Today I reflect on the General Election and its aftermath.
I am not, nor have I ever been, a member of any of the System parties, and I did not, as such, support any of the System parties in this election.
In my Polling Day blog, I made the point that the opinion polls, with their variations and taking into account error margins, might have meant either a Conservative majority of over 100 or a hung Parliament with the misnamed “Conservatives” as short of a majority as -40.
I felt that the election was impossible to call, but at the same time felt a responsibility to the readers of this blog (not a huge number, but today I have had, so far, about 250 hits from about 100 different people, apparently situate in the UK and US, Germany, Hong Kong, various other states, even Burkina Faso) to make a judgment call.
I was wide of the mark. I thought that either the “Conservatives” would get a majority of perhaps 10 MPs, or that the election would produce a hung Parliament.
In respect of the other parties, I was closer: I said that the SNP would return with over 50 MPs (48), that the LibDems would get fewer than 10 (11) and that Brexit Party, stabbed in the back by its own leader and founder, would just implode and get no MPs (exactly correct).
Labour
I have blogged repeatedly that all the main (System) parties in the UK have run beyond their properly-allotted time.
The tweet below is from a mentally-disturbed “antifa” person who used to troll me, or about me, endlessly when I was on Twitter, but I agree with him on this point:

Labour failed in this election because, firstly:
There had been, for 4 years prior to the election, a campaign on radio, TV, in the Press, on social media by —mainly— Jew-Zionists against Corbyn and Labour.
The Jewish campaign against Corbyn intensified after Boris Johnson (himself, inter alia, part-Jew) called this election.
The Jewish campaign included a rant by Chief Rabbi (I prefer Chief Pharisee) Ephraim Mirvis, who talked about “our nation losing its soul”. What nation? Mirvis was born in South Africa, spent most of his life in Israel, moved to Ireland in the 1980s or 1990s and only washed up on UK shore in the mid/late 1990s.
All the (as Rupert Murdoch said several years ago, Jewish owned or run) “British” Press was part of the campaign against Corbyn to a greater or lesser extent.
Labour policies were scarcely put to the voters in the mainstream media.
In addition:
Labour has for some many years been becoming, not entirely but to a large extent, the party of the “blacks and browns”.
Labour favours something close to “open borders”; disastrously wrongheaded
Diane Abbott: Labour minders put her in near-Purdah during the campaign but she must have been worth a million or more votes…to the Conservatives…

