Press standards, and a few other thoughts

From a Daily Mirror report, penned by “journalists” Alec Whitaker and Lorraine King:

She “done the books…so he could a tab on his ill-gotten gains“?! Newspapers such as the Daily Mirror may not be great literature but they used to be at least halfway literate. Nowadays, supposed journalists are often seen writing such as “she was stood at the back“! Not only the Mirror, incidentally. The Daily Mail is also terrible. Others too.

Neither is the above sentence, about someone called Tiffany, an isolated mistake. Look at the sub-headline in the same report.

On the wider question, how is it that the defendants got off so lightly? The thug boyfriend got 27 months, so he will be out in a year. As for the “ho”…yes, that’s right...suspended sentence. Who needs a Get Out Of Jail Free Card when you have a couple of young children as an argument in mitigation to put before the sentencing judge?

Finally, the court was told that the amount made by the couple was uncertain. Maybe so, but they owned a Range-Rover (albeit a decade old).

If the State, if society, is unwilling to really repress drug dealers and users, it will never solve the problem…

In the meantime, at least Alison has now already served (as of tomorrow,14 April 2021) 2 full weeks of what is effectively, or in real terms, a 7-8 week sentence.

Straw in the wind?

I was at, inter alia, a filling station today. As I went into the kiosk to pay, a lady was just coming out. I noticed that she was unmasked, though had pulled up her loose woollen jumper in a ludicrous gesture to the Covid toytown police state regime; yet the mere fact that she had no facemask muzzle on made my heart leap. Freedom!

More seriously, few really have much (if any) fear of “the virus” now (for good reason) but are complying with the facemask nonsense purely out of conformism and convenience. The whole nonsense of the “panicdemic” is ebbing away, not before time.

A similar example might be the fairly useless and certainly hypocritical utterances of Laurence Fox, the “Free Speech Union” etc. While they are (like Breitbart, Prison Planet Watson, UKIP, Brexit Party, Farage etc) “controlled opposition”, the utterances of those people and groups do start to awaken some people, if not “radicalize” them directly.

I, who once lived in London (mostly Little Venice, but also several other areas from time to time), now have not even visited the capital for over 4 years, and have not followed the contest for the position of Mayor in detail.

I imagine that Khan, though useless and unpleasant, will probably win; the “Conservative” candidate, Shaun Bailey, has never done anything but be a kind of “Uncle Tom” for various parts of the Conservative Party etc, except to run a “charity” which accomplished nothing, and which suffered from financial “irregularities” (though Bailey was never actually charged with anything). Purge of internet radio stations

There seems to be ongoing, and now intensifying, a purge of dissident “radio stations” on the Internet. The noisy “Campaign Against Antisemitism” fake charity yesterday announced that, at its instigation, Devon and Cornwall Police and CPS had charged someone from Cornwall under the Public Order Act 1986.

I was informed by a blog commentator that a former BBC employee who now runs his own “radio station” online from Nottinghamshire, has also been harassed by the police.

We have seen how others who run, or even just talk on, Internet “radio” podcasts are being subjected to similar treatment. Alison Chabloz is on trial, on a similar basis, next week (30-31 March 2021). Good luck and victory to her!

Britain’s toytown police state is gradually developing into a real one, aided by the weaponization of “the virus”, a supine Bar, malleable or complicit judges, conniving mass media, and a non-existent Parliamentary Opposition.

The “average Joe” still has no idea that what we are seeing in the UK is effectively the extirpation of what have passed as “democracy”, most civil rights etc, and all —supposedly— because of a virus that, worldwide, has killed about one person in every 4,000 people.

The persecuted satirist and singer-songwriter, Alison Chabloz, will be in court tomorrow on first appearance in respect of a charge under Public Order Act 1986. From what little I have heard, it sounds like a nonsense charge, but I await developments. In the meantime, I wish her well.

Alison Chabloz also awaits trial, set down for 2 days (30-31 March 2021) on a charge under the notorious bad law of the Communications Act 2003, s.127.

Tomorrow’s hearing, and also that trial at the end of the month, will be at Westminster Magistrates’ Court, Marylebone Road, London.

