Morning music

[Wilanow Palace, near Warsaw]

On this day a year ago

Seen somewhere or other…

At church this morning people who never come to church, arrived with their newly delivered pet Ukrainian refugees in tow. Actual real ones surprisingly, two white women.

Far more than is normal, the church reeked of sanctimony and confected compassion as a result. As you imagine, the prayers of intercession were unctuous and insufferable.

The two women reminded me of the Ukrainian girl in Derry girls; Miserable, taciturn, unimpressed, ungrateful.

However, God, who was clearly fed up with this appalling show of cod virtue, intervened. At coffee afterwards one of the Ukrainians said that the war need never have started and that Zelensky was a cocaine addict and a crook. The second Ukrainian piped up and offered that the war was caused by the E.U. and that Zelensky should have surrendered on day one. I have never seen such crestfallen faces since the Brexit vote was announced.

Asked how they had escaped they said without hesitation; “The Russians got us out”.

To add insult to injury, a few more MSM myths were put to sleep and a sombre and deflated congregation was left somewhat bereft. Thanks be to God: It was wonderful to behold his works at hand.”

Provenance unknown, but it has the ring of truth.

I have met relatively few Ukrainians, but a few were of the sort mentioned. Others, however, were very different.

An old couple on a train in south-east Poland in December 1988, the husband of the couple with several gold teeth, and both talking in broken Russian at me, beaming happily through their fairly obvious poverty.

Another was a charming girl, Lena, who worked as a receptionist at the British Embassy in Almaty (Kazakhstan), where I lived in 1996-1997 (until the late 1990s, Kazakhstan had many minority populations, the result of deportations during the time of Stalin).

The number two man at the Embassy, the Second Secretary (the Ambassador was also the First Secretary), a Basil Fawlty lookalike, had (I heard) proposed marriage to that receptionist, but despite having gone to Surrey (I think Surrey; maybe Hampshire) with him to meet his parents, she declined his offer in the end.

After my time in Almaty was over, I heard that that young woman had died, still in her mid or late twenties, of cancer. Very sad. As for the said Second Secretary of the British Embassy, he returned to London and was, not very long after that, in the late 1990s, appointed H.M. Ambassador to Rwanda.

I enjoyed reading that piece above.

Thinking the unthinkable

https://www.theguardian.com/world/2022/apr/25/us-diplomats-to-return-to-ukraine-and-fresh-military-aid-unveiled-after-blinken-visit

We see now that the USA (meaning NWO/ZOG) has been continuing with its post-Soviet strategy of weakening Russia to the point that Russia can never again be regarded as a “superpower”, and beyond that weakness to a point where the USA is the only superpower and can dictate terms in every area to Russia (and the rest of the world).

That State Department paper, first leaked in the 1990s, is clearly still the basis, no longer hidden, of US policy in the foreign affairs area.

Russia has one obvious trump card, as had the Soviet Union or, as British diplomats used to call it, “Upper Volta with rockets“.

However shambolic the Soviet Union was in some respects, no-one doubted that most of its long-range missile and inter-continental ballistic missiles [ICBMs] worked. They could be launched, they might be launched and, if they were, most would reach their targets.

The same is true of the unsatisfactory, ideology-deficient Russia of 2022.

Forget the froth about Jew oligarchs’ mega-yachts and travel restrictions, forget the Moscow middle classes losing their jobs and lifestyles. All that scarcely touches deep Russia. In fact, the economic sanctions may actually help the poorer Russians, in that, if Russia finds it hard to export, then whatever is produced will cost less on the domestic market. I mean the things the bulk of Russians need on an everyday basis, such as food, construction materials etc.

Russia still has those missiles. They still work, most of them, as has been seen in Ukraine, where various kinds of missiles have been used (mostly launched from Russia or from under the surface of the sea). They have reached their targets and have detonated, most of them.

The USA, UK and general Western leaderships are determined (under the direction of the secret ruling circles of NWO/ZOG) to keep funnelling arms to the Kiev regime. Britain (Boris-idiot) is even going to send Challenger tanks, we read in the msm.

It seems that the NWO/ZOG rulers of the UK, USA etc are willing to do anything, whatever it takes, not even only to defend the Jew-Zionist regime in Kiev, but also to bleed Russia dry as it attempts to continue to prosecute this invasion and/or war.

There seems to be an assumption that Russia will either give up, returning to pre-2022 boundaries, or will continue with the war of attrition until —if it succeeds— it controls Ukraine south of Kiev, east of the Dnieper and, in the south, to a line maybe 100 miles north of the Black Sea and Sea of Azov.

