End the “lockdown”  nonsense now!

Image

Exactly. I suppose that a tiny minority (including me) are already in the frame as dangerously independent thinkers, dissidents, “extremists” (in the view of the NWO, ZOG, “Zionists”, the UK/EU System etc). Others are as yet unidentified by the powers of Evil. The Coronavirus, and the staged panic, and instant laws instituting a toytown police state, are just the beginning.

The System can now use filters such as “who is tweeting or writing against facemasks/”social distancing”/”lockdown” (etc)?” to identify who belongs to the group that is less compliant, less brainwashed. The others, the multikulti “sheep”, “rabbits” etc are malleable and/or unthinking.

The most brainwashed, compliant, easy to order are, of course, those who obediently troop outside their houses once per week to clap or make other noise (at first it was “for the NHS”, now “for our carers”). Social conditioning, as seen also in hospitals, supermarkets etc, where the managements “facilitate” (or should that read “mandate”?) the, in effect, enforced (by social pressure) “clapathon”.

In fact, many do not want to think. Thinking is harder than not thinking, at least at first. You see tweets (often from those presenting themselves as intelligent and/or “caring” and/or “socialist”) actually demanding that “lockdown” be made stricter, that the Government go further, that heavy fines or prison be introduced for “breaches” of “the rules” (regardless of whether the so-called “rules” are law or indeed even lawful). Most of these people are those who believe that they favour “human rights”. They fall at the first fence, unaware of the irony, unable to see it.

Again, quite right.

As I predicted years ago, in 2015 and later, the EU, as part of the NWO consensus/conspiracy, would try to secure (if a Brexit referendum became inevitable in the UK) a Remain victory. Failing that, the first fallback would either be a second “confirmatory” referendum (a re-run, to get the “right” result) or a “deal” on everything, which would really be a “BRINO” (Brexit In Name Only).

Some people are still foolish enough to think that “Europe” (by which they mean the EU) stands in opposition to the USA. That may be true in the —relatively— small things such as agricultural standards and so on, if you like, the “tactical” things; but on the strategic plane, the EU and the USA are really working together as part of the “Western” NWO plan:

BhFozwVCQAAjLNT

The only niggle I would have with the cartoon above is that Zionism, in the usual sense, is only one part of the conspiracy, the other being a kind of uber-freemasonry. In fact, if you look at those playing important public roles (albeit as puppets) in the UK area of the international conspiracy, they are usually part Jew and part connected by present family or by heredity with the sometimes non-Jew but highly Masonic-linked power structures of the West: David Cameron-Levita, Theresa May, Boris Johnson, to name a few.

The migration-invasion continues

TheCampOfTheSaints.jpg

What was once dystopian fiction has become everyday fact: when Jean Raspail wrote The Camp of the Saints, it was regarded as implausible fiction, yet now we see enormous numbers of blacks and browns invading Europe by sea, more or less as per the book mentioned.

As far as the UK is concerned, joke Home Secretary Priti Patel (thick as two short planks, an Israeli tool, and in effect an invader herself) talks about stopping at least illegal immigration, but hundreds, every day, are landing on the beaches of Southern England, or are “intercepted” at sea and then brought here for free shelter, food and cash! Several hundred a day.

By the way, the book used to be available secondhand for little money, but has now soared in cost. £100+. Fortunately, a pdf version is available for free:

Once here, the invaders are encouraged to breed with European (i.e. white) women, to create the mixed-race population of the future as envisaged a century ago by the evil “genius” of the System, Richard von Coudenhove-Kalergi: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Richard_von_Coudenhove-Kalergi

https://www.westernspring.co.uk/the-coudenhove-kalergi-plan-the-genocide-of-the-peoples-of-europe/

In the UK (and elsewhere), the propaganda for a mixed-race population, to be achieved mainly by the impregnation of white women by blacks and browns, has become truly relentless; in TV ads, TV “soaps” and other dramas or melodramas and in every other way:

Nick Griffin

I have never met Nick Griffin. Before a pack of Jews procured my expulsion from Twitter, I retweeted a few of his tweets; he retweeted one or two of mine. Perhaps, having reposted a number of tweets from Griffin, I should briefly explain my view of him. It is, firstly, that he did very well to get the BNP to the point where two MEPs were elected (Griffin himself and Andrew Brons https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Andrew_Brons).

I disagreed with some aspects of BNP policy and presentation, but also agreed with much. The same with Griffin’s views as seen now on, eg, Twitter. I agree more than I disagree.

Griffin’s Question Time debacle in 2009 was a bad mistake on his part. I think that he and his colleagues may have considered that the BNP had finally made it into the “mainstream”. He was ambushed. System mouthpieces like American black woman Bonnie Greer [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bonnie_Greer] relentlessly interrogated Griffin about the “holocaust” and Third Reich etc. Greer was seated on the panel next to Griffin, inches away.

The whole programme was akin to a Chinese Cultural Revolution denunciation-fest organized by Red Guards. Griffin himself called it a “lynch mob”. The normal format of the show was put aside so that Griffin and the BNP could be seen to be (seen by over 8 million viewers) humiliated.

I suppose that one could call Griffin’s decision to attend, “brave but stupid”; more charitably, a gamble that did not come off (because the race was fixed).

The programme was watched by an estimated 8.2 million viewers, more than three times the average figure for Question Time, and on a comparable level with prime time entertainment shows. Griffin’s appearance dominated the following day’s media; a follow-up report in the New York Times said that “the early reading by many of Britain’s major newspapers was that Mr. Griffin lost heavily on points.

In a press conference held on 23 October, Griffin stated that he would make a formal complaint about the format of the programme, which he said was “… not a genuine Question Time; that was a lynch mob“.[93] He suggested that he should appear again, but that “… [we] should do it properly, and talk about the issues of the day”,[94] and added: “That audience was taken from a city that is no longer British … That was not my country any more. Why not come down and do it in Thurrock, do it in Stoke, do it in Burnley? Do it somewhere where there are still significant numbers of English and British people, and they haven’t been ethnically cleansed from their own country.” [Wikipedia]

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nick_Griffin#2009_appearance_on_Question_Time

I also feel that Griffin has had to fight the System, and has been arrested, charged, prosecuted by it, though acquitted in the end, thanks to British juries (those results would be less likely today, because there would be more blacks and browns on the juries). Having been myself questioned (though never prosecuted, charged or even arrested), I feel for him!

https://ianrmillard.wordpress.com/2017/07/13/when-i-was-a-victim-of-a-malicious-zionist-complaint/

In fact, I recall that, after the final 2006 acquittal of Griffin and Mark Collett https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mark_Collett , Counsel magazine (sent free to all practising barristers) carried an ad for Crown Prosecution Service [CPS] recruitment, which ad had obviously been drafted (and artwork done) in the expectation of Griffin and Collett being convicted. System stitch-up, but it went wrong for (((them))) that time.

Good points. The “push button for degree” and “push second button for ‘master’s degree’ and ‘doctorate’” “university” “degree” system now in place is anachronistic, pointless and, from the purely “career” point of view” of the students, becoming almost worthless for the majority of graduates.

As to the idea of “learning to think”…

DH_Z5-5W0AEvER2

The point is made.

It is interesting to note that some of the most financially successful people in the UK never attended university:

Lord Ashcroft https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Michael_Ashcroft (he did get a business diploma from a technical college);

Richard Branson https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Richard_Branson

Alan Sugar https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alan_Sugar etc.

Not that I am commending any of them them as people, but they have certainly managed to create things by thinking outside the box and the usual confines of the educational system.

It is, also, noteworthy how many of those who favour multikulti Britain, mass immigration, Remain(ing) in the EU, a strict Coronavirus “lockdown” etc are those who went straight from school to “university” (of some sort), maybe (for those whose families are more affluent) after a “gap year” (ie an extended holiday in places like Thailand, Goa or wherever). The sort of people who, though often thinking themselves both educated and intelligent, are unused to truly thinking “out of the box”, in other words.

Rishi Sunak and his giveaways

I am far from being fiscally conservative. I disparage penny-pinching and the “pennywise” Scrooge-ism of the Cameron/Osborne/Duncan Smith years (2010-2017, and the 2-3 similar years up to now). I favour Basic Income too, though it has to be basic, not too generous in its early phases. However, the Rishi Sunak measures seem to be driven not by social equity, not by Keynesian expansionism, but by a muddled public relations agenda.

It is quite pathetic how Rishi Sunak is now touted as a future Prime Minister. For one thing, he is Indian! The System wants a non-European to be PM, because it wants the population to become non-European, so naturally it wants a non-European as PM, in 10-20 years.

Apart from that, the giveaways from Rishi Sunak, which might have been justifiable for a few weeks, a month or so, are now set to continue, in full measure, until October! Now, as I said above, I favour Basic Income, but for the furloughed employees and now self-employed, to get up to £2,500 a month until October, while sitting at home, economically inactive, is absurd. There is little or no incentive for many to hurry back to (in many cases) boring work while most if not all of their needs are being met.

Yes, some were making far more than £2,500 a month, but many were not. When you add to the fact that the “furlough” payments will now continue through the Summer and into the Autumn the fear which still exists, created largely by the Government itself, it can be seen that, for many, the idea of having a kind of holiday, in many cases a family holiday is enticing.

The State schools would have broken up in July anyway (am I recalling aright when I “remember” that my old (non-State) school used to break up in mid-June and return only in mid-September? Long time ago now…early 1970s). Endless Summer…

So anyway, many furloughed employees are in no hurry to return to their commuting on crowded trains, or Underground, or buses, or congested roads, and to their jobs, when they can have an extended holiday until October, especially now that the shops, maybe soon even cafes and hotels, will be open for business. People can drive out to national parks, beaches, woods, while knowing that they are being paid by the State until the Autumn.

I wonder a little whether, somewhere in their hearts, those employees and others actually intuit that they might not have jobs or work for long, or are unsure, so are determined to have one last elegiac summer with their families. Just a thought.

Already we see large companies cutting or preparing to cut jobs by the hundreds, by the thousands, once the furlough payments stop. Already companies, large companies, are planning job cuts on a vast scale. As for small companies, many have no real chance of survival.

What she is “missing” is that it is the Mayor of London, via Transport for London [TfL] who decides about the London Congestion Charge…but when did lack of basic knowledge ever stop any (well-known or obscure) person from tweeting?

Look at this (below):

https://twitter.com/lubabakhalid/status/1261475383049957382?s=20

The “Lubaba” one apparently lives in Croydon, and is a Student Union officer, so was probably brought up (and born) in the UK, but hates us –meaning hates British, meaning “white”, people– (under cover of hating the British Empire).

She thinks that she and her family would be much better off had her ancestors been left in the primaeval squalor of Central or West Africa…

Against stupidity, the Gods themselves struggle in vain” [Schiller].

