Just listened to a typically self-flagellating programme on BBC Radio 4. Two people whose fathers were “racists”. There was the son of John Beckett, a maverick British political martyr, and a lady who is so racked by fake “guilt” (fear that she might be “racist”) that she apparently examines her every word in case it offends the Pakistanis among whom she works in Leeds.

Beckett jnr. said today that his father was an “anti-Semite” who was himself “Jewish”. John Beckett was interned without trial for 5 years (1940-1945), then after the war was snooped upon for 10 years by the Security Service, MI5, losing the little jobs he was able to get here and there because MI5 officer Graham Mitchell (possibly a Soviet agent) secretly told companies to sack Beckett. Beckett was even followed around, and his telephone tapped. Life in a “free” country…(still freer in most respects than we are today, though…).

Strange that Radio 4 broadcast that piece today, when a black or multikulti mob is expected to descend on Central London. Maybe not so strange…

That opinion poll is on all fours with other recent polling. The voters are stuck. The Boris-idiot government is flailing and failing, but the one alternative offered by Britain’s broken political system is the Keir Starmer, Israel-First “Labour” Party (Starmer, Angela Rayner, Rachel Reeves etc) which, even beyond its being under what amounts to Jew-Zionist control, is really just the party of the blacks, browns and/or those dependent on State funding (either because public service employees or because unemployed, disabled etc).

The result is the kind of polling just seen. In reality, behind that, is a good deal of societal unhappiness, frustration and anger.

First thoughts about the London “statues” confrontations

Firstly, that the white British contingents rule the streets, at least vis a vis the “BLM” mob. That is significant.

The BLM “leaders”, by which I do not mean that black woman with bleached hair but (((those))) behind her and her mob, thought to score an easy victory by not appearing today, thus avoiding battle. That might slightly resonate with the voter-“sheeple”, the kind of dim people who stood outside their houses clapping this failing System Britain.

The strategy has obviously been to outflank the white “statue protectors” etc by putting them in a fairly confined area, knowing that many will have brought alcohol with them, on a warm afternoon, then lighting the blue touchpaper by having the police provoke them. No bended knees today! Oh no! Only the “holy blacks” get that!

The impression given to TV viewers etc will be no better than that given by the black mobs in London, Bristol etc. Having said that, the primary fact is that the “BLM” mob ran away, in effect. The sometimes scruffy and sometimes tattooed or drunken white men there today may not look or behave much like the post-WW1 Freikorps, but they did, briefly, rule the streets. Significant.

In the immortal words of old horror films, “It’s alive!” and “it speaks!”. The invisible shrinking “Prime Minister” has reappeared and made a typically stupid statement. Seems that it’s OK for a pack of blacks to rampage, damage old statues etc, but not for the whites to gather in protest…

Conclusion

Underwhelming.

In fantasy politics, the multikulti “protesters” would have advanced on Whitehall, wave upon wave, only to be met by defence in depth: lines of Freikorps, machinegunning the untermenschen at short range, then tanks counter-attacking, crushing the enemies like insects under the tank tracks…

Sadly, the real situation looked (on video) more like a particularly rowdy pub chucking-out time.

Politically, what was the effect of today? I should say, mixed. On the one hand, the “nationalist” counter-protesters commanded the streets up to a point (the point at which the police resources and tactics defeated them); certainly the black or multikulti mob was scared off pretty well. That was good.

More negatively, just when the British people were turning heavily against the “BLM” and “antifa” mobs, the msm was able to screen film of the police struggling to suppress what looked like a scene from the worlds of football rowdiness or pub closing time. Nationalism was thus tarred with that brush for many sitting at home watching the TV news, no doubt. Already, the System politicians have been all over the msm and on Twitter, condemning the limited “far right violence”. So…not so good.

Were there an actual political party organizing today, the battle in Whitehall might have been something to build on. However, there was no party there doing anything.

Yes, John Golding of Britain First turned up, but his organization, though able to put a number of people on the streets, is not officially a party. It is not registered as such, so cannot go down a partly-electoral route (and failed when it tried that anyway).

On the other hand, there is no “secret army” of social-nationalists in the UK.

Result? A lot of noise, really. Still, it is good that the black/brown/white-traitor mobs ran away or failed to present themselves for combat.

Apart from that? More evidence that a “multicultural society” cannot work. People point to, say, Singapore, to “disprove” that contention, but Singapore is both very small (twice the size of the Isle of Wight) and effectively a police state.

In a “multicultural” (and multiracial) society, society has to be brought pretty close to a police state and, where there is a white population, the white people have to be reduced to the lower level or standard of the non-white population. Look at South Africa today. It is also happening in the UK.

In the end, a white European population, unless utterly degraded, cannot be placed under the control of a non-white population.

Further, while it was possible, though unpleasant, for the English people (mainly English) to have to live with a smallish black/brown population, that black/brown population has now grown in numbers, both in absolute terms and as a percentage of the whole UK population (again, mostly in England). That situation cannot continue. A race/culture war is coming. The System has caused it.

