In my experience, the patients who don’t attend doctor appointments are the ones struggling the most; with complex social problems, or difficulties getting transport, or caring responsibilities, or mental health problems. We should not be charging patients for non-attendances.

Yet another example of what is now almost ubiquitous— a defendant being given a pathetically weak sentence (in this case, a suspended term of imprisonment plus a fine and a couple of add-ons) despite having deliberately pushed a glass into a woman’s face, leaving her traumatized and with permanent scars.
The courts have to get a lot tougher on crimes of violence.

This episode shows (confirms) that Liz Truss is completely idiotic, has no real idea even now how the British state is run, and has no serious ideas, ideas that are thought out properly.
I doubt that her evident incompetence will much affect her chances of taking over the Conservative Party leadership, though. After all, the same people (Conservative Party members) elected Boris-idiot as their leader a few years ago; he also was incompetent and had no serious ideas.

The UK is in the same position, more or less. Only a small minority of the “blacks and browns” are really of any use whatever. Many, perhaps a majority, while not being very criminal or dangerous, are basically useless, and are a dead weight, a millstone round the neck of the British people. Another minority are actively criminal and/or terroristic.

Possibly the first time I have been able to agree pretty much wholeheartedly with political scribbler Ian Dunt— incidentally, it is worth reading the entire thread (only extracts here):
They've decided on their vibe and their social media clips and the connections they want to exploit in the party. They've decided on their messaging. But none of them – not one – has bothered to come up with a set of policy proposals for improving people's lives.
And that's not just because they are useless as individuals, although they absolutely are. It's because they operate in a political culture in which it's accepted that someone can succeed by talking dogshit, without the slightest pretence of practical governance.
Mordaunt might actually be the most empty political candidate I've ever seen. Fuck policies, she doesn't even give a sense of which general political direction she might go in.
Surprising (reading his tweets) that Dunt, after all a f/t political scribbler, was unaware until the debate was shown that Tugendhat spent about ten years as a part-time (TA, aka Reserves) Army officer. Seems that it is not only Conservative Party leadership candidates who fail to do their homework.

Can it be that many even in the Kiev regime see accommodation with Russia as a better medium-term goal than confrontation which Ukraine cannot win?
As to other aspects of the Zelensky near-dictatorship:
“Zelenskiy, widely feted on the world stage as a wartime leader, had been dogged on the domestic stage before the invasion by accusations that he had named inexperienced outsiders, including friends, to jobs in which they were out of their depth.” [Guardian].
A fact that actually surprised me is that the SBU (security directorate) has no less than 30,000 members; and that predated the invasion. In a country with only 44 million inhabitants. Compare that to the few thousand equivalent officials and employees in the UK.
The Kiev-regime Ukraine is and has been for 30+ years, a corrupt, Jewish-ruled, shambolic, dictatorial, and quite vicious, failed state.
Military situation:
“The Russian military has declared a goal to cut off Ukraine’s entire Black Sea coast all the way to the Romanian border. If successful, the effort would deal a crushing blow to the Ukrainian economy and trade, and allow Moscow to secure a land bridge to Moldova’s separatist region of Transnistria, which hosts a Russian military base.” [Guardian].
Exactly what I have been blogging for months: Russian forces intend to take the coasts of the Sea of Azov (already accomplished) and Black Sea (about half now occupied), and then to occupy territory inland to a depth of perhaps 50, perhaps 100 miles. They also intend to take all or most (probably all) of Ukraine lying east of the river Dnieper. That would eventually also include, probably, Kiev itself.

