As previously blogged, the armed forces of the Kiev regime are running out of cannon-fodder. There are few if any volunteers from Ukraine itself, and the virtue-signalling nitwits and would-be “soldiers of fortune” from the UK, USA etc have either been killed or returned home, and the supply has now dried-up. Thus the regime uses press-gangs to force service upon ever-less-useful categories of recruit: the disabled, the middle-aged, those with various illnesses etc.

“Ukraine” (the Kiev regime) has only one chance— to drag NATO into the war. All their efforts are directed to that end.

Pro-Israel lawyer Lewis heavily criticised by judge for conduct of case

I must have missed that, from last month:

“Israel-based solicitor Mark Lewis has been heavily criticised by Mr Justice Nicklin in a recent High Court judgement. Lewis is known for acting for Rachel Riley against Mike Sivier and Laura Murray, and for John Ware against Jewish Voice for Labour and Naomi Wimborne-Idrissi. Lewis also acted for the late Dr Pete Newbon – a director of the notorious so-called ‘Labour Against Antisemitism’ (LAAS) group who was repeatedly disciplined by his employers for his behaviour on social media and was being sued by another of his victims – in his libel claim against Michael Rosen after Rosen had complained about Newbon’s tweeted misuse of Rosen’s famous ‘Bear Hunt’ book to attack former Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn.

In the recent case, Lewis came unstuck when he was acting for Richard Davidoff of ABC Estates, a lettings and leasehold management firm. Lewis was seeking a court order requiring Google to disclose the identities of people with gmail addresses who had left negative reviews about ABC Estates on Trustpilot. The evidence in support of the court order was two witness statement by Lewis. The judge described Lewis’ evidence in general as “nothing more than assertion” and “perfunctory, even desultory” and “simply not good enough” to justify making the court order.

Things then got much worse for Lewis. He had stated that the Trustpilot reviews were “false, fabricated statements which Unknown person(s) know are untrue”. The judge conducted some online research himself and found that one of the reviews was true and based on the findings of another court. The judge said it was:

a matter of very real concern that the Claimants put evidence before the Court, on an ex parte application, that was not true.

The judge did not require Lewis to provide an explanation for the evidence that was “seriously in error” and accepted that Lewis would not have knowingly misled the court. The judge’s explained Lewis’ evidence as being:

because he had simply failed to carry out sufficient (or any) research or to take adequate instructions from his clients.

The judge also stated that there had been a “significant failure” by Lewis to comply with the general obligation of full and frank disclosure. The judge refused all the applications and the escapade is likely to have costs Lewis’ clients tens of thousands of pounds. Perhaps Lewis’ claim against Michael Rosen would have ended in the same way?

Mark Lewis is a former director of UK Lawyers for Israel (UKLFI) until his emigration to Israel and was involved in the relaunch of right-wing pro-Israel group Herut UK. UKLFI locked access to a YouTube video in which a panel discussed Lewis’s “very handy way of bankrupting organisations” the group considered to have done ‘wrong’. However, a transcript of the discussion is still available.

In 2018, Lewis was fined by the Solicitors’ Regulation Authority for abusive speech on social media toward a young Labour-supporting critic and others.“

Lewis was (is still?) a “Patron” of the malicious Jew-Zionist cabal known as the “Campaign Against Anti-Semitism” or “CAA”.

Incidentally, the title “Patron” does not indicate financial support. When Lewis was censured and fined by the Solicitors’ Regulation Authority a few years ago, his fine was reduced by two-thirds after his Counsel told the tribunal that Lewis’s sole assets were his clothes, a private pension worth £70 a week, and a used mobility scooter! So much for the so-called (sometimes, but only by the naive and ignorant) “top lawyer”! He then scuttled off to Israel.

“Richard Davidoff, of ABC Estates, and his legal team bungled a high court attempt to force Google to reveal the identities of online reviewers whose comments they claimed were false and defamatory.

The case unravelled after libel lawyer Mark Lewis, of Patron Law, accused one reviewer of writing a “false, fabricated statement” that referenced the decision by ARMA and IRPM to expel ABC Estates and Richard Davidoff.

