The evolution of consciousness, and creation of a super-race
Society is not merely a mechanism; it is an organic production of the people that comprise it. Those people have consciousness, and it is the quality or level of that consciousness that creates the society. That is why England is not Somalia. That is why Germany is not Afghanistan, and vice versa.
Race is key, because “race is the root-stock, culture is the flower”, but race alone is merely a foundation for consciousness. If white Northern Europeans are, en masse, (to put it that way) “superior” to the blacks and browns en masse, it is because their group-consciousness is at a higher level.
The problem that we face, as white Northern Europeans, and human beings, is that humanity, inevitably led by white Northern Europeans, needs a quantum leap into the future, meaning a radical uplift in consciousness.
A far better society, and that quantum leap, requires a foundation. The only feasible such foundation is the human group known as white Northern Europeans. Unfortunately, that group, though still far ahead of the other racial and ethnic groups in the world in almost every way, is not yet at a level whereby the higher consciousness can flourish, or even exist in it. There must be a quickening of the process.
It may be recalled by some readers that, in Wolfram von Eschenbach’s Parzival [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Parzival], Kyot [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kyot], talking about Flegetanis [https://www.maier-files.com/the-holy-grail-secret-finally-deciphered/], notes that Parzival must “learn the ABC’s, but without the arts of black magic“.
In connection with the above, the story mentions “lapsit exillis” or “lapsit exiliis”, also sometimes called “the Stone of the Wise”. https://www.proz.com/kudoz/latin-to-english/religion/631291-ordo-lapsit-exillis.html.
The so-called “stone” is in fact something that results within the biochemistry of an individual who is at a higher-than-normal (at present) stage of consciousness; it is the product of subtle biochemical changes within the body. Such a process is usually slow, and is natural in that no external drugs or materials are used in the process.
This was the aim of the (genuine) alchemists of the mediaeval era.
Some religions and sects within religions attempt to quicken the production of the “stone” by various exercises etc. These can, if successful, nonetheless result also in distortions. The same is true, a fortiori, when drugs are used.
Primitive but sometimes knowledgeable tribes, in various parts of the world, have retained traditional techniques based on the now quite-well-known plant-origined drugs such as peyote [see, e.g. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_psychoactive_plants,_fungi,_and_animals].
Many will have seen the occult/sci-fi/political thriller, The Serpent and the Rainbow:
In the 1960s and 1970s, many individuals also sought a short-cut to raised consciousness via drugs, particularly synthetic LSD.
That is one aspect of the raising of consciousness as applied to individuals. What, however, about the raising of consciousness of an entire society, race, or the world as a whole?
In the 1970s, the Englishman who discovered how to synthesize LSD became involved in a criminal conspiracy to produce the drug on a huge scale. A gigantic police operation was mobilized to apprehend the gang, who were not, most of them, typical or traditional criminals. What few of the recent or less-recent stories published have reported, however, is that most of the gang or group involved did not have making money as their sole or even main objective. None of those reports note that the gang wanted to kick-start a change, and elevation, in UK society by manufacturing not only LSD “tabs” for individual use but also by pouring vast quantities of the drug into UK reservoirs or water supply systems.
I am not sufficiently knowledgeable to know whether such a plan would ever have worked, meaning delivered the drug in effective quantity into domestic water supplies (and industrial supplies such as those used for soft drinks). However, the man who first synthesized LSD was one of that gang, so he, at any rate, would —perhaps— have been in a position to at least make an accurate guess.
Well, that was then. Now, there seems to be renewed interest in scientific-therapeutic use of LSD etc:

It will be noted that the aim of the lady in question seems to be individual therapy rather than elevating the consciousness of the general public as a racial-national group.
So what about raising the consciousness of the people as a whole? Can it be done more swiftly than would otherwise be the case? If so, how? Not (presumably) by mass ingestion of substances such as LSD.
There should be an institution such as the Ahnenerbe [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ahnenerbe], which existed from about 1933 to 1945. We need a new scientific body, studying not only the past but also (and mainly) the present and future. A scientific institute oriented towards the transition of the European peoples from where they are today to where they aim to be in the future.

The UK’s armed forces are now a joke, and in any event could not compete with any of the above developments these days. They are only good for Trooping the Colour, and giving some minor aid to the civil power as necessary. The Royal Navy cannot even stop the cross-Channel migration-invasion. Au contraire! It is helping the invaders.
This is a race (and a future war) we should avoid at all costs. Bin our NATO membership, and one-sided “alliance” (client-state servitude) with the USA, as soon as possible.

In fact, his sin was not too heavy: the prescription drug he asked someone to supply was only Valium (a tranquilizer). I suppose that it could be argued that he showed weakness in requiring it. He probably is a waste of space, like most MPs, but not because of this.
Know the so-called “Jungle” camp of migrant-invaders at Calais? Well, once enough black and brown invaders are in France and the UK, and Germany, and Scandinavia, that is what all those still mostly civilized societies will look like— a “jungle” camp…