Areas that will have to be subjected to cultural purge

  • The mainstream media
  • the police
  • the political milieu (politicians, but also parties, journalists etc)
  • the directly cultural sector of arts, museums etc
  • education, particularly at tertiary level
  • publishing
  • the civil service, right down to local authority level

I have little time for David Vance, a petty and unsuccessful politico from Northern Ireland, who is pro-Israel and pro-Jew (even though “they” seem to hate him…what a “cuck”!). Vance was exceptionally offensive to me on Twitter when I had an account. That despite (or because of?) the fact that he really is an ignorant fellow when set beside me (if I say so myself). All the same, he is sort-of on the right track here, though there is no nuance in his tweet.

The bottom line is that most British people, even most of the ones that accept the blacks being here (because it is often felt that we cannot get rid of them now) do not want most of the blacks and other ethnic minorities here and wish that the blacks now in the UK, or their parents and grandparents, had never been allowed to invade our country.

Labour chooses suicide

The Labour Party thinks that all it has to do to win a general election is to wait for Boris-idiot and his government of fools to mess up. Well, there is some basis for that, as witness the latest opinion polling, but it is probably more accurate to say that the two parties are converging in the polls, but that all that is happening is that the Conservative Party is reverting to a slight lead over Labour.

When one looks at Labour Friends of Israel Keir Starmer and Angela Rayner bending the knee in fealty to the anti-British mob, it becomes impossible to see them as leading a government.

In 2019, the misnamed “Conservatives” did not gain many voters (contrary to the msm narrative); their vote increased by only one percentage point vis a vis 2017. Labour, however, lost eight points vis a vis 2017. Half of those Labour losses were former Labour voters simply abstaining.

A major reason why Labour failed in 2019 is because very many English and Welsh people thought of it as anti-white. I doubt that Labour can get back from that. Politics is becoming polarized, partly on racial lines but more on racial-cultural lines.

The present government is plainly incompetent, but I doubt that Labour can persuade the voters that it can be trusted either.

My conclusion from the above is that the British people are crying out for social-national leadership, though largely unconsciously.

As far as the UK is concerned, Coronavirus is now almost in the past. What is not in the past is the damage done (by “lockdown”/shutdown) to the economy. To say that is not to prioritize “money” before “people”. Countries without functioning economies cannot maintain sophisticated or even adequate health services (and if you think that Cuba proves otherwise, look more closely at Cuba).

“What’s sauce for the goose is sauce for the gander”, it is said. There is a possibility that the “freedom-fighter” will have his statue in London relocated to the bottom of the Thames soon.

I should imagine that, overall, Nelson Mandela did a great deal more harm in this world than the Bristol merchant and slave-trader Edward Colston.

The BBC drone or guest broadcast that he himself had visited Robben Island, which he said is 7 miles off the coast (it’s 4 miles, but I suppose that I may have misheard kilometres as miles).

By the way, when Mandela, who had been (somewhat) educated as a lawyer, turned to direct political violence in the mid-1950s, he was no naive young man. He was nearly 40 years old. In fact he failed his LLB (law degree) three times and only finally passed it in 1988, when he was a celebrity prisoner aged 70.

Incidentally, Mandela was not sent to Robben Island for “political activism”, but for conspiring to start a race war and for conspiring to commit sabotage etc. In the UK today, he would be convicted of terrorist offences on similar facts.

Most of the defence advocates for the several defendants were Jews.

At the end of the trial (which took 8 months), Mandela was allowed to make a 3 hour speech! Try that in a British court! So much for Mandela having been chucked into prison after an unjust show trial…

I had previously assumed (for several reasons) that this person must be Jew or part-Jew (despite the “Irish” surname), but this tweet puzzled me.

Admittedly, I am probably not very deeply informed about Jewish dietary rules (they call them kashrut), but my understanding is that oats, being vegetable, are what Jews call parev, i.e. neither dairy produce nor meat.

Surely “milk” made from oats is still parev, however like real milk it is? In any case, I had thought that anything parev could be eaten with either meat or dairy produce, so long as those two were themselves not mixed. I expect that I am missing something (or was the tweet a kind of joke?). (and why am I wasting time on this? I think that I need some breakfast myself…).

Now (Friday evening) I have just heard Cressida Dick, Common Purpose member and Commissioner of Metropolitan Police, say that those [i.e. “Black Lives Matter” non-whites and “Antifa” idiots and thugs] planning to come to London tomorrow to “protest” [i.e. deface and/or tear down statues of historical personalities] should not come to London because there are those “intent on disorder” [white British people —mainly, overwhelmingly— intent on defending their history, culture and civilization from untermenschen and/or the mob].

The inference is clear: the Metropolitan Police Commissioner is basically on the side of the mob, of the untermenschen, of the traitors. The mob are those merely “protesting”, the defenders of Britain are those “intent on disorder”. She just wants the “de-legitimizing” of the British people —and European bloodlines— to be done without [white] “disorder”…

The ordinary police are just tools, and are under the command now of subversives posing as “senior police officers”.

As usual, Hitchens gets it half-right… Britain does not want or need UKIP-style fake “patriotism” but true social-nationalism. Oh, and ditch that fake “left/right” stuff, that was outworn even before the Second World War.