The latter situation was, and remains, my assumption too: Russian occupation of eastern and southern Ukraine, eventually leading to occupation of both Kiev and Odessa.

However, what if, under increasing pressure from the Western allies (mainly USA and UK), Russia, meaning Putin, feels that it cannot achieve those limited objectives? What if Russian forces are, or are in danger of, truly “losing” this war, of being pushed back behind Russia’s pre-2022, 2014, or even 2012 frontiers? What if that were to happen, and the Ukrainian proxies were to continue to build up their strength with Western help, and on a massive scale? Moscow is only 500 miles from Kiev, and only 300 miles from Ukrainian territory at the nearest point.

At present, Putin ‘s forces are increasing the damage to Ukraine’s infrastructure and logistical capability, using more powerful but still conventional (non-nuclear) weapons. There will surely be a surge in Russian troop numbers and deployments as well. Those, together, might break the Kiev regime. If not, there would still remain the ghastly possibility of the use of tactical or battlefield nuclear weapons.

How far any tactical use of nuclear weapons could go before the war spilled over into Poland, a NATO power, is uncertain. Radioactivity might cross borders, but even without that, could this war be contained within the borders of Ukraine? I do not know.

How far can Russia be pushed? How far can NATO accept Russian advances or gains before NATO gets involved directly? I do not know.

Beyond even that horrific possibility, what if Putin and those with actual command and control decide to go for broke, to change the game completely, to change the international order completely, and perhaps to emerge stronger but 200 years later? What if the “big red button” (so to speak) is pushed?

The fact is that Russia has 6,200 nuclear weapons (we are told), most of them missiles, most of them said to be operational. Even if we discount that by half or three-quarters, and leave a notional 1,500 long-range and inter-continental missiles available, that gives the Russian leadership a very big stick.

Should Russia launch a nuclear strike on the USA and UK using say 500 missiles (after all Russia’s eagle looks both ways, and China is still there), and even if “only” 10% of such missiles detonate on target, that is still, say, 50 missiles, that means Goodbye Britain, almost entirely, even if only 10 missiles hit.

It also means that the USA might suffer, at least, say 40 hits on major installations and cities.

Let’s say that the top 10 cities —by population or other significance— are wiped out: Washington DC, New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, Houston, Phoenix, Philadelphia, maybe Dallas, San Francisco, San Diego. Also, 30 other strikes: maybe Silicon Valley, San Fernando Valley, Imperial Valley (which produces a very high percentage of the US’s fruits and vegetables), Seattle, Palo Alto, and other hi-tech centres.

On the more obviously military and naval side, there might be strikes on CIA headquarters, Langley (near Washington DC), on major naval ports, on command and control centres, on Fort Bragg, Fort Meade, Fort Dietrich.

Could American society survive such an attack? I think not, looking at the sluggish response to, say, Hurricane Katrina etc. The USA would only recover after 100-200 years.

Russia’s major cities and centres of military power would also be hit and destroyed in such a ghastly scenario, but the core Russian people, out in the country, would still be there, probably, living on a basic level.

This is a path down which the world should not go. The West should not have started to re-arm the Kiev regime; it should certainly not continue to build up the power of the Zelensky regime. The main sufferers are the Ukrainian civilians and their companion animals. The West should have let Russia take the south and east, in effect.

There seems to be the belief in the Western power-circles that Putin would not launch a strategic nuclear attack because Russia would also suffer. See https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mutual_assured_destruction. Very logical. Trouble is, people are not always logical. As a matter of fact, is it logical in the first place? One side might just say “yes we both get hit, but 200 years down the line, we will be pre-eminent, and the other side not“…

MAD, but not as we know it, if you like.

The West and Russia both still have the chance to think and consider where this is all going.

Late thought

” [After the end of the American Civil War, Robert E.] Lee also expressed his “willingness that blacks should be educated, and … that it would be better for the blacks and for the whites.” Lee forthrightly opposed allowing blacks to vote: “My own opinion is that, at this time, they [black Southerners] cannot vote intelligently, and that giving them the [vote] would lead to a great deal of demagogism, and lead to embarrassments in various ways.” [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Robert_E._Lee].

I suppose that most of my blog readers imagine that I oppose blacks, or the majority of blacks, voting in the UK. They are not wrong if that is their guess, but where my blog readers may be surprised is that I regard the majority of white English people presently around no differently. They too rarely have the education, life experience, or native intelligence to make an informed choice.

Of course, the fact that the (pseudo-democratic) System puts up mainly very inferior persons as candidates for political office makes the situation worse.

