Personally, I am not sorry that the summer is over.

Jews and others in the UK, USA, France etc who support the Israeli armed forces are at least morally complicit in Israel’s war crimes taking place in Gaza, the West Bank, Lebanon, and elsewhere. Some of those individuals and collectives are also directly complicit, sending financial aid to Israel, doing business with Israel, and sending young Jews to Israel for training in military skills, unarmed combat etc.

The present faux-“Labour” government is really a Labour Friends of Israel government.

All good points. When I was still a barrister, I occasionally, only very occasionally, had cases of that sort, despite not being at all a criminal specialist.

Incidentally, regular readers will know that I was both wrongfully and unlawfully disbarred in 2016, long after I had ceased practice, and by reason of a conspiracy by connected packs of Jews, particularly the so-called “Campaign Against Antisemitism” or “CAA”, and “UK Lawyers for Israel” [“UKLFI”].

For example, a case where a lady (married, young children, living in a private house in a close) was arrested in front of her children at about 0700 hrs because someone in the same little street thought that she might have thrown a stone 2 days previously that might have caused a scratch on the car of the complainant.

No evidence was ever adduced as to whether that car even had a scratch in the first place (it seems not); neither was there any evidence at all that anyone, let alone the lady in question, had thrown anything at all at any car. There was a complete lack of evidence not only as to whether the lady had committed a crime, but even as to whether any crime had actually been committed. There was no evidence, as noted, as to the car having been damaged at all, by any event or action.

Despite all that, Devon and Cornwall police woodentops actually arrested the lady (who, by the way, had no previous convictions), took her to the police station at Exeter, and held her there for 4 hours. She was never interviewed, and was eventually released without charge, left to find her own way back home. Her workplace was not informed of her arrest, and her young daughters had to find their own way to school.

The police these days often, indeed usually, do not do their proper job at all, but then they go completely over the top, especially if they can persuade themselves that “far right” “extremism” (“oooh!“) is involved.

Having said that, though I myself have been bothered at home by police nuisances several times over the past decade (once or twice by real police, once or twice by “PCSO” toy police), and always as a result of malicious complaints made by Jew-Zionists such as “Slitherman”, the liar and perjurer (albeit unconvicted), who is the main spokesperson for the “Campaign Against Antisemitism”, I have never been forced to suffer a “dawn raid” or night-time raid, not yet anyway. Indeed, when I was charged with my free speech “crime” in 2023, it was merely by “postal requisition”, i.e. a letter in the post, and I was not interviewed prior to that in relation to the bad-joke alleged “offences”.

[“British military leaders have arranged something in Kyiv. Officially, in front of cameras, and without publicity. This time, the Chief of the British Defence Staff Sir Anthony David Radakin and his future deputy, Chief Marshal of the Air Force Sir Richard John Knighton, came to Kyiv. The British General Staff is working on the participation of the British Air Force in a military mission in western Ukraine to close the airspace.“]

[“So the British state that cannot patrol the Channel, cannot keep order in its own streets, and cannot maintain a functioning Navy somehow has the means to close Ukrainian airspace. The grandeur of empire without the basics of sovereignty. One might almost think our rulers prefer proxy wars abroad to confronting the slow-motion collapse at home.“]

Quite.

Look at those idiots, posing in Kiev in battledress, as if Kiev is in, in some real sense, a war-zone. They look so happy to be filmed with the Jew Zelensky and to find themselves on TV news. Promising to put the UK in the firing line on behalf of a fake state which did not even exist 35 years ago, and with which the UK has no commonality of interest at all.

Meanwhile, the real invasion of the UK continues, and our brave sailors and airmen do nothing to stop it.

Painted ships on a painted ocean. That Radakin person may be an admiral, or indeed a Sea Lord, but what is an admiral of a navy almost without ships? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Royal_Navy.

The same applies, mutatis mutandis, to an Air Marshal of an air force with very limited capabilities. In the Second World War, the RAF sometimes used a thousand bombers on a single raid, and lost hundreds overnight. Now, the entire RAF consists of about 200 combat aircraft, if not fewer.

Of course, even more money will be wasted on the Kiev regime, while the UK slides into disorder and need.

Yes. Reform UK, for all its faults (pro-finance-capital, pro-Jewish lobby etc) is, all the same, the only game in town to smash the existing main System parties. Later, after the next general election, the national revolution may devour its own children, and a new reality may emerge.