I notice that “Lubaba” has flags from Barbados, Trinidad and Palestine on her Twitter masthead, as well as what is presumably the Labour Party rose. No Union Jack. No St. George’s flag. Many of the blacks and browns often seem to just hate us. They really should not be in Europe at all. And they are steadily outbreeding us…

Here are some more untermenschen supposedly “equal” to us…

I saw this interesting blog post about the British Empire:

https://wordpress.com/read/blogs/106217350/posts/70147

Slavery:

Perhaps the most emotive [accusation] concerns slavery. During the 18th century, the peak of the huge and lucrative Atlantic slave trade, British merchants bought slaves from African rulers — on average, 120 people every day by the 1780s — and sold them primarily to French, Portuguese-Brazilian and British planters. Was this the source of Britain’s wealth, and the fuel of the Industrial Revolution? Profit from the slave trade made individuals rich, but accounted for about one per cent of national income. The Industrial Revolution’s key element was coal, of which Britain had a lot.

Where the British Empire’s relationship with slavery was unique was in combatting it. Britain abolished its own slave trade in 1807. In 1834 it abolished slavery throughout the Empire. British subjects were forbidden to own slaves anywhere in the world.”

I have to admit that I was unaware that the slave trade accounted for only 1% of national income (unclear as to whether that 1% was only the actual trade, or including profits made using slaves, eg West Indies cotton and sugar).

https://www.spectator.co.uk/article/war-of-words-16-august-2018

Here (above) is a link to that article. It is very true about Wikipedia. I like and use Wikipedia a great deal, but it is very blinkered on certain topics, among which is the so-called “holocaust” fable. Many of Wikipedia’s editors (mostly unpaid volunteers) are Jews (especially American Jews).

Another topic upon which Wikipedia is very biased is anything to do with what the Jews, “antifa” idiots and msm usually term “far Right” politics. You will be misinformed if you rely on Wikipedia for information about that.

Finally, Wikipedia will allow newspaper articles to be cited, but not if the newspaper is the Daily Mail! The Sun? OK. The Daily Mirror? OK. Morning Star? OK. In fact, as far as I know, any newspaper, and certainly any mainstream newspaper, is OK, but never the Daily Mail. On any topic. I am hardly likely to be pro-Daily Mail, as such, having been featured generally unfavourably by that newspaper in the past (2016) but it is no worse than the rest of the msm; and often more informative.

“Lockdown” protest

https://twitter.com/HeartLondonNews/status/1261645218409058304?s=20

Time was when you could speak freely at Speakers’ Corner, Hyde Park. In fact I myself spoke there to fickle crowds a few times (in 1978, if memory serves). Not now. (((They))) have killed free speech. At Speakers’ Corner. In print. Online. Toytown police state.

Coronavirus, “lockdown”, and the toytown police state (that might become a real police state)

It is alarming. For example, Devon and Cornwall Police: “On 1 April, Devon and Cornwall Police released a statement saying that, regardless of the guidance from both the National Police Chiefs’ Council and the College of Policing, it would not be changing its position on people travelling by car to a place for exercise. ‘Our interpretation is that it is not reasonable, for the majority, to drive miles to a specific place such as a beauty spot. It is also not within the spirit of what we are trying to achieve if you drive from Devon to the coast of Cornwall for surfing, regardless of whether that is “lawful” or not.’”

In other words, the Devon and Cornwall Police, among others, are going to try to “interpret” the will of the Government, and apply that, regardless of whether that has the force of law or not

https://architectsforsocialhousing.co.uk/2020/05/12/the-state-of-emergency-as-paradigm-of-government-coronavirus-legislation-implementation-and-enforcement/

The above is a good example of the Common Purpose attitude (“Leading beyond authority“) which has infected the police and public services generally over the past 30 years: the police actually purporting to decide what is the law, and even saying, straight out and brazenly, that they are going to allow or disallow X, Y, or Z whether X, Y or Z are lawful or not!

https://www.cpexposed.com/about-common-purpose

Then there is the police “nark on a neighbour” idea, which at one time was attracting nearly 6,000 quasi-Stalinist denunciations daily!

The island of sheep

John Buchan once wrote a book, one of his least famous, called The Island of Sheep. It was an adventure thriller set on an island full of (real) sheep. The sheep I am talking about here, though, are metaphorical sheep (aka some British people) and “the island of sheep” is Britain.

Look at the tweets below, from a woman who thinks of herself, looking at her Twitter profile and “pinned tweet”, as an independent thinker…

yet she tweets thus:

She displays no real thought at all. The latest estimate was that 24 people a day in London, a city of about 9 million inhabitants, are being infected with the Chinese virus. That is 3 people out of every million living in London.

Another example?

Very “Soviet”. Government decides, journalists then obediently transmit and explain the decision to the broad masses…

In fact, that is more or less what has happened up to now, but this shambolic government of fools, led by a part-Jew public entertainer who seems to live an unmeritedly charmed life (so far), is floundering, driven more by public relations than by “the science”, let alone common sense.

She shows herself, like so many on Twitter, and particularly the pseudo-socialist ones (this lady herself is in fact a supporter of Corbyn-style Labour), as almost begging to be told where to go and not go, what to do and not do. She is brainwashed by the “virus” scare to the nth degree. “Independent”? About as much as any marionette or automaton…

Actually, I should not spend too much time on this lady, though she is typical of so many on Twitter, but she is rather “the gift that keeps on giving”:

As a child in the early to mid-1960s, I was only ever given Lucozade (the original one, in a large glass bottle with yellow cellophane wrapping) when unwell. It was thought to aid recovery and maybe it did, because it was indeed high in glucose. Where the tweeter above goes wrong is in saying that Lucozade caused obesity. Hardly. Most children only had about 2 bottles a year, if that!

I see people like that on Twitter daily, the ones who think of themselves as thinking people, often (as in her case) socialist or rather pseudo-socialist (well-meaning perhaps, so be it…). They make about 9 silly points for every 1 good point.

Boris-idiot and the Chinese virus

Well, Boris Johnson’s shambolic amateur-night Churchill impression of yesterday has not exactly gone down a storm. I think that the infamous casting director who first rejected Richard Whiteley’s application had the right injunction: “Himoff!

Even that peculiar little “Misbegot”, Philip Schofield, is doing a Peter Finch “Network” reprise!

Yes?

In fact, the usually supine msm talking heads such as Schofield seem to be getting back a heady whiff of journalistic (or whatever) independence. Look at Piers Morgan, here tearing a strip off one of the barrow-boy “Conservative” MPs, former market gardener Andrew Bridgen [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Andrew_Bridgen#Early_life_and_career]:

Reading some of the readers’ comments in, eg the Daily Mail, the public mood is now becoming unforgiving toward Boris-idiot and his Cabinet of fools. And that is before the furlough money tap is shut off…

Even the msm journalists are scathing toward “Boris” now. The only one I saw who is not critical was the ancient reactionary joke scribbler, Janet Daley, in the Telegraph.

I forecast after the 2019 election that, with Labour an irrelevance, any opposition to the “Boris” government of fools would come from within the Conservative Party itself. So it is proving to be.

The public too are now, too late, awakening to the horror of the full uselessness of “Boris” Johnson. Yet he can only be (lawfully) removed by his own MPs, and they are very unlikely to do that at this stage.

Tweets seen, etc

In one part of his mind, “Boris”-idiot knows that the Underground is the best incubator that the Chinese virus could ever find. Another part of “Boris”, however, imagines that all those workers that have to resume (or continue to) work in London can just hail a taxi! Or perhaps bicycle, or stroll, to their work, as do Oxford students en route to lectures and tutorials.

“Boris” should be told that London workers of all kinds do not all live in the purlieus of the Palace of Westminster, or bicycle from Mayfair or Belgravia. Some come in from as far away as Didcot, Diss, Margate and the Isle of Wight! Not to mention North Finchley, Epping, Morden and Ealing

The tweet below caught my attention mainly because it is typical of the times: semi-literate, yet the tweeter is apparently a writer who has written or broadcast for BBC, Sky News, Guardian, New York Times etc…

As I have blogged before, forcing the public to wear absurd facemasks or scarves round the mouth or face will not only not do much (if anything) to stop the Chinese virus, but will be the biggest boon the shoplifters and other criminals have had for years. Eyewitness and cctv evidence will become almost useless, and people will look rather alike in many cases, so facilitating petty (and perhaps also serious) crime.

Evening foray

So to Waitrose. The police, even in this quiet corner (with apologies to Gogol’s Dead Souls) seem to have become much more active. A police jeep saw me and, though ahead of me just before I turned from one road to another, circled around by another route so that the police were behind me after a minute or two. Being rather intuitive, I had guessed from the start that that is what he or they would do, but (having a clear licence and the car insured and MOT-compliant), I could not be bothered to outwit them. In the end, the police followed me all the way to Waitrose in the nearby town, but did not bother to stop me after I turned into the store car park. Still, a sign of the times…

As to Waitrose itself, no obvious shortage of anything and, as on my previous visit, few shoppers, though this time none wearing those pathetic masks or wound-round scarves.

Interesting tweet below, too!

and this (below):

I noticed that in someone, in either January or February (I forget which) for several days, and I believe that I myself may have caught this virus in early February but shown no symptoms at the time (despite being 63). I suppose that I shall never know.

“Furlough” scheme

The furlough payments scheme “should be extended”, it is said:

https://www.theguardian.com/politics/2020/may/12/extend-furlough-scheme-or-face-spiralling-job-losses-rishi-sunak-told

Why? It is not necessary once the absurd “lockdown” is lifted. The scheme costs £8 billion per month, almost as much as the entire NHS with its 2 million employees, which costs £11 billion a month.

It is suggested that the scheme might continue until September instead of end of June. Another £24 billion, almost as much as the wrongheaded HS2 project (in its entirety)! In fact, I would support the furlough extension if that meant that HS2 would be scrapped, but I doubt that ministers will do that. It would be too elegantly simple.

As for the idea floated around Westminster that employees might return part-time, and that the furlough payments be reduced accordingly, that idea would seem to have no logic at all behind it.

Kay Burley

I rarely bother with TV news these days. A kind of Soviet-style government mouthpiece, whatever the channel designation. However, I did see a few minutes of Sky News this [Tuesday] morning. Kay Burley interviewing Angela Rayner.

I do not have much time for Angela Rayner, but Kay Burley’s behaviour was extraordinary to those of us brought up to think that news presenters should be or at least seem “impartial”. To my mind, Kay Burley showed herself completely pro-Conservative Party, pro-Government. I am not talking about giving Angela Rayner a hard time as interviewee but Kay Burley simply shouting out her own opinions and refusing to leave open the possibility that the Government might have acted incompetently. In other words, she did not so much ask questions as demand that her view be accepted.

