A step in the right direction, but only when the Zionist and pro-Israel lobby is confronted and defeated can there be free speech again in the UK. The Jew-Zionist lobby is the primary anti-free-speech concentration in this country.

In other words, (((the usual suspects))).

Talking about Sven Longshanks (James Allchurch), it is good to see his resettlement fund growing:

Putin and the ruling circles in Moscow may now have to consider whether they will actually need the city of Kiev intact at the end of this war.

War is horrible, and had this war been planned and executed properly from the start, it would have ended after a few weeks with complete Russian victory, and with relatively slight harm done. Now, it may have to end with the ancient city of Kiev again being levelled (as also happened —in central areas— in 1943).

Come what may, Russia now has to fight on until it achieves victory, even if that victorious end is bitter.

To the bitter end…

On another aspect of the present conflict, I see that the pound sterling now buys about 100 Russian roubles. When I was last in Moscow, in 2007, the (tourist) rate was a fifth of that, 1:20.

Having said that, the mass of the Russian population is as good as unaffected by the long-term slide of the rouble. As I have blogged previously, Russia could even survive quite well as an autarky, and that is not presently necessary, because trade between Russia and much of the world has not only continued but expanded. China, of course, is key.

..as I and many others said long before (in my case, 15+ years before) “Boris”-idiot rose effortlessly (?) to his high position.

Reminder

From the newspapers

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-12096035/Labours-plot-rig-elections-10MILLION-teenagers-migrants-vote.html

Almost ten million migrants and teenagers would be given the vote under Labour’s plot to ‘rig’ future elections, the Tories claimed last night.

Research by the Conservatives has suggested Sir Keir Starmer’s controversial expansion of the electorate would be sufficient to swing every general election.

It would include 3.4million European Union nationals who had lived in the UK before Brexit and obtained ‘settled status’, along with 2.7million more who have been here for less than five years.

The move would also cover an estimated 2.3million citizens of other countries around the world who have been granted ‘indefinite leave to remain’ in the past two decades.”

[Daily Mail]

How long can it be before some form of civil war breaks out in the UK?

I have blogged in the past about various aspects of “democracy”: see https://ianrobertmillard.org/2019/01/15/has-parliamentary-democracy-as-we-have-known-it-until-now-had-its-day-in-the-uk/

Migration invasion

We know what will probably have to happen in the end, but if we print it, or say it publicly, we face prosecution on some kind of faked-up toytown police-state basis.

“Jack Monroe”

I have blogged quite a bit about “Jack Monroe” over the past 8 months.

“Jack Monroe” has been defrauding or otherwise cheating the public for at least a decade.

As I predicted (on the blog) would happen or, rather, not happen, there never was a libel case launched or even formally started against Lee Anderson or Martin Daubney.

Mark Lewis, the Israel-based Jewish lawyer once retained by “Jack Monroe” in another (rather simple) matter years ago, has not even emerged from his kennel in relation to the Lee Anderson non-case.

In other words, crazed “Monroe” simply made up the “libel case” and used it as yet another opportunity to extract money from mugs such as “@jdpoc” (see below).

Incidentally, Dan Wootton calls “Jack Monroe” a “celebrity chef”. Too kind. She is scarcely even a cook, let alone a “chef”. Her food mostly looks like a dog’s dinner and, from what I have read, largely consists of pasta with a bit of cheap sauce on it. She has never been trained as a “chef” or even a cook, as is abundantly obvious from the photos and recipes she used to post online.

“Celebrity”? I suppose, though only in a very minor way, and years ago. She is now pretty irrelevant, and real chefs now offer real budget food online, or in the Press.

The sort of people who regard “Jack Monroe” as a positive force rather than a lying “grifter” are the same sort that used to enthuse, desperately, about the Big Issue being a “really good magazine” rather than just a virtue-signalling bore that people (including me) might buy just as an act of charity.

That “John O’Connell”/”@jdpoc” tweeter is yet another professed “antifascist” with (admitted) mental problems. The idiot used to tweet occasionally, with one or two similarly-“odd” others, against me.

I find it puzzling that, even now, some of the more stupid or “woke” scribblers in the msm continue to promote lying “grifter”/fraud “Jack Monroe”. I also find it odd that the police have not investigated her (as far as I know) for criminal fraud. A black woman is facing trial at Bristol for, allegedly, having crowdfunded for a legal case which never happened, and she having then, or so it is alleged, kept the money for herself

Why is the black woman on trial, but Greek Cypriot sort-of “white” woman, “Jack Monroe” (b. Melissa Hadjicostas) is not? Is it “cos the Bristol woman is black“, in the adapted words of “Ali G”? Or is it because “Jack” has so many “woke” and/or LGBTQXYZ friends in the mainstream media?

Almost everything about “Jack Monroe” is fake: her biography (as recounted by herself), her background, her circumstances, her food, her way of life, her “grifting” and moneygrubbing, you name it…

EU economic sanctions mean that Russia cannot import food products from the EU. Result? Russia simply and quite easily produces the foodstuffs itself. Check.

Exactly. As I have blogged previously, Russia, with its huge landmass (72x the size of the UK), diverse climatic zones, and scientific capabilities, can easily create an autarky.

i.e. a camouflaged military installation.

On the front line with the “musicians”.

I wonder how “secret” are those secrets?

