Don’t expect pseudo-national types such as Peter Whittle to say anything against the Jew-Zionist element and its influence.

Quite likely, but then there is the question of quantity. At present, Russia has a total of 10,000-12,000 tanks (but many are in storage, inactive); the USA has 6,000-8,000 (but not all operational, and mostly not in Europe). The UK has 100-200 operational tanks now.

In any case, most General Staff modelling (on both/all sides) indicates that a limited but major and conventional war between NATO and Russia would be quite likely to go nuclear. If that were to happen, all bets are off. The USA is far more powerful, but that is almost irrelevant in a scenario where all major US cities would be destroyed (as would major Russian cities). My money would be on Russia to survive or rebuild better than the disunited USA. As for the UK, “Goodnight Vienna”…

Alison Chabloz

As matters stand (at 1300 hrs, 28 April 2021), the situation in respect of her hearing today at Westminster Mags is this, according to usually-reliable sources: the charges under the Public Order Act 1986 have been dropped, so presumably the stupid, ignorant, or negligent police and/or CPS (it’s basically a CPS responsibility, though), who failed to request the necessary assent of the Attorney-General, have now failed to secure such assent. Pretty embarrassing, and yet another sign of how standards are sliding in the UK.

Whatever may be said about the above, the fact is that this is a blow for the malicious Jew-Zionists in and around the “Campaign Against Antisemitism” cabal. Not so long ago, they were all (all half-dozen of them) tweeting and laughing at how (as they imagined, in their nasty-minded ignorance) Alison Chabloz might expect “years” in prison.

Well, now that different charges have been preferred against Alison Chabloz (charges under the Communications Act 2003, and similar to the ones on which she was recently convicted, the subject of an appeal now), the maximum sentence available to the court on conviction would be 6 months (but in reality, after the usual reduction, 3 months actually incarcerated).

It seems that it is ordered that Alison, who is still at Bronzefield Prison near Heathrow, should be produced at court, which is unlikely to be possible before 1600 hours.

I should think that many people in the UK are becoming thoroughly sick of the behaviour, and the disproportionate influence, of “a certain element”…

Checkmate?

Typical Communist-style thinking. What to do about the ludicrously-misnamed “SAGE” “experts”? I am not allowed, in our supposedly “free” country, to say what I really think, except (as I suggested last year) that “SAGE” should be renamed “DUMB” (Department Under Matt and Boris)…

[Missing Link]

Boris Idiot

Just saw a few photos of the new (or should that be “nouveau”?) refurbishment of the official quarters of the person currently posing as Prime Minister. I fear that the taste of the “ho” is not very good…

All the same, my feeling is that this is a distraction from the crazed policies pursued by “Boris”, not least the fact that, because he is incapable of running the country, he delegates the most important decisions (not implementation, but actual decisions) to others no more capable: in the past year or so to Dominic Cummings and, worse, the ludicrous “SAGE” crowd. Most of the damage done, eg by the “lockdown” shutdown, is disguised; but it’s there all right.

Alison Chabloz— late update

Usually-reliable sources report that Alison Chabloz was produced, meaning in person, at Westminster Magistrates’ Court, very late in the afternoon today. She pleaded Not Guilty to the latest charge.

As noted earlier today in this blog, the Crown Prosecution Service, having negligently or ignorantly failed to seek the approval of the Attorney-General for the more serious charge (under Public Order Act 1986), and now presumably having failed to get such approval, have charged Alison with an offence under the Communications Act 2003, an offence which is summary only (to be heard only in the magistrates’ court, and carrying a maximum sentence of 6 months’ imprisonment).

Apparently, the matter is now being handled by a Ms. Jessica Hart of the CPS Counter-Terrorism Division! One must remind oneself that Alison Chabloz is accused only of having posted online a song! Sometimes this country seems terminally screwed!

Alison having entered a Not Guilty plea, the matter is now set down for trial on 1 September 2021, with a time estimate of 1 day.

I have no information as to bail, and in view of the fact that Alison was brought from prison custody, and later returned to prison custody, it may be that the Court decided not to impose bail conditions, or that to do so would have been beyond its powers.