What is the phrase? Something like “a waste of oxygen“… We Europeans, especially perhaps we British, are in general and by nature more compassionate than Africans, North Africans, Orientals, Muslims generally, but that does mean that, sometimes, the unworthy benefit.

The truth of that was made manifest in the survival of decency and culture within families even in the terrible milieu of Jewish Bolshevism, and later Stalinism, in the Soviet Union of the 1920s, 1930s, 1940s,1950s, and on to the collapse of socialism around 1989. I suppose that the worst time for secrecy plus denunciation was the 1930s, especially the Yezhovshchina of 1937-1939, and then the late 1940s.

In fact, the “Conservative” government “child spies” campaign or proposal is merely the logical consequence of what has gone before (in recent years); it is a continuation of what already exists.

In and after 2010, we saw part-Jew Chancellor of the Exchequer, George Osborne, call upon curtain-twitching pleb-Cons to “report” their neighbours who were unemployed and/or disabled, and who might be sleeping late rather than hurrying and scurrying to “seek work” (often unobtainable anyway) in the (((finance-capitalist))) economy.

For years we have seen the authorities demand that neighbours, families, churches, mosques, schoolteachers, even Church of England priests (if there are any left who are not arse-faced lesbians), report or denounce their own families, and friends, acquaintainces, pupils, parishioners etc; not only for “terrorism”, by the way, but also for supporting animal welfare, for opposing mass immigration (migration-invasion) etc. The government even established “Morozovist” organizations, such as “Prevent” and “Channel”, in order to facilitate it all.

Over the years, we have seen the users of Twitter etc delight in “reporting” “wrong thinking” and “wrong speaking” people to Twitter, or to police, or to others who might punish the dissident. Employers, academic institutions etc. As always, the Jewish element was in the forefront in “reporting” people, though others joined in, particularly the “antifa” idiot-crowd, and the allied self-describing “Left”.

Now this.

I wonder whether Jewish lobby puppet Keir Starmer will go along (yet again) with what this government is going and proposing?

The real agenda lies behind the supposed reasons for the “reporting” campaigns; to create a serf or slave society somewhere down the line.

A now-deceased friend of mine, acquainted with both Mosley and his wife Diana in the 1950s, always said that Mosley’s mistake was to accentuate the “Man of Action” and military aspect of his character (genuine though that was: WW1 officer of both the Army and the Royal Flying Corps; wounded in action), while playing down his more intellectual side (which my friend thought reflected his overall character more, though in the late 1950s Mosley was, of course, over 60).

UK quarantine

Unless the Government simply props up airlines and travel companies (pointlessly), they are finished. Who on Earth will book a foreign holiday from the UK when that tourist (and family, if any) will now quite likely have to spend 10-14 days quarantined in a guarded hotel, and even have to pay for their own incarceration?! Forget it.

In fact, the country where the tourist is booked may also impose some such requirement, and at short notice…

In short, the travel and tourism sector, both domestic and overseas, is totally screwed, as are its huge number of employees.

Incidentally, the whole travel and tourism sector in the UK employs a total of 3.8 million people, about 11% of the entire UK workforce.

Indian “clever boy” Rishi Sunak is indulging in what might be called fantasy economics. Very true. Recently, in the evening, I drove out of the nearby Waitrose store, about a mile or two from my humble home, and a woman crossed the road from the far pavement, riding a pushbike, and almost right in front of me. Dark clothing, and not a light showing on her bicycle; and no reflective strips on bicycle or clothing. When I overtook her and looked in the rear view mirror, she and her bicycle were almost invisible even at that short distance, despite some street lighting. Had I hit her, no doubt I would have been exonerated, but only after the nuisance and inconvenience of having to explain myself to the police.

The problem that literate, erudite System journalists such as Peter Hitchens have is that they think that this is a “debate”, and not a war…

There is an international conspiracy in existence. The Great Reset. The Great Replacement. White Genocide. NWO. ZOG. The censorship which is now pervasive and gathering pace is just part of that conspiracy.

Writing letters to corrupt MPs, tweeting, blogging too, while certainly necessary, will change little.

