Well, this week brings me 6/10, thus doing slightly better than political journalist John Rentoul. I did not know the answers to questions 3, 5, 7, and 9; a couple of educated guesses paid off this week, if truth be known.
“A Labour MP was lambasted last night over ‘abhorrent’ claims pensioners losing their winter fuel allowance have a ‘choice’ whether to put the heating on.
Newly elected Crawley MP Peter Lamb said anyone who needs the payment to afford heating will still get it as he defended axing the subsidy.
Yet campaigners said millions of pensioners will struggle this winter without the subsidy, which is worth up to £300 on energy bills.
Defending his decision amid criticism it would let ‘old people go cold’, he tweeted: ‘If people choose not to put the heating on after several above-inflation increases in the state pension then that’s their choice.‘
Last night, after being approached by the Mail, Mr Lamb apologised.“
[Daily Mail]
[useless “Labour” drone, Peter Lamb, the very picture of a careerist know-nothing]
We are told that the remedy for useless and nasty little freeloaders of that sort is to “vote them out” in four or five years’ time. Really? Yes, he probably will lose his easy £91,000+ salary and generous expenses (and other income sources) in due course, but do you think that really frightens him and the many others like him?
The bastard did not even have the guts to stand by his remarks; he just caved in when the Daily Mail approached him and told him that he was going to feature in the newspaper.

And Myerson did not have the good grace to apologise even when a judge in the High Court explained to him what he’d done. Myerson is a very strange man. pic.twitter.com/e7C2y8IhUN
At least Myerson was sacked as Recorder (p/t judge) a few months ago. It’s a start at least.
Strange, that quoted tweet by Myerson.
“UK Lawyers for Israel” [“UKLFI”], of which Myerson is or was a member and (if I am not mistaken) office-holder or former office-holder, and the so-called “Campaign Against Antisemitism” [“CAA”], of which Myerson is a member or supporter, have both made contrived and malicious complaints against me, in the case of the “CAA” for over a decade now, arguably starting with one by “UKLFI” that got me disbarred (albeit 8 years after I had ceased active Bar practice): see https://ianrobertmillard.org/2017/07/09/the-slide-of-the-english-bar-and-uk-society-continues-and-accelerates/.

True, but Goodwin fails to mention the most important factor— the gene pool.
The only way to maintain civilization, and to then move it to a higher level, is to build upon a European-race foundation. That can be the basis for a later quantum leap in consciousness, a “super-race” if you like.
Importation of non-European populations destroys the possibility of creating even the early foundation for that. That is why the forces of Evil want race-consciousness and European race itself to be expunged.

I told you why Rishi ‘I don’t want to be a war time PM’ Sunak called the snap Grneral Election. If NATO fires long range missiles out of Ukraine into Russia we will be fully at war, according to President Putin. Just in time to stop the US election in November? pic.twitter.com/mqvVIk0GHq
I have thought for some time, 1-2 years, that we are closer to the edge than most believe. Think back to 1914 and 1939.
Now it seems that Starmer (a complete NWO/ZOG/Israel lobby puppet) is pushing even more than the American hawks for “Ukraine” (the Jewish regime in Kiev) to be able to attack all parts of Russia with long-range missiles. This is akin to Russia or Belarus supplying Cuba with rockets and allowing them to be used on all parts of the USA. Think about it.
I had thought Rudolf Steiner mistaken in answering a woman who asked him, in the early 1920s, whether she might reincarnate with him in the later 20th/21st Century (Steiner died in 1925), that she might, were she willing to walk with him across broken glass in a devastated Europe.
I also thought, up until about 15 years ago, that nuclear war between NATO and the Soviet Union, and then Russia, would never happen, or be allowed to happen.
As things stand, I am seriously wondering how much time our present civilization has left.
If war starts, in a big way, between Russia and the NATO alliance, it may take on a life of its own (literally), and prove hard to stop. It would probably escalate and go nuclear.
Starmer’s double whammy on pensioners: remove the Winter fuel allowance and put energy bills up 9% next month. They see no value in supporting our elderly and the vulnerable when there are plenty of newcomers to replace them. What is our country becoming? pic.twitter.com/iYgdznbRLu
“What is our country becoming?” asks former MP Andrew Bridgen. Read about the Coudenhove-Kalergi Plan, and also read the Protocols of Zion, and that will give you a pretty good general idea.
Starmer is only 2 months or so into a 4-5 year tenure (assuming of course that he and “diversity-hire-on-a-stick” Lammy do not help to precipitate a nuclear war before 2029).

Only the European peoples, improved and elevated, can provide a foundation over time for a quantum leap in human evolution, a “super-race” if you like. Something that will take not even hundreds but thousands of years to come to fruition. It can only come to fruition if there is a suitable European (post-Aryan) base there as the foundation stone.
The Englishman posted British flag on Facebook and British police moved to arrest him for causing "a serious crime of a threatening nature which caused anxiety to anyone”.pic.twitter.com/e3s2rdfi0d
I have tried, in various interactions over the past decade with what now passes for a police force, to explain the law (and what is perfectly lawful and does not require their attention), but most of them have been brainwashed into believing (wrongly) that anything that some stray troublemaker, especially if Jewish, as with the malicious (few) individuals who pretend that they are the “Campaign Against Antisemitism” [“CAA”] says is “offensive” (to the malicious complainant(s) is, ipso facto, both “grossly offensive” and contrary to law. Not so.
Actually, the policeman in that Laurence Fox clip misquoted the Act.
You can see from this https://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/2003/21/section/127 that an offence may be committed if someone sends [such] a message with the purpose of causing needless anxiety to another. Very hard to prove both purpose and needlessness.
The Communications Act 2003, s.127 was recommended for repeal by the Law Commission a couple of years ago but is still in force. I am named in that Report as one of the lay (public) consultees (“lay” despite the fact that I was a barrister until malicious Jew-Zionists procured my wrongful and actually unlawful disbarment in 2016, and despite my still being nominally a member of the Bar of the State of New York).
If Jess Phillips couldn't breathe properly, triage would prioritise her case. Sadly JP seems to have an exaggerated sense of self importance. The fact that a doctor made encouraging conversation with her, as they often do to reassure patients, is being entirely misconstrued.
Jess Phillips was probably made a Parliamentary Under-Secretary [PUS], the lowest rung on the ministerial ladder, because it means that she has to more or less shut up unless supporting the Government line. She gets (on top of her over-£91,000 MP pay, and generous expenses) a further £25,000+ for being a PUS. She loves money and is a huge freeloader and moneygrasper. She will not wish to lose the extra cash.

“I thought that I would be safe and that the police officers would deal with him, but that wasn’t the case.” Shameful failure by the two Met Police officers in this case. No urgency. No care.
Student @zahra_etc was hit in the face with a plate by a male customer whilst working in Nando’s. Instead of arresting the man, Met Police allowed him to leave the scene…
Zahra claims she was initially verbally abused by the man and that she was later attacked by the male customer. Zahra said she alerted one of the officers – a female – who “didn’t seem bothered” about the attack, and told her to speak to her male colleague.
She claimed the male officer “took the man outside”, but then let him go without taking any of his details or taking a statement and without checking the CCTV.
While the male officer was talking to the man, Zahra said the female officer was “laughing and joking” with the woman and playing with the baby.
“I was really disappointed and extremely upset by that,” she said.
Zahra’s attacker has not been caught. Following the assault, she said she had been “discouraged and gaslit into dropping the case”. “I felt alone, like I had no-one to support me in that moment. I felt kind of hopeless, I felt extremely vulnerable.“
Apart from the obvious “two-tier” aspect, how incredibly incompetent those police “officers” seem to have been. Imagine not even taking the attacker’s name and address etc!
Frankly, I think many of our police are so lacking in basic nous that they “couldn’t catch a cold“, in the oft-heard phrase. Never mind. Show them an “anti-Semitic” tweet, or a Facebook post critical of so-called “travellers” (Irish tinkers), and they will be on the case at once, no doubt…
Also, what were the policeman and policewoman doing there together anyway? Sounds as if they prioritized their social (?) life.
The German centre-right has just called for an immediate, blanket ban on all refugees from Syria and Afghanistan and to start deporting criminals from both countries back to their countries of origin.

What puzzles me is that this is not Myerson’s first rodeo when it come to injudicious re-posting of tweets from obvious wing-nuts who don’t understand what they say or do. pic.twitter.com/b26zqnTS08
“Nothing to see here. Just Simon Myerson KC re-posting a total wing-nut who: – says a man facing a terrorism trial is a founder of a terrorist group – comments on facts/evidence likely to be heard at trial – says it’s all excellent news and congratulates the police. Anyone for contempt of court?“
[James Wilson]
Myerson has already been removed from the Bench (he was a Recorder —p/t judge for a relatively brief time) by reason of his intemperate social media posts and (in my opinion) obvious bias. He was unfit to sit in judgment over others. I myself called for his removal, on the blog.
I myself was (wrongfully and unlawfully) disbarred in 2016 because of a mere 5 tweets critical of Jew-Zionist behaviour and influence. Myerson was and is a member of the Jewish group “UK Lawyers for Israel”, which was behind the malicious and politically-motivated complaint against me.

