So, an MP was sending pics of his bits to a stranger on Grindr. The person (feasibly a Russian agent) then blackmailed him into revealing sensitive information. The MP won’t resign, not even lose the whip, we’re just told he’s brave for admitting it. THIS is how far we’ve fallen.
Compare that to the Profumo affair of the early 1960s. A Cabinet minister resigned merely for having had a secret girlfriend who happened to be also involved with the Soviet Naval Attache, and having lied about the affair.
Standards in public life have always fallen, at times and in regard to this or that individual, from the strictest level, but what we now see is a general collapse of decent behaviour.

A good example of stolid English police humour.
Maureen Lipman and that coterie of right wing luvvies that includes David Baddiel, Stephen Fry, Simon Schama, Sacha Baron Cohen, Tracey Ann Oberman, Tony Robinson and the like are insufferable, fascist Zionists who couldn’t take a day of what they happily condemn Palestinians to.
Maureen Lipman thinks that no-one has a “right to return” (except, of course, Jews, who have a “Right of Return” law in Israel/Occupied Palestine, which allows any Jew to settle in Israel/Palestine, even those whose DNA shows that their ancestors were from Khazaria or elsewhere, and never anywhere near Israel/Palestine…).
The game is not…quite… at an end. There is still the possibility that a very small minority of Europeans (“Aryans” or, more accurately, post-Aryans) can take control sufficiently to vanquish evil and then create the basis for a new society which, eventually, over a long period of time, can become the foundation for an even later super-race.
[the Swastika, or Hakenkreuz, symbol of the positive evolution of consciousness]
Sadly, after two brutal, internecine world wars, Europeans have made themselves violence averse pacifists. They have been taught not to fight and not to fight back. They consequently don't have the strength of will to repel the Muslim migrants' encroachment, and their political…
As so often, people tweet or otherwise comment about the Muslim encroachment, and I have no argument about that, but they all too often ignore the fact of the far more powerful “Zionist” lobby, so embedded now in UK System politics, law, finance and business (obviously), and in the mainstream media and elsewhere.
Look at that cartoon. Islamic flags, but no Star of David or Israeli flags; yet which bloc or lobby is taking away freedom of expression in the UK? 90%+ of the repression is being co-ordinated by Jewish/Zionist and/or pro-Israel groups, such as the small but well-funded and very malicious “Campaign Against Antisemitism” kruzhok, which has attacked and tried to prosecute not only me but also such as Alison Chabloz, Al-Jazeera TV, David Icke, the Jewish —but anti-Israel— jazz musician Gilad Atzmon, and numerous others.
As far as my own situation is concerned, the “CAA” has engaged in a decade-long campaign against me (which fact the CAA admits, though saying it has been 7+ years-long). They also admit using the very peculiar Israel-lobby-owned “lord”, former MP Ian Austin, to pressure officials of the Crown (Clown) Prosecution Service, right up to the level of the Director of Public Prosecutions himself, to prosecute me on any basis that could be contrived.
The “CAA” (and their suborned dupes, the “Clown” Prosecution Service) were crowing online, including on Twitter/X, about having managed to get me convicted in November 2023, using the Communications Act 2003, s.127, a law so badly-drafted and unjust that the Law Commission has formally recommended its repeal, but the “CAA” has not tweeted at all about the sentence handed down in March 2024— 15 “rehabilitation” meetings with or via the Probation Service, and a costs order of £734 in all.
[I now, today, have just seen that the “CAA” website has published a long whining complaint that the sentence given to me was “scandalously lenient“. The “CAA” has nothing to complain about— its so-called “Director of Investigations and Enforcement” made a totally false allegation in 2021 that I had “racially abused” him. There was no evidence at all for that complaint, yet the individual has never been prosecuted, not yet anyway, for a quite plain attempted perversion of the course of justice].
Incidentally, should any kind persons wish to defray the costs imposed on me by the Court, donations can be made here: https://www.givesendgo.com/GC14J.
So far, £235 has been raised, about a third of the minimum payment required, and I have agreed with the payment office of the Court to pay £91.75 per month (for 8 months).
The history of my decade of persecution by the “CAA” and the other involved group, “UK Lawyers for Israel” ([UKLFI”] (both presently to be seen supporting the slaughter in Gaza, and the latter responsible for the complaint against me that resulted, after 2+ years, in my getting disbarred in 2016) can be found, in part, here below:
I have little doubt that that “CAA” cabal will be trying to contrive another malicious complaint against me now that their 2021-2024 ones have fallen flat; fallen flat despite my 2023 conviction and 2024 sentence, because the sentence was fairly lenient (though I had hoped for an even-lighter sentence, a conditional discharge and/or small fine), and because the (rather fair-minded, in my opinion) sentencing judge refused to grant the pathetic —and pathetically-poorly drafted— Clown Crown Prosecution Service application to restrict what I say or publish on the blog.
Also, there was no suspended sentence of imprisonment— my written Defendant’s Argument on Sentence put paid to any idea of that sort, and Prosecution Counsel, to be fair, was not foolish enough to ask for one once the trial judge had effectively ruled that out at end of trial (let alone actual imprisonment).
Anyway, what that means is that, should the “CAA” and/or police and Clown Prosecution Service want to prosecute me again, i.e. for what has been posted on the blog since mid-November 2023, or what is being currently posted on the blog, they will have to start all over again, and if they were to do that (pointlessly wasting yet more tens of thousands of pounds of public money), the matter would probably not conclude until some time in 2025, or even later, were I to appeal any conviction and sentence (and, were I to be convicted again, an appeal might be more likely than it was in the 2023/2024 matter).
I should robustly defend any further attempt to prosecute me for anything, of course.
Actually, while I dispute that any of the material in respect of which I was recently convicted and sentenced was “grossly offensive” anyway, regular readers will have noted that the blog has, in the past months, taken on a more diplomatic and more thoughtful tone, while remaining staunch and steadfast in principle and ideology.
Incidentally, readers may like to know that no Prosecution application was made to the Court at trial or after sentence that any material should be removed from the blog. All the (5) blog posts (out of 1,800 posted since 2016) which were the subject-matter of the trial remain extant and, while naturally it is the wiser course for me not to link to them, browsing readers interested in seeing what nonsense the prosecution was can see all of those blog posts via the search box or otherwise.
Indeed, the Clown Prosecution Service and “CAA”, as well as the few mass media outlets that reported my conviction and/or sentence, have themselves republished most of the supposedly “grossly offensive” remarks about Jews allegedly first posted by me, thus spreading those remarks far and wide. Thank you, clowns!
My legal position now, in respect of the blog, is what it was this time last year, or indeed in 2022, 2021, 2020, 2019, 2018, 2017, and 2016 (when the blog started). The blog remains, all previous posts remain in place, and I continue to blog, despite the inevitably chilling effect on freedom of expression of the past year’s repressive legal process.
I have little time for any of the three (Julia-Hartley-Brewer, Andrew Tate, Greta Nut), but I agree (for once) with radio loudmouth Julia Hartley-Brewer (about Greta Nut).

