A reminder of mortality

I happened upon a notice from a well-known London criminal law set: https://www.farringdon-law.co.uk/news/farewell-to-our-true-gentleman-franco-tizzano. I then saw a Twitter announcement dated a few months ago to the same effect:

I was once slightly acquainted with the deceased. I had a few short conversations with him when we were both law degree and Bar Finals students (in the then terminology). I also encountered him a couple of times when I returned from the USA in 1993 and was doing my “second six” months of pupillage, when the fledgling barrister can earn a little money by appearing in court.

I recall that we happened to meet at Thames Mags not long after I had shaken the dust of New Jersey and New York off my shoes. I was doing the first appearance of a Jamaican accused of smuggling cocaine dissolved in rum.

Tizzano was some years younger than me but was ahead of me at the Bar, I having spent a few years or part-years in the USA.

I recall that, on first meeting in 1984, Tizzano had explained that he came from Naples but that (if memory serves) he had been at an English boarding school. I understand that his father was a judge in Naples.

I remember that I remarked that “Naples is the warm heart of the world“, according to Shelley, to which Tizzano retorted, “was he mad?“!

Tizzano was a rather serious young man, in the grave Italian way. Someone with a certain dignified presence. Jet-black hair and a black moustache. I see that, in later life, that was complemented by a beard.

I understand that he had a busy criminal practice in later years: I would sometimes see his name in newspaper crime reports, though I think that the last time I saw Tizzano in person was in 1993 or 1994.

A reminder that we are all on Earth for a limited time, and must do what we can while we are here.

Martin Bashir

What is not generally known about Bashir is that, in 2018, he stalked persecuted singer-songwriter Alison Chabloz. That was around the time that Alison Chabloz was convicted of posting her songs online, after a lengthy and very morally-dubious campaign (both overt and covert) by Jewish Zionists of the so-called “Campaign Against Antisemitism” or “CAA”.

Bashir stalked both Alison and her aged parents, with whom she was staying at the time. Bashir travelled to the small village, in the Peak District of Derbyshire, where they lived, and after failing to be granted an interview with anyone, hung around the village and the house itself. He was seen trying to hide in the garden of the house, standing in flower beds etc. He even peered through firmly-closed windows.

Bashir is not the only very sleazy person to have effectively headed the BBC’s virtually God-free religious output. There have been some very dubious characters in the past too.

Bashir followed the now-usual BBC “religious” agenda: sanctify Jewish things, normalize Muslim things, ignore or twist anything Christian.

As for Alison Chabloz, at time and date of writing she is still in prison (having been sentenced on 31 March 2021) for having made some more or less true remarks about Jews on an internet “radio” broadcast. If not released earlier, she will be released next week, having by then served about 8 weeks (half of her 18-week sentence minus 4 days).

Hitchens overrates his influence (and the extent to which his opposition to the “panicdemic” was tainted by association). The anti-lockdown and anti-shutdown side lost the argument with the public not because “lizardist” and other people also opposed the shutdown, and not because the opponents of “lockdown” were mistaken, but because the bulk of the British people have become spineless serfs of the “woke” police state. In the rural, semi-rural and semi-suburban part of Southern England where I live, there are over 180,000 inhabitants (in a rather large and dispersed population and area). In the past month, there have been 8 deaths of people who have been tested and confirmed as having this virus, and who died within 28 days of testing (even if later killed in road accidents).

Still, even on the face of the absurd statistics, look at the proportion! Only 8 out of 180,000+…

About 1 out of every 22,500 local residents.

The facemask nonsense also continues, with a push now to continue it indefinitely, despite the fact that the medical effect is minimal. There again, the real reason the System wants facemasks has nothing to do with any virus.

Don’t expect pseudo-national types such as Peter Whittle to say anything against the Jew-Zionist element and its influence.

Quite likely, but then there is the question of quantity. At present, Russia has a total of 10,000-12,000 tanks (but many are in storage, inactive); the USA has 6,000-8,000 (but not all operational, and mostly not in Europe). The UK has 100-200 operational tanks now.