She seems to imagine that the Grenfell matter, unpleasant as it was, remains some kind of major concern for the British people, who mostly felt sorry for the victims but understood that many of them were not even supposed to be in the UK (were not lawfully resident here). Emma Dent Coad is now an ex-MP, because she did not understand that.
There is a kind of echo chamber on Twitter, Facebook etc, which makes the Labour partisans blind to realities, not least because former tweeters such as myself are expelled from Twitter (since mid-2018 in my case, after having been conspired against by an unholy alliance of Zionist Jews and “socialist” Labour supporters).
Look at the tweet below, posted by “Dr.” Louise Raw (apparent main activity: tweeting all day, like so many “antifa” types). She correctly points out the exploitative finance-capitalist regime which will now intensify under Boris-idiot, but thinks that the answer is “unions”, which after the 1980s became useless. Mass immigration killed them as effective organizations, just as mass immigration is killing the NHS, congesting rail and road, making schools burst at the seams etc. Yes, doctors and nurses are imported in large numbers (why are we not training our own?) but immigrants are also huge users of NHS services. Labour lost out in the North and Midlands partly because there is no industrial proletariat left. Also, why would the present Northern and Midlands masses vote for the party of blacks such as David Lammy, Diane Abbott, Kate Osamor, Dawn Butler? Why? There is no reason…
Labour activists and leaders (Corbyn, McDonnell) seem to be “anti-Israel”, but still willing to parrot Israeli/Jewish “holocaust” nonsense etc. Cognitive dissonance.
Labour’s Jewish and Zionist MPs were still attacking Corbyn even during the campaign. Sex pest depressive and ex-MP John Woodcock joined up with expenses cheat fraud and ex-MP Ian Austin to trash Labour.
Why would people vote for nasty “antifascist” thugs like John McDonnell? No reason…
Brexit: this was in fact not a reason not to vote Labour and the post-Election polling supports that, except that Brexit was to some extent a code, which meant STOP IMMIGRATION! Is Labour listening? No.
As a matter of fact, despite all of the above (and more), 32.2% of the voters that voted still voted Labour.
A third of the British people that bothered to vote, and so more than a third of the voting England-resident population (though including blacks and browns) voted for Labour despite the tsunami of Jewish or Jewish-directed propaganda fed to them in the Press, and on BBC, Sky News etc.
The future
54% of 18-24 year olds voted Labour. Labour may have a chance of rebirth there, but unless it hits much harder against embedded Zionism in the UK, rotting away our msm, our institutions, law, politics etc, Labour will be wasting its time.
Labour would have done much better in this election, maybe even won, had there not been this constant Jewish-Zionist attack day after day after day.
Conservatives
Former Conservative MPs, ministers, even a Prime Minister (John Major) etc begged the public to think before voting and to vote Labour or at least not Conservative! That failed. Why?
the appeal was to thought; the “moronic masses” operate mainly on emotion or just unconscious willing.
Brexit was a code word with a varied content (I write as someone in favour of Brexit) but those behind “Boris” were using it as an emotional trigger to bypass thought.
Voters in many —mainly white— parts of England and Wales understood that Labour has ceased to much represent them, their race, culture, identity. Not true everywhere, not so of every Labour MP, but true enough in many areas.
This was not a vote for the Conservatives (whose vote only went up by about 1 point) but against Labour (whose vote collapsed by 8 points).
What else? Well…
There is the point that voters did not have a social-national party for which to vote. They had Labour, certainly “social” but only partly national. They had the LibDems, a party of the suburban middle classes. They had the Conservatives, posing as “nationalist” slightly, or they had Brexit Party, the founder and leader of which killed it by turning it (in Chinese Red Guard language) into a “running-dog” of the Conservatives. Faced with that choice, many chose Con over Lab.
Labour ignored the mass rape of white English girls by various kinds of black-brown riff-raff over a period of 20+ years. That has damaged Labour, in some parts of the country, as badly as the child abuse scandals have damaged the Roman Catholic church.
LibDems and Brexit Party
As I forecast, the LibDems have been much diminished (again) and Brexit Party effectively killed off.
Jo Swinson thought that, by doormatting for the Jew-Zionists, she would find favour. She did— with the Jews. However, the British voters had no interest in that, and just saw a Con-lite woman and a party without a real identity.
Brexit Party? Farage is just a con-man with a good speaking style. He killed his own party, cheated its members out of money and hope, and has no future in the UK, politically. A con man pure and simple. By standing down Brexit Party candidates facing Conservative opponents, he dishonoured himself and left ALL his candidates high and dry. A silly little man with a big voice, and a big hat to sit on his big head.
What now?
The present Cabinet is a Zionist Occupation Government [ZOG], and there is every chance of this government becoming an elected dictatorship. The electoral system is a bad joke. This government is not really legitimate. It cannot be fought with ordinary means such as an election in 5 years’ time. In that time, this government may have imposed a dystopia even worse than that of the past 9+ years.
Are there any good aspects to the election results?
A few.
Israeli and American “confidential contact” Ruth Smeeth lost her seat. It was good to hear her anger, but the stupid creature apparently was unwilling to consider that her own behaviour over the past 4 years was a major reason why Labour just lost and so why she herself has now been binned, probably for good.
A couple of other “Labour Friends of Israel” women ex-MPs had to be led away from the count crying (for themselves), having lost their salaries, expenses, political careers etc. Ha ha! That really made me laugh!
Several other Labour ex-MPs tied up with the Jewish lobby lost their seats: Angela Smith, Anna Turley, Caroline Flint etc. Ha ha! Great news!
Luciana Berger failed to get a new seat in Golders Green, London. Good. She will not suffer, though (she comes from a wealthy Jewish family and has a wealthy Jewish husband).
Anything else?
Pity that Jess Phillips and Stella Creasy are still in place.
In the end, the “Conservatives” only got about (fewer than) 14 million votes; Labour received well over 10 million. The result was an outcome caused largely by msm bias, Jewish lobby interference and a broken electoral system.
Final word
I see people from both Lab and Con sides and from elsewhere waking up to the necessity of protecting race and culture. Beginning to wake up. Who knows what will happen in that very significant year 2022? Hitler only got 2.6% of the national vote in Germany in 1928.
We can yet win the future.
Not “conservative”, not “socialist”, but a social-national future.

The big news this evening is the departure of Tom Watson [Lab, West Bromwich East 2001-2019], Deputy Leader of Labour.
Watson was totally in the pocket of the Jewish lobby, and to leave Labour and Parliament at short notice now, just as Labour is fighting to survive, was surely his last and most desperate act of sabotage. I speak as someone who does not support any of the System parties. In that sense, I am objective.
Wow. Tom Watson is stepping down as an MP and Labour deputy leader. Perhaps because he could never do a TV interview again without having to deal with his erroneous VIP child abuse claims?