Where Hitchens is at least on the right track is in noticing that the new revolutionary party (if one emerges) and its victory can be, I hope will be, both social and national; it needs to be both.

First thoughts

I was going to talk about the mob rule which is being nourished and encouraged in the UK, but I have already said a lot about that (yesterday and also the day before), so I am going to talk about something else.

Several years ago, there was a plague of flying ants where I lived. They were the kind of fairly large insects that seem to emerge from cracks in walls etc, crawl for a while, then later take to the air. They bite (or sting) too, sometimes. They bit or stung our cats, I seem to remember.

There were, at first, thousands of them. An army of insects.

I hate killing things, for ethical or spiritual reasons, and also because I am not by nature violent, callous, cruel or bloodthirsty.

Had there been some way of capturing, and later releasing, the insects, I should have taken that path. As it was, there was no alternative. They had to go. They had to be eliminated. They were. It was not pleasant, but it had to be done. It was done. My modest residence was saved from being taken over by the creatures.

Well, there it is. An anecdote, perhaps not very interesting, but one which I wanted to relate, because those events happened at this time of year.

I suppose that those events were in my mind because of that, meaning because they happened at the same time of year, in early Summer…

I am not very familiar with Little Britain, mainly because I was living mostly in France when it was popular on TV (also because I am not a big watcher of comedy), but there is nothing wrong with so-called “blackface” anyway!

Something like The Black and White Minstrel Show is now regarded as bad or even evil! In fact, it is just lighthearted entertainment. It might not be my own favourite kind of TV show, but there is absolutely nothing wrong with it!

Coronavirus

At last, some reality from a Government spokesperson: “a child has as much chance of dying from Coronavirus as of being struck by lightning.” Quite. Until now, there has been the lie officially spread that “everyone can get it”, which, though true in itself, is disingenuous, inasmuch as a child certainly might get infected but if so will almost certainly be entirely unaware of it, completely asymptomatic, whereas a 90-year-old has at least some chance of requiring hospital treatment and possibly even dying, especially if he or she has “co-morbidities” (other health problems).

Bristolian and other statues

In fact, I do have one thing to add.

Happened to see a brief minute or two of some dim black woman, apparently the founder of “Black Lives Matter” in the UK, being interviewed by Kay Burley on Sky News this morning. It was asked as to whether she thought that it would be OK to leave controversial statues but put an explanatory plaque nearby. The black woman answered that it might be better to remove the statues but still have a plaque. So have a plaque explaining a statue which is not even there…

When you see many black people interviewed, or just talking, you realize why black-ruled countries are always in a state of complete chaos. They just cannot organize their thoughts properly, in almost all cases.

Well worth reading. This has been a developing scandal for over 20 years, if not 30 years. Huge numbers going to “uni” (often to the Uni of Nowhere), racking up student debt which will, in most cases, never be repaid, wasting national economic resources, the proud graduates then often being unable to find jobs beyond the most basic.

“The proportion of students getting “good honours” – a First or 2:1 – has leapt from 47 to 79 per cent: at 13 universities, more than 90 per cent of students were given at least a 2:1 last year. And Oxbridge is leading the charge: 96 to 99 per cent of its English, history and languages students get “good honours”.“[The New Statesman]

Those are inflated grades from already-inflated grades. As recently as the 1980s, it was the norm for most students to get a 2:2. Tony Blair did…

Among the most culpable? Tony and indeed Cherie Blair, who promoted all this by making it easy to get McDegrees.

The first is that schools have, over the past 30 years, supplied universities with students of a far higher calibre than in the recent past. The second is that universities have taken historically indifferent students and turned them into unusually capable graduates. You see that on Twitter, in the outpourings of the younger “journalists” even in mainstream newspapers, on TV too and in the legal profession as well: people unable to think, who just want to be told, for example, “This is Good, That is Bad, and Ian Millard is a ‘Neo-Nazi’ who (therefore…) is Very Bad.” And so on. I noticed it after I was disbarred for socio-political reasons in 2016: the tweets from ignorant little law student and pupil-barrister wannabees, all wanting to be seen to be condemning me. In fact, all that they have done is to condemn themselves.

  • the students (“she is a straight-A student who got a First from Oxford”…not so impressive when you know that 50% of all the students get “Firsts” and 95%+ get either Firsts or Upper Seconds…) (and I deplore the “straight-A” Americanism, but that too is legion, now);
  • the parents;
  • the schools from which the students have come (“X% of our students go on to university”…);
  • the universities themselves (which can —and do— pretend that their results and standards are ever-improving);
  • the government (“our policies are working in education! 101% of students are now getting First-class degrees!”…etc).

Scandal, and the country is the poorer for it.

Bristol statue

I said most of what I wanted to say yesterday. However, in the noise and hullabaloo around the events of the weekend, what seems to have been overlooked is that the mob now has the bit between its teeth. The craven inaction of the police in Bristol will have emboldened the mob, now that no arrests were made, none of the mob tasered, or shot, or even hit over the head by the odd police baton.

I saw tweets to the effect of “it had to be done. We had debated and discussed this for years to no effect.” In other words, “we tried argument and local political action, but we did not get what we want. So we took direct action and now we have what we want.“

This is a further step towards the race/culture war which is coming.

