Saturday quiz

Damn. Political journalist John Rentoul beat me this week, the first time that has happened for months, maybe even years. He scored 7/10, but I scored one less, 6/10. I did not know the answers to questions 1, 3, 6, and 10.

There is a constant attempt in the msm to downplay immigration as a social and political issue, as if it is some kind of side-issue or non-issue. Far from it. It impacts every other social and political issue, from housing and water supply to policing, law and order, educational standards, transport, pay, State benefits (including pensions)— you name it.

Indeed, the System still tries to pretend that immigration is beneficial, both socially and economically, despite the enormous weight of evidence to the contrary. The level of deception and, on the part of the System drones themselves, self-deception, is almost incredible.

So we in the UK still have “compulsory blacks” in pretty much every TV drama, “soap”, TV ad, panel discussion etc. “Blacks with Everything”, to adapt the name of the well-known play by Arnold Wesker. I wrote about it some 6 years ago on the blog. That despite the fact that actual blacks (Africans, West Indians/Afro-Caribbean) make up “only” about 5% or 6% of the whole UK population.

The propaganda is not aimed, primarily, at persons of my age (68) or indeed those in their 50s, 40s, or even 30s, but at “the young” and, especially, at children whose critical faculties are relatively or completely undeveloped.

The aim of that sort of propaganda is to normalize both the multikulti society and, even more so, inter-racial relationships, resulting in mixed-race children and, ultimately, in an entirely mixed-race society (except at the top level), as provided for by the Coudenhove-Kalergi Plan and, at least impliedly, by the Protocols of Zion:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kalergi_Plan

A lot of fuss (whichever side you are on) over one runway at one major airport. Meanwhile, the fake “green” agenda has shut down much-needed power stations, damaged the automotive industry, interferes in various ways in the lives of tens of millions of British people, and for what? Really, for what?

In the words of Fleet Street in the past, “you read it here first!”. This blog predicted that Starmer and his cabal, once in government, would [pretend to] “solve” the “small boats” invasion by simply approving, whether in France or elsewhere, the asylum applications of 95% of the invaders. Likewise the problems of accommodating the invaders in the UK.

The migrant-invaders are, increasingly, being given accommodation across the country in council houses, other social housing, and B%B accommodation paid for by local councils (local people, in other words) and by taxpayers generally. They are, thus, less visible than when all concentrated in hotels. They simply become part of “the UK’s housing crisis” almost all of which is, in reality, an immigration crisis.

Few young Ukrainians will volunteer. The press-gangs will then try to force recruitment, as with older age groups.

The Kiev regime is now very obviously faltering. Unless Zelensky scuttles to the USA or Israel, he is doomed.

“Mark Lewis Lawyer” and James Wilson

Refers to Wilson’s successful libel action against Jews called Mendelsohn, Newbon (deceased and, I think, only part-Jew) and Cantor, in which various Jews, including sacked part-time judge Simon Myerson of Leeds, gave evidence which the trial judge did not believe, and/or to which he gave no weight at all.

Lewis should be hauled before the Solicitors’ Regulation Authority and a Disciplinary Tribunal (again).

Very true. Apart from which, and despite the flaws adherent to all empires, the British Empire was great and, overall, or on the whole, something positive.

You only have to look at any TV quiz show, such as The Chase, Mastermind, or even University Challenge, to see that most English/British people have no real sense of their own history.

For many, it comes down to a few simple or cartoon views of a mere handful of periods such as Industrial Revolution, Victorian era, Henry VIII/Elizabeth I/Spanish Armada, maybe the English Civil War, and of course WW2 (largely, the Battle of Britain air war) with a few other individuals and events standing out as historical stalagmites, and usually thought of as isolated cameos, akin to the Swiss legend of Wilhelm Tell having to shoot an apple off the head of his son.

Robin Hood, William the Conqueror and the Battle of Hastings, Drake, maybe Waterloo, and Churchill (as indomitable hero leader, not as the warmonger and hopeless strategist who destroyed —thanks to US and Soviet alliances— not only the German Reich, but his own British Empire and those of all other European powers.

No wonder that so many silly people, if asked their views of the current migration-invasion, reply along the lines of “we have always had immigration— Romans, Saxons, Vikings, Normans, Huguenots...” etc, as if the invasion of this country by non-Europeans, in the millions, indeed the tens of millions, is effectively the same!

I have occasionally wondered what motivates idiots such as Socialist Worker Party demonstrators. Time after time (over the past 50+ years— https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Socialist_Workers_Party_(UK)), the said idiots turn up in the cold rain, wave their placards, shout slogans or insults, and achieve exactly nothing. For half a century. According to Wikipedia, there are about 2,500 paid up members, but the average turnout seems to be about a dozen.

Still, to expect reason from the unreasonable is itself unreasonable.

The SWP was established, like its predecessor orgs, by a Jew called Gluckstein, who took on the protective camouflage of a British-sounding name— “Tony Cliff” [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tony_Cliff].

Quite a few MPs need to be put up against a [REDACTED] and [REDACTED]. As in all repressive societies, readers learn to read between the lines. We in the UK never had to do that in the past, not for the past 200 years, anyway.

Thus proving that about a third of the population are non-European and/or irredeemably stupid and/or outright enemies of the British people and a decent future for them.

If a third of the UK’s inhabitants were to disappear, the remaining two-thirds (if British/European) could have a decent life…

Brutal numbers for Kemi Badenoch in the polls tonight … Net approval: MINUS 15 Brave? MINUS 2 Decisive? MINUS 2 Competent? MINUS 2 Strong leader? MINUS 9 Gets things done? MINUS 10 Stands up for Britain? MINUS 7 Likeable? MINUS 10 Trustworthy? MINUS 13 Says what ppl think? MINUS 17 Looks like a PM? MINUS 22 In touch with ppl? MINUS 19 Shares my views? MINUS 19.”

Carpetbagger Kemi should scuttle back to the USA or Nigeria.