The other good news for and about Alison Chabloz is that she is going to be released early from her current notional 18 weeks’ imprisonment, imposed only 28 days ago. She will be freed tomorrow morning, 29 April 2021.

Alison Chabloz

The trial of persecuted satirist and singer-songwriter Alison Chabloz has entered its second and (probably) last day. I believe that the Defence case is continuing.

I shall give whatever news I have when I have it.

Freedom of expression is on trial.

Pleasantly green.

When I visited the Kremlin, in 1993, I was the first person of the day at the public entrance (a kind of pedestrianized walkway akin to the drawbridge over a moat, but in stone and/or brick).

However, having had my early morning swim at the open-air swimming pool “Moskva” in Kropotkinskaya, and having then walked to the Kremlin, I sat on a wall in the sun and fell sleep, to awaken only when a Russian family started to argue with the person in the ticket kiosk about what tickets they needed and the cost of them; as at Disneyland in Southern California (visited by me when aged 12-13 in 1969), you could get tickets for one or more parts, or a “komplet”, i.e. a little book of tickets that allowed you “access all areas” (all areas open to the public, that is; most of the buildings of the Kremlin are still used by officialdom).

[foot entrance to the Kremlin: the Troitskaya, or Trinity, Tower]

The little Kremlin churches were a highlight; I was the only visitor at the time. What surprised me most about the Kremlin was the acreage. Large, with little treed parks also in there. Like the whole of the Whitehall area surrounded by a huge wall. I recall seeing the green Land Rover of the British Ambassador driving slowly inside the Kremlin, its little Union Jack flag flying bravely. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Moscow_Kremlin.

More scare propaganda…

It seems that the present vaccines, over which there is a huge hullabaloo, will be largely ineffective as new “variants” of Coronavirus are manifested, something already happening. Fortunately, the population is now largely immune anyway.

As for the police state “laws”, “rules”, “guidance” etc, they will stay…oh yes…to be wheeled out again whenever the clowns in charge of the UK decide to do that.

Alison Chabloz trial update

Early reports from reliable sources indicate that Alison Chabloz has been found guilty on three charges under the Communications Act 2003.

I shall add comment later, when details are known. In the meantime, I think that we can say that free speech in the UK is dead, killed by “the usual suspects”.

I do not have full details, but it looks as if Alison Chabloz has been sentenced to a total of 18 weeks’ imprisonment, i.e. 9 weeks minus time (days, and part-days counted as days) spent in court and/or in previous custody (since charge), so somewhere around 8 weeks altogether.

Blast from the past

I just saw a Reuters piece of reportage by Mark Hosenball, who was deported from the UK in 1977 (he got deported to the USA after reporting on matters of “national security” in 1976). He’s even older than me! Must be not far off 70; certainly at least 67. I had no idea that he was still around, professionally. Apparently, he spent many years, prior to joining Reuters, working for Newsweek (though Newsweek is, in my view, not a very impressive news magazine, for all its fame).

Very commendable, but where is the “Free Speech Union” when free speech is squashed flat by the State (a state suborned by a vicious tribal cabal), as in the Alison Chabloz trial which finished today? Where is Toby Young? Where is Laurence Fox? Where is Welby? Nowhere. They are all wastes of space and hypocrites. Not even one tweet from the lot of them.

Alison Chabloz trial: further update

I have no more information about the sentence handed down today, or about the present whereabouts of Alison Chabloz.

I should expect that Alison Chabloz will appeal what seems a very odd verdict and a rather harsh sentence. I should expect that her solicitors and Counsel will be applying swiftly for grant of bail pending what I trust will be a successful appeal of (again, I should hope) both sentence and conviction, to the Crown Court.

Some readers may recall that Alison Chabloz was sentenced to a short period of immediate imprisonment last year, but was granted bail pending appeal (she was in prison for about 2-3 days, though, until grant of bail).

In the end, after the Crown Court judge (H.H. Judge Egbuna, at Derby Crown Court) asked for disclosure of documents to establish whether or not Alison Chabloz was being pursued by police and Crown Prosecution Service for political reasons, the CPS abandoned opposition to the appeal, and Alison Chabloz walked free.

