A few points to note: firstly, that the Reading Chronicle does not identify the defendant as a Roma Gypsy (other than by publishing a photo). The newspaper does not even take the usual msm-weasel approach of calling her “Romanian”, which is so often seen but rarely strictly correct (the Roma gypsies are, ethnically, not Romanians, as such, even when they hold Romanian passports and/or live in Romania).

Secondly, the woman in question is obviously a persistent nuisance, yet is sentenced to only 8 months (for a total of 9 offences), meaning that she will do 40% of c.32 weeks, about 12 weeks.

Thirdly, why is she even (allowed) here? Get rid of her, and all the others like her, and stop similar trash from entering the country.

Reports that Halevi, the Israeli Chief of Staff, has been killed are at time of writing unconfirmed.

News reports are also suggesting that weapons due to be used against Iran “by Israel” will in fact be operated by American serving soldiers or Air Force personnel. If so, that constitutes a direct act of war by the USA against Iran.

That will be, increasingly, the fate of British people (and European people generally) unless and until we take back control.

Still, one has to admit that, for a woman who got “knocked-up” at 16, and who has really no substantial educational or work background, let alone cultural depth, Angela Rayner really has hit the Lotto in terms of careerism. “Deputy Prime Minister”, no less…

As frequently blogged previously, Starmer-Labour is “Blair-Brown New Labour Mark 2” but, in Marx’s words, “first time tragedy, second time farce“…

“New Labour” did various things, implemented various policies, mostly wrongheaded in either conception or implementation, or funding, or all three, but it was at least attempting to do things, to solve perceived problems.

I always had the impression about Starmer-Labour, even before it took over the reins of power, that it merely wanted to be in government, but had no real programme (a bit like Cameron-Levita’s government).

Brainless-seeming woman, “full-time carer” and “mum of five“, attending Labour Party Conference, and loving both thick-as-two-short-planks “diversity-hire” David Lammy and the Ukrainian thug who is the current ambassador of the Kiev regime in the UK.

A long and interesting report from the Financial Times, from a correspondent presently in Pokrovsk, Donetsk region, almost on the front-line, and the report published only 7 hours ago.

Looks as if the situation in that region of Eastern Ukraine is at a tipping point. Russian forces will soon prevail, precipitating a strategic withdrawal or even rout of Kiev-regime forces, and a huge strategic advantage for the Russian side.

Once the Kiev-regime incursion in the Kursk region of Russia, by north-eastern Ukraine, falters and fails, as seems inevitable, the Russian Stavka (high command) will be able to transfer thousands, maybe tens of thousands, of battle-hardened troops back to the Donetsk region front, thus further pressuring the Kiev-regime forces there.

One must feel sorry for those hapless Kiev-regime soldiers, sent to fight, inadequately trained, under poor field commanders and poor strategists, for the Jewish-Zionist regime in Kiev, all under cover of a fake “Ukrainian nationalism” which is merely doing the will of foreign NWO/ZOG cabals.

War is hell, of course, and in some respects becoming ever more hellish now that drones dominate the infantry battlefield, with robot tanks and robot soldiers probably not far down the line.

Not that I agreed with much of what they had to say, but they were not dummies, not even that old humbug and hypocrite Michael Foot.

Now look at the top Labour-label idiots! Starmer is the one-eyed man in the country of the blind, and they therefore made him “king for a day”. Angela Rayner (need one say more?). Rachel Reeves. David Lammy, that deadhead…(etc). Shockingly low-quality.

On Tuesday, Mossad is thought to have orchestrated one of the most psychologically damaging clandestine attacks in recent memory, injuring thousands of Hezbollah members with exploding pagers and radios across two days.

Then on Friday, the IDF delivered a punishing strike that eliminated a top Hezbollah commander along with some 37 other militiamen and civilians, before continuing aerial bombardments over the weekend and into this morning. 

Hezbollah in 2006 reportedly had some 15,000 rockets in its arsenal, ‘but more recent unofficial estimates suggest this number has multiplied by almost 10 times,’ said Dina Arakji, associate analyst at UK-based risk consultancy firm Control Risks.

Israel’s Institute for National Security Studies (INSS) corroborates that assessment, estimating that the group’s arsenal counts 150,000 to 200,000 rockets, including ‘hundreds’ of precision missiles and thousands of drones.

Hezbollah also boasts a range of anti-tank and anti-air systems, a fleet of thousands of drones, and dozens of tanks and armoured vehicles, and claims to have up to 100,000 active fighters – though INSS estimates the number is more likely 25,000 to 50,000.