It is not solely a question of education, nor even intelligence, but also of general level of soul, and of to what extent their mentalities have been poisoned by a corrupt msm.

Frankly, the general level of white English people in the UK now is little better than that of the “blacks and browns” living here.

Angela Rayner is not only as thick as two short planks, but also was photographed together with Jewish-lobby puppet Starmer, both down on their knees in fealty to the “Black Lives Matter” nonsense.

There is now no, or virtually no, peaceful electoral road for white European people.

Dystopian dream

Had a slightly disturbing dream (in fact not unusual for me), involving rather dystopian landscapes, cities, and society, as well as Vichy France, oddly enough. My “takeaway” from that was the (perhaps not hugely original, and it had in fact often come to mind in the past) that societies could be numbered 1-5 (or more) on a scale of evil and/or repression.

On that basis, a “normal” pseudo-democratic society of the 19th-21st centuries might be a “1” (some repression is almost inevitable in any civilized society of the present era) or even “0” (though it is hard to think of any), whereas the “Killing Fields” Cambodia or “Kampuchea” of Pol Pot and the Khmer Rouge in the late 1970s might be a “5” [see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Khmer_Rouge#Life_under_the_Khmer_Rouge], as might the regime instituted by the Isis barbarians in the Middle East not very long ago [see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Islamic_State].

No doubt it is possible that future societies might descend in behaviour to a “6” or “7”, while others might be able to maintain themselves at “0”, societies in which individual rights and the good of the collective would be not simply in balance, but in harmony, the individual freely choosing the path of conscience, and that choice never conflicting with —and in fact upholding and promoting— the goals of the collective society.

Looks as though at least one msm scribbler has started to wake up to the fact that Russia may prevail in the present conflict. Ecce the deracinated Brit plebs, who do not care that their country, and all Europe, and the European-descended world, is sliding to destruction, so long as “their” football club (owned, probably, by a cosmopolitan Jew, and with most players black, Middle Eastern, North African, or some mixture) is doing well in some league or other; or so long as the “England” team (probably mostly non-white) is playing well in some bloody tournament somewhere in the world.

Exactly what I have been blogging for months now.

Boris-idiot has latched onto Ukraine as a kind of sub-Falklands Factor, to distract from his hopeless handling of pretty much everything in domestic British politics. The cunning Jew, Zelensky, is playing “Boris” for all he is worth. £500M in military aid, missiles, tanks (all gratis), “refugee” hospitality etc etc.

If Britain (either directly or in effect, via Poland) gives tanks to the Kiev regime, the UK is pretty close to being in a war with Russia which, though at present still a cold war, might well result in a hot war before very long.

Russia, if willing to use all its power, cannot “lose” in Ukraine. For example, were it to use tactical and/or battlefield nuclear weapons. Thus it can be seen that for the UK and USA to funnel arms to the Kiev regime is merely to prolong and intensify the agony of the Ukrainian civilians and their companion animals (which latter is not a “small” matter, as some believe; some apparently small matters are, spiritually, of great importance).

He should be flogged.

When you look at the clowns in charge of both the Government and, in places, NHS, it is unsurprising that nothing works properly.

If Macron wins that semi-rigged election in France, it will be a situation of (to paraphrase the famous Sun headline of 1992), “it was the w*gs wot won it!“…

No less than 17% of the officially-noted population of France are non-white: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/France#Ethnic_groups. Few of those will vote for Marine le Pen. The votes of the supposedly socialist Melenchon (22% in the first round, third-placed; knocked out) are mostly those of non-French (i.e. non-white) voters. Melenchon himself is only French by (partial) upbringing— his parents are Spanish and Spanish/Sicilian, and he lived in Morocco until aged 11.

Most of the Melenchon voters will either vote Macron (to stop Marine le Pen), or will abstain, in this second round. Thus the French people will —probably— be cheated.

Births to ethnic non-French are booming; births to French people declining. This election may be the last chance the French people have to save themselves by ordinary, “lawful” methods, and I fear that, like the Brits, Germans, and others, they will fluff it.

Not that I think hugely highly of Marine le Pen, who even has Jews advising her (and undermining her), but she at least seems to value the heritage of France and of Europe, as compared to Zionist puppet Macron.

Europe may have to be destroyed and remade.

Alison Chabloz

Latest news from the camp of satirical singer-songwriter Alison Chabloz, presently imprisoned for, in effect, singing a song about the Charles Dickens character, the Jew Fagin, and also for making a few comments about Zionist Jews on Internet podcasts (the host of one of which podcast has also been imprisoned, though not because of anything Alison said on his show): Alison Chabloz remains at Bronzefield Prison, though it seems that an appeal against both conviction and sentence is in train, as is a renewed application for bail pending appeal.