That translates to a Commons with about 348 Reform UK MPs (a comfortable majority), Labour 118, LibDem 72, Cons 39, and SNP 36 (etc).

Conventional wisdom has it that the Reform lead in the polls will flatten out, and the main System parties will challenge that lead, or come close. I wonder. My sense is that the British people have had enough, and are ready to try something other than what has failed for decades and especially since 1997.

It is not impossible to think that Reform, now on 28% in the latest opinion poll, and which has been as high as 33%-35%, might get up to 35% or even 40%. That really would be an electoral revolution (the 40% figure all but wiping out both Lab and Con).

So much for “sanctions”, which mainly hurt the EU and UK.

…as predicted on this blog. A fairly obvious point, of course, but still one that the lying UK mainstream media concealed.

Israel, and those supporting Israel, deserve to be crushed by the weight of their karmic debt.

“Diversity”

https://www.mylondon.news/news/zone-1-news/london-underground-thug-grabs-woman-32360334

A woman was sexually assaulted at London Bridge station. It happened just after midnight on Wednesday, July 16, in the Tube area of the station when an unknown man walked up to her in the station and grabbed her by the neck before carrying out a sex attack.

British Transport Police (BTP) are hoping to speak with the man pictured in a CCTV image as part of the investigation.

The Kiev regime’s front lines are crumbling. Russian forces are slowly advancing in all important areas of the overall front.

Also, we only want real English/British people to breed more. Let’s be clear about that.

Koreans have a long historical memory. In the early 1950s, American bombing killed outright perhaps 300,000 civilians in North Korea. Subsequent starvation and exposure is estimated to have killed several millions (according to American air force general Curtis Le May, 20% of the entire population of the North).

Some may say that the North Koreans would not relate that to the present-day and to their pursuit of nuclear missiles, or have forgotten about what happened 75 years ago. I am not so sure about that.

As always, “they” seek control…

The recent Israeli attack on Iran has no doubt convinced any waverers in Iran that the only meaningful defence against Israeli aggression is to match the Israeli Jews in nuclear capability. Israel has created its own nemesis, as in a Greek tragedy.

One could also imagine Iran employing fleets of drones to exhaust the Israeli air defence shield, then using hundreds, even —in a future year— thousands of powerful conventional-warhead missiles, to overwhelm the remaining Israeli defences and to level the Dimona nuclear site, the Ben-Gurion airport, and Tel Aviv itself, without even having to use nuclear weapons.

Of course, Iran is a long way from Israel (at least 1,200 miles border to border), far beyond the flying distance of most drones at present, though some of the most advanced ones being used in the Ukraine war can reach about 600 miles.

Time will tell, but I think that Israel is doomed.

Not so sure about that. The protests may be at present mostly “peaceful” but the pressure on government comes from the fear that they may well become not-“peaceful”.

In any case, even if all the hotels are closed, the migrant-invaders will not be eliminated but will simply be hidden in the multikulti trash “communities” which now scar much of Britain. The taxpayers will pay out for either social housing or expensive private housing for the invaders.

Most if not all of those cities are already ghastly; God knows what they will be like in 5, 10, 20 years’ time.

[“Liberal commentators like Nelson and Finkelstein are guilty of what philosophers call the moralistic fallacy – the belief that something *cannot* be true simply because it would be morally undesirable if it were. Let’s take their objections one by one: (1) No one is claiming that every illegal migrant is a sex offender. The debate concerns specific cohorts of young men from particular countries and the *higher* statistical risks they bring, not blanket slurs on every individual. Pretending otherwise is a cheap straw man. (2) The phrase “whipping up protest mobs” is dishonest and demagogic. Protest is a democratic right, and the anti-migrant hotel demonstrators are overwhelmingly decent, peaceful, and diverse in background. If anything, these protests are moral, given that successive governments have refused to repeal the Human Rights Act or reopen detention centres… the very measures needed to deliver on their own manifesto promises. (3) No one is “thrilled” by the prospect of ethnic violence. Quite the opposite. The idea fills many of us – myself included, and academics like David Betz – with dread. It is not something we want to happen. But intellectual honesty demands that we take the risk seriously rather than banish it to the realm of taboo. (4) The claim that white Britons face harsher treatment in the courts is a subject that needs proper academic inquiry. But the grooming gangs scandal already provide enough evidence to suggest a form of two-tier justice exists. Columnists like Finkelstein just can’t adapt to the demographic and political realities staring them in the face. They’re stuck in a New Labour/Cameron-era timewarp, clinging to scripts the public has long since stopped buying. They remind me of that tragicomic band Crème Brulee from The League of Gentlemen – especially Les McQueen, forever trapped in nostalgia, boring anyone within earshot with tales of his glory days.”]

