Uni lecturer wins damages from ‘antisemitism campaigners’ who endangered him and family

“University lecturer James Wilson has been awarded £30,000 in damages against James Mendelsohn and Edward Cantor for defamatory material published about him during an argument about supposed antisemitism in the Labour party. The false claim, that Mr Wilson was a ‘freak [who] takes pictures of kids’, put Mr Wilson and his partner in fear of physical danger, as well as seriously damaging his reputation. The judge had previously rejected an attempt by Mendelsohn and Cantor to quash the lawsuit.

University lecturer James Wilson has been awarded £30,000 in damages against James Mendelsohn and Edward Cantor for defamatory material published about him during an argument about supposed antisemitism in the Labour party. The false claim, that Mr Wilson was a ‘freak [who] takes pictures of kids’, put Mr Wilson and his partner in fear of physical danger, as well as seriously damaging his reputation. The judge had previously rejected an attempt by Mendelsohn and Cantor to quash the lawsuit.

The judgement lays bare that:

  • Mendelsohn and Cantor kept private information and recycled it to the late Dr Pete Newbon – a director of the anti-left group ‘Labour against Antisemitism’ (LAAS), so that he could use it to defame Wilson – the information was untrue and based a) on statements from someone the judge found to have lied about Wilson and b) on false claims about a university disciplinary investigation. Newbon was described by the judge as ‘bullying’
  • that Newbon, who committed suicide in 2022 after a row with his wife and has been lionised by so-called ‘antisemitism campaigners’ despite his awful record as a serial troll repeatedly disciplined by his employers Northumbria University for his appalling social media conduct, had not told her of Wilson’s lawsuit against him for the defamatory posts
  • Mendelsohn and Cantor refused to apologise, mediate or settle, forcing the legal action to proceed to its conclusion
  • a key witness for the defendants said that she had been offered £5,000 by Mendelsohn and Cantor to testify for them (though the judge did not make a finding that her claim was true)
  • the defendants further abused and insulted Wilson in the course of their defence – despite, in the case of Cantor, being warned by the judge not to do so.

The defendants – who represented themselves in court apart from the use of a barrister to cross-examine Wilson – wheeled out a number of figures who are well known for their attacks on the left in an attempt to shore up their defence. The judge dismissed them.

  • University lecturer David Hirsh, a prominent, pro-Israel proponent of supposed ‘left antisemitism’, who wrote an unintentionally revealing elegy to Pete Newbon after his suicide. Hirsh was called to bolster the defendants’ claim that Wilson had shown ‘unwarrantedly aggressive and belligerent conduct’. The judge rejected Hirsh’s evidence that Wilson was ‘aggressive, unpredictable, persistent and irrational’ and found that Wilson’s communications with him over the spreading of a crowdfund for the defendants’ legal costs were ‘not unreasonable’
  • Nathan Comiskey, another advocate of ‘left antisemitism’, who claimed that Wilson contacting him about insulting remarks was ‘highly intrusive and upsetting’ and that he had felt ‘harassed and targeted’. The judge ruled that there was nothing unreasonable in Wilson’s communications and that Comiskey’s testimony did nothing to support the defendants’ claims about supposed unwarranted aggression or belligerence
  • Simon Myerson – a founding signatory of LAAS and supporter of Israel, and a part-time judge recently sanctioned for judicial misconduct for abusive social media posts. Myerson was also a vocal supporter of Newbon, trying to link Jewish author Michael Rosen to Newbon’s suicide, despite a coroner not mentioning Rosen at all in his inquest findings. Mendelsohn and Cantor put forward Wilson’s communications with Myerson, who had shared a post describing Wilson as ‘scum of the earth’, as evidence to support their claim of aggressive behaviour. The judge ruled that it did nothing of the sort
  • Joanne Bell and journalist Adam Cailler – more well-known anti-left activists whose correspondence with Wilson was put forward by the defence as supporting evidence. The judge ruled, “I can find nothing in the emails which is particularly aggressive or which points to conduct of the kind said to demonstrate the pleaded propensity [to aggression]”.