Even in today’s Conservative Party, such asinine words and judgments stand out. I had scarcely heard of Bill Wiggin until today, but I have just seen his biographical details: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bill_Wiggin.
Provisional assessment? A rather silly fellow, who was also a pretty dishonest expenses cheat (see the Wikipedia entry).
I also notice that, despite his silver-spoon wealthy background (father was also a knighted Conservative Party MP, and Bill Wiggin was sent to Eton), the present Wiggin then took his degree (Economics) at Bangor University rather than somewhere like Oxford. A maverick choice, or could he not get into the latter?
The odds of Mordaunt becoming PM are very slim because the combined vote of Truss and Badenoch is 129 – and that Brexit right-wing vote is likely to coalesce behind one of Truss and Badenoch, either through a formal deal between the two or Darwinian competition. 7/8

Some good points. The msm has become more or less the mouthpiece of government over the past couple of decades, something that (arguably) became pervasive under Blair and Brown but has become simply intolerable over the past decade or so.
Look at the BBC. Simply a propaganda megaphone for the multikulti society, mass immigration, “refugees welcome” nonsense, Black Lives Matter nonsense, “Covid” nonsense (inc. facemask nonsense, “social distancing” nonsense, “test and trace” nonsense, and “vaccine” nonsense) and, most recently, “pro-Ukraine” (meaning pro the Jewish regime in Kiev) nonsense.
Developers building speculative housing estates for aspirational “wiggers” and immigrants etc.
I am against most such developments on principle, not least because, without mass immigration, there would be no “housing shortage”. They destroy the countryside, and indeed existing villages and towns.
I also oppose most such developments because they rarely plan for sufficient infrastructure such as roads, parking, proper green parks and playgrounds. Another point is the almost invariably banal architecture.

