From the newspapers

https://www.themoscowtimes.com/2023/03/09/deadly-russian-strikes-pound-ukraine-a80426

“The largest Russian strikes on Ukraine in weeks killed at least six people and caused power outages across the war-battered nation on Thursday.

[Kiev-regime] military downed nearly half of the missiles launched by Russia over at least 10 regions, as the fight raged on for control of the symbolic prize Bakhmut in Ukraine’s east.

The deadly Russian barrage on Thursday struck the relatively peaceful Lviv [Lvov] region in Ukraine’s west and left second-city Kharkiv without power, water or heating.

Kyiv [Kiev] Mayor Vitali Klitschko said two people were injured and 15% of households were without power and 40% without heating following explosions in two areas of the Ukrainian capital.

Ukraine’s nuclear energy operator said the strikes had also cut off the electricity supply to the Zaporizhzhia [Zaporozhye] nuclear power plant, which is controlled by Russian forces and is Europe’s largest.

In the Kharkiv [Kharkov] region, located on the border with Russia, Governor Oleh Synehubov said there had been 15 strikes targeting ‘critical infrastructure facilities‘.

The wave of strikes comes after Russia reported making gains in the battle for the industrial city of Bakhmut [Artyomovsk], which has been the focus of months of fierce combat.

Ukrainian officials have warned that the fall of Bakhmut could lead to further Russian advances in eastern Ukraine.”

My Octopus Teacher

Saw an amazing and moving South African documentary, My Octopus Teacher, which might equally have been called “My Octopus Friend”.

The Wikipedia entry, though baldly accurate, cannot convey the impact of that film. Just amazing. Preconception-shattering. It must be seen.

One of several recent County Court judgments against “Jack Monroe”, so-called “Bootstrap Cook”. Puzzling to me that no less than 479 utter mugs continue, as of today, to send her a total of c.£1,800-£20,000 per month. Several thousand anyway, monthly.

In fact, “Jack Monroe’s” Patreon donor-mugs have fallen in number since the high point after Jewish TV chef Nigella Lawson stupidly endorsed her. At that point, “Jack Monroe” had something like 850 “patrons” (mugs), all sending her money each month. That fell to about 660 by November 2022, and is now apparently stuck at 479. Either loonies, or naive and/or uninformed in the extreme.

Strange though. “Jack Monroe” could have avoided the CCJ by paying only £10 to someone.

If it is true that that fake is still getting invitations to such as the Cambridge Literary Festival, and if 479 mugs are still supporting her booze and (alleged) cocaine-abusing lifestyle, then she still has at least the remnants of a near-celebrity “career”, arguende.

What is all that about? LGBTQXYZ mafia?

Diary Blog, 18 November 2022, with something about Kate Andrews, the IEA, and BBC Question Time

Twitter

There is news that a significant number of Twitter employees are refusing to engage with Elon Musk and his wish to return freedom of expression to the platform.

To my mind, such wilful refusal to go along with the changes Musk wants to implement in Twitter shows that an intransigent core of intolerant “woke” activists has taken root in the Twitter organization, and needs to be rooted out.

It may be necessary to sack many of the existing employees and to recruit new people who believe in free speech.

Kate Andrews, BBC Question Time, the IEA etc

Kate Andrews is, as an individual, of no political importance. As a drone/puppet of the transnational conspiracy, however, and once employed by the so-called “think-tanks” the IEA and the Adam Smith Institute (and now at the Spectator, as Economics Editor), she is of significance.

Kate Andrews has a degree in International Relations and Philosophy from St. Andrew’s University, Scotland. She was born in London in 1990, but sounds American (possibly holds dual nationality). She attended school in an affluent part of Connecticut bordering Long Island Sound: see https://uk.linkedin.com/in/kate-andrews-1673a945. She has no formal qualification in economics.

Kate Andrews is 32 years old. She is believed to be married, but nothing is known publicly about the identity, nationality, or activity of her husband.

The IEA was founded by one Fisher [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Antony_Fisher], who also founded about 150 other organizations, including the Adam Smith Institute. An important international conspirator, pro-Zionist etc.

Fisher’s granddaughter Rachel Whetstone [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rachel_Whetstone], who has held major positions at Facebook, Google, Netflix, and Uber, is married to the egregious Steve Hilton [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Steve_Hilton], the “blue sky thinker” (and waste of space) connected to the rotten misgovernment of David Cameron-Levita 2010-2015.

Rachel Whetstone herself once worked at Conservative Central Office. She was also, at one time, having an affair with Cameron-Levita’s stepfather-in-law, Viscount Astor: see https://www.dailymail.co.uk/columnists/article-314340/Love-Tory-Conservatives-golden-girl-married-man.html. A fact now expunged from Wikipedia.

See also: https://ianrobertmillard.org/2019/08/10/les-eminences-grises-of-dystopia/.

The “takeaway”? These people, these organizations, are all connected, and feed into the transnational conspiracy matrix.

We are in the first year of the present 33-year socio-political cycle. Socialism, as traditionally experienced, was largely killed off, in its various forms, in and after 1989, the last such significant year.

There is now a push by the transnational conspiracy or “consensus” to increase yet further the degree and scope of globalization, and also the destruction of white Europe (and indeed all white European race, culture, and civilization, worldwide). The Coudenhove-Kalergi Plan is just part of that [https://vk.com/@judi1964-coudenhove-kalergi-plan-stealth-genocide-against-the-peoples; and https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kalergi_Plan].

Another aspect is dystopian finance-capitalism. “The price of everything and the value of nothing“. It must be opposed, by any expedient means.

As for BBC Question Time, I myself have not sat down and watched that biased and outdated latter-day version of “Brains Trust” for many years.

…but, whether Twitter exists or not, there will still be (as of today) 666 mugs paying “Jack Monroe” up to £10 each, monthly, via the Patreon website…

Elon Musk is up against several connected pressure groups or tendencies, not least the Jew-Zionist lobby that wants Twitter to be open for any Jewish trolls to abuse, usually anonymously, but also wants Twitter to ban or expel anyone said Jew-Zionist lobby labels as “antisemitic“.

To be frank, and without —I hope— being too grandiose about it, if Twitter is not open to someone like me, then it is all but worthless anyway.

…and for British people, a tent in a field, if you have a tent and a field…

Eventually, we shall have to [REDACTED]…

Please refer to previous comment…

Many people have yet to understand that the UK is governed or misgoverned by The System, which has several faces for the masses to “support”, the two main ones being the Conservative Party and the Labour Party, neither of which does “what it says on the tin“…

One well-placed round should do it…

Great. Hard-core. Only thing is, the evildoer could hardly have understood what was coming at him so suddenly, so his suffering would have been minimized by that factor.

I wonder whether that socio-political propaganda will backfire on the System’s msm drones. After all, for the ideas expressed to be featured at all must mean that those ideas are slowly influencing the mainstream public mind.

Keep on truckin’!

…or Robert Carrier (?): https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Robert_Carrier_(chef);

The tactics employed now by “Jack Monroe”/”Bootstrap Cook” are interesting. She has turned a blind eye to the (actually rather weak) Daily Mail report [https://www.dailymail.co.uk/femail/article-11403551/Row-anti-poverty-campaigner-Jack-Monroe-detractors-flares-up.html] which was only published yesterday. Not a word from her about it.

Instead, the “Bootstrap Cook” has ploughed on as if the report had never been printed. Apart from the odd reference in tweets to her “trolls” (meaning those raising legitimate concerns about her alleged “grifting”, “scamming” etc), she has also ignored the Twitterstorm which has now been raging for about 3 months.

Now, Bootstrap Cook tweets about anything but the criticism and reportage. About her apparent upcoming move. About how she has had to sell items (have we not been here before?) and (needless to add) about how expensive moving is (is that a hint that a few more donations would be welcome?).

I should have thought that, whatever the circumstances, someone whose Patreon income alone may run into figures above £6,000 a month in cash would have little difficulty in covering all the costs.

Late tweets

90% of the food I have seen (in photos) produced by the “Bootstrap Cook” has looked like a dog’s dinner (or worse). Some of the photos make me feel quite sick, if truth be known.

I have raised on the blog the question of where Russian prisoners of the Kiev regime are being kept, and under what conditions. The mainstream media in the West seem completely uninterested in this human rights issue. I have seen not one reporter on TV or journalist in print, or online, address the point, and there have been no TV news reports from any camps where the prisoners might be incarcerated.