Acc. to my use of Electoral Calculus, that would translate into Labour 300 seats, Cons 119, Reform 113, LibDems 71 (Greens 4, SNP 12 etc). So a Labour minority government propped up by SNP/LibDem/PC votes.

https://www.electoralcalculus.co.uk/userpoll.html

Still, with such a split, a point or two can make all the difference. One point less for Labour, one point more for Reform, and the picture looks very different: Lab 260, Reform 157, Cons 109, LibDems 71. The result would be a weaker Lab minority govt. even more reliant on LibDem (etc) support. Also, Reform rather than Cons as official Opposition.

Only 22% of Brits say they approve of Keir Starmer. Look at this chart. Opinium tonight.”

22%. About the same proportion of all eligible voters that voted Labour last year: in rough terms, 4 out of every 20 eligible to vote. (Cons 3 out of 20, Reform 2 out of every 20, LibDems 2 out of 20, Greens 1 out of 20; “non-voting”—8 out of every 20).

David Lammy

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-14006471/David-Lammys-aide-accused-anti-British-death-Prince-William.html

A senior adviser to Foreign Secretary David Lammy has questioned how much people will mourn the death of Prince William, The Mail on Sunday can reveal.

The comment by Ben Judah, the Labour adviser who has been described as ‘Lammy’s brain’, is one of a string of astonishing remarks he has made that the Conservatives have branded republican and ‘anti-British’.

Mr Lammy is facing a mounting whispering campaign within Sir Keir Starmer’s Government over his future as Foreign Secretary.

He has also caused a headache for Sir Keir with past tweets about Donald Trump – who could be just ten days away from returning to the White House – that included describing him as a ‘woman-hating, neo-Nazi sympathising sociopath’ and ‘no friend of Britain’.

One well-placed source said: ‘Lammy will be allowed a bit longer in the job, then someone more savvy such as [Northern Ireland Secretary] Hilary Benn will get the gig.’

So “Lammy’s brain” is one Ben Judah, a Jew, whose ancestors came from Baghdad: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ben_Judah.

Of course, thick-as-two-short-planks Lammy does need intellectual support: see

A typical scenario, of course.

I have to concede that I agree with the said Judah’s view of the Commonwealth:

In an article for the Unherd website in 2022, Mr Judah was also dismissive about the Commonwealth – to which Sir Keir has this weekend been paying homage at the summit in Samoa.

Mr Judah wrote about the Queen: ‘We pretended with her and for her that the Commonwealth was real, that there was love and affection for her, or for us, in countries we’d conquered and lost, that we were still a great power.

And if not an empire, then she ruled its heir. As she aged, shrinking into her clothes, it became clear there wasn’t enough there, behind the insignia of government, to hold us up in the world.’

[Daily Mail]

There was, in decades past, a discussion to be had about whether Britain could “punch above its weight”, partly via the Commonwealth. Soft power etc.

One is reminded of how the late great Maurice Oldfield, one-time Chief of SIS/MI6, cultivated foreign students at Oxford or Cambridge likely to become leaders of Commonwealth states. Sometimes, after they had already started on a political-career path. Notably, Lee Kuan Yew of Singapore.

However, such activity is largely the filling in of gaps; a substitute for the real geopolitical power exercised by the British Empire.

As things now are, the Commonwealth seems to be largely a way whereby Britain gives money to those who, increasingly, are rather hostile to the British people whose money they take. Some, such as Mozambique, which never were colonies in the first place, have latched onto British aid by joining the Commonwealth.

Better to cut them all loose now. Take away the ricebowls of the former colonies. Stop playing the convoluted chess defence which Commonwealth diplomacy has become.

Notes: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ben_Judah; https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tim_Judah; https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rosie_Whitehouse; https://www.theguardian.com/books/2016/nov/11/spymaster-martin-pearce-mi6-maurice-oldfield

Final thought: a picture of Britain in its final (?) decline— a thick-as-two-short-planks and massive-chip-on-shoulder black “diversity hire” Foreign Secretary, “advised” by a Jew far more intelligent than his boss. Which is more inimical to the real interests of the British people?

Where are the (real) British?

Doncaster Sheffield Airport (opened 2005, closed 2022)

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Doncaster_Sheffield_Airport#Airport_hotel_and_car_parks

Ramada Encore chain hotel opened on 10 November 2008, with a 102-bed capacity.[57] It is situated less than ten minutes walk from the Terminal building. However since the closure of the airport it is now used to hold immigrants awaiting decisions on their asylum cases so is no longer open to the public.

102 beds. A whole, quite large, hotel.

102— not even a third (sometimes, not even a tenth) of the numbers of migrant-invaders arriving on the “small boats” (or ferried in by Border Farce or RNLI boats) every day. That’s not even counting the “legal” immigrants arriving every day (literally thousands every single day).

The political liars, and msm liars, do not even want to seriously confront the issue of the migration invasion (all of it, not just the “small boats” part). Eventually, it will collapse this society, not decades in the future but in a relatively few years. You can already see it happening, gradually but visibly.

Look at that airport hotel. Destined, as it once seemed, to service British people travelling on business or on holiday, but now merely yet another dustbin for rubbish from all over the world.

Britain itself— a dustbin for untermenschen. It makes me both sad and angry.

As for that airport, I have never been there. I was due to fly from Exeter to Doncaster in 2007, and had a ticket, but an unexpected event meant that I had to be a no-show. I believe that the flight-time would have been only about half an hour.

I do not usually repost tweets from notorious Jew-Zionist Twitter/X accounts, but the individual in question has a good point here.

I might add that I have noticed that South Wales seems to have a very serious problem with crimes of violence, most of which (in contradistinction to the situation in London and much of England) cannot be lain at the door of the non-European population.

I suppose that the sentence was so lenient (the defendant will be released within 12 months, i.e. 40% of 30 months) because he has lost his job in the police, has been banned from being a policeman in any Welsh or English force for life, and may well be “on the dole” for years after his release.

For the sake of clarity, I do not agree that the wife and mother who got 31 months for a few tweets that few saw and none acted upon should have been imprisoned (or prosecuted at all).

