Well, that’s that…

Many of the readers of the blog will be aware of my free speech trial, held in November 2023, and my sentencing hearing, which was held on 14 March 2024, i.e. about 6 months ago. I blogged about both:

The main part of the sentence imposed upon me for having allegedly blogged about various things, but principally the behaviour of Jewish Zionist groups and cabals, was to attend 15 “rehabilitation days” with the Probation Service people.

It turned out (I did not know) that the initial few meetings, mostly less than 1 hour long (one or two longer) do not even count towards the 15 imposed, but also that the “rehabilitation days” are not (at least in my case) days at all but hours or part-hours.

I found the process slightly opaque, but it seemed to be a mixture of conversation and slightly more structured psychological assessment designed to assess “risk”. Well, I do not go around shooting people or blowing them up, and I should have imagined that that was fairly clear from the start.

As for others being “influenced” by me, I only wish more were! Still, “one human soul is a big audience“, as some saint or other once said.

There was none of the armchair brainwashing I thought might be attempted.

Well, I attended about 4 “rehabilitation days” (as designated), and other meetings, I think 4, not designated (for some reason) as “rehabilitation days”. About 8 altogether.

It turns out that, at least as far as I can understand, I am not much of a “risk” to the public, even in a broad sense…

It also now transpires that, for reasons that are again slightly opaque to me, but apparently connected to larger events, I need not attend any more meetings, whether flagged as “rehabilitation days” or not, and I am deemed to have completed that part of my sentence, the other being the financial impost linked to the (purely notional) “costs of trial” and (risibly) “victim surcharge” (just another label meaning further fine)— £734 in all. About a third of that was crowdfunded by a handful of generous donors, the rest paid off in instalments the quantum of which was decided by me; I only have two small instalments outstanding at time of writing.

Incidentally, I parted on good terms with my Probation Service officer, a rather charming and polite young lady.

So there it is. “Free at last…I’m free at last!” (only joking)…

Of course, the “usual suspects” will almost certainly be plotting in their cellars, trying to get “the authorities” (police, CPS etc) to take their whining demands seriously, and “it ain’t over ’til the fat lady sings“, but for now at least the matter is at an end.

“A record number of children are being arrested as terror suspects, new Home Office figures have revealed.

Police detained 242 people on suspicion of terror offences in the year to June, of which 17% (40) were aged 17 and under.

This is up 60% from the 25 detained in the previous 12-month period and is the highest number since records began more than 20 years ago, when just two children were arrested in the year to June 2002.

MI5 director general Ken McCallum previously said terrorism inspired by Islamist ideology still accounted for about three-quarters of the security agency’s terrorist caseload.

But he warned that extreme right-wing terrorism was ‘sadly here to stay’ as he told how agents had been investigating teenagers as young as 13.

The latest statistics come after record numbers of children were revealed to have been reported to the Government’s anti-extremism services for expressing ‘far right’ ideology.

More than 2,100 under-15s were referred to Prevent in 2022/23 over fears they were being groomed by extremists or at risk of radicalisation.

Of them, 462 expressed ‘extreme right wing’ ideologies compared with 182 ‘Islamist’ referrals.

Officials describe Extreme Right-Wing Terrorism (ERWT) as using violence to further aims. Such ideologies can be broadly characterised as ‘Cultural Nationalism, White Nationalism and White Supremacism’, the Home Office says.

Many of the referrals and reports came from schools where children were identified as being at risk of radicalisation as a result of their extremist views, often associated with expressing hate speech involving racism, homophobia or anti-Semitic abuse.

Expressing sympathy or admiration for the likes of Adolf Hitler or praising extremists would be enough to risk being flagged to Prevent if overheard by a teacher, social worker or even work colleague.

A Home Office spokesperson said: ‘Extremism is an evolving threat, which threatens our democratic values and freedoms. Government is determined to take every possible step to tackle it and show it has no place in our society.‘”

Imagine, teenagers being treated as serious “terror” suspects just because they own some anarchist book about bombs, or because they find Hitler or National Socialism interesting! Back in the 1970s, that would have been almost par for the course! This is all box-ticking nonsense, typical of the UK as it now is.