Equivalent to the population of towns such as Truro, or Penzance.
The figure for the whole of 2024 might be as high as 40,000. That of course is only about 5%, maybe less, of the whole migration-invasion this year. All those “fiances”, “spouses”, “tourists” (who then never go home), “work visa entrants”, “legal” asylum-claimers, “family members” etc. A million at least.
This is obviously not going to be stopped or even slowed by Starmer-Labour, so we are heading for national catastrophe.

The Kiev regime just keeps pushing and pushing. Its only hope is for NATO to be dragged into direct conflict with the Russian Federation, and that dreadful possibility is becoming more likely with every passing day.
In other words, the Jew Zelensky wants Russia to flatten Kharkov or even Kiev, so that idiots in the NATO set-up decide to “respond” by attacking Russian forces, or by giving the Kiev regime missiles capable of reaching Moscow or Petersburg, and approving the use of them. Madness.

Sounds as if Clarkson, of whom I have never much liked the look, has mellowed, or at least learned a little.
He might have added (if he knows) that, while well over 4M people voted Reform UK (more than voted for the LibDems, or the Greens), fewer than 7M voted Conservative, and fewer than 10M voted Labour.
Labour, for all its supposed “landslide”, got only two and a half times the number of votes of Reform UK; not even, in fact.
Out of every 20 eligible voters, only 4 voted Labour. Con 3. Reform UK 2. LibDem 2. Green 1. 8 did not bother to vote.
I know that I make the point almost daily, but people must understand that this Starmer-Labour government or “elected” dictatorship has no real legitimacy, no real mandate. The msm is presenting a false narrative about the General Election.

Fanatical Jew-Zionist barrister Simon Myerson claiming that the National Front “plotted to blow up Jews“. Untrue. Ahistorical nonsense. The National Front was a genuine and legitimate political party, albeit a fairly small or even fringe one: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/National_Front_(UK). Apparently, it still exists, at least in name.
In the 1970s, the National Front was the fourth-largest party in terms of both members and votes, certainly the latter.
As for Myerson, who operates out of Leeds and Manchester, he was recently removed as a Recorder (p/t judge) after having repeatedly abused people on Twitter/X etc, and after having failed to listen to initial “advice” (in effect, an admonishment or reprimand) from the Judicial Conduct Investigations Office.
It may well be that some particular individual NF supporter or member plotted as described by Myerson; have members of the System parties never committed any crimes?
I just spent 4 days in Hungary, a conservative country criticised by elites across the West. I saw no crime. No homeless people. No riots. No unrest. No drugs. No mass immigration. No broken borders. No self-loathing. No chaos. And now I've just landed back in the UK.
I was once in Hungary, for about a week, and 24 years ago (2001). I never went to Budapest, and travelled from the Romanian frontier to the Austrian frontier (which was then also the EU frontier), staying at Szeged (a pleasant town on the river Tisza) and then in a former Soviet-style “sanatorium” (hotel) by Lake Balaton, where my wife and I had a suite with its own external staircase to the lawned gardens which ran down to the lake, in which I was able to swim.
There was a small bust of Lenin in the bar (in the days of socialist rule, pre-1990, there may or may not have been a bar, but there was in 2001).
I liked what I saw of Hungary: civilized, and the people, the ones I met, reliable and decent.
By the time Yvette Cooper wrote this she would have seen, like all. of us, footage which shows violence coming from multiple sides
The Labour gvt should reframe response and call out ALL sides or risk fanning perception of two-tier Keir https://t.co/nAanfwsjEk
Starmer and Yvette Cooper are tendentious anti-Brit people. They come out of a history of promoting mass immigration into the UK, and are really traitors to the future of the British people. Both members of Labour Friends of Israel.
GB News is routinely criticised when a conservative happens to interview another conservative.
This morning, ex-Labour MP Ed Balls interviewed Labour MP Yvette Cooper about the riots. They are married.
Yvette Cooper and Ed Balls, when both were MPs, were expenses cheats and freeloaders; criminals. Now she, a would-be dictator, and member of Labour Friends of Israel, is trying to shut down what free speech still exists. Evil.
Keir Starmer’s statement today reaffirms that Western governments are totally occupied and will always side with murderous, alien foreigners over their own native people.
They will use these riots to vilify the emerging anti-immigrant consensus and throw the book at everyone.
This is the modern-day equivalent of Norman Tebbit's "Cricket Test". If Britain really is the happy, integrated multicultural country that Labour and liberals tell us it is, then why are mobs of Muslims chanting Allahu Akbar rather than waving the Union Jack?
There are those on “both sides” trying to frame these fights and protests as revolving solely around white people opposed to Islamism and/or Pakistani Muslims.
The rioting Gypsies of Harehills (Leeds) are not Muslim; neither is the alleged Southport killer. All, however, are non-white, non-European, non-British in any real sense.

If that is accurate, and is what Putin has said, it may mean that he has come to certain conclusions about a possible, and possibly inevitable, “solution”.
Not only is there “two-tier policing” in the UK, but there is also two-tier reporting.
I watched a few minutes of a BBC report from a protest in the North of England yesterday evening. The geeky reporter said that he had just been talking to a leader of the “counter-protest” (unnamed, and not described, other than as said; may have been non-white, Jewish, or an English anarchist or Communist, we do not know), who had given his view. Needless to say, the unverified, anonymously-provided information provided by the said “leader of the counter-protest” was neither challenged by the BBC reporter nor balanced by any view from the English protesters. Typical.
Suddenly, we hear the mouthpieces of “the usual suspects” (e.g. Priti Patel, John Woodcock/”Lord Walney” etc) demanding the recall of Parliament.
Is this Starmer-Labour’s “Reichstag Fire” moment, when very repressive laws and/or “temporary” “measures” will be enacted by Starmer at the behest of (((those behind Starmer))), thus enabling a real police state (modelled on, inter alia, the “Covid” scamdemic/panicdemic regulations) to come into being?

Fanatical loonie Jew-Zionist Lee Kern describes England, or Britain, or the UK, as a “shithole”. He was, I think, born here, brought up here, and worked here, but has as little real connection with our country as some untermensch straight off a rubber boat on the beaches of Kent.
I saw the same phenomenon, though couched rather more politely (surprisingly) when the egregious lawyer, Mark Lewis, abandoned the UK for Israel (he is still returning from time to time to make money, though); that was in 2018, after he was found guilty in the Solicitors’ Disciplinary Tribunal.
As for “sense of purpose” in Israel, its only sense of purpose has to do with its losing struggle to survive. I do not know how long the Israeli state can survive, but former heads of MOSSAD and Shin Beth seem pessimistic about it. Arab populations increasing, Israeli population static; nuclear weapons being developed in Iran; conventional heavy weapons being developed in states around Israel.
Wait till Iran kicks off he then will be running on holiday all the time. He won't know what to do….its all going to kick off…..everywhere..concerning times…..

I have, for a number of months, if not longer, raised concerns about Starmer, who always reminds me of Khrushchev’s view of Malenkov, i.e. that Malenkov was a “file-clerk type; such people should never be given power, and are dangerous” [see https://www.amazon.co.uk/Khrushchev-Remembers-Nikita-Sergeevich/dp/0316831409].
Look at Starmer. His first crisis as Prime Minister, and what does he do? He retreats to his “legal people” comfort zone. He does not even attempt to unite a country being pulled in different directions by centrifugal forces, as a real leader would.
Starmer threatens new repressive powers, “night courts”, no bail for accused persons (which is beyond his lawful power anyway), prison sentences (ditto). He supports, basically, one side, or rather is against one side, the British side, if you like.
Starmer’s attempt to create fear, eg among those on social media, has had some effect, not on the “bottle-throwers” but on entirely decent English people, many of at least middle-age, who have deleted tweets (often saying simply that they have been labelled “thugs” by Starmer).
Meanwhile, the brainless police have been shown on Twitter/X “bravely” kicking in the door of a lone woman who attended a protest. What else, if anything, did she do? If the police behave like a poundland KGB or Stasi, then public respect for them will (further) plummet.
Well, here we are, one month and one day into the Starmer-Labour “elected” dictatorship.
Oh, and another few hundred, or thousand, migrant-invaders will have crossed the Channel today, ferried in by Border Force and the RNLI (and another thousand —or possibly three thousand— “legal migrants” will have entered the UK via ferries and airliners).
Hey @Keir_Starmer You label me “Far Right” because I am disgusted by the state of the UK.
I have done more for this country than you and your crooked MP mates have EVER done and I no longer want to live here anymore!

