An opinion poll, I think by YouGov, states that 60% of UK adults are generally in favour of the UK government’s “Net Zero” nonsense. Well, I do not overestimate the intelligence of most of my fellow Brits, but that seems hard to believe. Are they really that stupid, or so easily brainwashed? Interesting video about the Vanunu case

Whatever may be said about MOSSAD, there is little doubt that, over many decades, it has proven, repeatedly, its ability to undertake complex assignments, and to bring those assignments to a successful conclusion.

I found myself wondering how it was that, after Vanunu’s product found its way into the Sunday Times, MI5 was unaware of the fact that Vanunu was being honeytrapped?

Or was MI5 (and/or SIS/MI6) in fact perfectly aware, but let the thing continue? Why would MI5 or SIS do that? Well, maybe to keep UK-Israel relations stable by allowing (whether expressly or tacitly) MOSSAD to abduct Vanunu from a third country (as it turned out, Italy), thus allowing British services and government to wash their hands of it all. “Nothing to do with us, ‘guv”.

We shall only know for sure by reference to the records of MI5, SIS, or Israeli Intelligence, and that is not going to happen in our lifetimes.

Incidentally, the AI images in that video are interesting, real or adapted faces etc, and mixed with real locations (I got most of the London ones). The “Cindy” character, in parts of the video, had a face very similar to that of the young Christine Keeler [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Christine_Keeler]. Presumably also AI-adapted.

A barrister speaks…

Worth watching/hearing, but his final advice to join the so-called “Free Speech Union” hits a bum note.

The “FSU”, set up by Toby Young, has never once helped anyone attacked for their speech or online opinions by the Jew-Zionist lobby, aka Israel lobby, such as (most egregiously) the “Campaign Against Antisemitism” or “CAA”, headed by a liar and perjurer called Gideon Falter, who is assisted by another liar, and maker of false accusations, called (by me) “Slitherman”, who calls himself their “Head of Investigations and Enforcement”. The sheer gall of the bastard! Incredible.

I have frequently blogged about their decade-long campaign against me, but they have also attacked many many others, ranging from persecuted satirist and singer Alison Chabloz, and jazz musician Gilad Atzmon, to David Icke etc, right through to large organizations such as the BBC and Al Jazeera.

At present, the “CAA” is privately prosecuting (criminally) several persons: Dr. David Miller, Nick Griffin, black comedian Reginald D. Hunter; others too. The “CAA” is also conspiring against people such as NHS doctor Dr. Rahmeh Aladwan.

The “CAA” even tried to get the Metropolitan Police Commissioner to resign (or to have him dismissed), and to that end contrived a street provocation using Gideon Falter, who then —once more— lied to get what he wanted but, as often in the past, failed.

All of that activity is an abuse of the English legal system, so-called “lawfare”, on behalf of Israel and its fanatical fifth column in the UK.

So what has the “Free Speech Union” had to say about the “CAA” and its abusive behaviour (including its attacks on me)? Nothing. So to me, the FSU is the same— nothing.

Ha ha. Glad to see that anti-Israeli feeling is rising, including feeling against the “facilitators” and supporters of Israel in the UK.

As regular readers of the blog will know, I oppose the recognition of Palestinian statehood for reasons other than any wish to support the Jewish state (and people know that I would never do that).

For me (and this was the settled British diplomatic convention for most of the past couple of hundred years, except during WW2), governments and states are only recognized de facto, not de jure, that is to say that recognition is, or was, only granted to governments which have, or had, effective power over the defined geographical area of a state. The ideology of the government in question, its “legitimacy”, and the “rights and wrongs”, should be, and in the past usually have been, disregarded.

In the case of Palestine, the areas of the now-“recognized” “state” are not defined, and are indistinct. Also, no Palestinian entity has effective control over either of the two main components of the rump Palestinian areas (West Bank and Gaza).

The Israeli Jews (i.e. Israeli state, which itself has been recognized by the UK for a very long time), rule over most of the existing Palestinian areas, though at a remove in the West Bank.

In fact, the UK recognised Israel de facto on January 29 1949, and de jure on 28 April 1950. In other words, the UK accepted that Israel, as a state, was something real on the ground by early 1949, even though its legitimacy as a state was not recognized by the UK until well over a year later, in 1950.

What the Starmer government of the UK (until now horribly pro-Jewish lobby and pro-Israel) has done is recognize the existence of a Palestinian state purely de jure. It cannot recognize the Palestinian state de facto because the land borders are undefined, because there is no one Palestinian entity to recognize as a government in power over the area of the recognized “state”, and because the Israeli state is ruling over, effectively, all of the West Bank and all of Gaza, despite the existence of the Palestinian Authority in the West Bank areas.