Freedom of expression in the UK is being closed down for no good reason at all. “They” (“the usual suspects”) are behind most of it. The slide has to be stopped, and then reversed.

I went into a Lidl supermarket (about 6-7 miles from my home) yesterday, because they are having a “Central and Eastern European Week”. I like the Polish cherry/apple juice drink, and a few other things such as Turkish coffee.

Needing a pound coin for the trolley or cart, I approached an enormously fat African woman stacking shelves (so slowly that she appeared to be in a slow-motion film). She scarcely spoke English, but informed me (incorrectly, and not politely) that Lidl do not take coins, only cards. She obviously failed to understand why I wanted the coin (despite my having told her clearly).

That is the type of low-IQ, low-skill humanoid being imported into this country, not in the thousands but in the millions.

I should add that the other Lidl employee seen was a cashier, an American (white) man, who seemed drugged or something, and was like a refugee from a Grateful Dead concert. Why he is even in the UK? God knows.

What do you think Britain’s future will be if it has a population largely composed of humanoids of those types? Not to mention the English “wiggers”, Vicky Pollard lookalikes etc.

Ukraine is not a real state in any case. It has only been regarded (by some) as a valid state for the past 30 out of the past 1,300 years, and is now really a “failed state” at best; more of a “non-state”.

Never forget that, out of every 20 eligible voters, and out of every 12 voters who voted, only 4 voted Labour at GE 2024 (and many of those “Labour” voters only did so in order to bin the “Conservative” misgovernment of the little Indian money-juggler, Sunak).

I saw a few minutes of the structured “discussion” on Sky News with Sir Richard Moore, Chief of SIS/MI6 [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Richard_Moore_(diplomat)] and William Burns, Director of the CIA [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/William_J._Burns_(diplomat)].

My impressions (I did not watch the whole discussion): the CIA Director seemed more thoughtful, far more considered, and far less less gung-ho than the SIS Chief, who seemed shallow in his judgments. As in? Well, as in “the Ukrainians have the will to continue fighting“. Really? Is that why the Kiev regime has to employ press-gangs to recruit young-ish men? Is that why the Kiev regime is running out of soldiers willing to fight?

It seemed to me that the CIA Director was quite interested in finding a negotiated solution in Ukraine, whereas the SIS Chief seemed a far smaller figure altogether, foolishly referring to the Kiev regime as “our Ukrainian friends“. They are not our “friends” at all, but supplicants and beggars, arrogant demanding beggars at that.

The UK has virtually no common history with Ukraine at all, and of course Ukraine only became a state (and then, only in name) 30 years ago. Now a brutal, shambolic dictatorship.

What bs is Richard Moore putting out to the public (and to Government? The appointment of an unfunny and uninteresting pseudo-comic American lesbianka as London “Night-time Tsar” (paid £133,000+ p.a. for a 3-day week) must rate as one of the most absurd appointments of the last decade, along with the elevation of “Boris” Johnson’s alleged illegitimate daughter, Charlotte Owen, as a member of the House of Lords in 2023 at the age of 29, despite having had no significant work or academic background. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Charlotte_Owen,_Baroness_Owen_of_Alderley_Edge]

Having said that, I now see that, after the unexplained elevation of Charlotte Owen, an equally-absurd “ennoblement” occurred this very year, when one Carmen Smith of the joke-“nationalist” Welsh party, Plaid Cymru, was made a member of the House of Lords aged just 27. A woman whose academic background consists of having attended one year, if that, of a 3-year law degree in Wales, before she dropped out, and whose work experience consists of about 18-24 months as an office gopher for several organizations (she spent 6-10 months in each). Appointments of the type noted above bring the whole system of Parliament into (even more) opprobrium.

The Starmer-Labour government now intends to remove the remaining hereditary peers from the Lords. In principle, I would have no argument with that for several reasons: firstly, the hereditary peers (both those still sitting and the larger number removed by Blair in 1999) almost all had their “aristocratic” family pedigrees dating from as recently as 1900.