I have often seen Kay Burley cross the line into partisan territory. She was very hostile to Corbyn from 2015 to 2019, and totally in the pocket of the Jewish lobby; at least that was my strong impression. However, I always discounted the claims of Corbyn supporters that Kay Burley was biased in favour of the Conservative Party as such. No longer a question. She is.

Angela Rayner did try to remonstrate, mildly, with Kay Burley, about the latter’s behaviour in the interview, but to little effect. Indeed, Kay Burley hit back! This is what happens when fairly mediocre, not highly educated people, get jobs as news anchors, get paid a million a year or whatever, and then forget that they are only reporters or news facilitators, not active players. John Humphrys was another example.

Sanity breaks out here and there…

Coronavirus is not at epidemic levels in Britain, experts at Oxford University have said, with new figures showing that only a tiny proportion of the population is currently infected.

The latest data from the Office for National Statistics (ONS) suggests that just 0.24 per cent of adults – approximately 136,000 people – have the virus. Separate surveillance by the Royal College of GPs indicates it may be even less.

Figures released last week showed just 0.037 per cent of people have the virus…” [Daily Telegraph]

Edwina Currie

Ghastly old Jewess Edwina Currie has apparently been on daytime TV, supporting the Government’s “policy” on “lockdown” etc. Poor Government!

https://twitter.com/lozhockers/status/1260106322701410304?s=20

https://twitter.com/BizPaul/status/1260106981609820161?s=20

Edwina Currie, like many Jews, especially women, “smiles”, or goes through the motions of what human beings do when they smile, when there is no actual reason to smile. I have never discovered why “they” do that. Like a nervous tic rather than any expression of humour or warmth.

As to Edwina Currie specifically, I remember well her overnight destruction of the UK egg market in 1988. My memory is not at all taxed. I remember that incident because I heard about it in specific circumstances that make it easy to recall. It was late at night and in December 1988, and I was at the Hotel Grand (now the Mercure Grand Warszawa) in Warsaw.

Ilustracja

I had just that evening arrived by train from Bielsko-Biala in the south of Poland. Outside, the snow lay heavy on the ground.

I turned on my radio and found the BBC World Service (which at the time was still worth listening to). The news from the UK had two main items: there had been a terrible train crash at Clapham, South London, with much loss of life; also, Edwina Currie, the government junior minister responsible for, inter alia, the egg industry, had said (wrongly) that most eggs in the UK were contaminated by salmonella. As a direct result of Edwina Currie’s mistake, 4 million hens were slaughtered.

Ain’t that the truth?!” [above]. Now, every Tom, Dick and Sharon has a “degree” from some place or other, quite many have a “Master’s”, involving a 1-year course, which no-one ever fails; in fact at Oxford and Cambridge you get a “Master’s” degree merely on payment of a small sum, with no course requirement, work, or dissertation required!

I am not making that up. In fact, I recall that my then girlfriend, in the 1980s, was sent a letter from Cambridge University warning her that if she wanted to be able to put “M.A.” after her name, she would have to pay (I think) £35, because the time limit was approaching (as I seem to recall). She had graduated around 1971. The limit must have been 10 or 15 years, if there was a limit. Maybe the University just wanted the money.

What a farce…

As for “academics”, “academia” in the wider sense is now full of fakes and simplistic ideologues such as the woman lecturer (I think from Southampton University), whose tweets I saw on Twitter recently, to the effect that books written by “Nazis” should be burned. These are among the gravediggers of European civilization. They must be stopped.

There are numerous “doctors” of this or that (esp. on Twitter) who actually use the title, despite not being medical doctors, academics in any formerly-accepted sense, or persons in either holy orders or scientific institutes. Infra dig, but that is what Britain today is like: just a bad joke.

Despite official figures (quite possibly inflated) showing that 30,000 or so people have died “of” (with) Coronavirus, i.e. about one person out of every 2,000 in the UK, and that only about 4 people (if that) out of every 10,000 are presently infected, the public panic has scarcely abated. Fear has been spread (by the Government, the Opposition, the NHS lobby, the msm etc), and it is now proving hard to rein back on that.

The “Great Replacement” continues…

More Hitchens tweets

This is key, but it is actually alarming that so many people, including those with “degrees” and recognized professional qualifications cannot see it. I had smoked salmon for breakfast this morning, and the weather became less cloudy. I do not imagine that the weather became less cloudy because I had smoked salmon for breakfast. It would have happened whether I had smoked salmon, devilled kidneys or raspberry pop-up tarts. cf. “lockdown” and Coronavirus.

Rishi Sunak and furlough

Sunak has extended the “furlough” scheme until October. A remarkable decision, and I think the wrong one. The right decision would have been to open up the economy completely or almost completely from this week or certainly by the end of the month.

https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-52634759

What has now been done is to say to at least 7 million employees and self-employeds, “stay on holiday until the Autumn” on what amounts —for many of them— on full pay, once the costs of simply being employed are taken away (eg transport to and from work).

Yes, others are “working from home”, either actually or notionally, while yet others are, whether as “key workers” or not, still working normally. However, a quarter of the total workforce are now as good as economically inactive until October or even November. The economic fallout will be massive, as will be the upfront costs of “furloughing” all those people: £8 BN x 7 months = £56 billion.

As Lord King, the former Governor of the Bank of England said today, the economy will not be damaged as much by the furlough programme costs (if only because the cost of State borrowings is very low at present and can be spread over long future periods) as it will be by the fact that a quarter of the workforce is not doing anything productive, and because companies on the edge before the “virus” struck are now insolvent but kept in suspended animation by “furlough” monies to employees, loans to companies from the State, and rent holidays (and/or suspension of rent default proceedings in the courts).

The furlough payments will keep up demand to a certain extent, but only to a certain extent, in that payments are capped at £2,500 per month.

The effect on the currency is as yet unknown. Other European (and yet other) countries have similar schemes, so there may well be relativity, but eventually the pound sterling must fall vis a vis most other currencies, thus fuelling inflation in the UK.

I have seen inflation of that type. It has political effects. I am not talking about the utterly mad hyperinflation of Germany in 1923 but a lesser, yet still fast, inflation. When I first went to Poland in 1988, the taxi drivers had a little sticker by the meter. You paid a multiple of what the meter said. When I was there in Summer 1988 (for a couple of months), the stickers read “x2” and then “x4”. When I returned, a few months later, the stickers read “x8”, then “x12”. The following year, the year when the whole Soviet and Eastern European socialist system started to collapse visibly, the stickers read “x40” and then, I think, “x200″…

For a foreigner (what some Germans of the post-WW2 occupation of Berlin called, in a mix of English and Russian, a “valuta vulture” , “valuta” being the Russian for “foreign currency”), the collapse of the Polish zloty in the late 1980s had selfish positive effects: I for example could take a taxi to whatever passed for a good hotel (when I was first in Poland, I was not staying in hotels), have a breakfast, get a taxi onward, and pay (including tips) about £1 or £2 for breakfast and taxis combined. That was not much even in 1988.

Anything produced in Poland could be bought for pennies in English or American currency. For example, I bought a few Polish vinyl records of symphonic music for about 10p or 20p each.

The drawback was that very little was for sale anyway. The usual local shops were not well-stocked. Anything imported had to be bought at hard-currency-only “PEWEX” (pron. “Pevex”) shops: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pewex

Where did people get their dollars to spend at PEWEX? Mostly from the Polish diaspora, particularly the long-established Polish communities in the USA. Remittances to famly members.

One of Lenin’s probably apocryphal statements was “to destroy a country, first destroy its currency“. The fact is true, even if the attribution is not. Currency is a major factor of any state. States that do not have their own currency are joke states (eg Zimbabwe 2009-2019). States where the currency is very weak tend to be weak states (Weimar Germany in the early 1920s, Poland in the 1980s).

In Poland, the collapse of the zloty was not the cause of the collapse of the socialist system, but accompanied it, as did other trends, and the currency collapse was at least one cause of the collapse of “Polish” socialism.

The pound in 2020 or 2022 may not quite go the whole way of the Polish zloty of the 1980s, but “never say never”…

What the government of fools has done, in effect, is declare a national holiday on full pay for millions of people. For a further 4 months. At the same time, the most egregious restrictions of the “lockdown” nonsense are to be relaxed (before the mob ignore them anyway…), so allowing all those people “furloughed” some freedom to enjoy their unexpected weeks and months of leisure.

Diary Blog, 7 April 2020

Image

It will be seen from the above chart that the UK is in 4th place for death from Coronavirus, expressed in proportion to population. Belgium, Spain and Italy, all of which had strict “lockdown” regimes, have fared worse than has the UK. Some countries which have implemented only light regulation, such as Sweden, have fared better than the UK.

There are many variables, based on lifestyles, the way deaths are counted, when the virus really emerged in a particular country etc, so people can argue endlessly over which country has the worst or best record and why. However, it seems clear that whether a country has strict “lockdown”, less strict, or none at all, is almost irrelevant to the spread and effect of the Coronavirus, taken over a couple of months.

It will be seen, also, that Coronavirus has killed (taking the statistics as provided) about 500 people for every million in the UK. One out of every 2,000. That is unfortunate, but is hardly the Black Death (which is said to have killed about 1 out of 3 people across Europe, in other words about 700x the rate of Coronavirus in the UK (so far).

I notice that the political Twitterati have not disappointed me. They always get it wrong. They are on the wrong side of pretty much any argument. They predict every election or referendum inaccurately. In this case, they (most of them) want an extension of the UK “lockdown” nonsense; many want it even more strictly enforced, and with even fewer services and facilities open for business.

You cannot really talk or debate (not that I wish to) with that unthinking and self-righteous Twitter mob. They are the bookburners, the proponents of heresy laws etc.

As things stand, people in the UK are under loose house arrest, en bloc. It seems that some restrictions are going to be eased next week. All the same, and more importantly, the British people cannot do all manner of normal things at present, some of which are very necessary. Examples include accessing dental services, getting hair cut, sending their children to school.

This farce has to end. The cost is enormous. Vast numbers of people (at last count, over —uh-oh, that number again!— six million) were “furloughed” on 80% pay (capped at £2,500 per month). I have to admit that a wry smile may have been seen on my face at the sight of those who, many of them, cheered on Dunce Duncan Smith and others from both main System parties as they marginalized and demonized the poor and especially the not-employed poor, now themselves staring down the barrel of destitution.

Apart from that, the fact is that the “lockdown” is killing people every day in various ways: deferred consultations, cancelled operations etc.

