Another example of how public services in the UK just do not work any more. The victim of a bad assault, a woman, had to lie under blankets outside a pub for 2 hours, waiting for an ambulance that never turned up. Eventually, she had to take an Uber minicab to hospital.

Adding insult to injury, the police, until pressed, did not bother to gather easily-available cctv evidence.

Finally, the defendant (finally caught after the police had been pressured to actually do their job) was let off with a suspended sentence (albeit with a stiff financial penalty by way of compensation for the victim).

There was reasonable mitigation, yes, but the crime was both violent and unpleasant in itself and, also, the victim was left with continuing —and quite possibly permanent— disabilities and pain caused directly or proximately by the actions of the defendant.

If this continues, UK society will become a jungle.

Jack Monroe

Those who follow the “Jack Monroe” saga have noticed that she never, or at least rarely, admits to having bought expensive items for herself out of the monies she has available to her from several sources; she always either “finds” them, remarkably, or buys them for a song (for a tenth or less of the normal price), or is “given” them by friends, boyfriends, girlfriends, or strangers, or has acquired them via “exchange” for unspecified “services“.

As for her having been “in full time work for the best part of 2 decades“, that seems unlikely, but is a question of definition.

“Two decades” brings us back to early 2003. At that time, “Jack Monroe was 14 years old. She left school at 16 (~2005), working in a chip shop and a Starbucks before joining the fire brigade in Essex in 2007 as a call handler. She left in 2011, and was thereafter, for ~18 months, “on the dole”.

“Jack Monroe” worked for her local newspaper in 2012-2013, and also blogged, after which she got a book deal worth, I read, £25,000, with Penguin: see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jack_Monroe.

So there we have 7-8 years of intermittent paid work, not quite the 10+ years she claims.

Since 2013, “Jack Monroe” has been (it seems) mostly or completely self-employed, as scribbler, blogger, TV talking head etc. To what extent that counts as “full-time work” is an open question; if yes, then the total is about 17 years; if not, about 7 or so, as said.

As previously noted, Jack Monroe both claims poverty, and so asks for the public to send her money, but also says sometimes that she was in poverty (while on State benefits for 1-2 years), but not now.

Since about 2013, “Jack Monroe” has been in receipt of monies from a number of sources: TV and radio appearances, Press interviews, about £100,000 royalties from her several books (most still in print, I think), deals with ASDA and other supermarkets, and substantial donations (eg from 634 —at time of writing— very misguided people sending her £3.50-£44 each, monthly, via Patreon),

It is claimed by some on Twitter that “Jack Monroe” is “downsizing” (as she puts it) not because she cannot afford the c.£4,000 a month rent and other expenses of her present home but because she is buying a new but possibly smaller home; some say paying the full price in cash. I have no idea whether that be so.

At what point do the 634 mugs still subsidizing her via Patreon start to think why they are still funnelling cash to this very unreliable “grifter” and fantasist, who has recently been in the Guardian laughing about how, when drunk or drugged, she would buy four large pieces of furniture in a few days “for a laugh” or some such.

Is all that is required, for “Jack Monroe” to receive donations from naive mugs, for her to snarl occasionally on Twitter about “cost of living” or “wicked Tories“? Even if they are (and no argument from me on that), how does that either seriously oppose “Conservative” policies or “help the poor“?

“Jack Monroe” has claimed to have been working on a measure of how “the poor” are disproportionately affected by inflation, something she calls (from one of the Discworld books of Terry Pratchett) the “Vimes Boots Index“, but it seems that that might be just another fantasy; in short, another lie.

I recall a colleague at the Bar, in 2007, telling me about a Devonian fishing captain that he had defended, and who (along with his few crew) had decided to evade tax on profits of fish caught. The man was apparently a heroin addict. They all pleaded guilty, the crew got off with suspended sentences, but the captain received a sentence of, if I recall aright, two years’ imprisonment. The amount was tens of thousands (perhaps about £20,000), not the millions of the Zahawi case.

It often seems that the UK now has effectively no border security. Untermenschen from various countries invade our territory without difficulty, and when “intercepted” (ferried to the UK, or met at the beach), taken to a 3* or 4* hotel, thenceforth battening off the British people for the rest of their lives.