We know what may have to happen in the end, but are “not allowed” to discuss it publicly, or to post analysis or comments about it.

In any case, the “rubber boats” invasion is only about 5% of the overall migration problem, which consists of cross-Channel rubber-boat invaders, “students”, “fiancees”, “family members”, fake “tourists”, “key workers” (mostly low-pay employees) and, last but not least, births (to immigrant mothers, to mothers whose parents were immigrants, and to white British women who have been impregnated by non-whites).

Eventually, the future will have to be faced; mass immigration and migration invasion is not the whole of it, though an important part of it. It is also cultural, social, and economic.

I agree. The judge who allowed himself to be “nod-and-wink” told to pass a truly Draconian sentence, as Starmer-stein and Yvette Cooper wanted, thus showed himself unfit to sit in the seat of judgment.

On the blog yesterday, I highlighted the case of two South London thugs convicted a day or two ago of (in one incident) serious theft, grievous or actual (I forget) bodily harm using fists, feet, and a baseball bat, and serious criminal damage (wrecking a car), the victims being a man in his 50s and a pregnant woman.

Incredibly, the judge in that London case gave the defendants (one having serious previous convictions) a suspended sentence, plus a bit of unpaid picking up of litter etc, and rather modest compensation (probably will never be paid). Why? Mainly because (the judge said) the prisons are full to bursting; also because the defendants might be able to access some kind of anger-management bs.

Incidentally, Lucy Connolly may now be “free”, and able to return to her unwell husband and two small children, but will still have to undergo the boredom and silliness of being under probation supervision bs for another 22 months!

One more untermensch to be captured and put on the one-way train…

After Reform— the deluge (real social nationalism).

Incidentally, that poll would translate into a Commons with no less than 434 Reform MPs, 68 Labour, 51 LibDems, 42 SNP and 25 Cons (etc). As near to an electoral revolution as anything.

That refers to the GI Bill brought into law by F.D. Roosevelt. It gives those who have served in the U.S. armed forces free university education, free medical services etc.

In its original form, it did not extend those benefits to those who served in the armed forces of other countries. Seems that Israel has had its puppets in Congress make yet another pro-Jewish-lobby “exception”.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/G.I._Bill

Russian forces continue to advance steadily, if slowly. The Kiev-regime forces are now incapable of mounting anything beyond a static “hedgehog” defence line, and are incapable of mounting any serious counter-attack, let alone a counter-offensive.

Well, who could have foreseen that?…

Well, I had better not post anything…inflammatory…lest I end up being unjustly imprisoned as Lucy Connolly was…

Anyway, as often noted on the blog, “rubber boat” migration invasion and the consequent “asylum hotel” aspect is only about 5% of the overall problem (even less if you take into account births).

Or not.

People have already lost faith in the UK political process, and the police. Until now, the courts have retained a measure of public respect. Will the courts and the judges now go the way of the politicians and police?

“Respect” is not quite the same as “fear”. Judge Jeffreys was feared but not respected. Look what happened to him.

George Jeffreys, 1st Baron Jeffreys PC (15 May 1645 – 18 April 1689), also known as “the Hanging Judge“,[1] was a Welsh judge. He became notable during the reign of King James II, rising to the position of Lord Chancellor (and serving as Lord High Steward in certain instances). His conduct as a judge was to enforce royal policy, resulting in a historical reputation for severity and bias.”

[Judge Jeffreys]

This is how ludicrous things have become. The judge said: “Of the people I have thus far sentenced, you are the person who provides me with the most difficulty because it cannot be levelled at you that you hit anyone, neither have you thrown anything, neither is it said that you spat at anybody. But it is accepted by you that you were a party to this disorder and I have to sentence you on that basis, and you know that anyone party to it has to receive a custodial sentence.” Man described by judge as the ‘least involved’ in riot jailed for a year https://telegraph.co.uk/news/2024/08/13/youngest-female-rioter-13-court-mother-step-father/

I was not familiar with the facts of the case until (just now) reading the above link, but if the defendant did actually nothing, neither by deed nor by word (of incitement, though he did say things of an insulting and profane character), then how could any judge, properly directing himself, either find the defendant guilty (even on a plea of guilty, which may have been procured by fear of a heavier sentence yet) or hand down any custodial sentence?