When or if I receive further news, I shall publish it on the blog. Previous recent blog posts give details of how to send cards, letters, paperback books, and small sums of money to Alison at the prison.

I still see the occasional poor sap wearing a useless facemask; usually an elderly person, and usually at Waitrose, though I did see a little village shop today where almost all of the 6-8 customers (except me, I think) were still wearing the masks; I suppose they still imagine that it is “the law” (if it ever truly was). The other customers were all about 90 years old.

In any case, most of what issues from the bastard’s mouth is a stream of lying falsehood.

East of the Dnieper river and also, in the south, 50-100+ miles inland from the sea coasts, as I have been blogging from the start, a couple of months ago.

Having said that, in my view such a strategy must eventually include Kiev, which straddles the Dnieper.

If only Britain had kept the Empire; if only Britain had not fought a savage and pointless war against the German Reich. The shambolic and corrupt countries now seen in Asia and Africa would still be being run properly, by British civil servants and officers at the top level, and indeed below top level. It would have been better for Britain, the native peoples of those countries, for the animals, birds and other wildlife, and for the environment generally.

Ha. Reminds me of British TV news film taken in Salisbury, Rhodesia, circa 1966:

Here is another film. Salisbury, Rhodesia (now Harare, Zimbabwe) in 1960.

It was not that different when I was there in 1977. I remember seeing most of what is on the film. A few more tall buildings.

Now, of course, after 45 years of black misrule, it is very different.

I notice that even black “Zimbabweans” comment about how beautiful it was back then. True. It was the beauty of the flowering trees and bushes etc that struck me when I was there in 1977. I hope that they still have some of those, at least.

Human nature? It is human nature (for the majority) to bend before authority (read Nietzsche). That is why most, for example, British, Australians, New Zealanders etc obeyed the “rules” and illegitimate laws imposed. Not all sheep in New Zealand have four legs…

Cruel gibe…

Society would lose nothing if those women and the man (if that is what he is) speaking were themselves “terminated”. Au contraire.

Jesus H. Christ! It may be trite to repeat it but “war is hell” (even when unavoidable)…

Of course, most of Ukraine, even in the active war zones, is not devastated, not yet anyway. I hope that it will not be devastated. However, the funnelling of heavy armament by USA/UK etc (NWO/ZOG) to the Jew Zelensky’s Kiev regime will only prolong and intensify the agony, the harm and the loss to civilians, and the destruction of cities and towns.

Russia will probably still be able to take all of the part of Ukraine east of the Dnieper, and Kiev as well, eventually.

Meine Ehre heisst Treue

Ukraine

I came across a video. It purports to be from an independent American journalist taken (by Russian soldiers) to the front line of the battle for Mariopol/Mariupol. How “true” it is, I have no idea, but it is something that the Western msm will not show. I cannot link it here because it has been marked “age-restricted” by YouTube, but you can see it by looking for the reports of Patrick Lancaster on YouTube, or perhaps via Google.

As previously blogged, the Russians seem to be drawing a line from their southern occupied areas, through Zaporozhye, and (as yet only on maps, not on the ground) up to Dnipro/Dnepropetrovsk and then further up to the Kharkov area.

If the Russians can do that, and if they can hold that line, then the Ukrainian or Kiev-regime forces east of that line are doomed, because they will have no chance of resupply.

We are told that the best, most effective, Ukrainian forces are in the southeast, around the Donbass region. If they become completely encircled, then not only are they themselves doomed, but the Kiev regime will lose the best part of its army. In that event, the situation on the ground will change rapidly. The Russians will have far greater forces to deploy beyond the southeast, and the cities east of the Dnieper still under Kiev-regime control will quite soon fall. The distance from Dnipro to Kiev is the same as that from Kharkov to Kiev— 300 miles.

The Russians might decide to advance on Kiev after that, not only from the south/southeast, but also from the east (once Kharkov is fully taken) and again from the north.

There again, Odessa is a major strategic target, as the third-largest city (after Kiev and Kharkov), and with more anti-ship missiles being sent to the Kiev regime by the UK and USA, the Russians might prefer to secure Odessa before attempting Kiev.

Historically, Russia has been at its most relentless when its back has been against the wall. Russia has to win this war, now that it is impossible to back out. The horrible mess of the invasion, and the toll on civilians and their companion animals, has been terrible, but Russia now has no choice but to wade through it all, to some sort of “victory”, however bitter.