Until the era of George III (18thC), the House of Lords numbered only about 50 peers. By 1999, all but a handful of peers could trace their “aristocratic” lineage back only as far as the Lloyd George era of the early 20thC, when sales of honours happened on a wide scale.

The House of Lords has always, certainly from 1900, been a bit of a fake in terms of “aristocratic” credentials.

Having said that, Blair’s typically wrongheaded reform of 1999 has merely resulted in an ever-growing number of time-served ex-MPs, political donors, and low-grade cronies etc being given life peerages. Over 700 at latest count.

The two mentioned above, Charlotte Owen and Carmen Smith, are just the tip of the iceberg. As long ago as 2011, useless Oona King, half American black, half Jewish, was put into the Lords having lost her seat as MP in 2005, and having failed to become Mayor of London: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oona_King. She had ridden the “diversity” carousel to get that far, and continues to do so, though she retired from the House of Lords in 2024 and is now “head of diversity” at, of all things, Uber taxis.

I read Oona King’s book of memoirs, The Oona King Diaries: House Music, many years ago. Utterly cretinous. I should have been able to refer readers of the blog to my Amazon review of the book, but the “usual suspects” (malicious Jew-Zionists) had my reviews all taken down over a decade ago. I am now unable to review on Amazon, despite once having been voted a “top 100” reviewer. “Free society”?

There seems little point in having the House of Lords at all now, even as a so-called “revising chamber”, a job at which the Lords is useless anyway.

Goodwin forgot to mention that the leading cabals in all the System parties are effectively signed-up to the Coudenhove-Kalergi Plan: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kalergi_Plan. They want to swamp the UK with non-whites.

A number of NATO states, including the most important of all, the USA, are trying to edge away from the upcoming defeat of the Kiev regime.

Legal and policing apartheid— and the English are usually on the wrong side of the tracks.

Only idiots and/or desperate Africans, South Asians, and Peruvians/Bolivians will join the Kiev-regime forces now. The early wave of would-be Rambo types, self-styled “dogs of war”, and clueless young adventurers is now history; most died in battle or went home in the end. Many were British ex-soldiers of, mostly, private-soldier rank, who found that the front lines were not only hazardous but very poorly-paid.

As for Ukrainians, most potential recruits are either evading the draft or have already avoided it by relocating to other countries.

Lift the sanctions. Take away Zelensky’s ricebowl. Stop fuelling this war which would not continue for more than a few weeks without the Western arms, ammunition, and money.

Student @zahra_etc was hit in the face with a plate by a male customer whilst working in Nando’s. Instead of arresting the man, Met Police allowed him to leave the scene…

Zahra claims she was initially verbally abused by the man and that she was later attacked by the male customer. Zahra said she alerted one of the officers – a female – who “didn’t seem bothered” about the attack, and told her to speak to her male colleague.

She claimed the male officer “took the man outside”, but then let him go without taking any of his details or taking a statement and without checking the CCTV.

While the male officer was talking to the man, Zahra said the female officer was “laughing and joking” with the woman and playing with the baby.

“I was really disappointed and extremely upset by that,” she said.

Zahra’s attacker has not been caught. Following the assault, she said she had been “discouraged and gaslit into dropping the case”. “I felt alone, like I had no-one to support me in that moment. I felt kind of hopeless, I felt extremely vulnerable.“

Starmer, speaking at the summit with the German Chancellor, was very careful with his words when questioned by a reporter. He said; “ I will condemn any violence from anyone in the same terms as I have done for many, many years.”

That is a completely different approach in the wake of the rioting which kicked off following the Southport murders. No mention of the full force of the law. No mention of 24 hour courts. No Cobra emergency meetings. Just another criminal Carnival.

Nothing to see here, except stabbed Londoners and injured police and emergency workers. And definitely not a word from Mayor Khan who couldn’t even be bothered to warn that if large scale crime persisted the Carnival would have to be shut. Had this been a white gathering of such large number with that amount of crime would Labour politicians been so anxious to keep their heads down. I don’t think so.”