The other aspect that has struck me since the oddly-publicized death of the black man in Minnesota has been the relentless and generally biased msm campaign. Every mass media drone from James Corden to Piers Morgan has been getting in on the action. Even the Royal Mulatta has tried to horn in. At least when Greta Garbo said “I vant to be alone”, she meant it!

Once the British people see that the police are not protecting them, and not protecting even significant parts of the established society (which a statue in a public place is), it is but a small step to seeing the police as irrelevant or even as an enemy contingent.

A few thoughts today…

Know the “wrong” (i.e. targeted by the NWO/ZOG State) people, send “a few images” from National Geographic etc to your friends, collect a small amount of “Nazi” memorabilia and/or a few unusable knives or swords, or cushions featuring Swastika motifs, or make a few jokes about untermenschen, do a few unapproved political things in public, and you may well end up getting sent to prison, in our warped 2020 UK; but mobs of blacks, browns, white traitors and “antifa” thugs can roam through the streets of London, Bristol etc, topple historic statues and chuck them in rivers; they can deface monuments, cause injury and terror. What happens to the members of those mobs? The police commanders do nothing to stop the terror, even make statements supporting the mobs with weasel words, and make few if any arrests (none at all in Bristol).

In the unlikely event that the street terrorists of London and Bristol are actually arrested and then charged and prosecuted, will any face prison? No, they will not. Community service, conditional discharges, maybe the odd fine.

We can see the way that this is going. Traitors in Parliament, traitors in the police, traitors in radio, TV, the Press and the legal system are creating planned chaos in this country.

Again, where most typical old-style “Conservative” supporters go wrong is in assuming that the “authorities” are somehow negligent or weak in not stopping the disorder, when the reality is that “authority” has long ago been infiltrated by Common Purpose, by 1960s cultural revolutionaries turned “Establishment” figures, and by those who are completely in the pocket of the Jewish-Zionist element.

TV news

Since the NWO “lockdown”/shutdown, the TV news has been unwatchable: split-screens showing multikulti children howling pop songs “for the NHS” or for non-existent “community”, interviews with officially-approved scientists, “experts”, government ministerial drones. Virtually no foreign news at all, except, now, endless eulogizing of the deceased black man in Minnesota. His tasteless funeral service in Texas was relayed for literally hours this evening on both Sky News and BBC World. Who should turn up there, like a bad penny, but “Rev” Al Sharpton! Still ranting. God, what a world…

The Great Train Robbery

Watched a TV film, The Great Train Robbery https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Great_Train_Robbery_(2013_TV_series) , presumably based on (though I did not notice it credited) The Robbers’ Tale by Peta Fordham, who used to be called “Peta Boredom” by Private Eye. Her husband was a criminal barrister of some note in his day.

As to Peta Fordham herself, when I read her stuff as a teenager (I mean her books, not her —I think Observer— column) I tended to despise her bleating on behalf of the professional villains she seemed to support; she also wrote on behalf of their families. She seemed to lose “professional” (if journalism be deemed a profession) detachment quite often. I recall the blurb of one book saying that “…she lives in a flat in the Temple, and has a house in a bluebell wood in Kent“. In other words, a typical affluent chattering-class “liberal” (odds-on that she supported mass immigration too…). A smug “liberal” Bar/Fleet Street denizen of the time. Hateful.

Reverting to the TV film I saw (first of two episodes), it was well-made, well-filmed. A couple of gripes relating to locations: one location, presumably a residential park in inner city London, somewhere like Goose Green, East Dulwich, was captioned “Lincoln’s Inn Fields”. I am presuming that it was cheaper to film in the other place; but in a film such as this, authenticity is essential. If it were impossible to film in Lincoln’s Inn Fields, then just film it elsewhere, but without the misleading caption.

BA is now saying that those of its staff that it chooses to “re-employ” after “lockdown”/shutdown will receive less pay, worse conditions of employment etc. Is this a straw in the wind? Will that become the norm? All fallout from the crazed Government reaction to the Chinese virus.

It had to happen. Now that the Jewish lobby is again controlling the Labour Party, and now that Labour is more or less politically-irrelevant, the msm is no longer criticizing it. In fact, the msm loves Keir Starmer, who has a Jewish wife, and whose children are being brought up as Jewish. He does not much criticize the government in the manner of his predecessors, and those around him are all Labour Friends of Israel members.

In view of the above, it is not so surprising that Labour is now head to head with the misnamed “Conservatives”. The public has woken up to the fact that Boris-idiot is hugely out of his depth as Prime Minister, and that this Cabinet is full of complete idiots.

The problem, as always, is that the UK has a binary political system, in which two superficially opposed parties contend. When one cuckoo goes back into the clock, the other emerges from it. Labour is not doing well; the Conservatives are doing badly. However, with a general election possibly over 4 years away, Labour’s performance in both Westminster and the opinion polls is near-irrelevant.

I disagree with “lockdown” on a number of grounds, though I accept that the government should have closed (as it did, in the end) pubs, nightclubs, restaurants, race meetings and similar events, and also the Underground, bus services, train services (which it never did). Flights to the UK should have been stopped too.

