What interests me is that, at that time, the NSDAP was a relatively minor party even in its hub, Bavaria (in early 1923, the national membership was about 6,000, and by the Autumn of 1923 about 20,000).
In May 1924, i.e. after the failure of the “Beer Hall Putsch” (aka “Munich Putsch” or “Hitler-Ludendorff Putsch), the NSDAP (banned, so using the name “National Socialist Freedom Movement”) scored only 6.5% in the federal (national) elections, and only 3% in December 1924.
In 1923-1924, the NSDAP had the sort of minor public support that, in the UK of the 21st Century, UKIP was enjoying about a decade ago, and that the BNP had about 15 years ago.

One cannot but help compare that to the tiny so-called “far-right” (national and social-national) parties of today’s Britain.
The main difference politically between Germany in 1923 and Britain in 2023 is, that in 1923 Germany, there were large numbers of Germans of all social and income groups who supported the idea of national renewal. In the end, Russia has several times —perhaps many times— the number of both reserves and fresh recruits, potentially. It also has, should it choose to use them, tactical and even strategic nuclear weapons.

Actually, the thing about Twitter is how unrepresentative it is. The majority of the Twitterati over the past decade or so have been saying that Labour would win every UK election (2010, 2015, 2017, 2019), that the British electorate would certainly vote to stay in the EU (Brexit Referendum, 2016), that Trump had no chance in 2016, and that most British people favour mass immigration. I would dare opine that, if Biden can be consigned to history, oblivion, or a care home by 2024/25, the incoming US President, if Republican, will take away Zelensky’s ricebowl. Without US arms, ammunition, and money, the Kiev regime will have to surrender or make peace on Russia’s terms, or fight on briefly with little ammunition and arms resupply.
In short, without U.S. aid, the war will probably almost stop within weeks of the non-resupply, not least because the EU states and others will follow the lead of the USA. Russian forces will then advance almost unopposed to Kiev and across all of Ukraine east of the Dnieper.
The threat of East-West nuclear war will then recede and become again unlikely, as after the Cuban Missile Crisis of 1963 (and the near-accidents of 1983 and —once— in the early 1990s).
I imagine that, if the war finishes, Zelensky will retire to his stolen offshore riches and his USD $40M house in Florida.
I have no idea whether the Republicans will actually win in 2024. I do not know enough about it all, though the demographics seem to be gradually going against the Republicans as the non-white vote increases in proportion. Still, it must be possible for Trump or another to win, and I note many “experts” in polling etc saying that it is now likely. Biden is obviously intermittently demented, and (as I understand it) has not been doing well in the domestic sphere either.
Not that I think that System or semi-System politicians such as Trump and DeSantis are talking about pulling back from support for the Zelensky regime out of pure principle; they just do not want the USA, i.e. the country they and their backers live in and own, to be the subject of a massive Russian nuclear attack. What I have noticed, over not even the past half-century (I am now 66) but especially the last 10 years, has been how many pseudo-“conservative” TV talking heads etc have signed up to this. Quite a few years ago, the now-defunct BBC TV Daily Politics show had a bearded Austrian “shemale” or drag artiste (not sure which) on the show (I believe it was the Austrian entry for Eurovision that year) and, for days afterwards, all the presenters and guests, led by (of all people) Andrew Neil, were fulsomely praising that person and (by implication) their own, and society’s “tolerant” attitude etc.
Rudolf Steiner never explained in detail what he meant when he said, near the end of his life (d.1925), that the time would come when society would congratulate itself on its goodness and tolerance, but would not see the evil right in front of it. Or words to that effect. I think that we are seeing that now. It goes beyond obvious sex issues of various kinds to matters such as “Covid” restrictions (the fake “caring sharing” stuff disguising a bio-security police state), and other matters as well. The “trans” nonsense is the leader of the pack, though.