In any case, most General Staff modelling (on both/all sides) indicates that a limited but major and conventional war between NATO and Russia would be quite likely to go nuclear. If that were to happen, all bets are off. The USA is far more powerful, but that is almost irrelevant in a scenario where all major US cities would be destroyed (as would major Russian cities). My money would be on Russia to survive or rebuild better than the disunited USA. As for the UK, “Goodnight Vienna”…

As matters stand (at 1300 hrs, 28 April 2021), the situation in respect of her hearing today at Westminster Mags is this, according to usually-reliable sources: the charges under the Public Order Act 1986 have been dropped, so presumably the stupid, ignorant, or negligent police and/or CPS (it’s basically a CPS responsibility, though), who failed to request the necessary assent of the Attorney-General, have now failed to secure such assent. Pretty embarrassing, and yet another sign of how standards are sliding in the UK.

Whatever may be said about the above, the fact is that this is a blow for the malicious Jew-Zionists in and around the “Campaign Against Antisemitism” cabal. Not so long ago, they were all (all half-dozen of them) tweeting and laughing at how (as they imagined, in their nasty-minded ignorance) Alison Chabloz might expect “years” in prison.

Well, now that different charges have been preferred against Alison Chabloz (charges under the Communications Act 2003, and similar to the ones on which she was recently convicted, the subject of an appeal now), the maximum sentence available to the court on conviction would be 6 months (but in reality, after the usual reduction, 3 months actually incarcerated).

It seems that it is ordered that Alison, who is still at Bronzefield Prison near Heathrow, should be produced at court, which is unlikely to be possible before 1600 hours.

Just saw a few photos of the new (or should that be “nouveau”?) refurbishment of the official quarters of the person currently posing as Prime Minister. I fear that the taste of the “ho” is not very good…

All the same, my feeling is that this is a distraction from the crazed policies pursued by “Boris”, not least the fact that, because he is incapable of running the country, he delegates the most important decisions (not implementation, but actual decisions) to others no more capable: in the past year or so to Dominic Cummings and, worse, the ludicrous “SAGE” crowd. Most of the damage done, eg by the “lockdown” shutdown, is disguised; but it’s there all right.

Alison Chabloz— late update

Usually-reliable sources report that Alison Chabloz was produced, meaning in person, at Westminster Magistrates’ Court, very late in the afternoon today. She pleaded Not Guilty to the latest charge.

As noted earlier today in this blog, the Crown Prosecution Service, having negligently or ignorantly failed to seek the approval of the Attorney-General for the more serious charge (under Public Order Act 1986), and now presumably having failed to get such approval, have charged Alison with an offence under the Communications Act 2003, an offence which is summary only (to be heard only in the magistrates’ court, and carrying a maximum sentence of 6 months’ imprisonment).

Apparently, the matter is now being handled by a Ms. Jessica Hart of the CPS Counter-Terrorism Division! One must remind oneself that Alison Chabloz is accused only of having posted online a song! Sometimes this country seems terminally screwed!

Alison having entered a Not Guilty plea, the matter is now set down for trial on 1 September 2021, with a time estimate of 1 day.

I have no information as to bail, and in view of the fact that Alison was brought from prison custody, and later returned to prison custody, it may be that the Court decided not to impose bail conditions, or that to do so would have been beyond its powers.

The other good news for and about Alison Chabloz is that she is going to be released early from her current notional 18 weeks’ imprisonment, imposed only 28 days ago. She will be freed tomorrow morning, 29 April 2021.

Well, so today is St. George’s Day. I rarely see the TV news now, so do not know whether the fact was reported on at all. It’s connected with England and the English by historical convention, so it will probably only be reported en passant, and/or probably used as an excuse to say that any alien flotsam and jetsam living here are “really” just as “English” as you and me…

As I relayed via this blog a couple of days ago, the word from usually-reliable sources is that Alison will be released early, on electronic tag, next Wednesday. Not 100% certain, but pretty certain. If so, she will have served exactly 4 weeks out of the 18 weeks headline sentence. About 22% of the full sentence.