5) Ignore what jobs are in demand – eg. practical/ technology – and continue sending droves of young people to university to do subjects that bear no relation to what skills employers need. Remember, young people should be able to “follow their dreams” – all of them! – and anyone who says don’t do a degree in decolonising dinosaurs is anti working-class. Besides, if Brits won’t do jobs, we’ll just hire from abroad, so that demand for housing can increase, and with it rental costs – which young people will then blame landlords/ lack of rent controls for.

I first saw this amusing short documentary on American public TV in 1991 or 1992 (it was released in 1991). About a group of passengers on one of the Geest “banana boats” that (I think still) take cars and other items out from the UK to the West Indies, and then return with millions of bananas.

Such ships carry passengers because the income is a welcome extra, but they cannot carry more than (I think) 12, because any greater number would require the ship to have a doctor on board.

Dan Hodges seems to have forgotten (assuming that he ever knew) that, in the Soviet Union, in Stalin’s day and even afterward, ordinary criminals were often treated better than “politicals”.

In any case, the “police state” aspect in question is not Hodges’ “early release” red herring but the incarceration of people for minor disorder, or for tweeting comments etc.

I myself do not consider saying “boo!” to a police riot squad operative, pushing at his plastic shield, looting a sausage-roll shop, or even overturning the odd police car, a “riot” nor indeed a “political protest” as such).

A while ago, I read that a young man had served his entire headline sentence (6 years, I think), having been convicted on one of those trumped-up bs pseudo-“terrorism” charges the UK police and Clown Prosecution Service seem to love today (they often involve an accusation that the accused shared some or another “terrorist” material online, and at the same time owned completely lawful objects such as copies of Mein Kampf or a picture of Hitler; random pieces of circumstantial “evidence” put in to bamboozle a typical low-IQ rubber-stamp “British” jury).

More broadly, the lack of real knowledge of history is widespread now. As G.K. Chesterton said, he feared the uneducated less than he feared the badly-educated.

I was just watching a recorded episode of The Chase [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Chase_(British_game_show)], first broadcast some years ago.

The “Chaser”, Jenny Ryan [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jenny_Ryan], fluffed the question “which of these three was first to be named as Time magazine Man of the Year in 1923?“, the three being Mussolini, Hitler, or Stalin.

I thought Mussolini (because of the October 1922 March on Rome, after which Mussolini became Prime Minister), and that turned out to be the correct answer. However, it occurred to me that there was at least a possibility that the correct answer would be Hitler (because of the Beer Hall Putsch of November 1923).

The whole thread is worth a look, despite my blog having covered much of the information (though not all), and despite the prolific tweeter “Dr” Louise Raw being a naive “antifa”-supporting (and pro-mass immigration) person who always reminds me of Lenin’s criticism of “left-wing Communism“.

Zoe Gardner is merely an extreme example of the commonly-found pro-migration invasion type who usually lives, it seems, in a leafy area not so much affected by the tsunami of “migration”.

Zoe Gardner has always supported mass immigration into the UK. I also seem to recall her tweeting negatively about me a decade or more ago. She also makes some kind of living out of being pro-immigration.

I am unaware of her provenance, but whatever it may be, she is certainly an enemy of the future of Europe.

She is almost (?) obsessed with the idea that hundreds of millions of backward people have every right to swamp the UK if they so want or decide. No. I resist that evil stupidity, and resist stupid or ill-intentioned enemies of Europe such as Zio Zoe Gardner.

The “Larry the Cat” (Labour propaganda) Twitter/X account is wrong, of course. Out of every 20 eligible voters, 8 refused to vote, 4 voted Labour, 3 voted Conservative, 2 voted Reform UK, 2 voted LibDem, and 1 voted Green, roughly speaking. Hardly a ringing endorsement of Labour, to get 4 voters out of 20, or even out of 12.

Indeed, even the 4 out of 20 (or 4 out of 12) who did vote Labour at GE 2024 mostly did so to make sure that the Conservative Party candidate did not win in that particular seat. I think that the core Labour support was really about 2 out of every 20 eligible voters, not more.

If the voting system continues to be unrepresentative of the votes cast, and if governments continue to rule as if hugely popular, when they are actually very unpopular, disliked and distrusted, there will eventually be an upheaval.