One of the things that keeps being forgotten, because it's deliberately never mentioned anymore, is asymptomatic transmission.
The undeniable fact that it just doesn't happen means that absolutely everything – lockdowns, masks, testing, 'vaccines' – it's all insanely pointless.
…and still they come, thousands of the bastards. Awaiting them— a hotel room, full board, free medical, various other freebies such as mobile telephones, laptop computers etc, and a weekly stipend of £40 (in many cases more) pocket money.
As Enoch Powell remarked in 1968 of mass immigration (on a tiny scale, though, compared to today), “We must be mad, literally mad“…(to allow it).
Not at all “incredible“. Johnson is a part-Jew, part-Levantine poseur, born in New York, mainly brought up in the USA and Belgium. He is foreign, at root, albeit with a veneer of Englishness via Eton and Oxford.
Anyway, the bastard is now looking at how to make money scribbling and after-dinner speaking once he oozes out of office. He is paying little if any notice to the UK’s needs, and in any case is so incompetent that it would make no difference if he did; in fact, that might be worse.
Johnson is pushing the “Ukraine” stuff because of self-interest.
This week, another victory over political journalist John Rentoul. He scored 4/10, which I trumped by scoring 7/10. I did not know the answers to questions 1, 5, and 9. Question 4 was particularly easy for me, I having shot there myself, though many many years ago.
The Western msm now awakening to reality. Kiev-regime forces east of the Dnieper are, as predicted on the blog, running out of fuel, ammunition, heavy armament, perhaps food as well. Russian forces have taken Severodonetsk and are closing in on Ukrainian forces in several places, though the Ukrainians seem well-embedded defensively in some areas of the Donetsk region.
The above map shows the state of play as of yesterday (24 June 2022).
I have predicted previously that Russian forces would move up from the Sea of Azov coastal zone to Zaporozhye, Dnipro, and then northward, following the river to somewhere southeast of Kiev itself. Meanwhile, once the Donetsk and Lukhansk areas are secured, Russian forces will move west and northwest from there, as well as west/southwest from Kharkov, once, or if, Kharkov is in Russian hands.
If that is done, the bulk of Eastern Ukraine will be in Russian hands. Kiev will then be threatened again.
The pockets of Kiev-regime resistance here and there have not, so far, amounted to a counter-offensive. Even in the Kiev area, Ukrainian forces moved back into previously-occupied areas only because Russian forces left. The prisoners exchanged on both sides so far amount to several thousands, however.
It is for the Russian General Staff (the “Stavka“, in traditional terminology) to decide, if the above turns out that way, whether Kiev or Odessa is the greater prize. Psychologically, and in terms of propaganda or public relations, Kiev; however, Russian capture of Odessa and the remaining Black Sea coast would choke off any possibility of large-scale Ukrainian grain exports, or any relief by sea.
At any rate, it seems clear that the tide of war has changed in favour of the Russian forces.
[Roma Gypsy professional pickpocket Vasilka Stancheva]
“A woman has been jailed for one month after stealing medicine from an elderly woman at a busy London tube station.
Vasilka Stancheva, 22, was caught by British Transport Police officers in plain clothing rummaging through the pensioner’s handbag outside Oxford Circus station.
The crime occurred on Wednesday, June 15, at roughly 5.20pm.
At the time, the 22-year-old was wearing a leather jacket and blue hat. She used the accessory to block the view of her right hand as she rooted around in the woman’s rucksack.
Ms Stancheva then proceeded to steal the elderly woman’s medicine, as well as her gold purse.
Within 24 hours she was charged with attempted theft, and put in front of Westminster Magistrates Court.
There, she was sentenced to 28 days in jail.
A month earlier she was caught using the exact same tactic on another person, where she again targeted and lurked behind an elderly woman on Tottenham Court Road in the West End.
For her first offence, she was charged £369 – and spared time jail.”
[Daily Mirror]
Now look look again, with more scrutiny.
Firstly, the Daily Mirror has seen fit to omit the very obvious fact, looking at the criminal’s features, skin colour etc, that said criminal is a Gypsy from Central or Eastern Europe.
Secondly, look at her practised technique, as reported. This is a professional pickpocket, but the Westminster Magistrates’ Court has seen fit to sentence her to only (in reality) a couple of weeks in prison.
Westminster Mags was the same court in which persecuted singer-songwriter Alison Chabloz was sentenced to a far longer term simply for lampooning Jewish behaviour in cartoons, sketches, and song.
The court seems to have twice treated “Ms. Stancheva” as if she were some misguided young person who had made an uncharacteristic mistake of some kind. In reality many of the Roma and other similar Gypsies of Eastern Europe intensively train their children from an early age to commit certain types of crime. A predatory tribe, known throughout Europe for centuries.
I have seen examples myself, and seen Home Office reports about it (when I was a practising barrister in the early/mid 1990s).
Why did the court not properly take into account the previous conviction, only weeks before the latest one?
Incidentally, it is clear to me, reading between the lines, that “Ms. Stancheva” was captured not by chance but because police surveillance on the Underground noted her Gypsy appearance; she was obviously tailed and observed closely, and finally arrested.
What kind of deterrent to her and other Gypsies (and other non-Gypsy malefactors) is what amounts to a two-week sentence? Odds-on, the creature will be back “at it” within weeks.
Incidentally, also, I would bet my shirt on her living in London social housing paid for, ultimately, by the British people; I bet she also gets various State benefit monies that should be reserved for (real) British people.
You ask “why did people vote Leave, years ago“? In reality, to get rid of evil trash of this sort. It has never happened.
Were I in a position of power, I would look at covertly or otherwise eliminating social cancers from our national life.
A good example of the kind of box-ticking socio-political madness around: “pardon” people dead for hundreds of years, convicted under the laws of a very, almost completely, different society to Britain in 2022. Nothing concrete accomplished, just pointless virtue-signalling on social media.

One of the more ludicrous items of news yesterday was to the effect that Ukraine would probably be fast-tracked for EU membership and in the interim, be given some kind of candidate-member status.
Jesus H. Christ! It was not very long ago that people were lamenting the fact that Greece had been allowed to join the EC, forerunner of the EU, in 1981. Many had said at the time that Greece was too backward, and insufficiently stable economically. Those doubts resurfaced in 2001 when Greece joined the Eurozone.
Similar doubts were raised when most of the Eastern European states joined the EU less than twenty years ago.
Indeed, those of my sort of age (65) can recall the wranglings over whether the UK itself could or should join the EEC, as it then was, in 1973.
Now we see that Ukraine, a “failed state” (and failed economy) by most if not all standards, is going to be fast-tracked into the EU despite the fact that
Ukraine is actually, if not “legally”, at war with a neighbouring state, Russia, and may soon be in conflict also with Belarus;
Ukraine has lost about a fifth of its territory to that neighbouring state and/or separatist rebels;
Ukraine is almost a dictatorship, with most opposition parties banned, and leaders of some parties under arrest;
Ukraine has just lost the bulk of its heavy industry (which is or was located in the Donbass region or the Sea of Azov littoral);
Ukraine cannot export 90% of its agricultural produce;
Ukraine is only kept in the “war” because NATO states, and other states, are supplying it with arms, ammunition etc for free;
A substantial part of the population has fled beyond Ukrainian borders.
I suppose that what this once again proves is that the EU is primarily not an economic organization but a political project, part of the NWO/ZOG matrix.