Do not forget “the men behind the wire”.

I have no idea whether the above details are correct. If they are, persons wishing to help “Sven Longshanks” (James Allchurch) out a little can send him money, using the official channel: https://www.gov.uk/send-prisoner-money.

The same details, if accurate, can be used to send cards, letters or books to “Sven Longshanks”. The address of that prison is:

HMP Swansea
200 Oystermouth Road
Swansea
SA1 3SR.

I shall be looking for confirmation of the contact details on Twitter.

n.b. Books sent to UK prisons should be paperback only, new, not used, and shipped from suppliers such as Amazon (but different prisons have different policies; some accept Amazon, some do not; if an Amazon delivery cannot be completed, you will be credited with the money after a week or two).

Israel as a state was founded on ethnic cleansing, theft, outright murder etc. “They” always try to pose as “victims”, even while committing criminal acts. Not only in the Middle East, either.

Interesting.

The real hard-line Jews now often tend to be those who, while loudly supportive of Zionism and Israel, do not want to live there. A holiday in Tel Aviv once a year is enough for them, rather like the pilgrimage to Mecca of many Muslims (though the analogy is hardly exact— most Muslims would not be allowed to live in Saudi Arabia anyway, and their religion does not have that as its ideal).

The screeching Jew-Zionist fanatics of London, New York and elsewhere mostly obsess about “antisemitism” on Twitter, or on blogs such as mine, rather than going to “settle” in Israel/Palestine.

In the old saying, “old sins cast long shadows“.

Not very long ago, the malicious “Campaign Against Antisemitism” in the UK was given over £600,000 by wealthy Jews, many donating anonymously. From where did that money originate? I do not know. The evil “CAA” cabal is now using that money to attack free speech in the UK. Their methods are sometimes called “lawfare”, i.e. the abuse of law, the police, the CPS, and the justice system generally for malicious and/or political motives.

The West’s democracy is failing at least partly because, in many states, including the UK, the so-called “democracy” is a fake. In any case, we talk about “democracy”, but what does the term mean anyway? See my discussion at https://ianrobertmillard.org/2019/01/15/has-parliamentary-democracy-as-we-have-known-it-until-now-had-its-day-in-the-uk/.

Don’t forget births to that foreign contingent. Over 20 years, how many more millions?

Look at that idiot. Typical of many MPs; so many are, basically, uncultured nobodies these days, without intellect, without culture, without background.

Here he is: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brendan_Clarke-Smith.

Clarke-Smith was born in Clifton, Nottingham in 1980. He grew up on a council estate in Nottingham and was the first member of his family to go to university, studying politics at Nottingham Trent University and later gaining a PGCE in religious education. He became a teacher at an International School in Romania.”

[Wikipedia]

So below mediocre, really…

I think that the MP for Bassetlaw will be an MP for not much longer. He will then have to return to teaching, if anyone will give him a job (or he can live off the earnings of his Romanian wife, an NHS doctor, apparently).

In the old German saying, “put a beggar on a horse and he will ride it to death“…

Hancock deserves a good kicking, for several reasons.

Russia must race ahead to create as much of an autarky as is convenient in a short time.

The “musicians” play on through the night…

The more the USA, UK, other NATO states ratchet up the war by providing ever-more powerful weapons systems to the Kiev regime, the more likely it is that cold logic will eventually dictate that the Russian side will simply flatten the major cities of Ukraine and the bases and airfields from which such planes fly.

If Sweden were ever hit by a nuclear missile, say on Stockholm, that would be the end of Sweden, as a state of even marginal importance, for a century or more. Having said that, the way Sweden is going demographically, a nuclear strike on Stockholm just might result in no deaths of (real) Swedish people at all!

I like that! Looks really useful.

Can you believe that that cretin was ever a British Cabinet Minister? He comes across as the very personification of a mid-life crisis. Or possibly as a parody of one, on a TV comedy sketch show.

Having said that, look at a small selection of other idiots who have been Cabinet ministers in recent years— Liz Truss, Woollyhead Trussbanger (aka Kwasi Kwarteng), Gavin Williamson [see https://ianrobertmillard.org/2019/05/02/deadhead-mps-an-occasional-series-the-gavin-williamson-story/], James Cleverly, Priti Patel, Iain “Dunce” Duncan Smith etc. Not to mention one “Boris”-idiot.

It is only human to think that someone with great wealth, especially when they did not inherit it, must have a great mind. Sadly, however, that is usually not the case (though Elon Musk is certainly a very interesting character).

The above tweet by Musk does indicate poor, surprisingly poor, logical skills. Poor knowledge of modern history, too.

The Jewish lobby in the UK has been trying to get rid of Neil Oliver for quite some time. They have been looking for an opportunity, an excuse.

There are anti-free-speech agitators already active in various areas of UK life, the worst being the Jew-Zionists trying to shut down all criticism or comment about Jews, Israel, fake history etc: see https://ianrobertmillard.org/2022/01/15/diary-blog-15-january-2022-including-an-outline-of-the-failure-of-the-latest-jew-zionist-attempt-to-prosecute-me/.

Well, unless they have done an El Cid on him (dead but propped up on his horse to rally the troops), looks as though Lukashenko’s death or near-death has been greatly exaggerated…

The armed forces of the UK now do almost nothing for the people of the UK, and there is no credible enemy state within a thousand miles or more in any direction.