“The UK is trapped in a cycle of political, social and financial turmoil. But there is a way out.
If there is any consensus in our otherwise fractured, toxic national debate it is that we cannot go on like this. Our economy is in crisis, exemplified by an annual £100bn shortfall in public and private investment, which must be lifted decisively for Britain to break out of today’s triple whammy of stagnant growth, productivity and living standards.
Society reels from alarming gaps in the provision of crucial public services and the yawning unfairness in the distribution of income, wealth and opportunity.
Our democracy and state seem incapable of acknowledging the full extent of these deformities, let alone adequately responding to them.
Our international standing has plummeted at a time of geopolitical peril. A transformative response is an imperative.
My new book, This Time No Mistakes: How to Remake Britain, tries to address the origins of this interlinked crisis – and offer a feasible way out. Nothing is immutable. We are agents of our own destiny.
The heart of the problem is a misconception about how capitalism and society work. Capitalism must be managed and regulated to work for the common good, just as society has to be curated to provide fairness and opportunity for all. Crucially, the vitality of the two are interdependent. Capitalism must be organised so it provides economic ladders that every individual can climb while a social contract must offer a floor below which they cannot fall. Britain’s problem is that the Conservative party, in power for all but 13 of the last 45 years, does not accept these truths or interdependencies. Worse, even if it did, neither the dominant culture and practise of our capitalism, nor the structure of our democracy, state and media would have made it easy to fashion the necessary responses.
Conservative ideology has been in thrall to the contrary proposition that markets will self-organise to produce the best economic and social outcomes propelled by individual energy and ambition alone. The British state confers near-continual unfettered power to the Conservatives, and so in their view needs no reform. Yet the reality is that capitalism’s unchecked rollercoaster rhythms create instability, inequity and monopoly and so must be managed and counteracted. Nor can capitalism be relied upon to best organise how firms are governed and ownership responsibilities discharged; how workers are properly trained and paid; or to ensure that fair dealing is the norm between firms and their customers. Of necessity enter the state, much better designed than at present.
The UK has its back against the wall to a degree unparalleled in its peacetime history, facing economic problems more acute than the successive sterling crises of the 20th century or the trade union militancy that prompted the general strike of 1926 or winter of discontent in 1979. The level of our national debt has climbed alarmingly over the past quarter of a century, with no compensating increase in public assets, so that the net worth of the public sector – assets less liabilities – is more dangerously in the red than any other country bar Portugal. Similarly, more than 20 years of imports of goods and services exceeding exports has meant our international debts have climbed by £1.5tn, so that our balance sheet – positive for centuries as a result of empire and as pioneer of the Industrial Revolution – is now dangerously negative. Fifty companies that could have been in the FTSE 100 were sold abroad between 1997 and 2017; we are running out of assets to sell. At the same time almost every metric on the economic and social dashboard – whether social mobility or the number of new companies launching on the London stock market – is flashing amber or red.
Rightwing ideological maxims, initiated by Margaret Thatcher in 1979 and continued by her imitators, have led to a sequence of policy disasters – monetarism, wholesale financial deregulation, austerity and then Brexit. Far from launching a renaissance, Thatcher was the author of pernicious decline. The doctrine is that the private “I” is morally superior to anything public, that the state’s “coercive” proclivities must be reined in to promote a “free” market, that regulation and taxation stifle enterprise, that unless ferociously means-tested and minimalist, welfare creates a huge underclass of undeserving “shirkers”, and that good public services follow from a successful economy rather than being integral to it.
Little of the policy that flows from this jumble of ideology and prejudice has any evidence base. As the totality of the failure has unfolded, so the Conservative party’s unity has fragmented into the blind alleys of libertarianism and the debacle of the Truss government, ongoing phobia about all things European and the temptations of anti-immigrant, anti-foreigner, anti-woke populism. It has become an ungovernable federation of cults.
In the 1980s, monetarism did not contain inflation as billed, but rather prompted mass unemployment, hollowed out much of our productive economy – manufacturing employment nearly halved in a decade – and eviscerated public investment. The areas so scarred by the experience would, 30 years later, vote for Brexit. Financial deregulation led to the fastest rise in private indebtedness in our history, propelling illusory economic growth buoyed not by investment and innovation but a flood of credit. It could only end in tears. Writing The State We’re In in the mid-1990s, to warn of an impending tragedy without a change of course, I did not anticipate the great financial crisis of 2007/8, felt most acutely in Britain, although it was obvious the whole rickety structure could only fail in some way. Nor did I imagine that Britain would repeat the failures with the economically illiterate budgetary tightening of austerity and then torch the one successful economic policy asset it had remaining, EU membership, which had boosted GDP by 10%. Yet such was the grip of the right on the Tory party that their bad ideas, once unthinkable, became our lived reality.
And Britain’s liberal left cannot absolve itself of blame. If Conservatism has over-emphasised the “I”, the left has not yet found an electorally attractive way of making the case for “We” – or, better still, blending it with the “I” to create a political philosophy, and attractive policies that flow from it, that would appeal to the majority. My proposition is that the “We” should be built on fusing an ethic of socialism grounded in profound human attachment to fellowship, mutuality and co-operation with the ethic of progressive or new liberalism that emerged 150 years ago as a challenge to classic liberalism. Essentially, liberal thinkers such as Thomas Hill Green and Leonard Hobhouse (forerunners of progressive liberals Keynes and Beveridge) argued that individuals and society were in a constant iterative relationship. Individuals shape society, society shapes individuals, and each and everyone has an obligation to make the social whole as strong as possible, which they are obliged to recognise even while they pursue their own ambitions and interests. Green called this the politics of obligation, which not only the great reforming 1905-15 Liberal government would follow, but later the Keynesian economic revolution and Beveridge’s welfare state.
Labour, as Tony Crosland diagnosed in the 1950s in The Future of Socialism, was founded on being all things leftist to everyone to encourage as big a membership as possible. It was a coalition of Marxists to gradualist Fabians – so laying the foundation for more than 100 years of feuding. Only the ethic of socialism, which has deep roots in western philosophy, the great religions and the Enlightenment, stands the test of time. It was Aristotle who declared that those who deny the primacy of a healthy society to their individual wellbeing are either “a beast or a gods”, while the father of British empiricism, Francis Bacon, would write “wealth is like muck. It is not much good but if it be spread.”
Progressive liberalism and an ethic of socialism are not incompatible value systems: they are complementary. Progressive liberalism leans into the individualism that propels capitalism while accepting social obligations; an ethic of socialism leans into the foundation of a social contract and infrastructure of justice that underpin the sinews of a good society. Ideological socialism’s hostility to capital and liberalism’s association with the upper class and upper middle class initially made a rapprochement between the two impossible. Today those obstacles have faded. It was Tony Blair who saw the opportunity that could be grasped, and perhaps his best contribution to progressive politics was his rewriting of Labour’s infamous high socialist clause IV to articulate the fusion. New Labour may have shrunk from the full implications; it will fall to successors to make it live.
The vision is of a “we society” – a high investment economy populated by companies that take their social responsibilities seriously, underpinned by a rejuvenated social contract in which health, housing, education, justice, welfare and the labour market all combine to offer every individual the chance fully to participate in work, social and civic life. No more lost Einsteins and Marie Curies.
The starting point must be to raise public investment decisively and so “crowd in” private investment radically to lift productivity and real wages (wages adjusted for inflation). Three targets select themselves – the vital need to close the disgraceful gap in productivity, infrastructure and economic performance between London and the regions; the commitment to achieve net zero by 2050 given the alarming rise in global temperatures; and the need to lift research and development spending dramatically. To move the dial in all these areas will require public borrowing for such investment to rise by at least 1% of GDP, or between £25bn– £30bn, with fiscal rules organised around real-world, rather than accounting, goals. The financial markets will be reassured if they know that the investment they are supporting is strategic and thought through. Britain can break out of its low growth trap without financial mishap.
Shibboleths about taxation need to be put to one side. Taxation represents the “we”, and as long as the demands on all sections of society are reasonable – involving at present a greater contribution by the wealthy, whose assets in relation to GDP have doubled since 1980 – there is no evidence that tax receipts at today’s level or even marginally higher will damage growth. What matters is that Britain does what it must to lift its growth rate. A “growth commission” should establish rolling targets for public investment and be held to account to achieving them – the means to vitally needed change.
Importantly, the savings and investment system must be reshaped to drive credit and equity investment to support the financial needs of the companies big and small that we need to feed off the surge in public investment. Two young institutions – the UK Infrastructure Bank and British Business Bank – must be turbocharged so they can operate at the multibillion-pound scale necessary. Banks must be incentivised to supply business loans on much less onerous and flexible terms, and the pension system must be boosted and organised to invest in fast-growing companies based on frontier new technologies. A big multibillion private sector wealth fund – already mooted by some in the City – must work in concert with a public sector wealth fund to invest in what will be the great companies of tomorrow, ensuring they stay British-owned to anchor our economy.
The law needs to ensure that companies make their prime objective the achievement of great social purposes rather than short-term self-enrichment. This should especially apply to all our regulated utilities. The best in British business and our utilities have already begun to move in this direction, putting achievement of great purpose at their heart: it needs to become the general rule. Competition policy must be stepped up so that there is much less incentive and capacity to rig prices in monopoly or quasi monopoly positions. This is particularly important for those businesses and sectors whose business models depend on strength in “intangibles” – intellectual property, human skills, data and digital advantages, research – whose growth has been cramped by so many financial and regulatory biases that favour incumbents. British capitalism, in short, needs to be repurposed both to grow and to work for the common good.
No less essential is to repair the threadbare social contract. The new risks and inequalities that every citizen will confront in an ever faster moving environment, along with new centres of prosperity, need to be mitigated and managed to ensure the new economic world is underwritten by great education, health and housing – and income support when for any reason people find it impossible to work. The workplace needs to be reconfigured so employees are conferred dignity and voice, with trade unions as active partners of purposeful companies. There must be a proper system of social care. We cannot have children going hungry in their millions, with schools, training institutions and further education colleges allowed to decay. And lastly, housing must be restored as a central pillar of the good society. Council tax, the mortgage market, social housing and the system of tenure all require a major overhaul. It would all be integral to a British-style New Deal.
The British state that perforce must catalyse and lead all this must be reformed and recast. It needs the capacity to act strategically, but with far stronger mechanisms for being held accountable for what it does. Parliament must recover its capacity to deliberate and scrutinise along with making law. The reduction of MPs to mere lobby-fodder ciphers to service the transient whims of an unprecedented churn of ministers is surely one reason why nearly 100 this parliament – a record – have been sanctioned for gross lapses in their behaviour. Our second chamber, the Lords, must be democratised. Ethical standards, from conduct in office to political donations, need to be respected and enforced. Boris Johnson’s abuses cannot be allowed again. The independence of the judiciary must be better entrenched. The tone and content of our national conversation, framed by a dominant and frequently hysterically biased rightwing media magnified by social media, needs to be hosed down – a revival in public service broadcasting and regulation of content is a necessity.
Britain has the potential to become an envied European economic and social model. Indeed to re-engage with the European Union is another indispensable part of recovery. The case is not only economic, recovering lost markets, increasing trade intensity, and stimulating falling inward investment that are costing a lost 5% of GDP every year (and growing) but geopolitical. Britain must be “in the room” where the great decisions on Ukraine, defence, security, energy, climate emergency, and the regulatory standards are taken that will configure our continent. Empire and Commonwealth have gone; the 21st century will be shaped by three great blocs – the US, China and the EU. To be alone to assert a meaningless “sovereignty” to assuage the fantasies of rightwing populists is madness.
The emerging rightwing nexus of libertarian tax-cutters and immigration-phobes, so ready to put achieving those aims above the rule of law and respect for human rights, is unfit to govern. At the next election Britain needs a government that will sure-footedly reshape our capitalism and society to promote growth, enfranchisement and a country at ease with itself – respecting rather than deifying its past better to build the future. We can act to shape our destiny. This time no mistakes.“
[Will Hutton, in The Guardian]
I disagree with some of that; agree with more.
The most glaring near-omission is that Hutton scarcely mentions the fact that a million non-whites a year are entering the UK. Most of them are —at best— useless, and most of them are staying, and breeding. That alone would destroy any hope of his carefully-constructed “better-society” blueprint.
Hutton prefers just to look down his nose at what he terms “immigration-phobes“. That may cut it with dinner-party attendees wherever Hutton lives (Hampstead? Richmond? Blackheath? Muswell Hill?), but not with the British people. Things are too serious for that, and impact them directly as well as indirectly.
Hutton seems to think that the importation into the UK of a million persons per year, mostly from backward areas of the world, mostly unskilled, often not even speaking English, is either unimportant or actually desirable. He ignores the fact that few are really useful, many (most) parasitic, and not a few actively hostile and/or criminal.
Hutton also uses the term “rightwing“, which is both anachronistic and imprecise; almost meaningless. Disappointing in a former Master of Hertford College, Oxford.
Hutton is a dyed-in-the-wool EU-remainer. He cannot see any alternative to the UK being just a province of an EU bloc. There is at least one alternative which might fly, but he has obviously not considered it (joining with Russia in loose alliance, while keeping amiable relations with the European Union states and even with the USA etc).
The third problem I have with Hutton’s view is that he lays out broadly what he thinks should happen, but without saying how it might happen. How do we get from here to there?