“The usual suspects”, or some of them. Most of the above have, in the past, tweeted about me.

The Jew barrister and now (if he is still allowed to sit) Recorder, Myerson, should be removed from any judicial or quasi-judicial positions. He was repeatedly vituperative about me on Twitter in the past, dozens of times. A pro-Israel fanatic, hypocrite, and liar; and that is only what is plain from his own tweets.

I was unaware that Myerson has already been sanctioned by the authorities for unethical conduct. Boot him out.

Most if not all of those mentioned above are also supporters of the malicious “Campaign Against Antisemitism” [“CAA”], which was behind the recent (2023) prosecution of me, via the suborned police and “Clown” Prosecution Service, and under the notorious “bad law” of the Communications Act 2003, s.127 (recommended for repeal by the Law Commission).

Incidentally, I have just looked at Myerson’s Twitter/X account for the first time in many months. He has tweeted at least 20 times already today (though nothing about his above embarrassments), and it is only 1400 hrs. He must be busy…

Very diplomatic. Very “Christian”, really; almost too nice to the above tribe that set upon him like a pack of hyenas. Dr. Wilson is, after his victory, “turning the other cheek” in a way, but do not forget that other Biblical injunction— “do not give that which is holy to the dogs, lest they turn and rend you“.

Leading “activists” and/or supporters of the “Campaign Against Antisemitism” (“CAA) —one in particular— are also, or have been, serial online trolls, targeting mainly (but not solely) women, and with a sick glee. Some have now gone up the chimney or become actually/clinically insane, but others remain, making false accusations to police, regulatory bodies etc.

So Myerson tests whether any particular tweeter is a Jew? If anyone of a social-national viewpoint were to do that, Myerson and/or his friends would be straight down to the local police station to make a malicious complaint of either “racial harassment” or “grossly offensive” online posting.

The rate of increase of the world population, so marked in the 19th and 20th centuries, has slowed to an effective halt. The above graphic shows that the fall in fertility and births is not confined to Europe.

Only in Africa, and a few parts of Asia (notably, Pakistan), are populations much increasing via births.

In the UK, the large increase in population over the past half-century has been (especially in the past 30 years) almost entirely by reason of unwanted mass immigration, much of it from Pakistan and other “brown/black” countries, and births to immigrants. Migration invasion.

Whitty strikes me as the sort of bureaucrat who, as Khrushchev said of Malenkov, should never be given power (admittedly, the second part might have applied to Khrushchev himself).

US aid and military involvement in the Israel-Iran fight might yet lead to entanglement and a possible superpower nuclear confrontation; US military involvement, directly, in the Russia-Ukraine war would almost certainly lead to nuclear war before very long. That is the difference. That, and the fact that the Jewish/Zionist/Israel lobby effectively rules over American politics. Most of their politicians are under control, basically.

Ha ha! So 51% of young Frenchmen are willing to fight for “Ukraine” (the regime in Kiev)? If it were even 5%, I should be amazed.

A much-overworked word, “top”, as shown in that tweet. Likewise, barristers and other lawyers are often (and usually wrongly) described as “top“; as in “top lawyer Mark Lewis“, which years ago was used re. Mark Lewis, the Jewish Zionist solicitor briefly well-known a decade or more ago during the “phonehacking” affair, who fled to Israel several years ago following his “conviction” by a Solicitors’ Disciplinary Tribunal for having posted some violently insulting social media posts.

Despite Lewis having been described for several years as “top lawyer” by various msm outlets, Lewis’s own Counsel at that Tribunal hearing said that Lewis owned only his clothes, a mobility scooter, and a private pension worth £70 per week.

Moral of the story? Never trust the msm.

What Gullis prefers not to understand is that people are voting, or intending to vote, Reform UK not because they expect their candidates, most of them, to win Commons seats or other elected positions (beyond local council level), but precisely because they know that voting Reform UK will hole the Conservative ship below the waterline, and sink it, along with the Conservative candidates.