It could be worse, though only repressive societies lock up satirists and commentators, of course. The BBC/msm-subsidized Jew and other comedians, who mock the English and other British people constantly, never face such censure. Well, not yet, anyway. Perhaps their time will come.

There seems to be nothing new to report about Alison’s situation. I have already (see previous days’ blogs) relayed the news that she has received hundreds of letters, cards and books from all over the world, and has managed to keep in contact with people via telephone, her prison money account having apparently been topped-up by generous donors.

The most amusing news, arguably (apart from the fact that the “CAA” put out 5 years of conspiratorial plotting in order that Alison should spend only a few weeks in a not-entirely uncomfortable confinement) is that Alison has been able to sing her songs to an enthusiastic audience of prisoners (and staff?), some of whom apparently “sang along” at times!

In other words, in the British context, a British and especially English form of social nationalism.

In the past, meaning before the 1990s, the UK Labour Party was “social” though not very “national”; the Conservative Party was at least semi-“national” but not very “social”. Corbyn, those around him, many rank and file Labourites as well, thought that you can be “anti-Israel”, yet pay lip-service to the “holocaust” faked history and so on. In other words, they thought that you can be anti-Jewish lobby (to put it that way; “anti-Zionist lobby”, perhaps more accurately) if said Jews are in Israel/Palestine, yet pro-Jew if the Jews in question are in the USA, UK, or France!

They are in the position of a punter who backs both the first and second favourites in a race with only two likely outcomes, and where the other runners have effectively no chance. The fix is in. All the same, there could be an upswell of popular support for a new social-national party, if one existed, if it were credible, and if it had a leader destined to arise to supreme power. Also, if circumstances or Fate were favourable…

Once freedom of expression goes, it goes. In the UK, we have seen that singer-songwriter and commentator Alison Chabloz was recently convicted of making a few remarks (both unexceptionable and in fact true, if robustly put) about Jewish behaviour. That is how freedom of expression is destroyed, when a special-interest group makes expression of opinion liable to result in a criminal charge.

The so-called “Campaign Against Antisemitism” has been trying to “bag” Alison Chabloz for at least 5 years, a fact recently admitted to in the Jewish “community” press by the CAA’s “Director of Investigations and Enforcement”, Steven Silverman of Grays, Essex: https://blogs.timesofisrael.com/our-five-year-fight-to-imprison-holocaust-denier-alison-chabloz/.

“Slitherman” has in the past made attempts to have me too arrested via malicious complaint: see, for example, https://ianrobertmillard.org/2017/07/13/when-i-was-a-victim-of-a-malicious-zionist-complaint/.

As far as Alison Chabloz is concerned, last year (2020), the CAA (via a suborned Police and Crime Commissioner, police, at least one MP, and lawyers of the Crown Prosecution Service) managed to have Alison put on trial and then locked up for 2-3 days (4 including days of arrival and departure). She was granted bail pending appeal, and later won that appeal when the CPS had either to give up or to reveal details of the backstairs conspiracy which involved both the CPS and the other above-designated actors.

In fact, the days Alison spent in custody after lodging of that appeal have now been credited to her in respect of her present sentence. Good news.

Alison’s present situation is that she remains in Bronzefield Prison, near Heathrow Airport, where she has been since her recent conviction on 31 March 2021. In other words, she has, as of today, served three weeks and a day. Not including days of trial. She has applied, via Counsel, for bail pending appeal, before a Crown Court judge, but been refused.

Alison Chabloz was sentenced to 18 weeks. The usual 50% discount for release “on licence” (commonly referred to as “parole” in most countries) reduces that to 9 weeks. Days of custody after charge, and days of court hearing, including the two days of trial, take off at least another week; the 4 days spent wrongly imprisoned in 2020 are also taken off. All of that may add up to 2 weeks, thus making Alison’s time actually in prison about 7 weeks, meaning that she would normally expect to be released on licence sometime in the second half of May.