Meanwhile, the real enemies are much closer and cannot easily be stopped by ships, aircraft, armour or infantry: the migrant invaders (only 5%-10% of whom arrive in small boats across the Channel), the Zionist lobby in the UK, the supporters of militant Islamism (many of whom live in the UK’s cities), and the lawless, feral, urban hordes (some of which are even ethnically British/English).

That is the way “they” are— chuck them out of the front door and (((they))) try to come back through a rear window.

As blogged in the past, Russia is well-placed to realize autarky, especially if its economy can be further diversified, and in any case China and numerous smaller countries are still trading with Russia. In fact, Russia’s trade with many countries seems to be increasing.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Autarky.

Nice room. It reminds me of my own one-time drawing room (about the size of the whole of my present tiny flat). I suppose that Musk and Macron are in the Elysee Palace.

Sven Longshanks

Another nail in the coffin of free speech in the UK. The nail may have been hammered in by the police and Crown Prosecution Service, but behind them stood, as so often, (((the usual suspects))).

I never listened to the podcast in question, mainly because I have no patience with long discussions which (arguably) lead nowhere, but whatever he and his guests said, there was no real reason to censor him, let alone to imprison him. Now, unless there is any successful appeal on conviction or sentence, he will be actually incarcerated for well over a year.

The case of “Sven Longshanks” does not stand alone. It is part of a whole campaign being waged —mainly— by the Jewish/Zionist lobby in the UK.

“Lawfare”.

Internet “radio” podcasts seem to be a major, perhaps the major, target. There have been a number of podcasters prosecuted and even imprisoned over the past couple of years.

Strange to think that Britain used to be known as almost the home and centre of freedom of expression in the world, along with the USA and the British white dominions.

I hope that “Sven Longshanks” has friends or comrades who will assist him while he is incarcerated, send him money via the official mechanism, and keep in communication with him. We should always support “the men behind the wire”.

Funny. The old woman is a nuisance on the one hand, but on the other hand someone who is keeping her immediate neighbourhood safe, rather like the volunteers in parts of the socialist world before 1989 (and, indeed, in National Socialist Germany in the 1930s and early 1940s).

[badge of a “Druzhinnik”, a Soviet local law-and-order volunteer]

As a matter of fact, if that old woman lived near me, I might have avoided having one wheel (yes, I too am puzzled) stolen from my car in the middle of the night not so long ago, a theft which the police not only failed to prevent or “detect” (despite evidential material existing) but also in which they had very little interest at all. In a word, useless.

That video clip reminds me of a personal reminiscence, from a time when the police were possibly more numerous and certainly more effective.

In the early 1980s, my then girlfriend drove (with me as passenger) from London to Reigate, Surrey, where my parents lived. Her vehicle was an ex-Post Office van, a Ford Transit with side windows, which she intended (never happened) to turn into a camper van for herself and her small children. It was part-yellow, part-red-brown, having been half-painted over by the previous owner. It looked rather scruffy, to be honest.

While the van was parked outside my parents’ house, on a driveway visible from the local road, there was a ring at the door. My mother went to the door. A polite, smart-looking young policeman was there, uniformed and wearing a cap. Incidentally, no beard or visible tattoos, unlike some of the scruffy police you see today. His police car was outside in the road.

My girlfriend cowered behind a pillar (thinking that she had probably done something wrong with the van) as the policeman explained to my mother that the reason why he was inquiring was “because that vehicle does not seem to fit the neighbourhood“! By today’s standards, incredible. I doubt that it would happen these days, anywhere in the UK. Surrey Police, then, was a very efficient force. Almost a Swiss level of efficiency (and curiosity).

Not only fear, but people are imperfect— that is where law, or prevention, comes in.

In fact, that is one more misleading headline: see the YouGov poll:

Yes, technically, Sunak came third out of “two”, but he got 27%, while Jewish-lobby puppet Starmer did almost as badly— 30%.

“Don’t Know” means, here, “I despise and have no respect for either“…

What was the choice of the remaining 3%, or were the figures rounded?

Misleading headline. Fewer than half of those 18-24 actively support the idea.

There is cogent anecdotal and other evidence that at least a small number of big cats live in the countryside. I have heard tales myself (not from the msm).

So at least 79% of the public had little interest in the Coronation, to the extent of “celebrating” it (drinking, mainly). Who are the 2% called “Don’t Knows”? Those on “lost weekends”, presumably.

What a horrible and cruel scene.

As to so-called “racism”, I distinguish between purely “offensive”, and actually “defensive“, “racism” (and, indeed, “antisemitism”).

White European culture and civilization must be defended.

Odds-on that tweeter Carole Flint lives in some leafy suburb, far from the most negative effects of the migration invasion.

…and, in the Bakhmut/Artyomovsk area, the “musicians” are still playing….

Very good analogy ad extremum

In a slightly different sense, that is what has happened in the UK, USA, France and other countries.

I never much liked Gaddafi, but he is surely correct here, and Libya is now a lawless corrupt mess. At least Gaddafi ran it reasonably efficiently, and also kept sub-Saharan Africans out of Europe.

Ursula von der Leyen is an evil part of the NWO conspiracy.

However, it is no good opposing the Zionists in the Middle East while not opposing their machinations in the EU and UK.