The Post reports on how in Europe, the secret police are putting under surveillance political parties that are growing by advocating policies popular with voters.
The tweeter’s reference is to Germany (inter alia). Nearly 80 years after the disastrous end of the Second World War, Germany is still, to some extent, an occupied country.
Around 5,000 migrants have crossed the Channel in small boats so far this year – which represents an increase of almost a third on the first quarter last year. pic.twitter.com/twc9IJvBpe
5,000 in the three months of the year which have the roughest seas in the Channel. That probably means anything up to 50,000, maybe even more, by the end of 2024.
That figure is, however, dwarfed by the total of so-called “legal” migration: “high-skilled workers” (Indians who can work a computer), “fiances/fiancees”, “family members”, “students”, and the rest.
The two figures together will almost certainly top a million in 2024 alone. Totally unsustainable. British society will come apart by reason of the continuing migration invasion.
The most terrifying thing about Scotland’s hate speech laws are that they appear to have been written by a 5 year old
Or perhaps suggesting they use the word “incitement” would be deemed hate speech pic.twitter.com/iBBBHTE1PZ
The SNP’s cartoon brand of Scottish “nationalism” has no problem with the leaders of two of the three main parties “up there” being of Pakistani origin, has no problem with a future “independent” Scotland (which will probably never exist anyway) being part of the EU and so largely ruled and regulated by that supranational body, no problem (in reality) with Scotland continuing to be a part of NATO (and so not “independent” in terms of military or naval strategy), and no problem with the Scots being slowly or not so slowly replaced in their own land by hordes of “blacks and browns”.
In short, the SNP is both a fake and a political bad joke. Its two previous leaders have faced, or are facing, criminal charges, and its brief time in the sun (from 2015 to 2024) looks set to descend into night.

Transgenderism gains additional protections because it is a male sexual rights movement campaigning for epistemological abolitionism and cultural nihilism – but “hate speech” laws are illiberal, censorious and designed to chill any discourse and must be repealed in full.
Mirabile dictu…I find myself in agreement with both J.K. Rowling and once-well-known tweeter Robbie Travers… and on the same day.
This is best rebuttal I've read yet to the absurd bien-pensant notion that because Scotland’s new hate crime law is vague and the guidance around it is contradictory, it probably won't do much. No: this vagueness is the biggest problem https://t.co/chOgWvPBWQ
Vagueness is the enemy of a “society under law”. I myself was convicted in November 2023 of breaching the Communications Act 2003, s.127, a law so unjust and poorly-drafted that the Law Commission has formally recommended its repeal.
I was supposed to have published, on this blog, a number of remarks, comments, and cartoons that were “grossly offensive“, and mostly, it was said, about Jewish behaviour.
Truth was irrelevant. Harm was also irrelevant (the Prosecution and the trial judge both accepted from the start that there was no “victim” in the case, and that no actual “harm” had been done to anyone at all).
The prosecution was procured (God knows how…) by the malicious cabal known as “Campaign Against Antisemitism”, a very small but very well-funded Jewish-Zionist group that has admitted, both on Twitter/X and its own website, that it has been trying to have me prosecuted on various bases for 7+ years; I think closer to 10 years.
In fact, the “CAA” has had only a notional victory.
Yes, the “CAA” managed to apply political pressure sufficient to make compliant police box-tickers annoy me with pointless and supposedly “voluntary” interviews in 2017 and 2021 (after the “CAA” made completely false accusations against me); yes, the “CAA” also managed to have political pressure applied to the Crown Prosecution Service so that I was eventually prosecuted (in 2023); yes, I have been inconvenienced by the whole process (though never arrested) and, yes, I was later convicted in the magistrates’ court, having defended myself alone and unaided from all those manifestations of Britain’s new poundland police state.
Having said that, the “CAA” has obviously been disappointed at the ultimate result. My sentence (15 days or part-days of so-called “rehabilitation” under the Probation Service, and a costs order amounting to £734) was clearly less severe than they wanted. It is a nuisance, and one that inconveniences me, yes, but no more.
The “CAA” has been so miffed at the sentence passed upon me that it and its Jewish supporters have not even tweeted about how I have been sentenced (they did tweet when I was convicted last year). Not one tweet from the “CAA” itself about me since the sentence was handed down, and only a couple (I saw 2 or 3 tweets) from stray frustrated “CAA” supporters saying how “derisory” was my sentence. I myself would not say that: the sentence was and is a nuisance, and has caused minor inconvenience, but not excessive inconvenience.
I suppose that the “CAA” will continue to push the police and CPS (when will the office bods of those two organizations realize that they are being “played”?), but I doubt that the “CAA” will get very far; we shall see.