And, like Hamas, Hezbollah has an extensive tunnel network along the Lebanese-Israeli border which serves as a strategic asset for clandestine movement, storage, and guerrilla warfare. 

While Jerusalem would assuredly emerge victorious thanks to its technological capabilities and raw numeric advantage in terms of firepower and manpower, Hezbollah would be able to inflict massive damage.

Its terrifying missile and drone arsenal is large enough to quickly overwhelm Israel’s air defences if deployed in earnest, and the thousands upon thousands of Hezbollah fighters that could stream into northern Israel would be continuously supported by well-established air and ground supply routes from its chief backer Iran via Iraq and Syria.

The Islamic Republic has thousands upon thousands of long-range and precision-guided missiles alongside hundreds of thousands of mid-range cruise missiles.

This appears to be the worst-case scenario feared by Israeli defence experts – a coordinated attack in which Iran, Hezbollah and other allies launch wave after wave of missile and drone strikes that overwhelm Israel’s air defences and devastate towns and cities. 

But many analysts say that terrifying prospect is unlikely…

…some prominent Israeli officials – including grizzled IDF veterans – warn that Jerusalem’s pursuit of further hostilities could push the Axis of Resistance a step too far. 

Itzhak Brik, a former Major General in the IDF, told the Jerusalem Post that a full-scale war with Iran and its proxies could ultimately result in the destruction of the state of Israel.

‘Iran and its proxies have 250,000 missiles, rockets, and drones encircling Israel, which means about 4,000 munitions hitting the Israeli home front on a daily basis.

‘Population centres, Haifa Bay, water and electricity facilities, gas fields [in the Mediterranean Sea], IDF bases, and strategic civilian infrastructure… A regional war can ruin the State of Israel,’ he concluded.“

The sheer sickness of the present society is exposed when some thick-as-two-short-planks “diversity-hire” such as David Lammy is an MP, and now even a Cabinet minister, and is on TV politics shows, while at the same time someone such as me is either ignored or is treated as a political criminal. It’s just ridiculous, a bad joke.

With the “Conservative” Party as good as dead, and with fake “Labour” already, after only 2 months in office, crashing and burning, it is not impossible that, failing the emergence of a real social-national movement, desperate voters will have only Reform UK for which to vote in 2029 or 2028.

Those hundreds of “diverse” “Labour”-label idiots presently in the Commons will then die off like flies in Autumn.

The David Morgan Twitter/X account is one of the most worthwhile of those dealing with certain problems head-on. Those with a Twitter/X account will find his material of interest should they follow it.

Morgan, however, must —and probably does— realize that many types of people suffered both before and during the Second World War (and in the mid/late 1940s, after it ended). In most cases, not at the hands of National Socialist Germany (contrary to that which “the usual suspects” tend to say).

“Keir Starmer has suffered a precipitous fall in his personal ratings since winning the election, according to a new poll for the Observer that comes before his first Labour conference as prime minister.

The latest Opinium poll reveals that Starmer’s approval rating has plunged below that of the Tory leader Rishi Sunak, suffering a huge 45-point drop since July. While 24% of voters approve of the job he is doing, 50% disapprove, giving him a net rating of -26%. Sunak’s net rating is one point better.

In a troubling assessment of the government’s opening months, only 27% think it has so far been a success, while 57% think it has not been successful. Even a third (32%) of those who voted for Labour at the last election believe the government has not been a success in its opening two months. Labour is seen as focusing too much on the government’s fiscal position when the public want them to focus on growing the economy.

James Crouch, head of policy and public affairs at Opinium said: “While the prime minister might have a world-beating new wardrobe, voters are refusing to wear his government’s austerity drive.“

I have thought for some time, 1-2 years, that we are closer to the edge than most believe. Think back to 1914 and 1939.

A woman whose academic background consists of having attended one year, if that, of a 3-year law degree in Wales, before she dropped out, and whose work experience consists of about 18-24 months as an office gopher for several organizations (she spent 6-10 months in each). Appointments of the type noted above bring the whole system of Parliament into (even more) opprobrium.

The Starmer-Labour government now intends to remove the remaining hereditary peers from the Lords. In principle, I would have no argument with that for several reasons: firstly, the hereditary peers (both those still sitting and the larger number removed by Blair in 1999) almost all had their “aristocratic” family pedigrees dating from as recently as 1900.