Mr Justice Nicklin became peppery in his ruling (below, pp84-89) as his own “basic online research” revealed that this allegation was in fact true…”

The High Court judge accepted that Lewis “would not have knowingly misled the Court” (but why accept that? Lewis is hardly a credible witness). Still, as the extract shows, Lewis (once again) “bungled” his work…

Neither Lewis nor the Counsel in the case (also used by Lewis in other cases in the past several years) seem to have taken that last into account.

I personally do not “support” or agree with everything Powell said or (even more) did in his political life, but his overall view of the migration-invasion (which in his day was the mere start of the flood which is now a tsunami) was surely correct.

Unusual for me to repost anything from smug “Conservative” greaseball Fraser Nelson, but “truth conquers all”…

As if Jewish-lobby puppet Starmer even wants to “fix the problem“… he is part of that problem. System party leaders are all signed-up to the Coudenhove-Kalergi Plan— creation of a mixed-race population over time, to be ruled by a thin stratum of Jews and Europeans, the latter mostly not fully-European but of partly Jewish background (like David Cameron-Levita, Theresa May, “Boris” Johnson etc) and/or with Jewish wives (like Starmer).

Even leaving that aside, Starmer knows that he will not lose votes at the 2024 General Election if he claims to “have a cunning plan” to “solve” the migration (invasion) crisis; and that is so even if his “cunning plan” is completely unworkable or does not in reality even exist. Unless, of course, the voters see through the lie.

That 2024 election would be the moment when a truly social-national party could and perhaps would break through into the major political league. Sadly, though, such a party does not exist.

Yes, a small area of one city in one country, but this did not exist at all, say 50 years ago. A warning from the future, and not only for the USA.

I recall hearing something on the radio in England in, I think, 1970, to the effect that London had a serious problem with heroin addiction; it had several hundred registered addicts, compared to about 50 in 1965. Now look! Millions of drug-abusers. Drug sodden council estates, but also the affluent msm rabble contaminated with drugs of various kinds; even MPs, indeed even Cabinet ministers (that little bastard Gove is far from the only one).

HS2

I opposed HS2 from the beginning. Why? Because first of all, HS2 was misconceived. High-speed rail is OK for countries which are very elongated and/or very large; it suits or would suit countries such as Chile, Japan, Russia, China, Australia, the USA, Canada, and even France (which after all is 2.5x the size of the UK and has important cities in all four “corners”, so to speak; indeed, in all directions.

The UK is only elongated and long if you go from, say Cornwall to the Scottish Highlands, or at least London to the major cities of Scotland. London-Edinburgh is about 400 miles (compare that to London-Penzance: about 300 miles). London to Inverness is over 550 miles.

In other words, HS2 only makes any sense at all if it goes either to Cornwall or Scotland. However, neither of those routes are being proceeded with.

The route London-Leeds was also axed. Now, it seems that even the section Birmingham-Manchester may be abandoned. That would leave only London-Birmingham, which would take 52 minutes instead of 1 hour 21 minutes on the present fastest trains. In other words, a saving of only 29 minutes. Passengers will also, for a long time, have to go to Old Oak Common in NW London in order to catch the train.

I also opposed —and still oppose— HS2 on environmental grounds: destruction of ancient woodland etc.

A further reason to oppose HS2 is that the money expended could have been deployed to improving the existing rail network, or extending it.

Finally, I have a problem with (in effect) the whole country being taxed in order that a tiny minority can travel faster. I felt the same about Concorde, despite its technical achievements.

HS2 is a massive fiasco on the scale of projects such as the Groundnut Scheme [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tanganyika_groundnut_scheme], in fact far worse; far more expensive, and hugely destructive as well.

Makes you realize how much British taxpayer-money is thrown away on “defence”. Not just the fact that the UK Government has given tanks to the Kiev regime, which tanks then get destroyed in combat almost immediately; also, the fact that the UK Government saw fit to commission and pay for them in the first place.

Each of those tanks costs £4.2M, and seems to be all but useless against aerial attack or artillery bombardment, despite supposedly being superior to Russian equivalents.

The UK has not only given the Ukraine regime about 14 of these tanks but also has trained, free of charge, their Ukrainian crews in the UK.