I personally do not support any System party. So November 7th went past without any reference made on UK TV, radio or in the Press (that I saw anyway) to the October Revolution of 1917 (Bolshevik coup d’etat). The times, they have a’changed. However, I see that, like Corbyn and his cohorts, Putin’s Russia is still in a mental time warp (in Russia’s case 1941-45, whereas Corbyn is more 1936… you know, “No Pasaran!”, Cable Street, the Comintern, the Front Populaire etc. For God’s sake, someone tell him and McDonnell that we are now in 2019!):
Returning to the General Election, various Lab and Con candidates have “had” to step down for various contrived defaults such as saying that Jews are shylocks, or that Israel manifests the more negative traits of the Third Reich.
What struck me most yesterday was the expression on the faces of John Woodcock and Ian Austin as they stood in front of an anti-Labour, anti-Corbyn banner (apparently paid for by an organization I had never seen, called “Mainstream”, presumably funded by Jewish interests). The expression of the faces of the two ex-MPs (the same expression on both) patently said “we know that we are traitors or at best turncoats”…
Another aspect of the campaign— blatant msm bias
Yesterday’s UK political news (in part): Labour and Conservative both make big spending pledges;
Today’s UK newspaper headlines: “Corbyn’s Spending Spree”…
I think that the Soviet newspapers were more honest: at least most people with any sense knew that they were printing biased articles and reports (or straight lies…). Some people still believe the msm in the UK. 90% “fake news”.
The latest news seems to indicate that support for both main System parties is dropping, but that, while support for the Conservative Party is dropping slightly, and while at the same time Brexit Party is eating into the potential Con vote, Labour support is just collapsing across the country.
This accords with my view, often blogged, that the voters, meaning especially the white English and Welsh voters, have nowhere to go except to a largely pointless Brexit Party vote. There is no social-national party even to the level of the pre-2010 BNP (in ideology or support). Many want a party which emphasises community and identity, citizenship, race and culture. They do not want multikulti madness (Labour) or Jew-Zionist run or influenced finance-capitalist exploitation (Conservative Party). The LibDems sit uneasily between the two. Brexit Party is a more “British” and anti-EU “Conservative Party”, basically. Scarcely national and certainly not social-national.
My feeling at the moment is that Labour is going to do badly in terms of absolute votes and that the Conservative Party will not do well, but that Labour may be saved by the existence of Brexit Party (taking otherwise-“Conservative” votes) and that the Conservatives will lose seats to the LibDems by reason of the Remain vote (especially now that Jo Swinson is leader, her policy views in most areas being close to Conservative ones anyway).
My prediction, with 5 weeks minus a day to go? For once, I am uncertain. Either another hung Parliament or a Conservative majority in double figures. Labour has little chance of a Commons majority unless many many more people turn out to vote than usual and especially many more young people.
There is a chance still, though, that through the unpredictable nature of the FPTP voting system, the way in which boundaries are drawn and the fact that only about 100 constituencies really count, that Labour could end up with enough MPs (even if Labour were not the largest party in the Commons) to be able to cobble together a loose coalition of Labour, SNP, Plaid, Green etc. An outside chance but not completely impossible.
Jo Swinson has said that the LibDems would never join with Labour under Corbyn (because the Jews would not like that) but the LibDem word is about as reliable as the Boris Johnson word. Meaning that the LibDems in fact might join with Labour if offered both proportional representation (which surely must come to the UK sooner or later) and seats in Cabinet. They like those red boxes.
Returning to the constituency of High Peak (Derbyshire), “Conservative” candidate Robert Largan, whose campaign is not going well, is “making reports” about those local voters who make remarks to him that he dislikes (after he has disturbed them by knocking at the door and questioning them)! See:

The poll cited says that the Cons are ahead of Labour by 14 points.

