Regular readers will know that I too have been persecuted by the malicious Jews of the so-called “Campaign Against Antisemitism” or “CAA” in recent years, indeed over the past decade and more.

They persisted, as “they” notoriously do, and finally managed to persuade a few dim police woodentops and, also, the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS Wessex), to contrive a case against me. The CPS claimed to to have spent a huge amount of time looking at thousands of pages from this blog (an incredible though predictable waste of resources, of course).

Out of all that effort, the CPS, with police support, managed to cobble together an “information” (magistrates’ court case) consisting of a mere five allegedly “grossly offensive” blog posts. Five, out of somewhere around fifteen hundred at the time! Of course, only brief bits even from those five blog posts formed the basis of the case against me.

That was in early 2023.

In fact, even if the number were restricted to those blog posts published in the preceding 3 years (under the “long-stop” provisions of the notorious Blair-era “bad law” Communications Act 2003, s.127 as later amended by the government of Jewish-lobby puppet Theresa May), the pool of possibility would have been somewhere around 1,000 posts, yet the police, CPS, and malicious/cowardly “CAA” could only find five blog posts which contained any (supposedly) “grossly offensive” material. A few cartoons, a few remarks. Pitiful.

I should have been acquitted by the district judge (magistrate), and I think that he would have thrown out the case at “half-time” had he been able to find a technical legal reason to do so. It was touch and go on that, but in the end the case continued (one full day) and ended with my (absurd and wrongful) conviction on all counts, thus giving the “CAA”, the “fat lady” at CPS Wessex, and the underwhelming outside Counsel instructed by the CPS, all the chance to crow a great deal at my expense.

That was in November 2023.

Sentencing was held in March 2024. The net result was that I was sentenced to a “community order” of 15 “rehabilitation days” and a financial penalty amounting to £735. Well, I am pretty poor these days, but a third of the financial penalty was crowdfunded by a small number of generous donors (on GiveSendGo), and the rest paid off over several months.

As to the “community order”, the “15 days” turned out to be about half a dozen meetings, ranging in duration from a few hours to about 20 minutes (most being 30-40 mins), with a rather pleasant and charming young lady in Southampton. I could have had the meetings transferred to an office only a mile from my home (New Forest area), but rather liked my “probation officer”, so decided not to change the meeting place.

In the end, as said, the “15 days” were reduced to 6 or 7 meetings, about one every two weeks, before the whole nonsense was abandoned in August/September 2024, about 4 or 5 months after the sentencing hearing.

Incidentally, the CPS, probably under pressure from the “CAA” Jews, made a doomed and very silly attempt to restrict me from publishing the blog. That crashed and burned, inevitably. The sentencing judge (the trial judge was not the one that sentenced me, the trial judge having been, in the interim, gazetted as a Circuit Judge) agreed with me, and dismissed the application of the CPS with scarcely-concealed contempt.

I should add that both judges/magistrates were as fair to me as they could have been in the circumstances (i.e. circumstances of political and bureaucratic pressure).

The blog continued to be published throughout. During the pre-trial period, during the trial, between trial and sentence, after sentencing, and right up to the present day. The “CAA” Jews were so shocked by what they described as the “leniency” of my sentence that it took them about two weeks to publish their predictable whining about it on their website.

And here we are. It has been nearly 2.5 years years since I was prosecuted, and well over a year since I was sentenced. Still, it may be that I remain on the CAA’s “little list” of people to be privately prosecuted (last time, the bastards got the dim/suborned police and CPS to prosecute me, so the public purse took the strain).

I doubt that the CPS will want to launch another silly and wrongheaded public prosecution, but we do not know “until the fat lady sings” at CPS Wessex. There has, so far, been no indication of a return match.

I am not quite on the same page, ideologically etc, as Professor/Dr. Miller, or that black comedian, Reginald D. Hunter, but wish them victory in the politically-motivated cases brought by the “CAA” Jew-Zionists.

Clear “abuse of process”— privately-prosecuted criminal cases brought by malicious Jew-Zionists acting in concert with Israeli state organizations, in particular the Embassy of Israel in London.