Looking at his Wikipedia entry [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mike_Amesbury], he seems a typically-dim Labour MP, even leaving aside his evident thuggery.

Incidentally, the police state that “no arrests have been made“, which makes me ask, “why not?“… I bet that if I behaved as he has done, the police would arrest me.

That idea, that the online pseudo-political “grifters” (“Jack Monroe”, “Supertanskiii”, “Man Behaving Dadly”, Julia Grace Patterson etc) will have to nuance their begging appeals now that the hated “Tories” have switched places with the supposedly better but actually quite similar (in policy terms) Starmer-Labour, had occurred to me.

I doubt that the online fraudsters need to worry too much, though. Their target audience is almost begging to be cheated, and will accept as true almost any variation in the “facts” put forward. You only have to look at the lies of “Jack Monroe” over the years. Stunningly unbelievable. Like something from a book of fairy stories. Yet the “useful idiots” believe…and continue to send money to her.

There is a belief around that “mainstream” political parties must aim to be in the non-existent or notional “centre”.

Regular readers of the blog will know that I effectively never use the descriptors “right”, “left”, “centre” etc in that way.

What matters is policy, and what matters to the people is the overall effect of policy on their lives. The Conservative Party failed the people in terms of how their confused policy offering actually affected or changed, or failed to change, the lives and lifestyles of the people. Labour is about to follow suit, in my opinion.

A frequently-encountered problem in our society of pervasive b******t…

Talking point

Not that Churchill himself wanted to finish off the British Empire. He wanted, in an ideal world, to destroy National Socialist Germany and, at the same time, the Soviet Union.

Churchill’s strategic ineptitude (seen in numerous examples throughout his career) led not only to the destruction of the German Reich, followed by the division of mainland Europe into a Stalinist sector in the East, and a basically American, or notionally Anglo-American, sector in the West, but also to the destruction of all the European empires, and thus their generally civilizing influence over Asia, Africa (including North Africa) etc

The same basic division in Europe (though into 4 national sectors) was carried out in much of Germany and Austria for several years after WW2, with the capital cities (Berlin and Vienna) likewise divided.

Vienna was divided until 1955, Berlin until 1989, and France was, as a notional Western ally, given one sector despite having been defeated in 1940, partly occupied the same year, and fully-occupied in November 1942 (and having not participated in the defeat of the German Reich).

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/German_military_administration_in_occupied_France_during_World_War_II

The end of WW2 led directly to the collapse of European rule across the world. The colonies of Britain, France, Belgium, Spain, the Netherlands etc were decolonized, some almost immediately, some much later. Thus began the environmental degradation and loss of wildlife across Asia, Africa, the Pacific etc, which situation continues even today, as do the wars, civil wars, corruptions and tyrannies of the formerly colonial territories.

Churchill, an educated and erudite man who was also completely wrong in his political judgment(s) was, so to speak, “the wrong man at the wrong time”, though the accepted System/msm narrative says the opposite, of course.

As for Britain itself after WW2, I recommend the books of the very underrated Correlli Barnett: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Correlli_Barnett.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Correlli_Barnett#Writings

As Barnett points out in one or two of those books, after WW2 Britain would have been able to do one of three things well, possibly even two of those things: maintain its status as a great power; regenerate its economy; create a Welfare State. Britain tried to accomplish all three, but was unable to do so satisfactorily. Britain had been beggared by its war against the German Reich.

These three aims or tasks (or problems) are still with us, in some or another form, today.

Britain today is the “also ran” in respect of its military power, its society (Welfare State, NHS, State education etc), and economy.

As far as Barnett is concerned, I should say that he was right far more often than he was wrong.

Incidentally, Barnett was probably denied a knighthood, a life peerage, and other official honours (he did get a CBE) by reason of his having spoken, or strongly implied, the unsayable— that Britain should never have declared war on the German Reich or, having declared war in September 1939, should have concluded an armistice sometime after Dunkirk, in mid to late 1940, before too much hurt and damage had been done in western and central Europe.

Reform UK

Reform UK’s vote suffers from being wide, indeed nationwide (though not so strong in Scotland), but shallow. 14.29% across the board could easily have meant zero seats anywhere, rather than the 5 Reform actually captured.

The LibDem vote, only 12.22% nationally, was nonetheless concentrated here and there. Result— 72 MPs.

Reform UK, to me, seems to be in a fairly good position to concentrate some of its overall support in certain parts of the country, and certain constituencies, just like the LibDems. For Reform, that would be, primarily or firstly, in the East of England and the East Midlands: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2024_United_Kingdom_general_election#Full_results; https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2024_United_Kingdom_general_election#By_nation_and_region.

In the East of England, Reform UK scored 17.5% of the vote; in the East Midlands, 18.9%.

Indeed, though Reform won no GE 2024 seats in the West Midlands or North-East England, its vote was still high— 18.1% in the former, and 19.9% in the latter (less than half a point behind the Conservative Party). Reform was also not very far behind the Conservative Party in the West Midlands.

Reform UK came second in 98 constituencies, of which 89 were won or held by Labour.

It is not impossible to surmise that, if the Conservative Party vote were to collapse further in those 98 seats, Reform UK might capture some, many, or even all of them.

That would be even more likely, arguende, if Starmer-Labour in government disappoints the mass of the people, as I believe it will.

Late tweets seen

I am glad that I am not alone in having noticed the sickening sycophancy of the “occupied” UK msm towards Starmer-Labour (though would anyway be unconcerned were I the only one).

Today, on Sky News, I caught literally seconds of the end of a piece by some sports journalist woman. Her take was that, with “England” in the final game of some football contest, and a new Labour (New Labour?) government in power, it feels (she claimed) like the dawning of a new era. I believe that was the brainless and derivative way in which she put it.

Of course, Starmer-Labour will probably be in power until 2029, so the msm drones naturally want to curry favour, but I think that the said sycophancy goes beyond even that. I think that many in the msm seriously believe that Starmer-Labour is wonderful and will bring about some minor “golden age”.

