I caught the last 5-10 mins of Radio 4 Today Programme. Some fellow whose voice betrayed his smug certainty of knowing “the truth”…That person managed to get away with several meaningless statements such as “populism is Right Wing” (“rightwing” stopped being a useful descriptor decades if not centuries ago), finishing up with the assertion that “populists” were trying to “latch on to anti-lockdown protests” but that would not help the “populists” because it put them in the same place as “the nutters who think that the virus is caused by 5G“.
Well, I don’t think that many imagine that “the virus” is or was caused by 5G, though there seems to be at least some evidence that 5G has deleterious health effects. After all, the public were told for decades that high-tension power lines caused no health problems. Now?

Moving back to “populism”, I think that it is true that mere populism is usually short-lived, built as it is on the shifting sands of public opinion. Without ideological structure, a populist protest movement is a jellybag and cannot create anything lasting. Naturally, the designation, “Middle Britain”, or as more often seen, “Middle England”, is indefinite. It is harder to say what it includes than to say what it excludes: the very wealthy, what passes for “the aristocracy”, the vast mass of poorly-paid people, the unemployed etc. I suppose, the ethnic minorities too.
A more fruitful enquiry is to ask what kind of movement might capture at least a plurality of hearts and minds.

In the USA, with its vast areas of wilderness and other open land, “prepping” has become a popular topic over past decades: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Survivalism.
On the individual level, and in the UK, what can the individual do, as he or she contemplates the encroaching police state, the massive output of System propaganda (particularly around race-mixing and, now, the “panicdemic”) and other signs that an alien society is being prepared? We have no vast wilderness areas into which to go, unlike preppers in the USA, Canada and elsewhere.
The first thing is to cut as many ties to the System as possible. To cut all is impossible for most UK people, but one can reduce connection to a minimum.
To be an employee on a salary is not good. It puts you in the power of a employer and, in general, System power-hubs: tax authorities etc.
To be a member of a regulated profession, even if self-employed, is also not so good. You are tied-in to a Zionist-control scenario these days.
The best scenario, short of being fortunate enough to already have a sizeable capital (whether through one’s own activity, through inheritance, or via something such as a large Lottery win), is to be self-employed in such a manner as to be free of most System regulation (especially re. one’s views).
What if dependent on small State-provided or other income, such as a pension, or DWP benefits? No difference. Leave the major cities and towns. Relocate, and try to link with persons of similar mind and ideology.
The practical trades are, as Nick Griffin has opined, optimal for cutting System ties: car repair, self-employed building or repair, self-employed garden work, operation of a cafe or restaurant (“virus” restrictions permitting), hair-cutting, smallholding and farming. There are numerous other possibilities. You get the idea, anyway. Most such trades are also portable, able to move location easily enough.
If possible, move away from the large cities, which are doomed. UK people cannot, most of them, relocate to anything akin to “wilderness” or remote countryside, but can get away from places such as London.

It is possible to feed one person, on a vegetarian basis, on a fraction of an acre, though a more realistic acreage is about 1 acre or so. The less veggie-oriented, the more land is required, though chickens can produce about 1 egg every 2 days, and under existing DEFRA rules, persons in the country can keep 20 chickens without having to register with DEFRA.
Try to be off-grid re. electricity and other energy required: heat exchange technology, solar panels (one kind produces warm/hot water, the other produces electricity); if environmental factors etc are in favour, small wind turbines, and hydropower (micro or even pico); also, obviously, wood-burning stoves.
The Internet is key, while it exists. Another good idea, for communication linkage in any future disaster scenario, would be ham radio.
The American Mormons, I believe, try to stockpile up to 2 years’ supplies of basic items. A good idea. Some dried foods (eg white rice), if kept really dry, can be OK for 20 years. Canned goods are safe for years, even decades, though the quality in terms of taste etc may deteriorate after the Best Before date shown on the tin. At any rate, good for years.
Other items can also be stockpiled. We have just seen, in 2020, how quickly loo-paper, soap etc can disappear from sale.
The above need not mean bulk-buying. Just buy a few extra items every time you shop.
Other useful items? For me, the list would include such as candles, tea-lights; handcranked lights, torches [Am. flashlights], and radios; also, solar-powered outside lights. For me, the aim of the above would not be, merely, for isolated individuals and families to survive, but for them to form a web of survival, the kernel of which might become a new society.

