The UK police, many of them, are far more interested in doing fake “communitarian” things than doing their proper job, “proper job” meaning deterring or investigating those old boring crimes such as murder, other offences against the person, crimes of acquisition etc.

Many very silly people think that the Suffragettes [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Suffragette] were justified in their “direct action” programme, a kind of low-level “terrorism”, because without it, women would never have been granted the vote. The only thing about that, though, is that it is not true.

Women all over the world gained the vote in the late 19th and early 20th centuries, almost all without violent protest. Indeed, the Suffragists in the UK were on that same road: see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Women%27s_suffrage.

Well, this week I again managed to beat political journalist John Rentoul. I scored 6/10 as against his self-awarded five and a half. I did not know the answers to questions 3, 6, 7, and 10. Apparently, though, that is only the third or fourth tallest bird.

Very true. So many people are misled by that kind of “Mrs Thatcher housewife’s shopping basket” economics. One would have thought that John Rentoul would know better, or is he just (as in days of Blair) parrotting the “centrist” Labour Party line?

The Shard is an absolutely horrible building, aesthetically. Completely wrong in shape and size for its location.

As a former barrister (wrongfully and unlawfully disbarred in 2016 and not in actual Bar practice since 2008), I have applied a little thought to such questions.

My view is that sentencing has become absurd in the UK. While many defendants are certainly not given sufficient —or any— time in incarceration, despite having been convicted of very unpleasant offences, including crimes of very considerable violence, there is at the same time routine over-sentencing.

Many defendants are sentenced to, say, 5 years (for whatever), when 4 or 3 would be more than adequate (and, in terms of actual punishment, about the same).

At the same time, there are quite a few people incarcerated for no good reason at all, as in the recent free speech case of “Sven Longshanks” (James Allchurch), sentenced to 2.5 years for supposedly “inciting racial hatred” (he was convicted on 10 out of 15 charges). He will be in prison, probably, until 2024. Political “crime” in our “free country” (as was).

I am not going to do an entire study of this one, but take a look at the Wikipedia entry: mixed Indian heritage; failed, at an early stage, to continue with a law degree, despite having been, in part, privately educated; seems to be a lesbian or something similar; “elected” (selected) as MP at age 23; took “several months” off from her MP duties in 2021; “celebrated” the attacks on statues of English historical figures.

If it turns out that the Russian air force or ground forces cannot deal with the increasing influx of sophisticated weapons systems being supplied to the Kiev regime, the end result may be that the Russian leadership will decide to destroy both the bases of those aircraft and also any nearby urban areas.

As previously blogged, it should never have come to this. The invasion should have and could have been essentially over within a week, with Kiev taken, and Zelensky’s cabal eliminated or driven into exile.

Looks like it is in the UK. Human? I say “humanoid”, at best.

What always strikes me about the Israeli police response to any incident is how swift it is. Not one, but several, and often many, police, security agents, soldiers etc are on the scene quickly, usually in seconds, at least in the Old City of Jerusalem or in the central parts of Tel Aviv. Reminiscent of the quick reaction of the militia in Moscow in Soviet times, if there were any sort of public disorder. The Israelis must have huge numbers of police personnel.

In a well-known and probably (?) apocryphal saying, Lenin is supposed to have opined that “in order to destroy a nation, first destroy its currency“. I suppose that he could not have foreseen the possibility that a nation’s integrity, credibility, and soul could be destroyed by migration-invasion, an invasion not through feat of arms, but through the moral weakness and/or self-hate of the people of the invaded country itself (whipped up, as usual, by “them”, the “you know who” element). He would not have believed it possible.

I have blogged briefly about that silly “ho”, Clare Moseley, in the past. The USA (and therefore the world) has a problem— a plainly demented President, and the Vice-President a drunken black/Tamil Indian woman.

No government wishing to be re-elected will ignore the largest voting bloc in the country, therefore there will need to be some form of income support for this group. The cost increase is clearly not beyond the realms of manageability under current forecasts.