I have already had a few meetings with the rather charming ladies of the Probation Service.
As for the supposedly “grossly offensive” blog posts which founded the November 2023 conviction, they are still extant and capable of being seen. I think that I shall not provide a link to them, in the circumstances, but they are all (all 5 of them) still on the blog, and will remain there indefinitely.
The blog continues to be published daily or near-daily and, while the conviction will, in effect, require me to be more cautious in terms of tone, the material covered will remain much the same, except that I hope to present more from the world of ideas and policy, and perhaps slightly less in terms of mere comment.
The sentencing district judge (on 14 March 2024) refused the Prosecution’s application for a Criminal Behaviour Order against me (which might have restricted my free speech on the blog even further), because it would have been pointless, and because it was so badly-drafted; pathetically poorly, in fact.
I am now under no greater onus, from the strictly legal point of view, than I was when this whole legal and juridical circus started in early 2023.
So there it is…

From today, in Scotland, it is a crime to use what others perceive to be “threatening or abusive” behaviour which stirs up hatred on the basis of "protected characteristics", incl. what's said in your own home & which will go on your criminal record. This is not an April Fools.
I hope that there are Scottish people who will not only oppose these police-state measures but who will also identify the most guilty behind the new repression.

Can't shake the sense that, as far as the Twitter goblins are concerned, the cartoon on the left remains the most dangerous and controversial piece of art I've ever created.
True. Where were they when I watched a broken man in tears, at one of the London demos? Harassed and jostled by police as he sobbed, trying to explain, that Govt measures had destroyed his marriage and the business that had taken him 30 yrs to build. I just can't bear it…
As to the “Jack Monroe” person, I think that some of her activity, trying to advise impoverished people about cooking very cheap food, is all to the good, but her apparent support for the State’s “panicdemic” measures is or was, in my opinion, negative. She was hardly alone, though.
All or almost all those prominent in the msm or on social media supported the lockdown/shutdown(s), the supposed “vaccine” etc. Many have now switched (most of) their virtue-signalling to “Ukraine” flag-waving.

If you want the background on what Cox was doing representing a tax haven island against the British government, read this report from last month by @patrickwintour. Because it’s quite… wild. https://t.co/xUGex0eadi
The underlying problem here is that, in the early 1940s, Winston Churchill’s misguided government basically threw away the Empire as it existed in the Caribbean. The Americans took over, strategically, while the various islands stayed nominally under British rule (some are now independent, some are “British Overseas Territories” and still get a considerable financial subsidy from the UK).
Another good reason not to vote for Ed Davey and the pathetic rump of the LibDems. 🔴 The true scale of deaths following hospital-acquired Covid is likely to be even higher, as some hospital trusts refused to disclose recent data, and two hospital trusts declined to disclose the data at all pic.twitter.com/6aUfwGSoxJ
The fact is that large numbers were infected by “the virus” in hospital. Instead of encouraging North Korea-lite “clapathons”, the Government, Opposition (such as it is) and msm should have been looking at why many UK hospitals are basically filthy.
The main problem with the hospital side of the NHS is that the administration is terrible. No proper leadership, no efficient administration, no accountability. That leads to general sloppiness. The old “Matron” is long gone, and should probably be reinstated, as should proper cleaning regimes (i.e. not some poorly-paid and probably useless immigrant broom-pusher from an outsourcing company).
It is always dangerous to criticize a sentence handed down by a judge, when one has not heard the evidence given in court, has not noted the demeanour of the defendant, and when a newspaper report is, as most are, incomplete (and in some cases, not entirely accurate in what is reported).
Having said that, I find the above case troubling for reasons that go beyond the facts of the case itself.
The defendant had, years before, been convicted of possession of a knife in public, as the newspaper notes, “…among his previous convictions“.
There is more here than meets the eye. Why did someone stab the defendant in the back earlier the same evening?
In some parts of the country, London in particular, such events are now far more frequent than they once were, a consequence in part of decades of black-brown mass immigration.
However, New Milton, a fairly quiet corner of Hampshire, is not accustomed to such activity. The age demographic is high, and that little town is really rather dead in the evening. I know it and, at one time, in years past, used the station quite often, not infrequently arriving late in the evening from London Waterloo.
The first stabbing was obviously not random. There are unexplained currents in the case. Also, one would expect a defendant in such a case to be rather young, perhaps a teenager, not 31. I am also puzzled at the apparent fact that the defendant himself had been stabbed, in the back, yet was (as far as can be gleaned) uninjured. Also, if a third party had been convicted re. that backstabbing or surrounding events, why only of possession and not, e.g., GBH with intent?
As to the instant case, I should say that the defendant was lucky in his judge, and it looks as though his defence Counsel did well. The sentence (even taking into account unpaid work, and a financial penalty etc) was surely merciful.
I am uneasy, however, that someone who, not in self-defence (the defendant having returned home and then slightly later revisited the railway station with a knife) stabbed the uninvolved victim (who merely looked like the earlier backstabber), that victim only avoiding serious injury and possible death by the lucky chance of wearing thick motorcycle clothing.
Another question: the defendant was stabbed in the back, yet chose not to alert the police. Why not? They would surely have attended quite swiftly in such a situation. As said, there seem to be hidden aspects here.
My overall question, though, is what on Earth is happening in the UK? Persons being stabbed in quiet parts of Southern England. Almost unheard of 50 or 60 years ago. One cannot even put it down, in this case, to the dreadful effects of non-white immigration. The part of England in the report is still largely English.

“In 1920, Adolf Hitler decided that the Nazi Party needed its own insignia and flag. For Hitler, the new flag had to be “a symbol of our own struggle” as well as “highly effective as a poster.” On August 7, 1920, at the Salzburg Congress, this flag became the official emblem of the Nazi Party. In Mein Kampf, Hitler described the Nazis’ new flag: “In red we see the social idea of the movement, in white the nationalistic idea, in the swastika the mission of the struggle for the victory of the Aryan man, and, by the same token, the victory of the idea of creative work, which as such always has been and always will be anti-Semitic.” [National Museum of American History; https://americanhistory.si.edu/collections/search/object/nmah_135742].

In other words, Sky [System propaganda] News feels that any white English person is, as the Germans say, “unerwunscht“, unwanted, not required on voyage, surplus to requirements. The System, playing to the Coudenhove-Kalergi Plan rules, wants TV presenters and “journalists” who are, quite simply, non-white, who instinctively hate Britain, European race and culture, who hate and despise our history and who, putting it bluntly, hate us.
Even someone as embedded in the System as Adam Boulton is now not wanted because he is white, English, and not sufficiently filled with anti-white, anti-British hatred.

I have blogged many times about the Labour Party. An important topic, in that the UK has a basically binary system which was Liberal Party v. Conservative and Unionist Party until just after the First World War, then Labour Party v. Conservative Party. A situation which still pertains, and which, from the psychological point of view, emerges from the typical British mindset of “rivalry”, which also results in the British love of sporting rivalry, particularly in team sports.
“Lewis joined the Army and toured in Afghanistan“. Very naive. Clive Lewis, a person of mixed race, joined the Territorial Army as commissioned officer, then did three months in Afghanistan, as far as publicly known not seeing any action, after which he had a breakdown or meltdown on return to the UK. More of a gap year misadventure than Bravo Two Zero…
Goodwin’s main point is that Labour must show itself “patriotic”, which apparently means waving a flag or wearing a red poppy once a year. Hard advice to follow when the voters know that Labour under Blair and Brown uined Britain by deliberately importing millions of blacks and browns, who have since been breeding prolifically.
True, the “Conservative” Party record on mass immigration is almost as bad, and now is getting worse, part-Jew Boris-idiot having now decided to allow entry to as may as 6 million Hong Kong Chinese, 300,000 of whom are expected to arrive within a few months! That however, will not help Labour much.
As Goodwin correctly says, though, Labour is now a party of “London progressives” (in terms of members and supporters); its voting base among English and Welsh voters (meaning white people) has all but collapsed, making Labour reliant on “the blacks and browns” and/or those employed by the State and its offshoots such as the NHS.
The 2019 General Election made plain that the Labour vote is only about a third of the total vote. Core vote? Maybe 25%.
There is a ray of hope for Labour, in that persons under 30, maybe more under 24, seem better disposed towards Labour (that may also have an ethnic dimension, because the proportion of blacks and browns is increasing in that part of the age demographic as those populations breed). However, the under-24s are notoriously non-voting.
I wonder how many SNP supporters know, accept, or care about that prediction? Few, probably.
The belated rise of the long-struggling SNP has been remarkable. The SNP was founded in 1934, yet took 33 years to get its first MP (Winnie Ewing, in a 1967 by-election). Between 1967 and 2015, the SNP representation at Westminster swung between 1 and 7; on the eve of the 2015 General Election, the SNP still had only 6 MPs: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scottish_National_Party#House_of_Commons_2.
In a sense, the most remarkable thing about the SNP is how its post-2014 rise at Westminster shows up the absurdity of FPTP voting. In 2015, the SNP landslide —56 out of 59 Scottish Westminster seats— was achieved on the back of only 50% of the actual popular vote in Scotland.
At Holyrood (the Scottish Parliament), elected under a fairer —proportional representation— system, the SNP has never won more than about half of the MSP seats: 69 out of 129 in 2011, and 63 out of 129 in 2016: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scottish_National_Party#Scottish_Parliament_2. It will be interesting to see what happens later this year. The SNP representation at Holyrood broadly equates to the support for Scottish Independence. Somewhere around 50-50, so far.
I do not hold myself out as any kind of expert on Scottish politics, and in fact have never been North of Hadrian’s Wall, but it seems to me that SNP support comes from two main directions: voters committed to “Independence”, and voters disgusted by the other major parties, and so voting by default. An overlapping Venn diagram.
At any rate, as I have recently and previously blogged, if the SNP manage to wrest Scotland away from the UK, that pretty much sinks Labour in England and Wales, at least in terms of being a party of government.