To me, the telling point is that the subject of compulsion has been raised at all. I cannot recall any previous time when it has been. As I have previously blogged, the whole idea of topping-up poor pay by means of State benefits is an error, completely wrongheaded. What it means is that employers can pay poverty wages, wages insufficient to live upon, and the employees paid those inadequate monies have to apply for Universal Credit merely to survive on a quite basic level.
Moreover, it means that the employers, and their profits, are being subsidised by the State, meaning by all citizens, including even those receiving State benefits! This is so because even those not paying income tax still pay other taxes: those working full-time (and many working part-time) are paying National Insurance [https://www.gov.uk/national-insurance], which is a tax by any other name; all are also paying VAT on most purchases: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Value-added_tax_in_the_United_Kingdom.
What that all means is, inter alia, that those receiving Universal Credit are actually partly paying for that themselves, because most are paying not only VAT but also National Insurance.
The answer is twofold: firstly, the State should pay a measure of Basic Income to all persons whose income falls below a certain level. How much? Hard to say off the cuff, but about £100 per week seems right, as a minimum.
Secondly, there must be a higher minimum wage set. How high? Again, hard to say exactly, but £10 a hour seems about right.
Enforcement of the minimum wage also needs to be stepped up.
The devil is very much in the detail in such matters, of course. Housing Benefit is another can of worms. It may be that Housing Benefit should be eliminated, and the slack taken up by a much higher Basic Income. Expensive? Yes, but so is the whole “welfare” sector, with its “assessments”, snooping, intricate administration etc; of that, not the least pertains to Housing Benefit.

The various Government measures to mitigate, not the virus but the Government’s own policies in relation to it (“lockdowns”, “tiers”, quarantining, etc) bought off real popular opposition last year. The Government took a leaf from the book of Aneurin Bevan [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aneurin_Bevan], who said that he had bought off opposition from medical doctors to the establishment of the NHS by having “stuffed their mouths with gold” (i.e. allowing senior doctors (“consultants”) to take on private work as well as receiving relatively high NHS pay).
“Furlough” payments ensured that, in 2020, many received effectively the same pay as before, but for no work (“furlough” was capped at 80% of net pay to a maximum of £2,500 p.c.m., but that was close to 100% for most, when the costs of just having a job are factored in: travel, snacks, drinks, clothes etc).
Many others were able to “work from home”, which might have had disadvantages for some but many advantages for others: no travel costs; a saving of (?) 1-5 hours of travel on the day, depending on the commute; the possibility to organize the day to suit the employee; no “boss” people supervizing the employee directly, or able to see what the employee is doing during the working day.
Naturally, the higher-paid working from home would have been, and are, in a better position than the lower-paid: perhaps large detached houses, perhaps also with swimming pools, tennis courts, large gardens in which to relax etc. One could imagine some, working in between swimming, and perhaps drinking Chardonnay ordered online and delivered to the door (I seem to remember that, even nearly 20 years ago, Sainsbury’s would not only deliver my wife’s orders, but actually take the stuff into the kitchen for her).
Also, companies started to demand Government help. Even those run by tax exiles such as Richard Branson. Some help was given.
Not everyone was taken care of by Government largesse. The self-employed, thhose running the smaller and one-man companies etc. The majority of the population, though, was shut up in both senses by Government order and Government money. Even the unemployed (etc) on Universal Credit, got a £20 a week increase.
Now, however, after much to-ing and fro-ing, we find ourselves back in “lockdown”.
Once again, the furlough is extended. Once again, failing businesses are, in some cases, being propped up, smaller airports among them. For how long, though?
Today, we heard that Newquay Airport (which I myself used a few times in the past) will be given money. I do not know whether other airports I used to use, e.g. Exeter and Southampton, are in a similar position.
Let us examine what might happen. Let us say that “the virus”, whether because of natural decline, the vaccine(s), whatever, disappears some time in 2021 from the UK. Air travel will take a long long time to recover, especially if countries are to insist on quarantines and “virus-free” certification. Will UK airports, airlines, ground services etc need or demand propping-up for years? Is that even possible?
We read that the UK Government can borrow money at very low, almost zero, interest at present. Good, but for how long?
We now read that the Government wants to reduce Universal Credit by £20 a week, while chucking those currently on it £500 in cash. There may be a revolt by Conservative MPs, and a possible Government defeat in the coming days.
The argument over UC payments presages coming disputes. No matter how much can currently be borrowed by the UK Government, eventually that will become unsustainable. What then? Already, State benefits paid to the unemployed are at their lowest since 1992 and, according to other calculation, overall benefits were not this low in real terms since the 1960s, which however was a era of, effectively, full employment.
The present government cannot simply, say, raise the State Pension (“Old Age Pension”, as was) entitlement age from 66, where it will be from 2022, to he age of 67, or 68, or 70, not without a massive backlash from voters aged over 65, and they are a half of all Conservative supporters: https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/av/uk-politics-47909281. They are also far more likely to vote.
In other words, if the present government hits the pensioners or those looking at shortly becoming pensioners, it is toast.
The Government is looking at the unemployed and others as targets because they are less significant electorally, though at the same time, 40% of UC claimants are actually not unemployed but are in low-paid work.
Unsurprisingly, Indian “clever boy” Rishi Sunak is not going to introduce a windfall wealth tax. He wants to extract money from the poor or poor-ish, while not dooming his party electorally.
What about demand in the economy? Already low. The poor spend all or almost all of what they have; they have no choice. The rich, given extra money, invest it, often in hedging assets: property, savings accounts, gold etc. It makes sense to give more to the poor and less to the rich (however defined).
Once the various mitigation measures tail off, unemployment —and discontent—– will soar.
One can see storms coming. God grant social-nationalism the way in which to take advantage of them for the good of the people. “For the good of the people is the highest law” [Cicero].
Meanwhile, the USA has concentration camps today, both at Guantanamo and elsewhere, including secret ones. Recently, in the evening, I drove out of the nearby Waitrose store, about a mile or two from my humble home, and a woman crossed the road from the far pavement, riding a pushbike, and almost right in front of me. Dark clothing, and not a light showing on her bicycle; and no reflective strips on bicycle or clothing. When I overtook her and looked in the rear view mirror, she and her bicycle were almost invisible even at that short distance, despite some street lighting. Dyson is but one example of very wealthy persons buying lands in huge quantity in England and also Scotland at present. I myself have noticed how few large estates are on sale for long before being bought. I am sure that it is partly by reason of a drive for security. London is becoming a zoo. I was just reading some American anti-Gates Twitter accounts talking about these issues. One fellow said that he has bought 1 acre and intends to build his own home on it and grow things. Fine, though an acre is very little, but, while that may be straightforward in parts of the USA, in Western Europe there are so many factors etc to overcome. This is the problem not only in relation to the “panicdemic” but also in relation to other issues which scarcely impact on the very wealthy, and only peripherally on the merely very affluent Westminster denizens, whether politicians or msm drones. The latest “lockdown” has shut down society, economy, and politics to an extent never before seen in the UK, as far as I know, together with the same in early/mid 2020. As far as System politics is concerned, there is a clownish but still quite sinister UK Government, its sinister nature not entirely mitigated by its incompetence.
The official Opposition does not really exist, and is simply supporting Government policy (unsurprising in view of the fact that both parties are ZOG/NWO-dominated and that there may be no General Election until 2024), and Parliament itself is only pretending to sit. The Chamber of the House of Commons now only has a token number of MPs present when officially sitting.
The System msm has only one story— “the virus”. Everything else is all but ignored.
Under the surface, though, there is movement. We hear that half a million small and medium-size businesses are going under now or soon. Fools (including highly-paid “expert” fools in the City of London and msm) think that almost all of that hurt can be mitigated by “Government help”. Really? For how long?
In the end, notwithstanding government borrowing, the government of a country only has such financial resources as are the product of its economy. The UK economy has been partly, in fact largely, shut down for much of the past year. Now again, and until a date uncertain in March, April, or even later.
So far, the various “furlough”, no-eviction, and rent holiday measures have softened the blow, but they will not continue indefinitely.
The UK is heading for a massive economic and political crisis. There must arise a social-national movement to lead the way out of all this nonsense.