I see no real connected thinking in the msm about what happens when the UK is importing literally a million invaders every single year, about what happens when a Labour government is harder on workers, the unemployed, the sick, the disabled than has been the past 14 years of “Conservative” government (etc).

What happens when the lights go out? What happens when lawlessness finally overwhelms a fairly civilized court and legal system which evolved over long periods but which is now already swamped?

Also, with a deadhead like Lammy as Foreign Secretary, what happens to Britain’s already-tattered international standing?

What interests me is what will be happening 2025-2029 under the surface of the Labour Party pseudo-landslide Commons majority.

Who can forget Ed Miliband at Copenhagen in 2005, bleating outside the UN conference (so badly-organized that he was not allowed in at first) about the fake “3/5/7/whatever years to save the world” narrative? I also recall that little monkey, who was the President of the Maldives, jumping up and down and clapping once he realized that his country might receive millions in “climate aid” in case the Maldives sank below the waves (nearly 20 years later, though, it is still there).

Well, I beat political journalist John Rentoul again this week, but not by much— 6/10 as against his self-awarded 5.5/10 . I too could have awarded myself another half-point, re. question 4. Apart from that one, I (also) did not know the answers to questions 3, 5, and 6.

The broad-front, multi-pronged attack on Europe and on European-race societies

The “trans” nonsense (about 99% is nonsense) is just part of a campaign by secretive cabals to destroy white European-race society, a campaign being carried on across a broad front.

“Trans” stuff, the more general LGBTQXYZ stuff, “Black Lives Matter” and general “anti-racist” (99% anti-white) propaganda, most of the “climate change” propaganda, anti-British Empire propaganda, the blacks inserted into every “British” (Swedish, Danish, German etc) TV show, news broadcast, TV drama, TV soap, and TV ad, as well as the long-running “holocaust” fakery, hoaxes and propaganda, the “Covid” “panicdemic”, and now all the “I stand with Ukraine” hullabaloo.

The cartoons below, by Bob Moran, make the point:

“Jack Monroe”, the “Bootstrap Cook”

As I have blogged previously, I myself hold no animus against “Jack Monroe” (originally Melissa Hadjicostas— half Greek-Cypriot), aka “the Bootstrap Cook”. It may be that her activity is of use to some people.

I myself am unlikely to use much of her work, partly because some of the recipes she puts out (and that I have read…admittedly a fairly small number) result in dishes that (to me, or in my opinion, looking at photos) look like a dog’s dinner, and partly because the recipes seem, often, to be heavy on carbohydrate, which I think is not good in a country plagued by type-2 diabetes (though I take her point, made on TV, about it being better for people to eat something not completely healthy than to eat nothing, and that it is wrong that so many in our country have to make that choice).

[actually, in the interest of fairness, I just looked at some of her other recipes, and many are in fact not a dog’s dinner” to look at, though I have to say that a number do still give me that impression; and yet others are scarcely “recipes” at all, such as some very basic pasta suggestions].

I have not wanted to involve myself in the recent furore about whether or not “Bootstrap Cook” has been a little —indeed, more than a little— “economical with the truth” about a number of matters from her own history, and about whether she has been, or is, financially “transparent”.

I have my own opinion, based purely on what I have read on Twitter and elsewhere, and suffice to say that I shall certainly not be donating to, or buying from, the “Bootstrap Cook”. In any case, she probably has a good deal more money than me, again based on what I have read. Still, if people want to give her money, and cannot find a deserving person or cause instead, well, that is their concern, assuming that they are compos mentis.

Her website must be useful for many people.

Maybe, in the end, one can find at least one opinion by those in the enemy camp with which one can actually agree. It is indeed rare for me to agree with anything said by very active Jewish Zionist, David Collier.

As for that ghastly African “professor” based in the USA (an untenured associate professor at Carnegie-Mellon University, Pittsburgh), I blogged about her tasteless and absurd views last week.

The poor are always with us“, according to Jesus Christ but, at the same time, policy can either reduce their numbers to a minimum, or expand them to a tenth, a quarter, or even half or more of the population. Policy is key. Governmental action or inaction is key.

I was wondering why some “dark-skinned man” would do that. No-one has as yet been charged (at time of writing), so I feel free to speculate.

There is a “conspiracy theory” around that, for some reason unexplained, the coffin does not contain the body of the late Queen.

Was the man arrested trying to “prove”, by finding the coffin empty, or without a body, that the late Queen has been buried already, as required, in particular, in Judaism? I do not know, of course, though my understanding is that the 24-hour rubric for Jewish burial is in fact not rigid, and can be extended for days, or even longer. On the face of it, that theory seems unlikely to be correct.

In any case, the arrested person could not (I presume) have actually opened the coffin. The lid (again, my presumption) must have been screwed down and/or sealed.

Schizophrenia is far more prevalent in the blacks and browns as compared to white Europeans. Maybe that is the explanation for what has happened.

Sometimes, mentally-disordered persons (of any/all races) carry out such attacks. A crazed ex-monk hijacked a plane in France about 40 years ago. His demand was that the Pope release the details of the “Third Secret of Fatima” [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Three_Secrets_of_F%C3%A1tima#Third_secret]. I believe that the hijacker was arrested and incarcerated in a mental hospital, at least at first. He was imprisoned later.

Armistice Day

Armistice Day (as my maternal grandmother always called it, in the old way), or Remembrance Day (as it is now termed), comes around again. Remembrance not only of the tragedies of war, but also of the sad realization that, at least on the Western Front in Europe, the two world wars need never have happened at all.

Those two wars destroyed the British Empire, which is now, like those wars, merely (and only just) a memory and a legacy.

Well, hardy ha-ha! The Jew lobby or Israel lobby (whatever) had me (wrongfully, and unlawfully) disbarred in 2016 for tweeting things (5 tweets, out of 150,000) which, though completely true, were adjudged “anti-Semitic”. The same lobby, in effect, had me expelled from Twitter. The same lobby made numerous malicious complaints about me to the police, among other organizations. See https://ianrobertmillard.org/2017/07/13/when-i-was-a-victim-of-a-malicious-zionist-complaint/; and https://ianrobertmillard.org/2017/07/09/the-slide-of-the-english-bar-and-uk-society-continues-and-accelerates/.