More accurately, both NATO and the EU are distinct but connected components of the Western power matrix as it now is. The New World Order/Zionist Occupation Government [“NWO/ZOG”] matrix.

Ukraine situation

[Daily Mail map showing the state of play in the east/southeast of Ukraine as of 9 April 2022]

It seems that Russian forces have withdrawn not only from the Kiev area but from the area north of Kiev generally. Without taking Kiev, there is no real victory, no matter what else happens.

It seems now that the Russian strategic aims in the short term are to secure and hold the Donbass area, encircle and capture or destroy the Ukrainian forces there, then to push from the north (Kharkov area), the south, and the east, creating a line broadly Kharkov-Dnipro [former Dnepropetrovsk] and down to, or linking with, Russian forces already occupying the Sea of Azov littoral.

If the Russians can do all that, then (once Dnipro and Zaporozhye are taken or besieged) they will have about a fifth of Ukraine (half of Ukraine east of the Dnieper) under their control.

In other news, it seems that the UK is sending anti-ship missiles to Odessa. If Russian ships start to be sunk from Odessa, then it is not unlikely that the response will be swift and brutal. The city of Odessa may be completely destroyed by missiles and artillery if the Russian Black Sea Fleet comes under serious attack. Very sad from the historical and aesthetic point of view (and, of course, the humanitarian one).

It looks as though the Russians are degrading the Ukrainian fuel reserves and supply lines. Without fuel, the Kiev regime forces will become little more mobile than the armies of Napoleon and Wellington.

Ammunition continues to run out for the Ukrainian forces.

Despite msm reports etc, this still looks like a winnable military situation for Russia, in the short to medium term. I read today that (as predicted in this blog) Russia is now calling up recently-active reserves, i.e. former soldiers who are still reasonably “current”.

Politically, of course, and in terms of public relations, this Ukraine adventure has been disastrous for Russia, not because of the invasion as such, but because of how it was so badly planned and executed. Also, because of how unsuccessful it has been, overall. Pathetic, and terrible in all ways.

Autarky in Russia

I have blogged previously about how some leading 20thC thinkers saw the future of Russia: Rudolf Steiner and Valentin Tomberg in particular. About how Russia would eventually bring into being the next world age, the 6th Post-Atlantean Age, from about 3,500 AD: see, e.g. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rudolf_Steiner; https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Valentin_Tomberg; https://rudolfsteinerquotes.wordpress.com/2019/10/09/the-sixth-post-atlantean-epoch-of-culture-will-be-more-spiritual-3/; https://www.wellspringbookshop.co.uk/articles/the-war-of-all-against-all/.

I have often thought how Russia needs a degree of isolation in order for the seed of that future age not to be poisoned by whatever now exists in the world, centred on “the West”, meaning on North America, Britain, and then western and central continental Europe.

Ironically, it now appears that it is the West itself which is sending Russia into that isolation, via economic and cultural sanctions.

The idea of autarky (self-sufficiency)[https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Autarky] has found favour in Russia in recent decades, notably in the writings of Alexander Dugin [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aleksandr_Dugin].

Russia is one of the few countries in the world which can, if necessary, do without the rest of the world, in economic terms. 72 times the size of the UK, and 2-3 times the size of the USA (depending on whether Alaska is included), Russia has the land, the climatic zones, the varied natural and human resources, to make autarky work.

Russia could create an entirely different form of human society. It tried and failed already, with Marxism-Leninism, but that was building houses of straw. On another basis, such an attempt can succeed.

We are in the midst of a gigantic propaganda campaign, and it is certainly not a Russian one. The Russians, though, have made it easy for the Ukrainian regime (in fact, the New World Order conspiracy); the hamfisted and now brutal Russian attacks have reinforced the anti-Russian propaganda being pumped out 24/7.

Ship them all back to Nigeria.

Idiots of the Piers Morgan type are basically puppets-on-a-stick, saying whatever is required of them by the people who really matter.

Piers Morgan would no doubt disbelieve his own eyes, were Russian nuclear missiles to start landing in his native Essex, and preventing him from taking half a dozen holidays a year in the Maldives, Seychelles etc.

The old Soviet Union was sometimes described as “Upper Volta with rockets”. Well, OK (though that was obvious hyperbole anyway), but the great fact was that those rockets existed. 6,200 still exist, upgraded and mostly ready to launch.

Yes, of Russia’s 6,200 missiles (and nuclear bombs), only some will successfully launch and reach their target areas. Probably half, or maybe fewer, even as few as a quarter. So about 1,500. Of which about a tenth might be aimed at UK targets. Call it 150. 150 nuclear missiles, landing in the UK, each one capable of destroying almost anything within a radius of maybe 10 miles or more. Just one, landing in Westminster, would affect directly as far out as the outer London suburbs. That leaves 149 other such missiles striking elsewhere in the UK: Portsmouth. Southampton. Every large Army base. Every airfield. Every major city and town.

Nein danke, Piers “useful idiot” Morgan.

Seems that some people need to be reminded of a few facts:

#Ukraine has only been an independent state for 31 years;

#Prior to 1991, Ukraine was merely part of the Soviet Union and, before that, of the Russian Empire, stretching back for hundreds of years;

#Ukraine is a corrupt and shambolic state run by a profoundly undemocratic Jewish cabal;

#The UK has no alliance with Ukraine, no military treaty, and no obligation under international law to funnel arms to its illegitimate rulers;

#Sending arms to Ukraine only prolongs its agony.