I agree, but in reality the opposite is happening. Boris-idiot has more or less abandoned the British people (to sink or swim in a sea of price rises, shortages not only of goods but of NHS and other services as well, and other problems). Fake “Boris” is now the am-dram poundland “Churchill” again, desperately seeking vindication by giving UK weaponry to the Jew Zelensky and his Zionist Kiev regime.

I am inclined to think that “Partygate” is a pathetic storm in a teacup (and the “rules” should never have existed anyway), but the fact is that “Boris” thinks that whatever rules do exist are for the British people, but not for him and his cosmopolitan and only notionally “British” cabal.

How long before we hear (via some propaganda spout such as BBC Countryfile) that rural England, and farming in it, are not “diverse” enough?

Replacement…

…and now, the huge economic cost, and social cost too, of the crazed “lockdown” policy, eg in the UK, is being blamed on Putin!

Stupid, illogical, but many are already being fooled by the System propaganda.

Most online censorship etc is done by, or at the instigation of, the Jew-Zionist element in UK and world society: see a few of my own experiences here below.

No, because Sturgeon, like Toby Young, is a hypocrite. Young runs the “Free Speech Union”, which however has never said a word in favour of me (since 2016 not only wrongfully-disbarred, but also harassed several times over the years by police drones, at the instigation of the Jew/Zionist/Israel lobby); likewise, Young and the free speech bods have never spoken up for Alison Chabloz (imprisoned more than once for singing satirical songs and posting satirical cartoons about Jew frauds), or Jez Turner (imprisoned for one sentence in a speech about Jews). Etc.

Alison Chabloz

Speaking of imprisoned (last Thursday, yet again) satirist and singer-songwriter, Alison Chabloz, it seems that she will be appealing both her conviction and sentence, though I have no details. From what little I heard at time of, or immediately subsequent to, trial and sentencing, there are several possible grounds of appeal, in law, but I prefer to remain silent until I have detail (if I do) of the grounds of appeal.

[Alison Chabloz]

In the meantime, until or unless she can get bail pending appeal, Alison sits in Bronzefield Prison near Heathrow Airport.

Alison’s address and Prisoner Number is now confirmed as below:

Alison Chabloz A6478EK

HMP Bronzefield,

Woodthorpe Rd,

Ashford

TW15 3JZ.

Anyone who wishes to send postcards, letters, books [new books only, softback only, preferably from online booksellers, but not from Amazon] etc, can send them to the above address.

Small sums of money can also be sent to Alison via the official government system: see https://www.gov.uk/send-prisoner-money. The date of birth of the prisoner is required; Alison’s date of birth is 4 April 1964.

The Jew-Zionist troublemakers at the tiny but (needless to say) well-funded “Campaign Against Antisemitism” or “CAA”, who boasted last year that they had “been trying to get Alison Chabloz imprisoned for 5 years” (note the typically-obsessional mentality), have in recent days been crowing on Twitter etc about Alison’s latest unjust sentence.

In fact, as of tomorrow, Thursday 21 April 2022, Alison will already have served 1/11th of her likely actual custodial sentence (i.e. one week out of the total 22 weeks, of which half, 11 weeks, will be spent in prison).

The “CAA” cabal has put out a lot of effort for not much reward, it seems to me.

If Alison gets bail pending appeal, it is quite likely that the appeal (in Crown Court, unless another route is sought via Divisional Court) will not be heard for many months, perhaps not even until 2023.

This is not new, though —arguably— the subtlety, and degree of intensification, may be.

In the First World War, the British Government set up a quite effective “black propaganda” unit, which claimed that Belgian and French babies were being impaled on German bayonets, nuns attacked to bell-clappers in cathedrals and so murdered in that bizarre fashion, and that civilians were being murdered, their bodies being melted down to produce soap, and the skin used to upholster armchairs or create lamp-shades.

At least many of the poorly-educated British public of 1914-18 actually believed those stories (which were in fact all completely untrue). You may say, “well, most people were uneducated then, had never travelled” etc, but some of the very same stories were, so to speak, “recycled” in the Second World War: bodies melted to create soap, skin used in lamp-shades etc.

In fact, even the Jew-Zionists have disowned most of the Second World War reworking of those propaganda stories, but some of the simpler people of the UK still believe in them, as I discovered in early 2017, when I was asked by a detective-sergeant at Grays (Essex) police station, how I could justify human (Jewish) skin being turned into lamp-shades! See https://ianrobertmillard.org/2017/07/13/when-i-was-a-victim-of-a-malicious-zionist-complaint/.