At some point soon, all the “emergency” measures will have to end. Many prefer to stay away from boring jobs for a while, given that they are “furloughed” on 80% of their pay (and when you take off costs such as transport, it might even add up to 100% of net pay in reality). However, this will not be sustainable for much longer.

Having scared the people out of their skins, the government of fools is now preparing to crack the whip to get those same people out of their houses, by reducing the furlough cap to (probably) £2,000 from £2,500, by reducing the amount anyone can get to 60% of pay rather than 80%.

I wonder what the unemployment figure will be by Christmas. 3 million? 5 million?

Latest news (only 1 hour old at time of writing):

Those calling for “lockdown” to continue almost indefinitely, and certainly for months more, have no interest in or understanding of the effects on the UK economy. They seem to think that people can be subsidized indefinitely to stay in their homes while commerce and industry die on the vine.

As usual, the Twitter mob, all but irrelevant to the real course of events, rant at those (in this case) calling for an end to the “lockdown” nonsense, calling them “stupid” etc. Those Twitter drones have evidently not thought through all the implications of a continuing “lockdown”. Apart from which, it occurs to me that the present times are characterized, at least in part, by unthinking selfishness disguised as concern for society.

I favour Basic Income, but that can only work where society (and the economy) is open for business. If not, then the monies expended are merely dead outflows, fuelling inflation eventually.

Notting Hill Carnival

The Notting Hill Carnival has been cancelled, a rare bonus from the Coronavirus situation. The blacks may or may not riot as a consequence in August, when the heat builds and the tom-toms drum incessantly in the darkening (urban) jungle. For the local population, this will come as a blessed relief.

Notting Hill was already being gentrified when the Carnival (the white would-be ethnics drop the “the”) started to become a really major event in the 1970s, having started in 1966. In the 1960s and 1950s, Notting Hill had been known as an “edgy” neighbourhood wedged among other, more expensive, areas (Kensington, Holland Park etc).

I myself was familiar with Notting Hill in the 1980s. I would fairly often visit the wonderful art-nouveau Electric Cinema in Portobello Road, which sometimes showed Soviet films such as Moscow Doesn’t Believe in Tears; I was trying to improve my Russian at the time.

The Soviet diplomatic presence was not far away, near Notting Hill Gate (Consulate) and Kensington Palace Gardens (Embassy). The Czech Consulate was also at Notting Hill Gate.

Some of the films were very odd at first sight:

Other films (especially the ones from the Caucasus) seemed almost impenetrable. I remember this one, which I think was shown with Russian subtitles:

I visited the actual Portobello Road Market, specifically, a few times in the 1980s and early 1990s. It sold everything from apples to antiques and expensive fur coats (some valued at thousands of pounds, with provenance doubtful).

As for the Carnival, I did go once, out of curiosity. That would have been mid-1980s. Ghastly. Non-stop drumming “music”, dubious palm wine bought from an African in the street, fried plantains (not unpleasant but very over-priced) and, everywhere, huge numbers of people (by no means all non-whites, though blacks were by far the majority, as I suppose they soon will be in all of London, if they are not already). A hot day, too. I stayed for an hour or so. To return to real London was not easy. All Underground stations in the vicinity were closed because of the crush. I ended up walking all the way home, in the hot sun, to Little Venice, which was blessedly quiet and leafy by comparison with the streets of “Carnival”.

The present-day residents of Notting Hill (where houses now sell for millions) mostly barricade themselves in for a few days, or lock their houses up as securely as they can, and then go away for a few days. I imagine that they must be (secretly?) celebrating the cancellation this year.

I start with one, the poster of which evidently imagines itself very clever:

Or…just maybe…because Iceland, unlike the UK, is not a multikulti, globalized, overcrowded dustbin of peoples…

Something better:

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/debate/article-6197097/PETER-HITCHENS-reveals-REAL-truth-Communist-infiltration-Britain.html

Hitchens of course glosses over the fact that most important Communists in the UK, from the 1920s up to the effective end of the socialist/Communist movement in 1989, were Jews.

satan-maskt

In fact, Hitchens’ own Daily Mail article (an inset of) refers to Karl Marx simply as “German“, and not the more correct “Jew“, presumably because Marx was born in Germany and spoke German as well as other languages. If I had been born in China, would I be Chinese? Of course not (though some of the madder Twitterati would probably and defiantly answer in the affirmative!).

I cannot recall when I last heard a cuckoo. Perhaps in a deeply-wooded part of Surrey, c.1985, aged about 28, when I would go trekking every week for several hours with a well-organized group of elderly persons (all 70+), some of whom, like my parents’ then neighbour, Edward, had been officers of Special Operations Executive (SOE) and/or other organizations during the Second World War.

They would trek on a pre-planned route along rural footpaths (very rural— we never met another soul), wooded, with ferns pressing in at time, and always ending up at the country pub where we had started (and where a ploughman’s lunch and a pint of beer would await). Those old people were resilient! I myself, 50 years their junior (and at the time a student of Taekwando, who also could swim 2 miles or more) always fell asleep on the way home in Edward’s car! That was a tough generation.

More tweets:

I am rather surprised that Hitchens even bothers with Twitter, let alone little twerps such as his “interlocutor” there, “@taggio72″. I myself am banned from Twitter anyway, because a group of Jews organized a campaign of complaints against me in 2018. I do not know whether my 3,000 followers miss my tweets. I followed only about 50 accounts, I believe, and most of those were organizations.

Twitter is basically a waste of time. I do read tweets from a few people (Hitchens being one), but Twitter is basically an echo-chamber and outrage-chamber where the agenda changes almost daily. When you add to that the fact that the more interesting tweeters (like me) have been systematically removed over the last few years, the net result is that Twitter is almost useless, though it is a way of identifying some “enemies of the people”. The bias in Twitter is such that it is almost useless as a way of gauging public opinion. Maybe if you see the Twitter mood, the best idea is to then take the reverse view as being the view of most people.

Hitchens is against Powell on various bases, including Powell’s alliance with what is now called “racism” (before about 1989, most people would have used the word “racialist”, though that was not so often heard. The politically-correct mob had not yet quite stormed the citadel (under their paramount chief, Blair).

My own view about Powell is that he was a Conservative, so I am not on the same page as him. When he made his famous or “infamous” speech, I was only 11 and living in Australia.

The ITV News piece below is of course multikulti-biased; still…

The fact is that, overall, Enoch Powell was right. Is the Tiber “foaming with much blood”? Not in the cartoon sense, but look at the violent crime in the large cities, the knife crime, the gangs etc. Look at the direction of travel. It is getting worse.

As to Powell himself, one of the true stars of postwar British politics. He was a Conservative, which I am not. He hunted the fox, which I deplore. Still, a real mind amid, even then, the mediocrity. Look at that clip again. Both of the other MPs featured are very slight as compared to Powell.

The first, Paul Uppal, a Sikh, was Conservative Party MP for Powell’s old seat, though only from 2010-2015. Prior to that, supposedly “ran his own business”, the nature of which was not disclosed even on his own website, except that it apparently had no employees other than himself… (#bullshitklaxon…)

As for Ian Austin, MP for Dudley North 2005-2019, he was a press officer in the Labour Party prior to becoming an MP. A total mediocrity, as well as being one of the worst expenses cheats in the Commons and a doormat for the Jewish lobby and Israel.

Austin was finally removed from Parliament in 2019, having stepped down to avoid losing his seat. He was not popular, and caused scandal by apparently wanting the law against pornography featuring bestiality to be repealed. He too has now been given a government sinecure. He is unmarried (I do not know whether he has a pet or companion animal; I hope not!).

Powell, a former Professor of Ancient Greek (Sydney University), who had been born into very modest circumstances in the UK, was multilingual, an academic star student who, after leaving his Sydney academic post, joined the British Army as a private soldier in 1939. He ended the war in 1945 as a brigadier.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Enoch_Powell

I imagine that Powell would have been appalled at the MPs now sitting in the Westminster monkeyhouse. As for Twitter, I cannot see him having an account or bothering with the tidal wave of ignorance, though the brevity taught by his mastery of Greek epigrams and proverbs might have assisted him, if he were to have a Twitter account.

I oppose Powell in that he was very pro war with Germany, even before Hitler took power! Also, he did not say much about black and brown immigration into the UK until the late 1960s. To that extent, Hitchens is right. Powell did try to, as people now say, “weaponize” the race issue for his own political benefit. However, that resonated with millions of British people who even then suspected that the System was betraying them.

Why did Powell never really get anywhere politically after 1968? My view is that, as someone who was basically a Conservative and reactionary, he could not see himself as “national revolutionary”, leading a social-national party.

A February 1969 Gallup poll showed Powell the “most admired person” in British public opinion.” [Wikipedia]

Had Powell started his own party, even if Conservative-nationalist, he probably would have won several seats and perhaps attracted a few Conservative Party MPs too. It has to be borne in mind that, in the 1970 General Election, over 97% of the votes went to LibLabCon, just under 90% to Labour and Conservative. Powell probably simply thought that new parties fail…

So it was that, in 1974, Powell abandoned the Conservative Party and joined the Ulster Unionists. Why? Again, my own view is that Powell had in mind the bloc of Irish MPs (I think about 90) that Parnell had once led, in the 19thC, though Powell was not the leader of the UUP (which was also few in number at Westminster, I think about 11 MPs).

It may be that, in the end, Powell over-valued Parliament, Parliamentary procedures etc. It was alien to him to start a new party, despite his surely knowing that he had all the talents necessary to lead one: public profile, public support (up to a point), a fine mind, public speaking skills of a high order, administrative skills etc.

Imagine if Powell had had the initiative to start a new party immediately after the “Rivers of Blood” speech. He could have recruited thousands, maybe hundreds of thousands. He might have been able to get a bloc of MPs and, from there, who knows?

As for Hitchens, where I part company with him is that he is a kind of “small-c” conservative or quasi-conservative. The race question is as nothing to him, the Jewish Question is as nothing to him. As a result, he inevitably gets things wrong at times even when, often, he is on the right track.

Why are they not dealing with that gorilla, even if it requires a taser (or a Glock)? I have no idea what the situation was, though. The black may simply have been sunbathing. God knows.

A tweet about the pathetic Question Time rubbish now fronted, poorly, by ludicrously-overpaid BBC face Fiona Bruce:

https://twitter.com/SocialM85897394/status/1258525416907665408?s=20

People who are “conservative” nationialists can never see that the UK is not being flooded by non-whites by some kind of accident! Question Time, The Pledge etc are not full of ignorant blacks such as Afua Hirsch or “Femi” by “accident“! Au contraire. This is part of the Great Replacement. It is not a “conspiracy theory”. It is real and it is all around you. Just open your eyes.

Well, that’s enough for today. I may not like the Chinese attitude to animals, but they can put on a parade!