Watch that police “officer” in the clip, her smug attitude, hands in pockets, and the whole attitude of both police. Superficially not harsh, but arresting someone who sounds about 80 for comments (no doubt about the ghastly state of this poor country) made on Facebook!
Police state, even if it is (still? so far?) a “velvet glove” one most of the time.
I think that the time has come, inter alia, for me to share with my dear readers an event that happened at least a month ago. About 5 or 6 weeks ago.
Mid-evening after a warm day. I think a Saturday. Not sure. About 2030. Knock at door. Uniformed policeman there. Had never seen him previously. “Hello, what’s the problem?“; to which he answers “why would there be a problem?“, at which I have to politely explain that my wife and I do not have the police at our door every day…
It turns out that I am being questioned (and filmed on bodycam) for tweets made on Twitter/X. I am told right from the start that “there is no need to worry“, because the matter had “already been NFA’d“, meaning “No Further Action”.
I was too surprised by being buttonholed to ask why, in that case, a policeman had once again come to my door (not that exact policeman, but in the past decade, several real police and/or joke “PCSO” fake police).
The policeman showed me a kind of photostat or copy of what might have been a tweet, but he objected when I tried to take or (as my wife says I always do) snatch the paper to look at it properly (once a barrister, always a barrister…).
The heading seemed to be something like “Ian#IStandWithCorbyn“
Anyway…I told the police that I had actually not had a Twitter/X account, nor tweeted anything at all, for about six years, since 2018, when a pack of Jews (I diplomatically put it as “a Jewish organization“) had complained about me to —pre-Elon Musk— Twitter, as a result of which Twitter had shut down my account permanently (and that I had never bothered to reinstate the account).
After that, the policeman, absurdly, would not let me examine the tweet or tweets, on the basis that the material would be confidential if not mine (why, if the tweet was public anyway?). The police today need a Franz Kafka to chronicle their absurd rules and protocols.
Anyway, after that, and a joke or two (from me), the policeman thanked me and departed stage left (not pursued by a bear, sadly).
So the police can send someone over a claimed tweet allegedly by me, which tweet had already been marked as “NFA” but, when a wheel was stolen from my car about 18 months ago, they did absolutely nothing. Useless.
I was too surprised to ask why they thought that the “Ian” of the tweet (if he even exists) was thought to have been me. Do the police think that no-one else in the UK is called Ian? God knows.
No wonder crime is flourishing, when the police seem to be uninterested in, and indeed incapable of doing, their proper job, yet take seriously malicious complaints from (((the usual suspects))) about supposed comments on Twitter/X, Facebook etc.
Who would best chronicle the way Britain now is— Franz Kafka, or Lewis Carroll?

What interests me is how these “liberal” scribblers, talking heads, lawyers etc all talk a good “human rights” game until someone tries to stand up for European race, culture and civilization. Then the “liberal” System/msm types are all in favour of locking people up for merely stating a view, let alone actually attending a protest…
🇬🇧 A tense standoff in Plymouth, England this evening between open border activists and anti-immigration protesters.
Plymouth now. I think Royal Parade, one of the main streets, near to Armada Way, where I often, in the years 2002-2007, used to appear as Counsel in front of a varied group of judges at the Plymouth County Court.
Plymouth could be a great city, but isn’t. Badly-run for decades, basically.
As to the protests generally, BBC News dragged out Brendan Cox, the sex-pest of years ago, whose MP wife was assassinated. Cox was at one time getting hundreds of thousands a year from charities for his salaried work. One of the “favoured” of the present System set-up and its msm. One of the Prominente favoured by the multikulti msm, if you like.
Why does that person have any locus standi at all to discuss, or lay down, what does or does not constitute “legitimate” free speech?
NEW POST. No. This is not just "far-right thuggery". What the response to Britain's immigration protests tells us about the elite class.https://t.co/1PUfttVNeo
Keir Starmer said "people must feel safe in this country". That must include the British people. We need to regain control of the borders and end mass immigration. Now. pic.twitter.com/kgk06ZPYOP
Mass immigration has affected, and largely ruined, huge areas of British life— housing provision, pay levels, State benefits, including pensions, crime, terrorism, the roads, railways, education, culture generally, even water supply.

A pro immigration protest in Plymouth, why didn't someone go around these wetters asking them, how many would they house, how many would they take in, feed them, give them a room, allow them to share a bathroom with their kids? Non, because they want working class to pay for them https://t.co/byZz6dwi3o

Quite. Just like would-be tyrant-woman Yvette Cooper, who even had the gall to say that British families should allow migrant-invaders to stay in their homes. Needless to say, she and her equally-expenses-cheating husband, Ed Balls (who together own several houses and flats) are not accommodating any migrant-invaders.
BBC website is still banging on about 'far right thuggery' in Plymouth, where there's about 4 people and a dog just standing about. Nothing about this at all. I agree with you, it's time someone does the right thing and speaks up.
Fear? Think how many Muslims there now are in the UK (England especially). Nearly 4 million. Most are quiescent most of the time but, if inflamed by their own leaders, and/or by pro-active policing, and if organized (even locally) they could easily take down both the police and the now-very-depleted Army. Think about it.
English people are generally not organized when it comes to political protesting. Usually easily-controlled by the authorities.
Stop saying "far right thugs" Say violent offenders on ALL sides Stop talking only about mosques Say you support ALL communities Stop dwelling on "misinformation" Say immigration concern is REAL Stop talking about making ppl safe Say you'll actually control borders Stop denying…
In a sense, the migration-invasion of the UK (and Europe generally) is the tsunami overshadowing the smaller events under it (such as the present urban upheavals in England).
The new and rubbish “Labour”-label Government talks a hard game, but behind that, the migration-invasion continues unchecked, unabated. Sooner or later, this society will break, whatever political pygmies of the Yvette Cooper and Starmer type may say (or do).
Reminds me of the last days of the German Reich, with Hitler and the generals of the OKW (Oberkommando der Wehrmacht—German High Command) moving wooden plaques, representing SS-Panzer and other forces, mostly by then non-existent, across huge maps, while, not so far away, the enormous Soviet armies advance relentlessly, ever closer to Berlin.