The very best that can be expected of 99% of the migrant-invaders is that they will be totally useless; more likely, most of them are criminal and even murderous.

Note the early-ingrained hysteria— that the SS would “invade her house and take her away“, rather unlikely in Canada, and in the late 1960s or early 1970s, about 25 years or more after the end of the Second World War. Did she really fear that? I doubt it; either she was a very stupid child or she is not quite telling the truth now.

So anyway, in fact she —apparently— does not want criminal sanction, but wants to censor and repress historical study and revision another way, via backstairs manipulation and pressuring of online fora and platforms.

Incidentally, contrary to what the YouTube blurb says, her family (grandparents) did not “escape” National Socialist Germany, but left Russia for Canada, probably before the First World War. She is now 58, born 1964, so her grandparents were born, presumably, in the early 20thC, and in Russia:

Her occupation is noted not as “politician” but “journalist“. I see that, as in the UK with the House of Lords, senators in Canada are appointed, not elected. NWO/ZOG puppet Trudeau appointed Paula Simons in 2018.

The steps were icy. Typical lies from the Sun “newspaper”.

Housing now regarded as a “resource”, to be parcelled out by the State and/or local government bureaucrats according to some kind of “woke” tick-box exercise. Older people, English people, childless people, single people— all “bad”, but migrant-invaders, blacks, browns, “young people” (most of whom will soon be —or already are— non-white), especially any non-English with half a dozen children— all “good”.

Once again we see the “Great Reset” and the “Great Replacement” conspiracies working together.

The Jews (eg on Twitter), meaning the Jew-Zionist lobby, are now screaming that this woman of 97, and who, during the early 1940s was a teenager, and secretary to the commander of a German camp, should be imprisoned, executed, tortured etc.

As to the Jews, the facade falls away very quickly once they start calling for blood against someone perceived as a race-enemy. They, after all, still celebrate the downfall and death of some of their enemies thousands of years after the events in question occurred. Most of their religious holidays are of such a nature. Will those who were secretaries aged 18 and who worked at, say, Los Alamos, or at US and UK air bases, be tried because of what happened at Hiroshima, Nagasaki, Tokyo, or for that matter during the Allied air bombing campaign against Germany, in which possibly 800,000 people, mostly civilians, were killed?

I doubt it.

It is clear that the NHS and the social care system need to be one system, seamlessly operating. What stands in the way of that? Funding, yes, but also the vested interests in the NHS. This is a problem that grew out of the way in which the NHS was set up; also, the ageing population.

That idiot, Wallace, will make London and the rest of the UK a nuclear target if it is the last thing he does, and it may well turn out to be so.

Christmas University Challenge

Yet again, the alumni teams (University College, Oxford v. Glasgow) fought, and once again were both rather poor.

One of the least impressive contestants was Owen Jones, pseudo-revolutionary careerist and “licensed Bolshevik”, whose ignorance on most subjects was patent, though he did get right the three or four questions about the Irish conflict of the early 1920s (so did I; they were hardly difficult).

I can only conclude that either the 643 mugs are living in cloistered conditions, where they are sheltered from the news, or that they are masochistic, and enjoy being taken advantage of. The same sort of people probably support the migration-invasion, and will vote (fake) “Labour” even if its policies are a carbon copy of those of the equally-fake “Conservatives”.

As I said…mugs.

I may be wrong, but my opinion is that the msm has all but “cancelled” the “Bootstrap Cook” now. She has just become too obviously “dodgy”. I would hazard a guess that she will not be much if at all on TV or in the Press in the future.

Having said that, in her shoes I would be not too dissatisfied that 643 mugs are still sending me a total of between £2,500 and £30,000 a month. In the well-worn phrase, I wish! Also, it seems from tweets read that she has inheritance expectations, possibly in the millions, down the line.

The problem in the UK, as in other Anglophone countries, is that most of the population are perfectly willing to see the country go to ratshit so long as the “national” team in this or that televized sport wins some contest on the other side of the world (and they do not care that their “national team” is largely composed of blacks and browns).

Once again, much of society runs scared from a condition which is taken care of in almost all cases by a couple of paracetomol tablets and a few days’ rest. Pathetic.

We tend to think (or used to think) that it was very odd that people, only a few hundred years ago, in the 15th and 16th centuries, were hounded and even executed for speaking in favour of a particular theory of cosmology or theology.