End of the day…

Afterthought: the officially-mandated “clap” nonsense, which has been conspicuous by near-absence around where I live, was briefly in evidence this evening, at 2000 hrs. Some fireworks went off in the distance, then I heard one person loudly clapping, unseen but not far away. Maybe a drunk.

Diary Blog, 5-6 May 2020

Evening forays

Well, I went out two evenings running, early evening. Only to Waitrose, though. On the main road (a rural or semi-rural A-road), some traffic, more than before (again). It is clear that the “lockdown”, put in place by a frightened and indeed panicked government of fools, is fraying at the edges.

Waitrose was slightly busier than yesterday, but on both days no queue to get in, and I have noticed that the black-clad Handmaid’s Tale militia (Waitrose marshals) have slackened off over the weeks. Still there, still going through the motions, but not as officiously as (one or two were) a few weeks ago.

Actually, I do not think that many people have died of Coronavirus in this part of southern England. I have seen two cases reported in the local Press since the scare began. That is in a population of 15,000 locally and, in a town about 12 miles away, another 20,000. Other small population centres as well. I have not been told personally about anyone at all who has even (knowingly) had “the virus”, let alone been hospitalized with it or died from it.

I saw a few idiots wearing what looked like home-made face-masks. Three, in fact. One ancient woman shopping with her husband (sans mask), one thin, brittle and unpleasant-looking woman aged around 60 (that’s youthful around here), and one typical male Guardian-reader, about 40 at a guess, complete with tote-bag. Yes, I am assuming wildly; I blame the “lockdown”…

As for panic buying, that seems to be yesterday’s news. Some types of pasta not available, and the flour shelf looked depleted, but the other most-scooped-up items, such as bleach, loo paper, kitchen roll etc were all in good supply. As for bread, over-supply, with many loaves on sale reduced to as little as 10p. What a difference a month makes.

As a matter of fact, I wonder how many (older) people remember the absurd sugar panic of (?) sometime in the late 1970s. It only lasted a week, had (as far as I can recall) no obvious cause, but had shoppers lining up to buy a dozen bags of sugar at a time. There were even a few scuffles or arguments in the aisles, I think. The “madness of crowds”.

Ah, maybe this [below] was what I had in mind:

https://www.theguardian.com/theguardian/2010/jul/09/archive-rationing-sugar-shortage-looms

1974. Earlier than I thought. Memory, even mine, is fallible. At least I did not “remember” having been gassed (6 times, in one case!), like some “holocaust” fakes!

Speaking of the 1940s, I was reading this:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/William_Sargant

“Selected patients for experimental operations with a high risk of death…”? Most of the criticisms of medicine and psychiatry in the Reich (sometimes justified criticisms) could be applied with as much or greater justice to the UK or USA. Fact. But Germany lost the War. Das ist’s…

I was just reading this:

https://www.loknstore.co.uk/articles/do-we-need-to-stockpile-essentials-for-a-hard-brexit/

Not sure that I believe the anecdotes in the first paragraph, but I suppose that I could be wrong.

On the way back to Schloss Millard, called in for a small amount of fuel at the (only) filling station. I saw an unmarked police car, a white Jeep-like vehicle with dark windows, akin to a Hummer (I never would have taken that to be a police vehicle) suddenly roar along the by-then empty main road, blue lights flashing (including a Kojak-style magnetic one on the roof).

What was that all about? A big undercover police operation in the area? A pensioner seen sitting on a clifftop bench, or walking along the pebbly shore, in defiance of “lockdown” “advice”? Maybe a dangerous “neo-Nazi” had been seen in the neighbourhood…In fact, Kojak‘s car light was red, but you get my meaning

After my shopping expedition, I sat down to watch the excellent Reilly, Ace of Spies on the nostalgia channel. I used to have it on DVD and, before that, on video. On this occasion, I was 15 minutes too early, so watched the ending of a marginally amusing “reality” show called Celebrity Dinner Date. What can I say? The “celebrity” (of whom I had never heard and whose name I have already forgotten) turned out to be a simian person of mixed race. He is apparently featured on the “Year of the Sex Olympics” show called Love Island, which I have never seen but understand to be a competition in which various instant “celebrities” have it off with each other somewhere in the tropics or subtropics.

The three girls who entertained the “celebrity” in turn were all English. The Germans have a word for it (as usual): Rassenschande.

The tweeter, above, has some sense, unlike the woman below:

She wants “full, policed lockdown, with clear orders…” I wonder whether she might be more at home somewhere like China, or North Korea? She has obviously no respect for what we English people used to call “civil rights”…

I was so struck by that tweet (though there are now many like it) and by the apparent fact that this Indian woman is (she claims— I had never heard of her) a regular face or voice on Sky and BBC, that I looked up her Wikipedia entry:

As a matter of fact, “journalists” and other scribblers not only often fail to report the truth, or report untruth, but do not seem even to know it when it should be within the ambit of their own lived experience! Look at the blog post, below, by Anna Blundy, who was, at the end of the 1990s, the Bureau Chief in Moscow for the London Times.

https://www.goodreads.com/author/show/431674.Anna_Blundy

Ms. Blundy, who was (she says) part-basis for the fictional character Bridget Jones, writes this:

I was born in 1970 and grew up on my own with my mum while dad flew around the world to wars and summits. It was odd in those days, when most people didn’t go abroad, to be watching the news (in black and white) and taking it personally.”

When most people didn’t go abroad“? In (what must have been, at earliest) the late 1970s?! I can assure her that many many people, maybe even most people, in the UK did “go abroad” in the late 1970s! Maybe not to El Salvador, true…Do many go there even now? And she watched the TV news in black and white? In 1975 or 1980? Come on…

The lady now writes fiction, it seems. Good call.

https://news.sky.com/story/coronavirus-person-dressed-as-scary-17th-century-plague-doctor-sought-by-police-11980536

What a country we live in. People can dress up in all sorts of appalling ways so long as they are on an “LGBT” march or the Notting Hill Carnival, and anyone objecting can FO, but one man or woman dressing like a 17thC “plague doctor” (presumably to satirize the present “lockdown” nonsense and/or Coronavirus scare) and the police are out seeking to find him to lecture him, in case he “scares” anyone. After the population has been scared out of its skin by its own government! You couldn’t make it up!

Happened to see this

All I can say is that when I was first appearing, as a “second six pupil” (green, newly-qualified, barrister), in the County Courts and magistrates’ courts in London in 1993, the lower criminal and family courts especially were awash with black barristers. I did some criminal work, but not family. If I am honest, in the next few years I saw not one black (or brown) barrister who was anything other than incompetent. Maybe I was unlucky…I even saw an appalling creature (with teeth sawn to points, like a cannibal) at the High Court in 1994, where he was (thanks to his friends on scandal-hit Lambeth Council) defending a judicial review application. I could say more, but what’s the point?

Ghastly…

Home baking

Only for one brief period in my life did I any baking of bread; in the early 1980s. It lasted a few weeks. I got some excellent recipes from a book by the now-forgotten Robert Carrier (famous in the 1960s): https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Robert_Carrier_(chef)

My first attempt and several others were all successful. It was only then that I went a bridge too far, making from Carrier’s book something called (if memory serves) Old English Spice Bread, which ended up the size, consistency and —almost— weight of a cannonball. It was not that I could not eat it, but that I could not even cut it! I tried to break it open by casting it down, with force, on a pavement. Result? a clunk, as if a piece of concrete had been dropped.

The cost was tremendous. A large amount of double cream, and various other ingredients. All for something half the size of a football and weighing a ton.

Ah…the wonder of the Internet… https://www.eatyourbooks.com/library/recipes/1852274/old-english-spice-bread

I might try ordinary brown bread again, if Waitrose ever has any flour or yeast or bicarb for sale again.

Turns out that Professor Ferguson broke his own lockdown in order to meet with his girlfriend (whose husband must be un mari complaisant). Ferguson has now resigned because of that trivia, not because his flawed advice (that there could be 250,000 deaths from Coronavirus in the UK) has led to the shutdown of most of the economy, to the imposition of a “police state-lite”, and maybe to the end of the UK as we have known it.

I knew as soon as I saw that bastard Ferguson that there was something wrong about him. I thought maybe drugs, but it seems that his craving lies elsewhere. It has to be admitted, though, that his girlfriend is not unattractive, on the face of it…

Meanwhile, Peter Hitchens has finally fallen out with Jewish Zionist Melanie “Mad Mel” Phillips:

Melanie Phillips is desperately trying to boost Boris-idiot by applauding his crazed “lockdown” nonsense. That has put Hitchens off her. I have to say, though, that his perspicacity fails him at times, as here below:

Was it really so surprising that a Jewess who is fanatically pro-Israel supported the war by which the major Western powers defeated one of the two or three greatest threats to Israel, i.e. Iraq under Saddam Hussein? Thus doing Israel’s dirty work. For which Israel paid not a shekel.

Anyway, back to the virus scare and the “lockdown” nonsense:

Hitchens has a long series of altercations with some Jew called Margulies, a lecturer in politics at the University of Essex, no less. The tweet below, is at or near the end of the exchange, as Margulies is put back in his box…

Good to see that the reputation of the University of Essex is being, er, maintained!

Millie

The Jamaican singer, Millie (Millie Small) has died. 73 years old. So I must have been only 7 when her one UK hit came out and was frequently on the radio and TV. I remember it well, maybe partly because “Millie/Millard”— similarity of names.

West Indians were then (1964) few in the UK, incredibly (despite what the msm propaganda would have people believe now). In the early to mid 1960s, I cannot remember ever seeing one —one!—, even in the poorer parts of Reading, let alone where my family lived, on the border of South Oxfordshire), until my family returned to the UK in late 1969, after nearly three years in Australia.

1964. A different world.

Rory Stewart

Rory Stewart has pulled out of the contest for Mayor of London. I have added another update to my blog post of a year ago about him:

https://ianrmillard.wordpress.com/2019/05/03/will-rory-stewart-mp-be-prime-minister/

My first thoughts about Stewart (at the time, as potential Conservative Party leader and Prime Minister) underwent change as I discovered more about him. Now, my judgment is far less favourable than it was a year ago.

Derbyshire news

Derbyshire’s chief “woodentop” is to “retire”:

https://www.mirror.co.uk/news/uk-news/police-chief-whose-officers-filmed-21984105

Responsible not only for instituting a poundland KGB attitude to the public under the “lockdown” nonsense, but also in respect of the Alison Chabloz case. His “officers” (toytown police woodentops) behaved disgracefully on several occasions.

Now let’s hope that the Derbyshire voters also get rid of the “Police and Crime Commissioner” for that force, a dim Sikh who is in the pocket of the Jewish lobby.