In the present international situation, with huge tension between China and the USA, Chinese assistance to Russia is almost a given. Having said that, Russian leaders may be wondering whether China also wants to spread its influence and, maybe, some of its population, across Siberia, as far west as the Urals.
I rather like some quiz shows, though most have been hugely dumbed down, presumably to fit the current audience profile. My favourites are or were University Challenge (slightly dumbed-down but mostly still OK, and I shall miss Jeremy Paxman when he goes), Mastermind (now very dumbed-down and with a non-white presenter), Eggheads, and The Chase (despite many of the questions being either absurdly easy or on topics of which I admit I know little, notably popular music, football, and sitcoms).
A couple of shows recently astonished me without surprising me, if you understand me. The first was a Celebrity Mastermind.
It goes without saying that “celebrity” shows are usually replete with the incredibly ignorant (one of the few exceptions being any that feature Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen, who is is relatively well-educated), and this show was no exception.
Four contestants, only two of whom were white. The winner was a rather odd Irishman, a stand-up comedian (apparently). As with most of such “celebrity” shows, I had never heard of any of the “celebrities”.
The oddest of the four was a TV and radio presenter (apparently) called Jayne Middlemiss [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jayne_Middlemiss]. Entirely innocent of any general knowledge. Her manner was very peculiar, she wore a strange pink sweater with a large “Communist”(style) 5-pointed red star on it, and I have to say that I wondered whether she might be on drugs of some sort. Either that, or she has a mental or personality problem.
Jayne Middlemiss shared the booby-prize honour of total ignorance with two others, especially one Harpreet Kaur, a winner of the show The Apprentice, fronted by the Jewish businessman Alan Sugar.
As to the winner, the Irish comedian, he was better than the others, yes, but almost all the questions were embarrassingly easy. I may cross Mastermind off my list soon.
The other recent show that left me shaking my head was an episode of Eggheads, which saw a team of British Army officers fail to place correctly both Stockholm (the officer on the spot thought that it was in Denmark) and Bimini (between the Bahamas and Florida, in fact technically part of the Bahamas); I cannot recall where that second Army officer thought Bimini was. Somewhere ridiculous, anyway.
I do not expect military officers, most of them, to be great minds, but surely a knowledge of basic geography would be useful, nicht wahr?
I suppose that there are more important things to worry about in the world, just as there are more important issues than whether a self-important TV football pundit, one Lineker, should be allowed both to “blag” £2M a year from the BBC and, at the same time, make (stupid, ignorant) “refugees welcome” pronouncements on Twitter. Oh well, there it is.

It will be an academic question if a nuclear war should occur, but the “blame” for any such war will or would not be exclusively on Russia or Putin. It will be also, and indeed more, upon the NWO (the rulers of USA, UK, France etc) and the secret cabals and the ruling circles of the West.

As it is, I live only 15-20 miles (nearer 15 as the crow flies) from the port of Southampton, and even nearer to the military port at Hythe, on the Solent in Hampshire; both ports would be major targets.
In other words, even a “limited” NATO-Russia nuclear exchange would probably see the end of me. The only “comfort” (and cold indeed) would be that the “cabal” (((aka “them”))) that would laugh at my demise are mostly (there are a few exceptions) in and around London, so would probably precede or at least accompany me into nuclear annihilation.

There are other factors too, as I know, having lived in both NY/NJ and London (though not in the past 25 years). For anyone living in either place for more than a few months, or who has a family in tow, there are the extra costs of American life: medical and dental care (i.e. insurance), and the costs of going to university (for anyone with children of that age).

Watched the last episode of Endeavour, which was pretty good, but again succumbed to the “blacks with everything” nonsense. Numerous blacks (including an officiating Anglican priest, and undertakers looking like Baron Samedi), as well as Chinese and other non-whites. In Oxford, and in what I thought was meant to be mid/late 1960s, but must (?) have been set in the early 1970s, featuring as it did Elton John’s pop song, Rocket Man (released 1972). I myself recall, when the panic was at its height, and when supermarkets were only allowing people in slowly, 6 feet apart (which itself was a nonsense, because once inside, the distances reduced to a foot or so), the line of glum shoppers would be monitored and supervised by black-clad Handmaid’s Tale “militia”. Well, I have to say that that is more impressive than any of the bureaucrat-statements I have heard broadcast from the senior Russian Army officers.
If that statement is taken at face value, Prigozhin has more courage than most of the Russian leadership put together.
I wonder whether the Russian Army and/or GRU are stabbing Prigozhin and Wagner Group in the back. If so, at least if using the terms broadly, that would be, in the circumstances, both sabotage and treason.

We cannot, today, simply put most of the MPs and fake “peers” up against a wall (as they deserve). The first step to saving this country and getting rid of the broken Britain superimposed on it, is to destroy the two main System parties, and the immediate necessity is to destroy the Conservative Party. Once that happens, and Labour has a huge Commons majority, it will start to do things which will create pushback. Without a fake “Opposition”, the people will perforce turn to a new party, and/or deal with the anarchic mess in other ways.