CASE UPDATE: the Court has approved a costs order in my case. The court has awarded me 90% of my costs of c£140k. I am grateful to the Defendants for agreeing undertakings.
“CASE UPDATE: the Court has approved a costs order in my case. The court has awarded me 90% of my costs of c£140k. I am grateful to the Defendants for agreeing undertakings. The question now is whether the Defendants’ former solicitor Mark Lewis (@MLewisLawyer) helps the Defendants. If the messages between the Defendants are right, it seems Lewis advised that my claim “would be dismissed swiftly” and my strategy was “laughable”. If that was the advice, it was extremely poor and very costly. My view is that Lewis should do the decent thing and help pay my costs.“
[James Wilson]
Ha ha! Lewis “doing the right thing“? Very unlikely… I expect that the surviving defendants, Cantor and Mendelsohn, will eventually have to take action against Lewis (and the small law firm with which he is associated in London) in professional negligence or otherwise. The matter may also result, eventually, in Lewis appearing (again) before the Solicitors’ Disciplinary Tribunal. We shall see.
My hope is that won’t be necessary. I think Mark Lewis and Patron Law know what the honourable thing to do is. And I am confident they will do it.
Incidentally, it has been repeatedly stated, from the Bench, in English courts that “antisemitism”, as such, is not a crime in England (neither, by the way, is so-called “holocaust” “denial”, meaning historical revision or revisionism).
It is a mystery why my case has been ignored by the media since the judgment. Maybe the result was not newsworthy? Not the sort of thing that people would be interested in reading about?
On the other hand, there seems to be lots of public interest in it on here.
The same msm “lack of interest” was around when, for example, Lewis was found guilty in the Solicitors’ Disciplinary Tribunal about 6 years ago. There was a cloak of silence in the mass media about Lewis even having been prosecuted in the matter, and that continued after he was found guilty. The “usual” (((influence))) in the “British” Press, of course.
“Israel-based solicitor Mark Lewis has been heavily criticised by Mr Justice Nicklin in a recent High Court judgement.
Lewis is known for acting for Rachel Riley against Mike Sivier and Laura Murray, and for John Ware against Jewish Voice for Labour and Naomi Wimborne-Idrissi.
In the recent case, Lewis came unstuck when he was acting for Richard Davidoff of ABC Estates, a lettings and leasehold management firm. Lewis was seeking a court order requiring Google to disclose the identities of people with gmail addresses who had left negative reviews about ABC Estates on Trustpilot. The evidence in support of the court order was two witness statement by Lewis. The judge described Lewis’ evidence in general as “nothing more than assertion” and “perfunctory, even desultory” and “simply not good enough” to justify making the court order.
Things then got much worse for Lewis. He had stated that the Trustpilot reviews were “false, fabricated statements which Unknown person(s) know are untrue”. The judge conducted some online research himself and found that one of the reviews was true and based on the findings of another court. The judge said it was:
a matter of very real concern that the Claimants put evidence before the Court, on an ex parte application, that was not true.
The judge did not require Lewis to provide an explanation for the evidence that was “seriously in error” and accepted that Lewis would not have knowingly misled the court. The judge’s explained Lewis’ evidence as being:
because he had simply failed to carry out sufficient (or any) research or to take adequate instructions from his clients.
The judge also stated that there had been a “significant failure” by Lewis to comply with the general obligation of full and frank disclosure. The judge refused all the applications and the escapade is likely to have costs Lewis’ clients tens of thousands of pounds. Perhaps Lewis’ claim against Michael Rosen would have ended in the same way?
Mr Justice Nicklin’s full judgment is available here, with comments about Lewis’s contribution from paragraph 84 onwards.
Mark Lewis is a former director of UK Lawyers for Israel (UKLFI) until his emigration to Israel and was involved in the relaunch of right-wing pro-Israel group Herut UK. UKLFI locked access to a YouTube video in which a panel discussed Lewis’s “very handy way of bankrupting organisations” the group considered to have done ‘wrong’. However, a transcript of the discussion is still available.
In 2018, Lewis was fined by the Solicitors’ Regulation Authority for abusive speech on social media toward a young Labour-supporting critic and others. He responded to the judgment by accusing the SRA that:
faced with a choice between Holocaust denying neo-Nazis and a Jewish lawyer… It chose to side with the neo-Nazis.”
[Skwawkbox]
That was about yet another matter in which the often (and laughably-) described “top libel lawyer” behaved in an egregiously unprofessional matter.
The “Dr. Pete Newbon” mentioned in that piece was the third defendant in James Wilson’s case against the Jews Mendelsohn and Cantor. Newbon, a persistent and vicious social media troll, who had been disciplined by his employing university a number of times for his online and offline behaviour, committed suicide during the James Wilson legal case, having apparently deceived his, Newbon’s, wife about the fact that he was being sued, and about the reasons for that.
The funny thing is that, for years, the “British” mass media were quite content to puff Lewis (ludicrously inaccurately) as a so-called “top lawyer“, but I saw nothing in the mainstream Press about how, after having been found guilty in the Solicitors’ Disciplinary Tribunal in 2018, Lewis’s own Counsel begged for mercy for him in terms of the fine to be imposed, because, he said, Lewis had no assets at all except for his clothes, a private pension worth £70 a week, and a mobility scooter!
Even Lewis’s own specially-adapted car (driven by him until he had an accident in early 2018, caused by his physical and mental incapacity) had been supplied free of charge to him by the DWP, via the Motability scheme.
“Top lawyer“… My view has always been that Lewis is just a self-promoting chancer.
Yes. Something about the judge being a f***ing moron? An unfortunate choice of language. And definitely not true. While I don’t agree with every aspect of his decision, he was thoughtful and careful, and had obviously got to grips with the issues.
What’s been disappointing is that I got all sorts of grief, from all sorts of people on here. Some really awful things were said about me, and not one person – nobody – has had the dignity to apologise.
And it’s definitely possible because both Defendants have apologised!
Wilson being “too nice” again. Those two Jews (the defendants) were only too happy to look forward to Wilson losing his family home if he lost the case. He did not lose his case. Now they cringe and cry and “apologise”, because they are, to put it in the language of the New Testament, “in the same condemnation“. It’s all so (((typical))).
Incidentally, I think that Mr. Justice Nicklin also was “too nice”, in saying that he was sure that Lewis had not intended to mislead the court in that 2023 High Court ex parte injunction application.
Having said that, the learned High Court judge did (though in other, and far more diplomatic, words) characterize Lewis as (in my words) a lazy, negligent bastard.
No word directly to me from Lewis. Except he accidentally copied me into an email to his own solicitor last week where he said I was floundering. I thought it was a bit steep to say I was out of my depth given what seems to have been his advice to Dr Newbon.
More can be found using the search box on the blog.
In Wilson’s case, a number of Jews gave purported “evidence” for the defence, which testimony however the judge dismissed in polite but firm terms. They are all named and shamed on one of my previous blog posts.
One of that pack was the vituperative Jew-Zionist barrister and (until he was kicked off the Bench very recently) Recorder (p/t judge) Simon Myerson. His testimony was, to put it politely, given little weight by the learned judge.
Indeed, Myerson now seems again to be in trouble. He now not being on the Bench, the Judicial Conduct Investigations Office is not involved (this time— last time, he was given “words of advice”, i.e. mildly admonished); the Bar Standards Board, though, now seems, belatedly, to be taking an interest:
I shall watch any further developments with interest.

Britain is descending into an angry, lawless nightmare. The speed at which this is happening is utterly terrifying. In one week alone: mass riots; attempted murder of a solder; violent thuggery at an airport; Muslim mobs outside police stations. Shocking.
Twitter-twits have responded angrily, blaming Isabel Oakeshott or her personal partner, Tice, of Reform UK, or Farage, for the gradual descent of Britain into the swamp. A woman journalist, and two fairly minor politicians…
No, the major cause is the half century and more of mass immigration, which over the past 25 years has become a full migration invasion. Millions of mostly quite, or very, backward non-Europeans. That, and the decline of real culture and society in the UK. I know where I place the blame for most of that (the bit not caused by migration-invasion)… The “you-know-who” element.
I don't care that jailed Just Stop Oil protestor Jemima is going to miss her brother's wedding. Boo hoo. When she blocked the M25, she stopped thousands of other people getting to family events. SUCK IT UP.

The Labour government does not care about free speech and free expression in our universities. They are enabling the woke takeover of higher education by repealing the Higher Education (Free Speech) Act.
Goodwin is right, but he fails to note that the primary group (or cabal, if you like) trying to repress freedom of expression in UK universities and elsewhere, including online, is the Jew-Zionist element, most egregiously seen, arguably, in the so-called “Campaign Against Antisemitism” or “CAA”.
Patriotic Alternative
I happened to see the following statement put out by Patriotic Alternative, which I partly republish out of a spirit of comity, and despite not being a member of PA:
“This week we received the SHOCKING news that Sam Melia had been DENIED early release by the prison service! At a time when prisons are overflowing and the judiciary are routinely handing out suspended sentences to convicted sex offenders – Sam Melia, a man who published LAWFUL stickers, has been denied early release!
This is the latest in a string of miscarriages of justice aimed at breaking the spirit of Sam and his family. At this point, only one conclusion can be drawn: this is politically motivated persecution which is aimed at Sam due to his system of philosophical beliefs – a protected characteristic under European Human Rights legislation!“
[Patriotic Alternative]
It will be recalled that Sam Melia was imprisoned for a notional 2 years in March of this year, meaning that he could expect release around 1 March 2025. However, earlier release, which has been granted to all sorts of hooligans and thieves etc by reason of prison overcrowding, has been denied to Melia.
Very unjust, bearing in mind the essentially trivial “crime” for which he was imprisoned; also, he has a wife and two small children (one only born this year and since Melia’s incarceration).
London is one of the greatest cities in the world – one of the few downsides is the cost of housing, which is in part because so many people want to live here. If you hate it and its diversity then leave – views like yours won't be missed https://t.co/bBOgXsK0g1
Barwell, you idiot. Your views come close to treachery. In fact, I believe that they do constitute treachery, treachery in particular to the remaining real English people not only of London but of all England.
Incidentally, I see that Barwell’s cretinous tweet has been seen by well over 2 million people, yet has been “liked” by only 2,000— one in every thousand. Barwell’s views may be mainstream in the Westminster monkeyhouse and in the System msm, but in the rest of the country his opinions are those of a small and wrongheaded minority.
What is her point besides not liking living in a diverse community?
Barwell really takes the biscuit for deliberately-obtuse failure to see what is right in front of him— the destruction of the social fabric of London (and the UK) by reason of mass immigration and its consequences.
Even if Barwell’s narrow point is true, and Charlotte Gill does not like “living in a diverse community” (read “a crime-ridden multikulti swamp”), so what? That is her choice or preference (and a good one too).
If Barwell is typical of many of the “Conservative” Party officials and politicians, then its near-collapse is far from hard to understand.
If you were right, then "white flight" wouldn't exist as a phenomenon. And yet it does. You can't force people to want to live amongst incompatible cultures. London is turning into a low trust, third world squalid shithole. Anyone with any sense is getting out.
Keir Starmer. Freemason. Puppet of Israel and the UK Jewish lobby.
#DavidLammy should explain why he took £100,000 from the pro-Israel lobby. The fact #YvetteCooper took £200,000 is beside the point. Lammy is Foreign Secretary. His hands should be clean. https://t.co/yBiA4bsqhH
“Difficult questions of our time”— “why [greedy freeloading bastard] Lammy took £100,000 from the Israel lobby“…
Ha.
Thick-as-two-short-planks Lammy as Foreign Secretary just confirms how deep in the mire the UK really is.
I saw another tweet from that Barwell idiot:
Those who gave their lives in the two world wars died for freedom and democracy, to stop borders being changed by force. That is *exactly* what is at stake in Ukraine today https://t.co/RD6k2D51TE
Barwell’s knowledge of history is notable for its wrongheadedness. He is a know-nothing.
Sadly, tweeter “@Pauline51734996” also seems to know not so much about modern history, bearing in mind that WW2 is precisely why Britain was “bled dry“, the British people beggared for a decade after the “victory” of 1945 (some rationing in the UK lasted until 1955). “Pauline”, however, does not hold herself out as being capable of expert socio-political commentary, unlike Barwell.
Is Barwell aware that the Kiev regime is egregiously brutal, shambolic, corrupt, and tyrannical? No trade unions, no free press, no real opposition parties, no free speech (etc)? Press-gangs to force the many unwillingly into uniform? Those who have not managed to flee beyond the borders, that is. In fact, the Jew Zelensky is presently ruling illegally, having decided to ignore the fact that his presidential term expired some time ago (and he now refuses to hold an election).
The thing is they are doing this because they know they can get away with it! What can we do to stop it? If nothing then we’re bloody doomed and that is so depressing and makes me very very angry
A newspaper report about a young girl orphaned when her parents, as well as her two sisters, were killed on the road, it seems because an idiot was riding a motorbike on the wrong side of the highway, and at what must have been a tremendous speed.
The GoFundMe appeal set up for the orphaned girl (and publicized by that Daily Mirror report) had an initial goal of £3,000. It made that within an hour or two. The fund now stands, at time of writing, at nearly £250,000, on only the second day. It still increases. Enough to set the child up in life in every way.
My point is that there is so much bad news, news about poor or even evil behaviour by people, that that often leads us to forget the immense power of goodness that also exists in the world.
That GoFundMe appeal has had a few large donations (£1,000, even £5,000), but much of the quarter-million pounds so far donated has been in smaller sums— £5, £10, £20. As someone once put it, discussing the Parable of the Widow’s Mite in the New Testament, “the radiation of the small coins“…
Heartening.
[Incidentally, it occurs to me that the orphaned girl will probably, presumably, eventually, be the beneficiary of any car insurance payout as well].