If even a detective-sergeant of the police cannot see that such stories are a kind of science-fiction, then how can many others tell truth from fiction?

Now, the public is asked to believe that most Russians are almost devils, and that most Ukrainians are almost saintly, that Putin is a real devil, but that the Jew dictator Zelensky is a hero and all-round wonderful person.

We see and hear of atrocities committed by Russians (in fact, Chechens and others seem more culpable), but the proven atrocities committed by Ukrainian forces (eg sadistically shooting young Russian captives in the legs before executing them in the field (both war crimes) are, if reported at all by the Western msm, glossed over and not dwelt upon much.

In fact, bearing in mind the number of Western msm reporters now in Western Ukraine, where are the reports about how the Zelensky regime is treating its Russian (and Ukrainian dissident) captives? Answer came there none…

The latest absurdity is, of course, the fast-tracking of Ukraine into the EU. A country with part (and soon half) of its claimed territory under “foreign” occupation, a country with almost no economy left, with a near-worthless currency, with 15% of its citizens now living in other countries (having fled).

Proof positive that the EU has abandoned being a trading bloc and has become a purely political component of the New World Order [NWO].

Hard to believe now that, in pre-EU days (when it was just the EEC, and Sweden not part of it), 1982, I was actually refused admission to Sweden at the port of Malmo (they said that I did not have enough money) while en route to Helsinki and having arrived from the port of Travemunde in the then West Germany (Travemunde was on the border of the DDR).

You can see how, over the past week, the EU (NWO/ZOG component) has been wheeling out sleaze stories about Marine le Pen, in order to bamboozle the French masses.

See also https://ianrobertmillard.org/2019/01/09/on-recent-events-in-france/ about Macron’s oddly-suspicious background.

Opinion polls now have Macron several points ahead of le Pen for the second round of the French Presidential election, but about 10% are still undecided, so there is, as yet, all to play for.

How long before we see that in the UK? The “Covid” toytown police-state of 2020-2021 was a warning of things to come, possibly.

The aim of the System is to introduce a regime of microchip “Covid passports”, leading to a microchipped population. Add to that electric cars all fitted with GPS satnav, and almost everyone with a trackable mobile telephone, and you have much of the population, and 99% of the “important” people (those with any real influence or power, or heavy money) tracked, if need be, 24/7. The Stasi of the old DDR (East Germany) would have killed for that level of surveillance.

Indeed, it may be that, years down the line, all cars will be able to have their controls overridden by a centralized system, so that a car might actually be able to be directed to deliver an unwilling person directly to the “authorities”.

London redevelopment

To my way of thinking, London, like most European cities, is better thought of as horizontal rather than vertical. That, however, has not been the trend of recent decades.

I can remember a time, in the late 1970s, when the whole Docklands area was still a post-industrial semi-wasteland. The foot-tunnel from Greenwich, under the river, came out into the Isle of Dogs as it used to be, an undeveloped (since the 19th/early 20thC) scene which, after dark especially, was both sinister and interesting. Pubs, some ugly and tacked onto 20thC council housing, a few other pubs quirky and picturesque, those latter very old and far predating the Victorian docks and dock buildings.

In 1979, there was no Canary Wharf, no expanses of new expensive housing, no Docklands Light Railway and, further afield to the east, no London City Airport.

All very different now. Arguably, the part of England that has changed most in the past 40 or so years, in terms of development. See https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Isle_of_Dogs. See also https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lincoln_Plaza_(London)

James Heappey

In case anyone was wondering which village has just lost its idiot: https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-10720313/Armed-forces-minister-warns-Britain-chemical-agent-used-Ukraine.html.

Britain could go it alone in responding directly to a chemical agent attack by Vladimir Putin in Ukraine, the armed forces minister has suggested.

James Heappey said the Russian president is wrong if he thinks a response to him using banned weapons would require a Nato vote.”

[Daily Mail].

This is the aforesaid idiot, a passed-over ex-officer (left Army after 10 years with the courtesy rank of major), now posing as great military expert and strategist: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/James_Heappey.

[James Heappey MP, junior minister for the Armed Forces, who seems to want Britain to launch a unilateral attack, using chemical weapons at that, on Russia. A prize idiot, even in the Westminster monkeyhouse]

I am beginning to think that it is only a matter of time before deadheads of the James Heappey type get the UK into a war —by any other name— with Russia, a state which has, we are told, 6,200 nuclear weapons, mostly missiles (the UK, apparently, has about 25).