Not that Starmer is wrong about Westminster. The UK Parliament is indeed a provincial, “tribal, shouting place“, as Starmer says in that oddly-incoherent “explanation”.

The point though, is that Starmer will never put the British people first now that he has been accepted, if only at this stage as a spectator or poor relation, at Davos, amid the helicopters and private jets.

No. He sees himself, in the future, “working with” people who (as he obviously imagines) really matter: billionaires, secret cabals formulating a new dystopian world etc. He is not the first, after all.

Blair, now ensconced in a large country house in Buckinghamshire, heads the “Institute for Global Change” [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tony_Blair_Institute_for_Global_Change] as well as Tony Blair Associates and other bodies.

That organization, TBI, is funded partly by Blair himself (he having made many tens of millions, possibly hundreds of millions of pounds after having left office, and his moneygrubbing wife, Cherie, as much or more, apparently), partly by the USA, and partly by Saudi Arabia.

You find that many threads connect those who believe that they constitute a global elite and who are involved with the WEF/Davos, Bilderberg and/or connected secretive cabals. For example, Jacinda Ardern of New Zealand worked for Blair when he was Prime Minister.

The linkages go beyond mere function, i.e. beyond the fact that almost all leaders of governments are bound to have meetings together etc. The Western world’s leaders are connected, bound, tied by the secretive cabals to which most of them belong and whose conclaves they attend: WEF/Davos, Bilderberg, freemasonry, the Jewish/Zionist connections, and so on.

Blair, Jacinda Ardern, Justin Trudeau, Macron etc are but a few out of hundreds. Blair seems to have climbed to a certain level, though.

Note the ideological and practical similarities they all share: the whole “Covid” stuff, facemask nonsense and all; the Coudenhove-Kalergi Plan and so the idea of mixed-race populations ruled by European and Jewish (often mixed) ruling strata; “climate change”/Net Zero, with all the dictatorial powers of government involved in that; the Money Power controlling democratic assemblies; and so on.

The outsiders who occasionally attain to political power in the West are tolerated temporarily if not too disruptive; if they become a nuisance, they are removed from power or actually eliminated, as are those who become unreliable and have served the “global elite” much lower down the food chain: Jeffrey Epstein, Ghislaine Maxwell etc.

Reverting to Keir Starmer, you can see that, for him, the British people are —at best— about fourth in his priority list, after the “global elite”/WEF/Davos and connected cabals, the Jewish/Israeli interest(s), freemasonry etc.

The present UK Government is of course pathetic, incompetent, undeserving of survival, and that applies to 90%+ of the “Conservative” MPs as well. However, the idea that “Labour” will be —in any substantial way— different or better, if/when forming a government in 2024, is just naive.

The replacement of the defense minister is a largely a political and PR move by Zelensky aimed at the US, Ukrainians, and the Crimean Tatars and Muslims. It is unlikely to change or influence the war’s outcome.

There is virtually zero chance of the Ukrainian forces take back Donbas and Crimea. As the Ukrainian counteroffensive attempt confirms, Russia has a significant military advantage over Ukraine. Russia can also resort to use of nuclear weapons in the very unlikely case that its hold over Crimea would be threatened.“

Having said that, when I was a London barrister in the early 1990s, I had a judicial review case involving a supposed former member of the Angolan security service. He was being held in Wandsworth Prison, which I visited for a “conference” (discussion with the individual), my only visit to that prison.

Though the staff were polite (to me), I could see that, even in the part of the prison where we were (a kind of bleak side-room, not the usual sort of “legal suite”) that Wandsworth was a pretty grim, and rather grubby place. I could see prisoners in a larger interior space nearby being exercized, walking slowly round in a large circle. The prisoner I came to visit, some time later in the month, and fearing extradition back to Angola, apparently tried to kill himself, according to his solicitor. The conditions cannot have helped his state of mind.

Just saw on Sky News that no less than 872 migrant-invader bastards crossed the Channel in small boats yesterday (meaning, mostly, travelled a few miles in small or fairly small boats before being picked up and ferried to Dover by the Border “Farce” and/or RNLI).