We in the West also thought, during the Soviet period, how odd that people in the Soviet Union or its satellites could be imprisoned, or even executed, for not going along with the “reality” imposed by a half-crazy regime.

Well, look now: many European countries imposing quasi-mediaeval laws against “holocaust” “denial” (free historical research and publication) at the instigation of the Jew/Israel lobby, while “Black Lives Matter”, “trans” activist loonies and others try to restrict freedom of expression in the USA, UK and elsewhere. Behind it, or most of it, “them”. (((Them))).

We know what has to be done, but are “not allowed” to express it openly.

Most of those girls would not have been exploited had they and society more reasoned “racism” and “discrimination”. Fact. As it was, though, they were bombarded from a young age by “anti-racist” propaganda. Behind much of it, at the strategic level? Yes, “them” (((again))).

It is still happening.

We must purge several milieux in the UK, starting with almost everyone and everything in the msm, both print and broadcast media. Not just journalist-liars and “commentators” all singing from the same basic hymn-sheet, but most comedians, many scribblers etc. Take away their rice-bowls. Close down the BBC and other TV stations. Eliminate the corrupters.

Suella Braverman

Looking at the Conservative Party leadership contest, I saw part of an interview with Suella Braverman. Unimpressive. Her knowledge-level is inadequate for the role she wishes to play. Indeed, many have said that she should even never have been appointed Attorney-General (and, with that, granted automatic letters-patent as Queen’s Counsel).

There was a time when any barrister who became an MP could apply to become QC, and be granted it on the nod, which is how otherwise unlikely barristers such as John Mortimer (the Rumpole writer) got the rank. Now no longer so.

Ironic in a way, that it is now more difficult for barristers who are MPs to apply for letters-patent to become “QC” when, for all other barristers, it has never been easier. About 10% of all practising barristers are now “QC”. Devalued, like most other ranks, titles, and honours these days.

Husband is one “Rael Braverman”. Jewish? She herself, though, identifies religiously with Buddhism, not with Judaism or her original Hinduism (mother was a Hindu, father may have been Roman Catholic, having originated in Goa).

Suella Braverman, though, must have been born under a lucky star in that, from being a run-of-the-mill barrister, she is now, only 7 years later, at age 42, in the running (in theory) to be leader of the Conservative Party and Prime Minister.

Drove over a cat, failed to stop, later claimed not to have known. Also showed his lack of empathy by “offering to buy a replacement animal“. What? “A replacement“?! You cannot “replace” a dear animal friend.

“The Hawas family, owners of the cat, did not want to speak in detail about the cat’s death, but a family member told the Daily Mail: “We just want to mourn our cat. We want nothing to do with Tobias Ellwood.” [Guardian].

Ellwood is very tied-up with the NWO/ZOG matrix, and the Jew-Zionist lobby. Holland, who owns a cat called Boris, named after the prime minister, and a dog called Stanley, after Johnson’s father, said: ‘It’s a disgrace. Once again, political journalist John Rentoul loses out to me, his quite creditable score of 6/10 having been pipped by my 7/10. I did not know the answers to questions 1, 2, and 4.

Almost all liars try to build their structure of lies on a foundation of truth. Thus the “holocaust” farrago (“gas chambers” and all) has been built up on the foundation of the fact that a large number of Jews and others in the German Reich and some surrounding countries were interned and then deported to the East after 1939 (though in fact there were still 900 Jews living in Berlin itself by early 1945).

If someone says “someone woke up, had breakfast, took a bus into a nearby town, then returned the same way, until the bus took to the air and went into outer space”, is that sentence “true” or “untrue”? It is (perhaps) true in part, but the most spectacular part of the sentence is patently untrue.

If you then say “well, the basic narrative happened, but not the bit about the bus going into the air and then into space”, then you are telling the more exact truth, but someone who is trying to sell books based on the “flying bus” might be harsh enough to say that you are “telling lies” or, to put it another way, being a “flying bus denier”, and engaging in “flying bus denial”.