Not too tendentious, though one part of the film showed the presenter going to a pottery factory in Stoke, about 3-4 years ago. By 2019, the factory had closed, and the lady shown in or about 2016 expertly helping to make the product sacked or made redundant after about 43 years…The presenter comments, outside the now permanently closed factory gates, that “it did not shut down because of Brexit…well… it partly did” (or similar words). In fact, Brexit had nothing to do with it. How could it? Even now, in 2019, Brexit has not happened, and the factory shown closed months or years ago. Typical msm spin.
The Guardian also spent time with Ruth Smeeth, the Jewish MP (Stoke-on-Trent has three MPs), who has spent much of her time in Parliament since 2015 (having previously worked for BICOM, the Israeli government propaganda outfit in the UK) complaining about “anti-Semitism” in the UK and trying to undermine her own party leader, Corbyn. Ruth Smeeth also worked for the Jewish Community Security Trust [CST], which is involved with, inter alia, snooping on British people in the Jewish interest.
Prior to the 2015 General Election, Ruth Smeeth was exposed by Wikileaks as being a “confidential contact” of the US Embassy in London, whose identity should be “strictly protected”. In short, she’s a spy. Or was, anyway. I have no idea whether she is now officially “on the books of” MOSSAD or CIA etc (probably not), but she is an alien agent of influence, at the very least. Labour’s problem is individuals such as Ruth Smeeth, at least in part.
In fact, it occurs to me that one of the positive aspects of Labour crashing in flames on 12 December 2019 would be that quite a number of Zionist and pro-Zionist MPs such as Ruth Smeeth would probably be chucked in the bin, and then replaced by candidates of a different type, though to imagine Labour losing in Stoke on Trent North is rather a stretch, unfortunately. [Update, 29 November 2020: Never say never! In Stoke on Trent, the Labour vote declined from 65% in 1997 to 39% in 2015 when Ruth Smeeth was elected (though it rebounded to 50% in 2017, with the Conservatives 5 points behind:
The Guardian film-makers tried to find some positives in Stoke-on-Trent, but with difficulty. They did visit one factory making precision engineering products and employing young people (young men mainly, I think), and that is indeed the kind of activity that Britain needs; but that is one factory (no number of employees was given but probably dozens or —maybe– low hundreds rather rather than thousands), in a strung-out “city” (originally six towns) with a population of over 262,000.
Meanwhile, the LibDems and other parties are vying for the marginal swing seat young mother vote, in the case of the LibDems by offering voters 35 hours per week of free childcare. Superficially “socially responsible”, but how much better it would be if young mothers were just given money so that they do not have to work or work full-time. Basic Income, now adopted by Labour, might be part of that (or the whole of it).
I was interested to see, in the TV news report on the LibDem proposal, that at least one young mother, out of a few interviewed, agreed with my point of view: young children are better with their mothers than in State or private play centres or the like.

The more important news today is that Nigel Farage has let down those poor saps who thought that Brexit Party would be a real anti-System challenger. He has decided not to fight 317 seats for fear of weakening the Conservatives!

Well, when I first heard of Tice (at the time of the 2019 EU elections), the Brexit Party was polling at about 20% for Westminster elections. Now? As low as 6%.
Brexit Party’s near collapse is not the fault of Tice, but Brexit Party will now pretty much disappear. Like UKIP, it was a manipulation (at the top level, not for the poor saps who donated, joined, voted) with the idea of preventing a real social-national party from emerging.
This news is important. The Conservatives will now not lose seats to Labour or LibDems by reason of losing votes to Brexit Party. They may now gain seats from Labour in the North.
I have blogged about how Nigel Farage, despite his amazing ability to attract crowds and speak to them, is not very competent as a politician. UKIP failed to get one non-defector MP in its (so far) 27 years of existence. Brexit Party has likewise failed to get one MP (yes, MEPs…they are just noisy wastes of space, painted ships on the painted ocean of the fake EU “Parliament”).
Brexit Party, like UKIP, does not come across as hugely well-organized, but more importantly, Farage has made a stunningly bad decision: he has given up his one leverage over the Conservatives, his one weapon, in return for some words of comfort from Boris-Idiot, the biggest liar in Parliament since “Robert Maxwell”. In what world of Farage’s imagination is Boris Johnson someone whose word can be trusted?