Those voting Reform UK want to punish the existing government of clowns, even at the expense of inviting into government another bunch of clowns possibly even more toxic.

Polls show that almost all Reform UK voters believe that Reform UK will win few seats; even in their own constituencies where they vote, most (60%) do not believe that the Reform candidate will win.

What those voters are doing is making a protest vote against the whole rigged Westminster system, FPTP etc; they are also punishing the Conservative Party for being so useless generally, and especially on immigration and migration invasion, on law and order, and on things like NHS services. They are passing judgment on the Conservative Party, as well as saying “we want and deserve better” and “we want our country back” (which latter may or may not be possible now).

Reform UK voters, most of them, would never vote directly for Labour, not even tactically, but are going to steel themselves to vote Reform UK knowing that Labour victories, and some LibDem victories, will be the result. If Reform UK wins a few Commons seats, then (for those voters) that would be a bonus.

An appeal such as that by Gullis probably encourages Reform UK intending voters to stick to their guns.

[Update, 15 May 2024: Well, Gullis has now had his answer— Labour won that mayoral election, if only “by a neck, cleverly”, as they say on the racecourse. Labour 37.8%, Conservative 37.5%, Independent 11.7%, Reform UK 5.8%, and Greens 5.2%. The Con candidate would probably have won if Reform UK did not exist; most Reform UK voters would have voted Con, were the present Government not so utterly useless. Well, it could not be more clear what (((group))) is pulling Starmer’s strings. Everything about him, his political life, his personal life etc, makes that very clear. Putting it clearly, Starmer is a puppet.

When I had a Twitter account, it was one of a handful of individual Twitter accounts Icke followed; later, of course, the Jew-Zionist/pro-Israel cabal had me expelled, by pressuring Twitter (in 2018). Icke too, though he has returned, and I have not (and do not intend to return).

I once (about 1980) read an unpublished typescript in a dusty file (typed and placed in said file sometime around 1930 but a translation from a German original of about 1923) talking about how, within about 200 years (i.e. sometime around 2100 and thereafter), a web of part-human, part-robot “creatures” would criss-cross the Earth, but above the Earth (if I recall aright), and human beings would be to some extent dependent upon and in thrall to that web of intelligent human-robot creatures.

Was that just imaginative nonsense? I do not know but, looking at the Internet, looking at the rapid progress of AI, and looking at how human society is today already very dependent upon computerized systems etc (not only for physical activities but also for decision-making), I cannot simply dismiss it as over-imaginative speculation, or even a hoax.

I should like to read that manuscript again, if it still exists, but unfortunately I now have no access to the vault where it was stored.

Matt Goodwin, whose free speech has been interfered with, is very vocal in favour of Israel and the UK Jewish lobby. They are the main group shutting down free speech in the UK, and have been for decades. Goodwin should reflect on that old American saying “what goes around comes around“…

So how are we in the social-national world going to deal with the regime of those who will be “elected” dictators of the UK in less than a year (maybe only a few months)? Answers “on a postcard”, but don’t expect me to publish them— free speech is already all but dead in the UK, and the expected Labour Friends of Israel government of Starmer, Rachel Reeves, Yvette Cooper, Wes Streeting etc will finish the job, destroying what little is left of freedom of expression in this country.

“A charity shop in North Yorkshire has caused a stir amongst local residents after putting a golliwog doll up for sale in its window for £4.50.

The teddy, considered by many to be a racist caricature of black people, was first spotted by shoppers in the window of Preloved, in Skipton, on Wednesday.

It was removed on the following Friday, as some residents labelled the display as ‘disgusting’ and vile’.

However, it is still understood to be for sale for £4.50 inside the store, which raises money for Cancer Support Yorkshire.

Resident Anne, a retired carer, said: ‘I was tempted to buy it just to remove it. 

In February 2023, police seized a collection of golliwog dolls from The White Hart Inn in Essex, following reports of a ‘suspected hate crime’.

A month later, the pub was forced to close its doors, after Heineken and Carlsberg told the owners to stop serving their beer.