One of the silliest aspects of the UK public’s perception of 1939-1945 is that “the war was won” not by the vast hordes of the Red Army advancing west (fuelled and supplied largely by American industry), and not by the equally-huge American forces committed to the fight after 1941 and actually fighting on the western flank after 1942 (not to mention the secret atom bomb project), but by terribly clever little wheezes dreamed up by terribly clever little people in Whitehall back rooms. Country signposts turned round, or removed, maps of London not published (because the Germans will not have had even one streetmap of London in their possession) etc.

Thus the constant (80 years later) wave of books, TV shows etc about such as the actually shambolic and (overall) pointless activities of the Special Operations Executive [SOE], stabbing the odd German sentry, or vandalizing bits of rail track; or about the (tiny) “Secret Army” of gamekeepers and farmers etc, who were supposed to be ready to set the UK ablaze should German forces invade. Such plans owed more to John Buchan’s books, or those of other authors, than to reality.

Still, just as every lock has a key, so every internet company has a boss, and a cadre of those with the power to ban, unban, restrict etc. At present, it could be said that if they have a Luger at their heads, it is that of the State, or perhaps of the Zionist lobby.

Tweeter “@kieronf2” does not seem to me to merit the label “freethinker”, or even “thinker”…though I am sure that he is generally well-meaning; a retired Metropolitan Police detective, now resident in Minorca.

I would not oppose such a programme if it were voluntary. The population is largely overweight and largely sedentary. I myself am now a prime example, if truth be known. The days when I trekked miles, sometimes dozens of miles in a day, through landscapes such as the African bush, Welsh and English countryside, and the Tien Shan mountains, have long long gone! Ditto the almost daily 1-2 mile swims that I once undertook.

The NHS and society generally is paying out huge sums for treatment for “lifestyle” diseases, and the most widespread of those are caused at least partly, if not mainly, by dietary and exercise deficiencies.

The devil here is in the detail. The spending cuts of 2008-2019 have closed large numbers of, not only libraries, but also swimming pools, lidos etc. There should be a programme of constructing swimming pools, as well as other health-leisure facilities, such as athletics tracks. Many parks have been closed or built upon. Britain needs new parks, both for aesthetic reasons and for the gentle exercise of strolling in the park.

I have blogged repeatedly about the 33-year cycle. It brings in huge changes for the succeeding few decades. The last key year was 1989. That ended old-style socialism as a serious force in world affairs. Yes, some actions preceded 1989, and a few remnants of the old world order persisted after 1989; a few still do, here and there: tiny or backward states such as North Korea, Cuba, Venezuela. Yes, China still (ludicrously) labels itself as a socialist country ruled by a Communist party, but the reality is quite other.

Look at the UK. Before 1989, Britain had an avowedly “socialist” (basically social-democratic) party, the Labour Party. After 1989, the “socialist” MPs took a back seat, Clause 4/ Clause IV [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Clause_IV] was dropped, and “Labour” just became a label, with a policy overview not very different from that of the mainstream of the Conservative Party.

Indeed, after Labour’s 1997 “landslide” (not really a landslide in terms of popular vote), Labour prime ministers and other ministers started to look not unlike “Conservative” ministers. Indeed, Cameron (Cameron-Levita) and Blair are often called similar in terms of policy.

Now, we see another change about to happen, as the New World Order [NWO] and ZOG seek to tighten their grip on the world, and especially on the West.

Meanwhile, BBC Radio 4 Today Programme allowed the Chief Pharisee to drone on this morning, on its Thought for the Day slot, about the latest upcoming Jewish supremacist religious festival. The Chief Pharisee talked about “our nation”, referring to the UK, when he was born in South Africa and spent most of his life in Israel! Talk about “cultural appropriation”! I call it theft. Labour Party

I have blogged many times about the Labour Party. An important topic, in that the UK has a basically binary system which was Liberal Party v. Conservative and Unionist Party until just after the First World War, then Labour Party v. Conservative Party. A situation which still pertains, and which, from the psychological point of view, emerges from the typical British mindset of “rivalry”, which also results in the British love of sporting rivalry, particularly in team sports.

Goodwin’s main point is that Labour must show itself “patriotic”, which apparently means waving a flag or wearing a red poppy once a year. Hard advice to follow when the voters know that Labour under Blair and Brown uined Britain by deliberately importing millions of blacks and browns, who have since been breeding prolifically.

True, the “Conservative” Party record on mass immigration is almost as bad, and now is getting worse, part-Jew Boris-idiot having now decided to allow entry to as may as 6 million Hong Kong Chinese, 300,000 of whom are expected to arrive within a few months! That however, will not help Labour much.