I always said that eventually people would tire of the “lockdown”. What I did not fully appreciate until a month or so ago is quite how convenient “lockdown”would be for both the “chattering classes” and many of those once describable as “the working classes”.

For the truly wealthy and especially those with country houses and landed estates, there has been really no “lockdown” in terms of daily life. Nothing has changed, in the immortal words of Theresa May. For the suburban and rural chattering classes too, sipping their Chardonnay by their swimming pools, the “lockdown” has not been too hard. Many are “working from home”, which even if at the pace of “normal” work, at least saves 2-4 hours on the day via not having to commute.

Shopping via Internet has not been without difficulties, but most people in the end were served; for those actually attending supermarkets to shop, there were inconveniences but little interruption of supply once the initial panic-buying or bulk-buying wave passed.

As I have blogged previously, for many on more modest incomes, “furlough” means the same or effectively more pay for no work, no commute, no boring days at office, factory, restaurant or warehouse.

Even for the unemployed, life has been better under “lockdown”, in that the Chancellor has increased Universal Credit by £20 a week, and because the DWP has had to give up, for the duration, its unpleasant post-2010 bullying and harrying behaviours.

That means that, for many (not all), the prospect of resuming “normal” working life is not very attractive; and if there is a quasi-medical-scientific reason to delay that resumption —“second wave”, “R-rate” still high, “protecting the NHS”—so much the better. Hypocrisy not only ruling but ruling largely unrecognized.

When I was first in Moscow, in 1993, I passed several places where Soviet notables in marble and bronze had been torn down. Economic strategy after Coronavirus

I read that “financial genius” Rishi Sunak and Boris-idiot are both alarmed at what is already starting to happen economically. However, in the msm, the focus is still on NHS staff, hospitals, people doing all sorts of nonsense things at home.

I was just thinking about different industries. Transport, for one. Priti Useless is implementing a 14-day quarantine as of midnight for incoming passengers. That should have been done about 2 months ago, maybe 3. Now, all it does is kill off the airline industry.

As I blogged previously, it is hard to imagine either business or tourist travellers wanting to spend 2 weeks cooped up on arrival in the UK. Forget it.

So the UK government is bailing out airlines and support enterprises with loans, “furlough” monies etc, but has more or less guaranteed that the planes will fly empty, or with a handful of passengers per flight! Madness.

As for trains, the new serf-British are to travel only if appropriately muzzled (despite the fact that the virus wave has pretty much gone now, or passed on). Also, people are only to travel if (?) 3-6 feet from each other! Have any members of this shite “government” ever been on a commuter train?

Once again, vast subsidies are being paid out to privately-owned train companies to run services with few if any passengers aboard, and few fares collected. Again, just madness.

I do not think that most people have any idea what lorryloads of Scheiss are rolling down the road towards us…

For white British people, the System is no good any more. “Labour” Party

The social security or “welfare” system is supposed to provide basic subsistence for those without sufficient income. It is not supposed to be a State-run insurance scheme (even though parts of it started like that).

The main problem with public acceptance is that people see migrant-invaders straight off the boat (often a rubber boat landed on a Kent pebble beach) getting more help than the British people do, despite the latter having paid in all their lives.

Not everyone can pay in, but the monies going to invaders who should not even be here are a, maybe the, major problem.

Basic Income must come, but should be available only to British people (and I do mean real British people).

Looking at the latest Labour nonsense (see above), one can see that Labour is going back to a kind of Blairism without Blair, or Gordon Brown-ism without Brown. You have Keir Starmer, with Jewish wife (a lawyer) and whose children are being brought up as Jewish. You have these rather tired or outdated anti-“welfare” statements being made (this is 2020, not 2010). Above all, you have Boris-idiot, not much respected by the public, but sitting there, and sitting on his 80-seat majority which nothing is going to dislodge for at least 2 years.

I sincerely hope that both ideas will continue to be ignored by 90%+ of the British people (where I live, about 99%).

The American police are sometimes very rough, true, but how is it a “protest” to burn buildings or cars in California, or loot computer shops etc in some other states, because one black man was, possibly, unlawfully killed by one or a few policemen in Minnesota? Or is this the opening shot in a real race/culture war, akin to the firing of the cannon at Fort Sumter, that kicked off the American Civil War?

Asa matter of fact, if Aamer Anwar was “an angry young man” after he was assaulted by the police, what was he before, when he was flyposting and (?) scrawling graffiti (Wikipedia says “anonymous marking”) all over the campus at Glasgow University? Also (i.e. already) angry?

As for this Aamer Anwar’s background etc, I read in Wikipedia that he was born in 1967 in England (of Pakistani origins), and became at first a student reading mechanical engineering in 1986, when aged 19. By 1991, when he was aged 24 or 25, he had switched to sociology and politics. That was when the events described above took place (the civil trial occurred in 1995). He must have switched to law, perhaps after his degree, because he became a solicitor in Scotland in 2000, aged 32.

Coronavirus and the ludicrous “lockdown”/shutdown

The Conservative Party succeeded in the 2019 General Election, not on its own merits, i.e. because voters flocked to it; no, few voters flocked to the Conservative Party, but many flocked away from the Labour Party.

