself with a family-size pizza and choke on it! (would be my reaction were I a Labour supporter, which I am not; but he has my full permission to choke in any case).

Ian Austin, the former “Labour” MP, who is and always has been a total doormat for the Jew-Zionist/Israel lobby, has now thrown away his fake semi-“socialist” camouflage and told TV viewers on Sky, BBC, ITV etc that they should all vote Conservative at the General Election. Not even “vote anywhere but Labour”, but “vote Conservative” specifically.

Austin, who was one of the worst expenses cheats of the 2005-2010 Parliament, and who was lucky not to be prosecuted for outright fraud, has now completely unmasked himself as an agent of the organized Jew-Zionist lobby. John McDonnell, who, like Corbyn, has unwisely paid lip-service to Jew-Zionist “holocaust” fantasy etc in the recent past, seems to be slightly waking up.

As I have blogged previously, “they” demand this or that. If the non-Jew or organization gives in and complies with the demand, “they” then say “it is not enough” and/or “it is far too late”. Further demands then follow.

“Give (((them))) an inch and (((they))) take a mile”. Always.

Labour has 5 weeks to go before it either does OK in the General Election (meaning that it comes either first or second, and overall does not lose seats), or is badly damaged (and possibly all but wiped out).

I personally do not support any System party. I am glad that many Labour Party members and supporters are waking up to the menace of Zionist control, ownership and influence in the UK, but their party is sending mixed messages by constantly trying to placate the well-organized and well-funded Jewish and/or Zionist lobby (eg by sacking Chris Williamson, eg by paying lip-service to the “holocaust” fake history etc).

There are too many people at or near the top in Labour who, like Corbyn himself, are ideologically stuck somewhere amid the Tolpuddle Martyrs, Lenin, and the (mainly-fake) diary of Anne Frank.

Returning to the General Election, various Lab and Con candidates have “had” to step down for various contrived defaults such as saying that Jews are shylocks, or that Israel manifests the more negative traits of the Third Reich.

What struck me most yesterday was the expression on the faces of John Woodcock and Ian Austin as they stood in front of an anti-Labour, anti-Corbyn banner (apparently paid for by an organization I had never seen, called “Mainstream”, presumably funded by Jewish interests). The expression of the faces of the two ex-MPs (the same expression on both) patently said “we know that we are traitors or at best turncoats”…

Another aspect of the campaign— blatant msm bias

  • Yesterday’s UK political news (in part): Labour and Conservative both make big spending pledges;
  • Today’s UK newspaper headlines: “Corbyn’s Spending Spree”…

I think that the Soviet newspapers were more honest: at least most people with any sense knew that they were printing biased articles and reports (or straight lies…). Some people still believe the msm in the UK. 90% “fake news”.

The latest news seems to indicate that support for both main System parties is dropping, but that, while support for the Conservative Party is dropping slightly, and while at the same time Brexit Party is eating into the potential Con vote, Labour support is just collapsing across the country.

This accords with my view, often blogged, that the voters, meaning especially the white English and Welsh voters, have nowhere to go except to a largely pointless Brexit Party vote. There is no social-national party even to the level of the pre-2010 BNP (in ideology or support). Many want a party which emphasises community and identity, citizenship, race and culture. They do not want multikulti madness (Labour) or Jew-Zionist run or influenced finance-capitalist exploitation (Conservative Party). The LibDems sit uneasily between the two. Brexit Party is a more “British” and anti-EU “Conservative Party”, basically. Scarcely national and certainly not social-national.

My feeling at the moment is that Labour is going to do badly in terms of absolute votes and that the Conservative Party will not do well, but that Labour may be saved by the existence of Brexit Party (taking otherwise-“Conservative” votes) and that the Conservatives will lose seats to the LibDems by reason of the Remain vote (especially now that Jo Swinson is leader, her policy views in most areas being close to Conservative ones anyway).

My prediction, with 5 weeks minus a day to go? For once, I am uncertain. Either another hung Parliament or a Conservative majority in double figures. Labour has little chance of a Commons majority unless many many more people turn out to vote than usual and especially many more young people.

There is a chance still, though, that through the unpredictable nature of the FPTP voting system, the way in which boundaries are drawn and the fact that only about 100 constituencies really count, that Labour could end up with enough MPs (even if Labour were not the largest party in the Commons) to be able to cobble together a loose coalition of Labour, SNP, Plaid, Green etc. An outside chance but not completely impossible.

Jo Swinson has said that the LibDems would never join with Labour under Corbyn (because the Jews would not like that) but the LibDem word is about as reliable as the Boris Johnson word. Meaning that the LibDems in fact might join with Labour if offered both proportional representation (which surely must come to the UK sooner or later) and seats in Cabinet. They like those red boxes.

Returning to the constituency of High Peak (Derbyshire), “Conservative” candidate Robert Largan, whose campaign is not going well, is “making reports” about those local voters who make remarks to him that he dislikes (after he has disturbed them by knocking at the door and questioning them)! See:

If I lived in High Peak, I would never vote for a little sneak like Largan. He should go home to Fulham and resume counting beans for Marks and Spencer.

According to the Sun “newspaper”, Boris-Idiot beats Corbyn on “likeability” but not on “authenticity, honesty and being ‘in touch'”, which is good for Corbyn or at least better than before.

Interesting film by the Guardian, focussing on Stoke-on-Trent:

Not too tendentious, though one part of the film showed the presenter going to a pottery factory in Stoke, about 3-4 years ago. By 2019, the factory had closed, and the lady shown in or about 2016 expertly helping to make the product sacked or made redundant after about 43 years…The presenter comments, outside the now permanently closed factory gates, that “it did not shut down because of Brexit…well… it partly did” (or similar words). In fact, Brexit had nothing to do with it. How could it? Even now, in 2019, Brexit has not happened, and the factory shown closed months or years ago. Typical msm spin.

The Guardian also spent time with Ruth Smeeth, the Jewish MP (Stoke-on-Trent has three MPs), who has spent much of her time in Parliament since 2015 (having previously worked for BICOM, the Israeli government propaganda outfit in the UK) complaining about “anti-Semitism” in the UK and trying to undermine her own party leader, Corbyn. Ruth Smeeth also worked for the Jewish Community Security Trust [CST], which is involved with, inter alia, snooping on British people in the Jewish interest.

Prior to the 2015 General Election, Ruth Smeeth was exposed by Wikileaks as being a “confidential contact” of the US Embassy in London, whose identity should be “strictly protected”. In short, she’s a spy. Or was, anyway. I have no idea whether she is now officially “on the books of” MOSSAD or CIA etc (probably not), but she is an alien agent of influence, at the very least. In fact, it occurs to me that one of the positive aspects of Labour crashing in flames on 12 December 2019 would be that quite a number of Zionist and pro-Zionist MPs such as Ruth Smeeth would probably be chucked in the bin, and then replaced by candidates of a different type, though to imagine Labour losing in Stoke on Trent North is rather a stretch, unfortunately. In Stoke on Trent, the Labour vote declined from 65% in 1997 to 39% in 2015 when Ruth Smeeth was elected (though it rebounded to 50% in 2017, with the Conservatives 5 points behind:

The Guardian film-makers tried to find some positives in Stoke-on-Trent, but with difficulty. They did visit one factory making precision engineering products and employing young people (young men mainly, I think), and that is indeed the kind of activity that Britain needs; but that is one factory (no number of employees was given but probably dozens or —maybe– low hundreds rather rather than thousands), in a strung-out “city” (originally six towns) with a population of over 262,000.

Meanwhile, the LibDems and other parties are vying for the marginal swing seat young mother vote, in the case of the LibDems by offering voters 35 hours per week of free childcare. Superficially “socially responsible”, but how much better it would be if young mothers were just given money so that they do not have to work or work full-time. Basic Income, now adopted by Labour, might be part of that (or the whole of it).

I was interested to see, in the TV news report on the LibDem proposal, that at least one young mother, out of a few interviewed, agreed with my point of view: young children are better with their mothers than in State or private play centres or the like.

We hear much about “draining the swamp”. Westminster was once literally a swamp, and now is one metaphorically. Look at them! Including, to mention just a few, Vaz (drugs, “rent boys” etc), Gove (drugs), Boris-Idiot (drugs and the rest…), Charlie Elphicke (up for trial on multiple sex charges soon, stepped down but his wife is now standing!), John Woodcock (sex pest, mental case) etc. There are so many degenerates, drug abusers, thieves, fraudsters and other trash in the Commons now that it comes as a surprise when an MP is not in some way rotten. The LibDems, in 2006, even very nearly elected as their leader a coprophiliac (liked to be shat on), namely Mark Oaten, now the head of a pro-fur public relations outfit. He supported the idea of Jo Swinson taking over the LibDem leadership as long ago as 2013, by the way. Nice supporters she has.

Luciana Berger, the notorious Jew-Zionist ex-Labour MP, who joined the doomed “Change UK” joke party (led now, under another new name, by “Hic-Gurgle” Anna Soubry, the “MP for Plymouth and Angostura” [Broxtowe, in fact]), is now LibDem candidate for the heavily-Jewish Finchley and Golders Green seat. Hard to see her winning there despite the Jew vote. The Conservative, Mike Freer, is a complete doormat for Israel as well as being a complete deadhead who will probably eventually feature in my blog under “Deadhead MPs, An Occasional Series“:

It can be seen from the electoral history below that any LibDem candidate in Finchley and Golders Green has an uphill struggle; even in 2010, pretty much peak LibDem, the party’s candidate only received 17% of the votes (and came third):

Well, when I first heard of Tice (at the time of the 2019 EU elections), the Brexit Party was polling at about 20% for Westminster elections. Now? As low as 6%.

Brexit Party’s near collapse is not the fault of Tice, but Brexit Party will now pretty much disappear. Like UKIP, it was a manipulation (at the top level, not for the poor saps who donated, joined, voted) with the idea of preventing a real social-national party from emerging.

This news is important. The Conservatives will now not lose seats to Labour or LibDems by reason of losing votes to Brexit Party. They may now gain seats from Labour in the North.

I have blogged about how Nigel Farage, despite his amazing ability to attract crowds and speak to them, is not very competent as a politician. UKIP failed to get one non-defector MP in its (so far) 27 years of existence. Brexit Party has likewise failed to get one MP (yes, MEPs…they are just noisy wastes of space, painted ships on the painted ocean of the fake EU “Parliament”).

Brexit Party, like UKIP, does not come across as hugely well-organized, but more importantly, Farage has made a stunningly bad decision: he has given up his one leverage over the Conservatives, his one weapon, in return for some words of comfort from Boris-Idiot, the biggest liar in Parliament since “Robert Maxwell”. In what world of Farage’s imagination is Boris Johnson someone whose word can be trusted?

It just proves the old saying that con-men are easily conned (something I have observed over the years).

The Conservatives are (as far as I can see in the msm so far) not standing down any candidates. So Brexit Party stands down 317 candidates, but the Conservative Party stands down…0. Mad. Unless you look at Farage, Tice etc and see them for what they are— Conservatives with Union Jack tea-towels.

This must surely be the point at which Brexit Party is flushed away. It is no good now even as a protest vote.