Nearest town square. Firing squad. End.

Please refer to my earlier comment.

I do not generally approve of the death penalty. I however distinguish between that and what amounts to a public health measure…

The sad fact is that the organs of the UK State (eg police, CPS, MI5/MI6 etc), and the institutions of society, to a large extent, now work against the interests of the British people. Wilfully so.

I was only just blogging, in the past few days, about how Russia will, perforce, turn to autarky, or semi-autarky. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Autarky.

Looking at that blog post, it is almost incredible to see quite how many tweets used in it have been expunged by Twitter in the past months, mostly I think recently. The censorship now is heavily oppressive, not far from amounting to tyranny.

Where does Russia go from here?

I want to look beyond the immediate military situation in Ukraine, to where Russia is placed culturally and geopolitically in big-picture terms.

The present situation of Russia vis-a-vis the Western world is that, with some exceptions (notably export of gas), Russia can neither import nor export.

In fact, the new import-export regime imposed on Russia is far more strict than the limited embargo imposed on the Soviet Union and its satellites during the Cold War: see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Coordinating_Committee_for_Multilateral_Export_Controls.

The CoCom regime was focussed mainly on military applications, whereas the new sanctions affect almost everything.

There has always been, certainly since the time of Peter the Great (17thC) a tension between Russia and the West. That was for a long time more evident in Russia itself than in the West. Peter was a Westernizer, who wanted to drag old Russia into the modern age. See https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Peter_the_Great. To that end, Peter visited the upcoming mercantile and military powers of his time, particularly England and Holland.

Catherine the Great [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Catherine_the_Great], a German, was another modernizer and Westernizer (up to a point) but, in an interesting parallel to Stalin’s later rule, also intensified the harshness of serfdom.

The Westernizing tendency in Russia continued to exist in tandem with its opposite, the Slavophile tendency, which held that the Slavs, led by Russia, had their own unique future mission, and should not be too affected, contaminated by, or corrupted by Western habits and values. See https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Slavophilia, and https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Westernizer.

While, in the 19th and 20th centuries, there were both tendencies in both government and intellectual life, Russian statesmen tended to be Westernizers, people such as Witte [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sergei_Witte], whereas the Slavophile tendency was stronger in the worlds of philosophy and literature. One thinks of Tolstoy, Dostoyevsky etc and, later Soloviev [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vladimir_Solovyov_(philosopher)], Berdyaev [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nikolai_Berdyaev] and others.

These categories were not strictly drawn, though. Some writers were more Westernizing (e.g. Turgenev) and some governmental figures more Slavophile, e.g. Pobedonostsev [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Konstantin_Pobedonostsev], whose slogan was ” Orthodoxy, Autocracy, Nationality” [Правосла́вие, самодержа́вие, наро́дность]. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Orthodoxy,_Autocracy,_and_Nationality.

Tsars Nikolai I and Alexander III were quite Slavophile, others (notably Alexander II, who liberated the serfs) more influenced by the West.

Slavophiles tended to distrust, inter alia, Western notions of democracy, reliance on technology, and the influence of Jews and Jewish notions: “The characteristics of the Jewish race are parasitic; for their sustenance they require the presence of another race as “host” although they remain aloof and self-contained” [Pobedonostsev]. Again, though, a line cannot be strictly drawn.

There was always a ying/yang aspect to the Slavophile/Westernizer dichotomy; a little bit of each in the other.

The Soviet regime likewise had Slavophile elements, more obviously so after 1945, though it was fundamentally a Westernizing movement: “Socialism means Soviet power plus the electrification of the whole country” [Lenin].

There was a paradox, though. The dictatorial Westernizing movement of Bolshevism, that became Sovietism, could only maintain its power via a degree of enforced isolation from the West, which might be called, arguably, a Slavophile policy, at least in effect..

Dissidents against the Soviet regime were sometimes Westernizers (such as Sakharov [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Andrei_Sakharov], wanting Western civil rights and so on, but also sometimes Slavophiles such as Solzhenitsyn [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aleksandr_Solzhenitsyn].

The Soviet Union from the death of Stalin in 1953, and especially since Khrushchev’s Secret Speech of 1956, was fundamentally Westernizing, trying to copy the West in many respects, if only to try to outdo the West. The West had Concorde, so the Soviet Union had to have “Concordski” (the bungled TU-144). One example.

Since 1989, when Socialism fell (though the Soviet Union walked on, mortally wounded, until 1991), Russia has pursued an almost insane Westernist policy, even under Putin. That may now be reversed, or a different path pursued.

Having said that, Russia, like the Soviet Union before it, will not want to be cut out of Western technological progress. That would seem to suggest both an increase in Russian research and development, and an uptick in intelligence activity, including outright espionage.

The atom bomb secrets of the West were uncovered and captured in the 1940s and 1950s by a combination of huge scientific effort and huge espionage effort. In latter days (1960s through 1980s) the KGB’s “Line X” was the main organization involved in scientific and technical intelligence-gathering, together with, on the military side, the GRU.

We cannot talk about Western influence on Russia (and indeed Europe proper) without considering the often baleful effect of Anglo-American, mainly American, cultural exports. Film, TV, contemporary music. Whether Putin’s Russia has the spirit to stand against that is doubtful. Even the German Reich had to compromise to some extent on popular culture.