All that potential misery, pain, and death for the people of the UK (not to mention the end of the UK as a functioning state), and why? Because idiots of the Heappey type want to virtue-signal about Ukraine, a corrupt and shambolic “failed state” that, as a state, has only existed for 30 years, and with which the UK is not, and never has been, allied.

Behind all the “stand with Ukraine” stuff is a collection of familiar evils: Conservative and Labour Friends of Israel, the New World Order cabals etc.

Justice?

Yesterday, persecuted satirist Alison Chabloz was sentenced to a very harsh 22 weeks in prison (11 weeks actually incarcerated), not far from the maximum 26 weeks. All because some peculiar Jewish woman made a complaint about Alison’s reworking of a Lionel Bart song from the musical, Oliver!

Meanwhile, a bully who attacked an Indian waiter, which bully was with a pack of other boors, and who had a previous conviction for a similar offence, was let off by a Crown Court judge with a modest fine. See https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-10719775/Businessman-sprayed-Asian-man-fire-extinguisher-racially-aggravated-offence-spared-jail.html.

Don’t mistake me: speaking generally, I do not want the “blacks and browns” to be in the UK, but that sort of rowdiness and bullying cannot be tolerated, yet is, effectively. Also, how is it that the sentencing judge seems to have taken the defendant’s drunkenness at the material time as a mitigating factor?! Surely wrong, even if the trial was in Newcastle…

Actually, that Newcastle sentencing does show what nonsense the whole “aggravation” based on “racial hostility” is. The defendant should have been given a stiff sentence for his behaviour regardless of any racial hostility. The UK must start to stamp down on bad behaviour committed in public.

My main purpose in putting the report on the blog, however, was to show, by contrast, how harsh was the Alison Chabloz sentence yesterday.

Of course, in the Newcastle case, the victim was Indian or something similar, whereas the (alleged) victim in the Alison Chabloz case was Jewish.

One reason, perhaps several reasons, why there is no “Parliamentary road” for social nationalism in the UK, though if there were a suitable —or any— movement, a political party would have to be part of that, and might stand candidates.

Ukraine

A few days ago on this blog, I predicted that, were Russian ships hit and sunk in the Black Sea, it would trigger a massive escalation from the Russian side. So it has transpired.

What puzzles me is that Russia has now attacked a missile factory in the Kiev area, a factory which apparently produces such missiles. My puzzlement is “why only now?” I should have thought that such a place would be a priority target.

I think that Putin basically does not want to hit Kiev, and especially the central and historic central parts, too badly. Not only for public relations reasons, but also because he sees Moscow and Kiev as the two founding cities of the Russian people, of which the Ukrainians are a sort-of detached part.

Historically, that is correct, in that Kiev was the foundation city of Kievan Rus, after the Vikings (Varangians) moved their capital to the (thought to have been already long-existent) city from Novgorod, in the 9th Century. See https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kievan_Rus%27. Moscow was only founded in the 12th Century, as far as is known.

Whatever the exact truth of the early history, the fact remains that Kiev was tied to Moscow from mediaeval times, economically and, from the 17th Century, politically.

In the Soviet period, meaning effectively from the mid-1920s to the early 1990s, Kiev was the third-largest city, after Moscow and Leningrad, and ahead of both Tashkent and Novosibirsk.

What that all means is, I think, that Putin would much prefer not to flatten Kiev (as he could).

I see the attack on the Kiev factory as, to put it in naval terms, “a shot across the bow” of the Kiev regime. If it is true that the UK and/or USA are now supplying anti-ship missiles to the Kiev regime, then an attack on an existing factory in Ukraine will not affect that.

Russian forces have now taken Mariopol/Mariupol, and are apparently succeeding in the ghastly attritional battles of the south and southeast.

As I have blogged recently, the strategy seems to be to advance from Kharkov area to the south, and from the southern coastal areas towards the general area of Kharkov, through or past Zaporozhye and Dnipro/Dnepropetrovsk; so drawing a line broadly North/South.

Anywhere east of that line will, before too long, be taken and occupied by Russian forces. Any Ukrainian forces within that sector, short on fuel, ammunition, and even food, will be forced to surrender.

I cannot see Putin negotiating at all (seriously), certainly not until he controls most of Ukraine east of the Dnieper below Kiev, as well as along the southern coasts.

I am convinced that Putin does not want to destroy Kiev and Odessa, but am equally convinced that he will, if forced into a corner.

On a more general level of speculation, how safe are the huge naval ships in the orders of battle of the UK, USA, China etc? Are they also just vulnerable floating targets, when faced with the anti-ship missiles now being produced?