In fact, the same (very small) group of sleazy Jew-Zionists are still fairly frequently making malicious complaints about me and/or my blog, but we are still here, still trucking…

Look at the Israel lobby hypocrites lining up to defend the Israeli Jewess’s “free speech”, when the same MPs (etc) not only failed to defend my free speech rights but lined up to attack me, many of them.

As for the present Israeli Ambassador in London, this is her ideology— Jewish racial supremacy, aka “Zionist supremacism”:

In Israel and elsewhere, Jews see marriage to non-Jews as “a problem“, but in countries like the UK, Jews are in the very forefront of the msm propaganda promoting race-mixing between British people and the blacks and browns etc; also the production of mixed-race children. Strange dichotomy…

Hotovely defended her decision at the time, saying, “it is important to me to check systems to prevent mixed marriages“…[Wikipedia]

Menachem Begin, a good example of the type often referred to as “the simulacrum of the human“…

Israel was created partly from those who were terrorists and the sweepings of the gutters of Europe. That might not be the whole story, but it is a significant part of it.

The seed grows into the plant. Israel is a centre for not only state terrorism but also large-scale criminal activity. The seed eventually grows into the plant, and the characteristics of the plant are already there in the seed, in germinal form…

Incidentally, and I cannot state it as a fact, having only seen it on Twitter etc, but if what I have seen online (in the past) is correct, the present Israeli Ambassador once said that Palestinian mothers and babies should be eliminated, in order to prevent Israel (Jews) being outnumbered over time by Arab births.

“Panicdemic” news

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-10190187/Care-home-chaos-commences-60-000-staff-sacked-overnight.html

The Boris-idiot government of clowns is beyond belief. 60,000 care home staff sacked overnight, against a background of existing staff shortages. Many of those employees will go straight onto the dole. Madness. Boris-idiot, Sajid Javid, and the ridiculous “advisers” have much to answer for.

The biosecurity police state draws ever-nearer…

Such laws should have been passed in the UK, decades ago.

What she is “missing” is that it is the Mayor of London, via Transport for London [TfL] who decides about the London Congestion Charge…but when did lack of basic knowledge ever stop any (well-known or obscure) person from tweeting?

Look at this (below):

https://twitter.com/lubabakhalid/status/1261475383049957382?s=20

The “Lubaba” one apparently lives in Croydon, and is a Student Union officer, so was probably brought up (and born) in the UK, but hates us –meaning hates British, meaning “white”, people– (under cover of hating the British Empire).

She thinks that she and her family would be much better off had her ancestors been left in the primaeval squalor of Central or West Africa…

Against stupidity, the Gods themselves struggle in vain” [Schiller].

I notice that “Lubaba” has flags from Barbados, Trinidad and Palestine on her Twitter masthead, as well as what is presumably the Labour Party rose. No Union Jack. No St. George’s flag. Many of the blacks and browns often seem to just hate us. They really should not be in Europe at all. And they are steadily outbreeding us…

Here are some more untermenschen supposedly “equal” to us…

I saw this interesting blog post about the British Empire:

https://wordpress.com/read/blogs/106217350/posts/70147

Slavery:

Perhaps the most emotive [accusation] concerns slavery. During the 18th century, the peak of the huge and lucrative Atlantic slave trade, British merchants bought slaves from African rulers — on average, 120 people every day by the 1780s — and sold them primarily to French, Portuguese-Brazilian and British planters. Was this the source of Britain’s wealth, and the fuel of the Industrial Revolution? Profit from the slave trade made individuals rich, but accounted for about one per cent of national income. The Industrial Revolution’s key element was coal, of which Britain had a lot.

Where the British Empire’s relationship with slavery was unique was in combatting it. Britain abolished its own slave trade in 1807. In 1834 it abolished slavery throughout the Empire. British subjects were forbidden to own slaves anywhere in the world.”

I have to admit that I was unaware that the slave trade accounted for only 1% of national income (unclear as to whether that 1% was only the actual trade, or including profits made using slaves, eg West Indies cotton and sugar).

https://www.spectator.co.uk/article/war-of-words-16-august-2018

Here (above) is a link to that article. It is very true about Wikipedia. I like and use Wikipedia a great deal, but it is very blinkered on certain topics, among which is the so-called “holocaust” fable. Many of Wikipedia’s editors (mostly unpaid volunteers) are Jews (especially American Jews).

Another topic upon which Wikipedia is very biased is anything to do with what the Jews, “antifa” idiots and msm usually term “far Right” politics. You will be misinformed if you rely on Wikipedia for information about that.

Finally, Wikipedia will allow newspaper articles to be cited, but not if the newspaper is the Daily Mail! The Sun? OK. The Daily Mirror? OK. Morning Star? OK. In fact, as far as I know, any newspaper, and certainly any mainstream newspaper, is OK, but never the Daily Mail. On any topic. I am hardly likely to be pro-Daily Mail, as such, having been featured generally unfavourably by that newspaper in the past (2016) but it is no worse than the rest of the msm; and often more informative.

“Lockdown” protest

https://twitter.com/HeartLondonNews/status/1261645218409058304?s=20

Time was when you could speak freely at Speakers’ Corner, Hyde Park. In fact I myself spoke there to fickle crowds a few times (in 1978, if memory serves). Not now. (((They))) have killed free speech. At Speakers’ Corner. In print. Online. Toytown police state.

Coronavirus, “lockdown”, and the toytown police state (that might become a real police state)

It is alarming. For example, Devon and Cornwall Police: “On 1 April, Devon and Cornwall Police released a statement saying that, regardless of the guidance from both the National Police Chiefs’ Council and the College of Policing, it would not be changing its position on people travelling by car to a place for exercise. ‘Our interpretation is that it is not reasonable, for the majority, to drive miles to a specific place such as a beauty spot. It is also not within the spirit of what we are trying to achieve if you drive from Devon to the coast of Cornwall for surfing, regardless of whether that is “lawful” or not.’”