“Lockdown” nonsense may start to be removed next week

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-8292573/Boris-Johnson-admits-UKs-coronavirus-death-toll-appalling.html

About time. If I see much more of the (endlessly-repeated on radio and TV) braindead slogan “Stay at home; Protect the NHS; Save lives“, I myself may require immediate help as my blood-pressure goes into orbit.

Stray thoughts

Was he wrong? I would have agreed with his sentiment even a year ago. Now? [sighs]…millions of rabbits under house arrest, scared of their own shadows, lining up six feet apart; then there are the bookburners who think that books written by those they and their sort call “Nazi” should be burned, destroyed etc….and the bookburners include crazed women in academia, “professors” of third-rate universities, writers, journalists…the very people who, even 30 years ago would mostly have supported at least basic intellectual freedom. And so on.

Tomorrow the rabbits and their police zookeepers will all be clapping on command (according to the msm lie machines, anyway…in fact, I suspect that relatively few are boring the pants off the rest of us…not much clapping  is happening where I live).

The general level of quality is shockingly low now in the UK, from government and Parliament to the Press and TV “journalists”, to teachers and exams, to the “learned professions” (certainly the Bar and the solicitors’ profession), to the degraded “universities” and their fake “professors”, to the police (now on the lowest level imaginable).

So, while I feel that “never say never”, on this occasion Enoch Powell may not be right…not in the exact terms, anyway.

Labour Is The Party of…? Labour Is The Party For…?

The most recent opinion polls [see below] must make sobering reading for Keir Starmer and his colleagues.

Now, we all know how flawed opinion polls are, how they only broadly reflect public opinion, how they cannot be exactly aligned to the likely outcome of British general elections because of the First Past The Post [FPTP] elctoral system and because of the way that boundaries are drawn:

c64bh5xw0aiwygy

Yes, all that is true. However, no party supported by 1% of the electorate in an  opinion poll has ever gone on to get 50% of the popular vote; likewise, no party has ever been valued at 50% of the popular vote, but then crashed to 1% at election time. A leas, as ar as I know. The opinion polls are not that inaccurate. I suppose that the nearest to such a situation was in 2019, when, at one point, Brexit Party was estimated to have a popular support in the region of 25%, but crashed to 2% in the actual election.

Having said the above, the 25%+ scored in the opinion polls by Brexit Party was well ahead of the actual election result. The polls taken nearer to polling day were fairly accurate, all putting Farage’s instant “party” at under 5%.

In other words, looking at the most recent opinion polls, Labour is now in really serious trouble. Some of the Jews who wanted rid of Corbyn are now half-heartedly praising Keir Starmer, as are msm scribblers, saying that there is now a real Opposition (etc). Well, Keir Starmer is married to a Jewish woman, and his children are being brought up in a Jewish milieu. The “support” for Starmer from “them” is therefore unsurprising.

To continue the theme, we all know that “a week is a long time in British politics”, as Harold Wilson said in the 1960s. All one can say is that, at present, in May 2020, Labour is on the ropes. Somewhere around 30% to 33%. Its 2019 General Election result was 32.1% of the popular vote. My conclusion? Getting rid of Corbyn has not helped Labour as a party at all. Not that the Jews as a group care. They, as a group, vote “Conservative” anyway. Only about 5% of Jews vote Labour these days. Their only interest is that Corbyn has gone and that, along with that, the Jewish-Zionist element has regained control of Labour.

Clinton once said that he could (and did) reduce “welfare” benefits to the bare bones because the poorer part of American society will still vote Democrat. As he said, “where else will they go?“. Until they did (go). First to the Republicans under George W. Bush, then to Obama, the, er, Great White Hope (or whatever), and then, in desperation, to Donald Trump (under Republican banner).

Look at the UK. NWO/ZOG political superstar Tony Blair and his advisers said, of what some call the UK “white working class”, “where can they go?“. Well, now we know (so far). The Scots working classes left first, favouring the faux-“nationalist” SNP.

Back in 1997, Scottish Labour held or won 56 out of the then 72 Scottish seats at Westminster. Vote-share 45.6%. Since the 2019 General Election, Scottish Labour has had 1 seat at Westminster (out of 59) on a vote-share of 18.6%. For the first time since 1918, Scottish Labour is only the 4th party in Scotland, in terms of seats. 1959-2015, it was always the 1st party. It slipped to 2nd in 2015, 3rd in 2017 and 4th in 2019.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scottish_Labour#UK_general_elections

True, Scottish Labour still received a vote-share of 18.6% in 2019, but that counts for little in FPTP voting. That share was, in any case, the lowest Labour vote in Scotland since 1910.

The SNP supremacy since 2015 means that Labour, as a UK national party, has effectively no chance of a majority at Westminster, and that the best it can hope for is an arrangement with the SNP, which after all, is a kind of social-democratic party. That’s assuming that Labour in England and in Wales can improve its position. Any such uplift in Labour fortunes is very doubtful.

In 2019, as I predicted, former Labour voters voted with their feet. Look at the very cleverly-conceived graphic below:

GeneralElection2019

As can be seen, almost as many former Labour voters abstained as voted for all the other parties put together.

The anti-Corbyn element in Labour and the msm (basically a Jewish claque) said that Corbyn was the reason voters were unwilling to vote Labour. That was partly true, though mainly because the Judenpresse had been hitting at him for 4 years. There were other factors, some connected with Corbyn, some not.

The deadhead MPs in Labour were (and remain) part of the problem: Diane Abbott, Fiona Onasanya (now an “unperson”, expelled from Labour and imprisoned), Kate Osamor, Dawn Butler etc. I blogged about a few of them:

https://ianrmillard.wordpress.com/2018/12/21/deadhead-mps-an-occasional-series-the-fiona-onasanya-story/

https://ianrmillard.wordpress.com/2018/12/02/troop-cartload-barrel-or-family/

That black/brown group was very much tied-in with Corbyn who, notoriously, had had, as a young man, a fling with Diane Abbott:

DLoVt8oXUAA5KMb

As a matter of fact, the Labour performance under Corbyn, in popular-vote terms, was better than under both Miliband and Brown. The seats gained or retained by Labour in 2019 were far fewer, though; in 2017, Corbyn did better than his two predecessors in terms of seats too: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Labour_Party_(UK)#UK_general_elections

Under Keir Starmer, the Shadow Cabinet is full of Labour Friends of Israel members, Corbyn and his cronies have gone and Labour is now rising in the polls and looking more credible every day that passes. Oh, no…wait. Belay the last couple of points…

In fact, Labour is in every way stagnant. Stagnant in the polls. Almost invisible in the news. Supporting pretty much everything the Boris-idiot “Conservative” joke-government is doing re. Coronavirus, and only mildly criticizing bits and pieces. Pathetic.

The problem Labour has is firstly ideological, in that socialism in the old sense died in and around 1989. In the early 1990s, Labour finally admitted to itself that it had stopped being “socialist”. It became “social-democratic” and then, under Blair, outright finance-capitalist with “socialist” and “social-democratic” fig leaves.

Now, Labour is just a label, which loudmouth Friends of Israel MP, Jess Phillips, said (with her customary grace) is “just a f****** rose

VOTE LABOUR - ROSE FLAG 25mm 1" Pin Badge SUPPORT JEREMY CORBYN ...

What does a symbol mean? If nothing, then the party whose symbol it is, is nothing.

We have seen that the Scottish “working classes” etc have largely deserted Labour. In fact, now that Corbyn is gone, it may be that Labour’s 18.6% vote in 2019 will become closer to 10% or lower whenever the next general election is held.

We have also seen that the English “working classes” have been deserting Labour. That is especially the case in the North and Midlands, the so-called “red wall” of the past. The scandal of the Muslim Pakistani rape gangs killed Labour for many, as Labour’s Common Purpose placemen and women in politics, local government, the police and (inevitably) social services ignored the widespread abuse of white English girls by (mainly) Pakistanis.

Likewise on the wider immigration point. The “Conservatives” have been hopeless on mass immigration (aka “migration-invasion”) and basically just “talk a good game”, but Labour actually and deliberately encouraged the migration invasion, in order to destroy Britain’s race and culture. That fact was leaked by Labour insiders. The Jews Phil Woolas and Barbara Roche were behind much of it. They became so toxic that neither was able to find other seats for which to stand.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Barbara_Roche

The cartoonists picked up on it, both at the time and then later, when Corbyn was leader:

ctgqcfywiaa6yvr

161214-MATT-web_3139193a

The UK electoral system, as it applies in England at least, is binary. At present, the two parties supposedly opposed to each other are not in equal positions. The Conservative Party, having fluked a large majority, is in government for the moment, and probably until 2024, certainly until 2022. The Labour Party has become a total irrelevance.

As I have previously blogged (and, before the Jews had me expelled from Twitter, tweeted), Labour is now the party of the public service employees, of the blacks and other ethnic minorities (except the Jews) and of the mostly urban, maybe young or young-ish supporters of failed “multiculturalism” and pseudo-socialism. About 25% of the population. There are some old Labour loyalists around, too. In toto, maybe 30% of the population. Which is where Labour is in the polls. I cannot see Labour getting much beyond that now. Keir Starmer may be without scandal (as far as we know) but he is as dull as ditchwater. New ideas for society? None.

When you take away old-style socialism, when the old Labour communities in the industrial heartland of England no longer exist, when Labour no longer represents Britain’s history, race and culture, what is left? Nothing.

The same or similar, mutatis mutandis, could be said about the Conservative Party, up to a point, but the misnamed “Conservatives” still have a southern England voting bloc which, though ageing and fraying, is still there.

To return to those words of Clinton and Blair, “where will they go?”. Well, not to Labour (from other parties). To apathy, but only so long as doing nothing is less painful than doing something.

Labour’s slow death has left the Conservative Party in the ascendant. When that star starts to fall, Labour will not benefit. A new party might.

Coronavirus

BBC Radio 4 Today Programme drone pushing the “lockdown saves lives” rubbish, when in fact, taken overall, far more will die because of “lockdown”. They will die of everything except Coronavirus.

Looks as if the UK government (ZOG regime) is intent on keeping the “Coronavirus crisis” going as long as possible. In fact, the regime may well be quite content that, in care homes and private homes, the very elderly and unwell are dying “quietly”, out of the public eye. It solves for the regime the care crisis that it itself has created via spending cuts since 2010.

Conspiracy theory? I think not (ask Dominic Cummings and his “weirdos and misfits”).

Time for a European alliance of ethnostates

Down with globalism!

“The world is not without kind people” (Russian proverb)

Therese Coffey

Deadhead DWP Secretary, Therese Coffey, is trending on Twitter:

This government of fools (illegitimate ZOG regime) is lost without its part-Jew public entertainer, Boris-idiot (who apparently has now been tested for Coronavirus and shows no sign of it, oddly, despite his supposedly having been almost dying from it for two weeks; surely he would show “antibodies”? Perhaps either I, or the commentator, more likely, need to understand better the situation, the virus, the testing procedure or the language used.