I have always opposed the death penalty as such (while accepting that it may at times be necessary to fire upon mobs, authorize executive action etc). My perhaps idealistic point of view was informed by Dostoyevsky’s Crime and Punishment (the idea of repentance, and then reinvention of the self), as well as the fact that most murderers, after release from prison, do not re-offend (and few murder again). However, the migration invasion and consequent waves of violent crime (whether socio-political or not), mainly by non-Europeans, have made me confront the possibility that at least some murderers should be judicially eliminated.

Horrifying. A form of infanticide or even murder, in lay terms. The deliberate killing of a completely viable foetus (which after all only means unborn baby). When you consider that it is commonplace for babies to be born days or even weeks prematurely, and then go on to thrive, this proposed law, which will obviously become law now, decriminalizes the killing of any unborn child, even if done only hours, minutes, seconds even, before actual birth, and for any reason whatsoever, so long as the expectant mother does the killing. Truly horrifying.

Not sure whether the new law will validate that, exactly, because the killing will (from what I have read, anyway) have to be by the mother to escape legal sanction.

Multiple other incidents of violence involving crowds of desperate Palestinians trying to get food were reported on Tuesday.

The Israeli military acknowledged firing in the area of the crowd in Khan Younis and said it was looking into the incident.

What are swifts and why are they in trouble?

The swift (Apus apus) is an acrobatic aerial bird, a remarkable sprinter and endurance flyer that rarely touches the ground. When these sickle-winged birds do come down – after several years in perpetual flight, even sleeping midair – it is to nest in the eaves of roofs across Europe after spending winters in sub-Saharan Africa, migrating 7,000 miles (11,000km) every year. The fastest bird in level flight (top speed: 69mph/111kph), they feed on airborne insects. Swifts are in trouble because of steep declines in insects, but also because they are losing traditional nesting sites. Swifts once nested in caves and hollow trees but moved into buildings hundreds of years ago. Modern insulation, particularly in roofs, removes the crevices and cavities where they have nested for centuries.

What are the prospects for swifts?

Grim. Swift populations in Britain slumped by 66% between 1995 and 2022 and have continued a rapid downward trend. Since the last count of 59,000 breeding pairs, the population this summer is set to be just 40,000 pairs. In five years’ time there could be fewer than 25,000, unless action is taken.

A swift brick is a hollow brick that slots into the brickwork of new or old homes, providing a cavity where swifts can nest. The bricks have also been found to help other cavity-nesting birds, including the rapidly declining red-listed house martin, house sparrow and starling. Other species including blue tits, great tits, nuthatches and wrens will also nest in the bricks.

Swift bricks are made by brick manufacturers large and small, and typically cost about £35. There is a British standard for them and some developers are already fitting them to new homes.

The Israelis claim, for foreign consumption, that Israel does not practise a form of apartheid, but it obviously does. This is only one of many examples.

Russia could, in theory, tell the United States that, should the US bomb Iran, Russia will bomb or rocket Israel. That would stalemate the situation, and stop the Americans from attacking Iran. It might also trigger WW3, though, and make “Armageddon” reality, both in Israel/Palestine and elsewhere.

However, Putin will not want to get Russia directly involved.

So far, Russia is winning all ways: the oil price is rocketing, gold is rocketing too, and Russia is one of the largest producer-states of both.

Also, Trump has apparently signalled to Zelensky and the Kiev regime that American military aid hitherto given to Kiev will be cut back, and priority given to the Middle East. That, as Russian forces press forward on all relevant sectors of the overall front.

In short, Putin is winning the geopolitical chess game.

Amusing to see rubbish newspapers in the UK, such as the Daily Mirror, talking about what occupations might be exempt from conscription if WW3 were to start! In the nuclear age, when immensely powerful missiles can reach UK targets in minutes (I am told, maybe 8 minutes) from launch sites thousands of miles away…

I wonder how many people actually read and believe all this 1940-cosplay?

The fact remains that, in any continental-level war, with Russia on one side, and NATO states on the other, the UK would quite soon be a charred and irradiated giant bombsite. In that terrible scenario, the Daily Mirror, the other “lying Press” outlets, and warmongers such as Tobias Ellwood, would be among the first to go (whether with a bang or a whimper).

I agree with much of what Cummings says (in the whole published speech); not all.

It is clear that his overall view is correct. The System (System political parties, System civil servants, System legal drones, System mainstream media etc) is indeed now toxic, and is killing both European race and European culture, and not in the UK alone.