Anyone wishing to offer Alison help or support should be able to discover where she is being held, and other details, from her solicitors: https://tvedwards.com/contact/solicitors-in-whitechapel/.

The bottom line is that Alison Chabloz will either soon be free on bail again or, in the worst-case scenario, will serve ~8 weeks incarceration, and then be free again, insofar as any of us are now “free” in this country.

Alison Chabloz trial

Well, another adjournment, contrary to expectations. Today, at Westminster Magistrates’ Court, was supposed to be the trial of the latest trivial complaint against the persecuted singer-songwriter Alison Chabloz, a complaint made by, yet again, the “Campaign Against Antisemitism” in the form of Stephen Silverman of South Essex.

From what bits and pieces emerged at previous hearings, and having fairly recently heard the Internet “radio” podcast which forms the key evidence, I had expected that either the prosecution case would be dismissed without a substantive hearing, or that Alison would be acquitted fairly easily today. Not so. Adjourned, yet again.

This time, the trial of Alison Chabloz has been adjourned, and set down for a 2-day hearing (at —of all places!— Hendon Magistrates’ Court). The trial dates are now the 30th and 31st of March 2021.

[Alison Chabloz]

I shall relay any further information as and when I have it.

Zahawi, another non-European (in his case, Kurdish) interloper, freeloader, carpetbagger and would-be tyrant (and member of Conservative Friends of Israel). I do not blame him alone, however, but also the voters of Stratford-on-Avon, 60% of which (that bothered to vote) voted for him in 2019: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stratford-on-Avon_(UK_Parliament_constituency)#Elections_in_the_2010s.

Meanwhile, literally thousands of blacks and browns, and Chinese, are arriving here daily as “legal” immigrants (“family members”, “fiances” etc), those on student or work visas (mostly never leave the UK again), or “asylum-seekers” arriving via boats across the Channel. Not to mention the other illegals arriving in truck cargoes, small planes, car boots etc.

ps. don’t tell me that that last is impossible: during the years 2005-2009 I commuted almost weekly UK-France via —usually— Plymouth-Roscoff. Out of maybe 400-500 crossings, the car itself was only checked and searched (closely) by immigration or Customs once arriving at Plymouth, twice on leaving the UK (Plymouth and Newhaven) and once at Roscoff (when leaving France).

I might add that the French search was the most invasive, the uniformed searcher requiring me to open all suitcases etc. He also opened places such as the spare-tyre section (it was an estate car/station wagon). I think that he picked me out because I was probably the only solitary car driver, and was so thorough because he then saw that my passport had many stamps, some uncommon (including some from USA, Russia, Kazakhstan, Caribbean islands, Hong Kong, Middle Eastern etc).

Talking about migrant-invaders, we also have those other “invaders”, persons born to UK-resident non-European mothers. Millions.

That news report about police checking buses reminded me of another story: back in 1975, one of my brothers had a friend whose own brother was an SAS soldier. At that time, or rather in 1973-74, there were concerns that the IRA might bomb the London Underground. Members of the SAS were tasked to search the stations and tunnels by day and night, and also to travel (in civilian clothes) on the trains.

That SAS man found it very soporific, riding round the Circle Line endlessly. After hours, he kept having to nudge himself awake. Then it happened. He had his weapon (a handgun) not holstered but under some clothing on his lap. It slipped out and clattered onto the floor of the train. Needless to say, some of those around must have thought that their last hour had come and that the SAS man was himself a terrorist.

Whether anything happened as a result, I do not know. I think not. Apparently a true story, anyway…

Forget the “Marxism” bit, which conveys little to the general public anyway. That film is, however, outright socio-political propaganda. We are in an existential fight with a ruthless (((enemy))), which enemy is using the “black lives matter” nonsense as a battering-ram. Anything is now justifiable in our struggle for survival as European people defending Western civilization.

Alison Chabloz update

I now have further verified information on what happened at court today. That information also underlines how the “justice system”, like so much else in the UK, is in a slow-motion meltdown.

The case (billed as a “trial”), was supposed to start at 1000 hrs. In fact, proceedings started at just before 1100 hrs. There were, it seems, three changes of courtroom! In my own years at the practising Bar (early/mid 1990s, and then 2002-2008), I think that we only had to change courtrooms at short notice a handful of times (almost always in the Royal Courts of Justice, i.e. High Court), and never in “the mags”. The system really is coming to pieces.