NEW POST. Anonymous Zoomer. "I was indoctrinated at university. Why Zoomers like me are turning to the political right"https://t.co/N0T3LUfNnz
“…once I had finally left the stifling climate on campus I became truly aware of how us Zoomers have been completely screwed over by the mainstream system. My parents, for example, were married, with one child, and onto their second property at the same age that I am now, despite not coming from any kind of wealth at all.
But the reality, today, for Zoomers like me, is that I will likely never be able to afford my own house, nor will I ever be able to pay off my university debt faster than the interest on it grows. Almost half of my monthly salary now goes on rent, meaning it is virtually impossible for me to save any money at all.
There is a listlessness that my peers and I feel – that I think is borne from the fact that we simply do not ‘own’ anything, nor can we put roots down anywhere. We are neither the ‘Somewheres’ nor ‘Anywheres’ British writer David Goodhart talks about; we have neither the means to join the Somewheres by putting down roots nor the desire to join the continually mobile, hyper-liberal Anywheres who eschew these roots for a sort of hedonistic, bohemian, and hyper-individualistic ‘life’. We are simply trapped.“

I see Simon Myerson is no longer a judge. My worry is that, completely untethered from judicial propriety, his posts will get nastier.
Here are two of his snide, patronising and foolish posts from the last 8 hours. Both aimed at brown women who Myerson seems to have a real… pic.twitter.com/DonsVLqZsd
I was unaware that Myerson had “resigned” (been kicked out, in my opinion) as a Recorder (p/t judge), albeit under the fig-leaf of having “resigned”, of course. His continuing toxic social media output made it almost inevitable. Someone such as Myerson should never sit in judgment over others. Unfit.
“It seems that the judicial career of pro-Israeli judge Simon Myerson KC may be over, or at least stalled. Skwawkbox understands that Mr Myerson ceased to hold judicial office in early July 2024. It is unclear whether he resigned or was forced out after failing to curb his controversial behaviour on X/Twitter.
Myerson, a founder signatory of the anti-left so-called ‘Labour against Antisemitism’ (LAAS) group who was a ‘Recorder’ judge and has denied that Israel is committing genocide in Gaza, was disciplined by the Lord Chancellor and Lord Chief Justice in March after engaging in politically controversial issues in an offensive manner. The senior judges found that he had failed to maintain the standards of his judicial office.
Asked to comment on the case, a barrister who has worked with Myerson said:
Myerson’s conduct on social media has been very poor. Judges are supposed to ensure that their conduct, both in and out of court, maintains and enhances the public confidence in the judiciary. Myerson is consistently rude and patronising to people on social media and it reflects badly on the judiciary. I suspect a lot of judges will be glad to see him go because his conduct was becoming an embarrassment.”
[Skwawkbox]
“Stalled“? No. Myerson is finished as far as the Bench is concerned. He should never have even been considered for such appointment.
Incidentally, Myerson is or was a leading light of a “charity” bringing Afghans to the UK. Typical.
A war of extermination. A war of ethnic cleansing. A war of starvation.
This is what Myerson and his type are defending— Israeli war crimes.

No wonder that the msm drones (BBC or other) are so careful always to parrot System propaganda (whether Israel-lobby/Jewish-lobby propaganda, “Covid” scamdemic/panicdemic propaganda, multikulti society propaganda, or whatever else). Sounds like British equestrian Olympic hopeful Charlotte Dujardin was caught on camera whipping a horse. This is exactly what happens when animals are forced into human sporting competitions. They’re always at risk of abuse. Leave them out of it! https://t.co/taDi1u90Pt
An extreme view but understandable when animal abuse is uncovered, as in the case of Charlotte Dujardin (of whom I had never heard until this evening).
Most racehorses are treated very well, and I am sure that that is true of showjumping as well, though I have had only occasional contact with the latter.
I trust that Charlotte Dujardin , the Queen of Team GB’s dressage team ( she has 3 Olympic gold medals) is banned for much longer than the provisional 6 months over a video showing her whipping her horse’s legs repeatedly so the animal performs to her liking. Makes you wonder…
“I trust that Charlotte Dujardin , the Queen of Team GB’s dressage team ( she has 3 Olympic gold medals) is banned for much longer than the provisional 6 months over a video showing her whipping her horse’s legs repeatedly so the animal performs to her liking. Makes you wonder what other cruelty she may have visited on her horses over the years. The incident was filmed four years ago in the UK at an educational establishment. It shows Dujardin , 39, hitting the horse on its legs during a piaffe- a slow trot. Another rider was on the horse. Why didn’t the other rider report Dujardin to the authorities straight away? Whoever was the whistleblower was clearly worried about the Dujardin reaction as they leaked it through a lawyer in Holland The International Federation of Equestrian Sports was sent the video yesterday and provisionally banned Dujardin, 39, for six months. With luck she will be kicked out completely. Dujardin then issued some mealy mouthed statement saying she had made an error of judgment. You mean you were caught. Very grateful to the whistleblower. Without him or her Dujardin may well have been carrying the flag at the opening of the Olympics as our most important athlete.“
[Kelvin MacKenzie]
When I find myself in agreement with Kelvin MacKenzie, the world has certainly changed…
On the wider point, it seems to me that the whole Olympic circus is now no longer useful, let alone interesting.
By excommunicating 7 Left leaning MPs with social conscience, Starmer’s Labour leans to the Right. – Is this a luxury Labour can afford, given the modest popular vote that gave it parliamentary majority ? They weren’t elected to defend Tory policies. https://t.co/YVbgkdvqYs
Starmer-Labour is a kind of “elected” dictatorship, as well as being a basically Jewish/Zionist “project” (cf. “Blairism”). It was “elected” under a system of voting used by few other countries.
In rough terms, Starmer-Labour was voted for by only 4 out of every 12 people that voted, and out of every 20 of those eligible to vote. Its mandate is very weak.
Reform did very well! 14%, 4 million voted, 5 MPs, 100 2nd places, all while building the plane as it was flying. I think they are ideally placed to have a major breakthrough, especially if Tories veer left https://t.co/reWFKbHUl9

I myself swam there daily when I was in Moscow in 1993 but, at that time, a year before its permanent closure, there were only about a dozen or so swimmers when I would visit (quite early in the morning): https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Moskva_Pool]
Well, this week I scored 5/10, the same as political journalist John Rentoul. I knew the answers to questions 2, 3, 5, 6, and 9. I could not quite bring to mind the answers to questions 1 and 8, and had no idea about questions 4, 7, and 10.
My feeling, with a mere 5 days to go before Election Day, is that, firstly and obviously, the Conservative Party has reached the end of its road.
What does it even pretend to stand for now? It has embraced every sort of “woke” nonsense over the past 14 years, and even tried to hit Reform UK yesterday with the accusation that a Reform UK activist criticized a police car flying a “Pride” (LGBTQXYZ) flag. How is such criticism even controversial? The police should not be flying socially or politically contentious flags.
The Conservative Party has also presided over the migration invasion, trying to manage the influx of millions of non-Europeans (over a million a year now) but never seriously trying to stop it; indeed, encouraging “legal” migration, which is 95% of all migration-invasion. Coudenhove-Kalergi Plan: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kalergi_Plan.
As for living standards, straight down, and set to continue, under Labour plunging ever-lower. That may give social-nationalism an opening quite soon (but there has to be a movement to capture the sentiment).
My view about Reform UK is that many of those who favour it have already voted, via the postal ballot. Most of the rest who are leaning to Reform UK will not be put off by the contrived scandal in Clacton; some may even like the outspoken comments aired on Channel 4.
There is also the point that maybe 20% of eligible voters are either not going to vote, or are still uncertain. Few will vote Con. They —in my opinion— will not, most of them, vote Lab either. So either Reform UK, LibDem, or Green. I should say that Reform UK will get more than the LibDems, maybe more than the LibDems and Greens combined. Even if that only boosts Reform UK’s vote-share by 2 or 3 points, so from ?18% or ?20% to 21% or maybe as high as 24%, that would be mega in terms of the ultimate results.
If, as seems, anything from 5% to 20% of voters are only going to decide in the last days of the campaign, or even on the day, that means that there is still much to play for.