Now it seems that Kiev-regime forces are, at least sometimes, taking no prisoners, or taking them then immediately despatching them. This is generally accepted to be a war crime.

Unity Mitford

In addition to the above post, I now also repost what I think —if I say so myself— was an interesting article from May of last year, and featuring something of the history of Unity Mitford: https://ianrobertmillard.org/2020/05/29/diary-blog-29-may-2020-including-thoughts-about-unity-mitford/.

Andrew Neil

System msm bod Andrew Neil comes out in support of mandatory vaccination, and severe social (and criminal?) penalties for any that refuse to be “vaccinated”: https://www.dailymail.co.uk/debate/article-10294225/Its-time-punish-Britains-five-million-vaccine-refuseniks-says-ANDREW-NEIL.html.

As a matter of fact, I expected better from Neil. Despite his pro-Jewish Lobby rants on TV in the past few years, I thought that he believed at least in a reasonable level of personal and social liberty. Apparently not.

I suppose that one man’s “reasonable restrictions” are another’s “Covid police state”…

At the end of the day, Neil is part of the System, speaking broadly.

Incidentally, Neil has (though on another issue) become rather litigious of late; I therefore give fair warning (in re the —admittedly highly unlikely— contingency of his taking any legal action against me), that I have effectively no assets any more, and so am as good as “unsueable”. I also know how to make bullying litigation very expensive for those launching it.

“Covid-19” news

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-10292827/Ex-MI6-chief-says-UKs-science-sector-compromised-malign-Chinese-Communist-influence.html

So the mainstream narrative was natural mutation, while the secondary narrative (as retailed by Sir Richard Dearlove and others) is that Covid-19 was produced in a Chinese laboratory, and that it then escaped somehow.

What about a third idea (and that is the one I tend to favour): the virus was produced in a Chinese laboratory, but did not escape accidentally. It was released deliberately, but that outbreak was, as planned, brought under control quite quickly in Wuhan and other parts of China.

Meanwhile, though, the same virus somehow made its way to the very places, meaning the Alpine ski resorts, best situated a. to incubate new cases and, b. as launch pads from where the virus might be spread quickly throughout the western and central parts of Europe.

Now how was it that that virus jumped from provincial China to the ski resorts of the Alps? We could be looking here at a scenario not far removed from the background of films such as The Cassandra Crossing [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Cassandra_Crossing]. Incidentally, “This film was very famous in China with Chinese dub in 1980s” [Wikipedia].

As to why such a “conspiracy theory” might have a basis in reality, there are several possibilities.

Don’t make it seem as if inept “Boris” actually has a “plan”; the only plans are in the minds of those who control the “Boris” show from behind the scenes. Look at the organ-grinders, not the monkeys.

…and already the international or transnational conspiracy is thinking about how to introduce mandatory subcutaneous microchips as a form of “Covid passport” (but really as a means of tracking the individual 24/7).

I have not watched a full Question Time since I returned to live full-time in the UK, well over a decade ago, and saw the televised lynching of Nick Griffin. The mask of the BBC and other msm fell off there and then, and the influences behind most of the msm were exposed to the light.

Incidentally, I see that the System’s oft-seen “Auntie Tomasina”, Bonnie Greer, who was seated (obviously deliberately) next to Griffin on that TV show trial, is still tweeting her stuff, now supporting both the “Covid” police state and the “black lives matter” nonsense-propaganda…

He is right. The UK needs a social-national government. That means that a real social-national movement must exist. That movement can only exist if there exists both a leader and a support-base.

…and when Tom Watson was finally pressured to give up being an MP (he had been a huge expenses cheat, and was also involved with several other forms of questionable behaviour), he was appointed, in 2020, head of UK Music, the umbrella organization for commercial interests involved in music. A body permeated with Jewish interests and influence. The outgoing head of UK Music had been Michael Dugher, also a former “Labour” MP, also a member of Labour Friends of Israel…

Indeed, the same Michael Dugher became, in 2020, the Chief Executive of the Betting and Gaming Council, the main lobby group for the gambling industry, another commercial area riddled with Jewish money and influence.

Further, in September 2020, Tom Watson was also appointed “senior advisor” to Flutter Entertainment, which controls the huge gaming businesses Paddy Power, Betfair, and Sky Bet. Before Flutter Entertainment opened its wallet, Watson had been very critical of the gaming industry. For bastards like Watson, money really talks…

Watson was blackballed, in effect, from becoming a member of the House of Lords, by reason of his activities and behaviour, but it seems that he may yet reach the Lords at some point, the present “Labour” leader, Jewish-lobby puppet Keir Starmer, having re-nominated him.

Look at the key thread running through the above four paragraphs: Jewish money, power, and influence, suborning corrupt and venal MPs and others.

Eventually, the USA will either break down, or break apart, if it does not impose dictatorial order; not because all blacks are evil, or murderous, or because there are no intelligent blacks at all, but because a society with a majority black population (which is the direction of travel) simply cannot sustain an advanced culture and civilization. We in the UK are seeing the emergence of similar problems and manifestations, though arguably at a less-serious stage.

In other news, today is Friday 10 December 2021…

What does Bastani mean Twitter “would” close down dissenting accounts?! A pack of Jew-Zionists conspired together to get Twitter to “suspend” (expel) me in 2018. David Icke, Katie Hopkins, Mark Collett, Laura Towler, Alison Chabloz, and legions of others have gone the same way.

Incidentally, I see that the recently-replaced head of Twitter, one Dorsey, supposedly has a fortune of about USD $9 BILLION! Yet Twitter, since it started has, overall, made a massive loss

US-based microblogging and social networking service Twitter reported a net loss of $536.7 million in the third quarter of 2021, according to its financial results released Tuesday. The results showed a steep decline from net income of $28.6 million in the same period of last year.” [US financial Press]; and

American micro-blogging site Twitter on Wednesday announced that it had suffered a net loss of $1.14 billion in 2020 representing a net margin of -31 percent. On the other hand, Twitter’s costs and expenses saw an increase of 19 percent year over year totaling $3.69 billion while revenue amounted to $3.72 billion.” [US financial Press].

What is really going on here?

The problem with the Bastani type is that —in his case— not being really or fully British (half-Iranian), and with a head full of fake post-1989 pseudo-“Marxism”, he just struggles to connect with the real British psyche. See, for example, the tweet below:

He does not understand that it is not “the British elite” who are animal-lovers, but virtually the whole British people. Indeed, it might well be argued that the wealthier Brits are more selective in their love for animals than the poorer ones (who do not, most of them, hunt, shoot or even fish).

Looking at Bastani’s tweet, it is more ambiguous in meaning (not so good for a journalist…) than it seemed when I first saw it. Does he mean that “the British elite” like to kill animals (as when foxhunting), or that they get worked up or agitato in opposition when others do it? In the idiom of today, “whatever”…

In fact, Bastani’s organization, Novara Media, seems (from what I have seen on Twitter etc) to be mainly composed of non-Brits, and indeed anti-Brits, people such as Ash Sarkar.

“Communism” (which those people claim to support or espouse), has certainly gone the way Marx predicted: “first time tragedy, second time farce“…

Says it all…those idiots love to “deplatform”, then one fine day it happens to them. Same is true of the Jew-Zionists on Twitter. Oh, what a (typically-Jewish) fake-victim scream goes up when one of their pack is expelled or suspended from Twitter!

Having said the above, Bastani is right at times, as in this tweet:

Never underestimate the political stupidity of the British people: those Con voters would vote Con under any conceivable circumstance, just as, until recently, there were swathes of the UK where voting “Labour” was a community tradition, rarely dissented from.

The problem people have is that there is no credible alternative to even Boris Johnson’s ludicrously-poor government. The Israel-first Starmer Labour Party would be a worse elected dictatorship even than the “Boris” one.

“Boris” is not credible, his government is not credible, but then neither is the shadow government of Jewish-lobby puppet Starmer. Imagine Starmer as PM, Angela Rayner as a Cabinet minister, dictatorial Yvette Cooper as Home Secretary etc. I’m angry just thinking about it, even though I truly despise “Boris” and all his Cabinet.

Bastani and his lot are correct, though, in my view, in saying that the Corbyn-style Labour Party was no less “electable” than that of Starmer. Maybe more electable.