Alison Chabloz was asked to plead to three charges and pleaded Not Guilty to all.

Defence Counsel made representations. Among those were questions raised as to why the police had arrested Alison on the basis of “terrorism”, when all that is in issue in the case is whether a few remarks made on an Internet “podcast” are or are not “grossly offensive”(!).

Legal representations were made as to a number of matters, including when the full trial would be held. Prosecution Counsel apparently wanted next August, 2021! In the end 30-31 March 2021 was decided upon.

It seems that the full podcast will not be read out in open court. Pity. It might have woken up even more people to (((certain types))).

A two day trial, bundles of “evidence”, legal skeleton arguments etc, all because a malicious and tiny pressure group made a complaint about an Internet “podcast” chat heard by, probably, not very many people. When people say that the UK has “gone mad”, this is the sort of thing that they mean, inter alia.

Well, there it is. A trial at the end of March 2021, unless the matter is discontinued beforehand.

Court News” is very obviously “(((so)))”…

Alison Chabloz: late further update

The latest news, only notified this evening, is that the trial of Alison Chabloz will in fact now be at Westminster Magistrates’s Court and not, as set down only this afternoon, at Hendon Magistrates’ Court.

Just as well. I was beginning to think that any further transfer would mean that Alison would face her trial at Tel Aviv!

I notice that the malicious “charity” called “Campaign Against Antisemitism” [“CAA”] is still claiming that her 2018 conviction “set a precedent“. In fact, it set no precedent. Cases in magistrates’ courts never set precedents, legally, because they are heard on the lowest step of the judicial pyramid. That applies even to other and later cases heard at magistrates’ court level.

Also, in Alison’s appeal against the 2018 conviction, the Crown Court judge who heard her (unsuccessful) appeal was at pains to emphasize, in his judgment, that neither “holocaust” “denial” nor “antisemitism” are crimes in the UK.

University Challenge

Another “alumni” match. As also happened yesterday, I scored better than either. One team was from UCL (University College, London), which offered me a place in its law school in 1984 (which I —possibly foolishly— turned down because the law school seemed infested with unpleasantly loud Jewish students on the day when I attended for the interview).

That losing UCL alumni team this evening was very poor in almost all categories. Shamefully so.

Further to earlier blog posts, it seems that the post date of 17 December may in fact not be the date of trial but merely the date on which some preliminary matters of importance are sorted out. I shall post more details as and when I may have them.

Exactly. Oh, and don’t think that, when you see or hear Boris-idiot, little Matt Hancock, Keir Starmer or others temporarily prominent (including the “royals”), you are observing the organ-grinders; they are just a few of the controlled monkeys.

When “Coronavirus” first was publicized, about February/March 2020, I thought, for a couple of weeks (as did most people) that it really was some kind of existential threat to the British and world population. I dismissed the “it’s a scam” talk as typically American “conspiracy theory” stuff. I soon realized (unlike most people) that “the virus” was neither as prevalent nor as deadly as billed. Now I see that it has been weaponized for use in the “Great Reset”, just like “Black Lives Matter” (etc) and the climate change narrative.

There is some truth in all of those problems, but they have all been deliberately blown up, and hugely, to fool the world.

PETER HITCHENS: Our panicking Prime Minister is bankrupting Britain

This is Peter Hitchens’s Mail on Sunday column

How extraordinary that the Johnson Government, while in serious money trouble, chooses to spend billions on a vaccine against a disease which in many cases has no symptoms at all.

Yet this peculiar decision is a mere ripple on the surface of a much deeper problem. Britain in 2020 has many economic difficulties, but good credit. The lenders and investors of the world believe the UK is run by responsible people and will repay its debts.

But my astute colleague Dan Atkinson recently discovered

that the Treasury and the Bank of England are creating money out of nothing on a huge scale. It is like the old fairy tale of Rumpelstiltskin, who could spin gold out of straw – but at a terrible price.