My view on today’s main GE 2019 news:

The Brexit Party surrender will quite possibly save dozens of unsafe 2017 Conservative Party seats, but conversely will mean that the Conservatives will have even less chance of success in those (Labour and LibDem) seats where Brexit Party is still intending to stand candidates. There no doubt are seats, in the North especially, where the Conservatives might have got over the line and taken the laurels from Labour had Brexit Party not stood candidates, but now will not, either because Brexit Party will take votes, or because the Labour vote might still stand firm or increase under pressure.

A Preliminary Look at the 2019 General Election

The 2019 General Election has been called, enabled partly by the LibDems and SNP, as John Rentoul, the only System journalist-commentator usually worth listening to, has written.

I was surprised that Labour did not block the vote, but I suppose that, with the Government ready to repeal, in effect, the Fixed Term Parliaments Act 2011, using a one-page bill, Labour had little choice but to appear unafraid to address the electorate.

So what now?

It it has been axiomatic, since Harold Wilson pronounced his famous dictum, that “a week is a long time in British politics”.

Harold Wilson was sceptical of opinion polls. When he was in discussion with Lyndon Johnson about the Vietnam War, the U.S. President asked “what are the polls saying?” Wilson later recalled that he had thought that Johnson was referring to the Poles, and that he, Wilson, had tried to recall recent speeches by Gomulka!

That was then. Since then, British politics has given up the realms of commonsense thinking and has taken refuge in ideological spiderswebs and in the reading of electoral tea-leaves.

The opinion polls at present seem to be predicting a Conservative Party victory of as great as a 150-seat majority. Even mainstream commentators are talking in terms of a 70-seat Conservative majority. To me, that would be disastrous. Nothing to do with Brexit (which I favour). For me, to allow the present ZOG/NWO Cabinet of idiots, traitors, aliens and Israeli agents real power would be a calamity for the people of the UK. I am talking about domestic policy and, to some extent, foreign policy. I am talking about the imposition of an elected dictatorship on the British people. I am talking about rule by a concealed Jewish-Zionist lobby. I am talking about worse pay, pensions, State benefits, working conditions, living conditions etc. I am talking about destruction of free speech, too.

Is a Boris-Idiot government (with real power) inevitable? I do not know. Maybe not, but things are looking black.

The first thing to note is that polls usually narrow towards Election Day. At present they point to a Conservative majority of maybe 60. However, if Labour can pull itself up by a few points, that majority might shrink to single figures. Then there are the other parties (in England, mainly) to consider: LibDems and Brexit Party.

Labour

The Jewish lobby has weakened Corbyn and Labour via incessant attacks over four years. Some of the poison has seeped into public perception. The attacks continue. Only today, the “MP for Barrow and Furness —and Tel Aviv”, John Woodcock, was again attacking Corbyn and Labour, under the banner of which he scraped back into the Commons in 2017, though he has now left Labour amid charges of sex pest behaviour, and will soon no longer be an MP (no doubt “they” will find him a well-paid position). Again, I happened to see “former Labour Party adviser” John McTernan today on Sky News All Out Politics. Sky’s Adam Boulton was too polite to point out that McTernan’s advice proved disastrous for Labour in the past, and also for the Australian Labor Party. McTernan on Sky again derided Corbyn. With “friends” like those, Labour needs no enemies!

Labour’s more serious problems are, firstly, that it is unclear about what it stands for. Not just on Brexit. No overarching narrative. In the past, Labour’s position was a given: the voice of the “workers”, meaning the industrial proletariat, other manual and low-paid workers, renters rather than “owners” of freehold or leasehold property.

In those days, meaning until the 1970s, there was no serious racial aspect. Though there had been an influx (ultimately calamitous, by reason of breeding) of blacks and browns since the 1950s but mainly in the 1970s (and of course later), the percentage of blacks and browns and other non-Europeans was small until the 1980s; there was no constant wave of immigration in the hundreds of thousands, as there now is.

In the 1980s, Labour lost its way. The industrial proletariat started to disappear along with its industries. Immigration and births to immigrants started to create raceless and cultureless “communities”, including huge numbers of mixed-race individuals. British culture on TV and radio started to be overtaken by the Americanized cultural takeover that started in or immediately after WW2. The stalwarts of traditional Labour in the Commons and in constituencies started to be replaced by those who were influenced by the anti-white politics of post-Marxism, by the feminist and/or lesbian “sexual politics” movements, by persons who were unaware of the fight that Britain had with Jewish extremists in Palestine in the 1940s.

Such Labour activists were brought up in the 1960s and 1970s and had been indoctrinated by “holocaust” hoaxes and nonsense, such as the films of the faked “diary” of Anne Frank, of Schindler’s List (many people now think, quite mistakenly, that it is a “true story”, unaware that it was an adaptation of a novel, Schindler’s Ark, which was written in 1982 by an Australian who was only a child during WW2, having been born in 1935; he was brought up in New South Wales).

Gradually, Labour became the bastion both of the politically-correct ideologues and of the careerist “centrists” such as Tony Blair and his wife, both affluent barristers with no connection to Labour’s history (Blair’s father was a Scottish professor; Cherie’s father was a dissolute Liverpudlian TV actor). Labour went from being led by elderly Marxist hypocrite Michael Foot to, at first, a middling position under, in turn, Neil Kinnock and John Smith, then to Blair’s neoliberalism, with the Jewish-Zionist element firmly in control.

Labour lost connection with the “working class”, first because the old monolithic, unionized industrial proletariat had gone, and because the new concerns of former Labour areas (mass immigration, race and culture, poor conditions of non-unionized and precarious employment, sexual abuse of English girls by, mainly, Pakistanis, drug abuse) were simply ignored and, indeed, denied by the Labour Party.

Labour, in short, was becoming, under Blair, what it now is: the party of non-Europeans (the “blacks and browns” etc), of those dependent on public funds (public service workers, council employees, NHS people, those living on State benefits). These Labour voters were ruled over by a dictatorial pro-multikulti Common Purpose stratum, above which sat the Labour Friends of Israel MPs and above all the Jewish-Zionist “fixers” of the Lord Levy sort, who arranged the funding, doled out peerages and other “honours” to the compliant and “liaised” with Blair and his courtiers.

Meanwhile, Labour’s leadership became a cosmopolitan and finance-capitalist clique, “intensely relaxed about people getting filthy rich” as one of its degenerate creatures, the Jew “lord” Mandelson put it. By 2010, it seemed to many that there was little difference in substance (as distinct from style) between Labour and Conservative. Labour lost to the Conservatives led by David Cameron-Levita.

Corbyn, though poorly-educated and no sort of leader, gave hope to the “children of the proletariat” (speaking ideologically: many are from rather comfortable backgrounds). His almost miraculous accession to leadership seemed to be a return to old Labour values: community, nationalization, State funding, workers’ rights. I have blogged about the “Hand of God” aspects to Corbyn’s election, eg his getting exactly the number of nominations required, some of which were from MPs who had no intention of even voting for him!

Labour now is a house divided. The Jewish-Zionist lobby may have attacked Corbyn-Labour, but that is only part of the story. Most Labour MPs date from the pre-Corbyn era, most from the pre-2010 era. Some MPs are volubly anti-Corbyn and closer to a careerist “Blairite” or “Brownite” position, such as Jess Phillips (ironically, only elected in 2015).

Labour gives an impression of being split two or three ways, and that is even before Brexit is mixed into the equation. This plays badly, electorally.

So are Labour’s prospects dead? Maybe not. Firstly, it has the support of the non-whites, to a large extent, though that tends to be concentrated in relatively few constituencies. Then it has most of the public service people. Finally, it has the young. Very few under-25s vote Conservative now, only about 4%. Only about 15% of under-35s vote Conservative. The rub is that younger eligible voters tend not to vote. So far.

Corbyn’s policies on utilities, transport and fares, rights for tenants etc may play well for him, if Labour can get them heard amid the Brexit noise and the Boris-The-Idiot-Star clowning and posturing.

Where Labour is undermined is in its disconnect, in visceral terms, from its former core communities: eg in the black-brown MPs Labour has, some of whom seem almost half-witted. Diane Abbott would be Home Secretary under a Corbyn government…

Corbyn’s lack of leadership is also a factor, as is his asinine support for Roma Gypsy thieves and scavengers and for the horrible “tinker”/”traveller” element. That must alienate millions.

In the end, Labour now has no real reason to exist in its present form. It is somewhat neo-socialist, but not at all “national”. It divides rather than unifies, because it prefers non-Europeans to the white British people among whom and for whom it was founded.

I have blogged rather extensively about the Conservative Party and about its leading members, particularly Boris Johnson aka “Boris-Idiot”.

The Conservative Party, like Labour, has travelled far from its roots, even far from where it was in the 1970s. The old country Conservatives scarcely exist in MP terms now. Like Labour, the Conservative Party is now packed with pretty mediocre MPs, most in it for the money. In fact, many would be flattered to be as good as mediocre. Like Labour, the Conservative Party has ceased to be representative, not only of the country as a whole but even of its traditional supporters. In the 1950s, nearly 5 million people were members of the Conservative Party. Now? About 140,000. Boris Johnson was elected by about two-thirds of those. 92,000 people in a UK which now holds some 70 million. Only 1 in about 500 adult inhabitants of the UK is a member of the Conservative Party.

The trump card of the Conservative Party in this election is that it is not the Labour Party. It has little else to offer, except the Brexit “deal” that Boris-Idiot fluffed and which is worse than that offered to Mrs May 18 months ago. It is only the clown-image, of Boris the Clown, which, bizarrely, is keeping the Cons high in the polls. That, and Corbyn’s rock-bottom ratings.

So Johnson has once again gambled. The gamble is that he can win more Leave-supporting seats than he loses Remain-supporting seats.

Stress points for the Conservatives? Privatization, by the back door, of the NHS; Johnson’s character; the wealthy getting wealthier, the rest getting poorer; privatized rail and utilities; poor pay; the cruelty of the post-2010 benefits system.

LibDems

Ironically, the key to the LibDems taking seats might be Brexit Party taking away Con votes in the South of England, and so letting the LibDems in. That might happen even more if Labour voters in strongly Con areas vote tactically. I do not have much time for Jo Swinson, a pro-finance capitalist and Orange Book LibDem who pays lip service to the Jew-Zionist lobby, but I have to concede that she has put in a couple of stellar performances in the Commons recently.

The LibDems are pro-EU, pro-Remain, anti-Brexit. They are the only party unequivocally Remain. That clarity has to help them. How much it will help them is unclear. They need to get an across the board 20%+ even to regain the number of seats they had in 2010 and 2005. They are presently polling around 18%, but the night is young.

Brexit Party

Brexit Party has lost its mojo somehow. Its stellar start, with the rallies and speeches and huge enthusiasm, seems a long time ago already. I think that the reason is that Brexit is really its only policy, though others will no doubt appear soon. It is largely “the Conservative Party at Leave”, and people do have concerns other than Brexit. I doubt that it can poll much above 10%. It might manage 15% across the board. Chance of gaining more than one or two stray seats seems minimal at present. However, that may change, but BP needs to start attacking the Conservatives, not forever saying how much they want to play ball with them.

UKIP; Change UK

Both washed up, as I have long predicted. Polling at statistical zero. Dustbin of history zone.

Thoughts

There are 6 weeks to go. In 2017, turnout was below 69%. In 2015, turnout was 66% and in 2010, 65%. 2005: 61%. 2001: 59%. Since the 1990s, turnout slumped in 2001 and has gradually increased again but is still several points below the 1990s figures. If there were an unexpectedly high turnout, particularly among the younger voters who generally favour Labour or the LibDems, that could change the picture completely.