Late tweets

Like many “alt-Right” and/or “conservative” pseudo-nationalists, that Tom Harwood character deserves a good kick.

Rewilding

Over the past decade, ideas I have had for a long time (rewilding, a “wildlife grid” etc) have become almost mainstream. I am glad to see it. Both charities and wealthy individuals are leading the way. People with fewer resources are also joining in, in various ways (by keeping part of their private gardens “wild”, by not using pesticides and herbicides etc), and their numbers count, bearing in mind that the UK has anything up to 10 million acres of private gardens.

As to BBC TV Question Time, I have not bothered to watch that rigged circus for years. Seems that last night featured the Jew fraudster and MP, Shapps; also, the System-approved black MP David Lammy, as well as Kate Andrews, the mouthpiece for System-“libertarian” views. She is American, Lammy Caribbean black, while Shapps is of course a Jew-Zionist.

In fact, that kind of terminally-tired 1940s or 1950s-style “Brains Trust” kind of show has little to offer now, especially when the “brains” have poor brains. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Brains_Trust.

The last politician or politician-manque on that show yesterday was one Munira Wilson. I admit that I had never heard of her. “Obscure” seems to best describe her. East African Asian, an ex-Muslim turned C of E Christian, and with a British husband: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Munira_Wilson.

So, out of 5 panellists, only 1 was white British, namely one Richard Walker, the head of Iceland frozen foods, which was founded by his father, Malcolm Walker [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Malcolm_Walker_(businessman)].

Seems that, as on previous occasions, the “outsider” (non-Westminster bubble) panellist was the most sensible. Walker was the only one, from the Question Time clips I have just seen, seemingly capable of “running a whelk stall”, though Iceland is rather bigger than that! https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Iceland_(supermarket).

Exactly. Now we see a similar phenomenon in the UK, as those who fight back, even with words, against Jewish-Zionist influence and control over our country, being called “far right” “extremists”, and in some cases prosecuted as “terrorists”, even without having done anything.

Near miss

While researching on Wikipedia today, I noticed that the now long-deceased aunt of a one-time girlfriend had once been one of the governors of the BBC. Don’t mention the Gypsies!

“A pair of female thieves dubbed the “Rolex Rippers” have seemingly struck again after a wealthy elderly man had his watch stolen….

On Tuesday, the man in his 80s became the latest victim of two women who are targeting men in affluent areas and close to exclusive golf clubs across southern England.

The theft is believed to be at least the 21st incident, with the duo, thought to be in their 20s, targeting men in Dorset, Hampshire, Surrey, Gloucestershire and Sussex.

In many cases, the women have posed as charity workers with clipboards and have stolen watches from their victims without them realising as they sign a petition.

However, other times they have been less subtle and simply ripped the expensive timepieces off the men’s wrists.

This time the pair approached the man outside his home in Links Road, Poole, which is next to £2,000-a-year Parkstone Golf Club, at lunchtime on Tuesday.

They asked him to sign a petition and then one of the women thanked and hugged him. He did not notice until a few minutes later that his watch had been taken.

‘Be mindful of being approached’

A spokesman from Dorset Police said: “It is believed that these females are responsible for a series of similar thefts across Dorset this year and the public should be mindful of being approached in this manner or engaging in conversation with the individuals.”

The pair are believed to have struck in Dorset at least seven times before in Poole, Wimborne, Wareham, Ferndown, Highcliffe and Poundbury.

Hampshire Police said they have at least 10 victims, and two brothers, aged 85 and 91, were targeted 80 miles apart in Gloucestershire and Surrey.

Both women are said to be aged in their 20s or 30s and between 5ft 2ins and 5ft 9ins tall. They both have dark hair and Eastern European accents although some victims have believed them to be Spanish.

The spate of robberies are thought to have begun on May 19 at Stoneham Golf Club near Southampton.” [Daily Telegraph].

More Memory Lane

Oddly enough, I was just looking, not long ago, on Google maps and Google Earth, at the area of Sydney, Australia, where I lived, in the late 1960s, for 2-3 years as a child of 10-13 (Ellalong Road, Mosman/Cremorne and, for the first 6 months or so, Wyong Road, Mosman). Also, the area around the nearby little school that I attended at first (Middle Harbour PS, at Macpherson Street, Mosman; I was later at North Sydney Boys’ High, a few miles away, for 7-8 months).

Many changes. I notice that quite a few roads, including Ellalong, have been made into dead ends to prevent through traffic. A good move. Other changes? Well, quite a few houses there in the late 1960s have been demolished and replaced by much larger ones; larger houses, smaller gardens. Google Earth shows that almost every house in that neighbourhood now has a swimming pool. In 1967-69, not many did.

I notice a change in street vegetation. Far more small trees and flowering bushes, as far as I can recall. Fewer palm trees, though. There seems to have been, perhaps, a move to native species, and to more green/flowering trees, though the tall imperial palms near my old school are still there.

Overall, I should say that that neighbourhood is rather more scenic now, because of the flowering abundance, though with far more cars, both moving and parked on the street (if I remember aright, street parking was unusual when I lived there). Looking at the pictures, an impression of greater wealth overall, perhaps.

That was also true of Balmoral Beach (which was the nearest convenient beach to us, about 5-10 mins in the car). Many cafes, and a more manicured look generally.

Diary Blog, 22 November 2020

I see the present situation in the UK, and in the world generally, as akin to those filmed images of the South Asian tsunami of years ago: people sunbathing or paddling in the ocean, many unaware of the enormous wave forming not far out to sea; a few starting to become aware of the danger but unable to do anything about it in the time available, even to the extent of fleeing.

We are approaching 2022, the most significant year since 1989. The international consensus/conspiracy has had to step up some aspects of its propaganda to frenetic levels: the whole “blacks in every television ad” stuff, the attack on every positive aspect of European history and culture, the “Covid-19” fear propaganda, the sharply-increasing censorship of Internet expression. It’s all connected on some level.

For me, the most significant fact in the UK itself is the absence of any social-national party or movement of any size or credibility. Anything that shows vitality and possibility is being repressed, whether the organization is a radical action-oriented one of young people, or one emphasizing community activity; the same would be true of a political party, if one with any credibility were to exist.

What is remarkable is that we are not seeing State repression alone, meaning police, prosecutions, prison sentences. A new aspect has come ito play— repression of political organizations (and also of individuals) by private enterprises such as banks, wire-pay companies, Internet service providers and platforms.

Thus we see that individuals, whether unconnected with organizations, or who are connected, are expelled from Twitter etc. David Icke, Katie Hopkins, many others (including me).

Those who are the “useful idiots” of the System, of ZOG/NWO, are not expelled… the pseudo-socialists, the “anti-fascists”, the “alt-Right” weasellers such as “Prison Planet” Watson.

Look at “Patriotic Alternative”: Mark Collett not only expelled from Twitter, but refused service by his bank! Collett’s colleague, Laura Towler, is so far still on Twitter, but she too has had her personal bank account withdrawn!

As we have seen across the board, private enterprises now collaborate with State agencies to repress dissent.

Well, I did better, yet again, than John Rentoul, if I may be so immodest. 7/10 as against his 5/10. I did not know the answers to questions 5, 6 and 9.

The idea that the BBC puts out, that the nation (if there is still a “nation”) sits waiting agog for Question Time, is ludicrous. The old 1940s radio Brains Trust, reimagined for TV. It lost any reputation for impartiality when it participated in the ambush of Nick Griffin and the BNP in 2009.

Now that David Dimbleby has gone, and his seat taken by smug and hugely overpaid Fiona Bruce, it is unwatchable. The panel members are usually dull and predictable, the audience “selected”…

I admit that what I have said is based on having seen QT last quite a while ago, but from what I hear it just gets worse. It’s a 1950s or 1960s show in the 21stC Internet age.

Below: re.the facemask nonsense:

Quite. Both Hitchens and tweeter “@simsy1977” are right. The twist today, though, is that the dictatorships of the fairly recent past were more obvious: lots of uniforms, often inhumanly efficient, the State with a monopoly on repression. As I noted above in today’s blog, there are new additions to that mix: the collaboration of large finance-capitalist enterprises, actively involved in suppressing free speech etc. Something else too: the miasma of “political correctness”, a sub-Stalinism operating in schools, universities, local councils, the police force(s), everywhere.