In other words, the Devon and Cornwall Police, among others, are going to try to “interpret” the will of the Government, and apply that, regardless of whether that has the force of law or not

https://architectsforsocialhousing.co.uk/2020/05/12/the-state-of-emergency-as-paradigm-of-government-coronavirus-legislation-implementation-and-enforcement/

The above is a good example of the Common Purpose attitude (“Leading beyond authority“) which has infected the police and public services generally over the past 30 years: the police actually purporting to decide what is the law, and even saying, straight out and brazenly, that they are going to allow or disallow X, Y, or Z whether X, Y or Z are lawful or not!

https://www.cpexposed.com/about-common-purpose

Then there is the police “nark on a neighbour” idea, which at one time was attracting nearly 6,000 quasi-Stalinist denunciations daily!

The island of sheep

John Buchan once wrote a book, one of his least famous, called The Island of Sheep. It was an adventure thriller set on an island full of (real) sheep. The sheep I am talking about here, though, are metaphorical sheep (aka some British people) and “the island of sheep” is Britain.

Look at the tweets below, from a woman who thinks of herself, looking at her Twitter profile and “pinned tweet”, as an independent thinker…

yet she tweets thus:

She displays no real thought at all. The latest estimate was that 24 people a day in London, a city of about 9 million inhabitants, are being infected with the Chinese virus. That is 3 people out of every million living in London.

Another example?

Very “Soviet”. Government decides, journalists then obediently transmit and explain the decision to the broad masses…

In fact, that is more or less what has happened up to now, but this shambolic government of fools, led by a part-Jew public entertainer who seems to live an unmeritedly charmed life (so far), is floundering, driven more by public relations than by “the science”, let alone common sense.

She shows herself, like so many on Twitter, and particularly the pseudo-socialist ones (this lady herself is in fact a supporter of Corbyn-style Labour), as almost begging to be told where to go and not go, what to do and not do. She is brainwashed by the “virus” scare to the nth degree. “Independent”? About as much as any marionette or automaton…

Actually, I should not spend too much time on this lady, though she is typical of so many on Twitter, but she is rather “the gift that keeps on giving”:

As a child in the early to mid-1960s, I was only ever given Lucozade (the original one, in a large glass bottle with yellow cellophane wrapping) when unwell. It was thought to aid recovery and maybe it did, because it was indeed high in glucose. Where the tweeter above goes wrong is in saying that Lucozade caused obesity. Hardly. Most children only had about 2 bottles a year, if that!

I see people like that on Twitter daily, the ones who think of themselves as thinking people, often (as in her case) socialist or rather pseudo-socialist (well-meaning perhaps, so be it…). They make about 9 silly points for every 1 good point.

If Only “The War” Had Never Happened

I happened to see the second tweet below, the one showcasing an opinion poll from November 1947:

You see, here we are 73 years later, and the Jewish lobby with the compliant msm are constantly putting forward the idea that the 1930s were backward, poor, basically terrible, but that “the war” changed all that. In reality, the latter part of the 1930s was a time of general economic and social advance.

Looking mainly at the UK, the second part of the 1930s was a time when, at least in the South and Midlands, there were job opportunities, new towns and roads being constructed, air routes being laid out, both across Europe and, via Imperial Airways etc, worldwide, using safe and comfortable flying boats.

Across the South of England, people were moving into the detached and semi-detached suburban housing still considered desirable property today, 80-90 years later.

More than that. Advanced thinkers were already laying the intellectual foundations for the Welfare State: decent public housing, a National Health Service etc.

Then came the war. It has been said that, under strict WW2 rationing, perhaps as much as a quarter of the UK population was actually better-fed than it had been in the 1930s, an indication of the social inequality rampant before the war. However, in general, the war impoverished the whole nation (how could it not?). Britain suffered under rationing of various types until the mid-1950s! There is no doubt that poverty and indeed inequality would overall have been ameliorated quicker had the war not “frozen” the social situation.

Before 1939, Britain was taking steps to grant independence to the colonies. The White colonies had already achieved Dominion status. The colonies of black Africa and elsewhere might have been given independence later but on a more secure basis, after sufficient Africans (etc) had achieved the stature capable of running advanced societies and economies. Sadly, that never happened.

“The War”, as UK people still call WW2, was disastrous for most of the peoples, animals, birds etc of the world. Environmental degradation today continues apace, a result, ultimately, of the corruption and inefficiency of the “independent” states formed after WW2.

The peoples of the former colonies have suffered wars, civil wars, banditry, rapacious officialdom, you name it. All because of premature decolonization. Not only in the former British Empire, which attained its greatest territorial extent after the First World War, in 1918. About a third of the world was under British control at that time. Also, there were the colonies of the other European states in Africa and elsewhere, those of France, Portugal, Spain, Belgium and the former German colonies (South West Africa, Tanganyika).

How much better a world would we now have were those formerly colonized lands still under European rule, or ruled in collaboration with a large enough and cultured enough African elite built up by the colonial powers over time …Look at Rhodesia up to 1979, and then its decrepit successor-state, Zimbabwe…

This is not just a question for the UK. It is a problem, historical and contemporary, for the world.

In Europe, the UK (and France) might have not given the Poles the worthless “guarantees” of 1939, which led the Poles to imagine that Britain and France would actually fight for Poland. Never happened.

Likewise, after the Fall of France in 1940, Britain might have secured an honourable armistice with the German Reich, so saving the peoples of Western and Central Europe from the massive destruction caused, mainly, by the Allied and Soviet forces during, again mainly, 1941-45. It would also have meant no Soviet takeover of the East and most of the Centre of Europe by Stalin’s Soviet Union in the mid-1940s.

We hear much (much too much) of the Jews, who were, prior to WW2, being allowed to emigrate from Germany and its allied or vassal states. Indeed, the Germans were glad to be rid of them. Well, had there been an armistice in 1940, that emigration would have continued: to the USA, Australia, Palestine etc.