Now, the Conservative Party lead over Labour has been greatly reduced by the obvious incompetence of Boris-idiot, Priti Patel, little Matt Hancock and that little pissant Robert Jenrick, among others; more voters now are saying that they might vote Labour, but only by default, because they are waking up to the general uselessness of Boris-idiot (though credit where due: at least he has resisted supporting the “woke” “protesters” and looters of inner-urban USA). In the UK’s basically binary political system, when one cuckoo goes in, the other comes out.

Now the iceberg of reality is approaching the UK Titanic. Said iceberg has been concealed or disguised by “furlough” payments, financial support for (often only notionally) “self-employed” people; a semi-holiday for many. Also, by some government support for small businesses. Then there was the warm-to-hot weather, not as irrelevant a point as it may seem. That contributed to the almost-holiday feeling.

Despite all the above measures, thousands of redundancies have been announced already. Millions are now already receiving “Universal Credit”, ie the dole. Come the Autumn, the Winter, there will be a huge collapse. The only way of avoiding that collapse, or at least its effects, will be to inaugurate huge make-work projects (on minimum wage). The Summer will soon be over.

I went out to get a few items at Waitrose. Exiting at just on 2000 hrs, I noticed that there were no “useful idiots” clapping anywhere. There were not many, even at the start of the “clapathon”, where I live, and those few became even fewer in succeeding weeks. Today, though, none. Was it called off, or did the rabbits wake up?

A stray thought about the “black” protest in London

We have seen the blacks en masse “protest”, even riot and murder before in London, and on a far larger canvas. The Brixton riots of 1981, the Broadwater Farm housing estate riot of 1985 etc.

What is different about the “black” protests of the past few days? Well, for one thing, they were not “riots” at all, not yet anyway. I should say that the fact that the trigger event took place in Minnesota, half a world away, may have dampened the reaction, as did yesterday’s rain. I used to notice, when a London resident, that almost all the blacks avoid (far more than the English) going out in the rain.

So why am I more uneasy about what has happened than I ever was in 2011, 1985, 1981 etc? The first reason is because the msm now are not only less willing to stand up for white Northern European civilization and what were once known as “British values”, but seem now to actively promote this anti-white, anti-British agenda that we see constantly before our eyes.

A major factor is the Jewish infiltration into all aspects of the msm: TV, radio, Press, publishing. Thus we see the TV news coming out in favour of the black protests, and encouraging more.

The police: as we have seen, some policemen go so far as to “bend the knee” in sign of fealty to the black mob. Policemen are rather canine. They respect the so-called “alpha”. If the mob is powerful, some police at least just give in to it.

The same is true of the police reaction to the Jew-Zionist lobby. The only thing that can deal with such a reaction is to show that you have the baton of power. The police will then salute you. That is what happened when the NSDAP took over the government of Germany. The police simply transferred their loyalty to the new order; the same thing happened in France and in the Channel Islands in 1940.

What has been disturbing about the last few days is not so much the “protests” themselves but the fact that many of those with power and money in society are eager to see that same society destroyed, or at least changed, so that the white British people who created it can be marginalized or destroyed.

Seems that I got it wrong again re. the pathetic clapping ritual, and that the “clapathon”, during which brainwashed rabbits applaud their own reduction to serfdom, was not yesterday (Wednesday) but this evening (Thursday). UK “quarantine”

You couldn’t make it up! Thick-as-two-short-planks Priti Patel, posing as Home Secretary. “unveils” her great plan to save Britain from Coronavirus brought in by tourists and others:

The elephant in the room is why on Earth the airports and seaports were not closed long ago now, in February or March. Talk about “shutting the stable door after the horse has bolted”! It is almost pointless to do anything now.

Normally, i.e. before and maybe after “Coronavirus”, about 100,000 visitors a day enter the UK. It seems that at least 100,000 but possibly as many as 800,000 visitors have entered the UK since the “lockdown” nonsense was implemented a couple of months ago.

As to the new “quarantine” measures, how absurd they are!

“Ryanair boss Michael O’Leary has already described the plans as “idiotic” and “unimplementable,” and Airlines UK said they “would effectively kill” international travel to and from Britain.” [The Guardian]

Quite. So almost all of the arrivals by air (and sea, presumably) will be asked to provide an address in the UK at which they will “self-quarantine” for 14 days, on pain of a £1,000 fine? The police will, we are told, spot-check.

This is mere window-dressing. Completely unworkable. Let us say tha, on any given day at present, 15,000 people enter the UK (that is the Government’s own figure; the true figure may be twice that number). So those 15,000 all give, on arrival, a UK address at which they will be “self-isolating”. How many of those can be checked (even once) by the police within the 14 days? 100? 1,000?

A single policeman might be able to check 10 per day, arguably. So even to check a thousand of the fifteen thousand would take about 100 policemen. To check all 15,000 (once) would take 1,500 policemen. To check those 15,000 visitors twice, 3,000 policemen, working only on that job.