I have beaten Rentoul almost every week for months, since I started to follow his Saturday quiz attempts from the i newspaper. We have tied once, or maybe twice. I think that he beat my score once, a week or two ago.

I am trying to get this important information out to as many people as I can before the System, possibly using the Jewish lobby or part of it, prevents me from being able to post the truth. There is that danger.

True, my blog only reaches a relatively small number of people (I do not believe that I have ever had 1,000 hits in a single day, and the norm is less than half of that number), but not many other bloggers (if any) are posting some of the stuff I write. I —and my blog— are certainly targets.

Readers of this blog can help by sending my articles and diary pages to others, or linking to this blog in whatever those readers themselves write.

Talking about this blog and its readership numbers, I started writing this blog in late 2016, so have now had 4 full years of operation. 2020 was by far the best year in terms of numbers of visitors and numbers of hits.

The number of both visitors and hits in 2020 was more than double the number of visitors and hits in 2019.

In 2020, the number of hits was 8-9 times the numbers achieved in both 2017 and 2018 (which years resulted in similar numbers of hits).

As for the number of visitors, the number in 2020, while over double that of 2019, was around 6 times that of both 2017 and 2018.

The upshot (no pun intended) is that an employed barrister who took “upskirt” photos of a woman on the Underground was not disbarred, though he was suspended for six months.

In December 2007, I made my last appearance as a barrister in court, a three-day construction case at Central London County Court, situated in elegant Park Crescent, near Regent’s Park.

The case should never have been allowed to proceed by the (Indian) solicitors involved. I was asked to take on the case at very short notice. I saw the brief on a Saturday, to appear 1-2 days later on Monday morning!

The judge was a bad-tempered man called Collins (I may be wrong but think that he was later elevated to the High Court bench if that was the same Collins (not sure). He was scathing about my clients’ case (quite rightly, it must be admitted, but he might have been a little more polite about it).

Well, now I see that the courtroom where a judge ranted, and where Millard tried to be Devil’s Advocate, is now part of one of a number of luxury residencies carved out of that building (“From £4M“). The intensifying censorship across the Western world, including Internet censorship and (((control))), makes such communities even more essential. It has been seen that even relatively mainstream commentators and publicists are now often “deplatformed” either by State action or (more commonly) by the biased staff of major online platforms: Twitter, Facebook, YouTube etc. The Jewish or Jew-Zionist element is behind much of it, but the “antifa” type of “useful idiot” is often involved as well.

The time may come when open dissidence online is all but banned. Even now, particularly known individuals are barred from exercizing their civil right to dissent and comment online, via Jewish-instigated “lawfare”. Alison Chabloz, the satirical singer-songwriter (whose latest trial is set down for 17 December 2020) has been subject (whether lawfully or not— an open question) to police and court-ordered bail conditions for nearly a year now, which conditions have included a general ban on Internet posting!

The need for real, offline, social-national community has never been more pressing.

Nuremberg Laws

We hear much about the supposedly terrible German “Nuremberg Laws” of the mid-1930s, but in fact they were defensive in nature, aiming at protection of the German people from exploitation, and also aiming at the protection of the future of the German people.

One sees nonsense constantly from those who believe that the Nuremberg Laws meant that Jews were all rounded up, arrested, sent to labour camps etc.

As a matter of fact, the legal definition of “Jewish” was, if anything, rather moderate:

As can be seen from that table, even persons who were half-Jewish, i.e. with one Jewish parent, were usually permitted full citizenship rights.

Jews were eventually prohibited from becoming members of certain occupations, such as politicians, journalists, lawyers, judges. That reversed what had been the position under the 1918-1933 Weimar Republic (and what is or is fast-becoming the situation in the UK of 2020), when Jews almost monopolized some occupations.

Few people today know that the more extreme manifestations of “antisemitic” law, such as forcing Jews to wear identifying yellow stars (surely unnecessary in most cases?), only came into force under the pressure of war, and (surely correctly) noting the Jewish population as a large hostile bloc within Germany during wartime.

The Americans interned all Japanese-Americans (most of whom lived in California and Hawaii) a short time after Pearl Harbor; most lost their homes and valuable possessions.

