As I have blogged previously, we are rapidly approaching the very significant year 2022, 33 years after the last such year (1989). It will be recalled that, in 1989, several trends ceased to be a main part of the “furniture” or “structure” of the world: notably, socialism in various guises, and the strength of the Arab/Muslim oil-rich bloc. Likewise, other trends stepped up: the New World Order, in particular.
Now we see, not only in the UK but worldwide, a push by the transnational “conspiracy” to force a biosecurity police state on the population(s): the facemask nonsense, the largely-ineffective vaccines (with “need” for constant monitoring, testing, and tracking of the population); the shutting down of electricity supplies, deliberately-engineered food shortages etc.
On Twitter, many of the Twitter-twits blame Brexit for the above. How can that be so, when countries such as Norway, Australia etc are affected as badly or worse than the UK? I have never met either of the above individuals. Moreover, I do not “support” either, as such, and I do not oppose either, as such. Nick Griffin did well to turn the BNP into a machine capable of at least winning a few EU and local election seats prior to 2010. As for Mark Collett, I like what little I see online about Patriotic Alternative, inasmuch as they are at least doing things on the ground, even if those activities are only going on hikes and putting up banners at various places.
It is hard for an outsider like me to come to any firm view as to whether one or the other is more or less worthy or meritorious. I cannot think that either of those sides or groups is “what Britain needs”, as such, but “all roads lead to Rome” is, I suppose, my basic attitude.

People generally tend to think of Sovietism as having come into being purely under conditions of political violence. Having said that, “Philly” has always had a rough underside. When I was with my first wife (a Federal employee), driving in Philadelphia after watching a baseball game at the old Veterans’ Stadium in (I think) 1990, along with her colleagues (an annual office outing), we saw a mugger grab a woman’s handbag and run away fast. Looking at his recent tweets, it seems that his political views are less radical than mine, now (in fact, I have no idea exactly what his were “back in the day”).
I met the 1970s cartoonist a few times when I was a member of the League of St. George (1976-1978). That 1970s Edwards was, if I recall aright, a medical student or medical school drop-out. I hear stories about NHS inattention and/or negligence constantly. The work of the more dedicated NHS people is weakened by a system grown complacent, and by the fact that for most UK people there is no choice. A judge has a measure of discretion, but that judicial discretion must be exercized both lawfully and (in the strict legal sense) reasonably.