Of course, these days in the UK, people cannot be identified as Roma Gypsies; they must always be referred to as “Romanians”, which is both inaccurate and, also, insulting to real Romanians.

A similar pathology is seen in the reporting about the dreadful Air India crash a couple of days ago. We are told that, among the hundreds of dead in the crash, 53 were “British”. What that means, of course, is that 53 were Indians who had British passports. As the Guardian put it: “British man is sole survivor of Air India plane crash that left more than 260 dead. On Thursday night, Air India confirmed that 241 of those on board had been killed in the crash, with a Briton, Vishwash Kumar Ramesh, the sole survivor.”

Another example of this distorting-mirror is when German soldiers, sailors, or airmen of WW2 are referred to, even in large contingents, as “Nazis” (National Socialists). Thus we might read (or hear on the BBC) that such and such number of “Nazi ships” were in a sea battle, or that “Nazi armies” did this or that.

Incidentally, you can see “the usual” (((the usual))) influence in that Wikipedia piece, with the article itself headed as “Nazi Party“, not “National Socialist Party” or “NSDAP”. I happened to be somewhere not far from my home (coastal southern England) and passed two men talking. As I walked past, I caught a sentence or two of the conversation. One man (about 55, perhaps) was saying to the other that “it will not be long before civil war starts in this country“. Interesting…

Not a traditional type of civil war, at an educated guess. Not a typical “race war” or ethnic conflict either, but more of a multiform civil/racial/social/cultural war, and one with more than two sides; perhaps several, or even many, sides.

I shall be watching events with keen interest.

My own hope is, shall I say, rather different from that of the lady tweeter.

Who would have thought that there would be commercial flights from Rijeka (Croatia) to Tel Aviv in the first place? Rijeka has only about 51,000 inhabitants.

When you pair that with the ever-increasing proportion of Muslims in the overall UK population, you do not have to be a strategic genius to perceive the danger.

Saw a few minutes of an interview on Sky News with the truly ridiculous Nigerian woman now supposedly leading the Conservative Party. She came out with the ridiculous statement that Israel is fighting Hamas as a proxy war for Britain!

Of course, we knew that she is a member of Conservative Friends of Israel, but she is a total puppet, even compared to Starmer-stein and his Labour Friends of Israel government. Like a ventriloquist’s dummy.

Apart from that, she seemed unwilling to answer the questions posed about Israel’s disgusting behaviour in Gaza. In fact, like many blacks, she seems to think that the more, and the more emphatically, and the louder, she talks, the more intelligent she seems. In a word…no.

If the Conservative Party retains this massive bad joke as “leader”, it will face electoral collapse.

Labour support declining even among formerly enthusiastic young people (I think it stood at about 80% at one point a couple of years ago); interestingly, Reform support has grown from just a few percent to 13% over the past couple of years.

According to Electoral Calculus, the result of that, replicated in a general election, would be Labour— 179 Commons seats; Reform UK— 170 seats; Conservatives— 165 seats; LibDems 72; Greens, 7.

So a hung Parliament. Any of the top three could try to rule as a very weak minority government. Reform UK is morphing into a System party anyway, but the Overton Window is moving. Reform UK is part of the journey, not the ultimate destination.

Warsaw has changed a very great deal since I last saw it in the winter of 1989. 35 years ago. It hardly seems possible.

This of course goes far beyond “mere” theft of bicycles.

A couple of years ago, my Australian niece, in her early twenties and —at the time— living for a couple of years in London, decided to start cycling from her London flat (West Kensington) to her office (West End). A brave and perhaps unwise decision. All went well until, one fine summer day, a car hit her not very far from her home, at a busy intersection. A place where there are shops, cafes and, therefore, cctv. She was knocked off her bike, and left in the road. The driver sped off. Thankfully, she had no serious injuries; bruises and cuts, mainly.

My niece did report the incident (it may be that passers-by did too, at the time). The police did nothing, absolutely nothing, despite the fact that this was a hit and run vehicle crime which could well have been more serious, even a fatality. They did not even collect cctv, despite the time of the “accident” (crime) being known to within a few minutes. Useless.

Another crime: I know that I have blogged about this previously, but my regular readers will please grant me this indulgence.