Hopefully, when/if Trump becomes President again, American support for the Kiev regime will be scaled back and maybe stopped altogether. Other NATO states, and other states yet, will then and consequently rethink their pro-“Ukraine” (Kiev regime) stances.
The war will then grind to a halt within, at most, a few weeks. Zelensky and his cabal will flee, or be captured, or killed, and Russia will be able to redraw the map in suitable fashion, ruling the “Russian” part east of the Dnieper and along the coasts of the Sea of Azov and Black Sea, as well as Crimea; the rest of Ukraine can be an independent or autonomous state or territory centred on Lvov, peacefully and unthreateningly ruling its own lands and population. About half of Ukrainian territory as it was pre-2022.
As for Zelensky, if he survives, he and his wife can go to one of his villas in the Americas (Gulf Coast Florida, and/or the Caribbean), or to Israel, there to live off his stolen billions.

I recall seeing the Australian TV series Skippy the Bush Kangaroo a few times after my family moved to Sydney in 1967 (I was 10 at the time). The show was on TV from early 1968.

Some such stories become famous, others are either unknown or are known only to the few people directly involved.
Interesting. I have been to Famagusta (now in Turkish-ruled Northern Cyprus), but some years ago, in fact many years ago— January 2000. I did not see the ruins of the Varosha resort, though. That is a mile south of the main town, I think.
When I drove to Famagusta (from Kyrenia), the ruins of its ancient heritage were deserted. My then girlfriend and I were alone there. There were not even any people selling postcards or the like. Even the more modern parts of the town were far from busy. That was 24 years ago, though. Things change, of course. I think that there has been quite a lot of development in some areas.
I rather liked Northern Cyprus. Relaxed and, in 2000 at least, with relatively few tourists, and really none once you left Kyrenia (officially, now, Girne). A little cold at night (in January) but warm-ish during the day, usually, and with numerous interesting ancient sites (which one shared with no other people at all) set amid orange groves. I even had a rather bracing swim off a deserted beach, but it was no colder in the water than it is in the UK in summer, and the sun was shining.
I drove one day from Kyrenia right the way down the Karpas Peninsula [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Karpas_Peninsula] to the eastern end. At that point, you are only 60 miles across the Eastern Mediterranean from Latakia in Syria.
“In a straw poll of veterans, Farage’s campaign message seemed to be getting through.
Jason Stewart was in a green beret and a biker jacket studded with medals; after a long career in the Royal Marines, he “thought it was time to get out after I was blown up twice in one day in Afghanistan”.
He offers a version of an argument heard all day. “The two main parties look both the same to me,” he says. “The Tories don’t care about us. And Labour say they will reopen prosecutions of soldiers who served [in the Troubles] so that’s a no-no. Farage and Reform seem like the only option.”
Up the road, meanwhile, opposite McDonald’s, there was an alternative display of army jeeps and vehicles alongside veterans in fatigues. The display was organised by David Bye and his partner, Linda Hazelton, who run a charity delivering homemade pie and mash to needy veterans around the town. Bye had a one-to-one chat with Farage when he visited and claims he was given certain commitments, which will remain between them.
He grew up here; he remembers earning pocket money as a kid running tourist luggage down busy streets to Butlin’s. It’s been a long decline, he says, since the holiday camp went. “I thought I’d seen it all,” he says. “But the other morning I saw a long queue of blokes on bikes waiting for McDonald’s to open. They were collecting takeaways for people who couldn’t be bothered to make breakfast for their kids.
“I don’t know where you start with some of that,” he suggests. “But I think Nigel gets it.
The place holds symbolic relevance to Farage. Exactly a decade ago, under his Ukip brand, a meeting here paved the way for that party’s only Westminster election success, for Douglas Carswell. If you were to define the moment that Brexit became a possibility, and then a reality, you might begin there. Nine hundred people showed up, many of whom had not previously taken any interest in national politics. In the course of their populist pitch, Carswell and Farage quoted liberally from a Times newspaper column the previous week written by Matthew Parris.
Looking back at that column a decade on, you can see in it all the faultlines that were exposed and exploited so cynically by Farage and Brexit, the roots of the crisis that threatens to destroy the Conservative party in this election (a humiliation from which Farage, inevitably, hopes to benefit).
Parris, in his waspish style, on a visit to Clacton in 2014, had declared its irrelevance to modern Conservatism: “This is tracksuit-and-trainers Britain, tattoo-parlour Britain, all-our-yesterdays Britain,” he wrote. He asked his party a question which would now get a very different answer: “Is this where the Conservative party wants to be? [Or] do we need to be with the Britain that can admire immigrants and want them with us, that doesn’t want to spend its days buying scratchcards?”
Parris insisted that he was not “arguing that we should be careless of the needs of struggling people and places such as Clacton. But I am arguing – if I am honest – that we should be careless of their opinions.
Farage could not have scripted a better scene for himself than the spectacle of a Tory prime minister leaving the D-day celebrations early. Tragically, as this week is proving, the forces that made his bleak and divisive message relevant in 2014 have not gone away, and in the weeks to come you suspect that Westminster political parties will still ignore Clacton at their peril.”
[The Guardian].
Not once does the full article mention the fact that the person presently posing as PM is “unelected” (at least, unvalidated by a General Election) and a little Indian money-juggler; but there you are…”The Guardian”…
Interesting, though, all the same. I think that Farage has every chance of being elected at Clacton. The only reason that the Conservative Party candidate Giles Watling (MP since 2017, a long-retired actor, and a member of the Garrick Club, who lives at Frinton, the more expensive part of the constituency) got over 70% of the vote in 2019 is because his political stance is akin to that of UKIP/Brexit Party/Reform UK anyway.
Watling came second, behind ex-Conservative Douglas Carswell (for UKIP) both at the 2014 by-election and the 2015 General Election, and only won in 2017 because Carswell stood down. Having said that, Watling did get 36.7% in 2015, only about 8 points behind Carswell.
While the election at Clacton might yet be close, Farage has every chance now. Labour and other parties are spectators at Clacton. Labour’s best was 25.4% (in 2017, when the Cons got over 60%).
Interestingly, that 2017 Labour candidate, Natasha Osben, is now, in 2024, the Green Party candidate. Starmer is really not very popular even within the Labour —or recently Labour— ranks.
Will Labour voters vote tactically? If so, for Reform UK or for the Conservative Party? My money is on Reform UK.
“Alarmingly for Conservative HQ, many polling experts believe the conditions are ripe for a repeat of 1997, when tactical voting benefited Labour and the Lib Dems and cost the Tories dozens of seats, most notably the toppling of Michael Portillo in Enfield Southgate. This time, Shapps is among the big beasts who could suffer their own polling night infamy.
Tactical efforts came to little at the last election. Hopes among pro-Remain campaigners of an anti-Brexit tactical vote were dashed as Boris Johnson won an 80-strong majority. But conditions have changed. Peter Kellner, the veteran pollster, wrote in the Observer before the 1997 election that while he detected little “positive enthusiasm” for Labour, an electorate with “a burning desire to end 18 years of Tory rule” made for receptive tactical voting conditions. He believes similar ingredients are present today.
While the net effects of tactical voting are hard to calculate, the Liberal Democrats could gain 10-20 extra seats through anti-Conservative tactical voting, according to an analysis by the Electoral Calculus consultancy. Meanwhile, with the added help of Nigel Farage and Reform UK, the tactical dynamic could push Labour closer in another swathe of previously safe Tory seats.“
“Writing in the Observer, Rob Ford, a leading expert on voting intention and trends, says the evidence from polls shows that “an electoral asteroid is streaking through the atmosphere” and is heading for the Tory heartlands. Ford no longer thinks it impossible that the Conservatives could end up with less than 100 seats, so badly is their campaign misfiring and so much trust have they lost over 14 years and the tenures of five prime ministers.
Other polling experts say that such is the geographical spread of the Tory vote, and the brutal nature of the first past the post system, that once their vote drops into the low 20% region, the number of seats could fall into double digits – and could go as low as 20.“
[Observer/Guardian]
I have speculated for quite a while that the Con vote might go low enough nationwide to leave the Cons with as few as 50 MPs. Perhaps I was right (I sometimes am…).

I can’t stand Emily Thornberry. She’s Champagne Socialist delusional. She got own four properties how wealthy she is. She lives in an Islington townhouse worth roughly £2.9million and owns a £600,000 flat in Guildford. She also bought a property in Clerkenwell for £572,000.
Emily Thornberry slightly reminds me of Mrs Mossberg, a fat, short and jolly Jewish primary school teacher, usually —in my memory— dressed in a long dark-brown mink coat; I knew her circa 1962, when about 5 or 6 years old and a pupil at Caversham Primary School near Reading. Mrs Mossberg, though, was far more pleasant than Emily Thornberry seems to be.
In retrospect, I wonder why Mrs Mossberg ever bothered to be a teacher, which I doubt paid much. She lived not far from my family, a few roads away, in a large detached house. The main reception room, which I saw at least once, seemed enormous to the 5-y-o me, and it had a large grand piano in it. Maybe she just enjoyed teaching.
The last tweeter says that Emily Thornberry owns 4 properties; I thought I read 8 somewhere.