Terrorism after WW2 was a product of the terrorists or “guerrillas” during that war, both those trained and funded by the shambolic British organization, SOE, and by the Soviet Union (the “partisans”). Most postwar “terrorism” from 1945 through to recent times can be traced back readily enough to British, American and Soviet sources.

Had “the War” (in the West) never happened, or been stopped in its tracks in 1940, the Soviet Union would probably have collapsed by 1942, there would have been no massive destruction by Soviet forces (or by the UK/USA air fleets) in the Europe of 1941-45, no Cold War, no Berlin Wall, no East-West proxy wars. The Israeli state and the arrogant Arab and Iranian oil states would have all either been strangled at birth, or kept on a tight rein.

In Britain itself, the neglected historian Correlli Barnett [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Correlli_Barnett] has made the point that, because of Britain’s having been bled dry by the War, it could not do more than one, or at most two, of its three main policy aims after 1945:

  • keep the Empire;
  • regenerate UK industry and commerce;
  • introduce a Welfare state.

In the end, Britain tried to do all three, but could not fully succeed in any, eventually almost abandoning the Empire and its remnants.

If only there had been no “War”, or a war lasting only a year…

If only.

The Imperial Vacuum in the Middle East and Near East, and Its Consequences

Initial Thoughts

I have been reading about what appears to have been the appalling and unusually cruel murder of a dissident Saudi journalist, supposedly cut up while still alive by some kind of Saudi Arabian “security” team in the Consulate of Saudi Arabia in Istanbul.

This news item made me once again muse on the unsatisfactory position in the “Levant”, the Middle East and also what was once called the Near East.

The region is not one that I know well personally. I have been to Qatar twice on short visits, once in 2001 (when Doha was a rather pleasant and rather sleepy place) and again in 2008 (by which time it had become a horrible, dystopian and skyscraping sprawl). I spent less than a week in the Luxor Hilton in 1994, and another three months in Egypt in 1998 (Aswan, the Red Sea, Alexandria and the oasis of Siwa). I have also spent about 4 months in Turkey and Turkish North Cyprus.

The Gulf

What many younger people fail to realize is just how recent (in present form) are the phenomena we know as Saudi Arabia, Dubai, Qatar etc. Take Abu Dhabi: when I was at school in England, aged 14, in 1970, there were a couple of rather unpleasant boys whose father was chief of police in Abu Dhabi, which was at the time a dusty desert enclave just beginning to profit from its huge hydrocarbon wealth. The British still supplied the senior military, police and other officials in Abu Dhabi at that time. Abu Dhabi, which had been known (right up to the Second World War) only for its pearls and for the slave trade, first struck oil in 1958 (or rather BP, as concession-holder, did). That first strike was followed by others, in 1959, 1962 and 1965.

The growth of Abu Dhabi in terms of population can be judged by the following progression: in 1960, the entire resident population of the city itself was 25,000. That grew to 50,000 by 1965 (though falling back to 46,400 by 1969). By 1995, the population was 398,695, and by 2014 was apparently 1,205,963, an increase of 31% even on the previous year! The latest estimate for the (entire) Abu Dhabi population (2018) is nearly 3 million! Abu Dhabi city (which contains about two-thirds of the entire population) was planned in 1967 for 40,000 inhabitants, which was changed in the 1970s (i.e. less than a decade later!) to a projection of 600,000. The present (2018) population of the city is said to number about 2 million. About 90% of the population of the emirate is foreign.

Qatar, likewise, is a very recent phenomenon in its recent form. Oil was discovered only in 1940, after which successive oil and gas finds in later decades transformed the small enclave once populated by a few thousand fishermen and pearl divers. The population of the entire sultanate in 1970 was 108,000, whereas in 2018 it is between 2.5 million and 3 million. As with Abu Dhabi and other Gulf Arab “states”, something like 90% of the population is foreign and that 90% does almost all of the work (from banking to street-sweeping), and has few rights.

I was once told, around 1977, by a construction person who spent his time in the Gulf, that he was engaged on constructing a new airport (I forget exactly where) there. He told me that the growth in the region (even then) had been phenomenal. I asked him where he thought that the Gulf Arabs would be by some date in the future (probably 2000, but I have in fact forgotten which year I specified) and he answered, cynically, “back riding their camels”! Well, he was wrong (if 2000 was the year), but I wonder whether he will be so wrong when looked back at from, say, 2050 or even 2030.

The Gulf “states” or statelets have no resilience: 90% of their population consists of expats, many of whom are from poor parts of Asia. The 1990 Iraqi invasion of Kuwait showed that, for all their expensive Western military toys, the Gulf rulers and their forces are men of straw.

Some Gulf states are running out of hydrocarbons, others have understood that the demand for oil may have peaked with the development of other energy sources, and so have begun to diversify economically. However, in the end, the future for these socially-backward societies with their “ready-to-wear” (bought) Western toys and expertise may be not so good.

The Main Part of the Middle East

We have seen that, from the time of open proclamation of the New World Order [NWO] immediately after 1989, the NWO has destabilized the Middle East and North Africa. Israel is of course pivotal. The destabilization has, overall, helped Israel. Its major opponents militarily (Syria, Iraq) have been cast into chaos, Iran has been embroiled in conflict in Iraq, Yemen and Syria, Egypt has been further suborned and placed under NWO-controlled dictatorship, while even Libya (peripheral, but wealthy and always anti-Israel) has been broken up internally. There are now no regional armies able to pose an immediate threat to Israel, the “Zionist entity”.

Turkey

Turkey was, for much of the past century, a relatively static and relatively neutral player on the geopolitical stage. That was the genius of Ataturk, to make Turkey militarily-strong without (usually, much) using that power externally. Now, Turkey risks being drawn into the sphere of destabilization.