I see now, in the Daily Telegraph report, that the defendant did in fact push at a police riot shield, though once only.

The judge was fair enough to have gone into recess at the trial, until further video evidence was screened.

Surely appealable, at least on sentence.

Indeed, if the defendant’s only action had been to be at the scene, and even if, so to speak, “silently in agreement” with the acts done by others, then that surely would not be enough? His words actually said were at worst ambiguous, in my view. Meaning that, on those premises, arguende, there was no actus reus sufficient in law (?). However, the pushing of the riot shield might (and obviously did) change that, in the mind of the judge. Rather thin, though.

Even if the judge felt impelled to imprison that defendant, surely 3 months would have been more than enough? He would then have been released within 4-5 weeks. Now, he will be spending about 5 months in prison, unless he gets bail pending any appeal on sentence.

Excessive.

Deadhead MPs

I am not yet ready to resume blogging anew about “Deadhead MPs” as I did in the past, but this one has to be at least a possible contender: https://x.com/StephenFlynnSNP/status/1820422989248143499

Strongly favours migration-invasion, and mass immigration generally. Pretends to think that it actually benefits this country! An enemy of Britain’s future.

More tweets

Exactly my own experience.

(to British families or individuals only, though, not to migrant-invaders or any other non-Europeans).

Again, plainly excessive. A suspended sentence would have been appropriate; the immediate 15 months, in all the circumstances, and seeing the strong personal/family mitigation— savage. As it is, the defendant will only be released after 5 months (minus a few days).

Starmer and his compliant judges may have repressed the recent protests (which were coming to an end anyway— the (((Hope not Hate))) cabal just invented the spectre of 100 more “far right” protests— but, in my opinion, people are getting even angrier, albeit under the surface, and with both the general situation in the country and about the “elected” dictatorship (“elected” by a mere 20% of eligible voters) of Two-Tier Keir.

People are just wary of openly saying or publishing online anything now, because of the open repression of free speech, and because of the police-state over-reaction by both Two-Tier Keir and those judges who have recently been giving out Cold War East European-style “People’s Court” sentences (for political “crimes” only).

“ZELENSKY APPROVED PLAN TO BLOW UP NORD STREAM PIPELINES

Despite the mainstream media saying for months that Russia blew up the pipelines, the Wall Street Journal has now revealed it was planned and executed by Ukraine at a cost of $300,000.

When the CIA learned of the plan they told Zelesnky to abort it, however it still went ahead. According to senior Ukrainian defense and security officials, the pipelines were a legitimate target. They are jointly owned by Russian, German, French, and Dutch companies, and the explosion caused 800 million cubic meters of gas, equivalent to about 3 months of Danish gas supplies, to escape.

It’s a problem for Germany, as a senior official said: “An attack of this scale is a sufficient reason to trigger the collective defense clause of NATO, but our critical infrastructure was blown up by a country that we support with massive weapons shipments and billions in cash.” Ukraine still officially denies involvement in the attack.

The vulgar mercantilist influence comes out in the language, and has for a number of years.

Apart from that, throwing money at a trade union or its members, in order to ensure a period without strikes, is easy enough, and not some masterstroke of Labour Party industrial relations.

Then compare that to the equally inaccurate and one-sided BBC and Sky News (etc) reportage about the Ukraine conflict, the migration-invasion and much else.

I agree completely. The UK has gone slowly mad in that regard over the past 50 years and especially the past 25 years.

Example(s) of and from what Katie Hopkins calls “Batshit Bonkers Britain”.

As frequently noted on the blog over the past 7 years, the self-describing “Left” has almost nothing left except hysterical demands that “the authorities” should “deplatform” anyone of whom they disapprove, or who is not of the “woke” orthodoxy. It even came out during the “Covid” hysteria of a few years ago.

The once-socialist so-called “Left” and/or “antifascist” tendency has actually nothing to offer the British people. No ideals. No ideas. Just witch-hunts.

Incidentally, anyone wanting to confirm that those sorts of individuals really are of “Batshit Bonkers Britain”, read this

The Kursk operation serves to create the illusion of progress.

It is possible that the United States participated in providing the intelligence that the Armed Forces of Ukraine needed to attack the Kursk region, said former Pentagon adviser Douglas McGregor.

The goal of the operation is to create the illusion of success so that warmongers in Washington will continue to send money to Ukraine, he emphasized.

Exactly.