The poorest pensioners are the ones who are most reliant on the state pension – moving the goalposts is a callous response to a rise in poverty among the elderly. Under IDS’s plans, the elderly will have to work longer in an unforgiving job market typified by low wages and zero-hours contracts. Do we really want to condemn a 70-year-old to in-work poverty? It’s utterly cruel…

Serious government policy in the 21st century should focus on how we ensure everyone from cradle-to-grave shares in the wealth of our nation. A universal basic income, a shorter working week, and the maintenance of the triple lock system: these are the policies of tomorrow.“

If implemented, a plan such as that suggested by Iain Duncan Smith, under present circumstances, would mean that people 65-75, i.e. at the age where most people now are receiving State pensions, and who are often managing long-term health problems, would be made subject to the ridiculous and shambolic, yet extremely repressive DWP regime started under Labour after 2005 and then made far harsher by “Dunce” Duncan Smith (his real name is plain “Smith”) after 2010.

I do not understand how Smith has lasted this long politically, being terminally thick, having falsified his CV several times, and having cost the State huge amounts via his half-baked programmes. That is not even taking into account his own outright frauds in respect of his MP expenses. Hundreds of thousands of pounds. I also do not understand how he has survived generally. He must be well-guarded.

That last in fact is a major reason why things are as they are in the UK: instead of MPs and ministers being afraid of the people, the poor British people are afraid of the cruel, corrupt, and freeloading MPs and ministers.

Something has to be done about the state of the UK. That much is becoming obvious to almost everyone. That, however, just begs the question, in a political milieu where the main System parties are very similar in policy terms.

She is, in a sense, correct here too, sadly. Except that she wants the UK to become non-white (like her), and I (of course) do not.

The non-European, non-white population is exploding. Their birth rate is far higher than that of (real) British people, and of course there is the continuing migration invasion, not only via small boats crossing the Channel but also via so-called “legal” immigration. All in all, over 700,000 in the past year alone.

It is more important to eliminate Zionism in the UK, France, and USA (etc) than to oppose it in the Middle East.

For me, socialism effectively died in 1989 (I tend not to use the poorly-defined “Left/Right” descriptors). Look at a mild version of socialism, that of the Labour Party in the UK. It veered between socialism and social-democracy in the 1956-1989 period, then chucked out its socialist elements during the 1990s, under Blair.

Look at Labour now. It is very very obvious that Jewish-lobby puppet Starmer will do nothing radical to help the poorer part of the society, but will try, so to speak, “to run the workhouses better”, and no more.

Ironically, Labour might have recovered some old-style socialism under Corbyn, had he stayed on, but of course the Jewish lobby finished off Corbyn and anyone supportive of him in Labour. Most of them have been expelled or stamped on hard enough to shut them up.

Labour’s “offer” to the voting public amounts to a possibly more efficient (maybe not even that) version of what the Conservative Party has been doing for 13 years.

Labour is doing well in the opinion polls by default, purely because the “Conservative” misgovernment is so bloody awful.

Putin has more patience than I would have in the same circumstances.

I find myself turning back to Nietzsche, particularly Also Sprach Zarathustra, not read for many years.

The nanny state…again.

About 22-23 years ago, I was en route from a social call in Hereford to the South Coast when the police stopped me in Wiltshire in the middle of the night. I had expected to overnight in or near Hereford, but in the end decided to drive through the night, starting after midnight.

I had had a couple of pints of cider during the (hot summer) day, and a couple of pints of Guinness in the evening. I was not intoxicated in the slightest.

The drive back was devoid of traffic. I scarcely saw any other vehicle, though I had to brake urgently when a black deer ran in front of my car before scrambling into woodland on the road that follows the course of the river Wye.

Sometime around 2 in the morning, I crossed an empty roundabout in Wiltshire and, not long after that, I noticed in the rear-view mirror a car a distance behind me. That car, a police vehicle, then blasted my car with bright headlights, so bright that they were shocking. Irresponsible. They then applied their blue lights.

I pulled over, and one of the two police approached. He asked me where I was headed, from where I had come, and why was I out so late. They probably had already checked the car’s registration (it was not my car), and so asked for no licence or insurance details. Just as well. I had a foreign licence at the time, and I find talking/explaining to the police rather boring.

The policeman had a perfunctory look and rummage in the back of the car, and then decided (on my admission that I had had a Guinness) to breathalyze me. Zero reading.

Turned out that a police camera operator had seen me cross that empty roundabout “erratically”. I was probably tired.