As Goodwin correctly says, though, Labour is now a party of “London progressives” (in terms of members and supporters); its voting base among English and Welsh voters (meaning white people) has all but collapsed, making Labour reliant on “the blacks and browns” and/or those employed by the State and its offshoots such as the NHS.

The 2019 General Election made plain that the Labour vote is only about a third of the total vote. Core vote? Maybe 25%.

There is a ray of hope for Labour, in that persons under 30, maybe more under 24, seem better disposed towards Labour (that may also have an ethnic dimension, because the proportion of blacks and browns is increasing in that part of the age demographic as those populations breed). However, the under-24s are notoriously non-voting.

I wonder how many SNP supporters know, accept, or care about that prediction? Few, probably.

The belated rise of the long-struggling SNP has been remarkable. The SNP was founded in 1934, yet took 33 years to get its first MP (Winnie Ewing, in a 1967 by-election). Between 1967 and 2015, the SNP representation at Westminster swung between 1 and 7; on the eve of the 2015 General Election, the SNP still had only 6 MPs: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scottish_National_Party#House_of_Commons_2.

In a sense, the most remarkable thing about the SNP is how its post-2014 rise at Westminster shows up the absurdity of FPTP voting. In 2015, the SNP landslide —56 out of 59 Scottish Westminster seats— was achieved on the back of only 50% of the actual popular vote in Scotland.

At Holyrood (the Scottish Parliament), elected under a fairer —proportional representation— system, the SNP has never won more than about half of the MSP seats: 69 out of 129 in 2011, and 63 out of 129 in 2016: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scottish_National_Party#Scottish_Parliament_2. It will be interesting to see what happens later this year. The SNP representation at Holyrood broadly equates to the support for Scottish Independence. Somewhere around 50-50, so far.

I do not hold myself out as any kind of expert on Scottish politics, and in fact have never been North of Hadrian’s Wall, but it seems to me that SNP support comes from two main directions: voters committed to “Independence”, and voters disgusted by the other major parties, and so voting by default. An overlapping Venn diagram.

At any rate, as I have recently and previously blogged, if the SNP manage to wrest Scotland away from the UK, that pretty much sinks Labour in England and Wales, at least in terms of being a party of government.

I have never been there. I doubt that I would like it much.

I have lived in a number of countries in my life, from my own land, the UK (much of my life from 1956 to 2020); Australia (<3 years aged 10-13 in the late 1960s); USA (about 2 years within the years 1989-1993 in New Jersey and New York City, and then, much later, shorter business and personal trips to South Carolina and Florida); France (4 years but commuting every couple of weeks to the UK); Kazakhstan (one year, 1996-1997); Rhodesia (part of 1977); Turkey (a few months), Egypt (a few months), the Eastern Caribbean (a few months). Shorter visits and holidays etc have been many and varied, from Moscow to Cayman, Liechtenstein to Alderney, Tunisia to Poland (where I spent a total of, probably, about 3 months in the late 1980s), North Cyprus to Qatar, among many others.

Now? I am too European —and maybe too advanced in years now— to live in countries controlled by non-Europeans (and to tolerate their dirt and disorganization).

Alison Chabloz Lost a Battle, But the War Goes On— and She is Winning It!

Many reading this will have heard of Alison Chabloz, the satirist and singer-songwriter, who has been persecuted by a Jew-Zionist pack for years.

I daresay that many readers will also know that, having been privately prosecuted by the gang known as the “Campaign Against Anti-semitism” [CAA] under the notorious “bad law” of the Communications Act 2003, s.127, Alison’s prosecution was taken over by the Crown Prosecution Service [CPS]. She was finally convicted in June 2018 and was sentenced to 20 weeks (on one reading, 12 weeks) of imprisonment suspended for 2 years, a financial penalty amounting to £700, days of “rehabilitation”, 120 hours of “community service” slavery and a social media ban for a year. All because of a few songs satirizing “holocaust” fakes such as Elie Wiesel and Irene Zisblatt etc. [for a small selection of “holocaust” fakery and fraud, see the Notes, below]

Alison Chabloz is now taking her appeal further, via judicial review of the decision of the Crown Court ruling in her failed appeal from the first instance conviction in the Westminster Magistrates’ Court a year ago.