There is climatic change in parts of the world (eg Australia, now far hotter than it was when I was there for three years as a child, in the late 1960s) but the causation is not really proven, certainly not completely. As for the remedy, if any, that is even less certain.

People talk about the French Resistance, which is and was largely a myth, at least until, as Hitchens says above, compulsory labour service was introduced in late 1942. The young labour evaders started to hide out with the small existing Maquis bands (some of which, if not most, were little more than bandits) in remote countryside.

For once, I agree with Hodges. “Lockdown” or semi-lockdowns and shutdowns are killing Britain economically, socially and in terms of people suffering and dying completely unnecessarily from other, non-“Covid, conditions.

These shutdowns and restrictions are just not sustainable and should never have been implemented, certainly not for longer than a month. Economy trashed, retail sector especially trashed, civil liberties trashed, society as a whole trashed. For what? Because there exists a public health problem which has killed 1 in 1,400 people in the UK? Disproportionate panic measures.

Further to earlier blog posts, it seems that the post date of 17 December may in fact not be the date of trial but merely the date on which some preliminary matters of importance are sorted out. I shall post more details as and when I may have them.

So far, the auguries look good for Alison Chabloz, who continues to struggle for artistic and historical truth.

When “Coronavirus” first was publicized, about February/March 2020, I thought, for a couple of weeks (as did most people) that it really was some kind of existential threat to the British and world population. I dismissed the “it’s a scam” talk as typically American “conspiracy theory” stuff. I soon realized (unlike most people) that “the virus” was neither as prevalent nor as deadly as billed. Now I see that it has been weaponized for use in the “Great Reset”, just like “Black Lives Matter” (etc) and the climate change narrative.

There is some truth in all of those problems, but they have all been deliberately blown up, and hugely, to fool the world.

Mentally-disturbed “antifa” cheerleader, Mike Stuchbery (a sacked one-time temporary teacher who prefers to self-describe as “historian” and “journalist”) gets his facts wrong yet again.

In fact, Alison Chabloz was (wrongly) convicted in Spring 2018, and was made subject to a ban on Internet posting, a ban which was of 1 year duration. That condition expired in Spring 2019. Her appearance in court today (in respect of a podcast from mid-2019) was nothing to do with alleged breach of bail conditions (she was not in fact on bail for anything at the time of the alleged offence, though she is now, in respect of this present alleged offence); her prosecution now is in respect of an alleged breach of Communications Act 2003 s.127, a notoriously badly-drafted and repressive law which is under review at present by the Law Commission.

Looking at Stuchbery’s tweet, and the headline from “Court News UK“, I can only assume that the latter organization is run by Jew-Zionists. The headline is in itself tendentious.

I suppose that Stuchbery [https://ianrobertmillard.org/2019/10/23/a-few-words-about-mike-stuchbery/] simply accepted the misleading report in “Court News“, while adding his own (even less accurate) gloss about “bail conditions”.

In fact, Alison Chabloz was not “hauled back to court” (in the pathetically biased Sun-speak description of Court News) for breach of that suspended sentence, as such. If and only if she is convicted of a further offence, and the court also finds that any offence was convicted within the “operational period” of the suspended sentence as a whole (2 years from early 2018), would it be necessary for the court to consider whether any extra penalty need be handed down.

In fact, the prosecution is a contrivance and nothing more. I doubt whether Alison Chabloz will be convicted of anything.

The latest news is that the (notionally, 1 day) trial of Alison Chabloz, if it proceeds (which I doubt) will not occur until some time in 2021, possibly not until after April 2021. I myself was unaware until today of the fact that pleas (of “guilty” or “not guilty”) have not yet been taken! Also, there are a number of preliminary matters which will be dealt with (perhaps) on 17 December. That will, it seems, not be the date of trial (contrary to the situation as previously thought).

As I have previously suggested, Trump could do one thing which would make a difference at the last minute: free by Presidential pardon all social-national or allied prisoners currently doing time in Federal prisons. Some are serving life sentences.

No-one has the power to stop Trump freeing those prisoners.