The two main wings of Palestinian politics have been split since 2006, Hamas ruling Gaza (at least until recently), Fatah ruling the West Bank: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Palestinian_Authority. Neither party holds any sway to speak of in the other’s main area.

In other words, the UK government has recognized as a state a “Palestine” which has two notional ruling “governments”, which ruling entities are at loggerheads with each other, and neither of which exercises much power.

There is the other point, that the UK government is now in the position of declaring Palestine a state de jure when it has also declared (and has now put into law) the position that Hamas, the only Palestinian entity presently ruling over whatever is left standing in Gaza, is a “terrorist” entity. The UK government is therefore in the position of recognizing as a notional “state” a vague collection of areas half of which are ruled over by a “government” not only not recognized (either de facto or de jure) but also by a “government” now declared as “terrorist” by the UK government! Mad.

What this means, really, is that the UK government now officially recognizes, in effect, a non-existent (in reality) Palestinian “state”, and it also means (arguende) that the UK government is giving at least implied verbal support to Hamas, an entity which is officially “terrorist” in UK law, and support for which is a crime. Starmer and Lammy may have to arrest themselves!

More seriously, this is government and diplomacy by soundbite, and government lacking any clarity. I did say, on the blog, that Starmer was “slightly to my own surprise, clueless” several years ago. If I say so myself, I was right. Starmer is a disaster. Utterly lacking in ability to be a Prime Minister.

I suppose that Starmer and his “Man Friday”, Lammy (until recently, Foreign Secretary), might argue (well, Starmer might; Lammy is utterly incapable of stringing together a coherent sentence) that what they have recognized is not a state but a hope for a state (in the future). God knows what the likes of Bismarck or Metternich would have thought of that!

I have seen and heard nothing from the Labour Friends of Israel fraudster and expenses cheat now posing as UK Foreign Secretary (Yvette Cooper).

Actually, what Starmer has done is to pretend to recognize, as being a state, a word or name (Palestine), and only a word or name, because the recognized state does not exist: no government exists or is recognized, the areas of the recognized state are not defined, and the (long-recognized) state that does have effective power over all potential areas of Palestine, i.e. the Israeli state, neither recognizes a Palestinian state (on any boundaries) nor accepts the UK and other states’ recognition of Palestine as a state.

What makes this whole Starmer/Lammy nonsense even more nonsensical is that the UK government under “Starmer-stein” is engaged in practical support for Israel and, in effect, its brutal, sadistic and genocidal war in Gaza. He is a member, like most of his Cabinet, of Labour Friends of Israel, and not only is his wife Jewish but his children are being brought up as if full-Jew.

Starmer’s government continues to give intelligence help and support to Israel, promotes sales of arms and other equipment to Israel, pursues prosecution of anti-Israel protesters (and “antisemites” opposed to the Jewish lobby in the UK— I ought to know, after all!), and permits importation of Israeli goods and services into the UK.

The current UK government policies on the Israel/Palestine situation are simply not congruent.

Good point. Labour has recently sunk as low as 16% in the opinion polls. If Starmer wants to limit the damage, he has to claw back some support from somewhere, whether from disaffected and pro-Palestinian former Labour voters or from equally-disaffected Muslims.

Frankly, I doubt whether it will work. No voter who is pro-Palestinian or anti-Israel, or (such as that lady tweeter, above, at top of today’s blog post) simply anti-genocide etc, will vote Labour because of this. Those who go the other way will likewise not vote Labour because of this, and may well vote against Labour because of it.

Neither side should be directly targeting civilians.

A social-national movement may have to build its new society on the bones and skulls of defeated enemies. That may be a regrettable necessity.

Mad. Or bad. The UK should declare global neutrality.

When it comes to Israel and the Jews, the Americans are the most pathetic “cuck” nation imaginable.

Incidentally, that side-point about Treasury Counsel is interesting. I myself was briefed, I think only two or three times, as ad hoc Treasury Counsel. I was never on any of the normal Treasury Counsel panels, sadly (“sadly” because it guarantees a supply of lucrative Government work and is also rather prestigious). I was instructed ad hoc because the work I did on those few occasions (as I say, pretty minor but involving official secrecy) required either normal Treasury Counsel or, if none was available, someone who could be briefed as having been approved to do that work. The instructing entity was the Ministry of Defence.

I have covered all this on the blog in recent years. Over 40% of eligible voters did not vote at GE 2024. Only about 20% of all eligible voters voted Labour. The non-voting 40+% represent the level of angry disenchantment with System politics in the UK. If any party could capture the majority of the disenchanted, that party would be one of the largest voting blocs, perhaps the very largest.

Having said that, and as far as Reform UK is concerned, even at present, on “only” 34%, the projection is that Reform will be able to form a government with a majority even larger than that of present Starmer-Labour.

To remain in place is a near death sentence, and that is why most men in Ukraine try to avoid or evade the draft. The regime uses press-gangs to kidnap potential recruits off the streets.