Word from usually-reliable sources is that Alison will in fact be released early on electronic tag next Monday, 26 April 2021. That, however, is not certain, as far as I know.

“Neo-Nazi” Ukraine? If only! In fact, Ukraine is now entirely Jew-Zionist dominated. One government minister is even an Israeli citizen! Since independence, i.e. since the collapse of the Soviet Union three decades ago (which collapse however had to happen), Ukraine has been a corrupt crazy mess of a country.

There are parallels here to the 1938-1939 situation, when Britain and France at first tried to interfere with German annexation of the Sudetenland, then gave worthless “guarantees” to Poland. The result, following the German (and Soviet) invasion(s) of Poland? War, which spread throughout much of Europe and then the world.

If armed conflict, even on a proxy basis, starts between Russia and the USA (and the allies of the USA, meaning primarily the UK), it might trigger a huge conflagration, causing enormous damage and slaughter in both Russia and USA, and (but) even worse harm to the UK, with its small size and crowded population. Incidentally, what strikes me so often is the sheer mediocrity (at best) of so many MPs now. Look at Joan Ryan’s background: local schools in Warrington, Lancashire, were followed by a degree in sociology from a further education college; she was about 24 then. Two years later, she obtained a supposed Master’s degree from the South Bank Poly (by Elephant and Castle, London). She then taught sociology at some school in Hammersmith for several years.

I have no further news of the persecuted satirical singer-songwriter Alison Chabloz, currently in prison after having been sentenced to 18 weeks’ imprisonment for contravention of the notoriously bad law, the Communications Act 2003, s.127.

The imprisonment was the result of years of plotting by the malicious Jew-Zionist cabal known as the “Campaign Against Antisemitism” [“CAA”].

The sentence of 18 weeks is in fact about 7-8 weeks after taking into account normal and particular discounts and reductions. Alison has so far done about 2 weeks actually in prison (as of Wednesday 14 April 2021), and will in any event be released sometime late next month. In the meantime, her trial Counsel is thought to be applying for bail on her behalf (pending appeal). The progress of that application and that of her appeal lodgment is at present unknown to me.

“Jewish officials” in the (renamed) Front National?! Non, non! Very disappointing (though not surprising).

I think that many did “enjoy” aspects of the initially-strict “lockdown”. Several reasons. Life was simpler overnight, in a world and a UK which seemed, and now again seems, often too noisy, complicated, stressed.

The iniquitous “British” so-called “long hours culture” (that in fact started to appear in the early 1980s) is part of that “society under stress”.

Then there is the fact that the now-ubiquitous “pleb”/”chavscum” element (both poor and not so poor) was stopped from driving around, crowding into places, beaches and country areas and, indeed, shopping areas. Same applies to the blacks and others in the larger urban concentrations.

Less road traffic meant that Nature could come back in a way many (including me) liked: birds, animals. Where I live is a semi-rural part of England anyway, but the effect was still noticeable.

Also, many people suddenly did not have to attend boring jobs in offices, factories, hospitals (yes, many NHS people too worked from home), pubs, restaurants. Many “worked from home”, which especially for those with comfortable detached houses, maybe with pleasant gardens, swimming pools etc, was a welcome change from the daily commuter grind.

Most of those unable to work from home were chucked furlough monies amounting to —again in many cases— 80% of their net pay, which taking into account commuting costs etc, meant that quite a few were better off than they had been when actually working!

Even those forced to rely on State benefits were better off, inasmuch as the post-2005 and then post-2010 bullying and harassment regime instituted by such as Alastair Darling (“Labour”), Iain Duncan Dunce Smith, and the Jew “lord” Freud was put on hold for the duration.

Of course, I was impelled to oppose “lockdown”, because of the enormous damage that it has caused to the UK’s society and economy, as well as to any notion of properly passed and applied law and civil rights (and because it had little effect on the spread, over time, of the dreaded virus), but there is no doubt that some aspects of it, on the ground, were welcome to many.