At present, the smart money is on the Conservatives. The smart money was on Remain in 2016, on Hillary Clinton to beat Trump, on anyone but Corbyn to replace Ed Miliband. You get the picture. I do not think that Labour can do well on its own merits, but devotees of the Turf will know that frontrunners rarely win. The election is Boris’s to lose, and he may yet do just that, counter-intuitive though that now appears.

News heard on the early Today Programme on BBC Radio 4:

  • Farage has been reported as possibly going to direct Brexit Party to stand in as few as 20 seats, all Labour-held, 2016 Leave-voting seats;

Could it be any clearer that Brexit Party is not a serious party, not even a semi-serious protest party? I think that Brexit Party can probably be written off at this point.

The news, if accurate, does reinforce my previously-blogged point that Farage, despite his people skills, speaking skills and public profile, is not really very knowledgeable or effective politically. After all, UKIP was in the end a big Westminster zero after 25 years of operation and, so far, Brexit Party has underwhelmed. No by-election successes, and its polling for Westminster has dropped from 20% at one point to 12% now. My feeling is that Brexit Party could have gone the distance, but missed its moment to morph into a real party.

The other piece of news so far today is polling that, incredibly, shows

  • Boris Johnson “more trusted on NHS” than Corbyn!

Whatever one thinks of Corbyn, this is just mad and bolsters my view that the UK has gone mad, socio-politically. Already, we have had polling, from a month ago, to the effect that part-Jew, part-Muslim origined Johnson, whose father was a part-Jew who worked for the World Bank and was an MP, Boris Johnson who had a U.S. passport until recently, who was born in New York City, was brought up in USA and Belgium before attending Eton and Oxford, and who even belonged to the wealth-saturated and degenerate Bullingdon Club, “has the common touch” more than Corbyn!

On the campaign trail

The latest Ipsos MORI poll gives Conservatives 41%, Labour 24%, LibDems 20%, Brexit Party 7%, Greens 3%.

“Ratings for the Government as a whole are low, with just 19 per cent of voters happy with how it is running the country, including only a third of Conservatives, while 74 per cent are dissatisfied. Gideon Skinner, head of political research at Ipsos MORI, cautioned: “As Theresa May knows, a poll lead can be lost during a campaign and this puts the Conservatives at the upper margins compared with other polls. Nevertheless it confirms the Conservatives are starting in a strong position.” [Evening Standard]

If the above poll is accurate, we are staring down the barrel of a Conservative majority of 196, according to my use of Electoral Calculus (I gave Scottish results as likely SNP 50% and LibLabCon 15% each). That 196-seat majority would be disastrous for the UK.

Still, the starting gates have only just opened. All the same, Labour needs to hit hard now. For example, instead of weakly accepting that “antisemitism must be addressed” etc, Labour should start defending the British people; point out that many exploiters and parasites in the UK—by no means all, of course– are Zionists. Take the fight to the enemy and Labour might well find that many many British people want the Zionists taken down, their influence and power reduced greatly.

The opinion polls are proving to me that what so many British people want and need is social nationalism of the right sort.

Below, “Conservative” and, quelle surprise, not entirely English (part-Indian?), judging by photos found elsewhere than on her Twitter profile, freelance scribbler seems to have been living under a rock (or under the protection of a trust fund or affluent family) for the past 10+ years.

Ms. Gill does seem to understand that there is the possibility of radical change inherent in the dispossessed UK young (and, indeed, the not so young). She does not want such change and does not exactly identify what change it might be (“economic armageddon” sounds to me suspiciously like socio-political illiteracy), but the change in question could as easily be social national as post-Marxist.

A Few Words About Mike Stuchbery

It may be that a number of readers of this blog have already heard of someone called Mike Stuchbery, 40, who describes himself on Twitter as “journalist, historian and teacher” (also, now that he has relocated to Germany, “tour guide”).

Stuchbery is of Australian origin, whatever that now means. He was apparently a blogger on educational matters for the Australian broadcaster ABC (akin to the BBC) for a while. He was a teacher in Germany and Australia, then in the UK, but was sacked after a month or so from his last school (even though his contract was only for 3 months anyway) for reasons that are “a little vague”, at least to me. He then moved to Luton, where he rebranded himself as “historian” and “journalist”, despite (as far as I know) having never having had any training, education or work experience in those fields (I am very fair: if anyone has verifiable information to the contrary, let me know and I shall amend this article or add a note).

Stuchbery as “historian”

Now, we are, especially perhaps in the UK, in a society where all sorts of people do a degree in, say, History, maybe even get a “doctorate” (no-one actually ever fails…they just do a year and write a thesis, no matter how narrowly-based, then call themselves “historian” and/or “Doctor”).

Traditionally, in the UK (though not in, say, Germany), “Dr.” was reserved for academics, people in holy orders, scientists doing research etc, or medical doctors (though many medical men and women in fact do not have doctorates— it’s a conventional courtesy title). It was always thought infra dig for anyone else with a doctorate to actually call themselves “doctor” as a title, even though people with a Ph.D. do actually have a doctorate on paper.

Likewise, the term “historian” has been reserved for those either engaged in teaching History, as an academic subject at university level, or writing about it.

Leaving that aside, as far as I know Stuchbery has no formal qualifications in History anyway. I suppose that I could be mistaken, but in any event he is neither teaching at a university (for what that may now be worth) nor writing books. He simply tweets bits and pieces (though I’m not knocking his tweets about German —or other— Dark Ages, mediaeval, or Renaissance history; in fact I enjoy reading them, as I do some of his other non-political tweets).

As far as I am aware, Stuchbery has written no book about historical events.

I myself am very interested in some aspects of history and some periods of history, but I would not call myself “historian”, even though, in one or two areas, my knowledge-level would be equivalent to that of a “professional” historian.

Look at this:

Ah. So according to “historian” Stuchbery, Rudolf Steiner was “temporarily detained for Gestapo questioning”? Stuchbery thus manages to display ignorance of both Rudolf Steiner and the Gestapo. For those unaware of why that is:

  • Rudolf Steiner was born in 1861 in a Germanophone region of what today is Croatia and died in Switzerland of natural causes in 1925;
  • The Gestapo was established by Goering in 1933 (initially in Prussia, only being extended to other parts of Germany in and after 1936).

In other words, Rudolf Steiner died eight years before the Gestapo even existed. Rudolf Steiner was in fact not even in Germany after 1923, so the idea that he could be “detained for Gestapo questioning” is made even more absurd.

You begin to see why people question Stuchbery’s qualifications (in any sense— he has no formal qualification or training in history, as far as I know). The above example is not in any way obscure or trivial. These are basic facts for any educated person who purports to know about the period in question.

Readers might note that the other person Stuchbery mentions in those tweets was released by the Gestapo (assuming that he, unlike Steiner, was ever there). One could not imagine that happening under Stalin’s rule which the KPD (German communists) supported. Stuchbery thinks that the KPD were just poor victims of National Socialism. That’s not just politically and historically biased and/or naive; it’s simply inaccurate.

The Guardian was ready to refer to Stuchbery as “journalist”! Well, I suppose that if idiots like Zoe Williams and Yasmin Alibhai-Brown can pose as journalists, why not!

In fact, while the Huffington Post and a couple of (real) UK national newspapers have apparently printed stuff once or twice by Stuchbery (though not for some years, as far as I know), his “journalistic” scribbling seems confined now to a couple of online outlets such as one called Byline Times.

Stuchbery’s states of mind

Stuchbery has mental problems and is on some kind of medication, like so many “antifa” and also many Jew-Zionist types. I have even blogged, previously, about the connection between contemporary “anti-fascism” and mental illness. Perhaps I should add Stuchbery to that article.

Stuchbery’s methods as “antifa” nuisance and “activist”

Stuchbery tends to threaten people obliquely, though he never puts his own head on the block. His modus operandi is threefold:

  1. to incite violence by “antifa” idiots;
  2. to try to get the police or other security agencies involved so that social nationalists and others get harassed and snooped upon;
  3. to denounce those of a broadly nationalist viewpoint to online platforms and fora, with the aim of killing off free speech and also preventing such people from receiving donations online (see below)

Here is Stuchbery threatening a tweeter in Germany (he posted that reply only today). What a horrible bastard he is. He missed his vocation, which should have been some devious, servile, secret co-worker of the Stasi. He would have loved that.

Talking of people “peeing themselves”, here’s a photo of Stuchbery when his attempt to incite some kind of home invasion at the home of the wife of the political activist known as “Tommy Robinson” went wrong. It went wrong for Stuchbery because Robinson later turned up at Stuchbery’s own home (both houses were in Luton, UK), at which point Stuchbery had a total meltdown. I do not know whether he actually “peed himself”, but I should not be surprised. Remember, this is the Stuchbery who tweeted about how others should “punch Nazis, keep on punching, never stop…”, and said that German “antifa” thugs should travel overseas to attack social nationalists, because “German antifa really know how to crack skulls” (though he himself could not punch his way out of a wet paper bag).

Stuchbery and others want to run those with whom they disagree off Twitter (which they laughably over-value), other online fora too, and also prevent them from getting funding via donations. Stuchbery wants to prevent the freedom of expression of others.

In other words, Stuchbery is a kind of para-terrorist, one who would not say boo to a goose in real life, but wallows in the violence committed by others of a so-called “anti-fascist”, meaning anti-European race and culture, disposition. Moreover, he has a record of incitement. He talks at times as if he is on good terms with security services in Germany. Maybe those departments should take a good look at him (and his German wife).

The latest news is that some odd woman tied up with both “antifa” nonsense and Jew-Zionists has created a GoFundMe appeal on behalf of Stuchbery, supposedly so that he can sue the political activist known as Tommy Robinson.

I have not seen the exact legal basis or bases of the claim proposed, and anyway it has been many years since I was in actual practice at the Bar (though only three years since Jew Zionists procured my disbarment via a malicious complaint: https://ianrmillard.wordpress.com/2017/07/09/the-slide-of-the-english-bar-and-uk-society-continues-and-accelerates/

I prefer not to comment on the proposed legal claim until I read more about the foundations for such claim. I presume that Stuchbery is doing this (the woman mentioned above may be raising funds for him but only Stuchbery himself can actually sue) because:

  • he knows or believes that Tommy Robinson has assets sufficient to satisfy any successful claim;
  • he has seen that others are already suing Tommy Robinson;
  • he thinks, perhaps, that a civil legal action will damage Tommy Robinson by starving him of funds;
  • if successful, Stuchbery will make a great deal more money than he gets at present via online begging or his part-time work in Stuttgart, where he now resides.

Were I the defendant, and leaving aside the potential substantive issues that might be in issue in the proposed case, I suppose that I should focus firstly on the fact that Stuchbery is

  • resident outside the strict jurisdiction (albeit still in the EU);
  • is a foreign national (as I understand, an Australian citizen);
  • has no real or other property in England and Wales;
  • has no means with which to satisfy any judgment on costs or in respect of any counterclaim or setoff that might be claimed by Tommy Robinson, should the Court decide against Stuchbery on one or more issues or otherwise.

I doubt that this claim will get off the ground. I certainly doubt that it will clear the probable first hurdle, as explained above, but we shall see. It appears, however, that plenty of mugs are donating to the said GoFundMe appeal at present.