I have seen Ukraine develop as a “fake state” and indeed “failed state” over the past 30 years. There were even strong possibilities, ~23 years ago, that I might spend time there (maybe two years or longer, in Kiev and/or Odessa and/or elsewhere).
Ukraine, a “state” for only 30 years, has been a festering mess of corruption and shambolic maladministration. Also, very much exploited by Jewish interests.
As it now is, Ukraine has control over only —about— three-quarters of its territory, and over about half of its 1990’s population. It has little manufacturing industry still operating, its agricultural produce cannot be exported, and it is almost entirely dependent on American and other foreign aid.

The Russian forces in Ukraine east of the Dnieper river are doing what I expected, though far more slowly than I expected. They are squeezing and trying to encircle the large Ukrainian forces in and around the Donbass (southeastern Ukraine). This is the main industrial area of the country and is already, effectively and mostly, in Russian hands, with pockets of resistance in places.
I had expected Russian forces to advance north and south from the areas of Kharkov and the Sea of Azov coast respectively, then forming a line through Zaporozhye and Dnipro, and up to/down from Kharkov, thus cutting off all Ukrainian forces east of that line.
The Russians have not done what I expected, perhaps because of supply problems, perhaps also because of the apparently successful Ukrainian counter-attacks in the Kharkov area. The Russians may have redeployed forces formerly in the Kharkov area further south, around Izyum and Lisichansk.
The present focus seems to be on the town of Severodonetsk.
Instead, there seems to be an attempt at a more limited encirclement, involving about a third of the area mentioned above.
The Guardian is reporting that Ukrainian casualties, both killed and wounded, may top 1,000 per day. Even the lower estimate of 600 per day would not be sustainable for long. The Russian attrition rate is believed to be far less now, partly because the Russian forces have a longer-range capacity:
“...with an artillery overmatch of 10 or 15 to one, according to the Ukrainians, it may well be that the invaders’ casualty rate is far lower at the moment, because they are able to deal death from a greater distance to defenders who cannot see them.” [Guardian]
“Ammunition is certainly running short on the Ukrainian side, again by their own admission. Vadym Skibitsky, the deputy head of Ukraine’s military intelligence, has said Ukraine is using 5,000 to 6,000 artillery rounds a day, and has “almost used up” its stockpile of Soviet 152mm standard shells. It is now relying on Nato-standard 155mm howitzers; it is unclear how many of these it has.” [Guardian]
“Western support is still in place, as shown by the UK announcement to supply a handful of – perhaps three – multiple rocket launchers this week, even if Kyiv said almost immediately it wanted many times more. But it is Russia’s forces that have found a way to advance in the Donbas, raising the question of whether the three-month war is at another turning point.” [Guardian]
If Russian forces can succeed even in this more limited encirclement, they will capture huge numbers of prisoners (usable as bargaining chips), and territory, but also will more easily be able to overrun much of the territory of Ukraine east of the Dnieper and south of Kiev and Kharkov.
If the Russian forces succeed in their present operation, then I would expect them to attempt something akin to the larger encirclement of territory suggested at the top of this blog post. There may be relatively little opposition by that time. Also, the open and flat rural landscape will play to Russia’s strengths.
At that point (assuming that Zaporozhye, Dnipro, and perhaps Kharkov are all taken or bypassed), a very large assault on Kiev might be prepared.
I am assuming that the Ukrainian side is talking about their shortages of arms and ammunition in the hope that the UK and US (etc) will provide more and better. Maybe they will, maybe not.
That might be the case were Kiev seriously threatened. NWO/ZOG seems to want to provoke further conflict, so who knows?
Michael McFaul
I keep seeing hawk-like anti-Russia tweets from one Michael McFaul, Professor McFaul, of Stanford University (California). Turns out that he is a former U.S. Ambassador to Russia: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Michael_McFaul.
How can a more advanced society be created with such as those? In fact, how can even a reasonably-decent society, such as ours still (just-about) is, even be maintained? It cannot.