The Big Picture

The combined region of the Middle East and Near East has always been the stage for empires, among them the Alexandrine Greeks, the Romans, the Byzantine Romans, the Ottomans, the British; the French too (from Napoleon’s day until 1945). There were attempts by others to exercise imperial power: the Russians under both Tsarism and Sovietism; also, briefly, Iran under the Shah in the 1960s and 1970s. Now, beyond the strictly regional squabbling players, there are attempts at larger-scale control: Russia, the USA (i.e. the NWO), as well as, on a more limited level of power than the first two (and also than under the Shah), Iran again.

It is clear that the only solution to the problems of the regions, particularly of the core Middle East, likely to last long, will be the imposition of a supervening imperium which can subordinate all existing states to its control. That means that the Arab states and Israel would be ruled by this quasi-imperial power. It is equally clear that such an imperium does not exist. The Americans have huge destructive resources, but lack the imperial will and desire which would enable them to succeed the British, the Ottomans, Byzantium, Rome etc. That is also true of the Russians, who also can be described as largely “defensive” (wishing to defend their Southern flank as much as anything). The Iranians have not the power to make a substantial difference in this arena.

The conclusion is, to me, obvious: the future of the region is not another imperial or quasi-imperial chapter, but large-scale destruction only.

There Should Have Been An Honourable Peace in 1939 or 1940

The Background

September the 9th, 2018. 79 years and 8 days since the famous German attack on the Polish radio station at then Gleiwitz; 79 years and 6 days since Britain (and so the entire British Empire) and France declared war on Germany; about 78 and a bit years since the German defeat of France, since the British retreat from Dunkirk; 78 years since the air Battle of Britain.

What weakens the usual System-history narrative about the history of those times is the a priori assumption or, if you like, a Grundnorm [basic underlying concept or belief, often unquestioned or deliberately made impossible to question], that the declaration of war by Britain and France was unquestionably both “the right thing to do” and unavoidable.

The typical, conventional System view, as displayed above, is of course grounded on an even deeper-held belief or Grundnorm, that is that the German government of Adolf Hitler and the NSDAP was so evil that it had to be destroyed. That view (at the time and really until the 1970s at least –talking about British attitudes–) was based on the opinion that Germany was again trying, for the second or third time in memory, and as a continental power, to take over mainland Europe. More recently, the more Jewish-influenced attitude has held sway, because of the Jewish control or veto over the worlds of publishing, academia, politics, msm etc in the West: that Germany had to be confronted and defeated because of its policy re. Jews.

The whole “Germany had to be defeated because of the ‘holocaust'” nonsense is of quite recent date. Not often (i.e. never) mentioned to the brainwashed masses or to their equally brainwashed offspring in British schools, is the fact that not one of the world leaders or the most important military leaders (e.g. Churchill) made any mention of “extermination programmes” or “gas chambers” in their spoken remarks or post-war written memoirs. The Jewish-Zionist element has taken control of the historical narrative and completely twisted it. That is why “they” hate any historical revisionism. They present a weight of mutually-quoting fakery as if it were a weight of evidence. In any case, even the Zionist propagandists do not claim any German “extermination plan” or programme for the Jews  until 1941.

Returning to war and peace in 1939-40, we see that the big picture shows a world far more than today split between European empires. The British Empire ruled between a quarter and a third of the world. Most of the rest (leaving aside the Soviet Union, the USA and China) was ruled by other Europeans: empires of the French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Belgians. The depredations of the early imperial days had begun to give way to the idea of stewardship. The native peoples were beginning to be looked after, the wildlife the same. All that (which became so positive in the 1950s) was ruined by the Second World War and its aftermath. Decolonization, globalist finance-capitalism etc have been disastrous for the peoples and environment of Africa, South America, Asia.

In Europe too, we see how disastrous was the decision to go to war in 1939. Immense destruction, huge loss of life (some estimates say 80 million), cruelties, hardship etc. Also massive economic dislocation.

We often hear half-baked nonsense about how “the war” stimulated inventions and technological progress. Most of this is either not true or is at best half-true. In both Europe and USA, huge strides were being made in the 1930s. What the war did was to change priorities: planes built for speed rather than comfort, housing built on a utilitarian rather than an aesthetic basis etc.

In the UK, much nonsense is talked about the Welfare State in this regard. In fact, social housing (which had existed in limited forms for centuries) was being created on quite a large scale in the UK of the 1930s, particularly in and around London. As for the NHS etc, that was already being prepared in studies etc, though the war may have concentrated minds and so on.

The Phoney War

The Phoney War, also called the Bore War and (in Germany) Sitzkrieg, lasted from September 1939 to April 1940. At that point, few people, even in the armed services of either side (meaning UK/Germany) had been killed. Any bitterness or venom (mainly on the British side and stirred up by relentless propaganda) was small compared to what existed later. There could, after Dunkirk, have been an honourable peace, an armistice. Germany could then have turned its full attention to destroying Stalin’s regime the following year. The Russian people would eventually have come to a concordat with the German Reich. Only the Jewish commissars etc would ultimately have lost out.

Conclusion

Britain lost out hugely by going along with Churchill’s ridiculous adventurism. Terrible loss and turmoil during the years of war, 10 years of “austerity” after the war ended. The perceived “need” (in fact a conspiracy) to import blacks and browns in the 1950s and thereafter in order to make up for those killed and injured in that wholly unnecessary war. Slow poisoning of the folk.

Britain and France declared war on Germany, ostensibly, to protect the independence of Poland. It never happened. Poland was split between the German Reich and the Soviet Union at first, later taken entirely by the Reich, then later still taken entirely by the Soviet Union. Instead of one or two weeks of war, Poland was strafed by 6 years of it. Only since 1989 has Poland regained anything like full political sovereignty. When I myself visited Poland on several occasions in the late 1980s, one still met older Poles who might mention those worthless guarantees of 1939.

Had an honourable peace been found in 1939 or 1940, the British Empire would have wound down more gradually, as would the other European empires. There would not have been so much war and misery across the world, the American cultural death-impulse would not have been so powerful and destructive; also, the environment would not have suffered anything like as badly. Above all, Europe would be fully European and have a fully-European future.