Until the era of George III (18thC), the House of Lords numbered only about 50 peers. By 1999, all but a handful of peers could trace their “aristocratic” lineage back only as far as the Lloyd George era of the early 20thC, when sales of honours happened on a wide scale.

The House of Lords has always, certainly from 1900, been a bit of a fake in terms of “aristocratic” credentials.

Having said that, Blair’s typically wrongheaded reform of 1999 has merely resulted in an ever-growing number of time-served ex-MPs, political donors, and low-grade cronies etc being given life peerages. Over 700 at latest count.

The two mentioned above, Charlotte Owen and Carmen Smith, are just the tip of the iceberg. I was not familiar with the facts of the case until (just now) reading the above link, but if the defendant did actually nothing, neither by deed nor by word (of incitement, though he did say things of an insulting and profane character), then how could any judge, properly directing himself, either find the defendant guilty (even on a plea of guilty, which may have been procured by fear of a heavier sentence yet) or hand down any custodial sentence?

I see now, in the Daily Telegraph report, that the defendant did in fact push at a police riot shield, though once only.

The judge was fair enough to have gone into recess at the trial, until further video evidence was screened.

Surely appealable, at least on sentence.

Indeed, if the defendant’s only action had been to be at the scene, and even if, so to speak, “silently in agreement” with the acts done by others, then that surely would not be enough? His words actually said were at worst ambiguous, in my view. Meaning that, on those premises, arguende, there was no actus reus sufficient in law (?). However, the pushing of the riot shield might (and obviously did) change that, in the mind of the judge. Rather thin, though.

Even if the judge felt impelled to imprison that defendant, surely 3 months would have been more than enough? He would then have been released within 4-5 weeks. Now, he will be spending about 5 months in prison, unless he gets bail pending any appeal on sentence.

Excessive.

Again, plainly excessive. A suspended sentence would have been appropriate; the immediate 15 months, in all the circumstances, and seeing the strong personal/family mitigation— savage. As it is, the defendant will only be released after 5 months (minus a few days).

Starmer and his compliant judges may have repressed the recent protests (which were coming to an end anyway— the (((Hope not Hate))) cabal just invented the spectre of 100 more “far right” protests— but, in my opinion, people are getting even angrier, albeit under the surface, and with both the general situation in the country and about the “elected” dictatorship (“elected” by a mere 20% of eligible voters) of Two-Tier Keir.

People are just wary of openly saying or publishing online anything now, because of the open repression of free speech, and because of the police-state over-reaction by both Two-Tier Keir and those judges who have recently been giving out Cold War East European-style “People’s Court” sentences (for political “crimes” only).

“ZELENSKY APPROVED PLAN TO BLOW UP NORD STREAM PIPELINES

Despite the mainstream media saying for months that Russia blew up the pipelines, the Wall Street Journal has now revealed it was planned and executed by Ukraine at a cost of $300,000.

When the CIA learned of the plan they told Zelesnky to abort it, however it still went ahead. According to senior Ukrainian defense and security officials, the pipelines were a legitimate target. They are jointly owned by Russian, German, French, and Dutch companies, and the explosion caused 800 million cubic meters of gas, equivalent to about 3 months of Danish gas supplies, to escape.

It’s a problem for Germany, as a senior official said: “An attack of this scale is a sufficient reason to trigger the collective defense clause of NATO, but our critical infrastructure was blown up by a country that we support with massive weapons shipments and billions in cash.” Ukraine still officially denies involvement in the attack.

As I blogged a week or so ago, Starmer, the “file-clerk given power unexpectedly”, has retreated into his “legal people” comfort zone, and (despite the sycophantic tweets of many of the usual pro-Labour Twitter-twits) has shown himself not a proper person to be Prime Minister.

A 60-y-o man imprisoned for 2 years and 8 months for merely pushing a policeman to the ground. True, he should not have done it, but (as with almost all of the recent reactive sentences following the protests) this seems highly excessive.

I hope that he appeals on sentence. 40% of 2 yrs 8 months is about 13 months. If he can get the sentence reduced to 20 months, he might be out in 8 months. Still pretty stiff. A suitable sentence might have been either a “suspended” or maybe 5 months, allowing for his release in 2 months.

Having said that, I feel that China and Russia would just about survive as peoples, probably, even if the states themselves were to implode. The USA is, relatively, more highly-centralized, more dependent on technology, more likely to fall into anarchy (meaning chaos).

If the top 100 population centres in the USA ceased to exist, the USA as a functioning entity would cease to exist.