Anyway, the policeman was polite and friendly enough and, above all, let me go!

Still, how long before one has to blow into devices even in the car to test both sobriety and wakefulness?

True, sleepiness, like intoxication, can be dangerous to both a driver and to others, but sometimes these State control measures go too far, and destroy all freedom and pleasure in life.

Incidentally, that was both the first and the last time that I was breathalyzed. I rarely have even one drink now if driving (and drink little generally in any case). The only time in my life when I would have been driving actually intoxicated on a regular basis would have been when living in the Caribbean for a while, nearly a quarter-century ago. A few mojitos and a few daiquiris can seriously impair your driving ability…

Leaving “Madame Hatchet” aside, that is quite right, but what is not said in the tweet is that any visionaries are frozen out by the System, and also attacked relentlessly by, mostly, the Jew-Zionist element and its “antifa” “useful idiots”…

Not so sure that the graph does show that, but I cannot think of many people or types of people, who would go out and vote Conservative Party at present, certainly not from active approbation of Conservative Party policy or actual rule. The most the Con Party can hope for is that there are enough people who actively oppose the Labour Party to mitigate the losses.

Even the “stop the migration-invasion” policy (re the cross-Channel invasion) has been proven to be pretty much hot air. The invaders still flood in, aided and abetted by those who could be called many things but “traitor” is closest, albeit in the “non-legal” sense.

It is very doubtful that Starmer-Labour will do any better in any area than the present bunch of idiots but, as a plea to the voters, that is not much to say…

In the well-known words of Marx, “first time— tragedy, second time— farce” and, while it seems wrong to call an event as bloody and terrible as Bakhmut/Artyomovsk “farcical”, one has to compare it to Stalingrad, which at least was genuinely strategic. War is hell, and is often not even logical.

Looking beyond the Bakhmut/Artyomovsk situation, we see that the Kiev regime has a problem of recruitment to its armed forces, made worse by the fact that about 20% of the Ukraine population has fled beyond the borders, and that includes many families with teenage children who will now not be conscripted.

If (I do not know) Russia is recruiting and training new “levies”, then it may be that, after the losses suffered by the Kiev-regime forces recently, the Russian armed forces may be able to advance steadily for the first time in quite a while.

As to arms and ammunition, the NWO/ZOG supplies to the Kiev regime are enormous but possibly (I do not know) inadequate as compared to the usage and/or attritional rate. We shall see.

“This is the bizarre moment police stormed a couple’s pub and seized their golliwog dolls – saying the toys were a suspected ‘hate crime‘.

Benice Ryley, 61, was quizzed by six officers after police received an anonymous complaint about The White Hart Inn in Grays, Essex.

She and husband Chris, 64, who is currently abroad, had displayed their collection of 15 dolls after receiving them as gifts from customers over the years.

On Tuesday, Essex Police raided the pub and confiscated the dolls, saying they were investigating a ‘hate crime’. They also took a book about the history of golliwogs.

Branding the incident a ‘waste of taxpayers’ money’, she continued: ‘When the police officers came, I pointed to the dolls and said they haven’t done anything.

‘The gollies all went quietly – none of them resisted arrest at all. I think the racist people are the ones who complain – it’s their problem, not us.

Mrs Ryley is demanding the dolls are immediately returned and has vowed to put them back behind the bar.

She fumed: ‘It is unreal – we haven’t broken the law and there is no legal stuff that says I can’t display them. It’s just silly.’

A spokesman for Essex Police said: ‘We are investigating an allegation of hate crime in Grays reported to us on 24 February.“

I looked up that weird young or young-ish woman. A failed journalist or, rather, online scribbler, from Canada (what is wrong with Canada?), and who cannot keep her tendentious and ignorant views out of even her Linked-In profile. Sacked a month ago from her most recent job (at “Global News”, which I think is linked loosely to the BBC’s commercial arm).

Probably unemployable as a journalist, looking at her near-hysteria.

One of her other tweets said “You’re supposed to have the right to freedom of opinion. But what if misinformation and disinformation is making that right hard to actually enjoy?” She simply misses the point. “Freedom of opinion” is self-standing. It does not exist simply so that she can “enjoy” it…