A couple of years ago, in early 2023, a wheel was stolen from my car. Local people were able to provide me with some good leads as to the likely thief or his connections. I passed that information on to the police online and via telephone (they did not turn up at all in person, despite likely DNA evidence or fingerprints left on a jack). Nothing happened. No action, no investigation. Useless people.

Imagine my surprise, then (and as I later discovered), that the uniformed constable (from Hampshire Constabulary) who was in everyday charge of the relevant “neighbourhood crime team”, turned out to be the very same policeman who, together with a female colleague, had turned up, at my now very humble home, and on my birthday, in 2021, some 18 months previously, having been asked to do so by Gloucestershire Police at the behest of one Stephen Silverman, the self-styled “Director of Investigations and Enforcement” at the fanatical pro-Israel Jewish pressure-group called “Campaign Against Antisemitism” or “CAA”.

Silverman’s malicious, and completely false, complaint to the police against me (on the ground of “racial harassment”) is detailed here:

Well, nothing came of that attempted perversion of the course of justice by Silverman, but he has never been charged (((why?))). Au contraire— the tiny but well-funded “CAA” cabal simply persuaded (via direct political pressure and interference) the Wessex Crown —or Clown— Prosecution Service (Wessex CPS) to prosecute me on a completely different legal basis, and in respect of (small parts of) 5 blog posts, out of the, at the time, well over 1,500 blog posts published from late 2016 to early 2023.

The same policeman already noted above in today’s blog and in those other days’ blogs, turned up at every hearing of my “case”— first appearance in June or July 2023, a later “case management” appearance when the trial was deferred, the one-day trial, the sentencing hearing (and another hearing prior to sentence when the “Clown” Prosecutor made a doomed attempt to give my “case” a “hate crime” uplift). Four or maybe even five hearings; every time, that policeman was there, sitting in the waiting area and at the back of the court (he did give evidence, briefly, at the trial, and was equally-briefly cross-examined by me).

So that policeman spent 5 days on attending court, related to my quite pointless trial, as well as (with other “guardians of law and order”) a number of days cobbling together the huge amount of material required by the Clown Prosecution Service. Also, parts of other days in 2021, wasted on Silverman’s completely false and malicious allegation that he was “racially harassed” by me (I did not know his address, or his telephone number or email, and had never once spoken to him, or even seen him, still less confronted him).

Days which that policeman and his colleagues might have used more productively, dealing with real crime and/or investigating Silverman’s 2021 attempt to pervert the course of justice.

Incidentally, Silverman, despite now living in Gloucestershire (prior to that, in Essex), made the fairly long journey to Southampton Magistrates’ Court both for my trial and for the sentencing hearing, though he slunk out on the latter occasion once he realized that the sentence (a 9-month “community order” and £734 costs etc) was not going to be as severe as he and his horrible little “CAA” cabal had hoped.

I should add that, on one of the preliminary days in court, in summer 2023, a different “CAA” creature turned up to snoop, a kind of bearded and very long-haired near-dwarf, like something out of Lord of the Rings.

Well, there it is. The police politicized, suborned (along with the Clown Prosecution Service) and apparently incapable of doing their proper job, while behaving as a so-far relatively velvet-glove and poundshop Stasi.

That other person, talking to Goodwin, talks about Starmer’s “loveless majority“. It may have a Commons majority, by reason of the ludicrously unfair and illogical voting system in the UK, but it has and had no popular vote majority, and its plurality of votes, in percentage terms, is one of the lowest ever— 33.7%, only just a third of those who voted; 4 out of every 12. Over 40% of the eligible electorate did not vote. Only 4 in every 20 people eligible to vote voted for Labour and Starmer.

Interesting to see that the two ethnic/racial groups most pro-Trump are white people (i.e. of European racial heritage) and American Indians (aka Native Americans), the two groups which can now be fairly termed “indigenous”.

Not a new problem, though. I remember well when I returned from Rhodesia in 1977 and took a night job for a month, cleaning the floors at Gatwick Airport. All of the other temporary staff (about a dozen or so of them) were students from Sussex University near Brighton, all of them reading bs subjects such as Sociology. When they discovered that I had been in Rhodesia, the idiots all “sent me to Coventry”— would not speak to me at all, either doing the actual work (pushing large broom-type implements up and down the endless flooring) or in the refreshment area (I sat alone at a table with my machine-dispensed coffee).