Having said that, when I was a practising barrister in London in the early-mid 1990s, I knew of Pakistani and other ethnic-minority solicitors (in London, in Luton and elsewhere) who used “English”-sounding names for their small firms. Some of them still owe me money! (Unpaid fees). I am sure that Stuchbery’s solicitor is not like that.

I looked earlier at the GoFundMe appeal set up to collect money for Stuchbery’s proposed legal claim against Tommy Robinson. So far, 262 mugs have donated a total (as of time and date of writing) of £5,209 to start the claim. I wonder whether they or others will donate the rest of the £15,000 asked for? Frankly, I doubt it, though the amount so far raised has been raised in only three days.

I doubt that the proposed lawsuit will either launch or get anywhere.

Further thoughts

The woman who is fundraising for Stuchbery, and who seems to have all day to tweet etc, has tweeted that “As many of you know, Mike Stuchbery is about to sue #TommyRobinson for harassment. He is backed by #ResistingHate and a full legal team.“

A “full legal team”? So that would be someone called Waseem Ahmed and…?

I do not say that “Eve Solicitors” (i.e. Mr. Ahmed) is a one-man-band (though it certainly seems to be), and I cannot say that there are no legal people offering advice etc from the sidelines (what used to be known at the Bar as “cocktail party advice”), but I do know, having been at one time a practising barrister who (in the 1990s) regularly appeared (weekly, at least) in the High Court, as well as in County Courts, and more occasionally other types of court and tribunal (both then and in the 2002-2008 period), that GoFundMe £20,000 will only serve to kick off such a case and claim, if I have understood its likely nature properly. Costs rapidly escalate.

Solicitors vary in their fees, barristers likewise. Simply to issue proceedings in a High Court action (which I suppose the proposed case would probably be) would be several hundred pounds as a minimum, and many thousands of pounds in some cases.

As a rule of thumb, a barrister will get anywhere from (as minimum) £500 a day on a small civil matter in the County Court, up to many thousands of pounds per day for almost any High Court matter, though there is no “limit” as such, and some barristers, eg the top commercial silks (QCs) will be on £10,000 a day or more. The spectrum is very wide.

As those who enjoyed Rumpole of the Bailey will know, a barrister usually gets a “brief fee” (to cover all preparation and the first day, if any, in court), then daily “refreshers”. How much are they? How long is a piece of string?

One of my own last few cases was a County Court commercial matter involving a large amount of cattle feed. Now that it is long ago since I last appeared in court (December 2007; this case was not long before that), I think that I can reveal, by way of illustration, that I was paid, that time, £5,000 as a brief fee and £1,000 a day for refreshers (in fact there were no refreshers, because the matter settled on the first day in court).

I have no real idea how much the case of Stuchbery v. Robinson might cost Stuchbery in legal fees if it is ever pursued to court, but my semi-educated guess (“semi” because I have not been involved with the Bar for over a decade) is that whoever presents it in court (unless doing it for free or on the cheap) will probably want a brief fee of perhaps £5,000 (at least) and (at minimum) £500 per day refreshers. Maybe £10,000 and £1,000 per day. It can be seen that, even at the lower estimate, a 2-week hearing (10 days in court, which this well might be) is going to cost £9,500 for Counsel’s fees alone.

Solicitors’ fees also vary widely. When I myself worked (overseas) for law firms (as an employed lawyer), the firms charged for my work at anything up to USD $500 (or about £400) an hour (I myself didn’t get that, sadly, the firms did); and that was over 20 years ago. I suppose that Stuchbery’s solicitors will not be very expensive, but will probably still charge maybe £50 an hour at absolute minimum. Solicitor case preparation might take hundreds of hours. 100 hours @ £50 p.h. = £5,000.

Then there are what solicitors term “disbursements”, i.e. the expenses of the case such as issue fees, witness expenses, whatever.

You can see how £20,000 can be quickly exhausted…

However, even if Stuchbery’s solicitors (solicitor?) can launch the proposed matter and fund a couple of weeks in court (and don’t forget that the solicitor, if in attendance, will also be charging for his time there), there is the matter of what happens if Stuchbery loses. No, that is not left to chance. The lawyers for the proposed defendant, Robinson, will in that event have to have their costs covered too. Even if they only come to the same level as Stuchbery’s (which I doubt), that puts Stuchbery (and possibly others who have funded the claim) £20,000+ in the hole. It could be a great deal more. Maybe even hundreds of thousands.

Stuchbery is an Australian citizen, maybe also a German one now (I do not know). He has no real property in the UK or, as far as I know, even in Germany, where he now lives. He has no, or no substantial, monies in the UK (or anywhere?). He does not have a substantial income or a full-time job.

On the above facts, and if Robinson applies in court for that, Stuchbery is almost certain to have to provide “security for costs”, i.e. [see above] monies “paid into court” (into a court-controlled account) to cover Robinson’s costs should Stuchbery lose his case. Likewise, on the above facts, that would almost certainly have to be the whole of Robinson’s likely outlay in defending the case. Certainly tens of thousands of pounds. Possibly over £100,000.

If Robinson applies for security for costs, if the court agrees with the application, but then Stuchbery cannot come up with whatever sum is demanded (I cannot think that it would be lower than £20,000; probably far far more), then the claim (the case) will be struck out, possibly with costs awarded to Robinson.

Stuchbery will probably have to raise £40,000+ even to start his case.

I think that my readers will understand better now why I think that Stuchbery has no chance of success regardless of the merits of his case (if any).

Presumably, Stuchbery does understand that, in a case like this, witnesses (he himself, Robinson, others) will have to give evidence, be cross-examined on that, all the while with Stuchbery staying in the UK, perhaps for weeks or even a month or more. Expensive.

Meanwhile, the “Sue Tommy Robinson” GoFundMe set up by Stuchbery’s supporter(s) is running into the sand. The fund is still attracting donations at a daytime rate of about £100 an hour (almost nothing overnight); about £1,000 a day. The rate is slowing and I myself doubt that it will reach its £20,000 target (as I write, the total stands at over £6,600), let alone the £40,000+ really required to seriously launch proceedings in a matter of this sort. Still, time will tell.

I have to concede that it is impressive to see so many donations flood in, mostly at £5 or £10 a time. One every 5-10 minutes as I look this evening. A lot of people don’t like Tommy Robinson. I’m not very favourable to him myself! (I oppose Stuchbery and his type more, though).

I doubt that Stuchbery’s mental health will stand up to what could be an extended civil trial, if it ever gets going. I have blogged previously about the odd fact that so many “antifa” types are on medication for mental problems.

The plot thickens!

I notice that Stuchbery has already deleted his “everybody hates me; I’m going into the garden to eat worms” tweet of last night. He must have forgotten to take his medication. Lucky that I copied the tweet to this blog…

As to the “Letter before Action”, such letters were at one time often the only correspondence inter partes before proceedings were issued. Since the advent of the new Civil Procedure Rules [“CPR”] about 20 years ago, there is laid down a whole pre-action protocols for various types of case: https://www.justice.gov.uk/courts/procedure-rules

I notice that the letter refers only to “harassment” as a head of action (at this stage at least). I notice also that the letter is signed by a solicitor called Mohammed Akhtar. So Eve Solicitors would seem to have at least two lawyers on board.

Speaking personally, this is not an area of law I myself ever dealt with, even after I returned to the practising Bar in 2002 (after 6 years spent away, mostly overseas). It will be noted that the Act itself dates from 1997. The Act covers both criminal and civil proceedings.

However, as a purely civil matter, which this proposed legal action is, it will be heard in the County Court, in all probability, rather than the High Court. The judge can grant an injunction (e.g. restraining the defendant from approaching the claimant or his home, or from doing various acts). The judge is also empowered to award damages.

In this proposed case, the court will not (IMO) order any injunction because the proposed claimant, Stuchbery, lives overseas (and in fact it may be that the proposed defendant, Robinson, has no idea where exactly Stuchbery lives in Germany, meaning his actual address). The Court will not in any event purport to grant an injunction in another jurisdiction. An injunction only affecting England and Wales is possible, but might be considered otiose in a circumstance where Stuchbery is overseas and may never be again in the English jurisdiction.

That leaves damages.

In this case, it may be that Robinson would be able to lay a counterclaim. That will depend on the facts (which I know only in outline, from what I have read).

This case may well require a “window” of several weeks and may be set down for more than 1 week. Perhaps 2 weeks. Perhaps longer (e.g. if there is to be a counterclaim). There may be and probably will be a need to call numerous witnesses.

Despite the Letter before Action, and despite the likelihood that this will be County Court and not High Court, my feeling is that this action will either not proceed, or perhaps may be launched only to founder on the jagged reef of “Security for Costs”. I cannot see that any judge would deny Robinson security for his likely costs, on these facts.

I still think that Stuchbery and his backers are going to have to come up with something nearer to £40,000 to get this matter launched and over the Security for Costs hurdle.

I have decided to publish a separate blog post about Stuchbery’s legal action, to include anything else about his activities that might be of interest. That means that this blog post ends here.

Here we are almost at mid-January 2020, yet so far no sign of either the harassment action threatened against Tommy Robinson by Stuchbery and his cohorts, or even the second fundraising drive for that (disguised as a drive for funds so that Frau Stuchbery can also sue). It will be interesting to see whether either will happen. If not, what happens to the nearly £10,000 already donated to Roanna, “witch of peace”, for Stuchbery’s legal action?

I begin to wonder whether the police and/or Solicitors’ Regulation Authority may not eventually be taking an interest in this crowdfunding activity.

I see on Twitter that “Dr.” Louise Raw, another prolific “antifa” tweeter, seems to think that there will be a defamation action against Tommy Robinson. Not by Stuchbery, I hazard (I suppose that she may be referring to a different potential claimant).

In the meantime, despite claiming on Twitter to have no less than three jobs, Stuchbery, on this Friday morning, seems (what a surprise) not to be working but strolling into town (I presume Stuttgart) to have a leisurely coffee:

Stuchbery again threatening to bring defamation actions across the world, actions that he would be unable to sustain substantively or financially. He’s not exactly a loony, not totally, but not far off. Mentally and politically “disturbed”.

That must be about the 10th time at least that I have seen Stuchbery threaten to bring legal suit in defamation etc against all sorts of people (a while ago, he was claiming that I myself “defame” him; I never received his summons to a defamation action, and never will…).

Oh, and his “planned action” (planned by him and the “antifa” troll Roanna Carleton-Taylor of Derbyshire) has raised £11,644 via GoFundMe, but the last donation (£5) was nearly 3 months ago, and it is clear that I was right: Stuchbery never will sue Tommy Robinson. I have no idea whether Stuchbery, “Roanna” and the Paki-stani one-man solicitor firm will simply divide up the money that mugs donated. Perhaps we shall find out, one day.

As a matter of fact, Stuchbery (or anyone else) ought to have a look at my several articles about the Jew solicitor, Mark Lewis, whom many (mugs) think a great libel lawyer, before threatening me with a defamation action! Playing Devil’s Advocate, though, Monsieur Hewitt is not correct in saying that any libel in my article would, in fantasy libel land, devolve only upon me. If someone republishes (eg retweets) a libel, the retweeter is jointly and severally liable for the libel with the original publisher of the alleged libel and any other republishers. Hey, I might get to know Monsieur Hewitt after all, when Stuchbery sues us both! We can listen to Stuchbery outline his case, as squadrons of flying pigs pass by…

The one thing extra that is interesting me about this typically unimportant Twitter squall in a teacup is that Mike Stuchbery seems to have a number of people supporting him; the sad thing, for him, is that they all seem to be mentally-deficient, marginalized, and both ignorant and fanatical (often with under a hundred Twitter followers; is that even possible these days?!).