Why are they still Labour MPs?
I should make my own position clear. I could probably best be labelled “social national”. I have never been a Labour Party member, supporter or even voter. To that extent I might be termed objective. I oppose Zionism (as well as Islamism). I look to the emergence of a real social national party and movement, to “safe zones” within the UK, and to the eventual triumph of social nationalism in the UK.
My attitude to Corbyn (blogged about several times previously) is that it was fated that he become Labour leader (e.g. nominated by exactly the minimum number of MPs required, many of whom actually opposed him and later voted against him!). I do not believe that he is a particularly good Labour leader, as such; in fact he is really not a leader at all. He is poorly-educated and has little knowledge of the world, of history (even modern history and the politics of the 20th Century, supposedly his special interest). His ex-wives say that he scarcely if ever reads a book (something that he has in common with Boris-Idiot, “our” new or soon-to-be Prime Minister), and is certainly no intellectual.
I like the fact that Labour is now less under the Jewish-Zionist heel than it was, though I note that Corbyn and (worse) McDonnell feel the need to pay occasional lip-service to the “holocaust” mythus and fakery. Strange pathology: the Zionists are trying to kill them, yet they go along with such nonsense, which is the biggest weapon the Zionists have, bigger even than their nuclear arsenal! Pretty stupid.
Likewise, Corbyn and much of Corbyn-Labour will talk endlessly about economic exploitation by Jews in Israel-Palestine, but say that to mention the similar exploitation by Jews in the UK, France or elsewhere is “anti-Semitic”. How inconsistent. How silly.

Below, “@Rattus2384”, a long-term Jew Zionist online stalker and troll, does what he does best: sadistically smirking over the difficulties caused by Jews to those who are not (((their))) doormats. “Rattus” is Stephen Applebaum (presumably the name started off as “Apfelbaum” —apple tree— a century or so ago). Applebaum (who also tweets as “@grubstreetsteve”), is a one-time scribbler and soi-disant film critic who has more recently been described as a “house husband”. Well, here we are, a year on. The Jews did manage to retake control of what is left of the Labour Party. Corbyn stepped down after the 2019 General Election debacle, which saw the Conservative Party achieve a Commons majority of 80.
That Commons majority was achieved by default. The Conservative Party share of the vote scarcely increased vis a vis 2017 (an increase of one point), and relatively few 2017 Labour voters switched to the Conservative Party (though some did, in formerly solid Labour constituencies) but far more simply walked, i.e. abstained. The graphic below explains where the voters went in 2019:
In short, the Conservatives did not win, not on their own merits, but Labour did lose. The result speaks for itself: a Conservative majority of 80 in the Commons.
The Labour Party is now led by Keir Starmer, former Director of Public Prosecutions, probably a freemason, certainly a member of Labour Friends of Israel. His wife is a Jewish lawyer, his children are being brought up as Jewish.
Starmer has appointed other Labour Friends of Israel members as members of the Shadow Cabinet. Rachel Reeves and others.

John Woodcock, exposed as a pathetic sex pest and nut, has become a government-paid snoop, focussing on the so-called “far-Right”.