A maintenance firm also refused to work on site.”

The hysterical “anti-racist” nonsense continues, though I expect that it is confined to a relatively small if not very small minority. “Retired carer Anne” in that report, if she exists at all, is obviously a malicious old ideologue; she even went into the charity shop to harangue the staff. “Was tempted to buy it just to remove it” but…did not do so. “ I think I might go back and buy it just to stop it being displayed.” Yeah, right… Loony “anti-racist” cretin.

There is, in fact, nothing wrong with the golliwog as a mascot or toy; it was not meant to be anti-black or anything; golliwogs are or were (I supposed all but banned now) akin to teddy bears— beloved toys or “inanimate” companions for young children, as seen in the image below (said to be from the 1950s, though it may be earlier):

As someone who spent about 3 years in Australia as a child aged 10-13 (early 1967-late 1969), I think that that is probably so, more or less.

We have seen this many times before: “global warming”/”climate change”, “Covid” “pandemic” (scamdemic/panicdemic), not to mention (virtually non-existent) “far-right” “terrorism” “danger” etc. The self-interested, ideologically-biased, often very very peculiar “experts” in this field or that.

Look at most of the “alt-right” msm and/or social media “controlled opposition” types, the so-called “populists”, including those who make money, or try to make money, out of being pseudo-national and/or anti-Islam or anti-Islamist: the academic, Matt Goodwin, is a rising star of that tendency; others include the notorious Douglas Murray, Katie Hopkins, “Tommy Robinson”, Paul Golding and most of the “Britain First” crowd, and Anne Marie Waters of the now-defunct “For Britain” group. Then you have Farage, Tice, and their UKIP/Brexit Party/Reform UK parties.

They vary. Some are national figures with considerable public support, and are welcomed on msm platforms (e.g. Farage, and Matt Goodwin); others are marginal (e.g. Paul Golding of “Britain First”, Laurence Fox and his tiny Reclaim Party, and others). All, however, speak in favour of Israel, in favour of the UK Jewish lobby, and against any enemies (especially Islamist enemies) of Israel.

Most are also vehemently hostile to what they are pleased to call the “far right” (anyone social-national).

Counting the rounds, I made that a total of 11, not 8.

Thus proving, once again, that at least a substantial minority of UK voters, and about half of Conservative Party voters, are absolutely brainless.

The only reason a slight majority think that life is better now than in the 1960s and 1970s is because a constant drip-feed of propaganda tells them so. Most of the respondents would have been born after 1980 or 1975, of course.

The 1970s in the UK were a lot better than most people today will believe, despite some (actually quite limited) industrial unrest etc.

As for the 1960s, I remember them well, having been born in 1956. Fairly OK in most respects (I should add that I spent the last three years of that decade in Australia (Mosman/Cremorne, in Sydney), and that was another world then, though the devil is always in the detail: those were —and are— among the better suburbs of the city.

By my use of Electoral Calculus [https://www.electoralcalculus.co.uk/userpoll.html], that comes out as leaving the Conservative Party with about 35 MPs (Lab 527, LibDem 48).

Looking at the above tracker graph, the Labour intended vote has been fairly stable (within parameters) for about a year or so, whereas the Conservative Party intended vote has steadily declined for what seems to have been most of the past year. They’re toast…

Were the Con percentage to decline even one point, to 18%, even without an increase in any of the other numbers, the number of Con MPs would reduce to only 28.

When you see that, and factor in the political intentions of those under 40, and under 30, and the fact that the Con core vote consists largely of the retired, indeed of those over 70, over 80, you can see that this really could spell the end of the Conservative Party.

In fact, even were the Conservative Party to retain 100, even 150, MPs, it would be all but irrelevant in a Commons with 450+ Labour MPs, and a Labour majority of maybe 300 or more. That would hit Con Party funding and ability to come back from the debacle.