Looks like I was right to blog about Therese Coffey as a “deadhead MP”!

https://ianrmillard.wordpress.com/2019/09/16/deadhead-mps-an-occasional-series-the-therese-coffey-story/

There is light at the end of the tunnel! Oh, no…it’s an approaching train!

Either Sky News or the useless “Office of Budget Responsibility” is looking for pie in the sky (Sky?). The near-collapse of the UK economy is already happening in reality, and the Government is now unlikely to finish this nonsense of “lockdown” any time soon, mainly because the Cabinet is now, in the absence of the part-Jew public entertainer Boris-idiot, posing as Prime Minister, akin to a headless chicken.

As for a swift “bouncing back”, where does that idea originate? In the Conservative Party propaganda department? Half of the world is still not functioning economically. By Autumn, the Coronavirus crisis/scare/whatever will be over, presumably, but in Europe (still our main trading area, despite Brexit) demand will be at rock-bottom. The same will be true of the USA/North America, our second most important area.

Domestic demand will be very weak too, in a situation where millions will be unemployed and where the “self-employed” (5 million people) will often be making little money. Pay generally is likely to be low. So from where does the “bounce-back” come?

Perhaps what is meant is that there will be a huge fall in activity, but then followed by an increase on that low figure.

A kind word about me on Twitter. Rare, now that Twitter has been ethnically and politically “cleansed” by the Jew-Zionist element and its malicious and concerted campaign of “complaints” and “reports”…

(the tweeters below are discussing the self-publicizing solicitor, now an Israeli citizen, and who calls himself “Mark Lewis Lawyer”)

Incidentally, I still see people tweeting the 2016 report about me in the Independent. The report was one-sided but at least partly-accurate. I disliked as much, or more, the accompanying headless photograph, presented as if me, but which was of some other barrister.

I do not smoke, have never been a cigarette smoker, and had far better shoes than the barrister in that Independent photo! The Independent also seemed ignorant of the fact that “to practise law” is written thus, and not “to practice law”, which is only the correct usage in the USA. A small but telling point, symptomatic of the crashing standards in the terminally-sick UK Press (Lugenpresse; Judenpresse…).

Life on the breadline

I do not blame “Bootstrap Cook”, aka Jack Monroe, for using the unpleasant “Mark Lewis Lawyer” in her libel case against the commentator, Katie Hopkins, and it worked out for the Bootstrap Cook, though as a one-time practising barrister I can say with absolute certainty that a precocious child could have won that case against Katie Hopkins, who was evidently either badly-advised or not advised (I do not know whether she was “her own lawyer”, which is usually a mistake).

Anyway, I saw this Washington Post profile:

https://www.washingtonpost.com/lifestyle/food/tin-can-cook-jack-monroe-is-determined-to-show-people-how-to-eat-well–no-matter-their-budget/2018/12/07/f8ae7654-f422-11e8-bc79-68604ed88993_story.html

I have to say that, of the few of her recipes seen by me via her Twitter profile, I have not been enthusiastic about many, but I admit that I have never actually made (or tasted) any of them (they may well be pleasant in actuality). However, I think that this person is performing a public service.

We see in Britain how many people are living on peanuts (sometimes literally), the result of Britain’s economic and social decline combined with —mostly— Conservative Party government policies which have made tough times worse for so many, while the wealthy and very wealthy have thrived in the past 10-20 years especially. Anything that helps people both to survive, and survive without unnecessary pain, must be good.

Many people in the UK cook little, and eat far too many takeways etc, which may be not only unhealthy if taken in excess, but relatively expensive if indulged in frequently. That becomes even more true for those on very low incomes. Often one sees TV reports about people living on pennies getting Chinese takeaways, Indian curry, or fish and chips, and spending their little money on that. Fish and chips ?£5-£10 per head, an Indian or Chinese even more; the Indian place, in a nearby town, and that I use occasionally for takeaway (it’s also a restaurant), is very good but works out at about £15 a head.

I do not forget that sometimes people living in a poor way need something that just briefly seems to make life worth living, even if it is not the most healthy option. George Orwell wrote about that in one of his essays.

I am not merely opining de haut en bas here. I have been down there a few times… especially in — and for several months— 1998, when I had to learn to live in London on plain rice, one piece of fruit per day, bits and pieces (I even ate fruit abandoned by traders at street markets and left in empty boxes by the stalls!).

I had to be “creative” with the Underground (I expect that their technology would defeat me these days) and otherwise had to walk everywhere, trudging morosely past places formerly frequented as a customer, such as Julie’s restaurant in Holland Park, Raoul’s cafe in Little Venice (where I had formerly breakfasted daily in the early/mid 1990s) and other places barred to me by lack of cash such as the once-lovely River Room at the Savoy Hotel (I believe much changed since those days), where I always ate and drank the same thing: “Atlantic Platter” of fish and shellfish, washed down by pretty much the best Chablis I ever had.

[above: The River Room at the Savoy. Actually not looking completely different to how it was c.1994, if memory serves, but the tables are ugly square things now; they used to have beautiful big round tables, even for two people; also, there is a less opulent look somehow, the tables now without full heavy white tablecloths]

Silver lining: I lost rather a lot of weight on my enforced diet with enforced exercise; in fact everyone told me how well I was looking!

“Bootstrap Cook’s” stuff is worth a look, anyway: https://twitter.com/BootstrapCook

More “Coronavirus” lunacy

Shocking footage shows a man brandishing a stick after being confronted by a furious local after he ignored the coronavirus lockdown to go camping in Wales. The video was posted on social media after the camper was confronted by a group of locals who asked him to leave the site at Llyn Cowlyd near Trefriw on Saturday.”

The daughter of the 60-year-old in the footage told  North Wales Live : “My dad was with the owner of the land and all they did was ask them to leave and said that the police were on their way.

Then the man threatened to hit my dad in the head with the stick. She added: “When the police arrived, the campers said they were from Hull. The officers were mortified.

“”They were fined and they traced the number plate to make sure they returned home.”

Her dad added: “It was unbelievable that they travelled all the way from Hull to the top of a mountain to camp when the whole country is on lockdown and the government clearly has instructed everyone to stay home unless necessary.” [Daily Mirror]

https://www.mirror.co.uk/news/uk-news/man-camping-wales-190-miles-21857381

Well, for me the lunacy is on the part of those locals. What possible harm in terms of spreading the virus can two people do, camping on a remote mountain? It seems that they left a mess. Well, fine them for that.

It just shows how quickly the masses have internalized the “we are slaves of the State and will do what the government says (even if very silly)” propaganda, given strength by the virus-“fear” aspect…Actually, what is borderline frightening is how easily supposedly rational individuals (as a mass) can be manipulated and controlled.

As for the locals, the story put me in mind, perhaps unfairly, of this:

The shutdown of the economy

Was just looking at the latest companies to actually go into administration. They are unlikely ever to return to active trading. Oasis, Warehouse and Debenhams. About 25,000 employees, currently on furlough, have nowhere to go when the stupid “lockdown” finishes. Their furlough money ends in June.

China

My feelings about China are torn: I hate the way the Chinese as a group abuse the natural world and especially the animals. In some ways they are very backward as a people. Also, the sheer numbers are an existential danger not only to Europe but to the whole planet. On the other hand, who could fail to be impressed by a display such as this?

Diary Blog, 25 March 2020

Where does the truth lie?

Increasingly, I am finding the truth about all of this elusive. The virus is terrible but, paradoxically, it seems that not many people out of a given population get it and, of those, many and perhaps most do not need any medical care at all. However, quite a number of people are dying of it or at least with it. All one can do is hope that it will go away soon…

There is certainly an unthinking tick-box madness abroad (again) in the UK. Look at this:

A motorcyclist out for a pleasure ride may be a nuisance but is not going to infect anyone with Coronavirus (or be infected) while riding. The police, once again (as with so-called “hate crime”) seem to be zealously getting rather above themselves.

The same is true of people out driving. They may be congesting roads (though not at present, surely?) but they are scarcely posing any risk of infection to themselves or others.

Increasingly, the police in this country seem to be near-useless when it matters— and, when it does not matter, a petty and oppressive nuisance. By all means, do what has to be done to stop infections by this virus, but for God’s sake use some intelligence!

If the police say that all they are doing is enforcing the (new and seemingly not well thought-through) “law”, then that law needs to be amended as quickly as it is being passed.

As written above, the police seem to have zealously gone beyond even the strict “regulations” laid down by the Government. The police tweeted this:

Image

Needless to add, I hope, the above does not represent what the police are pleased to call “the new rules”.

Greta Nut wants more attention (again)…

Funniest story of the day so far: Greta Thunberg has released a statement to the effect that she has been “self-isolating” since her return to Sweden 2-3 weeks ago. She claims to have had symptoms of Coronavirus but has not been tested.

Translation? She has not been in the news since her ridiculous visit to the UK recently, and in fact has become an irrelevance and/or yesterday’s news, so she wants more mass media attention. She (and those behind her) are therefore jumping onto the Coronavirus bandwagon.

The Great Replacement

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Great_Replacement

https://www.westernspring.co.uk/the-coudenhove-kalergi-plan-the-genocide-of-the-peoples-of-europe/

We are told that The Great Replacement is a “conspiracy theory”, yet you only have to look around you to see that this “theory” has a great deal of factual underpinning.

Femi Who?

During the long haul of the Brexit stuff in Parliament in 2018 and 2019, the intensely irritating figure of an African called Femi Oluwole was ubiquitous. Now 30, his sole achievement seems to have been the completion of a degree in Law and French at Nottingham. He comes from affluent Nigerian parents who are both medical doctors resident in the UK. Though his Wikipedia entry states that he “has worked in NGOs and human rights agencies”, none is listed; I think that whatever he did (if anything) can probably be dismissed as rather unimportant and probably trifling.

Here is what a former “colleague” thinks of him:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Femi_Oluwole

“Femi” is now in the news (well, in Twitter news at least)  for having been expelled from the Labour Party (which he joined only recently). He is also to be found opining for money (I presume) on the pathetic Sky News talking shop, The Pledge. Other deadheads there include ignorant tabloid scribbler Carole Malone and Boris Johnson’s sister, Rachel Johnson. Nick Ferrari, the very pro-Israel radio presenter, seems to be the main talking head on the show.

“Femi” is just one example of the Great Replacement in action. Another is the now-blatant campaign on UK television (soaps, dramas, ads etc) to show black men breeding with white and usually blonde Englishwomen.

https://ianrmillard.wordpress.com/2018/12/10/tv-ads-and-soaps-are-the-propaganda-preferred-by-the-system-in-the-uk/

This has become so blatant that to see white British families en famille on TV is now rather rare.