Stoke-on-Trent North constituency was established in 1950, since which time it has been a safe Labour (or Labour Co-op) seat. Only since 2015 has its status been considered to have become marginal.
For the first 29 years of the existence of the constituency, the Labour vote did not dip below 60% and was often above 70%, peaking at 75.49% at the 1953 by-election
Only in 1970 did Labour fail to secure over 60% of the vote, coming in with 59.36%. That was also the first election at which 4 candidates stood. In fact, only occasionally before the 1980s were there more than 2 candidates: in October 1974, Lab, Con, Liberal; in 1979 the Labour, Conservative and Liberal candidates were joined by one from the National Front (the NF lost their deposit, securing less than 1% of the vote).
In the 1980s, there were commonly 3 parties in contention, but from 1992 others joined the fray. There were 7 candidates in 2005, 5 in 2010 and 7 in 2015.
Joan Walley, the MP for 28 years (1987-2015) had vote shares above 50% and even 60%, peaking at 65.2% in 1997. Her final election, however, in 2010, was achieved on a lower level: 44.3%.
The MP from 2015-2017, Ruth Smeeth, was elected on a vote share of only 39.9%, the lowest Labour vote share ever in Stoke-on-Trent North. There may have been a number of causative factors: long-term decline in the Labour vote; also, the number of candidates contending (Labour, Conservative, Liberal Democrat, Green Party, UKIP and 2 Independents). The Labour candidate herself may have been another factor in the lacklustre Labour performance.
Ruth Smeeth
Ruth Smeeth is not from the West Midlands. Her origins (as far as the UK is concerned) lie in Edinburgh and London. Her Jewish mother came from a background in East London where her immediate family members in the 1930s were engaged in crime and gangsterism: the era of razor gangs and the like. They were violently opposed to the English people who supported Oswald Mosley, and were engaged in streetfighting or worse.
Ruth Smeeth has described herself as “culturally Jewish” and worked for years for the “Britain Israel Communications Centre” [BICOM], a public relations or propaganda outfit working on behalf of Israel and Zionism:
In 2009, Bradley Manning, the American whistleblower, made available to Wikileaks a cable in which the American Embassy described Ruth Smeeth as “a source” whom the Embassy staff should “strictly protect”. It is largely a question of definition whether such a person is called “a confidential contact”, “an agent of influence”, more simply “an agent” or (brutally? unfairly?) “a spy”. The diplomatic cable simply used the words “a source”.
Despite the above, the Labour Party machine was determined to get Ruth Smeeth adopted as the candidate for Stoke-on-Trent North and she was, after an all-women shortlist was imposed on the selection procedure. Surprisingly (or perhaps not), her activity for the American and Israeli governments seems not to have barred her from becoming the candidate.
As an MP, Ruth Smeeth has taken part in some minor campaigns (see the Wikipedia article, above), but has also spent much time attacking the leadership of Jeremy Corbyn; she has been vocal (on occasion, near-hysterical) about alleged “anti-Semitism” in the Labour Party and generally.
Analysis
Labour, Conservative, Liberal Democrat and Green Party are all putting up candidates. The obvious absentee is UKIP. In 2015, Labour’s vote was 39.9%, Conservative vote 27.4%, UKIP 24.7%, the LibDems 2.9% (down from 17.7% in 2010 and 14.8% in 2005); Green Party secured a vote share of 2.8%.
The constituency voted about 60%-40% for Leave in the EU Referendum.
It would be too easy to add together the 2015 vote shares of the Conservatives and UKIP (combined, 52.1%) and assume that UKIP votes will be transferred to the Conservatives. The chances are that a high proportion will either not vote or will go elsewhere than to the Conservatives. However, we can probably guess that half of 2010 UKIP votes will be gathered in by the Conservative candidate (particularly bearing in mind Brexit etc), making a possible Conservative vote share of perhaps about 40%, possibly several points higher. Then there is the (open) question of how many 2010 Labour voters will go Conservative.
Labour is unlikely to do as well this time as it did in 2015 after five years of Conservative-led coalition government. Any persons who support Labour generally but are anti-Israel (or anti-Zionist or, indeed, “anti-Semitic”) will not vote for Ruth Smeeth and will probably either vote Green or even LibDem, or just stay home, “voting with their feet”. Likewise, any Labour members who are strongly pro-Corbyn may well decide that what they have to do is abstain or vote elsewhere, simply in order to get rid of Ruth Smeeth and then get a more suitable Labour candidate for next time.
Realistically, only Labour and Conservative have a real chance. That means that the LibDem and Green votes, even if as small as they were in 2015 (under 3% each) are of importance.
Prediction
Both Labour and Conservative candidates are likely to be in the 35%-50% range, with the Liberal Democrats and Green Party contending for the remaining 10% or 15% of votes.
I assess the likely outcome as follows: Conservative Party to win Stoke-on-Trent North for the first time over Labour, with the Greens (possibly) third and LibDems (perhaps) bringing up the rear.
Well, I was wrong in my tentative tipping of the Conservative Party to win Stoke on Trent North for the first time ever. The Labour candidate, the Jewish Zionist, Ruth Smeeth, won the seat with 50.9% of votes cast, Labour’s best result here since 2005.
Under Britain’s FPTP voting system, there are no prizes for coming second, but the Conservative candidate in 2017 (same person as in 2015) achieved 45.3%, which was the best result the Conservatives had ever had in Stoke on Trent North (2015 had been 27.4%, 2010 was 23.8%, and 2005 only 20%).
Labour’s majority in 2017 was by far the smallest in the seat since it was formed, both in percentage and in absolute terms.
In retrospect, it is clear that Ruth Smeeth benefited from the Corbyn effect, ironically, despite the fact that she has been one of those most involved in Israeli-Zionist attempts to unseat him as Labour Leader. Life is rarely “fair”…
There is also the point that, arguably, speculatively, most Stoke on Trent voters were and probably still are unaware of Ruth Smeeth’s criminal family background and/or her links with secretive Israeli and other Jewish organizations (not to mention her links with the American Embassy in London).