What does Green mean anyway? It doesn’t mean you love the planet. It means you love a slogan.

I have always been a defender of our natural heritage. I feel almost physical pain at the sight and sound of a tree being cut down. I mourned the destruction of the railways and the tyranny of the motor car which resulted. I have for 40 years endured the mockery of colleagues and the spite of drivers for riding a bicycle, alas for me in a Right-wing way. I paid over the odds to travel abroad by train rather than plane, long before Greta Thunberg was even born.

But none of this counts in my favour. Because the new Green Frenzy is a faith-based dogma, not a set of considered opinions.

As Labour leader Keir Starmer discovered in his Trotskyist 20s, a moralising, self-righteous alleged concern for the planet is the new Marxism.

It’s not a moral system. It is organised hypocrisy in which you show you are good by saying the right thing. Actions don’t matter. It’s your mind they care about.

If you’re a Hollywood star, you can fly first class and ride in a petrol-gulping car just so long as you swear allegiance to the Cult of Greta. But you may be sure that others will suffer for it, whether they like it or not.

The wild plans embraced by Johnson last week will cost billions in subsidies, and so in taxes. They will endanger the power supply. They will also mean more children slaving for small change in the hellish mines of the Congo, to find the raw materials for the batteries on which this noble project relies.

Life, you may be sure, will be poorer, darker, colder and generally glummer, again, quite a bit like East Germany.” [Peter Hitchens, in The Mail on Sunday].

More, below, about the facemask nonsense.

Proof that the mask zealots can’t have it both ways

Can a Covid virus move only one way through a mask? Or can it go both in and out? Because if it can go both ways, we now know that all this mask-wearing is an almost complete waste of time.

Barely noticed in any major media, a serious Danish trial of the effectiveness of masks finally reported its findings on Wednesday. Three major scientific journals (shame on them) had refused to publish it – one can only guess why.

The Danes did it properly. They recruited almost 5,000 people. Half wore masks, of rather better quality than the sort mainly worn in Britain. Half didn’t. All lived normal lives. They kept it up for a month. At the end, 1.8 per cent of mask wearers tested positive, and 2.1 per cent of the unmasked tested positive for Covid. In other words, there was almost no difference.

Everyone’s been very careful to say it didn’t measure whether wearing a mask protected others. Not directly. But I’d say that, unless masks and viruses are both one-directional, the answer is pretty clear. Yet with this kind of thin evidence for masks, our Government still threatens non-wearers with tyrannical, ruinous fines of up to £6,400.” [Peter Hitchens, in The Mail on Sunday]. https://hitchensblog.mailonsunday.co.uk/2020/11/vote-blue-get-green-vote-red-get-green-vote-yellow-get-green-vote-snp-get-green-i-wonder-why-they-bother-even-having.html

Applebaum’s “mitigation” or attempted justification for Jewish (Zionist) terrorism is exactly the same as that the IRA used to deploy in the UK of the 1970s, 1980s etc: “we gave a warning…”

When Jews have full power, such brutality is to be expected. Look at what the Bolsheviks (the leaders of which were almost all Jews, in the 1920s and early 1930s) did in Russia and Ukraine (etc).

Coronavirus

The average age of people who died from Covid-19 in England and Wales since the pandemic began is 82.4. The data shows how this compares to deaths from other causes

It really is time to put these blinkered scientists and medics with their tunnel vision back in their box, before there is nothing left to save in this country: https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-8845533/Coronavirus-Soaring-infections-death-rates-claims-justify-lockdowns.html

At some point, the UK will have to bite the bullet, stop messing around with the various forms of nonsense now current (facemasks, “lockdowns”, the ludicrous “Rule of Six” etc) and get the country moving, before we go into a tailspin to socio-economic death.

More about Coronavirus

This is becoming a total farce! https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-8848073/Downing-Street-says-couples-coronavirus-hotspots-meet-indoors.html

I see that even “socialists” or sort-of socialists, like Andy Burnham, are waking up to the socio-economic damage being done, not by “the virus” but by the absurd “lockdown” (shutdown) measures. Except that his beef is that vastly more people should receive vastly more money in compensation.

Back in 2010, when Burnham stood for the Labour leadership, I thought that he was the best of a very poor bunch, but he had no star or glamour quality and so little chance of winning. I tweeted at the time that, whether he really cared (about the people) or not, at least he gave the impression that he did.

If Andy Burnham raises his profile more, he is not necessarily to be ruled out in terms of succeeding Keir Starmer. A safe seat would be found, no doubt, and the show goes on. Perhaps. It probably needs more than that to save Labour, though.

Stray thoughts about education

I have just watched the quiz show, The Chase, on TV. One contestant was a scruffy girl who is apparently studying Criminology at Greenwich.

I was unaware that Greenwich even had a “university”, to be honest, but it does [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/University_of_Greenwich]; moreover, one which has supplied two Nobel laureates. Its main campus is based in the former Naval College which (again something that I did not know) was sold by the Royal Navy in the 1990s.

University of Greenwich International College, UK - Ranking, Reviews, Courses, Tuition Fees
[The Old Royal Naval College, Greenwich]

What shocked me was the dearth of knowledge in that girl student (aged 20). She seemed to know almost nothing. She correctly answered two questions about pop music and one about the drink, absinthe. She could not even say how many feet were in 60 inches (she said three!). She had been in full-time education for about 15 years! An indictment of the educational system in the UK. Incidentally, she did guess a few more questions correctly, and scraped through to the “Final Chase” part of the show, where her two colleagues, a surgeon and a pub-manager, knew enough to win the team £14,000.

Reverting to the general question, I suppose that the country needs at least some criminologists. I suppose…Really? Anyway, it made me wonder why so much of the huge amount the UK ploughs into education is simply wasted, either because the system is not really educating many of those who pass through it, or because the net result is an oversupply of (at best) mediocre “graduates” with degrees in subjects which are of little or no use to us as a people.

I am not one of those people who thinks that the only worthwhile degrees are scientific or vocational, but there must come a point when the State as major funder (directly or via loans that are usually not repaid) says, “we have too many x y z and not enough a b c”.

The whole idea of the “degree” (a mediaeval concept) needs to be revisited anyway.

I met a woman once who had taken some kind of degree in Criminology (I think it was), part-time and/or from a Northern English “McUniversity”. She was a civil servant in the Ministry of Justice based, I think, either in Liverpool or Manchester (I forget), and, on the back of the degree etc, had just been promoted to a higher level (£50,000+ a year salary; this was in 2007). I have no idea what her knowledge level in the subject really was, but I noticed, on visiting her home once, that the only books there (that I could see) were paperbacks about “famous crimes” and the like; nothing too serious. I think that her job was culled in the spending cuts of 2010-2015.

Getting away from anecdote, I think that anyone has the right to study what they like, but that the State has the right to direct funding and any grants of money to those activities likely to benefit the State or the people as a whole. Britain is undersupplied with nurses and doctors, among other occupations; oversupplied with barristers, criminologists (arguende) and various other types of people.

It may be that the right way forward is for the State to fund tuition depending on priority; to confer grants of subsistence allowances to those most likely to make good use of any tertiary education, such as full subsistence to the top 20% of candidates, half as much for the next 20% of candidates, and nothing to the remaining 60% but to allow those others to study, if they wish, by taking out a loan from the State which will have to be repaid over time no matter what.

At present, 50% (approx) go on to tertiary education. Many of these people are wasting their time and the State’s resources. Change must come, not least in making it easier for people without tertiary diplomas or degree certificates to get into various fields of work.

Beheading in France

I have only just now been alerted to the latest Islamist atrocity in France.

A terrible crime, perpetrated by people whose ideas are more suited to Arabia in the 7th Century than to Europe in the 21st.

I suppose there is the point, though, that the teacher would probably not have shown caricatures of Jews to his pupils (and if he had, he would have been dismissed; without question)…

In the end, Europe must again become Christendom, but in a new way…

Interesting, if accurate, graphic (below). The devil is in the detail (losses in transmission etc, though some claim that that can be as low as 10% now). Hopeful, in terms of world energy possibilities.

An interesting talk by Nick Griffin. Not sure whether all his remarks about American cities are completely accurate. True, the American cities are becoming less habitable, but this is (as Griffin admittedly concedes) not a new phenomenon.