I have no idea whether the three stooges will just split the nearly £12,000 donated by hundreds of naive “woke” mugs. I would not be surprised if that had already occurred. If so, it would be not far from being a species of fraud.

Deadhead MPs, An Occasional Series: The Nigel Evans Story

The above exchange reminded me of the existence of Nigel Evans [Con, Ribble Valley], a perfect candidate for my Deadhead MPs series.

Nigel Evans was born in 1957 and will be 62 within a couple of weeks of the appearance of this article. He was born and brought up in Swansea, attending what was, from 1971, a comprehensive school, attended at other times by people as well-known as, or indeed better-known than Evans, among which were numbered an Archbishop of Canterbury (Rowan Williams), at least one other MP (Julian Lewis), and —now long-gone but once a household name— Sir Harry Secombe (d.2001), singer, actor, comedian and Goon. The school no longer exists.

Nigel Evans attended the University of Swansea and, in or about 1979, was awarded a BA in Politics. His only known job before becoming an MP in 1992 is that of assisting his parents in the operation of their corner shop in Swansea. The shop operated as a newsagents and convenience store.

Evans became a county councillor in West Glamorgan in 1985, rising by 1990 to become deputy leader of the Conservative group on the council. 1991 saw Evans step down from that role.

Evans contested two seats unsuccessfully before winning in the usually safe Conservative seat of Ribble Valley in Lancashire in 1992 (the LibDems had held it for a year; Evans had failed to win the 1991 by-election).

As MP, Evans made slow but steady progress. He joined several Commons Select Committees, was PPS to three more senior MPs in turn (including the then shadow Secretary of State for Wales, William Hague) and was in the Shadow Cabinet himself during 2001-2003 (as shadow Secretary of State for Wales). I assume that he is a freemason but admit that I have no direct evidence for that.

As MP, Evans has been a consistent opponent of the National Minimum Wage (is that the small shopkeeper in him coming out?) but is perhaps best known (or was, until he was tried for male rape) for his unusual expenses, claiming up to £400 a month for mobile telephone calls, as well as claiming for no less than four digital cameras in 18 months. Having said that, Evans has been in fact one of the least expensive MPs in terms of expenses.

In 2010, Evans became a Deputy Speaker of the House of Commons. He announced that he was gay later the same year.

In 2013, Evans was charged with counts of male rape and of sexual assault (six of the latter, one of the former), involving seven young men. In 2014, Evans was acquitted at trial on all charges.

Reading the newspaper accounts (see Notes, below) and casting my mind back to TV news reports of the time, I think that Evans was lucky to have been acquitted, overall, but there it is…

I might add that the Guardian reported after the trial that Henry Hendron, a notorious gay barrister since convicted at the Old Bailey of serious crimes and yet, surprisingly (or perhaps not so surprisingly…) not disbarred (again, see Notes, below) is or was a friend of Evans and provided moral support during the rape trial.

Like most “Conservative” MPs, Evans has consistently voted to cut back help for the disadvantaged, eg. State benefits, legal aid etc. Amusingly enough, this backfired on him when he himself needed help!

Ah, there’s nothing like personal experience to teach you a lesson…

There’s nothing much more to say about Nigel Evans, except that, judging by his TV appearances, he has arguably the worst taste in clothing of any male MP (and surely must have the worst sartorial taste of any gay MP!). I tweeted about his clothing once (though that would not usually much interest me), when I had a Twitter account, and to the effect that, on BBC Daily Politics, he looked like Phil Silvers or someone out of a Phil Silvers film. I was tweeted back by a furious member of the Phil Silvers Society!

Evans has maintained a vote-share above 47% since he became MP in 1992; his worst result was still nearly 48% (in 1997), and his latest (2017), at 57.8%, was his best ever, though still below the 60%+ attained by David Waddington in the 1980s. Evans is embedded, so to speak, in Ribble Valley, and looks set to stay until the House of Lords or the Grim Reaper beckon.

So there we are. Nigel Evans, an MP whose only previous experience was a few years as a county councillor and helping to run a corner shop owned by his parents. A true deadhead MP, whose TV appearances show him vainly struggling for mediocrity; he is therefore well-fitted for the Westminster monkeyhouse as it now is.

I think that the answer to his rhetorical question is that so many better-qualified potential candidates, people like me, are weeded out at the MP-selection stage. They are too independent, not facilely “anti-racist” and “anti-sexist” etc, and unwilling to be controlled by a pack of Jew-Zionists. As for myself, I never thought of abandoning my principles and ideals in order to get selected as an MP, though I suppose that it would have been easy enough, if I had been willing to ditch all honour and integrity.

The Latest Boris-Brexit Noise— What Happens Now?

For those new to this blog, I shall briefly outline my view: I have always favoured Leave/Brexit, certainly since about 2010. The EU, which was originally the EEC, a group of nation-states in mainly North and West Europe co-operating together and trading freely, has become a monster.

The EU has allowed millions of non-whites from Africa and Asia to invade its shores. It has encouraged that invasion and has attempted to resettle those millions and their offspring in countries and places. The EU permits Roma Gypsy thieves and scavengers free movement from their nests in Eastern Europe to the West. The EU Commission, the body which really directs the EU (the Parliament providing mainly a mere facade of “democracy”), has had its tame lawyers and most of the tamed EU states pass laws against “holocaust” “denial” etc, which echo the laws against heresy and blasphemy promulgated in the late Middle Ages. It is clear that the EU is on a course, planned from the beginning, of centripetal convergence. The aim is a “European” (meaning geographically European) superstate whose controlled and monitored citizens will be largely non-European and/or of mixed race, as provided for under the Coudenhove-Kalergi Plan:

At the same time, I am extremely opposed to Boris Johnson and his pack of mainly non-British idiots and schemers posing as a Cabinet. They are just a manifestation of ZOG (Zionist Occupation Government).

The above positions have created a conflict, because Boris Johnson has tried to hijack the Leave/Brexit cause, calculating that, in such a polarized political environment, he and the Conservative Party might count on the support of perhaps 50% of the voters, whereas otherwise, Conservative Party electoral support now only amounts to about 35%, at most.

So now, Boris-Idiot has been railroaded into asking the EU for an extension of time, which he has done, despite his brave words about how he would rather “be dead in a ditch” than make any such request.

I suppose that any other Prime Minister of the UK would have complied with the newly-imposed legal requirement; a few might perhaps have considered refusing to comply. Boris is once again unique in having come up with a schoolboy “plan” to send a photocopied letter to the EU, while not signing it! In what world is that the act of a statesman? It is the act of a naughty schoolboy trying to be clever. Did Boris-Idiot think it up alone, or did his mad adviser, Dominic Cummings (see Notes, below) assist?

In any case, surely it is clear to me that merely failing to sign such a letter in such circumstances does not invalidate the request. To take a similar type of case, if two heads of state or government meet to sign a treaty already agreed in all details, is the treaty ineffective if one such VIP, as a joke, signs in invisible ink, or pretends to sign using a pen without ink? To my mind, the answer must be in the negative. The formal signing is merely the public show. True, in that case, the VIP would have at least mimicked the required act. Having said that, who but a charlatan public entertainer posing as politician and statesman would try such a stunt? I can only think of one, off-hand…

In my opinion, the sending of the letter, albeit in rough photocopied format, albeit unsigned by the person posing as Prime Minister, is still a valid request, a valid request from one EU government to the EU, not from one individual. If the Supreme Court of the UK pronounces upon these questions, no doubt they will first be analyzed in detail.

I predicted from the start, as soon as the 2016 Referendum was held, that the EU ZOG/NWO matrix would work to defeat the intention of a majority of the voters. The idea would be either to remain in the EU or to leave in name only. I see no reason to change that view. The Boris “deal” is no better and indeed arguably worse than that finally achieved by Theresa May. Even “No Deal” would be a scam in the hands of Boris and his ZOG/NWO colleagues. The only difference would be a bias toward the USA and not so much toward the EU part of the NWO/ZOG conspiracy/consensus. The ultimate result would be the same.

What now?

Electorally, this in itself may not harm the Conservative Party. Perhaps even the reverse. The “broad masses” of voters are in any case not only interested in Brexit. What is giving support to the Conservative Party is not anything that that party is doing or not doing, but what Labour is doing or not doing. The weakness of Labour is the main factor. The opinion polls are now all very firmly putting the Conservative Party well ahead of Labour, in some cases by more than 10 points. Unless Labour can pull its socks up pretty soon, it is toast, unless events move on the ground: economic collapse, any chaos via No Deal Brexit etc. Even should that happen, it is not clear that Labour would or could reap any electoral benefit. The Conservatives might, in those circumstances, be damaged, but not enough.

What about Brexit Party? My sense is that it has “lost its mojo”. It might get 15% in any general election held soon, it might get only 10%. Enough to take the gloss off any Conservative win, but not enough to prevent it. One should never completely write off the egregious Farage, but in the end he has had no Westminster success, at least to date.

For me, it is clear that a social-national movement must arise. At present it cannot, because the basic conditions do not exist: no germinal social-national party exists, no revolutionary situation which that party might both exploit and command exists.

A few extra thoughts

Twitter is a very unreliable guide to the public mood. If you only took Twitter into consideration, you would imagine that 90% of the population want the UK to remain in the EU (most polls put it at or below 50%).

“Hate”: we hear a lot about “hate” from certain groups, whereas in fact those groups are themselves the chief purveyors of hate:

  • Remain whiners;
  • Jew-Zionists;
  • post-Marxists and pseudo-“socialists”, such as the “HopeNot Hate” and “UAF” crowds.

Not infrequently on Twitter are encountered individuals manifesting all three of the above.

Part of the delusionary tendency of Remain is the idea that people who want out of the EU are poorly-educated, have never travelled (save to somewhere such as Magaluf) and are extremely stupid. I suppose that such ideas bolster the Remain whiners’ sense of self-worth. Sadly for them, their ideas about this are, like their ideas on other subjects, suspect. I myself was once measured at 156 IQ, have a degree from somewhere at least semi-decent, have post-professional qualifications in law (in three countries) etc. I once had a personal library of 2,000+ books, have lived in, worked in or visited dozens of countries, speak a foreign language etc…Should I feel inferior to Remain whiners, most of whom are in every way less intelligent, educated, travelled and experienced than me?

Remain whiners are, in my opinion, often the kind of people who, in the 1950s and thereafter, carefully read books to make sure that how they lived and behaved was certified “U” and not “non-U”. In other words, Remain whinerdom seems to be yet another manifestation of British suburban snobbisme… See, for example, the tweet below

Silly Remain woman comes from Oxfordshire to march (pointlessly) with hundreds of thousands (we are told) of others, contra Brexit. Sees a group of drunks in a pub who claim to be pro-Boris Idiot. That gives her the chance to tweet (the main purpose of the day) about how they are or may be “racist” (which of course would be terrible…). One of the drunks has no teeth. Ha ha! Look at him! What a hillbillie! The woman does not fail to note on her Twitter profile that she worked for the DTI, BBC and Reuters. She forgot to mention that she reads the Observer (well, probably—if she can guess about people, so can I).