Put at its simplest, more than £150 billion of Britain’s Himalaya-sized national debt has effectively been paid off – at no cost – using money created by, and passed between, the Treasury and the Bank of England.…” https://hitchensblog.mailonsunday.co.uk/

Mentally-disturbed “antifa” cheerleader, Mike Stuchbery (a sacked one-time temporary teacher who prefers to self-describe as “historian” and “journalist”) gets his facts wrong yet again.

In fact, Alison Chabloz was (wrongly) convicted in Spring 2018, and was made subject to a ban on Internet posting, a ban which was of 1 year duration. That condition expired in Spring 2019. Her appearance in court today (in respect of a podcast from mid-2019) was nothing to do with alleged breach of bail conditions (she was not in fact on bail for anything at the time of the alleged offence, though she is now, in respect of this present alleged offence); her prosecution now is in respect of an alleged breach of Communications Act 2003 s.127, a notoriously badly-drafted and repressive law which is under review at present by the Law Commission.

Looking at Stuchbery’s tweet, and the headline from “Court News UK“, I can only assume that the latter organization is run by Jew-Zionists. The headline is in itself tendentious.

I suppose that Stuchbery [https://ianrobertmillard.org/2019/10/23/a-few-words-about-mike-stuchbery/] simply accepted the misleading report in “Court News“, while adding his own (even less accurate) gloss about “bail conditions”.

In fact, Alison Chabloz was not “hauled back to court” (in the pathetically biased Sun-speak description of Court News) for breach of that suspended sentence, as such. If and only if she is convicted of a further offence, and the court also finds that any offence was convicted within the “operational period” of the suspended sentence as a whole (2 years from early 2018), would it be necessary for the court to consider whether any extra penalty need be handed down.

In fact, the prosecution is a contrivance and nothing more. I doubt whether Alison Chabloz will be convicted of anything.

The latest news is that the (notionally, 1 day) trial of Alison Chabloz, if it proceeds (which I doubt) will not occur until some time in 2021, possibly not until after April 2021. I myself was unaware until today of the fact that pleas (of “guilty” or “not guilty”) have not yet been taken! Also, there are a number of preliminary matters which will be dealt with (perhaps) on 17 December. That will, it seems, not be the date of trial (contrary to the situation as previously thought).

“Arfur Towcrate”…amazing (or maybe not) how most of the “Zionists” like to use pseudonyms on Twitter. It is natural for “them” to skulk in dark corners.

No comment from me necessary, I think…

Take a look at the tweet below:

The idiot may have benefited (or as he says, “benefitted“) from State nutritional aid, aka “free school meals”, but it seems that he did not benefit much from what I take to have been about 13 years of school. That person has 118,000 “followers” on Twitter. A pointer to the near-irrelevance of the platform. Take a look at his tweets…and despair (that the UK or the world contains 118,000 who think him in some sense interesting and worth reading).

Presidential pardons

As I have previously suggested, Trump could do one thing which would make a difference at the last minute: free by Presidential pardon all social-national or allied prisoners currently doing time in Federal prisons. Some are serving life sentences.

No-one has the power to stop Trump freeing those prisoners.

Alison Chabloz

Readers of this blog will be aware that persecuted singer-songwriter and satiriste Alison Chabloz was to have been tried today, following a complaint by the malicious Jew-Zionist “charity”, the so-called “Campaign Against Antisemitism” or “CAA”.

[Alison Chabloz]

Alison had been (probably unlawfully) banned from posting anything on the Internet since her arrest in January of this year, an arrest which took place immediately after yet another malicious complaint against her (also by the CAA…) failed, inasmuch as the CPS decided not to oppose her appeal to Derby Crown Court following her first-instance conviction at the magistrates’ court on a charge of having breached the conditions of her suspended sentence from 2018 on yet another CAA-instigated charge!

The real reason why Alison’s appeal at Derby succeeded (in effect) was because the CPS was unwilling to produce documentation which would have proven political interference in her case, and in particular in why she was prosecuted, i.e.Jewish-Zionist suborning of senior political figures of the time, notably David Gauke, the then Secretary of State for Justice.