Ruth Smeeth is no longer an MP (yay!), having been unseated at the 2019 General Election by the Conservative Party candidate, Jonathan Gullis, a not-very-interesting “free market” former schoolteacher aged (now) 30.
The Conservative Party candidate got 20,974 votes (52.3%) to Ruth Smeeth’s 14,688 (36.6%). A convincing win.
The reasons for Ruth Smeeth’s defeat were probably:
the general move away from Labour, nationally;
more knowledge in the electorate in 2019 than had been the case in 2015 and 2017 about Ruth Smeeth’s secret links with American and Israeli intelligence (also about her criminal family background);
perhaps the realization that Ruth Smeeth is not a very nice person anyway.
Of the above, the most important was probably the national move away from Labour, and the hostility to Jeremy Corbyn. Ironically, Ruth Smeeth had herself played a major part in the Jew-Zionist attack on Corbyn and Labour since 2015. Her treachery was suitably rewarded by her being dumped by the electors of Stoke-on-Trent North.
The by-elections in Stoke Central and Copeland have been held. The public relations people for Labour (UKIP seems to have no public relations section) are still trying to spin positives out of the Stoke result and even the Copeland defeat. The time has come to look to the future based on what can be taken from these by-elections.
I blogged before the poll that, if UKIP failed to win Stoke Central, that that would surely be the end or at least beginning of the end for it as a serious contender. I have also blogged and tweeted for 18 months my view that UKIP peaked in 2014. I have no reason to change those views now.
As a candidate, Paul Nuttall was fairly poor, not resilient, not intelligent, not really passionate enough politically. The UKIP organization or administration of the campaign also seemed poor. Overall, as in the past, UKIP seemed to be afraid to really set the campaign alight. The law being what it now is, UKIP could hardly have copied the successful 1960s Smethwick Conservative by-election candidate whose posters said “if you want a n****r for a neighbour, vote Labour”, but UKIP seemed to want to bypass the race/culture question entirely. There was no bite to the UKIP campaign.
The Labour candidate at Stoke Central, Gareth Snell, might fairly be described as “a poorly-educated and spotty Twitter troll, living mainly if not entirely off his allowances and expenses as a local council leader, who seems never to have had a non-political job (except a trade union one of some kind)”. In some respects he was a worse candidate than Paul Nuttall.
One has to bear in mind the heavily-industrial, heavily-Labour-voting history of Stoke-on-Trent. Labour has always had a built-in advantage there. The Conservative candidate, Jack Brereton, though looking like a schoolboy, did well to come a close third to Labour and UKIP, though in fact the Conservative vote increased by only a modest 1.8 points over the 2015 result.
Apathy or hostile apathy was the real winner in Stoke Central. 62% of the electorate did not vote. No party energized them to come out to vote for it.
As to Copeland, the main point that leaps out, apart from the obvious Labour car crash, is the poor performance of UKIP.
Future View
UKIP
UKIP surely must be finished now. It started in 1993 and in the nearly 24 years since then has failed to win a single Westminster seat, save for that of former Conservative MP Douglas Carswell, who is really just a Brexit Conservative and “free market” globalist.
UKIP would have been in a far better position had it won even a couple of seats at the 2015 General Election, but, in the irritating phrase, “we are where we are”. Theresa May’s Brexit policy has “shot UKIP’s fox” on the EU.
That leaves immigration, race and culture. UKIP now seems to have many spokesmen who are not of European race, so UKIP is not even offering the UK a white persona, a white country, if you like.
The conclusion is clear: UKIP is pointless, hopeless and must go.
Labour
Labour has been declining for years. Corbyn is both symptom and cause. The disappearance of the industrial proletariat has swept away the bedrock underneath Labour, replacing it by the sand of the “precariat”. Labour imported millions of immigrants, who are now breeding. The social landscape becomes volatile. The political landscape too.
The elimination of “socialism” from Labour led to focus-group rudderlessness, surely personified by Tony Blair, who has no principles, no real ideology, just careerism, self-seeking and politically-correct non-thinking. Labour became a party made in Blair’s image. It has no real ideology any more, not even social-democracy.
By 2020, the House of Commons will consist of 600 MPs, reduced from the current 650. Labour is currently at about 25% in the opinion polls and it is likely that, in 2020, Labour will have between 100 and 200 MPs in the House. Labour cannot now form even a coalition or minority government. It will slowly crumble.
The Future Beyond 2020
A new social nationalist party must be formed. It must be ideologically clear, administratively disciplined, capable of gaining trust and credibility. When a crisis comes, that small party may be able to seize control, as has happened before in history.

I am updating because there has been much water under the bridge in the past 2 years and 2 months. Labour did fail to become the largest party in the Commons at the 2017 General Election, held a few months after the above was written. However, the Conservatives lost ground. Labour has trailed in the opinion polls since I wrote the above blog post, but just recently has managed to come back, not really on its own merit but because the Conservatives under Theresa May have had a complete car crash in several respects, especially Brexit. Labour has been sitting on the fence, not exactly a “cunning plan” but effective enough…
As for the planned reduction of MP numbers to 600 (from 650), that will not now occur.

