The extirpation of social and social media freedom
We are seeing a rather swift extirpation of freedom in the socio-political realm in the UK. Take social media in the past 10-15 years. At first, people could say pretty much whatever they wanted to say. As in “real life”, there were exceptions, such as direct threats from one individual to assault or kill another.
Slowly, that freedom has been diminished. To a large extent, those driving that unfreedom have been Zionist Jews. They have been running campaigns for years to censor those hostile to Israel or to the Jewish lobby generally. They have tried to have material taken down, individuals arrested or harassed by compliant police (in parts of London, often also Jewish), and individuals’ Twitter or other social platform “accounts” removed.
In addition, those Jewish-Zionist cabals have been busily engaged in lobbying the social media giants to take swift “enforcement action” against “offending” material. That would include almost anything about Jews that (some) Jews find (or pretend to find) “offensive”, anything anti-Israel, anything questioning the “holocaust” narrative (even the obviously untrue “gas chambers” aspect).
Even dissenting tweets re. the “climate change” narrative, or “Covid-19” etc, or the efficacy of the vaccine(s) are now banned, or often banned.
This is “privatization of public space”. The economic enterprise, such as Twitter, simply decides to “unperson” someone. The “account” is removed or (in the weasel word) “suspended”. No appeal worth anything. No recourse. Unless, like Jeffrey Bowers, you can get some Jew scribbler to put in a private word for you…(see below)
Taking just Twitter as exemplar, almost anyone not Jewish can now be removed at the whim of the Jewish lobby.
Some of the others expelled include the persecuted satirical singer Alison Chabloz (currently facing trial), David Icke, Mark Collett, Laura Towler, and thousands of other individuals and organizations.
I recall seeing a report many years ago, around 2014, in an online Israeli newspaper, about how the Israeli ambassador in London met with a prominent Jew solicitor and other ghastly creatures, and planned how to use “lawfare” (abuse of English and Scottish law and justice) to persecute “antisemitic” British people. This is happening widely. My own mother-in-law, aged about 95, was recently in hospital with a non-Covid problem. After about 2-3 weeks in hospital, her routine test was positive. She had, like so many, picked up “the virus” in hospital. She had no (and never developed any) symptoms at all (and is now back at her home), but had she died in hospital from her pre-existing problem, she would have been marked down as having died “with Coronavirus” or “within 28 days of having had a positive Coronavirus test”.

I could write a book about the immigration cases I did in the early 1990s; I appeared before immigration tribunals at first instance, in the Immigration Appeal Tribunal, and also in the High Court (on judicial review applications).

I went to the local supermarket yesterday, in the mid-evening. Very few customers shopping. Waitrose “Handmaid’s Tale” militiamen on duty, clothed in black, as always, faces covered with black scarves and masks like the ISIS barbarians.

I was the only other shopper around.
At any rate, I would have loved to have just said “wake up! It is not the Plague, and hardly anyone in this whole district has even had it!”, but (typically English?) I just ignored her scarcely-hidden rudeness and carried on.

Well, I don’t think that many imagine that “the virus” is or was caused by 5G, though there seems to be at least some evidence that 5G has deleterious health effects. After all, the public were told for decades that high-tension power lines caused no health problems. Now?

Moving back to “populism”, I think that it is true that mere populism is usually short-lived, built as it is on the shifting sands of public opinion. Without ideological structure, a populist protest movement is a jellybag and cannot create anything lasting. Just listening to some Radio 4 politics show. Oh, dear…They interview Margaret Beckett, now a member of the House of Lords. As an MP, an expenses cheat and freeloader who made sure to employ her husband on expenses as well. Finally, an interview with Joanna Cherry, described as “a senior member of the SNP”. I suppose that that is so, but the very idea that the SNP can have a “senior member” is a bit of a joke, bearing in mind that the SNP had only a handful of MPs until 2015.
Joanna Cherry seems another not particularly nice person: a rather bullish lesbian, several of whose Parliamentary staff complained about being bullied, both by her and by her office manager (Joanna Cherry herself was officially exonerated later). There have also been problems over her expenses since 2015.