I was once trolled (on Twitter, some years ago) by a whole group of idiots grouped around one very stupid woman who thought herself terribly clever, a nurse (oh, yes, one of those supposedly caring, sharing people…) from the North West of England. I had to block about 15, and they had no choice but to FO. Such people are very tiny minds (as can be seen in the tweets of some of the “antifascist” and allied Jew-Zionist crowds).

More Twitter shenanigans. I noticed an interview with Twitter’s former head of European affairs. Seemed to be a Jew. What a surprise.
In fact, when I was expelled from Twitter in 2018 (after a small pack of Jews targeted me), I had just on 3,000 “followers”, which I suppose equates to about 6,000 in 2021 (the “follower” count increases for most accounts over time almost automatically). The funny thing was that the level was kept (apparently artificially) just below 3,000; had been for some time. Obviously manipulated.
I don’t doubt it @daviet10. But as yet no counterpoise to the SNP exists or is being created, just as England has no anti-Blairite political formation. So you are borne away on the current, alas. https://t.co/Ssimu9lXEo
Columnist Peter Hitchens says a second Scottish independence referendum is now inevitable: "Let them go if they want to".@Iromg | @ClarkeMicah | @talkRADIO pic.twitter.com/mPKLjoCuFr
I have blogged about these matter previously. While I usually steer clear of Scottish politics, not having much studied the subject (and having never even visited the country), the overall effect on Westminster is a different matter.
If the presently-ruling SNP, as Scottish Government, holds some form of referendum and decides to leave the UK, as Hitchens seems to be saying, the Westminster government would have a choice: to repress that, as the Madrid government has done in Catalonia, or to say “au revoir” and “see you again“… I do not think that out and out repression would be the right response.
I do not see any need to remove the “Saltire” —St. Andrew’s Cross— from the Union flag even if Scotland declares “Independence”. The Union flag, now, reflects the historical position or record, nothing more.
The effect on Westminster politics of Scotland leaving the UK would be nuclear, however. I have examined this previously in detail, but in essence the position would be that 59 Scottish Westminster seats would go, 47-48 of them (1 SNP MP had whip removed) at present being SNP seats, only 6 Scottish Conservative seats.
It can be seen that that would leave Labour, in England and Wales, up that well-known creek without a paddle. It would be almost impossible for Labour even to form a minority government at Westminster (though I concede that “never say never” in UK politics).
On 2019 General Election results, that would mean that there would be 591 seats in the House of Commons, of which 364 would be Conservative, 201 Labour, 7 LibDem, 4 Plaid Cymru, and 1 Green (leaving 19 others aside).
On 2017 General Election results, the situation would be Conservative 316, Labour 256, LibDem 8, Plaid 4, Green 1 (leaving 18 others aside).
It can be seen the the Conservative Party would have a 60-seat overall majority on 2019 figures, and a 29-seat overall majority even on 2017 figures. Bearing in mind that the Speaker does not usually vote, and that Sinn Fein never take their seats, those majorities in practical terms increase by about 16 in both scenarii. So either a 76-seat majority or one of 45. Unassailable.
On the strategic level, I imagine that the Kremlin would regard Scottish withdrawal from the UK as a windfall of huge proportions, fracturing the NATO alliance and removing, probably, UK/NATO military, naval, and air deployments from Scottish territory.
On the UK domestic political level, it would mean that a Labour vote might be a wasted vote, and that there would be an embedded Conservative elected dictatorship anchored in Southern England. Labour as we now know it would retreat even more into being the party of the “blacks and browns” and/or public service employees, and there would be a far greater chance for social nationalism to go mainstream. On that basis, then, bring it on!

Seems that the UK Government is proposing to do away with anonymity on Twitter and other social media platforms. Oddly, some of the Jew-Zionist element have been pressing for this, which is ironic in that (alongside others) I (who always tweeted from one Twitter account in my own name) was trolled relentlessly by (mainly) Jews, many of whom affected anonymity, though some were eventually exposed in court in cases involving others.
A couple of the several guilty (almost all connected with the fake charity known as “Campaign Against Antisemitism”) were Stephen Silverman of South Essex, who trolled under a number of pseudonyms until found out (now using the main account “@ssilvuk”), and Stephen Applebaum of Watford/Edgware, who also used a number of accounts (contrary to Twitter rules…) but who now mainly tweets as “@grubstreetsteve” and “@rattus2384”. Both of those named were exposed by the CAA’s own lawyer during a preliminary hearing in one of the Alison Chabloz private prosecutions (persecutions).
Neither Silverman nor Applebaum were ever charged with any offence for such activities. Silverman was supposed to be interviewed by police but weaselled out of attending, helped by “CAA” lawyers.
I have no great objection to the proposed new social media rules or laws on identity. I myself have never been a “troll”, indeed have been the target for trolls. As I say, mainly Jews and/or “antifascist” deadheads.
In a way, I look forward to the exposure of the identities of certain trolls presently anonymous or pseudonymous. A few of them must have fear in their hearts. Rightly so.