Alison Chabloz has certainly already suffered much from “them”…

Well, latest news is that Alison’s trial, which was set to be started and perhaps completed today, has been (for the third or fourth time) adjourned. Her bail conditions have apparently been amended: she can now post on the Internet, publish elsewhere, or broadcast, but —crucially— excluding anything about Jews, Israel, the Second World War, or “famous figures” of that era (ha ha…); also anything about the NSDAP or “the Jewish religion”.

I suppose those very restrictive conditions scarcely count as a amendment at all, bearing in mind the entirely Jewish, Zionist, and pro-Israel roots of the complaint against her. However, there would be little point in her appealing the conditions, in view of the fact that the trial has now been put off until 17 December 2020, only a month away.

May victory attend her on 17 December!

I’m Dreaming of a White Christmas“…

As readers of my blog will know, I never took Corbyn (or McDonnell) seriously. Corbyn’s only positive point, ideologically, was that he was supposedly “anti-Zionist”. Well, as I wrote on many occasions, Corbyn managed to oppose Jewish power in Israel, Palestine, the Middle East generally, yet not seriously oppose it in the UK, France or Europe generally. He was always paying lip-service to the “holocaust” farrago etc.

McDonnell was worse yet, so I was more than pleased when, after the 2019 General Election, McDonnell was interviewed in his garden looking totally stunned, or as I put it at the time, “like a pensioner tipped out of his wheelchair and mugged”.

There is no point in repeating in detail my view that Corbyn is anyway as thick as two short planks. Still, to see him now, waiting for the Jews to tell him to jump, so that he can ask “how high?”, is simply pathetic.

Corbyn will no doubt continue to have his supporters on Twitter (aka “Witter”…), but he is yesterday’s news, as is McDonnell. Many of their most ardent supporters are still stuck in the Spanish Civil War or something! “No Pasaran!”, “The Battle of Cable Street” etc.

Impressions of the evening

Heard part of the pathetic BBC Radio 4 PM programme. Two things caught my attention. First of all, yet again the ridiculous Professor Ferguson was on as the great “virus” expert, despite his many completely wrong forecasts (not just “Britain will have 800,000 fatalities from Coronavirus by May 2020” but similar nonsense years before, re. the Foot and Mouth outbreak) but also his breaking of his own “rules”, put into (invalid) “law” by the Boris-idiot government.

The second piece that more than caught my attention was the revelation that the NHS had apparently been unable to source protective clothing etc without going via a Spanish broker-person (paid USD $20 million or more!) who sourced the stuff from a jeweller in Florida who had bought the stuff as a gamble on spec. from Chinese contacts!

The contracts were worth hundreds of millions of pounds!

What the hell is wrong with this country?!

Sometimes, even I am amazed at how truly screwed this country is…

“In other news”, the police are going to “review” the ludicrous and quite possibly invalid (and often unenforceable) £10,000 fixed penalty tickets they have been handing out to people having a party or barbeque during the stupid “lockdown” etc.

Oh, and in the nasty little police state formerly known as Scotland, that ghastly bitch Sturgeon was heard laying down her (supposed) anti-“virus” regulations. The bit I heard was that some exception would be made for the Jewish holiday of Hannukah. She actually used the word, which I suppose until recent years most British people had never heard in their lives.

Talking of Jews, I had to laugh during an episode of The Chase. Question: “what is the Hebrew word for a community gathering?“, to which the obvious answer was “kibbutz” (not sure whether the question was phrased exactly right but the required answer was obvious). The contestant screwed up her face and came out with…”ghetto?” Very amusing.

Alison Chabloz update

Without going into the legal nitti-gritti, the matter being still before the court, Alison’s trial, which was supposedly to start today, was —as blogged earlier— yet again adjourned, this time to 17 December 2020. Apparently, the Crown Prosecution Service was yet again unprepared, and (I hear) displayed both confusion and a degree of disingenuousness.

Again, as noted earlier today, Alison’s bail conditions were notionally varied, allowing her to post on the Internet so long as she says nothing about Jews, Israel, the Second World War, “major WW2 personalities” (It’s That Man Again!) or similar matters. So, in reality, little has changed. A judgment of Solomon. Almost Talmudic.