Desperate fighting, akin to the WW2 battle for Stalingrad, though on a far smaller scale.

But wait, even this week, #Ukraine#propaganda machine along with #CNN was saying #Severodonetsk was control by Ukraine like 50%. Now, it's almost under #Russia's control. #Zelensky administration have been lying to the public and the world about real situation on the ground.
The Jew Zelensky and his whole cabal know that their main chance is to lure the NATO allies deeper and deeper into this war, until —in effect— NATO forces are fighting Russian forces. Unfortunately, the largely Jewish-controlled or strongly influenced msm in the UK, USA and elsewhere are pushing Zelensky’s line, and his demand for more and heavier weaponry, and for more ammunition, rockets etc. If acceded to, that could lead to a nuclear war in Europe, and indeed across the USA, as well as across Russia.
Isn't it odd how there's been no interest in investigating why the State Department rented a mansion to Jeffrey Epstein while he was actively involved in sex trafficking/sex blackmailing activities in the early 90s…..it's almost like there's a cover up or something
Brave New World is a must read. I've seen several debates on Brave New World vs 1984. It's a given that "Brave New World" is the better description of our current dystopian situation. Disarmed, the farmers of South Africa will be defenceless against the White Genocide taking place.
South Africa should have fought on in the 1990s. It would have won, as the ANC, Frelimo, and SWAPO lost their former Soviet aid.
Unfortunately, most South African whites in the early 1990s thought that, by giving power to the halfwit Mandela and his ANC, a reasonable compromise could be reached. That was only ever going to be temporary. Same thing happened in Rhodesia/Zimbabwe in 1979/1980, when what George Orwell, in another context, once called “constipated” Brit civil servants (no doubt ex-Oxbridge and readers of the Guardian), thought that Robert Mugabe was a decent chap who would see the sense in treating his part of Africa as if it were Middlesex suburbia.
Not that weapons alone can save white civilization. In the USA, the white population have weapons (small arms) in the millions but, for the most part, not the social national ideology, nor the organization, to make proper use of them.
Is this where we are now? Somebody who pushed for more of the most immoral, irresponsible, undemocratic policies in our history, as people still die every day as a direct result, is to be thought of as decent, dignified and generous? It's just revolting. https://t.co/LvDNd6HXJ8
Hunt may look good compared to “Boris” (almost any major political figure would), but my assessment of him from years ago still cuts the mustard: “a smarmy, clever snake” [who is still not very trustworthy].

…and Jewish groups are trying to bring more non-Europeans into Europe, into the UK, all the time. People really must start to look at the causes and not just the symptoms.
Look at the period of British history between 1956 and today. What has trashed this country the most? Cold War espionage? Labour disputes? Irish Republican or other terrorism? No. Mass immigration. Have the security and intelligence agencies done (or could they have done) anything at all to stop the migration invasion? No.
The few documenting —and so, opposing— this migration invasion (Steve Laws and others) are heroic and to be commended; the System politicians and the various other groups supporting the invasion (“antifa” cretins, some Jew lawyers, the Labour Party openly, the Conservative Party almost openly, the sick Church of England etc) are to be condemned and, eventually, punished. The saddest aspect, though, is the spectacle of the British people mostly not really, deeply, caring whether or not they are invaded by non-Europeans, not really caring enough about their own racial and cultural integrity. Do those British people really deserve to survive?
The “Minister of Culture” of the Kiev regime has declared that up to 100 million Russian books described as “Russian propaganda”, including classic works of literature, are to be removed from libraries, schools etc in Ukraine, and may be used as waste paper or burned.
There are some well-known Ukrainian classics (almost all, though, written in Russian), such as Bulgakov’s The White Guard, but this dictatorial edict means that the cultural level of Ukraine will now decline further.
This is the police state regime that the “me too” idiots in the West are lionizing.