Clacton is currently polling Reform at 33%, tories on 30% ans labour 25%. Everywhere else, reform are averaging about 17% with either labour or tories on over 30%
The first tweet confirms what I have been blogging re. Clacton. It is between Reform UK (Farage) and the Cons (Giles Watling). Labour has no chance at all, but Labour voters in Clacton can be the kingmakers. Their votes can swing it, either for Reform or for the Cons.
Even if the second tweet is accurate, and it may not be, voters can still give the Cons a mighty and historic kick by voting Reform UK and thus preventing the Conservative Party from thriving, or even surviving.

Whatever your view about WW2 (for me it was avoidable, on the Western Front at least, in 1939, or in 1940, or even later), it is something that concerns mainly European people: English/British, German, French etc, and that applies even more to the Normandy Landings, aka “D-Day”.
Sunak is a cosmopolitan Indian money-juggler, whose parents came from India via East Africa to the UK in the 1960s, about 15 years before his birth in 1980.
I do not criticize Sunak for not being terribly interested in what was happening in Normandy or France generally in 1944. It is of course alien to him, despite his having been born in Hampshire. I do not even criticize Sunak for being PM of the UK, despite his being hopeless at it. I criticize those who have imported large and growing non-European populations, and those who think it is OK for the UK to have an Indian as Prime Minister.
Sunak is the kind of wealthy cosmopolitan Indian you see now forming, en masse, a kind of detached international class. The same applies to his wife.
I met an Indian girl like that in London once, about 1983, a colleague of one of my brothers. I think she was from Bombay (now “Mumbai”, for some reason).
That girl was about to get married. An arranged marriage, but she had been allowed to set her own parameters: the prospective husband, though Indian (the family had parameters too) had to be Westernized, educated at tertiary level in the West, and living in the UK or USA; and the couple would live in the West, preferably USA, after the wedding.
That girl’s family was wealthy, connected to the former Prime Minister of India, Desai [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Morarji_Desai], and organized the wedding, again in or near Bombay. I think that my brother was invited but was unable to attend. The guest list numbered some 2,000 people, which I found incredible, but apparently it was only constraint of time which prevented the celebrations having a guest list numbering 6,000!
The girl married, as requested, a youngish Indian who worked in some professional capacity (maybe architect, I think) in the New York City area.
Those sort of Indians are to be found in place like Palo Alto (California), Silicon Valley (CA), Westchester (NY), the Raleigh-Durham scientific area (NC) etc.
I doubt that Sunak will stay in the UK. California, probably.
I recall a conversation with another such Indian, travelling with his little son in the First Class cabin of a Qatar Airways flight between Doha and London 23 years ago. We exchanged views while standing by the viewing window.
Such Indians are a kind of transilient international community, not British (even if they have a UK passport), not American, not even Indian in terms of having much in common with India itself.
That’s Sunak. He is out of place here, and out of place as Prime Minister.
The whole “a vote for Reform UK is a vote for Labour” thing is a good example of how totally out of touch the main System parties are, and particularly the Conservative Party.
People voting for Farage and/or Reform UK do not care that Labour will benefit from those votes. In fact, many want, not Labour as such, but to kick and kick this Sunak/Liz Truss/Boris-“idiot” government until it expires; voting Reform UK will do that, and will also register a protest, as in the Brexit Referendum.
(A vote for) Brexit meant more than just support for Brexit, and a vote for Reform UK means a very great deal more than support for Farage etc, and greatly more than any hope that Reform UK will actually get any MPs elected (though in fact it now seems that a few Reform candidates may actually break through here and there).
This is actually what is happening in High Peak. Everyday I meet people like Nick, who are putting their trust in Labour this time. pic.twitter.com/IHk5k8f0m9
A campaign clip tweeted by the Labour candidate for the High Peak constituency, Jon Pearce [https://www.jon4highpeak.com/] who is apparently local, unlike pro-Israel puppet Robert Largan, the dishonest and carpetbagging Con candidate (who tweeted on behalf of the “you know who” lobby against both me and local satirical singer Alison Chabloz —and others— some years ago).
Robert Largan is one of the (former) MPs who really put the “con” into “Conservative”.
I don’t care whether High Peak voters vote Labour or Reform UK, so long as Largan is booted out.
Myerson should be removed from his position as Recorder (p/t judge). Both the Judicial Conduct Investigations Office and the Bar Standards Board should be looking into his conduct.
[Update, 19 August 2024: since I wrote the above about the Jew lawyer Myerson (in fact only 2-3 weeks after the blog was posted) he has been required to resign as Recorder (p/t judge), and so to stop demeaning the office of Recorder as (in my view) he demeans the status of King’s Counsel and barrister].

So much for sanctions against Russia. They have mainly damaged the countries whose incompetent governments imposed them. The UK, for one.
I have covered on the blog, in past years, various aspects of the fraudulent “grifting” of “Jack Monroe”, but even today there are, it seems, utter mugs around who not only believe her nonsense but also send money to her.
I have also covered, to a lesser extent, other similar frauds: Simon Harris, aka “Man Behaving Dadly” (Essex Jew who blagged £600,000 from Essex County Council, as well as large amounts from individual mugs online); “Supertanskiii” (whose modus operandi is to post tweets etc shouting angrily and often vulgarly at “the Tories”, while asking mugs to send her money; what will she do when her beloved fake “Labour” turns out to be as bad, or worse?); Julia Grace Patterson (her u.s.p. is that she was briefly a medical doctor in the NHS —for about 2 years—); Mike Stuchbery (see https://ianrobertmillard.org/2019/10/23/a-few-words-about-mike-stuchbery/) etc.
Then of course, there is the “Captain Tom” fraud/embezzlement/”grift”, carried out by the daughter and son-in-law of the ancient ex-officer who raised millions (supposedly for the NHS) by that now-famous yet brainless stunt of traversing his garden lawn on a Zimmer frame thousands of times a few years ago. “Captain Tom” himself was no doubt sincere; his daughter is just a freeloading fraud.
As the BBC might say “other fraudulent grifters are available“…
She’s a grifter, no doubting it. But she’s been scapegoated, a distraction for what was a ridiculous few months of Captain Tom Moore bullshit. It's a big day for grifters. Here is Jack Monroe stating that she's not a millionaire despite the fact that we all know she's taken hundreds of thousands of ££ for taking donations for a lawsuit she never had any intention of going through with. Oh and stop your patreon Jack! pic.twitter.com/dO9akmLDhf
…and still sob-storying about “her boy“, who must be 20 years old now, and who (it is said) was mostly taken care of by others, not by drink/drug wreck “Jack Monroe”.
Oh she's a known liar anyway whom I blocked long ago. Isn't that correct @KitchandBot
Day 380 since the deadline to sue Lee Anderson expired. Rich poverty-cosplayer Jack Monroe @BootstrapCook lies & harasses those asking for refunds & transparency after taking 100s of 1,000s of donations for 1 year. A decade of lies, fraud & theft – Kickstarter, Teemill, Patreon…
I still fail to see how “Jack Monroe” asking for money to sue Lee Anderson and Martin Daubney (and then spending the money on her own pleasures and whims) is any different to what Xahra Saleem did.

Farage in fiery clash with BBC's Mishal Husain over 'silly' migration question https://t.co/FhcpPJ5Hhb
— AstroPeanut 🇬🇧🏴🏴🇬🇬 (@peanut_astro) June 4, 2024
The BBC must be defunded.
Not that I have much time for Farage, for several reasons. For one thing, “net zero” migration would still, if implemented, mean about 200,000 non-whites entering the UK and staying indefinitely, because about that many persons (mostly whites people, i.e. real British people) leave every year to try to find a decent life is Australasia or North America etc.
Well, of course, Sunak has all the charisma or “in-touch-ness” of a limp lettuce, something that Sunak has in common with ludicrously over-promoted and now washed-up 49-day-PM Liz Truss.
That reminds me: I have heard and seen nothing, for weeks if not months, about or from Woollyhead Trussbanger (Kwasi Kwarteng), who lasted only 38 days as Chancellor, yet received a payoff for those 38 days of nearly £17,000 (in addition to salary etc): see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kwasi_Kwarteng#Dismissal.
Controlled opposition. The Conservative Party is generally pro the Jewish/Zionist/Israel lobby, and Israel itself. So is Farage. So is Goodwin. Get the picture?
Only a social-national party or movement can save the future of this country, but such a party or movement does not exist. The nearest is Patriotic Alternative, I suppose.
According to our recent YouGov survey, a shocking 10% of the British public are unaware that #MotorInsurance is compulsory for any vehicle used on a public road.
Labour aren't popular, they're a lot less unpopular. I don't envy Starmer the 'honeymoon' period with Murdoch, but then I don't envy anyone's honeymoon with Murdoch.
I too, like tweeter “@JoeeggJoe”, think that the Cons have the potential to fall further. Now that Farage is Reform UK leader, Reform may increase its support, not so much because Farage is wildly popular but simply because Reform now as a very identifiable leader, which was not the case with Tice.
I also tend to think that there is a bloc of “secret Reform UK” voters, unwilling to admit to it publicly or to poll canvassers, but who, on 4 July (or before that, in postal voting), will put their X by Reform UK candidates, either because they support Reform UK anyway, or because they see it as the best way, where they live, of kicking the Conservative Party).
Yesterday I decided to allow myself to have twitter back on my phone for the duration of the election campaign and that decision is already SO vindicated. https://t.co/C6VbVfRUMM