Frankly, that situation makes the UK more secure from nuclear attack, as things stand.

There is no popular enthusiasm for, nor even any solid support for, the Labour Party under Jewish-lobby puppets Starmer, Rachel Reeves, Yvette Cooper etc, but in a basically binary system which excludes other parties, the voters are left with a stale choice. On that basis, this doomed Government is sliding to defeat, surely. What kind or magnitude of defeat, though, is still an open question.

Regular readers of this blog will know that my view is that Russia must occupy everywhere east of the Dnieper, the city of Kiev (if agreement to have a condominium cannot be reached) and also, to a depth of perhaps 50 miles and including the city of Odessa, the Black Sea littoral. The rest of Western Ukraine can become a rump state based on Lvov.

Israeli food, some of it anyway, is quite healthy, and is one of the few aspects of their society which might be good to import to this country. Particularly good for health is some salad at breakfast, but it would be a hard task persuading most British people to adopt that.

Obviously, that Israeli breakfast is borrowed, much of it, from surrounding parts of the region; Lebanon and other Arab countries, but it is a pretty good mixture, anyway.

Having said that, and acting as advocatus diaboli, let us suppose that the Kiev regime is speaking the truth for once. Let us suppose that the first line of defence (of, apparently, four) laid down by Russian forces has been breached. Let us suppose, further, that Kiev-regime forces can exploit that breach. Let us even suppose that they can breach all four defensive lines. What then?

The Kiev regime does not have the quantum of armour and infantry to breach all four defensive lines and then go on to take the major towns and cities of the Donetsk and Lugansk regions. Still less can the depleted Ukrainian Army go further, to invade the vast spaces of European Russia proper (which would anyway be a farcical repeat of the mistakes of both Napoleon and Hitler).

All that can happen, the most that can happen, is for the Ukrainian (Kiev-regime) forces to breach the defensive lines, then somehow hold on and bring up artillery with which to attack the civilian towns and cities in the Donetsk/Lugansk regions held by Russian forces (and now designated by them as part of Russia).

Russia has overwhelming air power, still mostly unused. Then there are its missiles. Soon winter will come to Ukraine, sometime in November, so within 2 months from now. Once the ground is hard, the Russian armour will come into its own.

I had thought that the much-trumpeted “Ukrainian counter-offensive” had already failed. It may be that, in one small southern sector of the overall front, that is not so, and that the Kiev-regime forces are still advancing slowly. Perhaps,; but for how long?

I think that, on the high-command level and above, the Russians are waiting to see what happens politically; in the USA, and in EU states as well. A change of US President may mean a change of attitude, and a change of policy.

If the 2024 US Presidential Election results in a President who continues the open-chequebook support for Zelensky and his cabal, Russia may take the gloves off, and destroy totally the rear areas from where the Ukrainian soldiers and their logistical support come. Kiev etc.

Incidentally, I saw analysis by Sean Bell, ex-RAF Air Vice Marshal, on Sky News. Very pro-Kiev regime, as far as I could judge (or he would probably not be on Sky News…). Cannot say that I much valued his presentation, but time will tell.

The fact that Kemp is speaking out in such terms as above-noted may indicate a System worry that the “Ukraine” (Kiev regime) cause may have lost the support of the public, if not to a pro-Russian position then to an unbiased and/or apathetic view.

Also, Kemp’s comments may indicate that some decision-makers in the West have come to the view that Zelensky’s corrupt, shambolic, and brutal dictatorship cannot win, strategically, against Russia in Ukrainian (or former Ukrainian) territory, let alone on the territory of Russia itself.

Seems that that useless expenses freeloader, Nadine Dorries, is actually going to stand down. In a way, slightly surprising. I thought that she might try to hang on until 2024 and the next general election.

The bigger question is how she, and literally hundreds of other totally stupid and ignorant MPs (not only “Conservative” one; Labour and LibDem and SNP ones too) ever became MPs (let alone ministers) in the first place. My question is of course rhetorical; the whole pseudo-democratic system is broken.