The challenge, of course, is to create a society with the positive aspects but without, as far as possible, the negative.

“Pointless” from the point of view of “keeping the public safe” but certainly not pointless from the point of view of the secret cabals hiding within and behind the State.

A “vaccine passport”, “track and trace” etc are very very useful tools in the armoury of State snoopers. The old Stasi, in the DDR (East Germany), would have fallen over itself to get hold of such tools and technology. Every citizen to be registered, tracked, identified in all locations visited, followed everywhere by electronic impulse (in the near future?). A microchip under the skin? Don’t say, “no, that would never be done” or “people would never stand for that!”… The mass psychological experiment of the past year or so has put paid to such complacent certainties.

Workhouses, appalling prisons, low pay and no employment rights etc have all been features of British life in recent centuries, as has been detention for political purposes without trial (in both the First and Second World Wars). The Bill of Rights and Magna Carta did not much help those who were directly affected by the foregoing.

Latest news from reliable sources is that Alison Chabloz remains in Bronzefield Prison near Heathrow Airport. Her trial Counsel has spoken with her via a holographic system (dystopian UK…), and is applying for bail on her behalf.

The word is that Alison is in good heart, is managing well, and has received a good number of letters and cards from well-wishers.

Alison has both television and radio in her cell, and is reportedly occupying herself with reading, drawing, painting, listening to the radio and watching Antiques Roadshow on television.

Alison has also been told the good news that, in addition to time spent, to date, in custody (police custody, court custody —including all days, including preliminary hearings spent in court—, and time spent in prison) being taken off her total of actual time to be served, the 4 days she spent in prison (HMP New Hall, in Yorkshire) in 2020, prior to her successful appeal (another defeat for both “Campaign Against Antisemitism” and the suborned police and CPS), will be credited to her, and taken off the time she is presently serving.

In other words, having been sentenced to 18 weeks, Alison will have to serve (unless she gets bail pending appeal) 9 weeks, minus quite a number of days in police, court or other custody, and now minus also those 4 days from 2020.

The upshot is that, even if Alison cannot get bail pending appeal, she would only do a total of about 7 weeks actually in prison. She has already done nearly 2 weeks, so will be out, at latest, by some date in the latter half of May.

The fanatical Jew-Zionists of the “CAA” are hoping that their latest malicious complaint against Alison Chabloz (her next appearance re. that is on 28 April 2021) will result in a heavier sentence yet if any trial results in her conviction. From what little I have seen so far, I am hopeful that that will never be put to the test.

This whole panicdemic scare in the UK has become ludicrous. In fact, despite the rabbits wearing facemasks everywhere, even in places where no “rule” (let alone law) mandates that, I do not feel that the fear of early 2020 is still abroad at all. People are just wearing their muzzles because they have been forced to (in shops etc) and also because it has become infra dig not to, rather like going into shops away from the beach wearing only swimming trunks. Not the done thing.

I notice that people stopped doing that “stay 6/8/10 feet away from other shoppers” thing some time ago. The population does not really, seriously, believe that it is in any great peril from “the virus”. Not any more.

In order to maintain whatever is left of its credibility, the Government will only slowly wind down the dictatorial nonsenses of lockdown, facemasks etc. It cannot admit that, in 2020, it made an appallingly bad series of decisions, so it will claim that only those measures have made it possible now to resume semi-normal life.

A good point. In those tweets, Stephen Applebaum, of the malicious “Campaign Against Antisemitism” or “CAA”, supports the bombing carried out against British and other soldiers and civilians in what was then British-controlled Palestine (now “Israel”) in 1946. Interesting from the historical-cultural point of view. The red part of that map coincides roughly with the Roman Empire, though not exactly (North African provinces are in green, as is the Dalmatian side of the Adriatic, and other areas (notably Asia Minor).

Again, the green areas are those which experienced greater penetration of Islamic ideas and customs from the 8thC onward. Again, though, not exactly; only in very broad brush terms.