Good grief! Ecce the new Mayor of “Derry” (“Londonderry”, as was). So much for Irish nationalism! The SDLP, and Sinn Fein, are as fake as the SNP and Plaid Cymru. Is this what the IRA and others struggled for, all those years, all those decades, indeed all those centuries?!
More music
I like The Shadows for several reasons. Firstly, their music reminds me of my fairly early years of childhood, I having been born in 1956 (and so was about 6-7 in 1963). Secondly, their originality and quality. Thirdly, their music evokes a sense of the optimism of England in the years of the early/mid 1960s. Fourthly, they are or were unmistakably English, for all their enthusiasm for Americana (eg their piece, F.B.I.) in those Atlanticist years.
I remember seeing their name on the outside of the Kursaal in Ostend (Belgium) in the summer of maybe 1963, maybe 1965, along with that of Cliff Richard, when they were his backing group.
The smug look on the little bitch’s face says it all. Entitled. Probably pig-ignorant. Probably either a student or a trustafarian, or maybe unemployed. My money would be on her being a student of some kind, probably from an affluent family.
Almost certainly pro-mass migration and the invasion of the UK.
Regular readers will be aware that I am no fan of Farage’s “controlled opposition” “conservative nationalism” but this must be punished. I doubt that that will happen.
I wrote a piece about this type of sub-terrorism some years ago, when Farage was again the victim of an idiot milkshake-thrower, and the terminally unfunny supposed “comedienne”, Jo Brand, “joked” that it should have been battery acid.
Will the police track down and arrest the woman who today attacked Farage? I wonder…
Obviously, today’s attack was very predictable, and Farage does not seem to have effective personal protection.
I wonder whether Farage will get more votes because of what happened today. Maybe. Certainly, I have scoured the Press looking for any mention of his Conservative Party opponent, one Giles Watling, but without result. Watling is invisible in Clacton. Farage is the only game in town, both for those who like his candidature and those who hate it (and him).
Farage is probably a good deal more sanguine about the attack today than I should be in his position. I am restricted in what I can express, by reason of my free speech trial last year, which has had at least a marginally chilling effect on my freedom of expression, but I think that my regular readers will be able to read between the lines.
The perpetrator should be identified and arrested, though. At least that.
Counterproductive, just more publicity now sympathy for Farage, and no doubt more votes. This woman has unintentionally given Farge a boost.
“I don’t want to see the residents of Clacton-on-Sea taken for granted and sacrificed on the altar of his vanity.”
Mr Watling said he felt it was his job to “transform Clacton’s future” by using government funding he had secured.”
[BBC]
Watling himself seems rather remote from the majority of Clacton residents and voters. I notice that, in the photo on the BBC website, he is wearing a Garrick Club tie:
“As part of a privately funded experiment in Universal Basic Income in 2019, the Stockton Economic Empowerment Demonstration (S.E.E.D.) conducted a pilot project that gave a $500 stipend to 125 randomly selected residents for an 24-month period with “no strings attached.“[51] “
[Wikipedia]
“SEED was a Randomized Control Trial that distributed $500 a month for 24 months to 125 recipients. The cash was unconditional, with no strings attached and no work requirements, and recipients were selected randomly from neighborhoods at or below Stockton’s median household income.
Results gathered from the first year, which spanned February of 2019 to February of 2020, found recipients obtained full-time employment at more than twice the rate of non-recipients. Recipients were less anxious and depressed, both over time and compared to the control group. They also saw statistically significant improvements in emotional health, fatigue levels and overall well being. Recipients had a greater ability to pay for unexpected expenses.
People spent the SEED money on basic needs, including food (nearly 37%), sales/merchandise (22%, on home goods, clothes/shoes and discount/dollar stores), utilities (11%) and auto costs (10%). Less than 1% was spent on alcohol and/or tobacco.”
In my view, Basic Income must be the way to go, with AI and robotics impacting employment and set to do so more. The alternative to Basic Income is to have a tiny sliver of the population ultra-wealthy, a wider layer wealthy, and about 80% of the population near-destitute.

“Rishi Sunak has been given a glimmer of hope as a major new poll by Lord Ashcroft suggests that more than half of voters have yet to definitively make up their minds.
With less than five weeks until the General Election, the research shared exclusively with the Daily Mail found only four in ten have ‘definitely decided’ how to vote.
But in a sign of the mountain the Tories still have to climb, the poll gives Labour a 23 point lead.
Overall, it puts Labour on a 47 per cent vote share, with the Tories on 24 per cent, and Reform UK on 11 per cent.”
Assuming honesty and relative accuracy of the poll, several points stand out for me.
Firstly, that this poll is not at all the “glimmer of hope” for Sunak and the Cons that the report accompanying it is spinning.
42% have “definitely decided” which way they are going to vote. Looking at recent polling elsewhere, that must greatly favour Labour. As for “...leaning towards a party” but “not definitely sure“, that could apply to any of the parties, but if most end up with Labour, then it is possible that Lab could end up, overall, topping 50%, leaving the Cons with a MP cadre in the single figures.
It might also mean, thinking of my previous speculation on the blog, that there are more people than polls suggest willing to vote Reform UK, if only as a protest, or as a method of giving the time-expired Conservative Party a kicking without having to vote Labour. “Secret” Reform UK voters. Do they even exist? We do not know. I think that they may exist, but in what numbers?
Anything up to 31% of eligible voters may not vote, it seems.
One big unanswered question is how many under-40s and especially under-25s will bother to vote, they being heavily pro-Labour.
On the other hand, the over-70s are the only age demographic more likely to vote Con than Lab. If significant numbers either vote Labour (unlikely) or Reform UK (much more likely) or simply abstain (not unlikely) then Sunak and the Cons really are in trouble.
Other takeaways include the fact (if it is a fact) that only 23% think that Sunak etc can do better than others at “running the economy” (Lab 37%; Don’t Know 39%, tellingly). For a Prime Minister with a banking and financial/business background, and who was, not so long ago, Chancellor of the Exchequer, that is very much a thumbs-down.
The voters’ assessments of the characters of Sunak and Starmer are not so very different.
Sunak is assessed by only 8% as being “up to the job“, while only 12% assess him as even being “competent“. That’s damning. (Starmer’s equivalent ratings were 18% and 21%, scarcely a ringing endorsement, but still far better than Sunak).
Ashford’s poll figures, fed into Electoral Calculus [https://www.electoralcalculus.co.uk/userpoll.html] suggest a result of Labour MPs 513, Cons 71, LibDems 31, SNP 12, Greens 2, Plaid 3, Reform 0, Northern Irish 18.
Very very bad for the Conservative Party, but not quite existentially so..
On that basis, there would still be a considerable Con bloc of 71 MPs, and the Cons would still be the official Opposition, however ineffective.
My own feeling, whether it be right or wrong, is still that the Cons may be reduced to below 50 MPs, and that the LibDems may exceed that by default (tactical voting), thus making the LibDems the Opposition in the Commons.
If that were to occur, the defeat would be existential for the Cons. No “bright young” (mostly idiot) careerists (think Liz Truss, once upon a time…) would want to join, and big donors would not bother to pump money into funding the Cons. A “death spiral”, as people say.

“I publicly disagreed with the IHRA definition of antisemitism by reference to the arguments of Sir Stephen Sedley (on any view a hugely respected jurist) that it protects Israel from legitimate criticism.
That led to people publishing confidential and dangerously defamatory information about me. And lots more people publishing crude and dehumanising abuse of me. “Perhaps there isn’t any such thing as the Israel lobby. Perhaps Israel is the only country on the planet without dedicated lobbyists. Perhaps organisations like We Believe in Israel, the Britain Israel Communications and Research Centre, and both the Labour and Conservative Friends of Israel, simply don’t exist.
Perhaps it’s simply untrue to say that people who are critical of Israel online, or supportive of Palestine, are bombarded by hostile replies from pro-Israel accounts.
Or perhaps, there’s a concerted effort by Israel’s advocates to warp and distort the definition of antisemitism to make it impossible to describe their activities. Was Faiza Shaheen wrong to apologise? I can understand why she did it. But nobody should have to apologise for liking a plain statement of fact.“
Perhaps I imagined the evidence which clearly showed supporters of Israel working together to get information on me.
Perhaps I imagined them publishing confidential and dangerously defamatory information about me.
One of the unreliable witnesses for the losing defendants in that case was Simon Myerson, a barrister and Recorder (p/t judge). Others (all Zionist Jews) were likewise not given much if any credence by the trial judge.
If we are keeping count, I think Myerson has inferred, and then implied publicly, that both you and I were somehow responsible for Dr Newbon’s suicide.