It has been confirmed that persecuted satirical singer-songwriter Alison Chabloz will be put on trial (yet again), on Tuesday 17 November at Westminster Magistrates’ Court in Marylebone Road, London. I link to details of the court address below: https://courttribunalfinder.service.gov.uk/courts/westminster-magistrates-court

[Westminster Magistrates’ Court, 181 Marylebone Road, London NW1]

The nearest Underground stations are at Edgware Road (Circle Line, District Line, or Bakerloo line stations) and Marylebone (Bakerloo). Several buses also stop close to the court building.

Anyone wishing to support Alison Chabloz in her latest ordeal should attend court at or before 1000 hrs on Tuesday, though spectators can enter the courtroom at any time during the trial, which will last at least one day (doors open at 0900 hrs).

This latest prosecution has been instigated by the malicious fake charity, the “Campaign Against Antisemitism” or “CAA”, members of which were also behind most of the other prosecutions, failed prosecutions, and other complaints made against Alison over the past several years. Details can be found via the “search” function on this WordPress blog.

At present, it seems that Alison’s trial will be presided over by the Chief Magistrate for England and Wales.

Anyone who can attend to support Alison will be welcome.

The problem is…that the majority of people in the UK are brainless once you get beyond the practical issues of everyday domestic life.

…and note that the policewoman’s appeal is not “this is against the law” but “this is the rule” and “the Prime Minister has said”…in other words, we in the UK are now living in a police state (albeit as yet a toytown one) and under a form of dictatorship (albeit a cretinously incompetent one).

A social worker and former teacher, she says. My guess? Real knowledge (probably) very poor, and politically-correct to the max.

Here she is, tweeting in favour of the present incompetent Conservative Party government though she would no doubt prefer the police-state measures to be enforced by a “Labour” government, preferably headed by Corbyn (who of course is yesterday’s news, as dead as a dodo).

When you see tweets by people like that, you realize anew why “Labour” has little chance of forming a government, even under Jewish-lobby puppet Starmer (to whom the msm are now suddenly friendly).

Another example of how the “measures”, “advice”, (purported) “rules” and (purported) “laws” proclaimed by this incompetent “we can do whatever we can get away with” “government” of sinister clowns is destroying the very idea of “a society under law” (not “laws”).

Panicdemic news

I read that, in the local government area in which I live (coastal Hampshire/Dorset border), 3 people have (supposedly) died of “the virus” in the past week. That is out of a total population, within the district council area, of about 180,000. So one person out of every 60,000…Sad for the people affected, but statistically close to zero.

Admittedly, this is a very widely spread area of about 4 or 5 small or very small towns, some villages, many isolated houses, farms and farming estates. Still, 1 out of every 60,000. Risk? Minimal.

Brilliant.

The equally brilliant 1970s cartoonist McLachlan is somewhat of an unperson now because of his political incorrectness, though his cartoons were not so clearly political, more commentary on society generally. Some of his best cartoons cannot easily be found. https://www.chrisbeetles.com/artists/mclachlan-edward-born-1940.html

This McLachlan cartoon [below] is rather topical (unsurprisingly, having been first published only recently, in August 2020):

Now if you see the person who robbed you, point him out

That echoes my blogged remarks about what a boon the facemask nonsense must be for shoplifters and other criminals…

Another fairly recent one:

I recall one sequence from the 1970s: a beach, with holidaymakers lying on it, or playing volleyball. The second of the triptych showed steel barrels floating ashore marked with skulls and crossbones, the holidaymakers fleeing in terror. The final picture showed illegal immigrants exiting the barrels and running inland.

A not very politically-correct one from last year:

We're trying to involve our ethnic newcomers more into village life

and one for the Twitterati:

My blog

Just looking at the statistics for my blog: with about 7 weeks still to go before the end of the year, views are already up by about 180% on last year (several tens of thousands), and individual visitors about double the number of last year (also well into five figures) .

Laurence Fox

Laurence Fox has revealed that he was dropped by his acting agent in a phone call but insisted he has not done anything that ‘could be deemed racist’.

The controversial Lewis star said on Twitter that his agent ‘let me go on the phone’ in a move which reaffirmed ‘exactly why I am doing what I’m doing‘. “: https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-8947075/Laurence-Fox-DROPPED-acting-agent-phone-call.html.