As for the “million-strong” march, its effect will be the same as all other large marches in London. Zero.

I should add that, while for me it is important to get out of the EU, my main socio-political focus is on the racial and cultural future of the UK and, beyond the UK, Europe (EU and non-EU). There is no point stopping free movement from the EU if the UK is still going to be importing blacks and brown (etc) in huge number. Another point of huge importance (for the UK and beyond) is the necessity for a “cultural revolution” and chistka.

Actually, she is comedy gold, reading some of her tweets. Dual nationality (UK/USA, apparently), and she celebrates Thanksgiving in Wallingford because she spent 12 years in the USA but “cannot afford” to return there (implying that she wishes that she could).

She apparently stockpiles tinned food (buying extra regularly), in which I am with her— it is a good idea if you can afford to do so and have storage space (see also Dennis Wheatley’s memoirs, Drink and Ink, in which he says that he not only did the same in the years 1938-40, in case food was rationed should war break out, but urged the readers of his newspaper column to follow suit).

As to her recent tweets to the effect that Brexit might result in food shortages, the incompetence of Boris-idiot’s government might indeed cause such shortages now. Her tweets are, however, often just unintentionally funny, as when she cries poverty while also spending over £300 at a go in Waitrose.

Oh, and she thinks that Lord Sumption, until fairly recently a Supreme Court justice, is “a dangerous lunatic”!

I have my own idea as to who might be a dangerous lunatic…and I am not alone in that…

That woman reminds me of several things, such as “why are persons of Jewish origin always alien, ‘strangers in a strange land‘ as the Old Testament has it? More than just strangers; hostile strangers.

Sweden examined, as social democracy becomes multikulti dystopia

This, below, was sent to me earlier this year via “social media” and is about the emergent Swedish dystopia. I reproduce it (with covering note) exactly as I received it:

“I was an exchange student in Sweden a few years back. It was weird, creepy and depressing. There was an ever present ambience of fear in the people. A cult like monoculture of political correctness and complete cognitive dissidence. Cars burning, gang shootings, skyrocketing rape, robbery etc etc etc. This stuff was almost unheard of 20 years ago there. I am ethnically Asian (chopsticks rice… you know a real Asian) that’s why I wanted to see the Nordic culture while I was working on my thesis. I quickly found out that there is more Nordic culture in Minnesota then in Sweden. All I saw were hijabs, kabab kiosks and menacing gangs of MENA kids/dudes roaming the streets. The creepiest part was how the ethnic swedes were reacting to the shitstorm around them. Swedes would talk about anything except for what was relevant. Of course I got called a racist for asking questions. Yeah me the Asian guy who’s married to a Jewish girl with mixed kids. Okay so what’s important in Sweden? Glad you asked: Putting guys in prison for not having a WRITTEN CONSENT when they change sexual positions with ie their wife during sex… I shit you not! Please look it up! How about firing dudes for refusing to wear a pussy hats at work or putting a 75 year old woman in prison for speaking her mind about immigrants sexually assaulting her. Oh yeah let’s not forget about the 91 year old man who got convicted too. Swedish media is so monolithic, controlled and polarized that it make Vox look unbiased. My whole Sweden experience can be summed up as a fucked up Stephen King movie where it is never day or night. Just a somber Kafkaesque fog of melancholy and fear emanating from the walking dead as they lumber around in cold rainy darkness. So depressing. BUT WHY!?”

Forget the Americanisms, the poor grammar, the spelling mistakes etc. I am no longer shocked that something like the above could flow from the pen of someone (anyone) with, as it seems, a “doctorate”. Forget all that. Focus on the main issues.

First of all, I concede that I have never actually been to Sweden, unless you count that time, now amusing for me, when I was refused entry to Sweden at the port of Malmo. Yes, Sweden at that time (1982) actually refused entry even to bona fide visitors, let alone to hordes of migrant-invaders!

This blog post is about more serious general matters than my own occasionally picaresque life experiences, but in outline, I was going to Helsinki and decided to get a ferry from Travemunde Skandinavienkai, which at that time was on the border of the DDR (East Germany) and West Germany [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Travem%C3%BCnde], to Malmo; My idea was then to meander around the whole of the Gulf of Bothnia to Finland, hitch-hiking until I reached Helsinki. The sort of decision one probably has to be quite young (I was 25) to make…Anyway, my “plan” was shattered by a Swedish immigration officer, who decided that I had insufficient funds to be allowed into their social-democratic paradise. I was cast out (in effect deported, back to West Germany) and to this day have never seen Sweden (or Finland) except on TV and film.

I had seen odd TV documentaries about Sweden, and had read one rather critical book in or about 1970, but my idea of Sweden was of somewhere fairly socially advanced, technologically advanced, environmentally conscious etc. Modern shoebox-shaped white concrete and glass institutes, clinics etc, staffed by beautiful blonde girls in white uniforms, would pretty much sum up my idea of the country. This was long before the books and films of the Nordic noirs, of detective Wallander and The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo (which, particularly the Wallander TV series, pretty much ruined my view of Sweden).

Over the past 15 years, not only Wallander etc spoiled my mental view of Sweden and its society. I heard, at second-hand, about the gangs of immigrants making life hell for many Swedes, especially young ones having to interact with the invaders (including “invaders” born in Sweden…) in the neighbourhoods and schools of Gothenburg (Goteborg) and Malmo.

Since then, Sweden has been invaded on an even bigger scale by huge numbers of fake “refugees”, who in many cases actually turned down offers of asylum in Germany and even Denmark in order to reach Sweden.

Not that the invasion by non-Europeans and consequent social near-collapse is confined to Sweden. The Netherlands, Germany, UK, France, you name it.

Sweden, though, seems to have gone mad to an even greater extent than “Western” Europe (Central Europe too). Swedish society has perhaps been softened up by decades of social-democratic and “liberal conservative” government. “Anti-racism”, ever more mad feminism, some bastard progeny of self-flagellating Protestantism turned secular, perhaps.

In fact, a great deal of the whole debate in Sweden about the migration-invasion has been poisoned by such hand-wringing fake altruism. These people take pride in destroying their own race and culture in the name of some secular “saintliness” which is based on them lying to themselves and others. Look:

The Jewish element is at the forefront of the encouragement of migration-invasion. There are quite a number of Jews in Sweden, mostly in Stockholm. It was noteworthy that, months ago when Central London was first closed down by Extinction Rebellion, the police response was pathetic. More than that, there were some police officers appearing to enjoy themselves and dancing with the protesters! This is one result of the slow but advancing politicization of the police and other public services. As far as the police are concerned, we have seen how police forces have attempted to police social media, including expression of “politically incorrect” opinion. It was very strange to see the police non-response to the first big Extinction Rebellion protest (attack on London) months ago. Much criticism about the police uselessness attached (again…) to Cressida Dick personally. In this second protest, many more arrests have been made (at last count, over 600) but those arrested are mostly bailed and most of those come straight back to the streets…

There is something not quite right here. So, Esther McVey. What do we know about her?

The bare bones are that Esther McVey has an LL.B. from one university, an MA from another, and a “corporate governance” M.Sc. from a third. I tend to think that people who have several degrees are either brilliant or are semi-idiots wanting to look good on paper, and usually the latter. I was once slightly acquainted with an African ex-High Commissioner who had degrees from Oxford, as well as either Yale or Harvard (I forget which) and the Sorbonne. A complete idiot…

Esther McVey is at time of writing a few days short of 52 years old. Her Wikipedia entry seems almost deliberately confused or misleading in part (which makes me wonder how much of it she edited personally).

Esther McVey seems to have graduated from the —at-the-time not very prestigious— Queen Mary College, East London in 1988 or 1989 (a decade or so later it became part of the University of London). Why she, from the Liverpool area, decided to study in an unfashionable part of London, I have no idea. It may be that she wanted to be in London and nowhere else offered her a place. Her degree was in law (level of degree awarded not known). She did not, however, continue either to the Bar or to the solicitors’ profession; neither did she seek or take any salaried appointment outside her family’s business (a demolition and site-clearance business in the Liverpool area). In fact, McVey was a director of the family business later, from 2000 to 2006, though her father has said that “she was there in name only”, which is a strange idea of the fiduciary and other duties of a company director. Perhaps she did not understand (that is rather a habit of hers). Still, there it is.

Though Esther McVey set up a couple of unsuccessful and/or publicly-funded small businesses (thus enabling her to claim on Wikipedia etc that she had been a “businesswoman” before becoming an MP), her main activity from 1991 and for much of the 1990s was being a TV presenter for both BBC and ITV, the high point being, apparently, co-presenting “GMTV” (ITV breakfast show) with that ignorant Irish slug Eamonn Holmes [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eamonn_Holmes].

I have no idea how she got into that kind of work, though I notice that, at the time, her boyfriend was a TV producer. She has a Liverpudlian accent that seems, at times, impenetrable.

McVey was removed as MP for Wirral West in 2015 by the electors, many of whom described her, perhaps understandably, as “McVile”. She was then handed a well-paid sinecure for 2 years by her cronies and their cronies, as Chair of the British Transport Police Authority [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/British_Transport_Police_Authority], an organization and activity about which stupid McVey knew absolutely nothing (and probably still knows nothing). We talk about corruption in Africa or Asia, but what to make of an appointment like that?!

McVey was then, almost beyond belief, selected as Conservative candidate for the safe Conservative seat of Tatton, vacated by part-Jew ex-Chancellor of the Exchequer, George Osborne. She returned to Parliament in 2017.

God knows why. Housing is vitally important at present, but that merely begs the question: why appoint a deadhead like McVey to that portfolio?

Esther McVey was an example of a whole phenomenon which grew up since 1997: MPs lucky even to be MPs, and who became MPs because they were once on TV (eg Esther McVey, Gloria de Piero, Anna Soubry), or because they once wrote cheap novels (Louise Mensch— remember her, the drug abuser and “ho”?) etc, but who were unable even to function properly as MPs before being promoted, incredibly, to ministerial and even Cabinet positions.

Now? Well, deconstructing her CV, she has never had a real job (a real one, not the fake ones on her CV such as pretending to have been a director of her father’s demolition business, or a “businesswoman”); save for her TV presenter years. A Few Words About Labour’s Chances Now

I was so pleased that Alison Chabloz got bail this afternoon (after having had to spend three days in prison) that I nearly forgot to blog about Labour’s recent conference, which ended yesterday.

[On Alison Chabloz, by the way, she is free pending appeal, which will not be heard for months in all likelihood. In the meantime, she can post on her website, sing songs, whatever. It seems that her bail is unconditional. She has now spent a total of 5 days or part-days in prison or in court on the breach of condition matter. That means that even if she fails on appeal (which itself will be another day taken off any time to be served in prison), she will only have 22 days to serve including day of release. So really 21 days. Unpleasant but bearable for her, though perhaps not for her persecutors, who have been desperate for their pound of flesh.]

So back to Labour and its chances in the upcoming general election.