In the late 1960s, those cities burned, and the white people fled to the suburbs. I used to get coffee beans, in the early 1990s, from a coffee grind shop in Newark, New Jersey, a kind of island left standing after the riots of, I believe, 1968.

New York City was in a terrible state when I was first there, in 1989. After I left in 1993, administration changed, was tightened, and crime was reduced by more severe measures. Cities can come back. Look at Beirut (which is now in trouble again, but not to the same extent that it was during the 1970s civil war). Berlin was largely rubble in 1945. There are many other examples.

I am usually cautious in commenting on American politics, but I agree with Griffin that the demographics favour a Democrat victory in November. Having said that, I wonder…I would not necessarily write off Trump.

I agreed with some of Griffin’s more general comments.

I was interested to hear from Griffin (in the video) that he says that it was not the notorious Question Time broadcast that collapsed BNP support among the voters but the promotion of Nigel Farage and UKIP as “controlled opposition”. I agree with that, though I do not know whether Griffin is correct in saying that BNP support before the broadcast was 6%, and that it was 22% afterward. Is that true?

The above claim is not consonant with the BNP result in the 2010 General Election (1.9%), though that was a large increase on its 2005 result (0.7%). UKIP’s results were 2.2% in 2005 and 3.1% in 2010, though the BNP beat UKIP in most seats where both parties stood candidates: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2010_United_Kingdom_general_election#Results

[Later addendum and clarification: In 2010, the BNP only contested 338 seats. There are 533 seats in England, and another 40 in Wales, so 573 in all (leaving aside the remaining seats, i.e. those in Scotland and Northern Ireland). The BNP therefore achieved an overall vote, in the seats actually contested, closer to 3.5%, and better in real terms than UKIP, which contested 558 seats]

Apathy rules

The same is true in the other most longstanding “democratic” nation of the Anglosphere (if it is a nation now), the UK.

In the UK 2019 General Election, only two-thirds (67.3%) of those registered to vote actually voted. About 47.5 million were registered to vote, but only 32 million voted. 15 million or so people who might have voted, did not. That beat both the Conservative Party vote (just under 14 million), as well as the Labour Party vote (just over 10 million): https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2019_United_Kingdom_general_election#Full_results

Labour particularly was a victim of apathy. In 2019, almost as many former (2017) Labour voters simply failed to vote as voted for other parties.

The vast swathes of white English and Welsh voters who did not vote Labour did not do so, largely, because of the way in which Corbyn was surrounded both by black MPs (especially by black women) and by those who think that Castroite Cuba, Venezuela etc are success stories.

Many of those voters might have been willing to vote Labour even if the individual candidate was black or brown, but not when the national leadership seemed to be mostly like that. The sub-Marxist or post-Marxist advisers were probably also a factor.

Now, the voters are in a similar position. Neither main “leader” is credible. Boris-idiot is plainly (people now understand) incapable of being a Prime Minister, yet Keir Starmer (a tool of the Jewish lobby, with a Jewish wife and children brought up as Jewish) is unappealing; there again, Starmer is not really opposing Government policy, but supporting most of it!

Why has Labour got to within a few points of the Conservatives in the opinion polls if Starmer and his Israel First clique are not appealing to the voters? Simple: just look at Boris-idiot and his Cabinet! Labour is doing sort-of OK by default.

I don’t know who the ghastly old cow was in that clip. A Jewish-looking woman of some sort. Griffin presented his case well.

The zealots who love facemasks, “social distancing”, “lockdowns” etc are the same sort as those who say, whenever something irritating and unnecessary is proposed, “well, if it saves only one life...”, which they sometimes rev up by amending it to “well, if it saves only one child’s life…“. By that measure, of course, cars, for example, should be banned entirely, and thousands of lives saved annually in the UK alone (2,000 in the UK each year, but about 1.35 MILLION worldwide). Why are cars not banned? Because to ban them would be disproportionate.

“Lockdowns” are both disproportionate and crazy. Facemasks are unneccessary and a symbol of tyranny. Wake up, people. This is not the Plague.

Look at the major msm newspapers; not the scribblings of the journalists, but the readers’ comments. In the Daily Mail, one of the most-read of the public prints, opinion is running about 99:1 against the “protesters”/rioters/rabble (in the UK).

My view? A rattle of police machinegun fire (as recommended after WW1 by Dietrich Eckart) in Whitehall would have cleared the “protests” pretty effectively. The same in Bristol.

The vast bulk of the population does not support this extreme black/brown discontent, but it is significant how many traitors lurk in places like newspapers, the BBC, Sky News etc, as well as in Parliament.

This (above) is the Common Purpose police drone I was blogging about yesterday. Typical of the police today. Don’t expect his type to defend the walls of our culture and civilization against the untermenschen. Disgrace.

Ah. This is the waste of space’s Twitter profile:

Supt Andy Bennett @abennett_police I am Superintendent Andy Bennett Neighbourhood and Partnerships and the Bristol Police Commander. I am also the force lead for Hate Crime.

Well, there it is. His tweets from 2018 and 2019 (no recent tweets) are enlightening, by the way…

A few (thousand) people have been tweeting about Superintendent Waste-of-Space:

This is what the waste of space himself said:

Would he mind dropping a line to his London colleagues, in case I want to “make a point” by pulling down the statue of the terrorist, Mandela, and chucking it in the Thames?

The tweets supporting him come mainly from black/brown pressure groups, Jew sociologists and idiots like that overpaid porcine bore, James Corden.

What sort of police force? One riddled with political correctness, Common Purpose infiltration and Zionist backstairs influence. It was Avon and Somerset police who, several years ago, failed to protect photographer Jo Stowell from malicious Jew-Zionist bullies and harassers, all members of the malicious and pro-Israel group called “Campaign Against Antisemitism” [CAA]. The Bristol police even demanded that the victim, Jo Stowell, herself attend a police interview!

Bonnie Greer and Nick Griffin

Saw this from “Auntie Tom”:

Bonnie Greer, an American black woman from Chicago, who has written a few radio plays etc (the sort unknown to most people) was appointed to the boards of the British Museum, the Royal Opera etc. Why? One wonders who decides such matters, and why…

What is really behind it?

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bonnie_Greer

I have no idea, of course, whether there really was a “young white guy” who decided not to vote BNP because of the 2009 Question Time ambush and who approached Bonnie Greer in the street. Maybe, maybe not. Still, someone influential must have liked her performance. She got an OBE in the 2010 honours farce.

Cressida Dick? Oh, probably talking to her Jewish friends in the police and from the malicious “Campaign Against Antisemitism”…

Freemasonry in the UK

A few tweets recently seen

The System repression and censorship intensifies. Place your hopes not on the Internet and not on the “democratic” Parliamentary road.

These figures are absolutely stunning. Only about 1,300 people (possibly fewer) in the UK have died purely from “Coronavirus”/”Covid-19“! Not today, not in the past month, but in total!

That is about 1 person out of every 50,000 in the UK population!

The problem is that the masses have been told that XYZ is so (re “the virus”), so that that nonsense is now embedded in the public mind: that the virus is deadly, hugely infectious, and can only be combatted by extreme “lockdown” or shutdown combined with Kafka-esque policies such as not allowing people even to drive in sealed cars or ride motorbikes through the countryside.

Much of what people think about this situation is nonsense backed by drivel, but it has gone way past the intellect, and is now embedded in feeling and will. You see it in the way people swerve around oncomers in supermarkets, trying to leave 5, 6, 7 feet distancing. You see it in the occasional poor rabbits wearing homemade face coverings (I laugh almost openly at them). You see it in the fixed belief that “lockdown” prevents “the virus” being transmitted etc.

Similar nonsense was given out in 1939 as part of the warmongering propaganda. Vast numbers of companion animals were put to death (taken to vets by the “owners” of the animals) in September 1939 for reasons that included “there would be no food for them” (there was: meat not quite OK and marked with dye) or that the Germans would invade and then (for some unknown reason) be cruel to people’s pets. I expect that a Jew was behind much of all that.

Another fixed idea put into the heads of the population by “experts” and “government scientific advisers” in 1939 was that, as soon as war came, the Germans would bomb London and other cities, killing at least 100,000 in the first week!