It has been said, by such as Rudolf Steiner [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rudolf_Steiner, and Valentin Tomberg [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Valentin_Tomberg], that the far future will see two races emerge on the Earth, a “good” race based in Russia, and an “evil” race based in North America.

I have blogged before about how Russia, of all countries in the world, could subsist under a system of autarky [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Autarky]. It now seems that it may have little choice.

Whether Putin himself, with Russia’s transitional, post-Soviet, and post-Yeltsin form of society, will survive long is an open question. After Putin, the Russian leadership will have to thoroughly reform and reset Russian society, without Western help and without Western interference and exploitation.

A good start, culturally, would be for Russia to eliminate, as far as possible, pop/rock (etc) music. Also, most contemporary American films, and certainly most “sit-coms” and TV dramas.

System politicians in the UK now have to admit one of two possibilities: either they were stupid idiots about “Covid”, or they were the conscious dupes of the transnational “Great Reset” conspiracy.

The hysterical “trans” nonsense has taken over feminism and imprisoned it in a distortion worthy of Kafka.

Have these “erudite apes” (as Hitler called them) ever heard of, say, Animal Farm, or Faithful Ruslan? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Animal_Farm; https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Faithful_Ruslan.

“Yesterday he was evil and an enemy, but today evil and a friend“, so to speak…

A friend of the NWO, anyway…

Saturday quiz

This week brings another victory over political journalist John Rentoul.

Rentoul awards himself 5.5 (?) out of 10. I scored 7/10. I did not know the answers to questions 2, 4, and 10 (hit the post on question 10…three years out).

First prize in some future fictional (?) lottery: to slap around the msm “celebrity” idiot of your choice…

The usual suspects:

Buy your lottery ticket now! (see comment above).

I admit that I was at first (and unusually) naive: I thought that at least this time, the “refugees” are genuine, and will be white Europeans. Wrong…the System does not miss a trick to import unwanted blacks and browns into Europe, including the UK. The “Coudenhove-Kalergi Plan”.

The frontman for the Jewish-Zionist Kiev regime, Zelensky, is used to cheap comedy, and simplistic propaganda good enough to take in the unsophisticated Ukrainian public, but nowhere near good enough to hoodwink the public opinion of the West (most of the time). He has needed the unstinting help of the NWO and its “Western” msm.

Admittedly, Russian public relations have been effectively non-existent since the start of the invasion.

There has been some talk of the two remaining Russians on board being taken off, but the sole American on board left to die. Were that to happen, it would give the worst possible impression of Russia. I hope that that does not happen. All three should be taken off.

Russia must now develop an economy based mainly on autarky. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Autarky.

Russia is one of the few countries in the world able, by reason of geographic size, population size, and number of climatic zones, to contemplate doing that.

Ukraine

Apparent state of play, as of yesterday:

Assuming that the above map is at least mainly accurate, there seem to be no Kiev-regime counter-offensives anywhere (except a possible small one north-west of Kharkov). That may reflect lack of men, materiel, and/or fuel, but it may also mean that the Ukrainian forces calculate that they have little chance fighting in open country, as distinct from fighting in heavily-built-up areas where defensive and counter-offensive operations stand a far greater chance of success.

As yet, the main cities of Ukraine are still in the hands of forces loyal to the Kiev regime— Kiev, Kharkov, Odessa, Dnipro (former Dnepropetrovsk), and Zaporozhye, as well as Lvov in the far west of the country.

Psychologically, Kiev remains key, especially as long as Zelensky and his cabal remain there. Taking a capital, or very large city, does not necessarily mean overall victory, as with Moscow in 1812, taken by Napoleon: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/French_invasion_of_Russia. However, it does make a statement; and one must bear in mind that Moscow in 1812 was not the capital, which was situate in St. Petersburg, never threatened by Napoleon’s army.

However, had Moscow fallen to the forces of the Reich in 1941, Hitler may well have defeated Stalin, or at least reduced him to the status of Leninist “emperor”, or insecure dictator of lands beyond the Urals. Moscow was pivotal both psychologically and in terms of logistics etc. Everything was centralized, taking its lead from Moscow.

Kiev in 2022 is different. The Russians, once they secure Kharkov and surrounding area, will have or should have few resupply problems. By comparison with Napoleon in 1812, and Hitler in 1941, Putin has no very long lines of supply to protect. Ukraine is large but still dwarfed by the immensity of Russia itself.

Also, while Kiev is the capital of Ukraine (and, very long ago, of Russia itself, of “Kievan Rus”), Lvov has always been the heartland of Ukrainian nationalism. However, Kiev is presently the capital, and also the largest city, having had (before the recent evacuation of at least half of its population) 3 million inhabitants. One of the most-populous cities of Europe. If Russian forces can take Kiev, they will have, pretty much, won this ghastly conflict, if “winning” means anything now (it has rapidly become more important not to “lose”…).

Zelensky and others have claimed that Kiev, especially, will be fortified, defended with fervour, even booby-trapped. Templates? Maybe Stalingrad in 1942-43, or Berlin in 1945.