Fortunately for those idiots, I have no idea of either their names or their whereabouts. If I did, I might feel that some belated justice might be due.

Sussex University, at least back then, had a problem with pseudo-radical students. I recall meeting some in 1975, while waiting in the very basic ferry passenger departure area at Vlissingen (southern Netherlands). At the time, there was a limited ferry service Vlissingen-Sheerness (Kent).

Later, though, around 1980, I was actually a guest of a student society at Sussex. They were very hospitable.

As for Gatwick Airport, I cannot use the South Terminal (the North Terminal did not exist in 1977) without thinking back to the days, or rather nights, when I cleaned those gleaming floors in the depths of darkness.

I am expecting the Stavka (Russian high command) to order a general advance westward and northward in 2025. If it happens and is successful, Zelensky and his regime will be rolled over.

I happened to see a news item on TV today about tiny children having to be fitted with prosthetic legs because the Israeli Jews have been bombing Gaza for over a year, killing or terribly injuring about 150,000 Gazans, mostly women and children.

As for those Israeli Jew football hooligans in Amsterdam, they thought themselves brave thugs when in a mass, shouting slogans, singing unpleasant songs, and attacking others; when they got it back, they started whining about how they are “victims”; Netanyahu even sent a plane to “rescue” them and take them back to their fake “homeland”. It is all too typical.

Ha ha! Hilarious, as are all such people and their (either) soon-to-be-“trumped” triumphalism and/or desperate and crazed outbursts once they realize that not only has their candidate lost, but also that they themselves have become worldwide laughing stocks.

It reminds me of the days, weeks, months after the Brexit Referendum in the UK, when you had hysterical women (almost all the funniest crazed tweets were from women) wailing about how the Brexit vote had “ruined their lives”, prevented them (somehow) from getting a 1970s Martini ad-style beautiful Euro-life, and how, in some cases, their offspring, teenage Josh and Jemima, would now (somehow) never be international lawyers and/or “top models”…

As I say, just hilarious.

I am old enough to remember those little shops. One in particular, in Caversham Heights, near Reading, early 1960s. The sweets were dispensed by the owner, I think an otherwise-retired old fellow, who sold them in small white-paper bags. A wide range, but I either bought small boiled sweets (very small balls of hard candy), or a kind of chewing gum that came with collectable cards depicting (and explaining) battles of the American Civil War of the 1860s. I wanted the cards, not the gum.

Very gory, those cards (as I discovered only when I belatedly read law, 20 years later) were the subject of a legal case (as to whether they counted as “obscene” because of their bloodsoaked content), which case went as high as the House of Lords (House of Lords Judicial Committee, the forerunner of the present UK Supreme Court). That was around 1965, only a couple of years after I used to buy the cards.

I remember that all my friends (who also bought the cards) favoured the Confederate side, but I (alone, I think) favoured the Union. Not sure now, over 60 years later, whether that was because the Union side was more efficient, or more advanced in weaponry, or just because I wanted to go contrary to the views of the mob.

The sweetshop in question was actually made out of the front part of an ordinary late-19thC house, which (I see from Google maps and streetview) has now reverted to being just a house again.

I also remember the little sweetshop because, aged about 7, I sheltered in that tiny shop after I (God knows why, now, but it would have been in self-defence) hit another boy, and then was sought out by the much older, and rather fearsome, brother of the same. In the end, the older boy caught me outside but, after I explained that I had hit his brother in self-defence, he was very reasonable, and let me off. Maybe I had dormant barristerial skills even then (or at least the ability to get out of scrapes)…

The people instinctively know that the System parties are rubbish, but also feel that, equally, there are no credible non-System parties for which to vote, only the very underwhelming Reform UK. Certainly, there are no credible social-national alternatives.

Look at what “they” are doing in Gaza, in the West Bank, and elsewhere. “They” always do such things when they have power. That is why “they” must never have power and, whenever they do have power, must be removed from having power.

Superficially impressive, but then exercises like that always are. “Qatari Army”? Really?

I have no time for the Gulf Arabs, none at all.

Terrible, but good to see that the lady’s companion animal was also rescued.