We shall have to wait and see what is the result of Alison’s judicial review application (it’s a 2-stage process). As to other developments, a year has now passed since the social media ban was imposed.

It is an open question, legally, whether the social media ban imposed on Alison Chabloz was lawful or valid. However, she complied with the “ban”, though managing to sidestep its effect almost entirely by simply continuing to post on her WordPress blog and website!

So the “social media ban” was never effective. A dead letter.

What about the suspended sentence and financial penalty? Appealed and now, in effect, further appealed. The suspended sentence period still has a year to run.

What about the “community service” slavery? Alison at first did not comply because of her appeal. The bad-joke privatized probation idiots went back to court and Alison had hours added on, but now she has been told that she need do no more than the few days she has already done (picking up litter in wet Derbyshire churchyards!). So that part of the original sentence (confirmed on appeal rehearing) is also a dead letter.

Meanwhile, of course, the privatized probation outfits have all lost their contracts. Presumably, the people who worked in them will have to find other work. There’s at least one vacancy in Derbyshire, picking up litter in wet churchyards!

Oh, and Alison was sentenced to “rehabilitation” days (20, I believe). Turns out that she is immune from being brainwashed (I mean “rehabilitated”) so she has not done much if any of that. So that part of the sentence is also a dead letter.

So there is not much left of the conviction and sentence the CAA Jew Zionists worked so hard to procure!

In fact, as explained already, all that is left is the conviction and suspended sentence itself, and the £700 financial penalty, both of which are being further appealed (in effect).

When l’affaire Chabloz started, she was almost unknown. Now, mainly by reason of the “Campaign Against Anti-semitism” and its attempts to persecute her (both online and offline), Alison Chabloz is known worldwide and has been invited to —and has visited— Canada, France and other countries to talk and sing.

Even some Zionist Jews, indeed even some Zionist Jews who applauded her conviction, now wish that Alison Chabloz had never been prosecuted. Her conviction has brought into the open the disbelief that very many have in respect of the “gas chambers” fable and other parts of the “holocaust” mythus.

Update, 8 July 2019

The evil Jew-Zionists of the so-called “Campaign Against Antisemitism” [“CAA”], using backstairs manipulation as always, seem to have complained to the Ministry of “Justice” and the privatized probation “service” that Alison Chabloz is in effect getting off lightly, in that the ban on her using social media for a year has been avoided (by her posting only on her own website) and that she has done only a few days of picking up litter unpaid (instead of nearly 2 months!) etc. They wanted their pound of flesh! Instead of which, they are eating bitter herbs…

Today, Monday 8 July 2019, having been summonsed, Alison Chabloz appeared at court, representing herself, regarding the fact that the privatized probation “service” had notified the court that the “Unpaid Work Order” (i.e. picking up litter etc) part of her 2018 sentence (now well over a year in the past) had not been fulfilled. She faced an amendment of her 2018 sentence, which might have been some period of immediate imprisonment, a fine, or other possibilities.

I have it on good authority that the district judge (i.e. magistrate) was at first minded to impose a penalty of a curfew and electronic tag.

This is not the place to explore the lazy and pointless use of curfews and tags on what sometimes seems to be all and sundry defendants, as when Jonathan Aitken, the MP-perjurer, finished his prison sentence early and was tagged and made subject to curfew. Why? In case he sneaked out at night to commit perjury again? What a mad country “we” have become!

Anyway, in today’s matter, Alison Chabloz told the magistrate that she would refuse a curfew and tag. She spoke of some of the surrounding circumstances: police negligence and/or collusion, death threats, harassment by the “CAA” Jews (including death threats appearing on their own social media pages).

The magistrate put it to Alison that, if he were to amend the sentence, then it was a matter either of “immediate prison, or a fine – do you have anything to say?” Alison Chabloz, with great courage, replied that if the British authorities saw fit to jail a singer for her artistic productions, then so be it! At that, the magistrate suspended the Unpaid Work Order (in effect, chucked it in the bin), and told Alison that she was free to go! So that’s an end to that.

No, her sentence (handed down in mid-2018 and presently under higher appeal) was a suspended one. Alison Chabloz has never “served prison time”. Seems that “Wealden Girl” is indulging in a little wishful thinking. Well, in any case, and as said on previous occasions, do you really expect the truth from any of “them”?