In reality, there were no civilian casualties in the UK from German bombing in the first week, and scarcely any in the first year. In fact, the usual estimate for British deaths by German bombing during the whole war (1939-1945) is about 60,000 (about a tenth of the German losses from Allied bombing). The main German bombing campaign against British targets was from September 1940 through 1941.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Blitz

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Strategic_bombing_during_World_War_II#Casualties

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Strategic_bombing_during_World_War_II

If you see British newsreel footage from the first year or so of WW2, you note that civilians as well as those in uniform all carry tins with shoulder straps: gasmasks, to protect the wearers from gas attacks that were never envisaged by German forces, and never happened. Yet millions in the UK were convinced that gas would soon attack them; the “experts” and government had told them…

In a sense, now that the Coronavirus has been and almost gone, the arguments about whether “lockdown” (the closure of most of our economy and society) helped to stop the virus spreading, made it worse, or had no effect either way, are almost without point. It happened, and we as a “nation” (supposed nation) are about to find that the result is that the UK is, in colloquial language, well and truly screwed…

The Leadership Principle v. the Attitude of the Prima Donna

Nick Griffin

I suppose that most people reading this will have heard of Nick Griffin, formerly of the British National Party. For the benefit of those who have not, this is what Wikipedia says about him:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nick_Griffin

I have never met Nick Griffin, I have never spoken with him. My view of him is, in a nutshell, that he did very well with the BNP to make a large part of a silk purse out of what was mostly a sow’s ear. He made the BNP at least half-credible (up to 2009). He and Andrew Brons got elected as BNP MEPs. He has courage. He has intelligence, too.

On the more doubtful side, Griffin was naive enough to think that he had been invited onto BBC Question Time because the BNP had all but broken through into the magic circle of “major parties” and was being treated as such; instead, he was ambushed and trashed in a totally planned way. All those who took part in that ambush are enemies of the people. That finished the BNP.

As to what Griffin writes, I agree with much of it and in particular with much of his recent attack on the corrupted “Alt-Right” and other [what some call] “kosher nationalists”.

Griffin has reposted one or two of my tweets (though I am now expelled from Twitter) and GAB posts. I must have retweeted or reposted a couple of dozen of his.

I think that Griffin is basically right to say that the purely political fight, in the manner of the BNP, UKIP etc in the UK (he says throughout Western Europe) is now not possible. He has a point. Encroaching State/ZOG repression, Jewish Zionist influence and control, the ever-increasing hordes (armies?) of blacks and browns in the urban areas. Still, God works in mysterious ways…

Mark Collett

I had not heard of Mark Collett until this year, or possibly, peripherally, 2017. He once worked with Nick Griffin and was tried –and re-tried– (and acquitted) with him:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mark_Collett

I have read The Fall of Western Man, Collett’s book. I agreed with almost all of it, though I was slightly underwhelmed. I do not think that Adolf Hitler, Alfred Rosenberg or Oswald Spengler have much to worry about.

I have from time to time reposted and (prior to my expulsion) retweeted Collett’s comments online. He, however, has (as far as I know) never reposted any of mine.

Leadership

Nick Griffin led the BNP; Collett led part of the BNP (the “youth wing”) and, obviously, wants to be seen as a nationalist leadership figure generally. Both men do seem to take the view that they must cultivate a slightly aloof persona in order to achieve their purposes. I have no quarrel with that, so long as the attempt does not look silly. At present (again, as far as I know) they are both generals without troops, and the fact that they both have about 35,000 Twitter followers means almost nothing. I myself, not a leader of or even a member of any party or group, had 3,000. I wonder how many of my 3,000 Twitter followers would follow me into battle– or even to a meeting in a pub? Not too many, anyway.

My point is that a political leader must of course have the aura of leadership, of slight mystery, of slight aloofness (as ever, we look to Hitler), but that must be based on the real, not merely or only that which is the result of cultivation.

Kameradschaft

In the past year or two we have seen numerous social nationalists persecuted by Zionist Jewry. I myself was disbarred in 2016, then questioned by the police in 2017, at the instigation of connected packs of Zionist Jews. Others have to date suffered more: satirical singer-songwriter Alison Chabloz; Jez Turner of the London Forum. Turner is right now sitting in Wandsworth Prison and will not be released until Autumn.

I have seen no word of support from either Nick Griffin or Mark Collett for any one of the above-named people.

Leadership demands fealty and loyalty: the leader demands both fealty and loyalty from his troops. However, loyalty works both ways. The leader must give more than he receives. Those who would be first must be the servant of all. The duty of those who would lead social nationalism is to support all social nationalists who remain true.

Afterword

In the short time (about 5 hours) since the above was published, I have been made aware that in fact both Mark Collett and Nick Griffin have expressed support (on Twitter and GAB) on at least two occasions for Alison Chabloz, though not (as far as I know, to date) for Jez Turner. Anyone knowing differently is welcome to comment in the Comments section below.

The Slide of the English Bar and UK Society Continues and Accelerates

[Addendum and Update, 5 September 2021: since I blogged in relation to my disbarment etc, there have been developments, some of which are covered in the updates at the foot of the original blog. However, two other important changes have been that, firstly, the Bar Standards Board wrote to me a couple of years ago, explaining that I should never have been “tried” by a 5-person Tribunal (the only type that has the power to disbar), but only by a 3-person Tribunal (which can only impose lesser penalties). The BSB offered me the chance to have my case reheard. In that event, whatever happened, I should be reinstated as a barrister.

I decided at the time not to reopen the matter. My decision was partly a gesture of contempt towards the System and the Jew-Zionist lobby that procured the “prosecution”, “trial”, and eventual disbarment. Also, as someone over 60, I had no practical use for my “Barrister” status.

The second development, arising out of one of the more recent parts of the Henry Hendron case, is that, as an “unregistered” barrister (since 2008), I should never have been “prosecuted” at all, because the relevant parts of the Bar Code of Conduct would not have applied to me on the facts. I did, I believe, make that point in early correspondence with the BSB in the 2014-2016 period.

In other words, my 2016 disbarment was not only wrongful, but actually unlawful].

[Original blog article from 9 July 2017]

When I started to blog, I intended to write about things of general or objective importance. I intended to avoid the personal and subjective. Above all, I wished to avoid mixing the objective and the subjective. However, I think that some of my personal reminiscences and thoughts might be of interest to others. I also consider that objective conclusions can be drawn about UK society from some of my experiences.

Many of those who are reading this will be aware that I was disbarred in late 2016. That happened after a group of Jew-Zionists calling themselves “UK Lawyers for Israel” (some of whom, probably many, also belong to the so-called “Campaign Against Anti-Semitism”) made official complaint (in 2014) about a number (at first, several dozen) of tweets which I had posted on Twitter. Eventually, the number of tweets comprising the subject-matter of the charge was reduced to seven. Seven (7) tweets (reduced to 5 at Tribunal) out of, at the time, at least 150,000.

Now, though I may blog in detail about the manifold injustices around my own case at a later date, my purpose today is to compare the overall “justice” I received with that meted out to another Bar defaulter recently, in order to illustrate wider points.

Now the bare bones of my own situation were that:

  • I ceased Bar practice in 2008 and last appeared in court in December 2007;
  • I did not hold a Practice Certificate after 2008;
  • I joined Twitter in 2010 and started to tweet in 2011 or 2012;
  • My Twitter profile and picture never made any reference to my being or having been a barrister (whether practising, non-practising or employed);
  • Only a tiny handful of the 155,000-200,000 tweets I had posted made any mention of the fact that I had, years before, been a practising barrister; none of the supposedly “offensive” tweets did so;
  • The tweets I posted (whether complained of or not) were all posted as part of my “personal or private life”, I having had no professional life after 2008 anyway.

It should be said (without getting too technical) that the Bar Code of Conduct was once a slim volume but has expanded into a fairly lengthy and complex code. Suffice to say that the now-usual “race and religion”, “diversity” etc stuff is now included (and I think that we can be sure what kind of persons drafted those clauses…).

In the past, a barrister’s private life was not justiciable under the Code except in a few carefully-drawn exceptions, the main one being where a barrister had been convicted of a (serious) criminal offence (parking, speeding etc excluded). The new Code, in force for a number of years, kept those boundaries but, crucially, made them advisory only, taking away the cast-iron defence that whatever was complained of had been done in the course of the barrister’s personal or private life.

At the same time, the old and sensible distinction between barristers who are in practice, or who are employed as barristers, as against those not practising, or not employed as barristers, was removed in relation to “Core Duty 5”, i.e. in effect “bringing the Bar into disrepute”.