When lies are all the public see, whether in mass media, from the churches, the schools and universities, the police, the corrupt political class, ONE SMALL PIECE OF TRUTH pierces the darkness.
If I had to name one single person who personifies almost everything nasty and disgusting about the British society of, say, 1975-2020, it would have to be Branson.
Thinking about Unity Mitford, who died 72 years ago yesterday, some aspects of her life struck me especially.
This, below, struck me: both re Adolf Hitler’s very open daily schedule…and the fact that Unity sat near him for 10 months before being invited to join him!
“She was obsessed with meeting Hitler, so she really set out to stalk him.
She set her mind on getting Hitler, and she discovered that Hitler’s movements could be ascertained. It’s one of the extraordinary things about Hitler’s daily life that he was so available to the public. You knew which café he’d be in, you knew which restaurant he’d be in, which hotel, and he would just go and meet people over sticky buns and cakes, and it was possible to meet him like that. And he was in the habit of eating in the Osteria Bavaria in Munich and she started sitting in the Osteria Bavaria every day. So he would have to come into the front part of the restaurant where there was this English girl.[4][5]
“After ten months, Hitler finally invited her to his table, where they talked for over 30 minutes, with Hitler picking up her bill.” [from Channel 4 documentary, Hitler’s British Girl, published in Wikipedia]
We often see “documentaries” (incredibly biased and basically Jewish-Zionist propaganda), or lying “history” in the “Lugenpresse/Judenpresse“, to the effect that Hitler was always afraid of assassination, took huge security measures etc, but here, even in such a film (on Channel 4, no less), the producers are so keen to traduce Unity Mitford that they forget to lie about Hitler himself, for once!
True, and after a number of failed assassination attempts, Hitler’s security was improved from the mid-1930s, and more so during the Second World War itself, but he himself was a fatalist, who believed both in Fate (Schicksal) and in his own personal fate and destiny.
Unlike Stalin, Hitler was not afraid of the people that he ruled or, rather, in Hitler’s case, led.
That snippet about how Unity Mitford met Hitler does show her extreme persistence: to sit in a cafe-restaurant every or almost every day for nearly a year in order to be in close proximity to Hitler shows a devotion which is very telling.
The fact that Hitler was able to let his whereabouts be known in advance to the public (and the regularity of his attendances in favoured places) shows that not only was Hitler unafraid of the people who put him into office, but that there were few who wanted to attack him. Here was an assassin’s dream target, someone who lets his whereabouts be known in advance, and who often goes to the same places day after day, yet sits safely amid the German people.
The few assassination attempts of later years were perpetrated by Jews and/or Communists and/or persons of disordered mind, until the British Intelligence organizations tried their hand in 1939 and during the War itself. They failed, though (typically).
What also struck me is the synchronistic nature of it all: UnityValkyrie were her names given at birth, a birth which took place in the small Canadian town of Swastika!
One must remember that that birth occurred in August 1914, long before the world knew of Hitler, the NSDAP, or the Third Reich. Hitler himself volunteered, in that same month, to enlist in the List Regiment of the Bavarian Army, the First World War having started about 5 weeks before.
The Swastika, in 1914, was an esoteric symbol in more ways than one. Most people in Europe would have been ignorant of its existence. As for the town of that name, its naming is lost in the mists of history.
[above: Swastika, Ontario, as it is today and, below, as it was in 1918]
Incredibly, the settlement of Swastika, Ontario, was not named by Unity’s father, who had an interest in one of the gold mines situated there (though not the nearby one which made Harry Oakes, much later murdered in the Bahamas, one of the richest men on Earth: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Harry_Oakes
Unity’s father was David Freeman-Mitford; his father had been a Wagnerian, and personally acquainted with both Richard Wagner and Houston Stewart Chamberlain.
Unity Mitford descended through the spheres to incarnate at Swastika and to be named Unity Valkyrie. In fact, her other name, Unity, also seems to me to be significant, symbolizing the union or alliance which might have been, but sadly never was, between two great empires, the British Empire and the new German Reich.
Every human being has personal attributes, personal flaws, characteristics arising or becoming manifest through their worldly ancestry, and the society and culture into which they incarnate. We must look beyond this to see the bigger picture.
Reminds me of the “shopping riots” in England a decade ago. The trigger there was the “unfortunate” death of a black gangster in a “taxi” (gangster transport) at the hands of the London police. Soon thousands of (mainly) blacks and half-castes were roaming all over London stealing anything not nailed down, and burning down buildings at random.
The msm were careful to say “bands of white and black youths” because a few deracinated and useless white (ish) chavscums were there, amid the black mobs. As for “youths”, some were 40 or 50 years old (the Windrush generation? Just after that time?).
It is true that some of the American police are very forceful, and some are also trigger-happy (perhaps unsurprising now that many are trained by and in the manner of the Israel occupation forces “police”), but at the same time, the USA is very very different from the UK, something even those who holiday there fail to see (I myself am still nominally an attorney of the NY Bar, and in the past I lived in the USA on and off as well as travelling there on legal business —NJ, NY, SC and FLA). Some of its criminals are very vicious.
Great tweet from #Shrewsbury Cathedral. But do remember that "the Lord helps those who help themselves".
No point praying for the atheist liberal elite to allow services. Just go ahead & hold them. Tell Caesar to keep his secular nose out of matters of Faith#EndCovidScamNowhttps://t.co/8Lphc2BEFC
I like the photograph and the sentiment. As for the exact words, well “imitation is the sincerest form of flattery”, per Oscar Wilde, and Griffin did have the decency to use quotation marks…
'Those who accepted this subjection were free, thanks not to themselves but to forebears who preserved their liberty from threats within and without. Then this generation came, and undid the work of a thousand years in a few weeks.' https://t.co/DMKw2uvXTQ
[above: Britain’s toytown police deal with a serious sunbathing incident on the South Coast] [cf. Britain’s new poundland KGB, as seen in the arrests of Alison Chabloz, the satirical singer-songwriter, most recently arrested and mishandled only a week ago; a dozen goons invaded her bedroom; she was held for 8 hours before being released on “police bail”, her telephones etc taken from her for technical snoop purposes]
'Next, I greatly fear, will come the stage when the same swooning, fawning faith in authority transfers itself to the measures needed to pay for the economic disaster we have inflicted on ourselves.' https://t.co/DMKw2uvXTQ
I should say that, not only is Hitchens right, but that it is almost inevitable. The “British” population (in fact I would call only about 2/3 “British” anyway) have shown themselves to be serfs at heart. Also, a decade ago they accepted without question the perceived “need” (which we now see was no “need” at all) for the poor, disabled, and unemployed to be brutalized, upset, put into destitution and, in some cases, starved to death, and all because they were somehow responsible for the world banking crash…and how did the “British” people know that? Because a part-Jap Friends of Israel MP called Iain Dunce Duncan Smith, a fraudster, embezzler and freeloader, said so, backed up by two Friends of Israel part-Jews, David Cameron-Levita and George Osborne, who had both lied their way into the centre of government.
'Far more worrying has been the response of the …chattering classes. They just sit in their large back gardens, sipping at misted glasses of Waitrose Chablis, enjoying the seemingly endless holiday from ordinary life which has been granted to them.' https://t.co/DMKw2uvXTQ
You *expected* it to make sense @thepocketgod? Touching, but unwise. This a is a government surfing a giant wave of panic, a wave it created with its own misinformation and alarmism. It's just trying to stay on top, not worrying about you. https://t.co/sMarBRXHXn
Hitchens right again. The faith that “the plebs” have in the Government is in a way touching, though also pathetic. The manufactured fear of “the virus” (that in fact kills only about 1 in 2,000 of the population…) has translated itself into that pathetic reliance on what “the authorities” say, whether the person in “authority” is Boris-idiot (posing, ludicrously, as Prime Minister), little Matt Hancock (former tea boy at the Bank of England, now posing as Health Secretary), or the local toytown police, cruising around telling people not to sunbathe, use parks, or even drive cars or ride motorcycles to enjoy a drive somewhere on the empty (emptied) roads .