Polly Toynbee represents a certain bloc of voters, though a small one; the “Labour”/LibDem bien-pensants of Blackheath, Hampstead, and Highgate who actually read not only the Guardian but also Observer, who mock the poorer British people concerned about, inter alia, migration-invasion, crime, and houses given to useless migrant-invaders and/or other blacks, browns and feral white hordes while real British people suffer.

A loss of the 42 “Red Wall” seats (which seems almost inevitable after the total collapse of the Government’s credibility on immigration and health) cannot be prevented even were the economy overall to improve. Any such improvement is unlikely to trickle down (to coin a phrase) to most of the people in those 42 areas.

In theory, the Conservative Party could lose all 42 “Red Wall” seats and still have a Commons majority of 35-40, but in reality the Government’s standing is so damaged across the country that the best that they can hope for, and at present even that seems unlikely.

Not that there is —or will be— much enthusiasm for Labour under Starmer, Reeves, and Yvette Cooper, but there is really no reason why one-time Labour voters who voted Con in 2019 would go out and vote Con in 2024; none at all. Indeed, there is little incentive even for long-term Conservative Party voters to do so. That being so, Labour may well triumph by default.

Twitter polls are worth little, of course, but at least this one has received nearly 11,000 votes. 89.7% think that Russia will win the war, or that there will be no “winner” as such.

Time to take away Zelensky’s ricebowl. Our poor and struggling people in Europe, as well as those of the USA, need the money far more.

Hard to believe? Would you have believed it in, say, 2019, if someone had said that, within a year or two, the UK Government would have locked almost the entire population in their homes on pain of arrest and a heavy fine, or would have had anyone going for a ride on a bike, or for a drive, or camping on a deserted Welsh hillside, or sitting alone on a beach, or on a park bench, arrested?

Or that the police would relish their new role as poundland KGB militia, “checking” and “monitoring” the purchases shoppers made at supermarkets to decide whether they were “necessary”? Or harassing, by loudspeakers mounted on aerial drones, elderly couples walking on the hills of the Peak District, instructing them to go home?

Or almost closing down the NHS for real patients with real and serious medical conditions, while pretending to “protect” the UK population from a virus that killed almost no-one who even had it?

Oh, or that new (fake) “Nightingale hospitals” would be set up (to look impressive), but then that few would even be used at all, and that the new “hospitals” would just be dismantled like so much stage scenery (which is what they were) after the play is ended?

Would you have believed, back in 2019, if someone had said that by 2020 or 2021 the Government would unlawfully pass “laws” on the nod, laws and regulations that would force people to line up six feet apart to go into supermarkets (though, ludicrously, not in practice inside the same shops), or that the part-Jew clown posing as Prime Minister would lay down “regulations” making people wear useless cloth facemasks all over the place, and also mandating that no-one should have more than 6 non-resident people in a house at any one time? Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland? No, just Britain in the years 2020-2022.

A majority of the UK population actually went along with most of that nonsense, partly by reason of a huge barrage of fear-propaganda, partly because the Government sprayed money at people— “furlough” payments, “loans” (grants), and temporary stoppage of the usual stupid DWP harassment of the unemployed, sick, and disabled. In short, the people were bought off, bribed not to protest. “Working from home” was part of that.

Now? The genie is out of the bottle. We see the prospect of ULEZ zones, and “15-minute-cities” that might become, over time, ghettoes or “very open” prisons.

Cars? Well, first they came for the diesel cars and SUVs, then for petrol-driven vehicles, then they made everyone drive electric cars, then those who could not afford £50,000 for a new electric car or £20,000 for a used one were forbidden, in effect, from driving. It’s already planned.

What about microchips under the skin? Not yet in place…being talked about, though.

What about people unable to use cash, only cards or, in time, only microchip “cards” under the skin? What if you have the “wrong” views on politics or society? Then your “banking services” will be withdrawn (as has already happened to Nigel Farage, Laura Towler, Mark Collett etc), and you will be, in the future, marginalized or even starved.

Some of the above is still not in place, but for how long?

The absurdity of the UK in 2023 is that you still have large numbers of Twitter-twits and other virtue-signallers desperately bleating about the terrible state of the NHS, schools, roads, rail, pay, State benefits, housing etc, yet at the very same time wanting the country flooded with even more non-white migrant-invaders. They see no connection at all between the lack of services, low pay, lack of affordable housing, and the increase in UK population from about 56 million in the 1970s to about 70 million in 2023.