In short, I was, in effect, “bringing the Bar into disrepute”, or so decided a Bar Tribunal panel of 5 chaired by a retired Circuit judge, when (6+ years AFTER having given up Bar practice) I tweeted the seven *reduced at Tribunal to five) “offensive” tweets (on my Twitter account that made no mention in its profile etc that I had ever been a barrister).

I should say that the presiding judge made the point in his summation and sentencing that I had had an unblemished record at the Bar throughout the years since I was Called in 1991.

Other barristers had and have Twitter accounts. Some post obscene comments, such as the “lady” QC whose every sentence contained a swear word. Many have pictures of themselves in wig and gown, or advertise their practices via website links etc (which is now OK but would have been a serious Bar offence only 20 years or so ago). None of those who have used obscene language etc (including telling people to “fuck off” etc) has ever been hauled before a Bar Tribunal, despite their proclaiming their professional status, despite having photos of themselves in Bar clothing in some cases, despite their being in practice at the Bar and talking about it and the law constantly. The presiding judge at my 5-person Tribunal called my case “unprecedented”.

There are so many examples today of barristers doing things which would have meant disbarment decades ago but which are now laughed at and even applauded. We see, for example, the Jewish barrister known to the public as “Judge Rinder” (not in fact any kind of judge) on TV, the show aping that of (also Jewish) “Judge Judy” in the USA. The barrister who plays the role of “Judge Rinder” is acting entirely within the ambit of what is now tolerated by the Bar regulators, but one could not imagine such a show on TV in, say, 1967 or even 1987.

That is even leaving aside the vulgar advertizing and self-promotion undertaken by members of the Bar in practice. That was not permitted until the 1990s. The following example of a Bar defaulter was also one of the most shameless self-promoters.

Now let us look at how the Bar treated so-called “celebrity barrister” Henry Hendron, who, despite being a horrible little bastard –from what I have heard on radio and read in newspapers (I have never met him, admittedly)–, was treated very leniently by the Bar Tribunal, certainly as contrasted with my case.

Hendron supplied so-called “chemsex” drugs, apparently used in gay orgies, to his 18-y-o foreign boyfriend, who died as a result.

http://metro.co.uk/2016/05/09/celebrity-barrister-sentenced-after-supplying-drugs-that-killed-teen-boyfriend-5870206/http://metro.co.uk/2016/05/09/celebrity-barrister-sentenced-after-supplying-drugs-that-killed-teen-boyfriend-5870206/

Hendron was ALSO found guilty, on his own admission, of failing to administer properly his chambers (which he headed as Head of Chambers) and in respect of that was fined £2,000, a trivial sum for someone who made hundreds of thousands of pounds in a year.

https://www.barstandardsboard.org.uk/media-centre/press-releases-and-news/barrister-henry-hendron-suspended-for-three-years-following-criminal-convictions-for-supplying-illegal-drugs/

So the Bar Standards Board and a Bar Tribunal think that a barrister and indeed head of chambers who was convicted at the Central Criminal Court of supplying illegal drugs for immoral purposes, and that supply having resulted in death (within the Temple itself at that!) AND failing to run his chambers properly should get suspended from practice for three years (in fact only two, because time was ruled to run from 2016!) and get a modest fine, whereas I, “found guilty” of having tweeted five (reduced at hearing from seven charged) supposedly “offensive” tweets about Jews, and not a practising or employed barrister at all, had to be disbarred! You really could not make it up.

This is what the Bar Standards Board official , Sara Jagger, Director of Professional Conduct, said about the Hendron case:

“A conviction for supplying illegal drugs is a serious matter. In this case, it had tragic consequences. Mr Hendron failed to meet one of the core duties of a barrister, which is to uphold public trust and confidence. The suspension imposed by the tribunal reflects this.”

This is what the same woman said about my case:

“The use of such offensive language is incompatible with the standards expected of barristers. The Tribunal rightly found that such behaviour diminishes the trust and confidence the public places in the profession and the decision to disbar Mr Millard reflects this.”

The Board’s press statement (still on its website today) also repeated the lie that my Twitter account “made it clear that” I was a barrister. An out and out lie.

Who, I wonder, would the public think less properly able to reflect the standards expected of a barrister? A snivelling, drug-taking degenerate, convicted of illegal drug supply resulting in death, and who also ran his chambers improperly, OR someone who, as part of his non-professional life and indeed post-professional life, posted seven supposedly “offensive” tweets (taking them as described by the Bar Tribunal)?

You decide.

Postscriptum: The BBC Radio 4 “PM” programme interviewed Henry Hendron in a very sympathetic way recently; the popular Press handled the story with a relatively light touch. Contrast that with the day or three of msm storm around my case last year! We can see the way society is going: downhill, fast.

Update, 26 January 2019

Now he is or has been selling “legal packages”! Perhaps he could set up a stall or barrow in one of the London street markets? Is the Bar Standards Board OK with this? Is the Bar itself OK with this?! I begin to think that the whole bloody system should be chucked into the mire…

https://www.legalcheek.com/2018/05/suspended-chemsex-barrister-sells-4000-legal-advice-for-life-on-facebook/

And what is one to make of this? He now intends to sail around the world! Hello sailor! He even has the cheek to solicit donations from the public! As for his hypocrisy, in pretending to be a “victim” of “unequal justice” when he has been treated so incredibly leniently compared to me (read the blog article, above!), words fail me…(his crowdfunding page from August 2018 raised….just £40. Seems that the public are not so stupid after all). [Update, June 2019: Hendron has now deleted all his blog posts about sailing around the world with a bumboy etc and seems to be intending to use his website to flog more “legal services”]

https://henryhendron.com/

According to the blog below, he set off in August 2018, not knowing how to sail, and had to be rescued by the Coastguard the same day…then set off again a day later…The blog writer wants him to give up his “suicidal” journey. Seems that Hendron has one friend, anyway. [see above update, however]

https://www.russelldawkinsbackontrack.co.uk/my-mates/

In fact, it seems that he survived at least until 4 September 2018 (see his blog, below). What appals me about it is the poor grammar, spelling, use of English generally. That such a person was not only treated better than me by the Bar “regulators”, but was at the Bar at all, makes me fume (almost literally). Incidentally, and as of September last year, he had managed to get as far round the globe as Yarmouth, Isle of Wight, having started off in…the Isle of Wight or the nearby Hampshire coast.

https://henryhendron.com/author/hhendron/

[see update above]

I have to wonder, looking at his obviously disordered mind and his poor use of the English language, whether there really are mugs stupid enough to want to retain him on any basis. He asks for £600 an hour. Apparently, in the past his services were utilized by Nadine Dorries MP! Comedy gold.

Ah, seems that Hendron is no longer sailing around the world, unless his navigation is up the creek (literally)…he’s in Romania! https://twitter.com/henryhendron/status/1079764170…

[again, please refer to update, above]

or was, as of New Year’s Eve. Listening to him, I have to admit that I start to feel sorry for him, so pathetic is he. Compassion is my weakness, often.

A Few Stray Bits of News

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-4618544/Celebrity-barrister-fighting-sibling-court.html

a dissatisfied client of Hendron having his or her say…

Update, 15 March 2019

Now he is on Question Time! (ironically, I agree with most of what he is saying!)

Update, 10 May 2019

Just noticed this (see below). Made me laugh that a young (?) lady calling herself @pussycatt1984 tweeted that she wanted to have the babies of “pink jumper man”. She might be disappointed…

https://www.legalcheek.com/2019/03/drug-suspension-barrister-goes-viral-after-pro-brexit-rant-on-bbc-question-time/

Update, 21 July 2019

The online legal news site, Legal Cheek, reports on Henry Hendron’s return to Bar practice, presumably operating from home or his boat (if he still has it):

https://www.legalcheek.com/2019/06/henry-hendron-returns-to-practice-three-years-after-drug-conviction/#.XQZ78yEYw-k.twitter

Another barrister does not sound very thrilled at the news (or at Hendron being described in a “newspaper” as “QC”!)…

Quite. Rather a shame, though, that Cherrett apparently does not know the difference between “practise” (as in “to practise”) and “practice” (as in “his practice is criminal”). Still, I suppose that one could be broadminded or charitable and say that, in the USA, the words are reversed…I should not want to be too much of what some call “a grammar nazi”…Oh, fuck it! Why not?! I am sick and tired of semi-educated or narrowly-educated people at the Bar (especially..) and elsewhere in good positions in this sliding country! The Bar, journalism, msm generally, Westminster.