I think that we have to start from the baseline that Labour is now a joke. There always were joke elements in Labour, thinking of that old hypocrite Michael Foot and his “donkey jacket” etc. Corbyn in some respects personifies that late 1970s or 1980s Labour. As I have blogged previously, Corbyn is a familiar English “type”, the middleaged-to-elderly and probably white-bearded “socialist”, with his “Lenin” cap and copy of (in the past anyway) the Morning Star, Tribune or at least The Guardian; to be found at allotment gardens, socialist commemorations such as the Durham Miners’ Gala or the annual remembrance of the Tolpuddle Martyrs, at steam rallies or heritage railway stations. I think of Corbyn as one of those Edwardian caricatures, with an outsize head and a little descriptive and humorous caption.

The picture I have of Corbyn is more the amiable type described above than the Corbyn of the 1980s, of the IRA sympathies and crypto-Communism. Like so many of his type then, Corbyn must have found it hard to reconcile the “Green Fascism” (as some term it) of the Provos with the “social rights” bleating of the inner-city Labour Party, let alone whatever back-of-postcard “Marxism-Leninism” Corbyn may have picked up from his truncated course (he dropped out after a year) in Trade Union Studies at North London Poly: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jeremy_Corbyn#Early_life , and then to mix that in with some attachment to the British form of representative Parliamentary democracy.

Again, I have tweeted and (after the Jews had me expelled from Twitter) blogged from 2016 about Corbyn’s rather poor intellectual and cultural level, how he is a poor leader (in fact, no leader at all), and about his cartoon political level: “Jews good, Zionism bad; wars bad except for the war against Hitler’s Germany and any wars conducted by Marxists”; “The Battle of Cable Street” in which “the people of East London” “defeated” Mosley and the [British Union of] Fascists; “!No pasaran!” (and other pathetic misunderstandings of the politics of the 1930s).

It is easy to laugh at Corbyn as a politician or generally, though if he is thought unfit to lead a major party or the British government, then he is no more so than have been others, such as David Cameron-Levita, Theresa May or, now, Boris-Idiot.

As the days go on, it is clear that very few people in this country think that Boris Johnson is a fit and proper person to be Prime Minister. Every day that goes by reduces him as a prime ministerial, let alone statesmanlike, figure. It has nothing to do with Brexit. I favour Brexit. I do not favour Boris-Idiot, who is doubling down on Brexit as the only way to keep a bloc or constituency of voters voting Conservative. Johnson’s Cabinet is entirely composed of Conservative Friends of Israel members, who want to impose a ZOG/NWO tyranny on the UK. Most of them are also complete deadheads.

I believe that, for several years now, the voters have been voting against the party they hate most, rather than for the party they support most.

What are Labour’s positive points for voters? What are the negative points?

Labour has a number of policies which might appeal to those voters not completely hostile: promises to tenants, the young generally, the elderly generally, commuters, those faced with ever-higher utility bills etc.

As to the negatives, well, I did not watch much of the recent Labour Party Conference on TV, but a few things did strike me. I saw a wild-eyed and fanatical young man (in fact he looked completely mad) who wanted to abolish all independent schools (was he a teacher? Good grief! I suppose that that is why the main teaching union is called NUT). I also saw the delegates vote to, in effect, open Britain’s borders to almost all immigrants, as well as keep free movement of labour (in reality, that would include “Roma” Gypsy thieves and scavengers) within the EU, as part of keeping the UK within the EU. They also voted to allow all immigrants to receive State benefits, to work, and to vote.

Opinion polls are strongly against abolition of independent schools and against open borders. Most voters also oppose more immigration. The Labour policies (not yet official) would mean yet further hordes of backward immigrants from all over the world coming to the UK, either being supported by the State or driving down pay levels (probably both), occupying housing sorely needed for British people, using stretched services such as NHS, schools, trains, roads etc. Those immigrants would be able, if Labour were in power, to vote (so no truly British party would have a chance), and to import “family members”, so increasing the non-white population even more. Those would then breed. It would mean the end of this country as a decent place for white British people.

Then we look at who would be in a Labour Cabinet. We have already mentioned Corbyn. What about this absurd drunken “ho”?

When you look at all the negatives, you can see why even those who hate or mistrust the Conservatives are often now unwilling to vote Labour. These deadheads in the highest seats of government…and voting for even more mass immigration. Nein danke.

The opinion polls are all over the place, and in the past month have veered from giving the Conservatives a Commons majority of 200 right through to Labour being largest party but without a majority. Incredibly, Boris-Idiot is still way ahead of Corbyn as Prime Minister material. Truly, Eton and Oxford are the materials that make stupidity shine! Even unpleasant Jo Swinson is ahead of Corbyn, though!

The Survation poll above puts the Conservatives as largest party but (via Electoral Calculus https://www.electoralcalculus.co.uk/userpoll.html) a huge 54 votes short of a majority (but with the LibDems on 61 seats, a second Con Coalition is possible). The ComRes poll puts Labour ahead, but even further from a majority: 57 short. The LibDems under Jo Swinson have ruled out a coalition with Labour under Corbyn (a sign of how embedded the Jewish lobby now is in the LibDems), but Labour could still just about form a minority government with the votes of SNP, Plaid, Green and some Northern Irish MPs.

Conclusion

Boris Johnson is trying to weaponize Brexit in the hope that it can be his chariot back to power and with a majority. It might work. Certainly, without the Brexit vote, Johnson is toast, the Conservative Party is toast.

Labour has almost caught up with the Conservatives in the opinion polls. That seems to augur well for Labour in the sense that it means that a complete collapse is less likely despite the contempt in which many voters seem to hold the party. As always in the UK, the FPTP voting system, the contrived boundaries of constituencies and the existence of “safe seats” (a high majority of seats are considered “safe” in most circumstances) make the election hard to call. At present, I think that a hung Parliament is still the most likely result. A majority for the Conservatives is also possible. Labour? Hard to be dogmatic, but their best result would probably be to be largest party in the Commons, with a plurality but not majority of seats.

This is certainly going to be a vote-winner for Labour as well as being the only right and proper thing to do. Having said that, most people likely to be benefited (literally) by this policy either vote Labour already or do not vote. Only complete idiots would vote Conservative or LibDem if they are reliant on State benefits; they would be turkeys voting for Christmas. Will others, floating voters not on benefits, vote Labour because of this? Some might, but in my view not enough to be very significant electorally, though I might be wrong.

The latest opinion poll published (by YouGov, from work done 3-4 days ago, so not quite up-to-date in a fast-moving and volatile political environment).

That would give the Conservative Party a Commons majority of perhaps 48. However, the two other recently-published polls (see above), which were far more favourable to Labour, took their soundings on the same days as did YouGov. Just shows how uncertain is the public mood now.

Of course, the Jews want rid of Corbyn and having been trying to depose him for 4 years now, using every lever of influence they have in the msm, as well as over many suborned Labour Party MPs (eg Tom Watson). That despite Corbyn having paid lip service to the “holocaust” fakery etc.

Having said that, there is no doubt that Corbyn is not resonating as much as he might with former Labour voters. The Jewish lobby campaign against Corbyn has, of course, had an effect, though that is not the whole story. Corbyn is associated with the kind of Labour stances that most English people (especially) instinctively know are detrimental to them: mass immigration, fake “equalities” laws, backward-looking 1980s Labour Party socialism etc.

That is rather unfair (it was Tony Blair’s social-democratic Labour that imported the really huge waves of recent immigration after 1997, for example), but there it is. The people have the instinctive feeling that Corbyn-Labour is somehow anti-British (though I myself see it as no more so —in some ways less– than “centrist” pro-Israel Blairite Labour, or indeed the Zionist-ruled “Conservative Party).

Ultimately, my view is the Labour and Conservative parties are both sliding. A new wave will rise up.

What I take away from the tweet, mainly, is the first sentence: many (most?) people that that lady meets think that she is basically silly (and in the minority?) for supporting Corbyn-Labour. The tweeter’s Twitter profile reveals that she is from Leeds, which has 8 MPs, 5 of whom are Labour MPs. I do not know Leeds, but know that it is not natural Corbyn territory: e.g. the highest ratio of private to public sector jobs of any major UK city (77% private, 23% public). Leeds is (officially) 85% “white”.

The Persecution of Alison Chabloz: Latest News From The Kangaroo Courts

The satirical singer-songwriter Alison Chabloz has been imprisoned.

Yesterday, 23 September 2019, Alison Chabloz was sentenced, at Chesterfield Magistrates’ Court, Derbyshire, to 8 weeks’ imprisonment for breach of condition of the suspended sentence which was pronounced in June of 2018. The oddest aspect of that is that that particular condition was a “social media” ban lasting one year, so it actually expired in mid-June 2019. For the entire year, i.e. up to mid-June 2019, Alison Chabloz did not post on what everyone (except, it seems, minor “judges” —formerly called stipendiary magistrates— in the magistrates’ courts of Derbyshire) regards as “social media”, fora such as Twitter, Facebook, GAB etc. She did, however, continue to comment on her own WordPress website blog, on which she had disabled the readers’ comments section.

It is, admittedly, a long time since I was a practising barrister (2008) but certainly I have never seen a legal definition of what is or is not “social media”, by which I mean one accepted by the higher courts. What I do know is that virtually no-one thinks of a person’s own website as “social media”.

Apparently, the required Notice of Breach was only sent to Alison Chabloz after the year-long “social media” ban had actually expired! In other words, she was allowed (should she wish to and be able to) to post on Facebook or Twitter etc at any time after mid-June 2019; the Notice of Breach referred back to the time when the “social media” ban had been in place. It was like someone warning a second person, as it were, in arrears, in such terms as “do not breach this condition but you can breach the condition now or in future (because it has expired), just don’t breach it in the past”! It was a nonsense “warning”, in short.

Background

In fact, it is clear that the moving force behind this latest persecution-prosecution of Alison Chabloz had almost nothing to do with the privatized probation people, who are obviously just “pay peanuts get monkeys” doormats. The malicious Jew-Zionist “charity”, the “Campaign Against Anti-Semitism” or “CAA”, has in fact admitted that it was their pressure on the Ministry of Justice and on (now-washed-up) politician (MP, Secretary of State for Justice and so joke “Lord Chancellor” until July 2019) David Gauke, that caused the probation monkeys and the CPS suddenly (after more than a year…) to get agitato about Alison Chabloz continuing to post on her own blog website. Gauke is now sitting as Independent MP, having recently been sacked by the Conservative Party. He is married to a woman called Rachel, a lawyer, and lives in the “Borshch Belt” of South Hertfordshire, near London. He is, or has been, a noted expenses-blodger. A freeloader. He was an active member of Conservative Friends of Israel. His political career is now washed-up.

Despite that, it seems that some of the Jew-Zionists gleefully discussing the matter on Twitter have not quite had their pound of flesh. They want Alison Chabloz to be imprisoned for longer, suffer more etc.

The “CAA” admits to interfering in the probation conditions of Alison Chabloz (see above). The CAA was also the instigator of the original case against her, which was later taken over by the CPS. It was during the preliminary proceedings being taken by the CAA against Alison Chabloz that Stephen Silverman, “Head of Investigations and Enforcement” at the CAA, was exposed as a sadistic and pseudonymous troller of (mainly) women online, Alison Chabloz being one such. It seems that what happened here is that the CAA or its contacts pressured venal David Gauke in some way. He, at the time, was Secretary of State for Justice (absurd though that was); Gauke then wrote to his officials in the Ministry of Justice, who then gave both the CPS and the privatized probation monkeys a kick. Says a lot about “justice” in contemporary Britain…

So what now for Alison Chabloz?