Also, other forms of migration (invasion) are far far higher in the UK as compared to France: “fiancees/fiances”, “students”, “spouses”, “family members”, work visa holders” etc, not forgetting fake “tourists” who arrive for (supposedly) a week or two, then disappear into the black economy. Overall, between 500,000+ and a million and a half a year.

Labour will soon be rubberstamping 90% of “asylum” claims. That will be presented as “solving” the crisis.

Incidentally, read that Jewish Chronicle report. It says that Mandy Blumenthal filmed herself trying to buy the ticket. What normal passenger does that? Anyway, it is clear that (((other persons))) were doing the filming and, indeed, doing so covertly. She, despite being a UK passport-holder, deliberately used her other, Israeli, passport, so that she could make a fake claim, and so make money out of the refusal to accept her Israeli passport.

Note how, in the full video (shown in that Jewish Chronicle report) she also makes a false claim that the poor ticket sales fellow is “racially abusing” her. Seems to be an ingrained trait.

So Mandy Blumenthal received “substantial damages“…I wonder. £10,000? £20,000? More?

Of course the lawyers involved on her side all eventually received fat fees too, because Kuwait Airways also agreed to pay her “full” legal costs.

As I noted yesterday, I was quite surprised to see how immobile Lewis now is (by reason of multiple sclerosis). I might feel sorry for almost anyone else who is so afflicted physically (it may also affect him mentally, he being or having been on powerful drugs) but Lewis has been co-ordinating persecution of me by the Jew-Zionist lobby in the UK for about 12 years now, so any reserves of compassion I may have will be directed to others, others frankly more worthy.

Lewis is or was a “director” of “UK Lawyers for Israel” [“UKLFI”], which was behind the complaint about me to the Bar Standards Board [BSB], in 2014, which resulted in my wrongful and actually unlawful disbarment in late 2016 (8+ years after I had ceased active practice at the Bar). The “CAA” and its cohorts had already pressured (pre-Elon Musk) Twitter to have my popular Twitter account shut down. It was shut down (in 2018) but, silver-lining time, the deletion of the Twitter account meant that the “Clown” Prosecution Service could not acquire the evidence to ground any such proposed “racial incitement” charge. The “CAA” idiots had shot themselves in the foot.

Incidentally, the ear of the then DPP was bent by Israel-lobby fanatic and then MP, Ian Austin, who wrote demanding my prosecution.

Now in the House of Lords, Austin once or twice tweeted that bestiality pornography should be decriminalized.

The former made a completely false accusation against me in 2021, alleging that I had “racially-abused” him, something that was not only false, but in fact impossible, because I did not know his address or telephone number, had never seen him in person, and had no Twitter account (and had never once written, posted, or spoken to him). I still do not understand why Silverman was not charged with “wasting police time” or why he has also never been charged with the far more serious (indictable) offence of (attempted) perversion of the course of justice (there is actually no distinction). He is plainly guilty, having made a provably false criminal accusation against me. I suppose that “they” just get a free pass much of the time.

Incidentally, Silverman actually turned up to gloat on both my day of trial in November 2023, and my days (there was an adjournment of a week or two) of sentencing in March 2024. Incidentally Lewis’s behaviour towards his second wife, one-time minor “celebrity”, Caroline Feraday, apparently verged on —and arguably was— abusive. I don’t know about his first wife in detail, but both divorced him, in Caroline Feraday’s case after only a year. Lewis and Mandy Blumenthal are married now.

Almost exactly what not only is my view but was my view expressed on the blog long before GE 2024, though I disagree that the Con misgovernment was the lesser evil. Pretty much the same in most respects. People did not want fake Labour, Starmer-Labour, but they wanted to bin the fake “Conservatives” more.

As said repeatedly (and it needs to be repeated), Starmer-Labour has no real mandate because, regardless of the large number of seats bequeathed by a ridiculous electoral system, only 4 out of every 12 voters that voted, voted Labour; indeed, only 4 out of every 20 eligible voters, because only 12 people out of every 20 eligible voters actually voted.

Even on the conservative basis of 4 out of 12 (33.7%), Labour really has no mandate to do all sorts of absurdly dictatorial things.