I was just musing on such ideas as I carefully drove a few miles this morning on a rural A-road, its surfacing poor and dotted with troughs and potholes which one had to navigate around, as in some areas of Russia and Ukraine (or, in pre-EU-membership days, in Bulgaria, as I recall from 2001). The decline of Britain is seen even in mundane areas such as road maintenance.

I am expecting a general advance of Russian armour and infantry, supported by air power, in 2024 and/or 2025. The Kiev-regime forces do not have the manpower to resist, or will soon not have. They are all now in purely defensive mode, despite the occasional missile or drone provocation attacking Russia itself.

It may be that that general advance will move west and north-west until most of Eastern Ukraine (i.e. east of the Dnieper) is occupied by Russian forces.

Kiev itself has been heavily fortified in defensive layers, including massive minefields. It may be that there will not be an attempt to storm Kiev until much later, in late 2025, or 2026.

The Kiev regime is draining armed forces personnel, arms, ammunition at a fairly rapid rate now. There may be some kind of palace revolution in Kiev, with the Jewish dictator, Zelensky, removed and forced into exile, along with his cabal and their stolen billions. At that point, peace talks may well occur and result in an armistice, even if no final or formal result or peace is possible.

Ironic. That Jewish woman once, quite a few years ago, tweeted openly to another one that I (together with some other person, entirely unknown to me) should be given a glass of strychnine to drink…

The game is not…quite… at an end. As so often, people tweet or otherwise comment about the Muslim encroachment, and I have no argument about that, but they all too often ignore the fact of the far more powerful “Zionist” lobby, so embedded now in UK System politics, law, finance and business (obviously), and in the mainstream media and elsewhere.

Look at that cartoon. Islamic flags, but no Star of David or Israeli flags; yet which bloc or lobby is taking away freedom of expression in the UK? 90%+ of the repression is being co-ordinated by Jewish/Zionist and/or pro-Israel groups, such as the small but well-funded and very malicious “Campaign Against Antisemitism” kruzhok, which has attacked and tried to prosecute not only me but also such as Alison Chabloz, Al-Jazeera TV, David Icke, the Jewish —but anti-Israel— jazz musician Gilad Atzmon, and numerous others.

As far as my own situation is concerned, the “CAA” has engaged in a decade-long campaign against me (which fact the CAA admits, though saying it has been 7+ years-long). They also admit using the very peculiar Israel-lobby-owned “lord”, former MP Ian Austin, to pressure officials of the Crown (Clown) Prosecution Service, right up to the level of the Director of Public Prosecutions himself, to prosecute me on any basis that could be contrived.

The “CAA” (and their suborned dupes, the “Clown” Prosecution Service) were crowing online, including on Twitter/X, about having managed to get me convicted in November 2023, using the Communications Act 2003, s.127, a law so badly-drafted and unjust that the Law Commission has formally recommended its repeal, but the “CAA” has not tweeted at all about the sentence handed down in March 2024— 15 “rehabilitation” meetings with or via the Probation Service, and a costs order of £734 in all.

[I now, today, have just seen that the “CAA” website has published a long whining complaint that the sentence given to me was “scandalously lenient“. The “CAA” has nothing to complain about— its so-called “Director of Investigations and Enforcement” made a totally false allegation in 2021 that I had “racially abused” him. There was no evidence at all for that complaint, yet the individual has never been prosecuted, not yet anyway, for a quite plain attempted perversion of the course of justice].

I have little doubt that that “CAA” cabal will be trying to contrive another malicious complaint against me now that their 2021-2024 ones have fallen flat; fallen flat despite my 2023 conviction and 2024 sentence, because the sentence was fairly lenient (though I had hoped for an even-lighter sentence, a conditional discharge and/or small fine), and because the (rather fair-minded, in my opinion) sentencing judge refused to grant the pathetic —and pathetically-poorly drafted— Clown Crown Prosecution Service application to restrict what I say or publish on the blog.

Also, there was no suspended sentence of imprisonment— my written Defendant’s Argument on Sentence put paid to any idea of that sort, and Prosecution Counsel, to be fair, was not foolish enough to ask for one once the trial judge had effectively ruled that out at end of trial (let alone actual imprisonment).