The (((name))) of the theatrical agent is not mentioned. What a (((surprise)))…

Dominic Cummings

Cummings has been sacked, and/or walked out. I have blogged about him a few times in the past year, eg: https://ianrmillard.wordpress.com/2020/01/03/dominic-cummings-a-government-of-dystopia-and-lunacy-posing-as-genius/; and https://ianrmillard.wordpress.com/2019/08/10/les-eminences-grises-of-dystopia/.

Brave (from a distance) “antifa” cheerleader Mike Stuchbery (a sacked temporary teacher) commends State repression of this sort. Not a word of concern from him about a repressive emergent UK police state “pulling out of class” a boy who had been (allegedly) giving out a few leaflets…

I have written about Stuchbery previously: https://ianrmillard.wordpress.com/2019/10/23/a-few-words-about-mike-stuchbery/.

Here, his latest words of political “wisdom”:

Typically, Stuchbery fantasizes about “putting down” people with whose view he disagrees. “What goes around comes around”…

Looks as though Stuchbery did not take his medication (he has mental problems) this evening:

Well, I think that it becomes obvious why Stuchbery is no longer even a temporary teacher! He hopes that a boy whose only “crime” (which was probably not in fact a “crime” even in 2020 Britain) was to (allegedly) give out leaflets is placed in a State brainwash programme (“Prevent”).

I bet that Stuchbery wishes that he had the power to have the boy (and anyone else with whom Stuchbery disagrees) put in a prison or camp.

Oh, by the way, have a look at my blog post about him to see more about “brave” Stuchbery, and his meltdowns…

Also, note how he brings up the “panicdemic”, as if that bolsters his “argument”.

Stuchbery thinks himself an expert on National Socialism (which he usually confuses with “Fascism”). My blog post about him noted a few of his ludicrous errors, but he makes many more. Incidentally, he “self-identifies” as both “historian” and “journalist”, without being —or ever having been— either.

I notice that my blog post of a year or so ago about Stuchbery has proven to be one of my most popular. Thousands of people have read it.

Trump

If Trump or any of his cohorts are reading this, my suggestion for a Parthian shot [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Parthian_shot] is this: extend Presidential pardon to as many social-national, ordinary nationalist and/or anti-“antifa” prisoners as you can. Pardon them all, in their hundreds, and let the chips fall where they may!

Diary Blog, 25 December 2019

The New Testament enjoins us to remember those in prison, and that must be true even more so on Christmas Day, so I recall to mind the case of a lady called Amy Dalla Mura:

https://www.spiked-online.com/2019/12/19/you-can-now-go-to-jail-for-insulting-anna-soubry-2/

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-7798375/Pro-Brexit-Amy-Dalla-Mura-jailed-28-days-harassing-ex-MP-Anna-Soubry-BBC-interview.html

The magistrate, Emma Arbuthnot, who sentenced the lady who shouted “traitor” at heavy-drinking MP (now ex-MP) Anna Soubry, is married to a former Conservative Party MP who is now a mediocre “peer” in the House of Lords. He is a member of Conservative Friends of Israel. They have both been on “freebie” trips to Israel.

Emma Arbuthnot was also the magistrate who initially sat on the Alison Chabloz free speech case but then was forced to recuse herself when her links to Israel were discovered by Alison Chabloz and her defence team.

The links above discuss the Amy Dalla Mura case in more detail. For me it is one more example of how fallen are the once-proud free speech rights of people in the UK.

There is also the point that the prison sentence imposed, 28 days (half to be served, minus days of trial, so probably about 10 or 11 days in the event) was not the entire sentence.

She will serve half the 28 day prison sentence and then be released under a year-long probation review.” [Daily Mail]

This is the “iron fist in the velvet glove” face of political repression today. Alison Chabloz and Jez Turner were also made subject to it. Long periods of “probation” involving what amounts to political monitoring.

Anyway, there it is. Amy Dalla Mura, who (as far as I know) is sitting in prison today and probably tomorrow as well. So much for living in a “free country”.

At least that disgusting drunken creature, Anna Soubry, lost her Broxtowe seat at the recent General Election. Henceforth, she will be a political nullity and can crawl into a vat of gin (and stay there). Merry Christmas!