Another example

When I was still at school, in the early 1970s, there would sometimes be an earnest discussion on whatever Newsnight’s almost identical predecessor was then called (Newsnight as such only broadcast from 1980). The subject? Would there ever be an ethnic minority MP or even Prime Minister? Well, we now know the answer to the first part of that question (Jews were never mentioned, so they must have been regarded by the BBC as “white”).

The same is true on TV and radio. In fact, the fewer blacks and browns that there are in any particular region of the UK, the more ethnic minority presenters and reporters there are on local TV. This is not reflective of the society, it’s social engineering with a very obvious agenda (cf. the Coudenhove-Kalergi Plan).

Fact v. fiction

I have seen things which, though they happened, would seem far-fetched in fiction. This is, in fact, not as uncommon as many think. Look at the 1973 novel, The Camp of the Saints, in which old ships and boats invade the shores of Mediterranean France carrying millions of black and brown migrant-invaders. That could never happen! (we used to think…).

Interesting points

Hitchens is obviously referring to the likelihood that the Rishi Sunak “giveaway” will weaken the pound sterling.

Afternoon drive in the sun, with “Government-approved” stamped on it

Another little (and before any little person “reports” me, fully Government-approved and permitted…) outing this afternoon. Chemist in the nearby town first and then a drive of about 4 miles to a little village shop where —mirabile dictu!— I was able to buy a loaf of freshly-baked wholemeal bread with seeds, albeit at the rather rip-off price of £2. In fact, there were about 30 loaves for sale, mostly identical. Whether that was because a delivery had just arrived (though this was after 1700 hrs) or because the bread shortage panic has now ended, I have no idea. I hope the latter.

Forced agreement

I have no idea whether Peter Hitchens is right or wrong about Coronavirus, but tweeter “Rob H. Williamson” is yet another person who, having himself accepted a narrative, thinks that others who express disagreement, dissent or doubt are “incorrect”, “wrong”, and probably need to be repressed, “re-educated” or punished for not going along with the officially-approved narrative in full. cf. the “holocaust” farrago (and by the by I see that tweeter “@robhwilliamson” is a exponent of the Israeli “martial art” thug discipline, Krav Maga).

A few more interesting tweets from Peter Hitchens and others

The self-described UK “Left”, pathetic toadies of the State

I myself rarely use those all but meaningless terms, “Right”, “Left”, “far right” (etc) as descriptors. Those who self-describe thus are now not the same species as those who might have described themselves thus historically.

Time and again, I see such people almost begging for State repression, censorship, restriction. The Coronavirus situation is merely the latest example. Such people are forever begging those who head Twitter, Facebook etc to censor those with whom the self-describing “Left” disagrees, demanding that employers or professional regulators sack those of a generally nationalist viewpoint, or demanding heavier State repression and stricter laws against the “Left’s” political enemies.

Old-style socialism, in all forms, from social democracy to Maoism and the puerile worship of Che Guevara and the like, died in or about 1989, essentially. What we now see is a kind of powerless rump, which poses as activist multikulti “socialist” politics but is really just a facade without substance.

Constitutional Coup?

The new emergency legislation being put forward has a life of, at present, 2 years, until 2022, despite the assertion by Boris-idiot that the Coronavirus crisis might last only for 3 months more, i.e. until June 2020. Already, local elections have been deferred for a year. It may be that NWO/ZOG dictatorship is planned, not only in the UK, but across Europe. I would not rule out civil or social war by 2022.

#StopHoarding

Twitter is doing what it does best, namely allowing people to tweet well-meaning and totally ineffective pleas. In this case, under hashtag #StopHoarding, to those who imagine that they need 500 loo rolls and a mountain of pasta and bottled water.

As I have blogged on previous days, there is (possibly reasonable) bulk-buying and there is (wholly unreasonable) panic-buying. Yesterday, at 1900 hrs, I visited the little village shop about 2 miles from me, and which I have noted in previous posts. It shuts at 1930. I bought almost the last loaf of bread, a bunch of bananas, some locally-produced asparagus and a few lottery tickets.

I wanted to see whether Waitrose in the nearest town was offering much, and mistakenly thought that it closed at 2100 on Thursday. Turned out that it closes at 2000 on Thursdays, so I arrived with only 10 minutes to get anything I wanted. That being so, I was unable to see whether shoppers had stripped the shelves bare again. I did notice that there was not a single egg left, not even the more expensive ones from rare breed chickens, with sky-blue shells. I myself bought only (again) almost the last loaf of bread and a reduced-price (99p reduced from £2-75) North African vegetable and cous-cous salad thing (which turned out to be quite tasty).

I think that this panic-buying can be halted by supermarkets only allowing one item or pack of anything per shopper. Inconvenient, yes, and some would then go to half a dozen places to evade the rule, but most would not and it would restore equilibrium.

Free speech

Well done, @HullLive [http://hull-live.co.uk], and well done “Will Wright of Hull”, whoever you are. The truth is rarely seen in the newspapers in the UK.

Socialism, National Socialism, “National Communism” and Social Nationalism

“Socialism” has almost as many meanings as “democracy”. We still see people with pedestrian understanding writing or tweeting about how “socialism” is and can only be something akin to the Marxist-Leninist setup of the period before the great change(s) since 1989. Those people say that German “National Socialism” was not “real” socialism. Yet German National Socialism gave the German people a great deal more in every way, both economic and cultural, than did either Weimar Republic social democracy or post-1945 Soviet-style DDR (East German) socialism.

C6zkTIvU8AEqebq

Of course, socialism in the Soviet Union had various faces at various times, from Civil War times (1918-21) when militarization of the workforce was the norm (“War Communism”) to the New Economic Policy of the 1920s under which a controlled form of capitalism and private enterprise was permitted, to the harsh centralized system of Stalin in the 1930s and 1940s, a less severe version in the 1950s to 1980s, and then the fall of the various forms of socialism, all over the world, from 1989.

Hitler took a broad view of the term “socialism”, regarding it as meaning, broadly, “the common weal”. He was not hidebound by artificial or arbitrary “definitions” of what socialism means. For him, what mattered were results. So long as the German people were well-fed, housed, educated, organized etc, he was content.

For me, policy matters, as do results. Artificial theory matters less. I was, at one time, in the mid-1970s, accused of not being so much a National Socialist as a “National Communist”, in other words accused of over-valuing the role of the State. I demur. However, the State does have its rightful place (as seen in the Threefold Social Order concept: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Social_threefolding).

We in the UK have seen in the past decade what happens when the role of the State is cast aside or into the background. Now, with the Coronavirus crisis, we see that the State, in its weakened condition, is unable to properly fulfil its role of guardian of the people (“…for the welfare of the people is the highest law“— Cicero).

What is now required is what might be called “social nationalism”, not old-style State socialism but a system whereby the State, in its proper place, protects and serves the people and, as part of that, regulates but does not actually run economic enterprises and markets. “Nationalism”? All that that means is that the political organization is rooted in our basically “Aryan” European culture, history and way of life.

Public sentiment

Government “recalls” retired NHS staff

So little Matt Hancock, clearly out of his depth, has been told to “recall” retired doctors and nurses. My thoughts:

  • the Government has no power to order such recall, only to request it;
  • retired NHS staff are almost all over 60, many over 70, and so are far more likely to fall victim to Coronavirus and to be seriously affected if they do contract it;
  • the above is obviously far more likely to happen in the often not very hygienic conditions of a UK NHS hospital.

Guardian view

Worth reading, certainly, but of course the Jew scribbler never once mentions the racial divisions or aspects.

Stuttgart view

A snapshot of Stuttgart life under Coronavirus, from “antifa” cheerleader Mike Stuchbery, who was all but run out of the UK on a rail in 2018.

Stuchbery, “writer”, “journalist”, “historian” (all self-descriptions) and one-time schoolteacher, apparently does not know the difference between “less” and “fewer”.

Jew-Zionist gets Oxfam to burn books

https://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2020/03/13/oxfam-removes-antisemitic-books-sale-israels-uk-ambassador-tweets/

https://jewishnews.timesofisrael.com/oxfam-pulls-protocols-of-elders-of-zion-from-online-shop/

I suggest that anyone who can spare a few pounds buys from other places (Amazon and Abe Books are infested and will not usually sell it, but you can google for “Judenfrei” suppliers) a copy of The Protocols of Zion. Then send it either to any prison library (in UK, new paperbacks only are accepted), or to the school or college library of whatever institutes of learning that they may have attended in the past.

Freedom of expression on social, political and historical topics must be protected. The Jewish-Zionist lobby is trying, in various ways, to restrict that freedom for its own tribal ends and purposes.

CZpdYWeW0AQXGc_scan25

The Protocols of Zion, often misdescribed as “a forgery”, is in fact literary fantasy which, however, describes the outline of a true situation. I suggest that it be disseminated and read as widely as possible.

System desperation

Both BBC News and Sky News featured an opinion poll claiming that most UK people think that the government of Boris-idiot is handling Coronavirus well. This must be “fake news”. Admittedly, I have spoken directly to few people about this, but so far no-one at all thinks that this complacent excuse for a government is behaving well or efficiently. Social media, again, is a poor guide to full public opinion, but Twitter is largely scathing.

It seems to me that the System is desperate to maintain a narrative to the effect that it “has control”, when in reality it has lost control. It does not take much of a leap of imagination to envisage what might happen in an even worse situation.

Political leadership

I would normally never republish a tweet by doormat-for-Zionism and expenses cheat, ex-MP Ian Austin, but his clip is worth watching.

Say what you like about Blair (and I am and always have been totally opposed to him), but he is or was a pretty good public speaker. (Shame, though, about the deliberate importation of  untold millions of blacks, browns, Roma gypsies and low-pay labour units, war on behalf of the NWO and Israel in Iraq, “mega-casino” plans, and most of his other policies…).

Coronavirus latest

https://www.buzzfeed.com/alexwickham/coronavirus-boris-johnson-tougher-restrictions

I was and still am sceptical about some of the conspiracy theories that  have been emerging, but I am now wondering where this is going (whether by design or opportunism): “Ministers are urging Boris Johnson to pass legislation that will radically extend the government’s emergency powers capabilities beyond the current 30 day time-limit.” [BuzzFeed News]

Profiteering

It is rare that I agree with “antifa” cheerleader Mike Stuchbery, but I do on the very rare occasions when he tweets the truth:

I included a London example in my blog yesterday:

https://twitter.com/JohnStealer/status/1238091455790559232?s=20

In some countries, in wartime or emergency times, profiteers like that are taken out and shot.