Anyway, what that means is that, should the “CAA” and/or police and Clown Prosecution Service want to prosecute me again, i.e. for what has been posted on the blog since mid-November 2023, or what is being currently posted on the blog, they will have to start all over again, and if they were to do that (pointlessly wasting yet more tens of thousands of pounds of public money), the matter would probably not conclude until some time in 2025, or even later, were I to appeal any conviction and sentence (and, were I to be convicted again, an appeal might be more likely than it was in the 2023/2024 matter).

I should robustly defend any further attempt to prosecute me for anything, of course.

Actually, while I dispute that any of the material in respect of which I was recently convicted and sentenced was “grossly offensive” anyway, regular readers will have noted that the blog has, in the past months, taken on a more diplomatic and more thoughtful tone, while remaining staunch and steadfast in principle and ideology.

Incidentally, readers may like to know that no Prosecution application was made to the Court at trial or after sentence that any material should be removed from the blog. All the (5) blog posts (out of 1,800 posted since 2016) which were the subject-matter of the trial remain extant and, while naturally it is the wiser course for me not to link to them, browsing readers interested in seeing what nonsense the prosecution was can see all of those blog posts via the search box or otherwise.

Indeed, the Clown Prosecution Service and “CAA”, as well as the few mass media outlets that reported my conviction and/or sentence, have themselves republished most of the supposedly “grossly offensive” remarks about Jews allegedly first posted by me, thus spreading those remarks far and wide. Thank you, clowns!

My legal position now, in respect of the blog, is what it was this time last year, or indeed in 2022, 2021, 2020, 2019, 2018, 2017, and 2016 (when the blog started). “Mathematically impossible numbers“? I seem to recall another situation in history involving “mathematically-impossible numbers” of individuals supposedly killed…in fact, that other situation involves numbers so vast, and industrial contrivances so complicated (and for which there is no historical evidence at all), that it seems that, at least in the way “they” usually say, and/or in the numbers “they” say, it is doubtful that that situation ever occurred at all…

If the numbers shown from Gaza are —supposedly— implausible (according to the Israelis), then those other numbers, from that other —supposed— incident of world history (promoted constantly by the Israelis and the world Jewish lobby) are completely unbelievable, as are the supposed events in detail.

As far as the Gazan deaths and injuries are concerned, the Israelis seem to be saying something akin to “we have not killed 30,000+ people, mostly women and children, neither have we injured 100,000+. The figures are far less high, and far fewer children were killed or grievously injured.”

Do the “Israelis” really think that that sort of argument cuts much ice, even if true (and, after all, they are inveterate falsifiers of history)?

I have always been puzzled at the career of Jeremy Vine. Basically rather mediocre as journalist and presenter, with a 2:2 degree in English. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jeremy_Vine. Just fortunate, I suppose. Also, always parrots the System line, whether re. free speech or, say, “Covid”…

There are bigger issues.

Happened to see the above. I have read it. Nothing obviously objectionable in it. The leader of that new party is Alek Yerbury, of whom I only recently heard.

Worth pointing out, though, that the tens of thousands of pounds (maybe hundreds of thousands) the police (behaving as a poundland Stasi) and Clown Prosecution “Service” spent and wasted (over years), employing drones and dogsbodies to trawl through about a thousand or more of my blog posts, might have been better spent dealing with real crime, not invented and contrived thought crime. Just a thought.

All that money and effort (and it would have been thousands more had I availed myself, as I was entitled to do, of my right to instruct solicitors and Counsel via legal aid) has resulted in a sentence of 15 days (part-days) talking with the Probation Service, plus a costs order of £734 (part of which has already been crowdfunded, and which is anyway being paid off at a not-too-painful £91.75 per month).

Jesus H. Christ! Even Nick Ferrari has apparently woken up to the menace of Israel and the UK Jewish lobby. I would scarcely have believed it.