Would be interesting if Arab/North African voters resident in France, and who mostly vote for Melenchon, were to take this as a signal to vote for Marine le Pen in the second, or run-off, round. That might assure her victory. Very ironic, like a Greek tragedy. Or should that be comedy?

Ukraine

[Daily Mail map showing the state of play as of 12 April 2022]

The latest news is that 1,000 Ukrainian fighters have surrendered in Mariopol. Russian forces have all but taken those southern hold-out cities.

As blogged previously, the strategy now is probably to go north from the Russian-held Sea of Azov littoral, to push to and/or through Zaporozhye and Dnipro [former Dnepropetrovsk] and then north again, to meet with Russian forces pushing south/southwest from the Kharkov and Izyum areas.

As previously blogged, if the Russians can draw a line —and hold a line— approximately Kharkov-Dnipro-Zaporozhye, then all Ukrainian forces east of that line are doomed. Once that happens, attention can again turn to both Kiev and Odessa.

Ukraine situation

Despite my (overall) “pro-Russia” position (a simplification, but let it stand for purposes of convenience), I have been, naturally, appalled by the alleged war crimes supposedly committed by some of the Russian forces, though I note that many were committed by non-Russians such as Chechens, and that some, perhaps many, Russian soldiers have behaved decently.

Some of the alleged crimes may not have happened at all, but it seems clear that at least some have, and there is no doubt that civilian infrastructure, such as apartment buildings, have been targeted. That is terrible, though whether it counts legally as a “war crime” will depend on whether Ukrainian fighters were ensconced therein.

The Russian Army must shoot its own looters and rapists, and make the punishments known to the world.

An army without discipline is just a rabble, or rampaging mob. Putin must put steel and backbone into his army. Immediately.

Leaving legalities aside, for the Ukrainian civilians, and their companion animals, this is a terrible situation. The invasion should have been a swift, overwhelming, and almost bloodless seizure of Kiev and the rest of Ukraine east of the Dnieper, not the horrible bloody mess that has developed.

I have blogged in previous posts that Stalin would have been shooting generals and intelligence chiefs by now. I have just yesterday read that Putin has detained some 150 top military and intelligence personnel. That is, I think, as much as he can do in his position, overtly at least.

The sheer inefficiency and negligence of the Russian Army and intelligence components (apparently parts of the FSB and GRU) has been stunning. Putin must, quite rightly, be furious.

I do not rule out actual treachery. The Western allies seem remarkably well-informed, though that did not prevent them making the same error as both Putin and me, i.e. thinking that the invasion would be almost a walkover, in the usual racing term.

I recall that, in 1941, Hitler had to persuade his generals that the invasion of the Soviet Union would not be as hard as they imagined. As he said to them, “kick in the front door and the whole rotten structure will come crashing down!

Hitler was right, but where he was not right was in assuming that the incapacity of the Red Army, and the decrepitude of the Soviet Union, in the initial phas, would continue forever. In the event, despite a relatively swift approach to Moscow, the weather, events, fresh Siberian troops sent from the east, and a split in German strategic aims, meant that the German advances faltered, stalled, then stopped. The Red Army proved that it had resilience under new commanders.

The Russian Army in the Ukraine of 2022 has been pathetic in all ways, but the story is not yet at an end.

Fresh manpower reserves, elimination or demotion of useless generals, new weapons, new equipment, an increase of armoured pressure on strategic points (Schwerpunkten) will, or can, tip the balance in Ukraine east of the Dnieper. Missile strikes on Ukrainian fuel supplies and arms dumps in all areas of Ukraine can help to turn the tide in the east.

Alison Chabloz

Readers of this blog will probably be aware that persecuted satirist and singer-songwriter, Alison Chabloz, was convicted last Thursday of an offence under the notorious anti-free-speech Communications Act 2003, s.127, which is due to be repealed this year (to be replaced by other legislation).

This Thursday, 14 April 2022, Alison Chabloz will face a sentencing hearing at Westminster Magistrates’ Court. 1400 hrs.

Already, solicitors and Counsel are preparing appeal against conviction and (depending on what happens on Thursday) sentence. Any appeal hearing will be heard (eventually) at Crown Court.

The newspaper noted, the Manchester Evening News, seems to hate anything to do with European race and culture. I can only assume that there is a strong Jewish element there.

In fact, the first picture is a poster from about 1943, not 1917, but the tweet’s overall message is right.

So Jewish-lobby puppet Starmer wants to introduce a Cuban-style block-and-neighbourhood police state in the UK. Much as some of the country is out of control socially, that is just one more reason not to vote Labour.