The Protocols of Zion and the British aristocracy
The Protocols are often described (by Jew-Zionists or those working for them) as “a forgery”. It would be more accurate to describe them as “literary fantasy” based on a matrix of fact. For example:
“The aristocracy, who by right shared the labour of the working classes, were interested in the same being well-fed, healthy, and strong. We are interested in the opposite, i.e., in the degeneration of the Gentiles. Our strength lies in keeping the working man in perpetual want and impotence; because, by so doing, we retain him subject to our will and, in his own surroundings, he will never find either power or energy to stand up against us. Hunger will confer upon Capital more powerful rights over the labourer than ever the lawful power of the sovereign could confer upon the aristocracy.” — Protocols; protocol 3.; Shanks’ translation
“Under our auspices the populace exterminated the aristocracy which had supported and guarded the people for its own benefit, which benefit is inseparable from the welfare of the populace. Nowadays, having destroyed the privileges of the aristocracy, the people fall under the yoke of cunning profiteers and upstarts.” — Protocols; protocol 3.; Shanks’ translation
“It gave us the possibility among other things of playing the ace of trumps—namely, the abolition of privileges; in other words, the existence of the Gentile aristocracy, which was the only protection nations and countries had against ourselves. On the ruins of natural and hereditary aristocracy we built an aristocracy of our own on a plutocratic basis.” — Protocols; protocol 1.; Shanks’ translation
Doesn’t that sound familiar? If it be said “but Britain (eg) still has an aristocracy“, my answer is “does it?“. What is called an aristocracy in the UK is in fact something fake, or 90% fake. Look at the “British aristocracy” and you find that most titles only go back to the first quarter of the 20th Century. Not to Richard the Lionheart. Not even Elizabeth I. Not even, the vast bulk of them, George III, nor even Victoria!
Indeed, quite a few “aristocrats” in the UK today not only have a considerable admixture from the Americas, but even outright Jewish elements. One example is the family that own Highclere Castle, the place used in Downton Abbey. In fact, the old Lord Carnarvon, the 6th Earl, was rather proud of his part-Jew background (a quarter, but possibly half) and referred to it more than once in his amusing and sensationalist memoirs.
Take another example, the Duke of Westminster. The present Duke, one of the richest men in Britain, is the 7th Duke. The dukedom only goes back to 1874! The family did have titles before that date, but the first was only granted in 1622 and was merely a (bought for cash) baronetcy.
Ironically, the 2nd Duke was obsessed with the Jewish infiltration into the aristocracy, a fact noted by his estranged Duchess in her autobiography:
“During the run-up to World War II, he supported various right-wing and anti-Semitic causes, including the Right Club. “His anti-Semitic rants were notorious,” according to a biographer of Coco Chanel.[15] In her book The Light of the Common Day, Lady Diana Cooper reminisces back to 1 September 1939. She and her husband, the prominent Conservative Duff Cooper, were lunching at London’s Savoy Grill with the Duke of Westminster. She recalls:[16] “when he [the Duke of Westminster] added that Hitler knew after all that we were his best friends, he set off the powder-magazine. “I hope,” Duff spat, “that by tomorrow he will know that we are his most implacable and remorseless enemies”. Next day “Bendor”, telephoning to a friend, said that if there was a war it would be entirely due to the Jews and Duff Cooper.”
“The Duke, known for his pro-German sympathies, was reportedly instrumental in influencing his former mistress, Coco Chanel, to use her association with Winston Churchill to broker a bilateral peace agreement between the British and the Nazis.[17] It was in late 1943 or early 1944 that Chanel and her current lover, Nazi espionage agent Baron Hans Gunther von Dinklage, undertook such an assignment. Code named “Operation Modellhut”, it was an attempt through the British Embassy in Madrid, via Chanel, to influence Churchill, and thereby persuade the British to negotiate a separate peace with Germany. This mission as planned ultimately met with failure, as Churchill had no interest.” [Wikipedia]
Hey! Yeah! BBC political genius and Today Prog would-be top dog @bbcnickrobinson finally notices existence of Lord Sumption , last year's BBC Reith Lecturer, now ignored by most major BBC programmes (guess which?) since he began attacking the shutdown of the country. https://t.co/xuM1DpuFsh
The revolution happened long ago. But most people, not understanding Marxism and its adaptability, didn't notice. Details all here. Nobody believes it, but every fact here is verifiable. https://t.co/ZlYmwTZQeHhttps://t.co/oh89YD8Wpx
It has died a death where I live, but then it never really got off the ground here anyway. What a stupid ritual…
I do @stevek26367321 . I am still told at least once daily that the throttling of the economy and mass house arrest were needed 'to reduce pressure on the NHS'. There is no evidence at all that they did so, but people take it on trust because the govt says it & assume it is true. https://t.co/7Ylsj5qHuv
Hitchens tweeting in support of the legal challenge to the probably unlawful “lockdown” toytown dictatorship. Glad to see that that fund has almost reached its goal (it’s about 80% attained), but the real challenge to the “lockdown” is already slowly happening, inasmuch as the English people (and Scottish and Welsh? the Scots seem a poor lot these days) are (as I predicted about 2 months ago) slowly simply ignoring the restrictions.
There is no mass march against the “lockdown” but public pressure, via gradual ignoring of the Boris-idiot “rules”, has now pressured the Government of idiots into giving way, though wanting to make it seem that Boris-idiot, his Cabinet of clowns and the toytown police are “really” still in charge.
That public pressure has come from more and more people waking up to the nonsense of “lockdown”, though the majority have still not thought through this: “hey, if only 1 person in every 2,000 dies from the virus, then I’m probably going to be OK even if I get infected“.
That of course is all the more true for anyone under 60. Small children have a —something like— 15 million to 1 chance of dying from it. Even people in their thirties have a tiny chance of dying from it. All the more so now that the virus has peaked (and may have peaked in early April!).
As a result of all this, people are not protesting, or marching, or even writing angry emails to “their” MPs. What they are doing is going out whenever they feel like it to wherever they want. The only problem is that hardly anything is open. If shops and cafes were open, millions would be flocking to them (until the money runs out, which for many may not be far away).
The Government (of idiots) is not in charge of anything. The whole thing is a gigantic con-trick.
Britain's double shame: coronavirus deaths and economic collapse | Simon Jenkins https://t.co/Scs4z5YO45
“Britain’s policy on coronavirus has clearly been disastrous. The press might trumpet America’s 100,000 deaths. But America is a big country and, on the most sensible generalised measure of “excess deaths per million”, Britain’s rate is not just three times America’s but possibly the worst in the world, at 890 against American’s roughly 250. Even its deaths per million are higher than America’s.
“Johnson and Hancock remain in denial over the apparent reasons for this, that thousands of Britons appear to have died after being ejected or turned away from NHS hospitals, either dumped into care homes or having vital operations postponed. Thousands more may have died at home, through being terrified by Johnson into not seeking hospital care at all.”
“This saga is approaching its end and there must be a reckoning. Perhaps some lives have been saved by lockdown. If so, it is strange that countries that rejected it, from Sweden to Taiwan, have seen a lower death rate than Britain. Meanwhile the longer lockdown lasts, the faster its cost rises towards the staggering total of £200bn. How many lives might that have saved? “
“With budget deficit now predicted to reach 17% of GDP, Britain now faces a double humiliation: the world’s highest coronavirus death rate and the worst resulting economic collapse. Johnson likes blood-curdling “worst-case scenarios”. Mine is that this will prove to be Britain’s most catastrophic and costly policy failure in modern times.“
I agree with all of that. Boris-idiot and “financial genius and future PM” Rishi Sunak will now march the plebs —for whom they have nothing but contempt— into the valley of the shadow, “ably” assisted by little Matt Hancock (if he survives in Cabinet).
And the idiots, some of them, will probably still be standing outside their homes, clapping…
Still, this ludicrous misgovernment might just lead to a social-national upsurge by 2022 and, by Grace of God, victory in the end.
It is reported in the System “newspapers” that some people made an “effigy” of Grenfell Tower and then burned it as a Guy Fawkes Night stunt. In fact, this first of all shows how standards in journalism have fallen through the floor, because “effigy” means a model of a person, strictly speaking. Leaving that aside, this is another example of how the UK continues to sink into madness.
The alleged act may have been in poor taste, but only in a country gone mad could it be called crime! The UK police waste their resources on this? While serious real crime skyrockets! The UK is becoming like Stalin’s Russia, complete with me-too idiots.
In fact, if you read the reports, you see that neighbours and even family members of those arrested (and, yes –incredibly–, five people have actually been arrested over this nonsense) all feel obliged to distance themselves from the terrible crime (thought-crime?) committed; they all virtue-signal like mad. “Oh, no, guv’nor, I’m not like that!” or “I never had any idea that enemies of the people were living next door to me!” or “I’m afraid now that I know that bad people live near me” (etc…).
The msm reports show detectives at the house of these ordinary folk (who have now been exposed as “enemies of the people”), the detectives solemnly bagging-up evidence as if at the scene of murder or terrorism!
Meanwhile, in the real world outside the “fake news” newspaper offices, outside the Twittersphere and the milieu of the virtue-signallers, London has an epidemic of murder and knife crime, with hundreds stabbed or shot each year. In fact, the real situation is worse, because many killings which are really murder are reclassified as “manslaughter”. Large areas of the UK are becoming lawless zones, the police are not responding to emergency calls and many crimes not only go unpunished but uninvestigated and indeed all but unreported. Pakistani “grooming” and rape gangs are found everywhere in the UK, preying on white British children, Islamist terrorism is likewise widespread now.
The UK police nonetheless have the resources, it seems (and despite their constant whine about lacking such resources), to investigate comments made on Twitter (especially about Jews), to track down those posting cartoons mocking Jews, Muslims and others, and now to arrest persons who make the wrong sort of “effigy” on Guy Fawkes Night. Mad or what?
The ancients said that “those whom the Gods wish to destroy, they first make mad.” Be afraid, be very afraid, Britain…
The Daily Telegraph report, in which it is revealed that this petty incident of “offence” is being investigated “fully” by “a team” of detectives headed by a Chief Superintendent, no less! If only Lewis Carroll were still alive!
(“Free speech” in the Britain of 2019! Note the robotic refusal of Humberside Police to apologize or even engage with the free speech argument, even now. Sinister is the right word for this.)