It becomes pretty clear that the fraudster’s sins have pretty much caught up with her; she has been shot down, and is crashing in flames. All the same, and as of today, 383 utter mugs still send her money every month via Patreon, so she can hardly complain. Maybe £2,000, maybe £4,000 (maybe more) per month. In cash. For doing precisely nothing.

It is incredible how many on Twitter (very unrepresentative of the British people, of course) see “grifters” and know-nothings such as “Jack Monroe”, Julia Grace Patterson, “Supertanskiii”, “Femi” etc as somehow worth supporting (both with words and donations of cash).

If those thousands of naive mugs were typical of the British people, I should despair, but in reality the Twit-universe is a tiny parallel universe. For every pseudo-socialist tweeter supporting the above-named “grifters”, there are perhaps thousands, certainly hundreds of people with very different views (eg about the necessity to stop and reverse the migration-invasion).

So the “Conservative” Party has now alienated the” “young” generally (maybe 90% of those under 30), the working families, the unemployed, most voters under 60, both those who support “refugees” incoming and also those who do not want more migrant-invaders, those renting properties because unable to buy, those wanting clean rivers and other environmental improvements, and now those who are sick and/or disabled and who are not already anti-Con.

Many, perhaps most, of those getting disability benefits are over 60, i.e. the only demographic until recently still supporting the Conservative Party.

The trend of things electoral seems to be that the hard core of Conservative Party support for the expected 2024 General Election will be persons over 60 who 1. have no opinion either way about the migration invasion, who 2. are homeowners without any mortgage obligation, who 3. are not short of money, 4. who do not receive any State benefits at all (beyond the State Pension itself), and 5. who do not object to a government (at Cabinet level) largely composed of non-whites.

There is at least a possibility that Sunak will suspend the Triple Lock on State pensions, as he did when Chancellor. As I predicted on the blog at the time, that first decision cut away the bedrock of pensioner electoral support for (and trust in) the Conservative Party; the fall in Con Party fortunes dates from that time a couple of years ago.

I begin to think that Sunak will be lucky to keep even 20% of the popular vote, though I still see Labour as not offering anything much to the British people (and, after all, Starmer’s policies are not, in reality, going to be much different to those of Sunak).

I should think that, despite the fact that the Sunak government is doomed, the next election in terms of seats will be decided by many voters making their decision in the final days of the campaign.

It is a notorious fact that armies and states often prepare to fight the last war, the war already fought. In 1939, Poland collapsed within 5 weeks after powerful German forces invaded from the west, indeed from west, north, and south simultaneously on and after 1 September 1939.

The Polish forces were hopelessly outmanouvered and outgunnned. They withdrew to the southeast, only to be outplayed when Soviet forces invaded from the easterly direction on 17 September 1939. Faced with attacks from all sides, the Poles had no choice but to surrender de facto by 6 October 1939, though there never was a formal surrender.

Notoriously, the Poles, in one famous engagement, made a hopeless cavalry charge against the latest German tanks. The Germans were fighting (as it turned out) the Second World War, whereas the Poles were using the tactics not even of the First World War but of the 19th Century.

Scrolling on to 2023, we see the Polish Army more powerful than it has been for centuries, but its strength lies in armour, and in numbers. Second World War strengths. The Russians may or may not be able to equal that, not without general mobilization, but Russia also has well over 6,000 nuclear weapons of various kinds, mostly missiles. Nuclear missiles (etc) against tanks?

The old Soviet Union also had “suitcase bombs”, capable of destroying city centres to a diameter of perhaps two miles. Does Russia have a similar programme now? I do not know, but would not bet against it.

What is disturbing at present is that, even more than in 1939, the war drums are beating far louder than the plaintive cries for peace.

Not just in Poland and Ukraine, but across the world, especially in the USA and UK, and in the EU.

It is a warning, “a shot across the bow”. The fastest, most advanced Russian missiles, with nuclear warheads, cannot be intercepted at present. Stop fuelling the Kiev regime, stop getting entangled in war with Russia.