Well, the sentence handed down was imprisonment for 8 weeks. Alison Chabloz will thus be in prison for 4 weeks minus the day of trial and the day of the preliminary appearance. By my calculations, she should be free on —or possibly before— 19 October 2019, having spent 26 days —possibly fewer— in prison.

Those days will be spent, it seems (subject to confirmation), at Foston Hall, Derbyshire, a closed prison for women. That sounds grim, but the place seems to be a more serious kind of Girls of Radcliff Hall boarding establishment (the former aspect not too literally, I’m sure).

After Alison has spent her mandated 3-4 weeks in prison, she will be free (as I understand the sentence handed down yesterday) to post both on her own website and on “social media” (as until yesterday understood) because, as explained here above, her “social media” ban expired in June 2019 anyway.

The unpaid work part of the original sentence (i.e. the most obviously punitive part of it) has already been chucked in the bin. The original conviction and sentence itself is now going to judicial review, having failed on appeal at Crown Court level; it may be that yesterday’s decisions will be joined to that review; Adrian Davies, Counsel for Alison Chabloz, has told the newspapers that yesterday’s verdict and sentence will be appealed. In the meantime, Alison is sitting in prison. Whether her legal people can get her released on bail pending appeal or review, I do not know.

Whatever happens in respect of appeal or judicial review, Alison Chabloz will be back posting views and, perchance, songs next month. “They” may be crowing over “their” victory, but what goes around comes around. Already, months ago, some quite high-profile Jews have tweeted (and in one or two cases, published in the Press) their view that Alison Chabloz should not have been prosecuted at all because her public profile has thus been raised greatly. Such persecution also awakens the sleeping masses to the Zionist strategy of trying to destroy freedom of expression in the UK.

The Zionists and their (often mentally-afflicted) “antifa” “useful idiots” have been waging a campaign to destroy Alison Chabloz’s access to online donation platforms (by making “complaint” to those websites), but that is a mere inconvenience which will not stop her.

One thing is sure: if Alison Chabloz was determined to pursue her ideals and beliefs before, she must now be absolutely determined to nail them to public consciousness.

As explained above, it now appears that Alison is at HMP New Hall prison in West Yorkshire. See below for information about that prison, again a closed prison. The authorities seem to have resources aplenty to make sure that Alison is in very secure conditions, unable to terrorise “them” by singing further songs for a few weeks! It appears that over a third of prisoners at New Hall are (notionally) sentenced to 4+ years and that a small number are even doing life sentences! I wonder what bureaucrat thought to send Alison Chabloz (a singer-songwriter sentenced, in our “free country”, to a notional 8 weeks), to such a place of incarceration? Was it deliberate, to try to make her 3+ weeks of actual imprisonment seem harder? Who, I wonder, was the decision-maker? What was his or her motive?

It seems that Counsel for Alison Chabloz, Adrian Davies, is going to try to get Alison bail pending appeal and so will be making preliminary application before the same District Judge (Criminal), District Judge Taaffe, today. The chances are that that will be refused, but after today application can be renewed in front of a real judge (a Circuit Judge), probably at Derby Crown Court, with at least a reasonable chance of success, bearing in mind that

  • the sentence (in reality less than 4 weeks) is short enough that any appeal would probably not come on before Alison has completed her 26 days in prison, thus rendering the appeal otiose;
  • the probation people, on the relevant form, were expressly not thinking in terms of a custodial sentence (indeed had, literally, ticked another box); the “judge” did have discretion to ignore that fact, but only if he did so reasonably;
  • a judicial review of the original sentence and subsequent appeal is already lodged.

Alison Chabloz has already blogged in brief about her time “inside”. Turns out that the Jew knowalls tweeting about how she would be subjected to “the full Prisoner Cell Block H experience” could not have been further from the mark!

“All in all, my third experience of loss of liberty was the least unpleasant thus far. Indeed, compared to my first two lock-ups in November 2016 (six hours) and in October 2017 (48 hours) both in police cells, my short time at HMP New Hall was a joy ride.

Being in need of a good rest (not having been able to enjoy a few days’ holiday thanks to my aborted trip to Paris last month), I lazed, feet up; watched the news and a couple of films; drank endless cups of tea and vaped nicotine, in moderation…“

Update, 6 October 2019

I believe that Alison Chabloz is expecting to have her main appeal, in fact a judicial review of the decisions of the lower courts (Westminster Magistrates’ Court and Southwark Crown Court), heard by the Divisional Court, i.e. in effect the High Court  (presumably at the Royal Courts of Justice in London), on 31 October 2019.

It may be (and I am assuming that such is the case) that Alison’s appeal against the (now partly-served) 8-week imprisonment sentence for breach of condition, handed down by Chesterfield Magistrates’ Court recently, will be joined to the application set down for the 31st.

If the review is successful as a whole, then the prison sentences (suspended and immediate) will fall. If not, and if the consequential immediate imprisonment sentence is left unchanged, then Alison will be returned to prison to complete her sentence, which by my calculations would be a further 21 days actually in the prison.

Beyond that, the only date of importance in relation to Alison’s case would be 14 June 2020, which is when the 2018 suspended sentence ceases to have effect. 8 months from now, Alison will be free from the legal effects of the CAA’s chicanery and will no doubt be singing in satire once again.

The main news is that, by order of a judge at Derby Crown Court last week, the appeal against the conviction and sentence for breach will be heard in January 2020 before that court. I should have thought that it would be logical to join that to the judicial review hearing presently set down for 31 October 2019, i.e. one week from today, but maybe I am missing some procedural reason why that cannot be done. I have not practised at the Bar for 11 years now, and not appeared on a judicial review (which at one time I did about once weekly) for 24 years! Tempus fugit…

Pack of Jew-Zionist trolls, sub nom “Gnasher Jew”, supporting “Conservative” General Election candidate Robert Largan.

Largan is contesting High Peak, Derbyshire, but is otherwise an accountant who works for Marks & Spencer. His apparent fervent support for Zionist Jewry may be misplaced in that constituency. We shall find out on 12 December.

“Gnasher Jew” again repeats the lie that Alison Chabloz was “imprisoned for hate speech”, when in fact she was given a suspended sentence at Westminster Mags in June 2018 in respect of some amusing songs satirizing “holocaust” hoaxes and fakery, as well as Zionism.

The conviction and sentence is now subject to judicial review (in effect, appeal) this very day in the Administrative Court (High Court) in London.

Her brief imprisonment for breach of one condition of that sentence, imposed more recently at Chesterfield Mags, is also being appealed and that appeal will be heard at Derby Crown Court in January 2020. In the meantime she is free on bail and free to post songs and comment; on paper, she still has about 19 days to serve in respect of that latter sentence, having spent three days in prison and a few days in court.

Following the failure of the judicial review application on 31 October 2019, the next court date for Alison Chabloz will be her appeal against the notional 8 weeks’ imprisonment for breach of sentence condition handed down at Chesterfield Mags. The appeal will be heard in January 2020 at Derby Crown Court.

Alison Chabloz will be at Derby Crown Court on 10 January 2020 to attend her appeal hearing against the 8 week sentence handed down by Chesterfield Mags in respect of a charge of breach of condition of her original sentence.

In theory, Alison might, if unsuccessful, face being imprisoned for the remainder of her 8 week sentence (in reality, it was 4 weeks actually in prison, minus days in court, meaning about 23 days, of which she has now served 3 days).

The Crown Court might allow her appeal. If not, then it can impose whatever sentence it decides upon, which might be custodial or non-custodial, and which might be a greater or lesser term than the ~19 days which are presently “outstanding”.

Alison Chabloz was at Derby Crown Court for the hearing of her appeal against both conviction and sentence for “breach of condition”. The judge was told that “a voluble lobby” (((lobby))) was persecuting her. The judge wants evidence of that [see below!]

The matter has been adjourned until 25 June 2010, and set down for two days.

In an unexpected move (well, unexpected to some), Alison Chabloz, having been released until 25 June on unconditional bail, was then arrested by Derbyshire police drones outside Derby Crown Court, in respect of the (bad law) Communications Act 2003, s.127 (brought in under Blair’s elected tyranny).

I think that we can guess (((what))) and even (((who))) is behind this latest manipulation of the UK police and English law. Further to the main article, David Gauke, the joke “Lord Chancellor”/Secretary of State for Justice (until someone was got at, her alleged “breach of condition” was not going to be prosecuted) lost his Commons seat at the recent General Election. At least that’s one disgusting corrupt blot removed from Parliament. He will not suffer much though, I regret to say. He ripped off the taxpayers royally via fraudulent or semi-fraudulent expenses over the years, and still lives in the South Hertfordshire “Borshch Belt” with his wife (a lawyer called Rachel…) and is, no doubt, scarcely feeling the pinch. He was a very mediocre solicitor prior to becoming an MP, but no doubt “they” will get him a well-paid sinecure in the City of London. Still, one gone.

Further update, 11 January 2020, 1500 hrs

Yesterday’s (10 January 2020) hearing at Derby Crown Court was presided over by HH Judge Egbuna, who remarked that it was “vital” to ascertain whether the decision of the National Probation Service to press for prosecution of Alison Chabloz on the ground of breach of condition had been taken “professionally” or whether the decision had been a result of “political motivation”.

The judge was informed by Prosecution Counsel that the decision to proceed with a prosecution (and so trial for breach) was not taken or initiated by Alison Chabloz’s probation officer, as would be the normal situation; neither was that decision taken by his supervisor. It was the decision of someone above those levels.

Sounds as though the judge is seriously worried by possible interference in the judicial and quasi-judicial processes by (((someone))) or (((some organization)))…

The judge declared that Alison’s trial could not proceed until it had been established on what basis or bases the decision to prosecute had been taken, and by whom. The matter has now been adjourned until 25 June 2020.

That, however was not the end of (((their))) manipulations for the day. Alison Chabloz was arrested at court and taken to Derby Police Station, where she was “interviewed” (interrogated) by detectives about a complaint made by (((   ))). At length, late in the evening, she was given police bail until a date in February, but only on the condition that she not post on her blog or even (unsure; I await further details) the Internet itself. That disgraceful “police-state” prohibition will, I apprehend, be challenged in court before very long.

Well, there we have it. A contrived “complaint” with the sole (main) aim of preventing Alison Chabloz from exercizing her right to free speech (which right “they” have almost destroyed in the UK, aided by “me too” rabbits on Twitter and elsewhere). What other objective? Well, I suppose that it also inconvenienced Alison Chabloz, and their little minds love to do things like that, as witness the false and malicious complaint the same “people” made about me three years ago:

Update, 6 September 2020

Well, here we are, a year since Alison Chabloz spent a couple of days in a not-uncomfortable women’s prison before getting out on bail pending appeal.

A lot of water has passed under the bridge since then, as I have explained in other blog posts, but the most relevant fact pertaining to this blog post is that, a few months ago, the Crown Prosecution Service informed Derby Crown Court that the CPS would not be opposing Alison’s appeal.

In short, Alison Chabloz beat both the CPS and the malicious Jew-Zionist “charity”, the so-called Campaign Against Antisemitism, which had instigated all persecution and prosecution(s) against Alison.

Alison will therefore not be returning to prison to serve the unserved 2 weeks or so of her sentence. In simple terms, she won.