Nicky Morgan is promoting an Online Harms Bill, whch will cut down even the limited free speech online that still exists. The American Jew mentioned wanted even more strict “regulation”. There was (quelle surprise) no-one speaking up for freedom of expression online, unless is included the presenter.
The presenter asked the killer question, as I remembered it: “what if Twitter or Facebook decide to take down Nicky Morgan’s account, and perhaps decide to retain Vladimir Putin’s? You have no right of appeal anywhere...” Nicky Morgan did not even address that question, which is the most important.
As I have been blogging, speaking and (ironically, before the Jew lobby had me expelled from Twitter in 2018) tweeting for years, the point is that there has been “privatization of public space”.
The huge transnational quasi-monopolies such as Twitter, Facebook, ebay, Amazon, provide the citizen with no rights qua citizen, only worthless contractual rights as “customer”. There is no right of appeal to being expelled, not even in-house (worth a dime), let alone any right of appeal to an outside body such as a tribunal or court.
I suppose that the organized Jewish lobby, and their dupes, think it wonderful that the “far-right” “extremists” (so-called) may soon (as with the present Twitter/Parler/GAB situation) have nowhere to go online. Twitter has been fooling around with followings for years. When I was expelled in 2018, I had 3,000 followers. I suppose that, today, that would probably be about 6,000. In fact, many others told me that they had tried to follow but could not.