In fact, reverting to Hendron, I was just reading a few of his recent tweets. He is at least not too bad from the political point of view:

and he seems to be an animal lover, so not all bad in that respect either, having retweeted this:

Update, 30 July 2019

Seems that Hendron has yet again been suspended from Bar practice, though only for 3 months:

https://www.lawgazette.co.uk/news/chemsex-barrister-suspended-again-by-tribunal/5071174.article

https://www.legalcheek.com/2019/07/henry-hendron-suspended-again/

https://www.barstandardsboard.org.uk/media-centre/press-releases-and-news/barrister-henry-hendron-ordered-to-be-suspended-from-practice/

So Hendron

  • supplied illegal drugs to his foreign teenage boyfriend;
  • as a result of which the boy died;
  • at a “chemsex” orgy held
  • within the precincts of the Temple in London;
  • as a result of which Hedron and others were convicted and sentenced
  • at the Old Bailey

and

  • also found guilty at Bar Disciplinary Tribunal of failing to run his Chambers (of which he was Head) properly

and now also has been found guilty by a BDT of

  • failing to pay a lay client monies
  • despite having been ordered to by the Legal Ombudsman

but instead of being disbarred, has once again been only suspended. He must really have some good contacts in the Bar establishment! Or does he “know too much”?

Still, he only did what is chronicled above (oh, and sold so-called “legal packages” to the public from a metaphorical barrow), all of which have been in the newspapers. It is not as if Hendron did something really bad, like tweeting a few critical remarks about Jews…

I was looking at a few of Hendron’s tweets from 2016 and 2017. Only semi-literate. Does he claim to have dyslexia or something? No wonder that the Bar has lost most of the prestige it had half a century ago. It is just a multikulti dustbin now.

Update, 2 September 2019

Jew-Zionist hypocrite Simon Myerson Q.C. belongs to both main organizations that have persecuted me, “UK Lawyers for Israel” and “Campaign Against Anti-Semitism” [“CAA”]. Now he is playing the Jewish “victim” because others are trying to get him disbarred for his tweets etc…Ha ha! What goes around comes around.

It must be yet another case of “anti-Semitism”!…Another Jew hypocrite. Myerson was one of those who conspired to have me expelled from the Bar, and he has been both snooping on me and trolling me on Twitter for a decade.

Ha ha!

Update, 25 October 2019

“They” are still mentioning me online, really getting “full value”…

Update, 5 January 2021

Henry Hendron wins appeal against second suspension

Mr Justice Fordham wrote: “[T]he BSB’s position is that a barrister whose practising certificate has been suspended is not a ‘BSB regulated person’”, adding that “I have heard no argument and seen no analysis to the contrary.

The judge praised the BSB and its barrister, Zoe Gannon, for telling him about the “suspended-barrister problem” even though it cost them the case. Hendron himself “had not identified it or relied on it in his grounds of appeal”.

Hendron himself had not identified it…“, Well, it is well known that “a lawyer who represents himself has a fool for a client“. I would not want his barrister to represent me, though! Semi-literate, and unable to identify legal issues, as well as morally suspect in various ways.

I should remind myself and my blog readers that the purpose here is not to attack Hendron but to show up the Bar itself, and to highlight the injustice to which I was subject.

I saw a few tweets from Hendron:

The “Crime Bar“?! As I said, semi-literate…

More?

I don’t care if he does claim “dyslexia”; if so, he should never have become a barrister.

As for this, what is one to make of it?

Your“? (Should be “you’re” or “you are“, of course). Calls his chambers his “office”, and seems to be in a position to pay someone up to £60,000 p.a.! Not sure that I believe a word that he says, though.

An older tweet, from 2011:

The Petersham Hotel? All human life must have been there! I certainly have been, though in the 1980s. “SS Headquarters Normandie”, as my friends and I used to call it! https://www.petershamhotel.co.uk/. Used to be a good place for a quiet drink.

Update, 3 February 2021

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-9220171/Barrister-40-tells-misconduct-hearing-charges-against-rubbish.html

Looks like Hendron has finally run out of road. Not that I was ever personally hostile to him; I have never met him, and indeed only heard of him after the scandal involving his “drugs and sex” activities came to light in the Press a few years ago. My aim in the blog was to compare his very lenient treatment by the Bar with the totalitarian repression that bore down on me because I said (on Twitter) a few supposedly “offensive” things about Jews.

Update, 16 May 2021

Lest anyone think that the Hendron matters have been the only ones where leniency has been egregrious as compared to my own case, take a look at this report from 2019: https://www.legalcheek.com/2019/12/controversial-barrister-suspended-for-two-years-over-obscene-tweets/.

“Controversial barrister” merely “suspended” for 2 years. In my case, I tweeted general socio-political comments in 5 specified tweets. Contrary to the lying statement put out by the BSB, I did not “identify” myself in any of them, nor on my Twitter profile, as a barrister. My tweets were not “addressed” to any particular person, either. Sentence? Disbarment.

“Controversial barrister” Barbara Hewson? Merely suspended for 2 years:

“A controversial barrister has been suspended for two years for “obscene” and “abusive” language on social media” [Legal Cheek magazine]

“Her social media activity has drawn attention for many years. In 2015, Legal Cheek reported several examples of tweets sent from Hewson’s Twitter account telling people to “grow up you cunt” and “get off my tits, you cunts”.” [Legal Cheek magazine]

“[Sarah] Phillimore has said that Hewson’s past behaviour included telling her “fuck off” and calling her a “nasty C**t” and “continually making references to my daughter when she knows full well that her tweets are ‘liked’ and ‘retweeted’ by at least one convicted and unrepentant paedophile”.” [Legal Cheek magazine]

In fact, the sentence was reduced later to suspension for 1 year, because Ms. Hewson was suffering from terminal cancer, and died of it in 2020 [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Barbara_Hewson]. That does not vitiate my point about the earlier leniency.

The difference between my case and hers (apart from the fact that I did not address comments to any named individual, posted only 5 tweets complained of at Tribunal, did not post anything obscene or threatening, and did not identify myself in those tweets or on my Twitter profile as a barrister)? Jews. I mentioned Jews and their behaviour etc; Ms. Hewson did not.

Any fair-minded observer would surely conclude that Ms. Hewson’s defaults (like those of Henry Hendron) were far worse than mine; indeed, I committed no default anyway, as far as I am concerned.

Pro-Jewish bias meant bias against me.

Update, 28 August 2022

https://www.standard.co.uk/news/crime/barrister-dealing-drugs-henry-hendron-court-nadine-dorries-b1021206.html

A barrister who has represented Culture Secretary Nadine Dorries and Apprentice winner Stella English has been charged with encouraging a client to supply drugs.

Henry Hendron, 41, whose rostrum of well-known past clients also includes the Earl of Cardigan, is facing allegations he bought crystal meth and party drug GBL.”

Please continue to monitor this blog post for further updates…

Update, 8 October 2022

https://www.standard.co.uk/news/crime/barrister-nadine-dorries-woolwich-crown-court-london-dagenham-b1030813.html

A barrister accused of encouraging his client to supply drugs has pleaded not guilty to all charges.

Henry Hendron, who previously represented high-profile figures including the Earl of Cardigan and Nadine Dorries, is alleged to have bought crystal meth and GBL.

The 41-year-old represented himself, and barrister Kerry Broome was prosecuting, as he appeared at Woolwich Crown Court in south-east London on Thursday.

Wearing a grey suit and striped shirt, he pleaded not guilty to all counts.

[Evening Standard].

Update, 14 March 2023

I have no idea what was the result of Hendron’s latest trial; it may have been deferred, as many have been in the past few years.

Whatever the fact of that, I notice that Hendron still has a Bar Practice Certificate, valid until April 2023! See https://www.barstandardsboard.org.uk/barristers-register/28719507B95237D35C7E529721FB5145.html.

Update, 19 March 2023

https://www.mirror.co.uk/news/uk-news/top-barrister-chemsex-death-case-29495008.

As previously noted, Hendron is still being described, risibly, as a “top barrister“! I am blogged more than once about how, for tabloid scribblers, there are only two types of barrister, “top” and “disgraced” (or both?).