Well, the Jew-Zionists have renewed their attack on Alison Chabloz and have brought pressure to bear on the politicized and disgraceful (and misnamed) “Ministry of Justice”, which in turn has pressured the privatized probation  idiots and the equally-(((pressured))) Crown Prosecution Service to summons Alison Chabloz again, this time for allegedly breaching the one-year social media bar imposed at her sentencing hearing in mid-June 2018 (and which has therefore expired). (((They))) must be getting desperate!

In view of the fact that the trial has now been set down for 3 hours in late September, I shall say no more (for the sake of form, even though it will be just before a District Judge (Criminal), i.e. sole magistrate).

The usual “antifa” idiots are onto the story too, people like “Dr” Louise Raw (the doctorate seems to be not medical but an academic one, though as far as I am aware she is not in any academic post). Not that I doubt that she has a “doctorate”, but it has always been infra-dig in England to use it as a rank or title unless one is either a medic or an academic. Still, there it is. The habit is creeping in of all sorts of odd people calling themselves “doctor” just because they have a “doctorate” in obscure bits of history or sociology from this or that “university”.

It seems that the “historian” has failed to note that the Crown Court judge [HH Judge Hehir] who heard Alison’s initial appeal made the points, in his judgment, that

  • “holocaust” “denial” is not a crime in England;
  • “anti-Semitism” is not a crime in England; and that
  • broadcasting “holocaust” “denial” or “anti-Semitism” is not in itself a crime in England.

Well, returning to the main point, of course France has had a problem with Jews for a long long time. Despite their whining, most “survived” WW2 and in fact a great many lived out the war comfortably in places such as Monaco as well as, for several years, unoccupied (1940-1942) Vichy France (many also moved to Spain or Portugal for a few years, or, as in the famous film Casablanca, Vichy French Morocco).

The lawyer in question seems to be unaware that in any case Alison Chabloz was sentenced in mid-June 2018, so whatever she was barred from doing online for 12 months ceased to be a barred activity a couple of months ago. She was therefore not in breach by posting in August 2019.

The “CAA” is becoming ever more desperate in its witch-hunt against Alison Chabloz.

Update, 1 December 2019

The judicial review of the original conviction and sentence was heard at the Divisional Court (the High Court by another name) in late October and resulted in a dismissal of the application.

The next hurdle for Alison Chabloz is her appeal against sentence for breach of condition. That is to be heard in January 2020 at Derby Crown Court. If the appeal fails (though there is every reason to suppose that it will not), Alison Chabloz may be returned to prison to serve the remaining part of the sentence for breach (in real terms, she would have to stay there for a further 19 days), though the Crown Court might substitute a greater or lesser sentence, in which case a lesser one would be (in my view) far more likely than a greater one, in all the circumstances.

Many will have seen the newspaper reports, not all accurate, about the result of the Crown Court appeal from Westminster Magistrates’ Court, which ended today. Already the malicious “Campaign Against Antisemitism” supposed “charity” (Zionist propaganda, snooping and repression organization) has been spinning fake news. Gideon Falter, its Chairperson, has been quoted as saying that the verdict by a Crown Court judge in the appeal “sets a precedent” and means that “holocaust” “denial” (i.e. critical examination of the “holocaust” narrative) is now effectively illegal in the UK. That is of course nonsense.

Firstly, this was a decision by a Crown Court judge and so sets a precedent only in the most marginal sense.

Secondly, there will now almost certainly be a further appeal, on point of law, to the Divisional Court and, perhaps, yet higher. There are points of law in the Alison Chabloz case which are of general public importance and might even have to be considered by the Supreme Court in due course.

Thirdly, the learned judge [H.H. Judge Hehir] emphasized in his judgment that “anti-Semitism” is not a crime in the UK, and that “holocaust” “denial” is also not a crime:

“We emphasise that anti-Semitism is not a crime, just as Holocaust denial is not. Nor can the fact that somebody is a Holocaust denier or an anti-Semite prove that anything she writes or sings is grossly offensive”

Alison Chabloz is expected to appeal her conviction and sentence further, initially to the Divisional Court. The fight for freedom of expression goes on!