The trial of Paul Busetti in relation to the events described above has been set down for 29 July 2019 (estimated duration unknown, possibly longer than 1 day, at an educated guess).
Well, the farcical process of investigation, arrest, charge, prosecution and trial is over. I was right about the duration of trial: 2 days. The result? Acquittal before the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Emma Arbuthnot.
The prosecution was a politically-motivated farce, but the laugh is at least partly on the taxpayers, because tens of thousands of pounds have been laid out by police, CPS and the MoJ in taking to trial someone who just made a joke (tasteless, yes, so be it).
Meanwhile, in similar news, the South Wales Police have reinforced their longstanding and well-deserved reputation for thick-as-two-short-planks woodentop-ery by actually arresting and locking up a man who simply flew a flag from his own house!
55 year old man arrested “on suspicion of a racially aggravated public order offence" after flying a swastika flag on the back of his house in Wales https://t.co/bPueK4tnGR
“A spokesperson for South Wales police stated, “we are aware of images circulating on social media of a flag with a swastika on it being displayed in Neath.”
“We would like to reassure you this flag has been removed and a 55-year-old local man has been arrested on suspicion of a racially aggravated public order offence.”
Well, “long live freedom”…(but not in South Wales, it seems…)
I hope that the accused fights this latest attempt to repress civil rights, an attempt made on behalf of the Jew-Zionist lobby. The police are now becoming actively hostile to the British people.
Update, 5 February 2020
“A man who displayed a large red flag with a swastika on the side of a house in Wales will not face charges, it has emerged. People living in Neath were said to be ‘absolutely disgusted’ by the flag on a property near the A474 flyover. One shocked passer-by had taken a picture of the flag and posted it on social media. A 55-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of a racially aggravated public order offence. South Wales Police said a file of evidence was submitted to the Crown Prosecution Service who decided no further action should be taken against the man.” [Metro newspaper]
So the (London) Metro newspaper sees fit to insert nonsense about how locals were “absolutely disgusted” by the flying of the Swastika banner. I doubt that that is true. However, the nub of the report is at the end: no further action. So just more police time and money (and that of the innocent man arrested) wasted because the Jewish lobby will not shut up…
Race and culture are among the hottest topics of the moment. From the migration-invasion of Europe to the American wave of the alt-right, to the elections in European states, there is a ferment which will not calm. As social-nationalists, standing first and foremost on the racial-cultural front line, we must be clear where we stand in terms of attitude.
It disturbs me when I see unpleasant and too-general remarks made even about the basest of race-types. We must never forget that, as Adolf Hitler himself said in another context, “there is the individual, but beyond the individual is the race.” The individual comes out of a race; he is made by it, formed by it, is in most cases brought up and educated by it and by the nation which is part of the race. However, the individual can transcend the race-group (equally, can descend from it). German National Socialism itself recognized this reality when it granted a relatively small number of persons, who were not Aryan, the status of “honorary Aryan” or Ehrenarier: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Honorary_Aryan
We today, even those of us who are social-national in political orientation, are yet not National Socialists in the same sense as those who fought for European humanity in the 1920s, 1930s and 1940s. We today have our own path forward. At the same time, to put it in Biblical language, we “honour our father and our mother” and that means that we honour National Socialism as the ground from which we sprang.
Leon Degrelle, the political leader, front-line fighter and thinker, had this to say on the subject after National Socialism in its original phase had passed into history:
There is no need for social nationalists to utter insults at blacks, Jews or members of other groups, except where that is justified and/or where it makes a political or social point. I do not want to concentrate on the American socio-political situation. I am not American, have not lived or worked there for many years and am focussed on Europe and Russia. However, we have to recognize that American society is very different from our European society. American society has had a relatively recent history of slavery, of genocide (the American Indians, aka Native Americans), of a civil war in which 3% of the population died, of the resistance to the social consequences of that war in the South, that resistance being, in part, the Ku Klux Klan, and so on.
American politics has become far more bitter, far more polarized, particularly in language, than is generally the case in Europe. There is also the point that there is a far wider spectrum of education and culture in the USA than pertains in most parts of Europe, or even Russia.
For me, it is natural to regard the non-European races as distinct and as having their own paths to the future, while equally recognizing the necessity (for all races) for the leading role of European humanity. For some Americans, this is perhaps less obvious and those other races seen as purely enemy contingents.
Social nationalists must take every opportunity to refute the lie (often though not always made by Jewish Zionists) that we base our political philosophy on “hate”. We ourselves know that that is not so, but often the public is bamboozled by the Jewish Zionists into believing the lie. For example, we wish not to be ruled or owned or influenced by the Jewish Zionist element, but that is, if you like, “defensive” in nature.
Our attitude to race and culture is one of recognition of evolution and involution. Our European race is generally still evolving, as is the “Russian”, “Slavonic” or “Slavic” race which (important point) will not come into its plenitude for another 1,500 years. Other races in this world are stagnant or are degenerating. The prime motive force behind social nationalism is to evolve the race and nation to higher levels and to destroy any threats to that evolution. This is a positive, not a negative, political world-view.
In the future, European and Euro-Slavic humanity will have powers of soul, of mind, which today would be regarded as magical. This is the point to which we as a people have been striving.
When we see the sacred Swastika, we must understand it to be a symbol of evolution, of our evolution.
In the mid-20th century, especially in the 1960s, it was commonplace to see articles or features about the supposed coming “age of leisure” which would be facilitated by machines and advanced industrial techniques. Now (since the 1980s), those predictions are often laughed at, as society (eg in the UK) finds itself enmeshed in the “long hours culture”, the workaholic culture, the low pay economy. Was this inevitable?
The fact is, that the predictions of the past about a future “society of leisure” left out one crucial fact in particular: that the benefits of industrial efficiency and the emerging developments in computing, robotics etc would be taken by the owners of capital, by shareholders and others.
Since the 1970s, real pay (whether absolute or per hour) of most employees has stagnated and indeed even declined across the advanced Western world generally. At the same time, the profit accruing to capital and the remuneration of the upper strata of executives, higher managers and their professional counterparts has rocketed.
The above was true to some extent even in the Soviet Union, except that there, the developments in technology and efficiency were not spread equally across all industrial sectors and the benefits were used mainly for State power and prestige: military and naval upbuilding, space programmes and other large-scale projects such as the BAM railway.
The result (focussing on the West and particularly the UK) is that people have to work ever-longer hours for ever-lessening real pay. If public services, amenities and State benefits are taken into account, the contrast between the optimistic promises and predictions of the 1960s and 1970s on the one hand and the realities of 2016 on the other is even more stark.
There is another factor to be taken into consideration: there are three “work/leisure” faces:
work as unwelcome and/or repetitive drudgery, with little free time;
leisure as mere absence of work, for whatever reason;
creative work, balanced with stimulating leisure or free time
Adolf Hitler was referring, by implication, to the above alternative lifestyles when he noted “the Aryan ideal of creative work“, to be contrasted with (as he saw it) uncreative Jewish profit-making, as well as equally-uncreative paid drudgery [see Adolf Hitler, Mein Kampf 2:7]. In explaining, for example, the symbolism of the red-white-black NSDAP banner, Hitler wrote:
“And indeed a symbol it proved to be. Not only because it incorporated those revered colours expressive of our homage to the glorious past and which once brought so much honour to the German nation, but this symbol was also an eloquent expression of the will behind the movement. We National Socialists regarded our flag as being the embodiment of our party programme. The red expressed the social thought underlying the movement. White the national thought. And the swastika signified the mission allotted to us — the struggle for the victory of Aryan mankind and at the same time the triumph of the ideal of creative work which is in itself and always will be anti-Semitic.”
In our contemporary society, we see the temporary victory of uncreative work/leisure modes: on the one hand, soul-less profiteering (whether by manipulations on stock and bond markets or by buy-to-let parasitism etc); on the other hand, everyday work becoming less and less interesting for most people. Soul-less economic serfdom. Creativity and a decent work/life balance become the province of the artist, the maverick off-grid person, the creative writer. Most people are excluded.
At the same time, those without paid work and who are under pensionable age cannot even enjoy the one major benefit of being unemployed: leisure! They are harried and chased around by Department of Work and Pensions drones. In other words, in place of actual paid work, there is a ghastly and ghostly simulacrum of work consisting of the tick-box applying for (often non-existent) job vacancies or the attending of pointless “courses”, in return for which the unemployed claimant is paid a shadow version of a very low real salary: State benefits.
It is estimated that, between now and 2030 or so, developments in robotics alone will mean that 20%-30% of UK jobs will disappear, including some presently “professional” ones (eg in the medical and legal fields). The numbers of unemployed, under-employed and poorly-paid will increase. The “precariat” will include ever-more people.
The solution to all of the above is not a “society of leisure” but a “society of measure”:
strict limits on hours worked by employees, perhaps 30 hours per week;
strict enforcement of break-times within the working day;
strict demarcation between work-time and free-time (leisure time);
strict limitations or barring of employees being “on call” when at home;
payment to all citizens of “Basic Income”
more equitable distribution of the fruits of the economy.
Such a society will have time for those important things which have traditionally been part of “leisure time”: home, family, culture, rest, sleep, entertainment, sport. This must be the way to go and will cure many of the ills of the present society.