[Stalingrad area, 1942; German forces amid the ruins]
[Stalingrad 1943: fires rage near an incongruous pre-war statuary group]
[Berlin 1945: “We fight for the future of our children!“]

Already a bloody, bitter mess, this Ukraine conflict will now become still more bitter, as Russian troops (and possibly Syrian mercenaries, it is claimed) fight their way into the besieged cities that are running out of food, fuel, water and, eventually, ammunition.

There is already a merciless bombardment of some smaller cities in Ukraine. I imagine that, in respect of Kiev, the Russians would prefer not to destroy the city, but may eventually weigh that against not taking whatever is left of it.

I should expect that, unless Kiev is declared by Zelensky an open city (highly unlikely), the Russians will continue to tighten the grip around the city, move up artillery, and then attack using that and air power, before moving in armour and assault troops on the ground.

God knows how much will be left of Kiev in the end.

As to the other main active areas, it is uncertain whether Russian forces will be able to go for the cities on the lower Dnieper, Dnipro and Zaporozhye, and Odessa on the Black Sea, at the same time. Maybe not. “If you chase two hares, you will not catch one” [Russian proverb].

Odessa is blockaded by sea anyway, so it may be that the cities on the Dnieper will be prioritized, with the aim of increasing pressure thereafter on Kiev.

Within the triangle Kiev-Kharkov-Dnipro, there is only one city or large town of any importance— Poltava, a city/town of (pre-invasion) 283,000 inhabitants, which has been the location of many battles historically, particularly noted being the 1709 victory of Peter the Great over the forces of Sweden; the area also saw heavy fighting in 1943. See https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Poltava.

Once Kharkov and Dnipro are taken, that whole huge area within the said triangle will fall easily to Russian armour and infantry. Kiev will then be open to east and southeast. Russian forces will then move up to approach Kiev from the south and southeast, and from the east.

Britain as banana republic (without bananas or the republic)

https://www.jns.org/uk-appoints-former-jewish-mp-as-minister-of-refugees-to-aid-ukrainians-fleeing-to-britain/.

“A Jewish former member of parliament in the United Kingdom has been appointed by the British government to be the minister for refugees.

Richard Harrington, 63, a former chair of Conservative Friends of Israel and former MP for Watford, resigned from politics in 2019. He became an MP in 2010 and later a government minister.”

[Jewish News Syndicate].

Well, wouldn’t you just know it? A Jew appointed to bring in more “refugees”, and not only made an instant government minister but a “lord” in the devalued House of…

Maybe “banana republic” is not quite right after all. Matzo Monarchy?

I wonder how many of the said “refugees” will be either real “refugees” or even Ukrainian? In France, it seems that a third of the recent said “refugees” “from Ukraine” were not even in Ukraine at time of invasion, or since; also, another third are not Ukrainians anyway, but blacks and browns.

As previously blogged, I am not against the idea of taking some Ukrainian refugees into the UK. They are after all, European ethnically and culturally; but I disagree that the UK should take any odds and sods, and especially blacks and browns, who happened to have washed up in Ukraine for whatever reason. Also, in a country as crowded and stressed as the UK now is, it is at least partly a question of numbers.

Former BBC journalist John Sweeney [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/John_Sweeney_(journalist)] thinks that TV presenter Neil Oliver “should be in the Tower” [of London] as (implied) a traitor, merely for questioning the Western narrative and whipped-up NWO/ZOG msm hysteria about Ukraine.

Oliver, tweets Sweeney, supports “Russian fascism” (as against, presumably, the “fascism” of those such as Sweeney, who would label anyone with a differing view “traitors”, and lock them up as such).

We have seen recently a whole tide of such hysterical nonsense, most egregiously from part-Jew MP Tom Tugendhat, who actually said, in the House of Commons at that, that those MPs not wanting to get the UK involved in the Ukraine conflict were guilty of “treason“.

Tugendhat is not only completely wrong in the legal sense, but in the more general sense as well. The UK is not at war with Russia, and indeed is not at all allied to the corrupt and shambolic Ukraine regime based in Kiev.

In fact, as shown below, that Sweeney character does seem rather keen on censorship, certainly for a journalist:

Sweeney’s view from Kiev (from yesterday):

Sweeney has a point about the morale of the two sides. It is clear that the Russian troops are reluctant invaders. That reluctance may go right to the top of the Russian Army. None dare call it sabotage?

As for the quiet streets of Kiev just reported upon, it is said that hundreds of thousands of Ukrainians have fled overseas, which may mean that literally millions have fled from Kiev and other near-frontline areas of the country to Western Ukraine, and some then to neighbouring states. Kiev’s 3 million population may now already be closer to 2 million, or even 1 million. Hard to say.

I have seen the main points made yesterday by the Ukrainian envoy to the UN in New York. I may be wrong, but the supposed texts or conversation he read out, messages between a young Russian soldier (later killed, said the diplomat) and his mother, seemed to me to be contrived, at least in part.

I may be wrong, but there was something in those supposed messages that reminded me of the lying testimony of the daughter of a Kuwaiti diplomat in 1990. She claimed that Iraqi soldiers had killed small children in a hospital. I was in New York at the time, and recall the effect that that pack of lies had on many people (the falsity of the testimony was not exposed immediately, by which time the lies had done their job, of course).

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nayirah_testimony.

The 13 Ukrainian border guards who were feared dead after they told the Russian military to ‘go f*** yourself’ over the radio as they defended a small island in the Black Sea are actually alive and being held as prisoners of war, the Ukrainian Navy has since confirmed.” [Daily Mail]

More lies exposed.