Now all we need is for the suborned UK police and CPS to wake up and stop allowing themselves to be played by “the lobby”…

London’s Supreme Court has ruled that the WikiLeaks founder can take his case to an appeal hearing if the UK and US fail to meet certain conditions, The Guardian writes.

The court demands that the United States allow Assange to invoke the First Amendment of the US Constitution, which guarantees freedom of speech. They must also ensure that his Australian citizenship will not affect the proceedings, and that the death penalty will not be taken against the whistleblower, the publication explains.

If the court does not receive such guarantees by April 16, the defense will be able to appeal. However, even if assurances are provided, the parties will be able to file a motion before a final decision is made to file an appeal, the article emphasizes. If Assange is denied permission to appeal, he could be sent to the United States within days to face espionage charges.

His lawyers insist that the charges related to WikiLeaks’ publication of thousands of secret and diplomatic documents related to the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq are politically motivated and the extradition request is illegal.“

“NATO is losing experienced soldiers due to the low attractiveness of military service Against the backdrop of the Ukrainian conflict, NATO troops are faced with a personnel shortage.

This is not so much about recruiting new recruits, but about retaining soldiers and officers who are already in service, writes Politico. European countries that rely on professional militaries are trying to make their armed forces more attractive. But this is difficult to achieve in times of low unemployment, fierce competition from the private sector and widespread use of remote work, the publication explains.

A recent report presented in the German parliament showed that 1,537 soldiers left the Bundeswehr in 2023. In addition to increasing layoffs, the German army has to deal with dilapidated infrastructure, the repair of which could cost about €50 billion, Politico notes.

French Minister of the Armed Forces Sebastien Lecornu admitted that the difficulty of “retaining” personnel exists in many allied countries. Paris and some other NATO members hope to stimulate the military with higher salaries and social guarantees, the article notes. Money does play a significant role in keeping people in the military. But the problem is that the conditions of service in NATO armies are not that attractive. After all, chronic overtime, the inability to get home for many months and a lack of days off are commonplace there, Politico emphasizes.“

If NATO were to stop interfering in Ukraine, the Middle East, and elsewhere, that shortage of personnel would not even be a problem. Meanwhile, almost all NATO states are suffering from non-European migration-invasion, and no amount of new or old soldiers will stop that, because the NWO-ZOG political leadership is encouraging mass immigration into the European space.

“The former chief of the Polish General Staff said that Ukraine’s losses are estimated at “millions, not hundreds of thousands.”

2024 may see a general advance by Russian forces in Eastern Ukraine. It is an open question whether the Stavka and Putin will await the 2024 UK and US elections. If there is any pause (which I doubt), 2025 will surely bring victory over the Kiev regime.

This is Britain today.

A woman of Indian Muslim origins, who worked for a few years as a press office bod at the Department of Trade and Industry, was not very successful over about 4 years as a part-time stand-up comic, and who came second in a TV stand-up comedy talent contest.

That underwhelming career somehow morphed into her “advising” some of the leading figures in the Labour Party 2007-2015. How? Why?

By 2016, Ayesha Hazarika had picked up an MBE, been proposed but not confirmed for nomination for a peerage, was somehow inescapable on msm TV and radio politics shows for several years and, after having been vocally anti-Corbyn, was nominated for a peerage by Israel-puppet Labour Party leader Keir Starmer, finally being elevated to the (now surely totally devalued) House of Lords in 2024, at the age of 48. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ayesha_Hazarika,_Baroness_Hazarika

As can be seen, the common thread through that career, certainly after 2007, seems to have been the “usual” lobby…

That is the kind of individual now making law in the UK.

I have seen Ayesha Hazarika a number of times on TV, though quite a few years ago. I never heard her say anything of interest, as far as I can recall.

Under the county’s new hate crime law, actors and comedians are not given a free pass to make jokes about sensitive subjects that offend people, either. The new training provided to officers, which was leaked to The Herald, requires police officers to go after anyone who produces material deemed “threatening and abusive,” which can also be communicated through “public performance of a play.”

Under the new hate crime law, people who make fun of or misgender trans people, make racial jokes or criticisms of certain religions, or criticize migrants can be prosecuted.