A long and interesting report from the Financial Times, from a correspondent presently in Pokrovsk, Donetsk region, almost on the front-line, and the report published only 7 hours ago.

Looks as if the situation in that region of Eastern Ukraine is at a tipping point. Russian forces will soon prevail, precipitating a strategic withdrawal or even rout of Kiev-regime forces, and a huge strategic advantage for the Russian side.

Once the Kiev-regime incursion in the Kursk region of Russia, by north-eastern Ukraine, falters and fails, as seems inevitable, the Russian Stavka (high command) will be able to transfer thousands, maybe tens of thousands, of battle-hardened troops back to the Donetsk region front, thus further pressuring the Kiev-regime forces there.

One must feel sorry for those hapless Kiev-regime soldiers, sent to fight, inadequately trained, under poor field commanders and poor strategists, for the Jewish-Zionist regime in Kiev, all under cover of a fake “Ukrainian nationalism” which is merely doing the will of foreign NWO/ZOG cabals.

War is hell, of course, and in some respects becoming ever more hellish now that drones dominate the infantry battlefield, with robot tanks and robot soldiers probably not far down the line.

Actually, look at the audience. Despite much said about Labour and “youth”, most of that audience of Labour loyalists consists of grey-haired and white-haired people, especially on the tiers at the back and sides of the hall.

A pretty small audience, too, compared to the Labour conferences of the past (1970s, 1980s).

Of course, in the past, the major Labour figures had weight, and some of them (Denis Healey, Harold Wilson, Michael Foot, Roy Jenkins etc) had genuine intellectual depth. Not that I agreed with much of what they had to say, but they were not dummies, not even that old humbug and hypocrite Michael Foot.

Now look at the top Labour-label idiots! Starmer is the one-eyed man in the country of the blind, and they therefore made him “king for a day”. Angela Rayner (need one say more?). Rachel Reeves. David Lammy, that deadhead…(etc). Shockingly low-quality.

Then on Friday, the IDF delivered a punishing strike that eliminated a top Hezbollah commander along with some 37 other militiamen and civilians, before continuing aerial bombardments over the weekend and into this morning.

Israel’s Institute for National Security Studies (INSS) corroborates that assessment, estimating that the group’s arsenal counts 150,000 to 200,000 rockets, including ‘hundreds’ of precision missiles and thousands of drones.

Hezbollah also boasts a range of anti-tank and anti-air systems, a fleet of thousands of drones, and dozens of tanks and armoured vehicles, and claims to have up to 100,000 active fighters – though INSS estimates the number is more likely 25,000 to 50,000.

And, like Hamas, Hezbollah has an extensive tunnel network along the Lebanese-Israeli border which serves as a strategic asset for clandestine movement, storage, and guerrilla warfare. 

While Jerusalem would assuredly emerge victorious thanks to its technological capabilities and raw numeric advantage in terms of firepower and manpower, Hezbollah would be able to inflict massive damage.

Its terrifying missile and drone arsenal is large enough to quickly overwhelm Israel’s air defences if deployed in earnest, and the thousands upon thousands of Hezbollah fighters that could stream into northern Israel would be continuously supported by well-established air and ground supply routes from its chief backer Iran via Iraq and Syria.

The Islamic Republic has thousands upon thousands of long-range and precision-guided missiles alongside hundreds of thousands of mid-range cruise missiles.

This appears to be the worst-case scenario feared by Israeli defence experts – a coordinated attack in which Iran, Hezbollah and other allies launch wave after wave of missile and drone strikes that overwhelm Israel’s air defences and devastate towns and cities. 

But many analysts say that terrifying prospect is unlikely…

‘Iran and its proxies have 250,000 missiles, rockets, and drones encircling Israel, which means about 4,000 munitions hitting the Israeli home front on a daily basis.

Officially, there are about 11,000 “foreign” convicts in English prisons (i.e. in England and Wales), but if you include the ones who are really foreign but who hold UK passports, the figure is probably nearer to 30,000, maybe more. If you include all non-whites in UK prisons, that figure would rise to about 50,000, probably more.

Elimination or deportation of all non-Brit (non-real-Brit) prisoners would therefore free up about half of all the spaces in the prisons.

This has been the situation for many many years. Even when I was a Bar pupil nearly 35 years ago, most crime, the vast majority, in the London area, was being committed by non-whites, judging by the defendants seen in (and defended in) the London magistrates’ courts and Crown Courts.

Whatever happens in the next few months, in the longer run Israel is doomed. The only major use I can see for wind turbines is as a reserve power source to keep the main services of the society running in situations of emergency.

I would have liked to have bought one here in the UK, but I cannot drive properly using standard shift (was never fully-taught to use manually-changed gears), and my UK licence only allows me to drive automatic cars.