Welsh “nationalism”: English home-buyers— bad, but completely alien non-European invaders— good. No wonder the joke “nationalist” party there, Plaid Cymru, holds only 3 out of 40 Welsh seats at Westminster, only 13 out of 60 seats in the Senedd (Welsh Assembly), and only 202 out of 1,231 local council seats: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Plaid_Cymru.

That bloody place! I have only been there two or three times (and not since the late 1980s) but the bar service used to be abominable, and the whole set-up a rip-off in every way. Wouldn’t go near it after that.
Stuck in the car at a supermarket earlier this evening (stuck because of a fairly short but torrential downpour), I noticed three cranks (one old couple and an anorexic-looking woman) still wearing facemasks. In the open air. In a car park. In a downpour. In winds of about 20 mph.
The Labour voters shown were dim beyond measure (“I vote Labour because my grandparents did” etc…), and the Conservative voters unsurprisingly almost non-existent.
Strange to see the smartly-uniformed railway staff of 1963, as compared to not only many rail employees today, but even persons working at 10 Downing Street or in other high-profile situations.
Also, interesting to note that Evercreech Junction (Somerset), featured in that film, was closed down and became derelict a mere 3 years later, and that several towns of significance on that now-disappeared line no longer have railway stations at all (Glastonbury, for one).
[the Somerset and Dorset railway system as it was in 1890; the line covered by the John Betjeman film is shown in green]
These rail links were not hobbyists’ railways even in the 1960s; they were working, and carrying passengers, until (in this case) 1966:
[Northbound Somerset & Dorset train climbing up from Shepton Mallet at Windsor Hill in 1959]
The Betjeman film is also a useful antidote to the notion that Britain in 1963 was all London, Carnaby Street, the Beatles, social upheaval etc. A very different way of life then existed still in the provinces.

Black privilege. You can brutally beat an elderly white man on video (video in the thread) and have the charges dropped. Not only that, you'll have your racial kin pushing that you are the victim of some white supremacist system. https://t.co/PYXbyNpZt8
What we in the UK (and West generally) are shown is happening in Ukraine is quite different from the reality on the ground. The basically Jewish/Zionist propaganda of the Zelensky regime has been very skilful; many do not see behind it.
Sadly, though, that GB News assertion may be accurate, so pervasive has the msm multikulti propaganda been over past decades.

How can this be acceptable? It is largely because of the past mad 2 years of useless (in fact, counter-productive) “lockdowns”, shutdowns, “furlough” payments, grants and “loans” to (often fraudulent) supposed businesses and self-employed etc. Meanwhile, the plebs all gathered obediently outside their houses and clapped the increasingly non-existent NHS and other public services.
Beyond the above, however, this is at least partly the result of an entirely cynical and planned reduction in living standards in the UK (and the EU states are going the same way).
What plan? Suppress the white British birth rate, import blacks and browns, then reduce living standards to a level previously (certainly for the past 70 years) unacceptable to English people, but acceptable to the bottom-of-barrel imports from Africa, the Caribbean, the Middle East etc.
It is also the case that, as the British masses focus on their increasingly precarious micro-economic problems, their wider identity interests fade into the background. All part of the agenda…

Nothing to do with religion imo It's all about destroying Putin, carving up Russia, pillaging its resources. The great global reset can't succeed with Russia still intact. Ukrainians are just collateral damage. Any puppet in Kiev will do as long as he obeys orders.

Jew-Zionism is only partly a question of traditional religion; more a matter of race and consequent ideology.
Look who is powerful in the World Bank, IMF, Federal Reserve, TV companies, publishing, social media companies etc.

This evening’s final word
Just saw a clip on Twitter (see above) from some TV show, on a channel I had never heard of called Talk TV. A panel discussion. Presenter was James Max (I think Jewish, or part-Jewish), and the four panellists were Vanessa Feltz (Jewish), Sharon Osbourne (half-Jewish), some black man, and Isabel Oakeshott. No white British/Northern European man at all, despite white people still making up about 80% of the UK population.
You get my point.
[late update: I have just now discovered that Talk TV is owned by Newscorp, i.e. Rupert Murdoch].