“The different ways in which a person may communicate material to another person are by: displaying, publishing or distributing the material, for example on a sign, on the internet through websites, blogs, podcasts, social media etc., either directly, or by forwarding or repeating material that originates from a third party, through printed media such as magazine publications or leaflets.”

The hate crime law goes on to state that “giving, sending, showing, or playing the material to another person” listing examples such as “through online streaming, by email, playing a video, through public performance of a play.” So repeat a joke you heard online, or show someone a spicy meme or commentary of a transgender person or mass migration on your livestream, and, and you too will be arrested. Well, if Elon Musk chances upon my blog, he can see that I have a crowdfunder to pay the costs and penalty imposed upon me last week as a consequence of my conviction for exercizing my non-existent free speech rights in the UK.

So, Monsieur Musk, should you happen to have your debit card at hand, a thousand pounds would be very nice; or, should you be in a particularly generous (and far-sighted) mood, about £10M would allow me to buy a suitable estate in the southwest of the UK as a base for a clustering of social-national individuals and communities.

Quite. Look at that piece earlier on today’s blog about Ayesha Hazarika. Never elected to anything, not even as a local councillor, yet now she sits in the House of Lords, posing as a “baroness”, and will be legislating as of now. No doubt when Labour’s “elected” dictatorship happens (later this year), she will be appointed to some role or other, perhaps even to a ministerial position. “Democracy”?

“HMRC has sparked fury by announcing it will permanently close tax helplines for six months and let 100 customer service staff work a three-day week over the summer.

Taxpayers will not be able to call the tax office for help with their returns from April 8 until September 30, HM Revenue and Custom has today announced.

The move comes just weeks after the Commons Public Accounts Committee of MPs condemned HMRC’s customer service for hitting an ‘all-time low’.

New figures showed how almost 1million calls went unanswered in January – typically the busiest month of the year for the service, with taxpayers rushing to file for self-assessment tax returns without triggering fines for lateness.”

Having said that, when I had (historical) tax problems and had to engage with the Revenue, well over a decade ago, especially in 2010-2011, I was quite frankly amazed to see how utterly shambolic the HMRC “service” actually was. It’s an overused term, but it was “Kafka-esque” to a degree I would not have believed had I not experienced it myself.

So now it is actually worse? Hard to believe. The one comfort I have from that very stressful period many years ago is that, soon after I got off the hook, and during the Cameron-Levita/Osborne “austerity” programme, most if not all of the HMRC staff that had harassed and annoyed me, and created problems for me, lost their jobs. Suck on that…

Still, all’s well that ends well…my income is now so low that the shambles of administration in that “service” need not concern me. My problems with “the taxman” were settled to my satisfaction in 2012.

“Eight men have been sentenced over their involvement in violent disorder after trouble flared at a hotel housing asylum seekers. The court had heard there was “ill feeling” in the area following a video on social media which appeared to show an asylum seeker asking a 15-year-old girl for her phone number and for a kiss. Violence broke out outside the Suites Hotel in Knowsley, Merseyside, last year which was providing temporary accommodation for asylum seekers.

Brian McPadden, 61, of Kirkby, was jailed for three years and six months at Liverpool Crown Court.

There were gasps from the public gallery as he was jailed. Thomas Mills, 47, who brought a banner to the protest urging people to shout to get the asylum seekers out, was sentenced to two years and eight months.

Paul Lafferty, 42, was handed the same sentence while Jonjo O’Donoghue, 21, of Liverpool, was sentenced to three years and six months in a young offenders institution. Former British Army soldier Liam Jones was sentenced to 27 months while John Tippler, 59, was jailed for two years.

Warren Cullen, who was on a community order at the time of the protest, was jailed for 20 months. The judge gave Harry Boynton a 16-month suspended sentence along with 200 hours of unpaid work.“

Were that to happen, the LibDems would be the official Opposition, and the UK would be under what is already looking like being a Labour Party “elected dictatorship” for 5 years at least.