In war, truth is the first casualty“…

Interesting graphic

The effect of the Ukraine situation has been to push up oil and gas prices. Already, in the UK, the retail price of petrol (gasoline) is about 50% higher than it was a year ago. I have seen figures suggesting that domestic gas prices in 2023 may be double from where they are now.

This is not mainly the “fault” of Putin, and in fact may be in part the result of misapplied “green” policies in the UK and elsewhere.

On the wider front, it is clear that NWO/ZOG is getting the population(s) of Europe gradually accustomed to lower living standards. Causation can be blamed on Russia, “Covid”, “climate change” etc, as required.

Ha ha! Bravo!

Absolutely emblematic of our times…

The American public, in particular, will always be gung-ho at the prospect of war until they themselves suffer its full consequences. That has never happened to them, certainly not in the past 150 years. Look, though, at how scalded they were when the 2001 New York attack occurred.

Russian economy

The Russian consumer economy has been hit hard by the economic warfare now waged by the West. Having said that, at one time Russia, or at least the Soviet Union, had no consumer economy to speak of, yet not only trampled half of Europe underfoot but built atomic weapons and a space programme. I speak of the times of Stalin and Khrushchev.

Russia is still, I read, receiving USD $1 billion a day from hydrocarbon sales. In hard currency, not roubles. It is said that the war in Ukraine is costing USD $15 billion a day, but I wonder how true that is, bearing in mind that the armed forces would still be costing money even in their home bases; and the weapons used are in existence already.

Russia’s geographic size, and its large population, make it as close to a potentially-successful autarky as can exist in this world. Putin’s supposed philosopher/adviser, Alexander Dugin, favours Slavonic autarky: see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aleksandr_Dugin; and https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aleksandr_Dugin#Eurasianism,_fascism,_and_views_on_geopolitics; and https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Autarky.

Russia is 72x the size of the UK, has many different climates, has a large but not densely-packed population of ~145 millions, and the ability to live indefinitely, if necessary, entirely closed-off from the outside world.

Joke of the day

Part-Jew would-be hard man, Dominic Raab, “warning” Russian commanders that they may face war crimes trials. You mean after the UK’s tiny LGBTXYZ army captures Moscow? Get back in your box, idiot.

The second tweeter is correct in saying that the Old Square and Cathedral area of Warsaw was reconstructed meticulously after the Second World War (I was there on a number of occasions in 1988 and 1989), but of course quite wrong in mentioning Gdansk (former Danzig), which was never a Polish city before 1945. It was a German city from at least the Middle Ages through to 1945.

The Teutonic Knights founded the city around 1300, though there was a small settlement or town there previously, occupied at times by Germans, Danes, and Polish tribespeople.

Subsequently, it was a Germanic city, though at times under the rule or patronage (before the 18thC) of the then Kingdom of Poland.

After 1945, almost all Germans were expelled, and the name changed to Gdansk. The postwar “reconstruction” deliberately diluted the Germanic history of the city (even Wikipedia admits that much).

Incidentally, I now see that the Jewish element is not alone in having “edited” Wikipedia in a slanted way. Danzig/Gdansk is one example of how Poles have done the same: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gda%C5%84sk; https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Free_City_of_Danzig.

Well, if the British Government was willing to declare world war in 1939 over a worthless “guarantee” to Poland, why not declare another in 2022 because Russia has “invaded” Ukraine (which two countries were under joint rule from earliest times until 1991, except for very brief periods such as 1942-44)?

Of course, some Soviet leaders actually came from the Ukraine, or from the border areas. Khrushchev, and indeed Brezhnev: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Leonid_Brezhnev#Early_life_and_career; https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nikita_Khrushchev#Early_years.

The only personal benefit I would get were the UK to be burnt to a crisp by nuclear war would be that most of (((those))) who hate me would be annihilated. Only thing is, I would probably follow them a few minutes later.

On balance…I should prefer if the misgovernment of these islands managed to avoid a nuclear war with Russia, especially one in support of the Ukraine’s useless, corrupt, shambolic and Jewish-led regime.

Hard to accept, even in our decadent and increasingly-stupid country, that the agenda is being driven by idiots such as Piers Morgan, and that such ridiculous pseudo-macho posturing and opining might influence the UK government onto a path which could destroy the British people, what’s left of them.

I believe that a woman once asked that great genius, Rudolf Steiner [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rudolf_Steiner] whether she might reincarnate with him at the end of the 20th century (Steiner died in 1925). Steiner is said to have replied that that might be possible, if the woman would be willing to walk across Europe with him over broken glass…

Presumably that (?) prediction meant 2000 or so plus (?) 20+ years. So…about 2022? Worrying…

I never believed that the Cold War would become a hot one, meaning a nuclear one. It would be more than ironic if NATO (NWO/ZOG), having gone through the Cold War and out the other side, sparked a nuclear war with a post-Soviet Russia that poses no threat at all to Western Europe or North America.

My thoughts on reconstruction etc, from a few years ago: https://ianrobertmillard.org/2019/01/26/the-tide-is-coming-in-reflections-on-the-possible-end-of-our-present-civilization-and-what-might-follow/.

Unsurprising, though. I mean, look at those idiots, Justin Webb etc…