The Government in fact does not claim that all will be checked, even once. They say, “spot-checked”. So will only, say, 1,000 of the (Government’s low estimate of) 15,000 daily arrivals be checked (once)? Even that seems unlikely. 100 policemen….

Indeed, what do the fines, if any are levied, do? Nothing (except add £1,000 to police or central funds). Presumably the defaulters, if any, will not (if located before their planned departure dates) be deported, which would by then be pointless anyway (and in fact all the UK’s immigration-detention facilities have been closed by reason of “the virus”, leaving the formerly-incarcerated aliens to roam around as they please).

In terms of deterring those arriving from moving around as they please in the fortnight after arrival, the proposed checks and fines are akin to drink-driving: stiff penalties if caught, but the chances are, that if you only do it once or twice, or a few times, you will not be caught.

Are these “spot-checks” and possible fines even a deterrent? A little, perhaps. What they do do, though, and severely, is to deter from visiting the UK anyone who does not have a compelling and indeed unavoidable reason for coming. I cannot see many tourists, or business travellers for that matter, coming to the UK knowing that for the first 14 days they will be cooped up in their hotels, and checked by the police at that, and fined if they have moved to another hotel (eg if the first one was not to their liking).

This “plan” is typical of thick chancers such as Priti Patel, Iain Dunce Duncan Smith (not guilty in this case, but guilty in so many others…), Little Matt Hancock etc. Not to mention Boris-idiot. These political careerist chancers have no idea. They’re hopeless.

The international travel and tourism business in the UK is finished for 2020 and possibly 2021. Hotels, airlines, travel websites etc.

This was not done because I agree with Peter Hitchens about everything, but because I agree with much of what he has had to say recently about Coronavirus, “lockdown”, economic shutdown; also, re. At least, I disagree with tweeter “@jona77”, above. If a “wealth tax” is “legalized theft”, then so is that amount of national economic value pumped (via governmental policy, tax policy etc over decades) into such things as, and primarily, private house values.

All but a tiny minority of those who actually have any wealth in the UK have most of it tied up in their house or houses. They themselves did not create such wealth (leaving aside improvements such as house-extensions); the wealth was created largely by the artificially-contrived expansion of value, a result of the policies of governments since, mainly, the 1970s. Margaret Thatcher turbo-charged it.

The value pumped into the real property sector in Britain has, of necessity, taken away value from other sectors.

In other words, if a “wealth tax” (which I do not necessarily support) is “theft”, then so is much of the value that might be “stolen” (taxed). I suppose that that observation is not original, not new. After all “property is theft” [Proudhon], arguably: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Property_is_theft!

As someone who has been cheated, most of his life, I find myself not very sympathetic to the “plight” of the inheritees, trustafarians, buy-to-let parasites, and the sharp-elbowed and property-owning Middle Englanders who always vote “Conservative” (even after that party has changed out of all recognition).

On the other hand, I am certainly in agreement with Hitchens here:

If there ever was a pointless contest!…

True, I have been writing off the LibDems since the betrayals of 2010, but the trajectory remains downward.

Humpty-Dumpty LibDem was broken in 2010. Votes and seats slid in 2015 and then 2017 (though number of seats increased from 8 to 12 in 2017), though there was an upturn in 2019: over 3.5 million votes (an upturn of over 50%) but a decline in number of seats (from 12 to 11) thanks to the way the FPTP system and the boundaries of seats work in Britain (cf. 2017).

Looking into it a little more, it can be seen that the LibDems benefited a little from being the only 100% Remain party. Next time? I still think that the LibDems will be wiped out. Few of their MPs have a strong local following to set against the party-label vote swings. Also, what is the standout profile of the LibDems now? They have no real identity, it seems to me.

Surprisingly, the LibDem membership numbers are not unhealthy: over 120,000, it seems, which is in the same ballpark as the Conservative Party. However, that alone does not bring electoral success (cf. Labour, with perhaps 600,000 members).

I should expect the LibDems to decline further and perhaps to disappear, at least as an independent party.

Well, there it is. The print newspapers are mortally ill and maybe on their last legs. These screeds of rubbish have been declining in quality as long as I can remember. Look at the Telegraph itself now! Uncritical Boris Johnson “Conservative” propaganda, and at an excruciatingly low intellectual level. Ironically, though, it was the Telegraph, in the 2005-2010 Parliament, that broke the MP expenses scandal, one of the most serious stories of the past half-century. It does say something about the UK’s “free Press”, though, that MP expenses were an open secret for years, certainly since 1997 and the corruption Blair brought into UK politics, yet were not investigated until the Telegraph decided to take it all seriously and to print.

In the 1970s, even some of the less-serious or less intellectual newspapers, such as the Sunday Express, sometimes contained interesting first-person accounts and so on.

Look at, say, The Times now! Pathetic and shallow “Conservative” and Zionist propaganda. As for the Sunday Times magazine, more or less what used to be called a “woman’s magazine“, full of ads and with little substance in its content.

I welcome the demise of the print newspapers and their fundamentally Zionist-contaminated agenda.

True, those newspapers all have an online presence now, but the Times and most of the Telegraph are behind a paywall and, like the others, have to compete for public attention with other sources of news, some of which are, mirabile dictu, not so (((infested and contaminated))).