I just noticed that my prediction of Labour MP-strength in the House of Commons (100-200 by 2020) was right: the Labour Party now has 200 MPs (201, if presently-suspended Jeremy Corbyn is included).
At date of writing, and despite the appalling incompetence of the Boris Johnson government, Labour under Jewish lobby puppet Keir Starmer is still trailing a few points behind the Conservative Party.
The Reform candidate came second, with 24.2%. The Conservative vote slumped to 17.6%.
It is not unlikely that Reform will triumph next time, looking at the present opinion polling nationwide.
Incidentally, Snell is now married to half-Jewish former MP Ruth Smeeth, the Labour Friends of Israel member and alleged agent for both Israel and USA, who now sits in the degraded House of Lords as “Baroness Anderson”, having been “ennobled” by Conservative Friends of Israel former PM, “Boris”-idiot. What price “democracy”?
in which I predicted a very close race. In the latter post I suggested that UKIP and Paul Nuttall could finally crack it and defeat Labour in a former Labour heartland. That post was written on 26 January, since which date Paul Nuttall and UKIP have run one of the least impressive campaigns seen for a long time. Labour is now Β (21 February) 8/13 odds-on favourite, with UKIP out at 9/4, having been at one point 10/11 favourite.
The latest polling seems to suggest, however, that UKIP and Labour are neck-and-neck in the affections of the voters:
As theΒ Stoke Sentinel report says, turnout will therefore be key. UKIP voters tend to be older, tend to vote, tend to be more motivated politically than Labour voters now are. Those factors favour UKIP strongly. Against that, the NHS is a major issue, which favours Labour (especially because Nuttall seems to have flirted with market forces in the NHS, albeit some years ago). Immigration, race, and culture is probably a combined major issue under the surface, something which is often obscured in polling by reason of the pervasive political correctness.
All weather forecasts are showing that Polling Day, Thursday 23 February 2017, will be a cold, wet and windy day across the country, featuring “Storm Doris”. That will depress voting numbers in Stoke Central, which is already one of the least-voting constituencies in the UK (in 2015, the turnout was 49%).
On the face of it, Paul Nuttall seems a poor candidate and UKIP a bit of a joke. However, it was revealed during the campaign that the Labour candidate, Gareth Snell, is a spotty and rather unpleasant Twitter troll, who posted, only a few years ago, some juvenile-level insults about women. He also grievously insulted EU Referendum Leave voters, in one of the most Brexit-friendly parts of Β the UK.
In addition, Gareth Snell seems not to have had a job outside local Labour and connected union politics, living off his council allowances and expenses.
One has to ask whether Stoke Central voters want to be represented by such an unpleasant person. We shall see.
Prediction
It may be foolish to predict anything now that the race seems so close, but I am still inclined to think that UKIP might crack it despite everything that has happened. In the end, if Labour wins, Stoke Central gets another and particularly useless Labour MP, whereas if UKIP wins, Stoke Central really is on the map.
The main indicators still look good for UKIP:
turnout
voter motivation
voter age profile
as against which Labour has on its side
traditional Labour voting pattern
Muslim voters [6%+].
Conclusion
This looks bad for Labour. Either Labour loses to UKIP or Labour scrapes a pathetic fingertips win. If the former, Labour will go into a tailspin and its MPs will be lining up to find new jobs after 2020; if Labour “only just” wins, then Labour’s decline continues anyway.
As for UKIP, only a win will do. A win keeps the UKIP train clattering along its rusty rails. If UKIP loses here, then that is derailment or the end of the line, whichever metaphor might be preferred.
Update, 14 July 2025
Well, in the end, Gareth Snell won the by-election for Labour with 37.1% of the vote. UKIP’s Paul Nuttall got 24.7%, and the Con Party candidate, Jack Brereton (who was later elected MP for another seat, Stoke on Trent South, 2017-2024), got 24.3%.
Snell was re-elected at the 2017 General Election, but was unseated at the 2019 General Election by the Conservative candidate, Jo Gideon, who however stood down before the 2024 General Election (she was then 71: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jo_Gideon). Snell was then returned as MP at the 2024 General Election.
Paul Nuttall eventually resigned from UKIP, which became more or less dormant after that, or co-incident with that. Nuttall thereafter faded from political life until (surprisingly) he made a comeback, having been appointed Deputy Chairman of Reform UK in early July 2025. So there it is. At time of writing, Snell is still the MP, though it is an open question as to what will happen at the next general election. Reform UK may clinch it.