Where I deviate from Hitchens in respect of the above is that the number of “lives blighted” should be at least 36,000, maybe as high as 90,000. Why? Most employees laid off have wives (or husbands), children too. Then there is the knock-on effect on the local retail sector as local purchasing power diminishes. Also, redundancies in the supply chain.

Not exactly surprising. There has been a Jewish coup in Labour, one over 4-5 years. Starmer is its figurehead. He is not a Jew, but is married to a Jewish woman (a lawyer) and their children are being brought up as Jewish…

Had to emerge from my cave to complete my appointed rounds. On the return journey, my less than contented mood was made worse as I went through a more or less suburban area, only to see some rabbits waiting at the end of their short drives or standing in gardens, about to participate in the State-promoted and socially-mandated “clapathon”. Not many, about one house out of about 20, I would say. Mostly very elderly, though there were a few odd children too. The sight of all the rabbits standing waiting, like robots, or serfs populating Potemkin villages, irritated me even more than it usually would.

So it begins…

I agree with Hitchens, as I mostly have in the past few months of Government-created chaos, muddle, and approaching economic collapse.

The tweeter above is referring to Rishi Sunak https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rishi_Sunak , the Indian whom Boris-idiot made Chancellor, and who the shallow msm and Twitter mob lauded as a financial (and political) genius a couple of months ago for having introduced the “furlough” scheme, via which the obligations of companies to pay their employees were in effect transferred to the State which then shut down much of the economy.

A few (including me, Hitchens etc) saw through this scheme as a disastrous and ultimately pointless waste of resources which, combined with the shutdown (“lockdown”) would destroy the UK economy.

The msm and Twitter mob thought otherwise. “Rishi Sunak for PM!” was the cry. What a brilliant man, to throw away £8 billion (maybe £11 billion) a month “supporting [workers, families] etc”… Surely such a man must eventually become Prime Minister?

Well, I doubt it (even leaving aside his origins). The “furlough” plan in fact did not simply keep employees financially warm until “lockdown” ends, at which time, in Sunak’s own mis-chosen words, the economy will “bounce back” in a V-shaped “recovery”.

At the time, I blogged that, because this virus “crisis” (made much worse by governmental panic in the UK, EU and elsewhere) has led to economic slowdown, crucially to collapse in demand internationally, the result will be, certainly in the UK, not a “V-shaped recovery” but an “L-shaped non-recovery”.

Sunak may have ridden high in public opinion for a couple of months, but I do not see him prospering politically after at least many wake up to what is really happening. Any fool can throw golden sesterces to the plebs from his imperial chariot. For a while…

Sunak alone is not to blame for the “lockdown” and so not to blame for the coming recession (which may even become a depression), but he is to blame for being part of a Cabinet of fools that shut down the economy for months unnecessarily, and for both introducing and now extending a misconceived “pay workers £2,500 a month not to work and not to complain or protest” scheme.

Also, for going along with his foolish and incompetent Government’s strategy of scaring the British people (and other UK inhabitants) out of their collective skin, so that many are now too frightened (or anyway simply unwilling) to return to what was normal life.

The reason behind the extension to October (without even any reduction) in the “furlough” payments, is plainly political, to prevent or make far less likely any protest or worse from the “furloughed” employees.

However, the real state of the pre-Coronavirus UK economy, now that the froth of low-paid McJobs (“gig economy,” fake “self-employment”, zero hours contracts, and other poorly-paid exploitation disguised by, formerly, Working Tax Credits etc, and now by Universal Credit payments) has been swept into the bin, is becoming plain to see. Desolate.

As for that sacred cow of British people, house prices, the values are dropping like a stone, as I predicted. Already we see that buyers are demanding discounts of up to 20%. Before long, that will be 50% or more. Lending is unlikely to be easily-available from now on, and there will be fewer people buying. and with lower capital available, whether their own or via mortgage monies. People will still want or have to move house, but will have less money with which to do so. Result— lower house prices at all levels.

Companies are shedding workers by the hundred, by the thousand, now. Some companies are giving up the ghost entirely, such as the once-famous Antler suitcases (est. 1914), which went yesterday, with the closure of 18 stores and the sacking of the entire workforce of 200 staff. Other companies laid off thousands on the same day.

Today, we see that Rolls-Royce in Derby will lay off 9,000 workers across the world, and most of the losses will be in Derby itself.

When the “lockdown” nonsense —and with it the “furlough” scheme— ends, in the Autumn, supposedly, there will be company collapses on a scale not seen since the 1930s, very likely.

Social nationalism from Autumn 2020

The coming few years could finally see social nationalism emerge victorious in the UK, but that can only happen if there is a co-ordinated movement led by a “vanguard” party. One does not now exist. The small groups which do exist have little or no credibility.

Looking down the road, we can now see that economic collapse in a decadent society opens the way for us. It is only two years now until 2022, the most significant year since 1989 (on the 33-year cycle). 2022-1989-1956 (the year of my own birth)-1923.

For me personally, 2022 will probably be the last marker-year in the 33-year cycle that I see in my present incarnation, because in 2022 I shall reach the age of 66.
